I've had some great success with Yelp, when it comes to getting good recommendations. I've found excellent Contractors and roofers, restaurants and hotels...
On the most part, Yelp's recommendations are better for quality than price, but I'm a big believer in that old saying you get what you pay for, so in general I'm ok with that

Now Warren, the electrician I found, again through Yelp, might be a little of both good quality and decent price.  Warren doesn't necessarily charge less than other electricians, but he is really honest. I've had other electricians give me quotes on work that I was told I needed. Those quotes were really high. But Warren immediately saw the real issue and saved me hundreds of dollars.  
Warren likes to chat, so be ready for that. And if I had any criticism of his work, it would be that he's almost too thorough in narrowing down what the problem might be. But you can rest assured that his candor is a plus and you'll end up paying less and getting more.

So glad I found Bruno Electric on here! James is very responsive via Yelp message, and quick with scheduling appointments and getting in for an estimate. He came to our small office several times to fix some lights that were burning out, and each time was friendly, professional, and quick! He came in right on target with his estimate, and was always on time or early for our appointments. I highly recommend James and his team for anyone in the area! Thanks James!! We will be back if we need any more electrical help (:

Will was very helpful, 2 breakers shorted out and I lost power in a multiple rooms in my house. He was able to fit me in and took care of the problem , easing my parents concerns about any larger electrical issues . Gave me a good price for all the work that needed to be done . I'm definitely going to reach out to Will when I finally upgrade my panel

Primo TV did a phenomenal job. I requested a TV installation,  furniture assembly, they were swift and the furniture looks pristine. I would definitely recommend and use their services again.

When another electrician couldn't make it, Sal drove down in an hour and helped us change out a light switch to a programmable one. Very friendly and thorough.

I recently bought a home and it needed a lot of updating.  I called plaza and working with them has been INCREDIBLE! Courteous, quick, professional, on time and the list goes on!  They worked with me and my crazy schedule and the work they do is hands down the best!  I would recommend Plaza to everyone (if you want it done right!)

Jim & Sons did a variety of electrical work including installing a dedicated line for a bedroom, and building/wiring a new bathroom exhaust vent unit in an aging house. Prices were very reasonable and were laid out in a very thorough estimate.
On the day the work was done, the electricians showed up on time, and went through everything to make sure it was up to my expectations

Worst people ever. Contacted them about service and for a quote and they had the rudest phone skills I have ever experienced. If they are this rude over the phone, imagine how they are when they are working. Never ever will I call them again and will tell everyone just how bad they are.

My elderly parents needed a new dining room switch a week before Christmas. I didn't have high hopes of getting someone to come out that such late notice. I called Frank Mineo Electrical and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to speak with a person rather than leaving a message. Within a few days Frank was able to fit them in and resolves the problem. Frank and his staff were professional, kind and courteous. Will definitely use him again.

Great experience and workmanship. This intercom/camera company understood exactly what I needed and was professional. They set my building up with 6 cameras installed them on my phone and computer.
