They showed up punctualy and quickly diagnosed the problem with my Service Panel Box. Laid new wire and rewired wall box and no more breakers tripping. Definitely a professional crew.

Calvin showed up on time and ready to go. He was well prepared and didn't waste any time. I called allied out but before Calvin arrived I needed a few more items addressed that became pressing. He was able to remedy my concerns and was a huge help. Calvin and Allied have a raving fan. Thank you guys for your assistance and bringing back the light.

We are doing adding a kitchen at our business and needed to upgrade the electrical panel. Bob and his company did a great job installing our back porch outlets, fans and TV's a few years ago. I have recommended him and his company to many people. They do good quality work at a good value.

Just had excellent experience with this company. Team was efficient, detail oriented, and thoughtful about the projects that weren't super straightforward. They arrived on time as well. I had 2 chandeliers installed, 1 chandelier moved and 1 sconce installed in future kids room. I will use them in the future.

So painless. I find home improvement projects intimidating. Tomas showed up and added a few plugs did some wire updating and hooked my backyard up with exterior lights and outlets. Soooo happy with these adds. Just called they came over the next day gave me an estimate and followed through the following day. Can't recommend enough. Solid team!

another master electrician who was booked weeks out. They were responsive and did quality work. I addition added outdoor outlets. You almost don't notice the outlets. I would highly recommend.

Steven rewired my entire kitchen and replaced a sub panel in less than a day. Some sheetrock repair was needed afterwards, but a job of that magnitude comes with aftermath.  This was a good value.

Steven shows up ready to work and immediately starts getting it done, which is important if you're paying by the hour.

Steven is a licensed master electrician, Steven comes from a family of electricians.

Sent a nice invoice for my records, too.

This is a top-notch company.

I am on Disability and cannot pay anything beyond monthly bills.  I asked if KDR could refer me to a company or agency which could help.  One half of my electricity:  kitchen, dining room, garage door, etc. would not work.  I researched family, internet, U-Tube, etc. for what to do and I became exasperated.

Rick Hendrick, the owner, kept in contact with me and said he would drop by and take a look what might be the problem.  His look turned into fixing all of my problems.  I've been living in the dark for 2 days and I can now clean and fix it up, plus using my garage!

I told my 91 year old father who was an executive, but knows housing problems inside and out, but he lives 6 hours away.  He knows all of the effort I put into this, and his only comment was, Is this guy from heaven?  He knows electricians and appreciates the help to his daughter but has not seen it before.  It may sound corny but Heaven it is.

Volthouse Electric is my go to for my home and rental property that I own. They are responsive, on time, professional, and do high quality work. The employees give the company high praises on how they are treated. Best of all they communicate with the customer which seems to be rare today. I no longer even consider calling someone else.

I have used them several times but recently had an issue with them not warranting their work and will not use them again.
They charge an awful lot so they should warrenty their work.

I would really like to give a huge thank you to the Mike at M&M electric. We recently sold our house and needed to relocate a junction box on our AC unit. I called him up and the next day he came out to our house and got it fixed and was super reasonable. I highly recommend him for any type of electrical work that you may need at all.

Mike and Trent saved me again. Had them come out and hang a new dinning room light and outside flood lights. Thank you guys for always helping out

Omar and his team are the best! Responded quickly and did great work at a fair price. I will definitely recommend these guys to all my friends and neighbors that need electrical work done.

Still, after trying to solve the issue, their customer service still wants to call me a liar.  The person running their social media account must be missing a few marbles, because they simply can't comprehend basic sentences.  So many times they have talked themselves into a corner.  

Bottom line:
1.  They are terrible at scheduling.  Plan on calling them multiple times just to find out when or if they are ever going to show up.
2.  They are terrible at actually being electricians.  Their master electricians proposed terrible solutions that a high school shop class kid could have done better at.
3.  They are terrible at following through.  It took me more than a week of calling them back just to get a price estimate, forcing me to go with another electrician.
4.  They are terrible at customer service.  The person running their account will call you a liar and make up some bullshit reason to 'prove' she is right.  Terrible way to win back scorned customers.

FINAL VERDICT.  0/10.  STAY AWAY.

They did not hit the window of time that they designated. When called no consolation was given as a result of the missed schedule.

Update:  After seeing post I was promptly followed up and offered consolation because of the time I waited.
