Jason Klein was fast in responding to my inquiry, gave me a quote that was clear and accurate for best case/worse case scenario and was INCREDIBLY accommodating with our tough logistics; we were facilitating repairs in our family member's home in NJ and we had to rent a car from NY.

Day of repairs, we rushed out from the city and Jason made sure the two electricians, Nate and Vik got there shortly after us.  These two guys took care of everything in less than 20 minutes, were honest what was wrong and more importantly were honest with what was NOT wrong and gave us guidance for what to do in the future.  

Our total bill was WAY less than we expected.  Honest billing, terrific electricians and information to take care of things as time goes by.

Great work at a good price! The brothers Malfettone will do quality work, adjusting from their original estimate on site to account for unforeseen conditions and such. They show up when they say they will, and they even returned to fix a wee problem weeks later. Latest state-of-the-art LED fixtures and such. Well done, Jason & Mike!

I had an excellent experience with Omeshwar.  He was very professional and did a great job installing a number of dimmers throughout my house.  There were a couple complicated issues that arose during the install, and Omeshwar handled them like a pro.  He was also a pleasure to work with, was great at communicating, and was reasonably priced.  Will definitely be going back to him in the future!

They appeared to be responsive in getting to our home for the quote.  The father, who is the main expert in this family-run business, spent time with us and explained our options.  He said he would email us the quote within 48 hours.  He left and we never heard from him again.  Why waste our time and his - come to that.  If he decided he did not want to even give us a quote or not do the work, just say so there and then or even after the fact.  This is the first contractor to walk away from a possibly client-costly  / money-making job.

this is a neutral review. seemingly a nice guy. they charge you a per visit fee so even if they don't fix anything you will still have to pay that. fine. he wants you to trust his work which seems like a reasonable ask. however, for a ceiling fan replacement, he wanted to charge me once for the diagnosis for the exact problem and then a second time for the installation of the fan. mind you a per visit fee is about $100. I asked for an all in price and he was offended that I didn't want to be billed multiple times for the same job and to install a ceiling fan? He said that he couldn't work under the circumstances and told me to find someone else to finish the job. He was reasonable enough to not charge me for the diagnosis visit for which nothing was fixed but he had issue with my pointing out the multiple visit fee. I'll let you decide.

Serge arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently. Replaced our vanity and sink with a set from IKEA which mounts to the wall (no legs), applied silicone cleanly, very happy with the result. Also communicated clearly in terms of materials and pricing. I would hire Serge again for future tasks.

Jaime did a great job installing our ceiling fans.  He was very responsive from the first call, coming over same-day to assess the job.  Weekend hours and quick to respond, worked with us to find a reasonable price.

Alex was the only one able/willing to come same day (Sunday).  He diagnosed and fixed our washing machine very quickly.  Very happy with the service, would call him again for any future appliance repairs.

Dennis and his employees were wonderful and did a great job. Dennis was quick to stop by to evaluate the problem and also scheduled his crew right away. The guys in his crew were courteous, efficient and hard working. I was extremely happy with the service and would want them to help fix any other electrical issues I may have in the future.

Eugene was great the first time I called him, but I guess it was an off day because since then he's turned out to be one of those ghosting contractors who doesn't show up, doesn't call back, and makes you waste your time waiting for him without the courtesy of a call to let you know he has no intention of showing up. I don't know how anyone can run a business this way, it's incredibly unprofessional. A phone call isn't a lot to ask.

Rob Ferrito owns the company. Extremely professional in a world where contractors are no longer professional. He'll come at the agreed time, finish on the agreed finish date, and clean up behind him. He is a Professional Electrician. I could not recommend another electrician more highly. However, the service and reputation will cost you. His employees are as professional as he. You want an cheap price, call another electrician. You want an excellent job, call him.

My tenants bathtub was clogged.  I called handyman guy and Ciro gave me an estimate over the phone.  He came to fix the problem.  Bathtub was unclogged!!!  Very reliable. Stuck to the price that was quoted over the phone. He also helped me with my sink too for a very minimal charge.  I will use him again for any other handyman work that I made need.

Frank with Ceriello arrived at the scheduled time, worked quickly and efficiently, completed the job, and left the space clean and neat. It was a minor job, but I'd trust them with a larger job in the future.

Avoid at all costs.  I asked the guy (Jeff Brausewetter) to install a 220v outlet for a new dryer and he said he needed to put in a new breaker box.  I paid for it, and he came and installed it; he told me he was almost done but just needed to get the part for the outlet.  Then he stopped answering the phone or replying to my texts.  Finally he replied saying that he had been locked out of his phone and would sort me out, but after that he became unresponsive at the new number too.  Finally I had another electrician out (Riviera Electric, recommended).  He explained that (i) Jeff's breaker box was completely useless, and (ii) he hadn't actually done anything except for screwing the box onto the wall - no wiring or anything.  So, I'm out over $300 with nothing to show for it except for a useless breaker box that I'm going to have to throw away.  BEWARE!
