What can I say? Chris is the man. First of all, his prices are very reasonable. His work is exceptional. He did a Circuit panel upgrade for me. 100 amps to 200 amps with Solar ready. He came at 8:00 am and was done by 10:00 am. That's right, 10:00 am. He had a partner also that was very knowledgeable. The two of them are the best. I Highly recommend him.

I can't say enough about Chris and his team. I'm a relatively new homeowner so I'm pretty sure I know how do everything by myself because of Youtube, hahaha.
Seriously, I don't mess with electrical stuff. I bought one of those children's learning electricity kits for my kids, and I can follow those directions to make the fan turn on, but I couldn't do it intuitively. Using that as my barometer I decided if I couldn't wire the kids toy, maybe I shouldn't mess with wiring on my house.
Chris is responsive, and his team was pleasant and competent problem solvers. For whatever reason, the previous owners decided not to have any of the ceiling lights/fans controlled by the switches in those rooms. There's a switch in the dining room... does nothing, and a ceiling fan that needs a remote to work... that I didn't have.
I told Chris about my problem and he said, he'd likely have to cut into the wall to connect the two. His guys came out, and they did it with one cut! 15 feet of ceiling and down a wall. I couldn't do that, and I recently watched a Youtube video! I can't tell you how much money that saved with the drywall contractor who came to patch and paint after. He walked in and said, One cut.. here to there... These guys know what they're doing. I won't pretend like that will happen in every circumstance, but Mike looked at the problem in front of him and found the efficient solution.
They didn't rake up costs on me either. I bought 4 gfi outlets because I had 4 outlets in my various bathrooms. Rather than just taking the 4 and installing them, they ran some tests and determined that 2 installations would do the same job and talked it through with me so I understood it (Youtube master here).
My house has seriously counterintuitive wiring. They fixed 4 issues on this visit, but I have a lot more work to do. The price was reasonable enough that it doesn't even make sense for me to try to figure this stuff out on my own. I'm just going to budget for them in every room I go to update and move on with the peace of mind that comes with a job well done. Seriously, customer for life. I'll be calling again in the next few months.
Chris is one of the best and most honest businessmen out there. I called him in the morning due to an electrical issue in the house and within an hour he arrived, diagnosed the issue and provided recommendations. Nowadays it's difficult to find honest people who are willing to go above and beyond for the client. I highly recommend Chris for any of your electrical work- he is not a pushy salesman, he simply explains your issue and provides you your options.

An existing drop light in vaulted ceiling was repaired and reinstalled and old fluorescent lighting in my master bathroom was removed and recessed lighting installed . Chris went the extra mile for sure on this small project .

One of the best experiences I had with lights installing. I had to move the position of existing ceiling fan and install 4 recessed lights. Chris and his team nailed the job with only one hole on the dry wall with minor patching job so I could easily resurface and paint. New led lights with wall dimmer switch works flawlessly. They even matched the design and color temperatures with my existing lights. And also finished so quick and neat. I would definitely recommend them !
I am very happy using them. They responded quickly for the estimate, did the work about a week later. They were on time, polite, quick and clean. Quality craftsmanship. Probably not the cheapest guy in town, but I was happy to pay a little more and not deal with any BS. I will use them again and refer my friends to them.
Hands down, Chris and his team are the best tradesmen I've ever had in my house. They did what they said they were going to do, and even more! He charged an honest price, did it quickly and the work is flawless. I cannot recommend him enough!! Work done: hung recessed lighting (without cutting into the ceiling), hung a fan, and wired in two smart switches.

