Do not use this company.  THEY decide when they want to do the work,  not the person hiring them to do the work. They will only work if paid in full up front.  No guarantees of when they will start.  I had to fire then after nothing was done on my electrical work for six months.  Not a friendly or cooperative business.  YOU HAVE BEEN NOTICED!

Recently had a problem with lights flickering in my house. Decided to call an electrician that advertises on TV all the time. They also service AC & Plumbing so I thought good deal. I'll have one company that does AC, Plumbing and Electrical work. A Repairman came out and although he was very courteous he was not able to fix the problem, he had to call his boss many times, he was at a loss. After 3 hours of frustration he gave up, and said next step is to rewire breaker box and maybe the rooms that were being effected. He said he was leaving & told me the bill would be $300.00 Problem not fixed! I said I am not paying him, call your boss, I want to talk to him which he would not talk to me. He adjusted the bill to $125.00. Service man left with lights still flickering. Next I called T&M Electric and talked to Kimberly. She set up an appointment the next morning at 7:30am. Three men showed up at 7:10am and went to work diagnosing and repairing the problem. NO NEW BOX OR REWIRING AS PER OTHER REPAIRMAN, The workers were fast and very knowledgeable.... ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND T&M ELECTRIC. By the way the trouble was a bad breaker.

Watch out for shady and deceptive billing practices. I needed to run new wires through a new roof for 2 ceiling fans. I called American Electric by recommendation of my roofer. They charged me $75 to come out and inspect the job. The wires had to be run on the walls but would be covered with molding (provided by my roofers). They quoted two hours to do the job at a steep rate of $210/hour plus materials. Although I had sticker shock, I didn't want to call around and pay more service fees. I estimated that 2 hours at $210/hour plus cost of wire would be $450-600. They scheduled the job for 10am. They didn't not knock on my door until 10:50am at which time I let them in to begin work. They did the job as planned. At one point I noticed that it was very quiet for a long period of time and looked out and they were sitting in the truck outside. This was at 12:20pm. They returned to work at 12:30pm. They had taken at least a 15 minute break, possibly longer. When the job was completed I asked how many hours they were billing for and the cost and he said the office would create a bill. I asked about the break or lunch they took and if it would be deducted and the electrician replied that they didn't take a lunch or a break. After seeing my confused look, he said, oh you mean when we went out to the car to cool off and take a smoke break? Yup that's the one! That's a $50 smoke break on my dime! They finished the job and walked out of my door at 1:15pm. They sat in the truck for 15 minutes and came back at 1:30 with a bill for $835 with no itemization of charges. I said woah that looks high. They were charging for 3 hours labor (10:30am to 1:30pm). By my time tracking they worked from 10:50am to 1:15pm. That's 2 hours and 10 minutes when you subtract the 15 minute (possibly longer) smoke break. Additionally they charged me $205 for the wires/materials at a rate of $8/foot times an unspecified number of feet. I spoke with the lady in the office who she said that she's being generous giving me a materials discount. I told her that they did not work for 3 hours and she said she'd check the GPS in the truck to see when they arrived. Additionally she was charging through 1:30 when they were just sitting in the car while she worked on the invoice. Typically I wouldn't be so picky about 15 min here and 20 min there but at a rate of $210/hour that really adds up fast! She called back and said she would bill me for only 2 hours and 15 minutes after checking the GPS. That sounded great and I wasn't going to argue about the extra 5 min! But total bill was only reduced by $50 when it should have been reduced by 45 minutes, which equals $157.50. They reduced the bill from $835 to $785. When I stated this didn't make sense she stated that she raised the cost of the materials fee to $300+ when originally she was charging me $205. She stated she had given me a discount before and then took away the discount since she reduced the hourly labor. She also stated that I should be happy with the cost and that other jobs for just 1 line/fan would have cost $700 alone and that they did what no other electrical company could have done. To clarify, they did exactly what another electrical company said would be done but I just went with them because I already paid the $75 service fee and also my roofers provided me with molds to cover the wires, which solved my problem of having exposed wires. Additionally it's irrelevant what other jobs cost, because I'm paying by the hour. Anyways, it was clear that they were padding the bill and taking advantage of what seemed to them like a desperate situation by billing an exceptionally large amount for labor/hour and padding the cost of materials. I measured and rounded up generously that the wires were about 28 feet total. I was told they cost $8/foot. When I googled the cost after they left I can see that the wire cost .65 - .70 cents / foot. They charged me $300 for materials that should have cost $20-50. Clearly their billing practices are greedy and deceptive and they conned me out of $260+.

