We were using two electric heaters in a down stairs room that doesn't have central air and heat.   When I went outside in the freezing cold this morning and checked the breaker box, I discovered that some wires were burning inside the box.  I called Greg and explained the situation.   He said he would meet me at my convenience.   He promptly met the same afternoon just as he had said. He was able to fix the problem in about 20 minutes.   He was very knowledgeable about the situation and explained in detail the nature of the problem.   I found him to be very professional,  on time and very reasonable.   I would highly recommend him.

Ford Electric came out promptly when we had an electrical issue. He got our electricity back up and running within hours. When it was evident there were bigger issues (most likely stemming from Texas 2020 winter storm) he resolved the issues quickly. He even took care of our other electrical  concerns while he was here and everything runs like a charm now.

I needed some electrical work dropped in for a new hot tub.  Some neighbors referred me to Rusty.   I called him on a Sunday thinking I would leave a message and get a follow up call during the work week.  Nope.   I got a human on the phone!   He came out the very next day to review the job, provided a very reasonable price and I was placed on the schedule.

The install date had to be moved several times due to the concrete contractor and the spa company.   Each time, he was understanding of the rescheduling.     When d-day finally arrived, he arrived with his crew earlier than expected and jumped right on it.    

Rusty was communicative, did what he said he would do and did a great job.  I highly recommend this company!!

Great service. He didn't over charge me. He was very friendly. Use this plumber.  I tried to reach other plumbers and I couldn't get anyone out in a reasonable time. He showed up on time. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional.

We called them to install a ceiling fan based on the great yelp reviews.  Was able to get an appointment for the following day!  Joe came out and went the extra mile to have the controls fit in the existing wall switch box. He installed a dimmer for the LED fan light and a dimmer to adjust the fan speed. No chains!  Great job.  No mess. Will have them back whenever we need electrical service.

We had damage to our external electrical power panel and we got Tony's to work with Austin Energy to disconnect the City's power line. They also removed the meter. Tony created a new roof mount for the power line, installed a panel, checked all of the wiring in the house, coordinated with the City to bring a new meter and install the power line. He as we did not have the City bring the electrical power on for several days provided us with a gasoline powered electrical generator. Through the several days here or not Tony was always ready for us. I have dealt with many repair and maintenance companies over the 50 years I have lived in Austin and Tony ranks as my Number One in ability and timeliness!

We were replacing some outdoor lights with fans and the builder/construction crew had stripped the screws in the ceiling box, and in an attempt to get it out, I snapped it in half.  So instead of continuing to try and making it worse, I decided to call in some help.  I called and left a message on Saturday afternoon, and got a call back very quickly, with a reasonable quote and they were able to get me in on Monday! Luis arrived promptly at the scheduled time on Monday, was very nice and courteous, and got right to work! He was able to get the broken screw out, and install both fans very quickly! Good rates and outstanding service.  We will absolutely be reaching out in the future for any electrical needs!

We had to have our house panel replaced and upgraded for safety, power upgrade and code compliance.  Not only did Klocks give us a fair quote they also explained all that each charge entailed.  They have great communication, fair pricing with great quality work.  Even the city inspector that came out to review said they had done a great job.  Thanks Klocks!

We had them install a Tesla wall charger. Their quote was the lowest we received. Definitely the best value! To make it work best, we needed to replace the breaker box and run a line 35 feet. All of the extra work would have cost twice as much from another licensed company.

Do not use this company.  I had experienced multiple times that the A/C breaker within my subpanel had tripped.  I called this company from the internet (stupid me).  The service rep showed up (in a personal car with no markings associated with the company), took a look at my subpanel and ultimately said everything is as it should be.  There was nothing he could do!  I was taken aback with being charged $189 for nothing.  My wife gave him a check for the full amount.  Soon he was back saying his boss indicated that they would send me an invoice online.  Approximately 30 minutes after the service rep left, I received a very rude call from his boss.  When he called on my business line, I was on a conference call with a client.  I asked my client to give me a second to answer the ringing phone.  The boss immediately launched into me demanding to know if I received the invoice.  I explained that I was on a conference call on business and could not log out of my work laptop to open my personal computer to check email until after my business call.  He was relentless in demanding that I check to see if the invoice was here and when I was going to pay the bill !!!  I practically had to hang up on him to return to my conference call.  After my call, I did look at my personal email and had NOTHING from him.  As it turned out, my wife had given the service rep her email address.  My wife forwarded it to me to pay the invoice.  I will pay this ridiculous invoice but unless you just get off on rudeness, I would steer clear of this company.

Called the number listed for an appointment,  and it says to text. I texted for the last 3 days and no response. I will not use this vendor. Terrible experience.

I am very happy with my experience with this company! I was very impressed with the knowledge and awesome customer service I received from the owner. Corey went the extra mile to make sure we were happy as customers and I admire the integrity he showed representing his company. I've used Ernest Olson for all my homes that I built. I never had an issue with him. Great service. Always kept his schedule and at a reasonable price. Never had an electrical warranty call on any of the homes he did either.

I work for a large association management company and decided I would give this smaller contractor an opportunity to shine and gain ALOT of work if they did a good job, well so much for trying to help the little guy. Two months ago i ordered lighting for a mailbox cluster at one of the communities I manage, and the job is still not complete. From day one I have had to call for an update, not once have they provided good customer service by keeping me informed and all I have received is excuse after excuse for why things aren't done. Once the pole is installed, I get told it will be another $650 to run power to the light. What legitimate contractor does not confirm power as step one to a bid?? They have been an absolute disaster to work with and I would not recommend them to change a light bulb, much less do any electrical work.