Chris and his team were amazing from start to finish! Chris was referred to me by a friend who raved about his service. I needed a transfer switch installed next to my electrical panel for running a generator during power outages. Chris showed up with his team on time and ready to roll! The specifics of the transfer switch installation were fully explained to me before the work began. After everything was completed, his guys stuck around to allow me to test my generator utilizing the newly installed transfer switch. With 10 powered circuits on the switch, I anticipated a learning curve. But, the guys were extremely patient as they carefully explained & demonstrated every aspect of the equipment. I couldn't be more satisfied with Chris and his team, they now have a customer for life!
Chris does great work and very responsive. Price is very reasonable and fair. I will continue to use him for future electrical projects.
Hire this guy!!! My dentist is really sharp. So if she recommends someone, you can take it to the bank. Her electrician wouldn't touch the project. So I took a chance on Yelp and hired Chris The Electrician. It was an odd project. I wanted an entirely new electrical panel (400-450A) and a TANKLESS ELECTRIC water heater installed (I have solar and EV). He coordinated with the plumbers so that everything would come together. This was about two years ago and I have had zero problems. He also installed a ceiling fan. When he's deep in thought on the project, expect short answers. He then reverts back to the normal Chris when he's figured it out. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Amazing work! Professional! Hired Chris to install recessed lighting throughout the house and put up the new light fixtures. Just got done with the first part of the electrical work. 2nd half will be Saturday. They've done such a great job so far that I didn't want to wait to write this review. Chris did an amazing job fixing the lights at the office I work at! He responded quickly to my request, came out for a quote (which was a very fair quote!), had good communication, & did a great job with the installation & wore a mask both times he came in! The job was to replace some lighting about 20 feet high over a stairwell. When he came in for a quote he recommended that we replace with LED panels as that would last much longer & save electricity so we went with that option (because no one wants to get up on a 20ft ladder every couple of years). We could not be more happy with the way it turned out. They literally look like skylights, even at night! Now I want to replace all the lights in the office lol! I needed an opinion on rewiring my back and front yard for landscape lighting and I contacted two electricians for estimates. The first junior electrician (not a C-10) suggested adding another breaker in the panel because as he stated, there was space for more. However, I knew that I was already maxed out on amperage regardless of the empty spaces for additional circuit breakers. The guy took photos and measurements for conduits, but never got back to me. Chris the electrician confirmed that I was maxed (tapped) out in the panel and explained to me and showed me what could be done to achieve what I was looking to do without any additional electric work. I appreciate Chris' honesty, professionality, and promptness. I will definitely consider him for future projects.

Chris was early for our appointment, polite, professional and honest. My wife and I are replacing our 4 electric ground lights in our front yard with solar power ones. I asked him if he should dig up the box and remove the wiring underground as we are concerned about safety with our small children. Chris reassured me it would be safe to leave the box and wiring in place and that the project would be less involved this way.
On the spot, he disconnected the wire to our 4 ground lights while maintaining the connection to our front door patio light which were all hooked up to the same timer. He then removed the light fixtures and disposed of them. He worked quickly and his price was great! We plan on hiring him again in the future. HIGHLY recommend!!

I had heard about Chris from checking for an electrician on Yelp.
The glowing reviews and comments about his work, his integrity and the extremely fair prices he charged instantly sold me on using him.
Everything about the job was perfect. He called to ask if he could come a littler earlier than scheduled. Of course I was delighted! He came wearing a mask along with his partner who also wore a mask. They worked quickly and professionally making sure my dining table was clear of any ceiling debris.
They hung my dining room chandelier in an hour and he charged me so little that I was moved to buy them lunch as a tip! Such an honest man and such excellent work. What a blessing!!!

First off I want to say thank you to Chris and his assistant Art! You guys are awesome! Chris gave me the fairest prices in Santa Clarita! Art installed several pendants, a large chandelier, fans, security cameras in a timely matter that amazed us and everything looks and works great. I was impressed how thorough he was with each project, making sure to protect our counters and floors in the area he was working in. We're so glad we found ourselves a great electrician!!!
Chris send his 2 assistants Mo and Mike to replace an old bathroom vent to a Panasonic Whisper. After they left, I texted Chris to let him know the vent was not as quiet as I thought it should be. He called immediately to ask me a few technical questions on the box label then said he will send his team back. They came back to replace the existing duct with a 4 and it was quiet! Chris knows and love what he is doing! He did not charge me extra for the duct! Now a days it's rare to find people like him! Needed some ceiling fans installed before summer so I scheduled an appointment with Chris over text. Chris and his assistant came over and installed 3 ceiling fans in just under 2 hours!
They were both very respectful, courteous, and very professional. They brought mats so floors don't get scuffed up and they do clean up after themselves afterward.

Thanksgiving weekend and my internet, tv service, garage door had no power. It turns out the rain tripped my GFCI. I've had issues in the past and wanted a pro to take a look before I electrocuted myself. I looked up electricians on yelp and saw the reviews. I messaged Chris and he came out on a holiday weekend and got my house up and running. I highly recommend Chris and he had a very fair price. I will use him to replace my panel in the future.

Chris is a master electrician! He returned my call within hours, made an appointment with me and was right on time. He was able to figure out a very complex issue with my breaker box and restore my lighting. I want him to come back to replace all of my landscaping lights. He's awesome!