I couldn't be more happy. The guys were super professional, super friendly and I could tell they genuinely enjoyed what they were doing. I will be reaching out to them again as soon as my next chandelier arrives.  Casey and Brian were so fantastic, they are my new guys and I will be directly requesting them. Professional and personal five star service all the way!

Second time I used them, I had a fan that was 9 months old moved from one room to the other. Called them after a guest stayed with me and informed them it was constantly making noise and could they check it out as a warranty request. They said yes. I scheduled the appointment Two weeks in advance. I then called the morning of and confirmed again. I then proceeded to take the afternoon off work to wait for them. Around 4 o'clock I called them to find out where they were and at that time they informed me that they didn't feel like coming out here and that I should just buy a new fan to pay to have them install again because they claim that the technician told me the fan was making noise. The technician pointed out that the fan has some noise upon start up and I told him that was normal but I didn't run the fan for any amount of time until I had a guest stay will me. The man I spoke to was just so bothered by having to deal with me. He told me they'd be around at some point when they came back through. 3 weeks have passed and I've heard nothing. I will never use them again if that is how they treat their customers. Unreal.

William Davis from Ryan Davis Electric came to my house yesterday to install a 50 amp outlet, a 30 amp outlet, move four other outlets up 3 feet in the walls that they were installed in and he also dropped a GFI into my water closet of the master bathroom. Work was done efficiently and professionally, and we are very satisfied. I would highly recommend this group.

These guys are good! Talked to Emily at the office and she got me lined up for a service call in short order. It was very close to Hurricane Irma and my Generator needed to be wired to my home. To be sure that happened, the owner, Billy stopped by during the midst of the hurricane to be sure I had power and to check on everything! That my friends is incredible service and all with a smile. Thank you to everyone at A and B Electric for getting me going at my house for the Hurricane and my mothers home as well. This one is an EASY 5 Stars and then some!

Excellent Service and Caring. My HVAC quit wirking and lights started flashing on a Fiday night before Thanksgiving week. My AC Service technician came out and stated that I was only getting 104 volts of a 240 volt feed and found the main breaker was bad. I called Alex and he was out early Saturday morning. He stated I needed a new breaker panel but was booked until after Thanksgiving. He even callled other electricians in town to see if they vould perform the work. None were availale so he bypassed the main breaker temporily to power my house and was out to replace the panel after Thanksgiving. The work was completed promptly and professionally. We are greatful to P&R.

When we needed an electrician to wire our new Cummins 20 kW generator we considered Black Creek Electric Services but since they an hour away and several trips would be required we decided to use a St Augustine local company.  We were wrong and  should have used Black Creek.  The electrician that we hired did good work but he lacked sufficient detailed knowledge of Cummins generator wiring requirements.  As a result there were some glitches during the installation.  Even though we had not hired them Paul Allen from Black Creek during three separate long telephone conversations analyzed the problem and gave use invaluable help in resolving the issues.

I was able to get a descent quote from the company, but they were never able to commit to a date of service. Several of my calls were returned days after they said they would get back to me. Ended up going with a different local electrician.

Damian was very thorough and professional. My wife and I had an electrical issue in our home and he arrived at our home within 15 minutes! Thank you and great job fixing our issue!

We hired this company to pull electricity from the street To a building.  It started off great and they finished the job quickly.  The issue came when they pulled the power to the wrong side of the property!  It was partially our fault as we showed them the post where we thought it should have be but at the same time, they have been in communication with JEA and even asked the question where the pole was going to be.  JEA replied back with a map of the location of the pole.  

We told them that since it was everyone's fault, we are willing to pay the difference should it have done correctly.  They said no as it's not their job to coordinate with JEA and only do what they are instructed by us!   I verified with other companies that it is industry standard to do coordination with not only JEA but also, county inspectors.  We argued and but they held us hostage because they stopped the job until we agreed to pay for everything and we had no electricity until the job was done.

We ended up paying an extra $2800 for the job to a total of $15k.  I gave it 1.5 stars because it was smooth at the beginning; however, I do not recommend this company because they do not take ownership of mistakes!

I called and the answering service talked over me.  And then they aren't taking any new clients so don't bother to call.
