I called Benchmark on a Sunday Eve.  They promptly returned my call the next day at 8
I was having an issue with a circuit breaker tripping my garage door function.  Taylor ran a diagnostic test throughout the garage and found the problem with an exterior light fixture.

While I know that is not the norm it just so happened he was close by and came right over! Josue was professional kind knowledgeable fast and honest. Robert came out to the house and took the time to understand what I was wanting to do. He made suggestions that made sense, some of which would result in him getting less work.
That means a lot - he cares more about the customer and doing the right thing than just making a quick buck. That means we will be repeat customers, knowing we can trust him to care about our bottom line and listen to our needs. You may not need an electrician often but when you do, it is nice knowing someone like Robert. Cool guy, great demeanor and pleasant. A rare find. We found our forever electrician.

Had them out after some remodel to have them hook up a stove top.  Aramis did a great job and explained what he was doing at a reasonable cost.  I will be having them back out to hook up the new oven.  Our house was built in 1959 so it was important to have this done to be up to code now.

They expect a lot from the employees. Working whatever hours they decide that week. Benifits are nothing to brag about. There is nothing like working a holiday without getting paid overtime. Working late into the night to finish something that was promised out too early is a regular occurrence. Real lack of knowledge in the shop is a big problem. Management acts like they are involved one day but don't give two cents the next day. The company likes advertising they promote from within. The reason they like to do this is because they hire you making low wages and then they give you a less than market value raise and say you are promoted. They prefer employees that dont have drive and want to be peons so they will be ok with low wages. There are major safety issues in the shop. Working around hot wires with no PPE is common and expected. Paint booth traps almost no fumes and the shop is filled with paint fumes. Bake oven vent has been allowed to be inoperable for 6 months. Probably still not clearing fumes from the shop to this day.