I hired Chris to install an electrical outlet in our backyard for some patio twinkle lights. He quoted a fair price and even made a suggestion relocating the access panel box from the ground level to up high, which we hadn't even considered. Turned out to be a great idea and we are so happy with the results. He and his apprentice came on time, knocked the work out quickly, tidied up and left. Punctual, courteous and respectful. I cannot say enough good things about Chris. I've used him nearly a half-dozen times over the last few years. He is always VERY quick to respond (whether it's through his website, through Yelp, or just directly texting) and quick to be able to come by. He's replaced recessed lights to make them LED on two different occasions (I should have had him do both bathrooms at the same time as he did the kitchen, but I was dumb and waited until those bulbs died to have him come back and change them). His employees helped me install a hard-wired Ring doorbell/camera, and when it didn't seem to be connecting to the electricity, he personally came by to take a look at it and told me exactly what to tell the Ring customer support, which got it all sorted out. Last night, I had two rooms' electricity go out during a lightning strike and flipping the circuit breaker switches didn't turn it back on. On short notice, he came by today and quickly realized that the switches just needed to be forced more into the on position. I flipped them on/off numerous times, but apparently was too timid to really force it, but Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Despite his time to come over her, he would not accept any payment for my naivety when dealing with anything electric. When he does accept payment, his rates are more than reasonable for the work he does. I recommend him, without hesitation, for all your electrician needs.

Chris responded to my request for a quote timely. The project wasn't totally clear through photos so he happily came by for a free quote. His estimate was very fair and reasonable. Scheduled the work, to which he showed up as expected. He took care of extending about 40 feet of electric to an area on our patio to install a ceiling fan. Outlets and lights in master bath were not working. Chris traces the problem to one of the kids' rooms. Swapped out a couple GFI outlets and we're back in business.

Hired Chris to install remove a wall mounted light and install 4 ceiling lights in its place, wiring the installed lights for 3 separate switches; also, to expand an electrical outlet box from 2 to 4 plugs.
Chris met with me and we discussed what I wanted and he gave me a quote that same morning. The actual work was scheduled for a week later.
Chris and his apprentice arrived on time (actually a bit early) and went right to work. They were done in half the time I had expected and did very little damage to the garage walls. I am amazed how quickly the work was completed. The lights are fantastic, I can now see in my garage and work in there!
I will definitely call Chris again in the future. I have some more electrical work to be done in the not too distant future.
My fiancé had one of the outlets from our new home spark on him when trying to unplug something in the garage. I found Chris from Yelp and reached out to him for help. After seeing reviews on Yelp , I hired Chris to do ceiling fans and a bathroom exhaust fan. Ceiling fans needed hanging where no electric wiring existed

One of our circuits breaks went bad and so we contacted Chris on a Sunday. He wasn't able to come out on the Sunday because of family and it was no problem, family comes first. He just left my house and not only replaced the broken circuit breaker, but three others that needed to be replaced. Chris was professional and had all the work done in less than 30 minutes. Chris will be my next call for any electrical needs.
Wow! Talk about awesome! Super nice guy, quick and punctual. We called yesterday (Sunday evening) and left a message. He returned our call right away! He was able to solve our breaker issue in no time. He didn't charge us, since it was so quick (we feel horrible and will be sending him a check anyways). He's earned himself a loyal customer. Once again, Chris is the number 1 guy to handle all of your electrical repairs &/or installation. Had to call for help a couple weeks ago when one of the circuits in our garage kept overloading. As always he was right on time and fixed it up quick. He even repaired our light post when he saw it was not working properly. He had an assistant/apprentice working with him as well and they were both very cautious, wore masks and kept distance, etc.

Honest, straight forward and one who does not cut corners.
I called Chris to diagnose an issue with our clothes washer losing power mid-cycle without blowing a circuit.
He came out as he said he would and listened to my experience and started in immediately.
He worked clean, he managed his time as if working by a specific checklist which would get him to the problem the quickest and in the most efficient way.
Chris discovered the issue and replaced a defective breaker. He also pointed out another issue that should be remedied at some point in the future.
Great Experience and I'm going to be sending Chris to my entire client list!
Called Chris around 11am with the notion that I might need an Electrician after seeing sparks fly out of my wall. He surmised it was a dying outlet.
Chris arrived at 4pm & less than 20-min later my outlet was replaced and functional; $75 for peace of mind. I recommend...

