Great work. Excellent prices. Kaleb is a great guy to work with. He swapped out some old rusty fluorescent light fixture in a carport for a new LED version. It looks great. Big improvement. He also helped with a ceiling fan inside that was falling apart. And he's coming back to replace a broken ceiling fan in another room. Very professional, excellent work.

Our electric water heater died last week and my son did everything he usually does to fix it but this time nothing worked, so he called Red Grizzly Electric, based on reviews. Scott Weaver (Mr Grizzly?) called back within an hour and arrived within 30 minutes after the call, and we live way out in the country.

He quickly located the problem (a burnt out breaker) and replaced it, and now our water heater is working PERFECTLY and he was only here less than an hour! Plus he was nice to our dog.

We will DEFINITELY be calling him for ALL of our electrical needs from now on.

Oh and PS, it cost only $100!

Jacob and Neal are amazing.  I have reached out to Jacobs Ladder twice now.  The first time Jacob offered the best price and time to fix a photo cell that was out.  He was at my house on a Saturday within a hour of me reaching out and had the photo cell fixed in a few minutes.  Afterwards, he took the time to look at a couple of more electrical projects around the house and gave me a quote.  After a wonderful first experience, I recently reached out again about a bad outlet in the garage the garage door opener was plugged into.  Neal was nice enough to explain to me that the issue was not with the outlet the garage door opener was plugged into but probably with a bad GFCI the outlet was tied into.  I asked Neal to hold on in coming out as I wanted to replace the GFCI first to see if that fixed the issue.  Sure enough, I got a new GFCI outlet, installed it, and presto the problem was solved.  Thank you Neal for taking the time to help me solve the problem.  He could've came out and charged me a couple of hundred dollars to fix the issue but didn't.  I am now a loyal customer of Jacobs Ladder and they will be the first company I reach out to on all electrical needs.  Keep up the wonderful customer service Jacob and Neal.

I spoke with Richard who was friendly, helpful and prompt with his response.  An electrician was able to provide service within 15miutes.  My employer was pleased and said that the electrician explained the problem and how a reoccurrence could be avoided.  Hopefully I won't need to but if I do, I'll call again.

Incredibly nice guy who is reliable and the only person out of eight...eight...that responded to me in the same day. Everyone else took two weeks to just respond. He was done with the whole job in two weeks and it was a months worth of work. Did amazing work and even went above what we asked of him by digging us a second ditch to our well house when he had a trencher. When we had an issue on something we messed up, he came out immediately to check things out. Will be using him for here on out.

They were prompt efficient & professional after the ice storm we had a power outage  in our home which required an electrician to fix & upgrade equipment to code. They took care of it the same night & by morning. We had our electricity back. Thank you Homer& his team

Everyone at Henry Electric is top notch from their owner Chuck, who sat on the phone with me for quite some time to make sure I completely understood what I could or shouldn't do. He even went as far to get some of his guys to get a few parts for me from Home Depot for no additional price. Also, the guys working the job Tyler & team were fantastic as they installed over 6 fans, Ring doorbell/driveway cams, and multiple switches around our house. They were extremely friendly, professional and did an awesome job. I will definitely hire them again once I have another Electrical project here at our house.

I called around yesterday to find an electrician for an emergency at my house. No one could be bothered until I call Solarator. The owner/manager came out in an hour and stayed until he temporarily fixed the problem so that the other electricians could come out today to change out my fuse box to a circuit breaker box. I knew it would cost me a pretty penny but it was less than I thought and was so thrilled with the speed and professionalism of the people who are part of this company. I couldnt be happier and will recommend them to anyone needing electrical help!

Had James come out and finish up wiring our shop. Did an excellent job, gave us helpful recommendations, and completed the job quickly. Very happy and satisfied with his work

Unreliable. Cancelled twice after accepting date and time  as discussed. Frustrating if you rearrange your schedule or have to take time off work. Had to use another company.

Greg and his crew came to wire up new construction. He insisted on using aluminum wiring for everything, even though nobody uses aluminum for regular receptacles since the 1970s. He also installed switches and outlets contrary to what I wished, and then tried to charge me for work he never did. This man is a crook and I'd never ever recommend him, not even to my worst enemy.

He did a partial Job. Said he was complete and sent final bill at the end of the day. When inspector tested system. It was not working. He refused to come out and fix it despite me providing more parts without a service call. He will swear he's a master Electrician but he's a master Pain in the butt and not a friendly person. Zero customer service skills

This company is way over-priced. I was stuck with him because my contractor had hired him. So I paid the way high bill. For several straight days I called asking him for an invoice so that I could figure out how much to collect from the contractor. How simple would it have been to provide this information to me. I didn't even get a courtesy call back. Nothing. Don't use this company.

Horrible. Unprofessional. DO NOT EVER HIRE. Costly and does not know what they are doing. And if doesn't work.  They will never come back to fix.  DO NOT HIRE
