Have hired Jason and Stephen several times--these guys are fantastic. Good people and good electricians. They know what they are doing and they do it well, quickly, efficiently and with zero drama.

Pricing is fair and transparent. Scheduling is straightforward. And I really appreciate that they always try to understand the job in detail when I call them and before they show up. If it's something that requires some pre-planning / pre-work, they'll tell you--saves time and money. Once on the job, they communicate very well how long certain things will take and whether something is worth doing or not. Again, saves me time and money.

I had an excellent experience with Omeshwar.  He was very professional and did a great job installing a number of dimmers throughout my house.  There were a couple complicated issues that arose during the install, and Omeshwar handled them like a pro.  He was also a pleasure to work with, was great at communicating, and was reasonably priced.  Will definitely be going back to him in the future!

The first time I hired No Shorts Electric, I needed last minute help installing an electric oven that was delivered the day before Thanksgiving. The installers from the company I purchased it from couldn't figure out how to properly install it. Dominick was able to accomodate my family the day before a major holiday and literally saved the day for us! Since then, we have hired the company for a few other projects and each time they are prompt and professional. I wouldn't even think about hiring another company! Definitely recommend 100%!

I usually don't leave negative feedback, but I think this company is trying to take advantage of victims of Hurricane Ida. We were hit hard with 4+ feet of water in the basement. Xpert Electric was really responsive and sent someone quickly to do an assessment which cost $159. Then once the sheetrock was ripped up they came to do a second assessment for another $70. Finally to redo the wiring in our basement, they gave me an estimate that seemed ridiculous. Even though I needed power immediately I told them I needed a day to think about it. I researched online and the price was way out of line. I believe they assumed our insurance is paying and jacked up the price (like most people affected insurance isn't paying anything).

I contacted another local electric company that had great reviews on Yelp and Facebook groups: Grounded Electric. They gave a free assessment and their final cost is not even one third the cost of Xpert Electric.

Jaime did a great job installing our ceiling fans.  He was very responsive from the first call, coming over same-day to assess the job.  Weekend hours and quick to respond, worked with us to find a reasonable price.

We hired york recently to do a few things in our house. We had shopped around and got estimates for the work we needed to be done. York came over and were very knowledgeable and gave us a great price. We are happy we went with thia company,  they did a great job and everything in the house works perfectly.  Would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot say enough about Eugene.  We were having a wall taken down in an apartment, and the contractor (wonderful, but not a licensed electrician) found old exposed and live wiring embedded in the wall. This was on a late Saturday afternoon. I called Eugene immediately because he was so highly rated on Yelp.  He called back in about 20 minutes and was in the apartment within 2 hours, turned off the electricity and secured the wiring.  He returned a few days later and did extensive work in the apartment for a day and a half.  He worked beautifully with the other contractors, made time and money saving suggestions, did little things like tightening fixtures without asking, and left the place cleaner than when he arrived.  He worked beautifully with his assistant, a hardworking and good humored young man. All this at very reasonable prices. I wish I could give them six stars!  I will definitely have them back again.

Hired rob to rewire my attic had some damage before from a short that went wrong, he was fair with the price and quality workmanship.

Ciro was super responsive to my initial inquiry to replace a wired doorbell and chime box and scheduled a mutually convenient time right away. He brought both a wired and wireless option so he could get the job done regardless of wiring conditions. He was efficient, organized, pleasant to speak with, and fairly priced. I'll definitely call him again for other home maintenance projects.

I called Ceriello and they gave me an appointment for the next business day (which was Tuesday after a holiday) 8:30am.  Marvin came by and saw it was a bigger problem so we rescheduled for the next day same time. He came back, did some trouble shooting and while this old building requires a bigger job, he explained very clearly what would need to happen, provided good options and came up with a reasonably priced and option to complete in the meanwhile. It was all done safely and clearly. Highly recommended.

Avoid at all costs.  I asked the guy (Jeff Brausewetter) to install a 220v outlet for a new dryer and he said he needed to put in a new breaker box.  I paid for it, and he came and installed it; he told me he was almost done but just needed to get the part for the outlet.  Then he stopped answering the phone or replying to my texts.  Finally he replied saying that he had been locked out of his phone and would sort me out, but after that he became unresponsive at the new number too.  Finally I had another electrician out (Riviera Electric, recommended).  He explained that (i) Jeff's breaker box was completely useless, and (ii) he hadn't actually done anything except for screwing the box onto the wall - no wiring or anything.  So, I'm out over $300 with nothing to show for it except for a useless breaker box that I'm going to have to throw away.  BEWARE!