Finding a trusted electrician can be hard. I'm glad that I don't have that concern anymore. I had several electrical projects to do around the house and called Chris based on his 5 star Yelp rating. Sometimes Yelp fails us. This time it definitely did not. Chris met and EXCEEDED my expectations with his professionalism and attention to detail. Could not be more satisfied with his work and am glad to have a trusted electrician for all future jobs and all my friends and family.
Had outlets go out in my master and bath along with other outlet issues that were present in my house for years. I didn't realize how big of a deal it is to find a qualified electrician. To make a long story short after dealing with a couple of other electrical guys who couldn't help me, Chris comes in and fixes everything in less than an hour! So thankful to have found him.

So I tried calling another electrician for help no soap... so I looked on Yelp again and found Chris. Chris answered my call. Chris scheduled me for an estimate and was at my door as promised. Chris is awesome. I hired Chris to install a additional ring floodlight camera which is one of them that is hardwired to the house. He gave me a great price quote compared to other electricians I've used in the past. I would definitely recommend using Chris in the future. If you call him and he does not answer, send him a text message because he is a working man so he may be busy with something. You can't go wrong by hiring Chris. He is now my go-to electrician.
Chris was recommended by a friend who has used his service a few times. I needed new can lights and some outlets moved. I requested a quote and Chris got back to me in about 24 hours. He came by my house to talk to me about the needed work and give me an estimate. He came out a few days later with Mo his assistant. They worked on the can lights first and did a great job installing them, so they provided lighting in the right places. They then worked on my outlets and moved them to the proper height. Chris was easy to schedule and fast to fix an incorrectly installed GFI. Plus even suggested some changes from CFL's in kitchen to LED's that would put out more light and save $'s on electricity. I will be rescheduling to do the switch out soon.

Chris is a true professional. We needed to replace a kitchen electrical socket that had burned out. I called and left a message with him. My husband went to Lowe's (1 mile away) to get a new socket. Chris called and arrived 10 minutes later. He replaced the old socket with one he had in his truck. The job took about 15 minutes and when Chris left he said No charge, Happy Holidays. My husband arrived 5 minutes later with a new socket/plate and I told him the electrician had been here, fixed it, and no charge. Chris is one in a million! Thank you!
I called Chris and was given an appointment three weeks out, so I chose to take the appointment and wait. Same day, I sent him a calendar appointment through text. The morning of the appointment, I called to confirm and he sounded confused and didn't even have me on his schedule for the appointment, but he said he could come anyway. Said he lost his phone in the water, or something like that. He came out to do an evaluation and said he would email me a quote if I texted him my email address, which I did. Two weeks later and I haven't heard from him. Bye, bye.

I've been without power on a circuit since the Tick Fire in my backyard and couldn't figure out what was the cause of my outage. I called Chris late this afternoon expecting a callback tomorrow but he called me tonight. He listened patiently to my explanation of my problem and walked me through several scenarios that could be causing it. I took his advise and did a little more troubleshooting. It's really hard to find a good electrician these days. I Needed some electrical work done so, I turned to Yelp. I saw that my Yelp friend Janelle reviewed Chris the Electrician. I reached out to her, and long story short I gave him a call.
I called and texted Chris and he came the same day and assessed the issue. There were no electricity coming from my garage and one side of the house. Well, we made an appt for him to come back a couple days later. We made it for 8:30am and he was right on time. Very punctual.
It took a few hours to fix because, the problem was a bit more complicated than I thought, it included getting into the walls.
Chris and his assistant fixed the issues and without me even telling him, he fixed an outlet that was totally wobbly and unsafe.
I did not call any other technician so, I cannot compare pricing. He seems to be an honorable man, so I would think the price fit the amount of work he did. Hopefully, I won't have any electrical problems any time soon but, if I do, Chris will be the first person I would call. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

The power went out to the outlets in our backyard. I tried to figure out how to restore it and even took a part some outlets. No avail. Then my wife called me at work to say the outlets in the bathrooms were out. Distraught, I called Chris. So glad I did. He was willing and able to come out same day, literally wIthin hours. He and his assistant quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They even put back together all the outlets I took a part. Everything is back together and working. I highly recommend Chris.

Yelp the rescue! Chris' ratings and reviews are well-deserved. Even on such a small job, he was very generous with his time. He also installed a ceiling fan while he was there and answered all of our questions patiently.
He coordinated the inspection and got us our certificate. Very responsive via text which I love. So much easier than playing phone tag.
Chris himself even came back a few days later when we were having trouble with the ceiling fan light. When someone gives their time even though they aren't making a lot of money I know they are doing it because they love to and their name means something to them.
That equals trust, which equals peace of mind.
Chris was awesome! Showed up exactly on time. Got the job done correctly and for cheaper than originally quoted! He also pulled the necessary permits, something others weren't willing to do. He was about 1/3 the cost of Coverall Electric for the SAME job (with permits). If you plan to have any electric work down I highly recommend Chris. We had a bit of a nightmare of an electrical problem at our house, and Chris was the only person who chose to take it on. We had two other people check it out and more or less disappeared on me. Took a chance on Chris since I only found him on Yelp but he proved to be a great find. Rewired our place (which had initially been wired incorrectly by previous owners) and his price was more than fair. Great, solid guy, and very happy with the work.

