This literally the first yelp review I ever wrote. Jimmy was a life savor!! He answered right away and was here by my apartment in 10 mins!  He was done in less than 5 mins! I would definitely recommend him. Prices are reasonable as well.

A great resource for your electrical needs. We worked with Sein Me on the installation of 4 ceiling lights in our hallway. Prompt and professional interaction the entire time. We will use again!

These guys are great! They show up exactly when they say they will and are very considerate of your time. They are reasonably priced and willing to get to the bottom or the problem if it is not a clear fix. They know what they are doing and fixed a list of issues listed on our home inspection in under an hour. They are also very friendly! Would definitely use them again!

Great guy. Very accommodating. Quick to respond to all communications. Installed new 200-amp service for my mother's home. Allowed me to buy the materials. His guys were friendly and hard working. Inspector said whoever did the work did an excellent job and we agree. Would hire anytime I need electrical work.

I had an excellent experience with Omeshwar.  He was very professional and did a great job installing a number of dimmers throughout my house.  There were a couple complicated issues that arose during the install, and Omeshwar handled them like a pro.  He was also a pleasure to work with, was great at communicating, and was reasonably priced.  Will definitely be going back to him in the future!

They appeared to be responsive in getting to our home for the quote.  The father, who is the main expert in this family-run business, spent time with us and explained our options.  He said he would email us the quote within 48 hours.  He left and we never heard from him again.  Why waste our time and his - come to that.  If he decided he did not want to even give us a quote or not do the work, just say so there and then or even after the fact.  This is the first contractor to walk away from a possibly client-costly  / money-making job.

I can't say enough good things about Xpert Electric.  I actually cold called electricians when I bought a house and needed to upgrade to a 200 amp panel.   I spoke to Xavier and he was professional, took the time to explain everything and the most fairly priced.  Recently, I needed a new outlet installed as I was tripping the breaker with my ac.  We called Xavier straight away and he explained everything.  Henry and Jacob arrived early (when does that happen?!?!) went straight to work.  Extremely professional, did an excellent job AND cleaned up everything!!  They will be back again on Monday to complete some more work.  I highly and enthusiastically recommend Xpert Electric and everyone there!

Serge was very efficient and honest. He came on time around 10 a.m. and left his tools and the ladder after seeing the wall heights. We have 12 ft walls so he needed a tall ladder. He returned after 45 mins as there is no free parking near our Condominium and he had to park almost 7/8 blocks away. He put up all the paintings as well as the Zebra skin on the wall properly. We were delighted with his work. He didn't waste any time even though he was working on an hourly basis. He also started his time after parking the car.

I certainly recommend him highly for any installation job.

Jaime did a great job installing our ceiling fans.  He was very responsive from the first call, coming over same-day to assess the job.  Weekend hours and quick to respond, worked with us to find a reasonable price.

Alex was the only one able/willing to come same day (Sunday).  He diagnosed and fixed our washing machine very quickly.  Very happy with the service, would call him again for any future appliance repairs.

We hired york recently to do a few things in our house. We had shopped around and got estimates for the work we needed to be done. York came over and were very knowledgeable and gave us a great price. We are happy we went with thia company,  they did a great job and everything in the house works perfectly.  Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I called Gambi based on the high recommendations on this site, but it has turned out to be a nightmare.

Eugene came in a timely manner to repair two exterior lights that weren't working correctly, meaning the lights would come on sometimes with the timer, sometimes not, and sometimes flicker. He said I needed a new timer for one, which he purchased and I reimbursed him for. He and his assistant tried for some time to program the timer, but did a poor job of it and the light would go on some days, not on others. I ultimately programmed it myself and it works ok.

The other fixture he allegedly fixed continued to blow out bulbs. I replaced the bulbs myself several times, but figured there must be a problem with the fixture so I called him to come back. (To his credit, Eugene answers his phone and comes when he says he will.) Eugene came back on two more occasions to rectify the problem, but he just changed bulbs, which would blow out several days after he changed them. On his last visit, he accused me of just wanting him to change bulbs, which was highly insulting as well as incorrect. I have better things to do with my time than to schedule someone to come change lightbulbs, and the fact is that had he done his job correctly the first time, he wouldn't have had to return.

I've owned this house for 12 years and know that changing exterior fixture bulbs is not a weekly chore. In the past I've had contractors who, when faced with a job outside of their competency level, would have the integrity to admit as much. This job was obviously over Eugene's head, but that didn't stop him from wasting my time and money.

Save yourself the headache. Don't use Gambi.

Rob Ferrito owns the company. Extremely professional in a world where contractors are no longer professional. He'll come at the agreed time, finish on the agreed finish date, and clean up behind him. He is a Professional Electrician. I could not recommend another electrician more highly. However, the service and reputation will cost you. His employees are as professional as he. You want an cheap price, call another electrician. You want an excellent job, call him.

I called up to have my room painted and tv mounted and couldn't be more happier. Ciro came to my home gave me Fair price and did the work like a real professional. I highly recommend him to anyone e looking for great work at a reasonable price.

They were incredibly professional and did a fantastic job in a faster than quoted time. They all wore masks and were very diligent about being careful during covid. They left the place and were polite and generally good to work with. Loved the work they did and would hire them again!

Avoid at all costs.  I asked the guy (Jeff Brausewetter) to install a 220v outlet for a new dryer and he said he needed to put in a new breaker box.  I paid for it, and he came and installed it; he told me he was almost done but just needed to get the part for the outlet.  Then he stopped answering the phone or replying to my texts.  Finally he replied saying that he had been locked out of his phone and would sort me out, but after that he became unresponsive at the new number too.  Finally I had another electrician out (Riviera Electric, recommended).  He explained that (i) Jeff's breaker box was completely useless, and (ii) he hadn't actually done anything except for screwing the box onto the wall - no wiring or anything.  So, I'm out over $300 with nothing to show for it except for a useless breaker box that I'm going to have to throw away.  BEWARE!
