Best Plumbing Services in United States
I went down to my basement this morning and water was coming out of the ceiling. I called 25th hour and they had someone out in about 40 minutes. The first place I called offered an appointment tomorrow afternoon. I would have floated away by then. The guy who came out was able to find the issue fairly quickly. He explained it to me thoroughly in case it happens again. He was also very polite and personable.

As it relates to Brian Stafford plumbing, we have had excellent experiences with their services. Specifically Tyler, who is both proficient and professional! We have had Tyler take care of our plumbing issues on a number of occasions and know we are in competent hands when he comes to the door. So...great work Tyler! I would hope that your company recognizes your worth! Give that man a raise!!!
Thanks,
Steve & Donita Murray.

When we first moved into our house we had a cooling issue. When we called our home warranty company they sent out Reliant Mechanical. After that first visit we knew we would stick with them. Our technician was not only professional and good at what he does, he was very personable. The company has always provided great customer service and I recommend them to anyone looking.

My mom's out of town for a bit, and I checked on her house and found one of the three zones cold (it's a 50 year old hot water boiler system).
When I called, Mike Behr took over the call and walked me through what I could do to override the bad zone valve until they could arrive. I appreciated their sense of urgency for a hot water system since of the burst pipe potential.
The tech was great -- communicative and on-time, he diagnosed the issue, got the part -- installed quickly, tested...and I can attest it's worked now for two months. Great job!

I was referred here because they have everything. Well, no they don't. And they don't even know how to make it work...without 5 adapters from this to that to another, just to make a simple fix. Home Depot has the exact part I needed. $12.00
Then, when I returned the two parts I did buy from Worly, totaling $16.00, they charged me $3.00 because THEY got it wrong. THEY gave me the wrong parts because they didn't listen.
I will NOT be back. I will not recommend them to anyone and they do NOT have everything. Including listening skills.
Bad customer service. Bad interaction. Bad policy on returns. The cashier even said they usually don't have that on there. I'm not sure what it is.
Not again. Not me. Not anyone I know.

Our home warranty called The Service People to replace a water heater that was leaking.
Tony did a wonderful job, and even cleaned up before leaving.
I would give them 5 stars, except for the $175 permit fee that was charged, when the permit fee in Pickerington is only $60. I understand adding a little bit to the permit fee as an administrative costs but near 3 times the fee is outrageous.
When I called the office administrator about it, she said it was decided by the technician, when I asked Tony about it, he said it was decided by the office, leaving messages for an explanation of the difference resulted in no-one responding. Finally I asked the home warranty company to find out for me, and they got a similar vague answer.
Conclusion, they will do an awesome job for you, BUT if there are any permits needed, take a minute to call your municipal/city office beforehand so they can't pull a quick one on you.

Excellent service! These guys are the best! They went above and beyond to troubleshoot and fix the propane heater for my Endless Pool. It's so difficult to find someone who will service an endless pool. The folks at Accurate are total pros! They researched the equipment, came out and stayed after hours to help us get our pool up and running again so it wouldn't freeze in the cold temps coming this weekend. They just earned a customer for life! Thank you SO much!!!

I contacted this company in September to have my gutters cleaned, downspouts inspected, and underground drain lines snaked. I requested that they contact me when they came to do the work so that I could discuss with them the issues that we were having. They allegedly came to the house and left me with a bill for over $500.00. They claim to have cleaned out the gutters, snaked the underground drain lines, and installed a drip edge on our gutter system. Interestingly, I was home at the time that this work was allegedly performed. I did not hear them, my German Shepherd did not hear them, and they did not bother to knock on the door. Two days later, we had a serious rain storm and the drains that they allegedly snaked did not move the water away from my home and we once again had matter back up into our basement. We have since hired another company and replaced 5 of the exterior drain lines to our house because the lines were so badly damaged. I do not believe that this company performed the work that they claimed to have performed. I have contacted them about my concerns and they have simply resent invoices to my house.

Accurate provided fast and friendly service. I was on a tight timeline as I had requested them to come out before work, but had a meeting I needed to get to and needed to leave by 9. He was able to take care of the emergency - new flushing mechanism in one toilet - plus the nice to have of snaking out a different toilet, and was still finished earlier than needed. I'll definitely be a return customer, should the need arise.

Called them to get an estimate to run about 20' of gas line and install a few shut off valves. Basically $150 worth of materials. They showed up promptly, which was nice. However they were rude and pushy, which wasn't so nice. The kicker, a $2,200 estimate!!! Thanks, but no thanks. 2 stars for the quick arrival and that's being nice.
Every other plumber we called was less than half, or more, of these guys.

Mike, the owner of Terra Plumbing, provides collection agencies with false information in order to obtain additional profit. I used my home warranty to have a garbage disposal fixed in 11/2015. My home warrantly contacted Terra Pumbing to have it fixed. Per the contract, I pay Terra Plumbing a $75 deductible upon arrival and the home warranty is billed the rest. When Terra Plumbing arrived, I paid $75 by credit card. About 15 months later, 2/2017, I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owed Terra Plumbing $50. I called Terra Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Mike. Mike said the home warranty never paid him what he thought they owed him. I asked Mike how I have anything to do with the home warranty not paying him 15 months ago, because he has a contract with them, not me. His response, Well somebody gotta pay. Excuse me? So because you feel the home warranty didn't pay you what you wanted, you send me to collections in hope that SOMEBODY will pay you? Very illegal and dishonest. That can hurt someone's credit report. I paid what I was supposed to by the contract and Mike didn't dispute that I didn't. So I ask Mike why he thinks he can send me to collections for an amount that someone else owes him. Mike had no response. I contact the home warranty, who said Mike tried to add money to the invoice, after the home warranty already paid him. So, the home warranty told Mike they wouldn't pay him the extra money and then black listed him for being dishonest and adding charges to work orders outside of the contract (they said on multiple occasions). I contacted Mike again and he told me everything would be resolved within the week and he called the collection agency to tell them to not bother me (right, like I can believe you). I immediately called the collection agency and they said Mike never called them. I explained the situation to the collection agency, who has also now black listed Mike and his company from further business due to the amount of complaints they receive on him. The collection agency said that Mike has done this multiple times in the past. So, Mike uses collection agencies by giving false information in order to increase his profits and collect extra cash, in hopes that people will just pay to make it go away even if they don't owe, because Somebody gotta pay. So wrong, so dishonest, and what a terrible person to be running a business.