Chris is a true professional! I called him based on his great, positive reviews and he was responsive and very helpful. Long story short we had old style, incandescent recessed lighting and wanted to upgrade to LED lighting. We were told by different contractors/electricians that we needed to replace the entire can as our older style cans would not work with the newer LED lighting. Because of the expense at nearly $2400 for the entire set of 20 recessed lights which we have, we decided this is a project we will not tackle anytime soon.
I decided to go through yelp, however, and give their top rated guy Chris a call. Chris was professional. He asked me to send him pictures of our current recessed lights and cans which I did, and he immediately responded he can get retrofit kits/clips for the current cans we have and the install would be much easier and 1/10th the price. Chris got the clips, came by today with his associate and they installed all 20 in about an hour or so. This is a TRUE professional who cares about his work.
The lighting is incredible and so is Chris. I will be calling on Chris for other and bigger projects in the future and appreciate not only his knowledge but his honesty. Thank you, Chris!

Ok so I called this guy that says he has a 5 star rating. My first impression was horrible. I called and he answered the phone rudely. I asked if this was Chris and he responded. I asked when he would be available and he quickly stated not today. I didn't say I was in a rush, just asked when available. I dont know how he has a 5 star rating. He needs to work on his people skills especially if he wants new business. I'll go find someone else that is polite and appreciative.

it's hard to find a stand up guy when it comes to dealing with things you have ABSOLUTELY no idea about. I'm very honored to be the first person to write a review for Chris The Electrician. My Fiancé and I decided to put recessed in our living room. I found Chris from Chris The Electrician on the internet. He came over the following day and gave me a very reasonable price. All the other Electricians were either too expensive or gave off the perception that they didn't want to work on my house because of the vaulted ceilings. Chris had a very trusting personality so it was part of the reason why I decided to go with his services. The installation of the lights was completed without any problems. Chris was very cautious when it came to making a mess in my living room. It took him a total of 4 hours to install the lights. I considered that to be fast considering that he worked alone and my ceiling is vaulted so it was more difficult to work with.
I explained to him that I had to pay him with a credit card. He advised me that he only took cash or check as payment. Not wanting to lose my business, Chris made it possible for me to pay him with a credit card. He purchased a portable credit card swipe that a lot of small business' are using now-a-days (don't worry it's legit). Overall, my Fiancé and I are really happy with the lighting. We're already planning to hire him for additional work throughout the house. I would highly recommend him to anyone for Electrical Services.

I had Chris come to my home again to install a ceiling fan in our bedroom. He is very kind, friendly and fast! It took him an hour to install a fan all by himself. He works clean. I'm going to have him come back to do some recessed lighting in my kitchen. He is also very reasonable. It's nice to find an electrician you can trust.
I had a problem with my switch connections (I didn't know what was wrong when I called to him) and sent a message to Chris to schedule the troubleshoot. He responded the very next day and scheduled over text message and he came over to my house on time. He didn't say much on site but he was really fast to get to the point. He figured out the cause of the problem quickly. I could see that he is an expert and his manner was professional while he worked on the issue. I would recommend him for any electrical issue. I would ask him again for any installation or troubleshoot of electrical issue in the future for sure.

Do not recommend hiring. The lack of professionalism and mess he left behind was so bad it offset what appears to be good work. Feel bad to post a poor review if he was having a bad day but he could have rescheduled. It was not time sensitive work being done. Very surprised since I chose him based off many great reviews.
He's my Go To! I've used his services twice and both times have been a great experience. I won't go with anyone else.

He showed up on time, provided a detailed e-estimate, responded to all cellphone contacts in a timely manner, and suggested some great ideas. Chris swapped in an LED fixture for each halogen canister light throughout the house, and we noticed a BIG reduction in our first power bill afterwards. Also, we had a complicated problem with a receptacle next to the backyard spa. The first fix didn't work (breaker tripped). We called Chris, and he came out a few days later with a creative work-around. Now everything works fine. He's a great guy and we recommend his work to all our friends.

