We contacted Warren Johnson Electric for an installation of an outlet the day before the scheduled installation. I understand if someone is overbooked and can't accomodate a short notice booking - other electricians we reached out to were able to tell us that. Warren Johnson booked a time to do the job and then after not showing up for an hour, sent a message saying they had to reschedule because they didn't bring cash to pay for parking. I would have rathered they said they could not do it from the beginning so that we had enough time to schedule someone else. Very unprofessional.

Awesome service, will certainly use again if needed. Fixed our bad wiring problems and replaced a panel quickly - our home is safer as a result. Communication along the way was timely, kind, and professional. Good company.

Greg was quick to respond to my request. Showed up on time and gave me a fair price. Quick to answer my questions and set up a date to do the work. He was punctual clean and did exactly as he described and everything works great!  I look forward to utilizing him again for future needs. Do not look any further for your needs!

Will installed a NEMA 14-50 outlet for me to charge my tesla, had to rework the panel.
The next day, I found out some other lights had no power. Texted Will. He's back the next day and got it fixed for me. I already paid him with cash. I have had few experiences that contractors didn't come back or return call after they got their money. But Will came back for me. Will responded very fast to calls and texts as well.

I worked through Primo's home theatre company associated with Primo TV installation.  It makes sense to create specialists who can do all of the connection audio and video work required.  Mike was very patient and his assistant were all great and put together my theatre installation with a set up second speakers in a different room.  They also completed an all in one remote for me to make it easier to switch from one activity to another.  The price was very reasonable and they weren't looking at their watch, but took the time needed to get the job done.

I wanted to recommend an electrician that we used to rewire our 4 story 2 family brownstone in Brooklyn. His name is Sal, and he's at LB Electric. His cell is 917-627-9903 and phone is (718) 431-0565.

When deciding on an electrician, I believe I called between 10-15 of them and got quotes from at least 6 or 7. I called many of the recurring recommended electricians from Brownstoner, as well as a few other local electricians that I found through google searches or just from walking around my neighborhood. I wanted to go with someone who was local because the closer they are the better, in my mind.

I found LB Electric by googling online. Sal's quote was by far the most reasonable. For example, his quote was 30,000 less than the highest quote I got (from one of the electricians who was recommended on this website). He gave me some corporate references for building companies that he's done work for. They all checked out.

His work was top notch, he was reliable in showing up, and he's did a lot of arguably extra things for us, suffered through some contract changes, and had a wonderful attitude the whole time. There were a few mistakes in the way the switches were wired by his employees, and some of the boxes weren't installed totally straight but he fixed those. (Happily and without attitude or anger, which is a big plus in my opinion). He is very friendly and spends a lot of time personally making sure the job is right.

He also went above and beyond the call of duty! At one point, we thought that one of the workers dislodged some electrical piece that made our boiler stop working. We then got power to the boiler, but it wasn't turning on. I called Sal who said he'd come over to fix it. It turns out it wasn't an electrical problem, but somehow, another person (don't know who) had turned off the water supply to the boiler. Sal fixed it for us, free of charge and happily and said Hey, you don't need to call a handyman! I used to fix boilers. He even came back another time to fix the boiler. Once, he also took me to a lock wholesaler in the neighborhood because I had been having a hard time finding the right kind of electric lock for us. He waited at the store and helped me select one, and then got me a discount through his account with them.

We passed the DOB inspection easily. They noticed one minor problem, and asked Sal to fix it while they were onsite, which he did very quickly, and then they passed us.

I ultimately went with Sal because his price was reasonable, and he seemed trustworthy, experienced, good natured, and his references checked out well. I have NEVER met a contractor who has been so nice, thorough, and reliable as Sal. I'd firmly recommend him to anyone. I'm no longer living in New York, though still have the house there and all the electrical has been fine! I wanted to write this review because I was so impressed with Sal and hope that he succeeds in his business!

I recently bought a home and it needed a lot of updating.  I called plaza and working with them has been INCREDIBLE! Courteous, quick, professional, on time and the list goes on!  They worked with me and my crazy schedule and the work they do is hands down the best!  I would recommend Plaza to everyone (if you want it done right!)

Kevin and Evan are both responsive and competent!  My apt experienced major damage due to a flood and Keller Electric came to my rescue.  Keller Electric Installed outlets, repaired damaged wiring and replaced light fixtures and ceiling fans .  I've got their number in my phone and I will use no other electricians in the future.  I highly recommend Keller Electric.  The job was done correctly and quickly the first time around.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Barrett, Ryan and their team, including Bobby are all incredible. Smart, kind, efficient and accommodating! We moved into a new home and while I was installing a TV mount I accidentally cut a wire. They came on a Saturday to take care of us just to make sure we were safe. Nothing like great people who do great work! Thank you Grounded Electric! We're fans, appreciate you and highly recommend. We have also hired them to do all of the electrical work in our house, wouldn't have anyone else!

Professional, courteous and reasonably priced. Wayne replaced the panel in my parents home on a Sunday morning! Price came in as estimated.  Would recommend to all!

They are super professional and reliable, a bit hard to get a short term appointment, but worth the wait.

I highly recommend Spiro Electric.  John is professional, thorough and honest.  He came by after I left a message on a Saturday evening that my breaker box smelled like burning.  He said it was a fire hazard and that he had to fix it right then.  He fixed it and rewired our entire box and spent the time to make sure that nothing was overloaded.  He said he would be coming back in a week to check to make sure everything was working ok.  You can call them without hesitation!

My go to generator company now. Janet is a wonderful person who answers your calls and emails and tries her best to fit you in whether it's a regular service or emergency. Frank and his team are wonderful too! I switched from Bold Electric to Frank Mineo and have no looked back! Pricing is a little more, but you have a dedicated team that truly care about you and remember who you are. I trust that when I'm in an emergency, they'll help me out. I have always gotten a reply from them same day.

Call for a quote on recessed lighting.  They were able to come out the same week.  They were reasonably priced and the room looks so much better!  Very professional and great customer service.
