We are licensed as CMC-A Mechanical Contractors, and are fully insured and bonded. All work comes with a 10 year warranty. What makes us different? When you need our services, we'll come out to your home or business, and provide you with an absolutely free estimate. We price jobs at a flat rate, not hourly, if we're working for two hours or two days on your job, the price will stay exactly the same. Plumbing failures have no time clock, so neither do we. We operate 24/7, and best of all there is no overtime charges for those late evening calls. All this is done to ensure the best possible customer service to the people who trust us with something as vital as their plumbing system. What else separates us from the competition? This is the 3rd plumbing company I've had out to the house to try and fix the same problem. Finally struck gold!!! They arrived on right time, Unlike the other companies who charged by the hour as soon as they walked in the door! they gave me a free estimate which was right in the middle range of what the others had charged me. They fixed the problem in 1 hour (the last guy was here 3 hours and didn't fix the problem) and were really friendly and professional., They even fixed a running toilet for free! I'll definitely use these guys again.

We had a leak and Micheal came out to check it out. He was sent my our rental management company. He was negligent when checking the leak out leading to a huge flood of sewage and all over our homes lower level. He left an enormous mess of water and feces all over my home. Left trash covering my driveway like his clothes and shop towels. Left pipes leaking. Absolutely disgusting.

Michael, came by and looked at a leak on my toilet and faucet. He said he couldn't work on them today and would get to the job no later than the following Monday. Monday, he texted me that morning and said he was coming and asked what time. I told him the time, but he never responded to the rest of my texts asking what time he would be here nor my calls when Monday evening came and went and he never showed! Very bad lack of professionalism! My last name is Maddox, and I can't even give this company a good review!