Chris is professional and honest. He came to our house to inspect the electrical panel because we only had power to half our house. Found out that only one of our buses was getting power do to an aged breaker and panel. Had to go through home warranty to have the panel replaced and they sent out a less than reparable electrician. After there diagnosis of the panel they said our panel was overloaded n not aged. I then responded to the home warranty rep that I already had someone inspected it and tell me that it was aged and not overloaded.. She asked who and I responded Chris she immediately change her tone and reworked our agreement so that Chris can handle the work.. Chris is not only trustworthy he is well respected.. Chris was great. I lost power in two of my rooms on Christmas eve. I called and left a message knowing that it wasn't urgent so didn't expect a call back for a few days. Chris called me that night and he tried to walk me through a few DIY things in hopes that it was just an easy fix. Who does that? Most people would want to come out and charge you a fortune even if it was something I could fix myself. Unfortunately, this ended up being something that was more than I could do - even with guidance. We scheduled for a few days later after I got back from traveling.
When he came he was nice, talked to my pets, and then got to work. It was fast and the price was more than fair!

Chris did an excellent job installing my EV outlet in the garage. Price was VERY reasonable. Very professional and courteous. He showed up on time and completed the job under 30 minutes. He even helped install a new CO/smoke detector (apparently required to pass any permit inspection). Since we were given a 2hr time window when the inspector would show up, he was here before the time block and waited outside in his van until his arrival. I am getting my house ready to put on the market and I had a list of electrical issues I needed to resolve. Everything from power crossing over to ground, rewiring a post and porch light, and installing multiple GFCIs in the kitchen. Based on reviews and proximity to my location I selected Chris the Electrician from Yelp. Chris returned my call in the same day and we set an appointment for the following week to fit both of our schedules.
Chris showed up on time (actually a few minutes early) and I walked him through the multiple tasks I needed completed. I then told him to go ahead and do them all. Chris went from one to the other at a very steady and brisk pace, cleaning up behind him as he moved through my house. He even found the source of the power cross over to ground that was caused from a prior installer and corrected the issue.
An hour and a half later he was done. I could not have been more pleased. Chris is not only a skilled electrician, he is a very nice and clean cut guy. I showed him some outside wiring issues to my A/C and pool equipment that was on my list for another time and I look forward to scheduling that work with him.
It was refreshing to get the work done that quickly and I felt his price was very reasonable.
You can't go wrong with Chris the electrician.

I booked Chris a few weeks out to install recessed lights in two of the bedrooms and to replace the current fixture above the dining room to a chandelier. Contacting him was very easy and his response time was pretty quick. The 2 stars is not due to his work. The recessed lights came out fine. The reason why I am giving two stars is because of the damage to my new wood floors from his ladder. I was actually going to hire him for more work until I was cleaning up and noticed that there was damage to my new wood floors. There are dent marks and scratch marks from where the ladder was. Also, during the time he was in my home, he seemed in a hurry to get the job done as quickly as possible and when he left I had a lot of cleaning to do from all the debris from the installation.
I have had Chris come and work on things three times and each time he is prompt, professional, clean and does great work. I finally have found my electrician !!t Thank you!! Today he installed two ceiling fans for $75 a piece.
I've used Chris several times now and he's always on time, on budget and he does quality work.

Chris came on time and finished in 30 minutes. His prices were very reasonable.
He added a GFI outlet in my master bathroom and did some work in the attic. I would definitely use him again.
I had a line of outlets that stopped working. I called Chris he said he had time that day to come buy and check it out. When he arrived I told him that any repair we had over the years was complicated because nothing was done up to code. After they spent an hour trying to figure out why nothing made sense and sure enough, never should have passed inspection, he said they had another job to finish but they would be back and get it done. He showed up on time. He and his helper worked non stop for 3 hours. Chris spent most of that time crawling around in the attic. Finally they fixed it and I was very surprised at the reasonable price. I recommend Chris.
Hired him to install a ceiling fan in our soon to be nursery. He's prompt, friendly and just a real nIce guy. His service is not overly expensive, in fact, he quoted us half the price of another electrician. His work is flawless and he cares about what you like. Great job!!! So like every-time I looked upon Yelp reviews for getting an electrician for some work at my home. 1) Need to move a switch from near garage door to inside the office room 2) Step-down from a 220v outlet to a 120v in the backyard. Chris had excellent reviews and I picked him. He was right on time for the quote and also on the day of work. His quote was reasonable compared to others. There were some issues in the work but a follow up with Chris resolved everything. Everything looks good now.

