Brian was awesome! Slipped and fell one morning into the toilet. After I realize I wasn't gonna be able to solve the problem, because I realize my toilet I cracked; I gave Brian a call. He said he had some other job sites going on right now, but he would definitely make it out there later today. He was also able to give a me a quote over the phone, since I knew what was wrong with toilet. So I went to Home Depot and purchased a toilet. Sure enough, Brian was out there the time when he said he was going to be. With cash in my hand, and matter of a couple hours, I had a freshly new install toilet, water running, and my stressed relieved.

I highly recommend Brian.

It's funny to see Brian's reviews on here after our experience. He came to our rescue after our main broke friday night of memorial day weekend. Sounds like he does this with pretty much everybody! :) After no success with the 24/7 guys out on holiday, Brian came and finished our job quickly and with very fair prices. Would recommend him to anyone; don't second guess yourself. If you've come this far and you're reading my review, just hire the man. Added bonus- no pressure to buy some bs service plan.

Brian is a godsend. Prompt to reply via phone, text OR email (what, someone knows how to use technology?). Super courteous. Honest. ON TIME. Great prices. Hilarious. AND super kind... he even let my dogs and cat invade his personal space while he was laid out on the floor under my sink, with no complaints (I put them away--RUDE fur kids).

I will literally be referring him to anyone I know who needs plumbing. He installed a new shut off valve and my new dishwasher in no time flat; left things cleaner than when he came; and was genuinely shocked and thankful when I evened out the bill with a small tip because his prices were so reasonable.

This is how business should be done: charge a fair price for exceptional service... and deliver that service on time, with a great attitude. THANK YOU, Brian. You f-ing rock :)

He did an excellent job removing an old sink, garbage disposal and faucet replacing with new product. Fair price, prompt service and great job. Will hire again if needed.

Shower pipe leaking. Brian called me back within 2 hours and knew what needed to be done to fix the problem. Was able to come the same day with the new faucet cartridge and install it. He was on time and very nice, professional and considerate. Would definitely hire him again.
