Warren knows his trade and is straightforward, prompt, and friendly. I requested a quote on a Thursday night and received an immediate response. We agreed on a Monday evening appointment and he arrived early and all the work was done in less than an hour. Thankfully my issues weren't major (needed a new switch and a new breaker). Warren also talked us through everything he was doing. He's also a lively conversationalist otherwise. As another reviewer mentioned, my elderly mother also liked him. Working with him was a breeze. I also requested a quote from another highly rated electrician and they were noncommittal with setting up an appointment, shady about their licensure, and told me over the phone that my problems sounded like a Con Ed problem (like how do you know that over the phone??) Hopefully I don't have any more electrical issues but if I do, I'll be calling Warren again.

Excellent service, super nice guy- knowledable & super helpful. Couldn't have been more pleased. He even waited for my landlord to come unlock the door to the fuse box.

I had a great experience with Greg at Power Plus. I requested a quote for the install of 4 ceiling fans and 2 Ring floodlights and he responded quickly. I took a few pictures to give him an idea about any potential challenges with the floodlight location and he got a quote back to me in less than a day. I also added a chandelier at the last minute and he updated the quote quickly.

On the day of the install, Greg got right to work. There was some unexpected light switch work for 3 of the 4 ceiling fans (my fault for not opening the boxes first) but Greg kept chugging along and did the work for a fair price. We had the junction boxes in place already so he was able to hang and wire them up in no time.

Quality of the work continued with the floodlight installs. There was no preexisting electrical so Greg pulled all the necessary wires and and had them up and running in no time. He even stayed up on the ladder to make sure I was happy with the light & camera positioning.

All in all, I would definitely recommend Greg and Power Plus for any electrical issues you may have. Great work at a fair price

Totally Wired put new ceiling lights in our living room and dining room. We couldn't be happier! Tony came to look at our space and gave great advice as to what we needed. (A prior electrician had tried to sell us on more and I really appreciated Tony's honesty and his eye for the rooms!) The guys that put the lights in were fantastic, fast and left no mess at all! Would absolutely use them again!

Great guy but inadequate work! Had some light switches and outlets that were not working and had will come to check it ! Told me it was a loose socket and the problem was solved ! 4 hours later the same issue happened and I called back with no response for what ended up being 2 days  ! I had to have  another electrician come to tell me that there was no power to a main line which was the first thing that should have been tested with a volt meter ! Ended up paying two times when the right testing wasn't done in the first place !

Had my tv mounted by Primo's twice now.  They are awesome and do a great job.  Very professional and they clean up after themselves.  They make scheduling super convenient and show up on time!  They mounted our tv, hid the wires and hung our cable box on this wee discreet shelf under the tv!  Looks so clean!  I believe we had Mike and Jess and would totally recommend them to anyone in our building!

We had an outdoor plug that didn't seem to be working so we called and they came out shortly after to take a look. It turned out that the plug was fine and he was kind and not at all annoyed that he had come by for nothing. Gave him a tip for his time, happy with the speedy same day service.

I recently bought a home and it needed a lot of updating.  I called plaza and working with them has been INCREDIBLE! Courteous, quick, professional, on time and the list goes on!  They worked with me and my crazy schedule and the work they do is hands down the best!  I would recommend Plaza to everyone (if you want it done right!)

Evan and his team did a fantastic job. They were great to communicate with, were very reasonably priced and kindly came by and did the job right away to help fix something when we needed. We highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Needed an outlet for an electrical dryer. They came early to assess the issue and was able to give me a fair estimate of the labor and materials. Everything was explained in full to me and everything is working perfectly fine and they cleaned up after their work is done.

I was attempting to install smart switches and ran into problems with enclosure boxes too small for me to fit everything in. There were some other safety concerns I had about the existing wiring as well that was​ beyond my capabilities. I called Rich at 9:30 AM and he was on a job. He took plenty of time to discuss my electrical issues and promised to call me back by noon and that they would be able to make it over by early afternoon. I received a call at 11:45 from Rich telling me they'd be there in about an hour. Less than an hour later they arrived. Rich (the owner) and Dan were fantastic. They took the time to learn exactly what was going on and how they could best help. Rich could tell I was interested in learning more about what was wrong so he took some time to teach. In about 1.5 hours every issue (and then some) were resolved to my satisfaction. They did not seem to be rushed or that they were just trying to get the problem fixed and leave, they cared that they did it correctly. They even took the time to sweep up after they were finished.

I can honestly say I wouldn't critique one thing about my experience with Caliber Electric.

Mike from Jim and Sons came to us through a 'general contractor', and was the only bright spot of that experience.  He was knowledgeable, friendly, gave good suggestions, and did good work.  I would not hesitate to use Jim and Sons for any electrical project in the future.

Worst people ever. Contacted them about service and for a quote and they had the rudest phone skills I have ever experienced. If they are this rude over the phone, imagine how they are when they are working. Never ever will I call them again and will tell everyone just how bad they are.

The service from Mineo Electric and was smooth, friendly and professional from start to finish.  The ease of making an appointment, and receiving confirmation/reminder emails or texts along the way, was very helpful! I even received a text on the morning of my service install, with the name and photo of the technician, which was a nice personalized touch and I could know who to expect. I had many different outdoor lights installed around my business property and I am so happy with the final result! Everyone I have spoken with and met during this whole process has been very pleasant and easy to work with.  I highly recommend this business for your electric needs!

I recently bought a multiple floor town-home on the upper east side. During my renovations, I wanted to upgrade my security system to keep my family and I safe and secure. I also wanted indoor cameras in my newborns nursery, overlooking my pool, and the inside as well as the outsides' of my entrances'. I didn't have much time to do my research because I was without a doorbell for days. I took a shot in the dark with Speakeasy Intercom & Electric Service who was referred to us by a super of a high rise that my husband's colleague resides in.

Two technicians arrived at my home promptly. The work took a few days, but I can tell you right now I wouldn't of wanted to use any other company. They were knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and I took note to their extremely professional demeanor and team work.

They set all my cameras up to my televisions and my husband and I's cell phones. I can watch my home while I'm out of town, and even out of the country which is really great because we travel a lot. I even have a factory warranty on my DVR in case anything happens.

All in all, I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend the use of Speakeasy Intercom.