Sent multiple emails to Chris to his Saturday availability but will not respond or either ignore my emails. Still waited half a day on Saturday hoping Chris will show up. That was wishful thinking. Will no longer consider Chris The Electrician a viable resource.
I hired Chris to swap out a ceiling fan with a chandelier on a 10 ft. ceiling, and to replace a dome light in one of our bathrooms. He and his assistant showed up and had both jobs done in about 30 minutes. I also asked Chris if he could look at one of our antique lamps because it was no longer working. He fixed that within 2 minutes--at no extra charge. Chris and his assistant were both very polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was pleased with their work and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business.
Chris is the real deal. I needed a plug installed, tight timeline due to a kitchen remodel. He accommodated my schedule, showed up on time, expertly installed a plug despite a complication with a pipe in the wall, and charged his quoted price. I will absolutely use him again.

Chris installed a 48 inch long light bar over my bathroom vanity. I had previously checked the contents of the package in a cursory way to verify that I had received the correct fixture from the store. Before he came was the first time I took the fixture out of the shipping package and I realized that the outer light glass had separated. When Chris came he pointed out that the chrome casing was compressed and that it might not be possible to use the fixture. He said he would see if it could be fixed and he was able to shape it pretty well. Since the damaged surface could be put on the ceiling side the light fixture could still be used. Chris told me that if I wanted to return it he would come back to reinstall the new one. I called the store (Fergusons) and they apologized and said they would replace (even though it was almost 2 months since delivery and I obviously hadn't checked the package very well). Chris said that the light would be sound as installed and I decided to keep it. I really appreciate that Chris worked through this problem and was very obliging and willing to come out for even a 3rd trip on the original price estimate if I wanted to replace the light. Called Chris to install a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. He had to run electricity to the ceiling, drill a hole and install the fan. Price was what he quoted including his supplies. He and his assistant cleaned up and everything works great. I would definitely hire him again!
I recommend Chris 100%! Absolutely saved the house from burning down. No, literally! Solar Max botched a breaker panel installation that almost set my house on fire. Chris came out within the hour of me contacting him on a weekend and fixed the issue immediately. He also pointed out all of the issues left behind by the sub-par installer. I contacted Chris about installing a light timer for exterior lights. He responded very quickly and installed the timer the following day. It required replacing my existing switch with a two-gang box, which took about 30 minutes to do. His prices are much more reasonable than others I contacted, and he even took the time to replace a light switch in one of my bedrooms for a nominal additional cost.
I have plenty of additional electrical work that needs done throughout my house and will definitely be contacting Chris again to do it. Prompt. Courteous. Affordable. Chris is the guy to call for your electrical needs.

Contacted Chris for some recessed lighting installation in my living room. He quickly answered all my questions via text, provided pricing, and scheduled a time to come out. He also installed junction boxes for chandeliers and ceiling fixtures in some of the rooms. I didn't have the chandeliers purchased at the time yet, so he said to let him know when I get them and he would return to hang them. Great service, reasonable prices, and quality work. I definitely recommend Chris if you need an honest electrician!

We have had Chris install fixtures for us on two different occasions, most recently in a home we just moved into. He and his apprentice installed four ceiling fans, two bathroom fixtures, two chandeliers, and three wall sconces. All work was done quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.
I live in Las Vegas. In Santa Clarita last week, had a problem with a rental house. Chris took care of the problem and my Tenant was very pleases and so am I. I am a retired General Contractor from the San Fernando Valley, this was the best service I have ever had, Want it done on time and good, this is who you want on the job.

Chris came out today, on short notice, and quickly took care of an electrical issue that had been plaguing me for over a year. Both he and his assistant were very professional and efficient. Chris even took the precaution of asking me to shut down some computer equipment, just in case it was unintentionally affected during his troubleshooting. It was not affected, but I am grateful that he had the foresight to warn me, just in case. Chris is a great electrician and he does outstanding work!
I found Chris through an app on my iPhone. When I called and left a message he was fast to respond and set up an appointment to respond to my house to give me a quote for installation of recessed lighting in my living room. After the appointment he responded to my house within a week to complete the project (installation of 6 recessed lights in a vaulted ceiling). We had installed very sensitive wood flooring in the house and I had advised him of my wife's concern that it may become damaged during the install due to falling drywall or equipment. Chris assured us that he would be cautious and would not damage the flooring. The install took only half a day and we could tell Chris took care to avoid damage as if it was his own home. The project went flawlessly and turned out beautiful and we finally have lighting in our living room. The price point was well within all the research I had done on my own. I would highly recommend Chris for anyone's future projects and it is clear that he is professional, caring, and takes pride in all projects he's tasked to complete.

