I called James on Friday and left a message and he got back to me pretty quickly. I had a kitchen and bathroom light that both needed to be looked at. He let me know that he couldn't stop by over the weekend but he would be here Monday at 5:30. He had me text me my address afterwards, and on Monday afternoon he texted me that he could be here early (a first for any work I've ever had done on my house) if I wanted. I was still at work so I let him know that I couldn't be home early but that I'd be home on our agreed upon time. He was exactly on time and was able to get me up and running within 20 minutes. I am extremely happy with the service and would recommend James for anyone looking for a friendly electrician that does great work. He even gave me some advice on future repairs that I want done in my home and made recommendations to save money on the future in repairs and in electric bills. Thank you James!

I had used Greg's services back in the end of January for a light switch that went bad, he quickly provided a quote within record time via Yelp and came the next day to fix.  I was so impressed with his work and attitude that I had him come back in March to provide my home with a new circuit breaker, installation of exhaust fan in my bathroom, and installation of a new ceiling fan.  Greg was very easy to work with and charged a very fair price.  I will certainly do business with him in the future, if need be.  Thanks again Greg.

This company is by far one of the best electrical contractors I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with, they are very reasonably price for excellent workmanship. The owner Anthony Pilero Jr. is a hands on owner who took the time to explain in detail the work he was going to do in a way that the customer can understand. Anthony showed up each day to follow up on his grade A employees and is a stickler on neatness and workmanship.  I had the pleasure of having Steve Cranwell, one of his top knowledgable employees doing the work for me. These folks are rockstars! Last year, I left glowing remarks about how efficient they were with the installation of a swivel wall mount for my flatscreen TV. Oscar and Jhon were on time, knowledgeable and even cleaned up after themselves. This past week, I needed to remove the wall mount in preparation to move. Neville took the time on the phone (after work hours!) to explain how to unscrew the brackets from the wall anchors. I would be shocked if there were a better TV installation service provider in the Big Apple. Many thanks to a 5-star crew!

We hired Sal to do some re-wiring in an apartment in the brownstone we own.  The guy who did the work is named Pablo.  Pablo is a very quiet, respectful man who comes in and does his work neatly.  He had to work around another contractor we had working in the same apartment and they got along well with each other.  Sal's rates were good, they showed up on time both days they were working here.  Sal double checked Pablo's work.  Everything seems to be working well.  Nothing but good things to say about LB Electric.

I recently bought a home and it needed a lot of updating.  I called plaza and working with them has been INCREDIBLE! Courteous, quick, professional, on time and the list goes on!  They worked with me and my crazy schedule and the work they do is hands down the best!  I would recommend Plaza to everyone (if you want it done right!)

I contracted out Grounded Electric to install an EV charger for my electric vehicle.  I had done my research and had purchased the parts needed for the install.  I ran the heavy gauge wire myself, along with purchasing the proper breaker for the panel.  My panel was full already, but a triplex breaker would allow me to squeeze this in.  When I had requested quotes from various electricians, the responses were all over the place.

One place refused to come out at all because I ran my own cable and they don't work on other people's work (rudely might I add).  A few didn't respond at all.  Other companies tried to upsell me into a bigger panel or a sub-panel.  When I questioned why my breaker wouldn't work, one got very defensive and argumentative.  I wasn't insinuating anything, I truly just wanted to know why my plan wouldn't work.  That same person also man-handled my brand new EV Charger.  He opened my brand new, sealed charger (without permission) and proceeded to take the thing a part.  I very concerned he was going to either break it with the force he was using or scratch it up with the knife he was using to get it out of the plastic wrap.

Speaking with Barret was a breath of fresh air.  Not only was he very professional, he was very accommodating as well.  He was supposed to come the next morning, but later called to inform me he would be tied up.
Instead of rescheduling, he was able to give me a quote when I described to him what I needed done and sending him some pictures.  He asked if I was an engineer by the way I was describing everything to him and it sounded to him like I did my homework.

On the day of work, his crew showed up and we went through the game plan.  They were very professional and their craftsmanship is superb.  I'm very particular about cable management and how things are done (which is why I ran my own cable), so I can really appreciate how clean and tidy everything is.  We tested it the charger and everything worked as expected.  I couldn't be happier with the service and the work that was completed.  Highly, highly recommended

Worst people ever. Contacted them about service and for a quote and they had the rudest phone skills I have ever experienced. If they are this rude over the phone, imagine how they are when they are working. Never ever will I call them again and will tell everyone just how bad they are.

My home generator had failed and needed replacing. Frank gave an exceptional quote, replaced the unit with no issues. Pleasant and professional I would recommend him for you generator needs.

Terrible company - insisted on pre-payment, and refused to complete the job.
