Thank you Raymond for the extremely quick service and responsiveness. We had a small job for a patio fan replacement and ring doorbell installation and glad we found this company to help. I get so nervous with larger companies wanting to upsell and really just needed someone reliable, honest and available. Appreciate the care and professionalism you have and will definitely ask for help again on another electrical project when we have one. It's so wonderful when you can find top notch, affordable service swiftly. 5 stars for sure!

They came the next day repaired our problem just wish they would have told me they either had a two hour minimum or charged for a hour of travel time.  Did a great job just wasn't expecting to pay for two hours when it took right at a hour to do the job.

Really helpful neighborhood electrician. He's helped me with 2 different problems on 2 separate occasions. The first problem he fixed in less than 5 minutes and the second one he walked me through on the phone to try to do myself before spending the money to get it done. I feel that he sincerely tries to be helpful instead of just trying to make the money from the job. I wish more people were as willing to be as helpful as him.

I recommend Jubilee Electric for any electrical problems in your home.  They were very responsive and the technician was extremely knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the problem, tested thoroughly and corrected my issue expeditiously.  He was very courteous and  friendly.  They scheduled an appointment during a very busy time of year being Christmas vacation and kept the appointment, showed up earlier than the appointment time and worked the issue.  Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough.  Outstanding work.

My dude helped me out yesterday when I had both a thermostat issue and then freon issue yesterday. He came out twice for me to help out and then worked a strategy on how to long term fix my A/C.  Highly recommend and will use again (and again)!

Jesse, from J&M came out through our home warranty company. I file the claim on Sunday night, and by Monday morning about 9am, I received a call to schedule a time for him to come out and look at my problem. He gave me a 30 minute window, and arrived about 5 minutes after the window of time had started. This is a big deal to me, because other repairs usually give you a 4 hour window and then don't show up until the end of the window.

I told him the problem we were having, and he took the plate off one of the switches and proceeded to test where the problem was coming from. He narrowed it down to a specific light switch (which happened to be 3 light switches in one box. It took him about an hour to fix the problem, and then we had power! He was very friendly, and did not make me feel like my problem was a waste of his time.

He was so easy to work with that we will probably have him do some work we'd like done.

Bill did not show for the appointment we made. I even called and left a voicemail to see if he needed to reschedule and Bill didn't even call me back! Rude and unprofessional. Don't waste your time. Not reliable.

I feel a little taken advantage of!  My husband requested they come out to give us an estimate to get a residential generator, and for that they would require $250(our fault for agreeing).  Had never heard of this before,  but my husband agreed to it.  On the day he came I had a lot of questions, I thought he would at least have the answers and detailed explanations of how it worked.  Most of which should have been answered over the phone and would have saved us $250.  Also multiple questions I had,  he did not seem to have the answers too.  Save your $250 and call someone else!!  He certainly was not an expert.  And also did not even know what the product warranty was.  For my $250 literally got a load test and that was about it.  They know there is a demand (6 month waiting list) and can make a quick buck, oh yeah and want most of the money up front.  Do your due diligence, ask if you will need another propane tank, ask how much that will cost, ask how much it will be to run existing line from a propane tank?  My husband I guess read good reviews about other services they perform, but I promise you, save your $250, I agree with a previous post, ridiculous!!!  All they do is sell you the generator and hook it up to house, they don't do anything else.  Wish I could make that kind of money for doing nothing.  Live and learn.  Like I said, a few quick questions over the phone would have saved us $250.  How would we know we would need a second propane tank( no way HOA would allow it), also a huge added expense on top of  $16,000 he wanted.  He could have asked this over the phone! Also make sure you have a place to put it and that they can get it there easily.  Seems to me just an electric Company jumping on the band wagon of people desperate to get a generator and making a quick buck.  Anyone that wants to charge you $250 to sell you something from $15,000-$17,000 should be your first clue.  Just trying to save others from our bad decision :-(.

Although they were very nice, the work was quite sloppy and often incorrectly done. They also backed into a post in my backyard snapping it and half and then pretended they didn't know! They did offer to come back and make some of it right, I declined due to the dishonesty. I was partially refunded but it took weeks to correct the work myself.

Guys were here for 5 minutes and I still get charged $135.  It's for the hour.  Seeing that they didn't stay for a hour,  why the hell would I pay this? I will but it's just wrong and a bad company model.  I could be a millionaire with this!!  Next time I'm having them do yard work! You need to earn the money!! I give the guys 5 stars but as a company that allows this is just wrong. I don't mind a service fee, but really!!! 5 minutes equals  $ 135. I'm in the wrong business.  Should be ashamed of yourself as a company.
