Sean, the sales consultant arrived on time, and showed me all the Security Screen Doors and available features. Since, this door was to go on the backdoor on the carport, I didn't need a fancy door. However, they were able to come close to matching the front SSD in design for $200.00 less than what the high priced guy wanted. And, the hardware really surprised me. It's much fancier than what I have on the front SSD. So, I've made arrangements to have new hardware put on the other door.

Josie, the office manager, was very helpful, and punctual in responding to E-mails, and phone calls.

However, the reason I can't give 5 Stars is because I was told 6 to 7 weeks, and it took 9 weeks and 2 days before the door was installed.

After installation, the inside door wasn't closing properly. But, the tech got that fixed without any problem. :)

It's been great to have both doors open to be able to air out the house, and get a nice cross-breeze without having to worry about bugs, or unwanted people, getting in.

Made a phone call regarding a malfunctioning garage door. Service man came within 2 hours, explained the problem, the solution, and did the fix on the spot. Pricing was very reasonable and did not try to sell me more than I needed.  No issues and would recommend to all.

One of my gates had swung shut and past the latch, bending the slider bar.

Jason came out to my house, fixed the gate, installed a couple of stops to prevent the gates from opening in the wrong direction as promised.

We he arrived, we noticed the wall the gate was attached to, was separating from the house, he was able to straighten out the wall and installed a bracket to the wall and the house.

Everything is working great again.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Alpha again if needed.

Bought our pool barrier fence 4 years ago. Magna latch broke and Leonard came within two days and installed the newest model. Magna latch is lifetime guaranteed but it was great to have good service so many years later. Pool barrier looks after their customers.

Short story: Great people & great product, call them for an estimate. Long story: Bryan came out for estimate and was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Bonus for me was that he had color swatches so I could get a visual. (No other company did) Bryan also made recommendations that made sense for safety and for aesthetics. Crew came out for install of rod iron gate and they were efficient, and friendly. Pool gate went up as expected, looks fabulous. Oh and price was comparable to other companies too.

Mike is a true expert in his field. I've had him build me a few custom shipping and work tables. They have all turned out exactly how I wanted them/exactly what I asked for. He's accurate, quick, and easy to work with. If you need any kind of metal fab work done, Mike is your guy.

We requested many quotes thru Yelp and other sites. We requested M&M to quote and to perform an onsite evaluation.

M&M's Office staff (Chloe) was remarkably polite, courteous and responsive.

Johnny arrived to eval the problem with the iron gate, and within a few minutes, outlined how he would essentially re-engineer, disassemble, reassemble, and it would not only fix the aggravating opening and closing problems. In the end, it was done perfectly true, square, and spaced = above and beyond its original state. Superb workmanship and professionalism and NO price gouging like nearly everyone else.

My wife and I were hesitant to use First Impression's at first, but we are happy we chose them in the long run. Initially we met with a sales rep in Scottsdale and we were not impressed with the customer service he provided so we chose to go with another company. We then received a call from Paula (Customer Service) who said she would get us another sales rep. We also expressed our concern over the online reviews and she assured us they no longer used those installers. We agreed to meet Thomas (Sales rep) who was enthusiastic and easy to work with. Thomas got us a great deal and we bought the Naples door. We then received a call for the install date. Our concern grew when the install date was changed twice but we were advised it was because the door didn't pass quality inspection. The install day finally came and Thurman (Installer) installed our door. Thurman was awesome! We told him the handle he was installing was wrong and he assured that this would be corrected soon. We received a call from Jennifer (Customer Service) the next day who said there was a miscommunication about the door handle and that she would get it corrected. Two days later the correct door handle was installed. Apparently Thurman went out of his way to pick up the correct handle. Prior to all of this, Jennifer had also gone out of her way to pick up the correct handle. I would like to thank Paula, Thomas, Jennifer and Thurman for a job well done. This company is amazing, local company for many years. Customer service is excellent, show room with nice professional assistance. Our sales lady SHawn was so helpful, polite and excellent. Our installer Allen was amazing, nice, informative on each step of installation. Love this company, will use them again and our door is so beautiful! We will be ordering a new courtyard gate to match. Love our door! Thank you First Impression Ironworks!

Very impressed with this company.   They gave us an estimate on Friday and the gate was built and installed by Sunday, including cement column.  The workers were very polite and worked very hard.   The gate itself was exactly what we wanted, he did all the work he said he would do included taking down the old makeshift gate/mess that was up there.  So no kidding he gave us a bid on Friday 3/2/18 and they were done with new gate and installed on Sunday 3/4/18.
