My mom's out of town for a bit, and I checked on her house and found one of the three zones cold (it's a 50 year old hot water boiler system).

When I called, Mike Behr took over the call and walked me through what I could do to override the bad zone valve until they could arrive.  I appreciated their sense of urgency for a hot water system since of the burst pipe potential.

The tech was great -- communicative and on-time, he diagnosed the issue, got the part -- installed quickly, tested...and I can attest it's worked now for two months.  Great job!

I had Behr replace my oil furnace with a propane furnace. Lennox furnace is great. Behr's technicians not so much. They covered the hole in my chimney that the exhaust system connected to with a piece of glorified aluminum foil. Needless to say that didn't last long. Their work-place clean up was non existent.
Recommend using a company that actually cares about doing quality work.

I lost hot water and called two other businesses who could not make a service call for over a week. Behr Plumbing responded in less than 24 hours. The service technician was very knowledgable and efficient, and I had hot water within an hour of his service call. He was very courteous and the price was reasonable. I would recommend Behr Plumbing and will definitely call them again if needed.
