Lev did a fantastic job! Quickly responded to the Yelp quote request with a very competitive price, then I asked him to come over to take a look at my gate because it was not a standard size. He was right on time for our appointment. Scheduled install 3 days later where he showed up 10 minutes early, (If you cant tell, being on time and customer urgency are very important to me) and went right to work.

I was surprised how much work went into it. I'm glad I didn't try doing it myself. He brought all the tools, welder, table saw and even an umbrella to protect from the sun (smart) Because my gate wasn't the standard size it had to be fabricated.

The gate looks and works great! He also took the old broken one away with him witch I really appreciated.

Very satisfied and I would definitely recommend.

I thought this was going to be a great experience because it started out quite well. We purchased two doors. Then it came to the installation....our installer, Clay was on time and did a nice job, however he noticed that the sweep or whatever they call the piece of metal on the bottom of the door that holds the rubber was several inches too narrow for the front door, he told me he did the paperwork and someone would be calling me either later that day or the following Monday - no one ever called me. I gave them about a week to call me then I started making phone calls, it took many calls to finally get someone to at least tell me they were the correct person to fix my issue. She failed also. All I kept hearing was I'm sorry that happened and I'll have to ask a (different) manager about what's going on a how to fix it.
When they finally said they'd be out I asked if the person would be coming with the correct materials to fix the issue, I was told that, yes, he would be. Well, when he showed up around 8:30 AM he did NOT have any materials with him. He was just there to look at it. Really, are you kidding me?? I was assured that he would be back before 5:00 because he just lives a couple of blocks from me, he would take care of it, it would be repaired before my guests arrived at 5:00. 5:00 came and went, when someone finally showed up after 6:00 (and it wasn't the guy that promised me he would be there) it took him about 45 minutes to fix it -- that was 45 minutes aways from my guests. I asked where the other guy was, he said, he couldn't come.
This was a horrible customer service experience! I get so tired of hearing I'm sorry, if more effort was made to actually help the customer everyone wouldn't have to keep apologizing. I finally had to keep telling them to stop apologizing, I'm sorry wasn't going to fix my door!! This company has too many chiefs and not enough indians - so to speak.
A follow-up Quality call was not made like Natalie mentioned she would be making the following day.
We are not happy with this business at all. When we replace our gate with will go elsewhere.

These guys showed up on time, very professional. did outstanding work and cleaned up after they finished. will be hiring them again for future jobs definitely. thanks

I had the absolute best experience with Ace Fence! Bob sure knows his stuff! My experience with fence companies is a little different than I'm sure what most people experience...

We initially had our pool fence done by a DIFFERENT company (subcontracted by our landscapers). This different company was completely unprofessional, and didn't seem to know what they were doing. We have a curved iron fence following the travertine decking. The curved fence was not level, panels were different sizes, gate didn't close well, welds were terrible, panels met the posts at different spots, and the list could go on and on. I would prefer not to remember that experience.

Bob and Ace Fence came to us when we got fed up with the other company. We asked around and found out that one of our neighbors had used Ace. We loved our neighbor's pool fence so we decided to give them a shot. Bob was absolutely phenomenal! He seriously knows his industry. He takes pride in his work and will give you an incredible finished product! We are beyond happy with our new fence! I would recommend ACE Fence to anyone! You will not be disappointed!

Residential Gate Replacement: From start to finish Sunset Gates provided excellent service. Each of the staff we interacted with on the phone and at our home was calm, competent, professional, knowledgeable, and a good listener. They answered all of our questions and offered thorough explanation of the process, time frame, materials and features of the gate. When on site they wore masks and observed social distancing protocols. Pricing was competitive and work was completed without interruption.  Our new gate is beautiful!  Sunset Gates is highly recommended!

I found this company on Yelp. I had a gate that the latch completely broke off. I requested a quote through Yelp, and as contacted back in ten minutes. I explained that my wife worked from home so it didn't need to be right away, but he said he was happy to come out if I didn't mind it being around 6:00pm. Wow, someone who knows you need something fix, and is willing to come out that late on a Saturday! He came out, and did more than I asked for the price we had agreed on. His work is great! My gate looks perfect and the latch looks like it came with the home. I 100% recommend this guy! I also like supporting a local guy who is running his own small business. I will be sharing his info with my neighborhood!

Juan is amazing! The craftsmanship of the door is such an incredible quality. He did excellent with what we wanted in the design. He was very thorough and friendly. Such excellent customer service and very reasonably priced.

Everything from the design, fabrication, to the installation was flawless and easy. I would highly recommend Juan and JM Custom Iron Work.

November 2020 - Once again Paul exceeded our expectations and did a spectacular repair on our old falling down gate to the carport.  He is extremely focused while working on his project. He took the old literally falling down gate that had to be dragged and lifted to force it closed - and transformed it into his own style of a cool item still fulfilling the need to keep our tiny dog from getting out.  He's really something.  He comes, sets up to do his work, cleans up after himself, is a fair and kind person you would be happy to have on your property working. We made a video of some of the project will try to load it here in Yelp for others to see what you get if you call upon Paul from Full Spectrum Artworks.  You will be glad if you call him to quote and work on your next project or home improvement.

WOW! If only all contractors were like this business, from start to finish, it was a great experience. The office staff and scheduling were pleasant and easy to deal with, they showed up early for both the quote and the job but let me know they were going to be early. I couldn't afford the entire job so they were willing to do a smaller portion which I really appreciated. They did such a good job fixing my fence, I could not be happier. I absolutely recommend and would use them again.

They did a beautiful front porch railing fabrication and installation between two arches.

Absolutely terrific experience with Steel Fabrications!  Mike Stocker visited our home, discussed what we desired, and took measurements for the bid, which came promptly--and reasonably.  Mike even assisted in expediting the approval process of our HOA.  Later measurements and installation were done quickly and satisfactorily--which is an understatement.  The gate we acquired from Steel is beautiful.  The entire operation of Steel Fabrications is first rate, professional, and friendly.  Great business and great people.

We are so very happy we are with our new gate and our entire experience with Tim and Carol.  They are a very personable, husband and wife team who promptly came out to give us a quote to replace our existing RV gate.  They exceeded our expectations on every level.  The custom gate they built for us is stunning!  We originally shared our design idea with Tim and asked if he could customize the gate so that we could have the option of when we wanted out dogs to be able to see out.  He created a very beautiful, functional gate with a privacy plate that can open and close at the bottom.  It works beautifully!  They also reset 4 posts in to our concrete driveway so that we could hang our shade sail up.  Not only did they provide the best customer service and beautiful customized gate, they also were very reasonable with price.  I am so happy we chose Just Gates to do this project for us!  Thanks, Tim and Carol!