We had been putting off an electrical repair in our house for over 6 months. Finally decided to look up reviews on Yelp and Chris came highly recommended. We called and he was out to our house in 20 minutes. He fixed the problem with our recessed light in 15 minutes. The hardest part was setting up the ladder so he could reach the light. His prices are very reasonable and we will definitely be having him back for other repairs and installations. Thanks Chris!
Our fire alarms were blaring non-stop. I changed the batteries to no avail. The firefighters even came because I was not sure why our alarms were going off (and I wanted to rule out a fire I could not find). There was (thankfully) no fire.
The alarms are hard wired and linked together. I called Chris the Electrician with the sound of the alarms sounding in the background. He came right away (within 10 minutes!) and figured out which one had gone bad after testing and checking a few of them. He turned our house into a place of golden silence once again and replaced the one that went bad for a very reasonable price. Don't hesitate to call him. He is very nice and gets the job done competently and quickly!
We wanted to have a ceiling fan put into our living room. Unfortunately there was no existing fixture in the ceiling so we had to have an existing electrical wire tapped into and a new fixture/mount needed to be created. Not the most fun of jobs when it's 90 degrees outside and over 100 in the attack which is where most of the work was done. I would start a review of Chris the Electrician if I had ever got a call back to do the work. I called yesterday in the am and it is now a day later, third call made with leaving of messages, and still no call back. Now I am sure Chris is a great person and more than likely he is real busy, or at least according to zero call backs, but you see I come from the old school. NEVER leave a potential customer without at least a phone callback of some sorts. Reasonable people will agree that most of the time everyone will wait for a good technical person, providing they remember to at least communicate. If they are a few days behind, that is fine most folks will wait, but never should people have to accept poor communications and zero call backs. It is just not reasonable or worse it is without courtesy. So for Chris, sorry but I now have to move onto another electrician simply because of lack of communications!!

We wanted to add fans in both of our bathrooms and we hired Chris to install the fans. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Chris. He offered us a reasonable price for the work. We spoke on the phone and through email to set-up the schedule. He is really a good honest person, so we felt comfortable welcoming him into our home. He did a great job installing the fans, and they look good in the bathroom, no more foggy mirrors. We highly recommend him, and we are already planning on upgrading to recess lighting in the bathrooms, and we will be calling Chris to put this lights up too.
I called Chris because my outside electrical outlets were not working. He came over on a Sunday morning a few minutes after I contacted him. It turns out it was a gfi outlet that just needed to be reset in my garage. Long story short he did not charge me at all and I offered to pay him and he refused. I will definitely use him again as he was extremely promt and professional and he's a classy guy. That's not your typical electrician. I would definitely recommend him.

Chris has been to my place 2x, and did a fantastic job both times. The 1st time involved moving a box for the bathroom vanity, and the 2nd involved checking some circuitry that I was having a problem with. He was quick both times, with good results. On the first trip, he even did some complementary patching. It was a small patch but, nonetheless, not something he had to do at all, and it was of great convenience to us. Thank you Chris.

Called Chris for an estimate of installing two interior light fixtures. One fixture was situated from a 20 ft ceiling. Chris quoted me a price over the phone that sounded reasonable considering another installer said it was a minimum of $400 as he would have to locate a ladder that tall. Chris and his assistant arrived on the scheduled date with the necessary equipment for the installation. He was professional, courteous and stuck to the quoted price. I'll call him again for future jobs.
Chris put recess lights in my home, and gave me a very good price. He was on time for the job and finished in the time he said he would without rushing. I would highly recommend him.

Our electrical panel was failing and needed to upgraded from 100 to 200 amps. We have a home warranty that is supposed to cover it. After three other electricians, we were lucky enough to have Chris sent to our house. We were going out of town and had to have it done immediately. He re-arranged his schedule and dealt with the warranty service and Edison on our behalf. He even followed up to make sure that the inspection was done AFTER we'd left town and had paid him. Additionally, when the warranty company refused to pay the full amount we'd agreed upon, Chris chose not to charge us more. He was totally professional throughout and a heck of a nice guy as well. We have recommended him several times since December 2014 when we used him.

Chris is a really great guy first and for most which was very important when letting somebody into your home. Very easy to talk to and very professional work ethic. He did a complete rewire of our home and upgraded our panel...ALOT OF WORK! He did the job very well and was honest every step of the way. We highly recommend his work and will use him for many years to come.
