The roads were in terrible condition due to an ice storm. I called another plumber and they didn't want to come out, which is understandable. I had a severe pipe issue and not only did Honest Plumbing come out the same day, they fixed the issue for only $250! He actually put shims under my toilet as well free of charge. He was quick, courteous, and put me at ease. This is a husband and wife owned business and they don't do any of the unnecessary upselling like Lee Company does. I highly recommend Honest plumbing, and will only be using them for my plumbing needs. You can't go wrong working with Honest Plumbing!

Our toilet was clogged. I made a few calls, left messages and Aaron from Honest Plumbing was the one to respond. Keep in mind it was a Saturday. He was easy to communicate with and was willing to work w my work schedule (on a Saturday). We appreciated his service and professionalism. Lastly, he didn't include a service charge since we both reside in M'boro.

The whole service was great!! Aaron was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to anticipate that we were needing an updated part for a future dishwasher install for the following week. This was something that we did not know we would need. A real lifesaver for us. We give him five thumbs up and cannot say enough about the great service!!

I had the install a tankless water heater and run a gas line to the kitchen they did spectacular work! On time, clean, and not overpriced- will 100% use Honest Plumbing again!

Our business toilet has been having some issues on and off for a few years. We got a quote from another plumber who started to repipe but ended up screwing us and leaving the job poorly half done. A second plumbing company in town gave us an astronomical quote. We've struggled to find a good, reasonable, genuine plumber to work for our business for a while.

Not anymore. Every experience with honest plumbing was nothing short of fantastic. They came out right away to fix our toilet, and communication was clear and great. They were honest about the repipe still needing to be completed and got us on the schedule quickly, even during the holiday season. The woman who answers the phones was sweet, super helpful, and very understanding.

Once he actually did the job he also fixed some of the previous poor work, and did a great job explaining what he was doing and why it needed to be done. He made me feel confidant and comfortable in the work he was doing. I won't be using anyone else for any of my businesses in Murfreesboro or in Nashville. These kind folks live up to their name: honest.

Service and Honest people. Everything was great. The fast phone call and replied back to us. We had a leak under our craw space and we called around and was told it be serveral days. Before anyone could get to us. With our schedule Honest plumbing made it work for us. They came and got the job done quick.

We had standing water in our house and I had no idea where to turn I called on his plumbing and he asked me some very pertinent questions and then told me I needed to check with a leak detection company first before having him come out I did thatAnd they determined that the leak was caused by blockage in my heating and air-conditioning condensation training hose I will definitely call on his plumbing again when I need plumbing work done because of his honesty

Aaron quickly and effectively fixed a problem I threw the towel in on. After trying for weeks to get the problem fixed, I finally called the consummate professional, Aaron, to assist me in completing the job. He did so quickly and with great customer service. He didn't even complain that he had to clean up an amateur's work!

Aaron's pricing was good, but more importantly, he shared some of his tricks of the trade to help me in future projects, which I can assure you I will not need, because I'll just hire Aaron going forward.

5 stars and highly recommended. Due to cancellation, the plumber arrived early. He was quick, fast, and efficient. We were quoted with one price, however upon completion it was less then the quoted price. True honest work and I highly recommend this company.

By far my best experience with a plumbing company. (And I've had to try several) Their prices are fair. Anthony was great at finding solutions to tricky problems. Anthony is always on time and professional. He's a bit of a perfectionist which I really appreciate and he leaves everything very tidy. Anthony will do great solid work... Never just slapping it together with cheap materials/shoddy work. He fixed terrible work done by a different plumber and didn't nickel and dime me for simple fixes.

I am an out-of-state landlord who had a pipe burst in a rental out in the Nashville area.  Aaron took great care of me.  He responded as agreed and met with the tenant.  I got a phone call to discuss the issue along with photos while Aaron was at the house.  All in all, an A+ experience.  Thank you, Honest Plumbing.

Please beware that honest plumbing does not cover Woodbury.  The office girl said that she didn't think they did but when I said I was just 20 min from mtsu she said ok. After waiting a week and a half for them,  I found out that I had been unscheduled and they can't help me. Mistakes happen but then you try to resolve them   not leave a customer hanging, especially since Franklin and college grove are farther than Woodbury!

Called Honest plumbing to take care of a leaking hose bib. Aaron was on time, did a great job and took the time to explain to me cold weather care of exterior hoses. Super nice, on time and REASONABLE.  Definitely keeping his number as my go to plumber in middle Tennessee.  Give him a call.
