Warren is a real find. A pro with a big personality.

He came all the way up to Upper Manhattan today to help me replace a 220 volt outlet with a 120 volt outlet even though that's outside his usual area. While here he also helped me reinstall a dryer. He's a wealth of information, and gives you total confidence that he knows what he's doing. Very cool guy.

Setting the appointment up with Vivian was a pleasure as well. She was prompt with the paperwork, didn't complain about all my co-op's demands, and everything was in order.

Couldn't have been more pleased.

I called James on Friday and left a message and he got back to me pretty quickly. I had a kitchen and bathroom light that both needed to be looked at. He let me know that he couldn't stop by over the weekend but he would be here Monday at 5:30. He had me text me my address afterwards, and on Monday afternoon he texted me that he could be here early (a first for any work I've ever had done on my house) if I wanted. I was still at work so I let him know that I couldn't be home early but that I'd be home on our agreed upon time. He was exactly on time and was able to get me up and running within 20 minutes. I am extremely happy with the service and would recommend James for anyone looking for a friendly electrician that does great work. He even gave me some advice on future repairs that I want done in my home and made recommendations to save money on the future in repairs and in electric bills. Thank you James!

Greg was quick to respond to my request. Showed up on time and gave me a fair price. Quick to answer my questions and set up a date to do the work. Anthony and his team are true electrical experts! They are responsive, knowledgable, friendly, clean and there are no surprises. They completely wired our newly purchased home, installed LED high hats, updated and replaced all electrical outlets, and fixed some shoddy electrical from the previous owners. Some of the outlets in my bedrooms stopped working after a power surge. I called Sal the owner the next day about the problem and he arrived the same day in a very prompt manner. He checked the bad outlets and the good ones just to make sure everything was in good shape. He fixed the problem and helped me with a little extra work in the house with no extra charge. His pricing was low/fair and he is one of the nicest people I have ever dealt with regarding business. I will definitely call him again for any future problems. A++ service.

I recently bought a home and it needed a lot of updating.  I called plaza and working with them has been INCREDIBLE! Courteous, quick, professional, on time and the list goes on!  They worked with me and my crazy schedule and the work they do is hands down the best!  I would recommend Plaza to everyone (if you want it done right!)

These guys are great.  Just came to my house to look at an outlet.  Told me nothings wrong.  We thought we smelled a burning plastic but its a dead animal instead.  

Told me no charge since he didnt do anything.  Things that made them really great.

1)  Came on time
2)  Told me the honest truth because the smell also smelled liked an outlet going out / wiring that is faulty.

If I ever need electrical work done I'll be sure to call them.

My husband and I bought our first house this past July. Two nights ago, half of everything in that house that was electric started flickering, turning on and off. PSEG came and let us know it was an issue with our electrical panel located behind our meter.

As someone who lost their childhood home to an electrical fire, this did not bode well with me, and my husband and I were petrified to say the least. First thing yesterday morning I drove to work and put a call into Grounded Electric. My call was returned within an hour, and two electricians were dispatched to my house immediately. I work 10 minutes from my home, and was plesantly shocked to see the two gentlemen waiting for me.

Both of the electricians were extremely professional and automatically put me at ease. It was evident that they knew what they were doing and assured me they'd fix the issue.

Both men checked every single breaker, switch, panel, light bulb - you name it, to correctly diagnose the issue. They spent hours in my home tightening what needed to be tighened; replacing what needed to be replaced; and making sure everything was functioning, and would continue to function throughout the years.

By the time they finished all of the work, my husband and I were sure it was going to cost us an arm and a leg. It did not. The entire experience was a great one, and I high recommend Grounded Electrical to any homeowner!

I had a circuit breaker that kept tripping. Ron came out and did a great job explaining and fixing it. Reasonable pricing as well. Will use these guys again if I need anymore electrical work done

I highly recommend Spiro Electric.  John is professional, thorough and honest.  He came by after I left a message on a Saturday evening that my breaker box smelled like burning.  He said it was a fire hazard and that he had to fix it right then.  He fixed it and rewired our entire box and spent the time to make sure that nothing was overloaded.  He said he would be coming back in a week to check to make sure everything was working ok.  You can call them without hesitation!

My experience with Frank Mineo Electrical Service was excellent.  The technician Preston Melton arrived on time and proceeded to service our generator which hadn't been serviced in 10 years.  He determined it needed a new battery and oil change and then started it right up.  He was quick, knowledgeable and courteous.  I was extremely satisfied with the service and will continue to use this company for all my electrical needs.

I work with this company fairly often. They do an excellent job of responding and are always incredibly on top of all projects. They're one of the few companies that you can reach out to and know they'll get everything completed quickly and correctly.
