This company is one of the better of the bunch! I was fortunate enough to stumble across Roll-a-Shield who couldn't help with my need but recommended The Screen Co and I gave them a shot.

This was definitely one of my better decisions in 2019 lol

They arrived on time, paperwork was executed quickly, the guys were professional, quick and reliable. I am totally calling them for my next project!

Our chain link fence needed a repair ; most companies wouldn't have bothered, but Mr. Guzman came and fixed it for us !  Vet happy with this company. Thanks for your help, sir !

We live in a gated community with property managers who had to be hounded for three months to get the company out to program the gates so we, our guests, and contractors could get in the place.
Yesterday they finally called Galaxy and today Tom from Galaxy showed up and fixed everything.  He was very professional, courteous and even called us at 5:30p this evening to make sure everything was in order.

Great pool fence installed at the perfect time. JP came out and did our estimate. He called 30 minutes prior to arriving on time, so that was a good start. He presented us with several cost options and a great design for the fence. He answered all of our questions and had pictures of other projects to get an idea for height, color, etc. He came out on a Monday, and we were able to get a good deal on getting the fence installed the following Tuesday. The installers had another job in our area that morning and the timing worked out perfectly. The installers showed up at the beginning of their arrival window and got the fence installed in the time they said.  When it was all said and done, the only way I would of known they were there was a great looking fence around our pool. The guys explained the care and operation of everything. We had a birthday party the night it was installed, and the fence kept several running and screaming youngsters from falling in. A Safe Pool of Arizona is a great company and I have already recommended them.

I love how this company COMMUNICATES! They let you know the cost, what time to expect them, and they keep you updated with progress and completion pictures. Amazing customer service and quality of workmanship. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure why some people decide to ignore their mistakes. hoping they'll disappear. Preston was paid over $6000 for a project that lasted around 3 months. He blamed everyone who had even a remote association with the project, except himself (the person responsible). He incorrectly installed motors on a gate, which caused them to fall off with the slightest wind. Upon evaluation for repair, he stated that he would put them on differently (yes, the correct way) and yes, for an additional amount of money. He admitted they were put on wrong and yet seemed to feel comfortable asking me to pay for his mistake. He may be lucky enough to have desperate people hire him in good times but he will miss those referrals that could have been his in the bad times if only, he would treat his customers fairly when he makes a mistake.

Tom did a really nice job helping our vision come to life in our backyard at an affordable price. He had a very courteous crew that worked hard, and our job was completed on time. He also has a unique attention to detail that many contractors have not shown and was at our project each day to make sure the work was done properly. We have more phases of our yard project and will continue to work with Tom for those, too.

As one of the previous reviews states having an issue with lack of communication.  I stopped in the showroom to discuss the design of a new front entry door.   After selecting a door I was told the salesperson would be in touch to schedule an appointment for measurements, etc.  It was TWO months later that I received a call back if I was still interested in the door and did I want to schedule an appointment.  Poor customer service!!!

Probably the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company. They really do not care about you after they take half the cost up front. There was no communication and left me feeling like I had been played. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Oh and they installed my gate the wrong way.
