Great experience!
I hired them to install 3 outlets for bidet toilet seats.
They offered a quote on the spot and then after approved, did the work on the spot.
So it was nice to not have to make a separate appointment for the estimate and the work to get the job done.
Done in one shot.
And they were able to do the work with less drywall repair, needed than anticipated.
Very happy!

Our light switch has not been working properly for a while now. I used Yelp to find some electricians in my area. TopTech electric responded quickly. I spoke with Melissa who quickly scheduled me on the same day. An electrician came within the schedule time and quickly fixed the light switch in less than 30 minutes. Matt was very helpful and respectful. The process was very easy and quick. Will definitely be using their services again.

Alex installed a new outlet in our 2nd garage. He was on time, very professional and did an outstanding job. This is our 2nd time to call Top Tech! They do a awesome job and we won't call anyone else.

I called Top tech to come out and do an estimate for various repairs. Seemed very professional. Priced the job at over $600 (after claiming they waived service charge) which seemed high. I called a local company I've used before and they came out and did everything for $417.

First company to respond to yelp service request. Did the work very well, for a reasonable (remember they are electricians) cost. The service tech was very good.

Their name says it all. Top! I was very pleased with how responsive and detailed they were. They also provided me with multiple options for fit different budgets.

Came out early the next day. Gave us a clear explanation of what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up after. We'll be using Matthew from top tech for now on

After calling 2 other electrical companies for an estimate after a had storm, we decided for a 3rd estimate.  We called TopTech Electric and were blown away by Casey Gann's knowledge and his way of making my mother feel at ease with a detailed explanation of what the price covered and how soon the repairs could happen.  The other 2 companies were determine to sell you a service plan, when all we were looking for were for the repairs to be done. TopTech Electric will be the only company we will reach out to when it comes to our electrical needs.

On Saturday I popped a circuit breaker and couldn't get it to reset. I sent out a request on Yelp. I was pleasantly surprised at the fast, friendly response and straightforward pricing from Mike. It was a breeze setting up an appointment for first thing Monday morning.
Brad showed up right on time. He was very nice and professional. He thoroughly troubleshot my problem of no lights in about a quarter of my house. He repaired the issue with ease. He got my garage door opening and closing again and made sure everything was in good working order before he asked me to sign off the work.

TopTech was nothing but professional, courteous, and effective at scheduling, communication and complex troubleshooting. Absolute professionals- they had to do a complex installation for me, and they were able to resolve the challenges associated with various code requirements, ordering the CORRECT components the first time (love them for that) etc. They delivered, and made me happy. I am rating them 4 out of 5, simply because their costs are fairly high (they quoted me an exorbitant $ to only swap out a ceiling fan at a 15' height indoors, which I declined outside of the original job they were at my home for).

I chose them anyhow because of their quality of service, warranty, and the expert electrician staff. Would use again despite the higher cost- but be sure to understand the work you're doing clearly so you can work with them effectively from a cost perspective. Know what you can do yourself safely, and what you realize is best to pay a licensed/insured professional to accomplish- which will save you that heartache in the long run in case of a bad DIY job!

The ladies in the office are extremely nice, quick response time, and the quality of work is fantastic! This company really does care about their customers and doing the job right! I will always use TopTech for all electrical needs! Highly recommend!

I called in the afternoon and they were able to get out the next morning. Our electrician was professional, quick, and knowledgeable and was able to find our issue in a matter of minutes and resolved it. It was a simple GFCI outlet that was tripped and I missed it. They kindly did not charge me for the simple fix. I now know who I'll call the next time I have an issue or need some work done. By being courteous, professional, and fair they have gained a new customer.

Quick estimates. No charge for consultation and the outlets I needed were installed the same day.

I have mostly a positive opinion of this service, but it was extremely expensive $400 to replace a breaker seems about twice what it should have been. On the positive, they were on time, friendly and even though they didnt have the part they found a vendor with the part and had everything fixed quickly

Matt was incredible! The power in our guest bedroom went out and I was stumped as to why after trying all the breakers and GFCI resets in the house. TopElectric quickly fit me in the day I called and Matt was here within an hour! He helped to troubleshoot the situation and ultimately found the fix. He was so quick, polite and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up post repair too! Would definitely call the team again for any electrical needs.

Brad assessed the situation and corrected the wiring for the shower exhaust fan and completed the job in an hour.  The previous handyman worked on this for 6 hours and was not able to figure it out.  I'm team TopTech Electric from now on!

Had a great experience with TopTech. Communication and timing was spot on. Unfortunately I have never had to incur a similar expense before so I am not able to speak to that or say whether they were competitive on pricing (hence 4 stars). They did however do the job well and did not try to hide anything or oversell.

After vacuuming a couple of my outlets, and two bedroom lights, no longer working without tripping the breaker couldn't figure out the situation myself . I searched on yelp for a estimate and top tech was the first response I got. Matthew and Garrett were nice and I'm very pleased with their work. Thanks for helping me out.

