We used A&A Fence for vinyl fencing on a family members property in Northern Arizona. Austin and Sami were incredibly easy to work with and their knowledge helped us easily understand what our best options were and why. The end to end service left us completely satisfied and we will definitely use them again for similar situations. Also would highly recommend you give them a try if you are looking for fencing professionals that make you feel like a truly valued customer.

Called ASE on the recommendatio of our neighbo, who had work done by them in the past, and liked them. Edgardo, the CEO and founder, came out the next day. He communicated well, showed us photos of previous work they had done and listened to our requests. We wanted a custom panel/kickplate for a new gate, and some fencing. He took our ideas and emailed a sketch of proposed design, which we then modified. They emailed the modified sketch for our approval and we made a 50% deposit. Our gate and fencing were professionally installed in one afternoon within two weeks. We couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend.

Thanks to Darrick our newly remodeled bathroom belongs on HGTV!  Darrick applied true craftsmanship to our extensive tile work, built a stunning shower with niche, and did first class plumbing and lighting as well. We are so happy we found Superlative and can't wait to try them out on other projects asap.

When I go here for help it's always a tiny job compared to what appears to be their main business. I've always been treated well and never made to feel that my business was too small for them to take on and in a very timely manor and at very reasonable prices.

We had some issues with our gate system due to external factors and Patrick talked me through the repair.

The project is complete and in the past, but the commitment to helping customers is not.

We have a 14' high 55' long steel awning for our RV.  We needed to provide shade for the RV.  He did an excellent job and went over beyond our expectations.  Would hire them again.

In additional they were very cost effective and quoted us the lowest price .

It was prompt service combined with a great price. Work was done quickly with professionalism.

Be Leary of this company, had appointment then got rescheduled because they had to finish another job so rescheduled for Monday morning, had to call office to see where they were, arrived noon installed four post cut both gates short and had to return again. Don the manger did give us a small discount but never going to call again

We LOVED the pool fence company when they did our pool fence and front courtyard gates back in 2010.  They had fab customer service, gave us a great price, rushed our order so we didn't have a toddler running around w/o a fence  They also color matched our fence to our pool deck paint, fixed our RV gate while they were here, custom built a part of the pool fence that they noticed was a hazard, and came back the following week to touch up.  Then, a few summers ago, when we found these metal rebar poles in the backyard, behind some trees, I called them to remove them, as well.  They charged us $10/pole and fixed that for us as well, even though it really isn't their job.
 Then, last summer, the latch on our RV gate broke in a major monsoon.  So, we called them again.  They came to the house and fixed the latch the next day.  I didn't even need to be home... just came back from work and it was fixed perfectly.  We have recommended Custom Fence to several friends and all have been happy with the work.  Fabulous company!

If your time is valuable do not call Argus. Two weeks ago, friday may 6th, Nason met at my property, he seemed eager to listen to my request for the scope of the work. One werk later i had not heard anything, so i followef up with him on may 13th. He told be he would start working on it the 16th or 17th. I followed up on the 19th of june and he said i would have it the next day. Today is the 21st and no response and no proposal. Save yourself the frustration and call someone else.

Save your time and money and don't even bother calling this company. Richard came out, charged 35 for a service call, quoted 175 to remove a bush and said he would give an estimate to fix a sprinkler system. After a week, I called back because no estimate was sent. He said he would send it and wondered why it took me a week to call him. Excuse me? You should follow through and give an estimate to complete a job.

Called back again a week later and left another voicemail. Called a third time and spoke to his wife. She said he would return my call and he never did. Unreliable, unresponsive, and completely unprofessional. Now that my sprinkler system was fixed by another company, I'm SO glad Richard didn't do the job because he said my front yard wasn't working when there was no issues. CONSUMER BEWARE, do not call this guy.

If 0 stars was an option I would choose it. This guy is a joke. Lowest integrety possible...I bought a fence from them which was improperly installed and improperly painted. Footers for the fence were not cemented properly lots of screws were missing and the paint flaked off from day one. Our deal was $14,000 or so for the fence, 1/2 up front and 1/2 at completion. After I didn't pay the completion payment of aprox $7,000 because of these defects, Mike hired an Atorney to chase me. I made a deal with the Atorney that I would pay the $7000 or so still owed BEFORE the defects were fixed (the money was to be held in an escorw/trust account until the problems were fixed) and then after the problems were fixed  the money would be released to Arizona fence builders. Mike still has not fixed the problems and now I have to sue them to either get the money back or get him to do what he has promised in writing.......What a clusterfu****ck,.....If you are thinking of hiring him....my advise is to look elsewhere
