We love the custom trellis Larry created, along with the new side gate. The pricing was competitive and the time frame we waited to have the pieces installed was reasonable. Definitely would recommend this company.

The salesman was awesome. The door looks fantastic... Why not the 5 stars. Installation day was pretty bad. Josie called and spoke to my wife on speaker and stated our installation window was 7am to 9am. I called a little after 9 to see if the installer was running later. I got a call back stating my installation window that they had was 11am to 1pm. Cool... I was able to move my hair appointment to later in the afternoon. 9:30 rolls around and decide to take a shower. At about 9:35 my dogs go ballistic . I quickly rinse and dry off and low and behold the installer is here.

It's just frustrating that we were given a time and made plans. It just frustrates me that if I was truly the 11am to 1pm, why wouldn't they have given me a call saying they were going to be an hour and a half early.

Our garage door was slow to open and making a strange noise. I called Frank with SGD and he was very nice and helpful over the phone. He was able to come out the next day and had the issue fixed in no time. He was onetime for the appointment, professional and efficient. He even followed up next day to thank me for choosing him and to make sure everything was good. A+++ service.

EXCELLENT!  Let me first say, I do not take recommending someone lightly.  I do a lot of research and interview many companies before I chose someone to do work for me.  I am pretty sure I called every residential fencing company there was.  I had companies not return my calls, no show for appointments, and one company even came out for a quote and then never sent me the quote.  All Pro did not do any of these things. All Pro answered when I called, they showed up for a quote when they said they would, they gave me a written detailed quote and  fair price right off the bat.  
They installed a pet enclosure for me last month and I could not be happier.  There was even a little mix up with the gate and they came right back out and made everything perfect , no questions asked and a smile on their face.   I will be going to them for all my Fencing and gate needs.   Thank you Gary and Brad!

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Alpha. After getting a few outrageous quotes, I contacted alpha via project messaging on yelp. Not only did Vanessa contact me immediately, her tech (J) came out the same day in under an hour and was able to fix it in the same amount of time for a mere fraction of the cost. Even better, I got zero lies about how my door was on its last leg and a disaster waiting to happen, or that my how would complain about the fix because it would still show signs of damage like I did with the other companies. Instead, I see zero evidence that there was ever a dent and the door functions better than it did before! And all of that with an added year warranty on the work. Alpha proved everyone else a liar! I could not be more grateful! Just when you think honest companies didn't exist anymore....sometimes you're blessed enough to find a gem like Alpha Commercial. Skip the quotes- hire these folks! Toro construction just put up a beautiful block wall around the backyard of my historic FQ Story home and I couldn't be more pleased.

A great price, great customer service, and a great product is Toro's business model; one I wish more businesses around town would follow.

Sales guy was all for selling us on the product. Came time to install and the 'team' which found out was one of the owners sons, disregarded the instructions. Left water running and flooded the yard. Because they didn't pay attention, ended up drilling extra holes in concrete. They said they would fix it (after trying to talk me out of it) and yet here we are 4 weeks later and I haven't heard anything from them. Ok product, horrible service and follow up.

Updating September 2016: we did get the holes in the concrete filled and then recent monsoon damages caused me to reach out to this company again. I have to admit, much better experience and communication this time around. Replaced the damaged poles in a timely manner and was upfront about what we should expect for repair time. The crew cleaned up after completing the work and showed much more respect for us and our home this time.

Dane and Marty are an amazing team. They are professional, safety-oriented, and experts in what they do. I suggest doing what they recommend.  

We have a toddler and 2 dogs that are in the pool if they are outside.  For the sake of having complete peace of mind for the baby, we had the fence installed without a gate.  It is easy to open for adults but nearly impossible for a child.  The modular design allows us to remove some or all of the fencing when we have friends over which is a major PLUS!!  Also, Im certainly not complaining about the dogs being dry!

The products itself could not be any better. The poles allow for some bend (great for big clumsy dogs), but will not affect the integrity. The black mesh is perfect. It looks super clean and is transparent.

You don't see many companies with 5 stars, but these guys live up to the hype.  I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We requested many quotes thru Yelp and other sites. We requested M&M to quote and to perform an onsite evaluation.

M&M's Office staff (Chloe) was remarkably polite, courteous and responsive.

Johnny arrived to eval the problem with the iron gate, and within a few minutes, outlined how he would essentially re-engineer, disassemble, reassemble, and it would not only fix the aggravating opening and closing problems. In the end, it was done perfectly true, square, and spaced = above and beyond its original state. Superb workmanship and professionalism and NO price gouging like nearly everyone else.

We had an estimate from First Impressions that was right in our budget for a steel screen security door. The initial sales went great and we picked a design. When it arrived we were impressed how well it was done. I'm definitely calling again when we get one for the back door. Easily five stars. The whole process was fantastic. Richard or Ricky did a fantastic job putting it up by himself. Not a mark on it and he gave instructions how to maintain it.

We had been happy with our Security Door until the frame holding the screen to the door needed replacing.  We didn't mind replacing the frame and screen, eventually things do wear out in our harsh climate.  We took the screen and frame to First Impression for replacement.  When we picked up the screen and frame there were no holes drilled into the frame to re-screw it onto the door.    We asked if they could drill holes in the frame and were told Oh we don't do that.  We then asked if they had kept the old frame so we could use it as a template to drill holes in the new frame and were told we threw that away.    We are so disappointed in the half-finished-can't-possibly-install-as-is screen replacement.   Now what?  We're supposed to hire someone to drill the holes for us?    Do not buy a door from this Company unless you have a backyard shop in which to finish any repairs the door might need down the road.

Where do I begin? This company was amazing and affordable we were looking for a reliable contractor to erect a wood fence for us and we located Sereno Custom Wood & Gates. I wanted something different from the usual block gray wall everyone has. So I hired this business and from start to finish everything was a breeze. Extremely knowledgeable and punctual they arrived on time and my fence was up in 2 days flat!

Juan also goes out of his way to assist his customers I'm disabled and he picked up a few panels we were short on because we had ordered some of the wrong materials due to another contractor dropping the ball on us and abandoning the job. But Juan fixed everything  and made my home extremely beautiful.