We recently had a snow storm in Texas and knock-out a circuit breaker and a few outlets.

TopTech Electric showed up, scoped the area and recommended a surge protection for the whole house. I got the surge protection installed and all electrical issues are fixed.

Pretty awesome company to work with.

$228 to replace a faulty 15amp breaker is too high for a 2 min job. Part Cost is $75-$90. I identified the breaker needed to be replaced when I scheduled the appointment, but they would not provide an estimate. Estimate cost was $55 upon inspection which took less than a min. So since I was already in the hole for $55, I decided to get the breaker replaced by TopTech Electric. Electrician was great, but business practice needs to be revised for me to conduct future business with this company.

1/24/22 - update. Mike: I wish your business was just upfront about the cost of a single breaker replacement for an Eaton panel or at least provide a free estimate.

We are definitely going with TopTech for the work we need done.
I had Mike out from TopTech today to review some items we'd like to have done to the home.  He was excellent - he listened to my questions and concerned and was able to give me a solid quote within minutes.  What I like most is that he heard my ramblings and was able to provide a quote with several options which is just what I wanted.  They take pictures of everything and it's all logged on their side under your home address, so when you want to pull the trigger on the work itself, there's no confusion on their end.  It is definitely worth the small service cost to have a legitimate professional on site to review your scope of work and give you a quote.

Working with TopTech was a excellent  experience. They contacted me immediately, and came out the same day to complete the work. Brad was great - as was the guy with him. A small cleaning issue came up,  which I didn't notice till they were gone. After I messaged, the owner immediately contacted me & the guys came back out the next morning to fix it.  While I initially thought the cost was high, the bids I had roll in later were all in line or higher. So they will definitely be our go-to for any future work. I highly recommend!

I had a Ring Solar panel, Ring Spotlight Cam (battery) and Ring Video Doorbell install. And Brian was really great! He provided me clear and understandable options for my install set up. After reviewing my doorbell set up Brian shared an additional accessory (mounting bracket) as well as my low DC output, which would  not provide the desired end results.

He did set up the other two Ring items and was helpful to assist on placement and what would work for my area with the solar panel. In the end, both installed and provided me with my desired objective.

I was notified via text sharing the electrician was on their way to my home. Although, it had been over 45 minutes and no arrival. Upon calling to get an update, it was shared the driver maps app sent them to same address, different city. I can understand the error however a call to share the arrival delay would have been nice.

They were quick to respond to the job I needed done. My tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will use again.

I contacted TopTech for a quote through Yelp and received responses from 4 other electricians along with a response from TopTech. Of the 5 responses, TopTech was the only one that refused to provide a quote for the services before a technician would come onsite. Further, they wanted to charge me a $55 fee just to have someone come out and provide that quote. I decided to go with a different electrician based on this strange tactic.

Justin at TopTech hooked it up! I was so happy that my EV install was done so cleanly. I try to keep a neat garage so I was worried that the install of my EV was going to result in coax being stretched along the walls of my garage in order to locate the EV charger in the spot it needed to be. Much to my suppose, Justin was able to route the wire through the attic and walls so that no wire or coax was visible. All in all the install went great and was done in about 2.5 hrs. The price wasn't cheap but what you would expect to pay a professional electrician. Very happy with the service.

Recently moved into a townhome. The dryer outlet did not match my dryer. Technician arrived and assessed...and then got a different cord for my dryer and rewired it. Now I can dry my clothes!

I'm sure this company is good, but they wouldn't provide a quote to install 4 wall sconces.  I don't mind their $55.00 charge for just coming out, but they weren't willing to give me an upfront cost to install, not to remove sconces or rewire them, just install the sconces.  This is not a big job.
I contacted Texas Star Electric and Jackson quoted me a turn-key price. I hired him.

I'd originally left a rather lousy review based on a missed update to the hours for TopTech.  Mike contacted me personally and made sure I got taken care of, and fixed the Hours Open listing to reflect the new business hours.

They came on time and assessed the lighting I needed fixed. They also honest about a ceiling fan repair/ would cost more to try s as me figure out then to just replace! They were in And out quickly. Also gave me quotes on future lighting installation. Very happy with service!

Asked for an estimate, they have a $55 fee to come out and give an estimate so I continued with other companies that will quote for free.

Mike, who is the business owner, takes the quality of his technician's work and service to his customers seriously.
The technician who performed the work at my home, Casey, was diligent and cared about doing the job right.

They're professional,  on-time, fair with their pricing and they warranty their work performed.  Mike is an excellent communicator and always explains everything before,  during,  and after the process (which keeps my stress level down because I know I'm not going to get hit with any extra surprises at the end). I have them saved in my phone and they will always be my #1 go to for any electrical issues.
