My sister in law call d this place after calling others. They knew exactly what she needed to bring her new water heater up to code. They were able to give her a quote over the phone. The guys Jeremy and Roy did the work and done within a half an hour. VERY respectful employees!

I first used Benchmark Electrical when I needed an electrician to fix a job I'd had done by someone else that wasn't working. It was a holiday and I was leaving town. Sumar was the first person to get back to me and worked it so Taylor could help me that same day, so I could feel safe leaving my home. Taylor worked efficiently and quickly fixing the other job that had been done and installing 5 additional smart switches. I am so happy with the work and really grateful Sumar was able to make the schedule work for me. Taylor suggested that I install a serge protector.

I had the serge protector installed by Glenn. Glenn was on time, quick, and had a lot of information to keeping my home safe and things to watch for that I are related to weather in the region. I really appreciated Glenn's help me with something the builders should have done.

I love that this is a family owned business and the owners want to give great service at a fair price. This is a great team. My laundry room light was in the way for the cabinet to open all the way. Efren found the perfect light fixture to replace it with that wouldn't be in the way of the drawer. He also converted my closet light bulbs to LEDs. All new lights seem brighter and nicer , I'm also going to save $$$ on my bill since LEDs are energy efficient.

I found Aldrin Electrical Services almost by accident; they don't advertise and rely only on referrals and word of mouth, so my typical method of finding the best help via Yelp would not have worked out for me.

However, when I bought my new house, the seller passed along Aldrin's information, since he had done the wiring, lighting, fixtures, and a bunch of other work here. We were having issues with one switch that behaved somewhat erratically, so I figured i'd reach out to him and see what he could do.

Aldrin was professional, responsive, and made time to come look at our issue a few days later. He saw a couple fixes that were needed. finished the job quickly, cleaned up after himself thoroughly, and did not charge us anything since they had done the work previously. Always great to find people who stand behind their work.

Aldrin Electrical Services will be my go-to electricians in the future, and, based both on his professionalism as well as the exceptional work they did on my house, I would highly recommend Aldrin and his team to anyone looking for electrical help.

Gary and crew did a great job working on some electrical issues that the home inspector found. He is knowledgeable and works pretty quickly. Haven't had any issues. Would definitely recommend GD Electric!

These guys were great! They came out the same day I called for an appointment and were very reasonable on price. The contractors who came to my house were friendly and were extremely helpful in answering any questions I had.

Impressed that the owner Eddie Nichols, the owner, took the 8am call. The greeting on their incoming calls set me at ease.  I told Eddie that he had been referred by Josh, another electrician, who had done some fantastic work for me in the past.  Unfortunately, Josh moved to OK.  When Jason and Jonathan, from 5th Gen, I told them what I needed. The first thing that they noted was how well my junction box had been installed.  I told them that an electrician named Josh did it. They laughed because they both knew Josh very well.  Long story short, I wouldn't consider anyone else to do my electrical work.  These guys are great!!!

Chris came out and installed a fan on my new porch.  It looks great! Chris is a true professional who takes pride in his work.  Not to mention, he hung the new porch swing.  Living in Dallas, he came as a referral.  I'm glad I called him.  I will not be calling any Dallas electricians......only Rockwall Electric.   Thanks Chris!

I have been having trouble with my A/C and had two different quotes.  The second one told me it was an electrical problem with my breaker box and I needed to have an electrician come out and look at it.  After two lousy a/c guys I was worried about what these people would tell me.  They guy listened to me and knew I was going on day 2 without air.  He came out checked all the electrical circuits and told me my breakers were fine.  No extra charge, no taking advantage.  He also recommended a reputable A/C guy that I will be calling next!  Finally a trustworthy repairman!

Nathan from CTX plumbing did an outstanding job trouble shooting and repairing my water heater. He was even able to work with the manufacturer to handle the part needed since was still under warranty.

Mr. Stevens owner and licensed electrician of Safety Electric is a wizard and thorough man for finding the most difficult of sneaky circuits that have failed.  Our house was built in 1936 and as such has its share of quirks, but no more in the electrical department thanks to Mr. Stevens.  In addition to his electric skills, and willing to stay until its done, his prices cannot be beat.  Look no further when seeking an electrician.

Quality work and reasonable pricing. Very punctual and honest. I had a digital timer installed for my exterior lights, and everything works great. Will definitely use them again for next electrical job.

Got a recommendation for Burkins when another electrician left me hanging right before it was time to move in. The prior electrician left me with 2 switches that didn't work as well as a garbage disposal that wouldn't come on.  Burkins fixed everything and then some.  I was so happy that I had them come back and install pendants. Burkins was able to fix things that prior electricians wrote off, and I couldn't  be happier with the service.  Reliable, responsive, meticulous, fair pricing, flexible scheduling, and very kind to my elderly mother. I highly recommend with no reservations.

Wow!  I have to say these guys are wonderful.  I called them about a GFCI problem. I talked with Todd on the phone and explained the problem and he had an electrician that was close by.  So, literally an electrician (Will) showed up 20 minutes later!  Now, that is amazing and great service!  Will took a look at the wiring and the GFCI and immediately found the problem.  He added some additional wiring that was missing previously in the wall and everything now works great!!  Wil rocks :-)  I highly recommend them.

Beware...I am an older citizen.  My ac went out and I made the mistake of telling them it was an emergency because I couldn't breathe well.  They sent David and another guy out.  It took them about a minute and my air was on. They then proceeded to sit down and tell me I had two options.  One was $10,000 and the other about $2400.  That evening I had dinner with my son in town from Santa Barbara and his Baylor friends.  When they heard this, they exclaimed no, no and immediately called an ac expert that told me there was nothing wrong with my ac.  He took a part off that they had put on and put his own on and charged me $175.00.  Laid it on the table and told me to call them to pick theirs up.  After telling the girl in their office I wanted to review, she told me I could not get to their site.  Their site is so misleading giving them 5 stars but you can't get on it to tell the truth about this Company.  BEWARE  My friends wanted me to turn them into the attorney general.

Asked someone to come out and look at my nest thermostat. He couldn't really figure out what caused the nest to go out, if it was the unit itself or our larger air-conditioning unit. Then he spent a lot of time telling me how old my system is and how it's using refrigerant that has been phased out and then just tried to sell me on a new air-conditioning unit. my system may be old but it's working just fine and I don't wanna spend $10,000 on a new unit right now. His Band-Aid fix was still going to be over $2000 to upgrade some wiring etc. and he didn't know if it was the root cause of the nest going out. Wasn't the experience I was expecting after having dealt with other air-conditioning companies. I have another technician coming on Monday who I know well to get a second opinion and I fully expect him to give me a quote for a lot less money I'll update the review after we get the second opinion. I chose milestone because they advertise all over the place and supposedly have a good reputation but it Just seemed more like highway robbery.
