Great service, thank you Lisa and Ian for your response to our electric mast reinstall after the recent storm.  You  came through as promised and I am grateful!

I had a multitude of remaining issues lingering in our apartment, from a leaking sink to a weak toilet valve to 2 dead electrical sockets.  I was on the lookout for someone who could tackle a wide range of issues and am glad I found Ricardo.  He came in, assessed each issue, and fixed each one.  He took his time to make sure that everything was fixed as needed.  The electrical work proved tricky, but he stayed as long as needed till everything was just working, even when it involved having to rewire outlets and other work that wasn't anticipated to fix the issue.

Highly, highly recommended for repairs, especially if you have a multitude of them that require different specialties like plumbing, electricity, etc. and you want a single contractor to tackle them all!

One of the, if not the, best electricians I've ever hired. We called for a service upgrade and some other outlet/line work. He actually tried to talk us out of some things, until we explained that our future plans needed 200amp svc. He ended up redoing the whole outside electrical with box placements that make sense for the future. His guys are as good to work with as he is, the prices are extremely fair, and you get every bit what you pay for. All the work was done in one day (original estimate was 2). Highly recommend, i would gladly hire them again and probably will soon. 'Nice work for nice people'.

Roman recently helped me with an electrical issue affecting my HVAC. He was very responsive, prompt, courteous, timely, and fair. His schedule flexibility was most appreciated. He was quick to respond to a quote request and stayed true to his word. I was very pleased with his work and more than fair pricing. I am pleased, and have referred him to the rest of my building. Showed up on time. Had a bandanna mask.  Ran a wire from the breaker box to the 2nd floor and installed a new outlet.  Looked good. Price was fair.

They came on short notice to address an electrical concern on a work-in-progress renovation.  They addressed our concerns with the utmost professionalism, and worked with us to plan needed electrical work in a way that was minimally invasive and code-compliant.

I have been using Connect Electric for years now and just realized I have not reviewed. Steve has always been dependable, prompt and quite reasonable. We have had him replace numerous light fixtures (both indoor and outdoor) and troubleshoot a number of electrical issues that come with owning a house that is over 80 years old. We have always been satisfied with the services provided. Steve is also quite conscientious and trustworthy. Never had any issue with leaving him in the house to get the job done.

I have been using Dynamic Electrical Contractors for years. Both the owners are reliable, honest, hardworking - and always get the job done and on time. They were extremely patient and had a lot of great ideas. It has been a pleasure working with them and their crew.

An electrician company battling for business in NYC that does not the first thing about customer service. After calling to discuss business, one of the associates did not even begin to give me the time of day. As I was explaining  our needs the associate hung up, but not before mumbling something under his breath. I can sit here and say I am thankful to never do business with such a B grade company. I'd rather stick a paper clip in an outlet than do business with H & A.

I got in touch with BQ on a Tuesday and they were on the job by Wednesday. Very responsive. Steve and Brian were clean, courteous and fast. They laid out blankets and rugs and cleaned up the dust where the worked. The work was done very carefully and our new highhats look great. Steve was very patient and offered advice on light placement. I would definitely hire BQ again and refer them to friends. Great job. Thanks, Neil C.

Dave was amazing!  I tripped a circuit on a Sunday morning, and Dave came out within 2 hours of sending out requests for help.  He identified the issue and ensured all of the outlets in our house worked before leaving.  Likewise, he gave us tips on what to plug in where, the amps each outlet probably requires, and recommendations for better looking lights.  I would definitely use Dave again for any additional electrical issues we have.

I needed a light fixture installed in my loft area. Devesh was very responsive when I first inquired about my request. Luckily, he was able to schedule me in for the next day.

Joshua came to install my light fixture and he was just awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable and made the job look fairly easy. I would not hesitate to reach out to Devesh and his team again.

Craig has helped us twice - with problem solving and changing a number of thermostats at our hot yoga studio (Sacred Brooklyn) and then again with an emergency power outage.  I've had a horrible time with electricians in the past - and I can't recommend him enough.  He's fast, professional, a great communicator, a problem solver, and extremely reasonably priced.  I've had brick and mortar businesses for over 10 years and he is by far the best electrician I have hired.
