Accurate provided fast and friendly service. I was on a tight timeline as I had requested them to come out before work, but had a meeting I needed to get to and needed to leave by 9. He was able to take care of the emergency - new flushing mechanism in one toilet - plus the nice to have of snaking out a different toilet, and was still finished earlier than needed. I'll definitely be a return customer, should the need arise.

Jim at Accurate came out, looked at the problem, said they needed to order a part and it would take a couple of days. After 3 days, i decided to give them a ring to check on the status. No return call. One week later, no return call. Another plumber is now on his way. Wasted one week. Boo.

Update: Roto Rooter sent a super nice fellow named Tony out here, he had to run to the hardware store for the part and was back within the hour and had the job done in no time.

I had accurate plumbing install a tankless hot water heater. all was well until I discovered that routine maintenance for these units required certain fittings should have been installed at the outset, but were not. I called Accurate and got no reply. no fast, No friendly service to correct their mistake. Go elsewhere!
