Awesome service, will certainly use again if needed. Fixed our bad wiring problems and replaced a panel quickly - our home is safer as a result. Communication along the way was timely, kind, and professional. Good company.

I had a great experience with Greg at Power Plus. I requested a quote for the install of 4 ceiling fans and 2 Ring floodlights and he responded quickly. I took a few pictures to give him an idea about any potential challenges with the floodlight location and he got a quote back to me in less than a day. I also added a chandelier at the last minute and he updated the quote quickly.

On the day of the install, Greg got right to work. There was some unexpected light switch work for 3 of the 4 ceiling fans (my fault for not opening the boxes first) but Greg kept chugging along and did the work for a fair price. We had the junction boxes in place already so he was able to hang and wire them up in no time.

Quality of the work continued with the floodlight installs. There was no preexisting electrical so Greg pulled all the necessary wires and and had them up and running in no time. He even stayed up on the ladder to make sure I was happy with the light & camera positioning.

All in all, I would definitely recommend Greg and Power Plus for any electrical issues you may have. Great work at a fair price

I've been using Totaly Wired for my own projects as well as for clients. They are always on time, professional, efficient, pleasant and neat (which is so appreciated when people are working in my home!). The owner is very knowledgeable and the office is very responsive. I really am impressed with how they run their business.

Great guy but inadequate work! Had some light switches and outlets that were not working and had will come to check it ! Told me it was a loose socket and the problem was solved ! 4 hours later the same issue happened and I called back with no response for what ended up being 2 days  ! I had to have  another electrician come to tell me that there was no power to a main line which was the first thing that should have been tested with a volt meter ! Ended up paying two times when the right testing wasn't done in the first place !

You kind of know how much a company truly cares about it's customers when they are willing to come back and correct a human error they did on their part free of charge after Christmas at that. There is really not much to say except that what you see in these yelp reviews by these customers is truly genuine and they are indeed 5 stars. You sense that the second they walk through your home and get to work asking minimum questions. Their confidence gives off instsnteanously. In addition, they send photos to their boss before, during and after the job. If the boss sees something he does not like, he tells the guys to alter plans best suited for situation. You get that sense that they care. Bottom line. If you need to install a wall mount, do not think. Just call them right away. Bottom line.

I wanted to recommend an electrician that we used to rewire our 4 story 2 family brownstone in Brooklyn. His name is Sal, and he's at LB Electric. His cell is 917-627-9903 and phone is (718) 431-0565.

When deciding on an electrician, I believe I called between 10-15 of them and got quotes from at least 6 or 7. I called many of the recurring recommended electricians from Brownstoner, as well as a few other local electricians that I found through google searches or just from walking around my neighborhood. I wanted to go with someone who was local because the closer they are the better, in my mind.

I found LB Electric by googling online. Sal's quote was by far the most reasonable. For example, his quote was 30,000 less than the highest quote I got (from one of the electricians who was recommended on this website). He gave me some corporate references for building companies that he's done work for. They all checked out.

His work was top notch, he was reliable in showing up, and he's did a lot of arguably extra things for us, suffered through some contract changes, and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. There were a few mistakes in the way the switches were wired by his employees, and some of the boxes weren't installed totally straight but he fixed those. (Happily and without attitude or anger, which is a big plus in my opinion). He is very friendly and spends a lot of time personally making sure the job is right.

He also went above and beyond the call of duty! At one point, we thought that one of the workers dislodged some electrical piece that made our boiler stop working. We then got power to the boiler, but it wasn't turning on. I called Sal who said he'd come over to fix it. It turns out it wasn't an electrical problem, but somehow, another person (don't know who) had turned off the water supply to the boiler. Sal fixed it for us, free of charge and happily and said Hey, you don't need to call a handyman! I used to fix boilers. He even came back another time to fix the boiler. Once, he also took me to a lock wholesaler in the neighborhood because I had been having a hard time finding the right kind of electric lock for us. He waited at the store and helped me select one, and then got me a discount through his account with them.

We passed the DOB inspection easily. They noticed one minor problem, and asked Sal to fix it while they were onsite, which he did very quickly, and then they passed us.

I ultimately went with Sal because his price was reasonable, and he seemed trustworthy, experienced, good natured, and his references checked out well. I have NEVER met a contractor who has been so nice, thorough, and reliable as Sal. I'd firmly recommend him to anyone. I'm no longer living in New York, though still have the house there and all the electrical has been fine! I wanted to write this review because I was so impressed with Sal and hope that he succeeds in his business!

I recently bought a home and it needed a lot of updating.  I called plaza and working with them has been INCREDIBLE! Courteous, quick, professional, on time and the list goes on!  They worked with me and my crazy schedule and the work they do is hands down the best!  I would recommend Plaza to everyone (if you want it done right!)

I had Keller Electric install recessed lighting, dimmers, and change out my island pendant in my condo in Union City.  Evan was easy to schedule with (I booked a few weeks out, but was flexible when I needed to make a change a week out).  Evan and his team were on time for the appointment and were very efficient with their time- installing 5 recessed lights, dimmers, and a pendant light in 2.5 hours. Bonus, I asked on the spot to help me with an ungrounded outlet during the appointment (not previously briefed) and they were able to fix it on the spot.  Had a great experience and will definitely work with them again!

Outstanding experience with Grounded Electric. I could not stop bragging to family and friends. I would HIGHLY recommend this team to anyone doing electrical work in and around their home or business. They are young professionals who respect your time and money.  I would have them back in a minute.  I wish I found them sooner. Their knowledge for the new smart technology and the understanding of a 100+ year old home was impressive and honest.

Wonderful experience with Daniel and Rich. I asked Rich to help install NEST outdoor cameras and doorbell. Daniel put them up like a pro! John is cool.  He came and assessed my ceiling fan.  Guess it was not that big of a problem, because he didn't charge me.  He just put a couple of screws in and that was it.  He did suggest we get a new fan.  Old one.  I tried to fix a wobble in the fan, but he said it was normal.  That darn thing almost dropped from my ceiling when I tried unscrewing it.  Darn youtube gave me the wrong advice.  Next time just hire a professional.  John is an honest guy.  I will call him again if I have any future projects.
