I'm an amateur the throws of a remodel from hell and 1 thing after the other keeps popping up. I had Klock's Electric saved in my contacts from a job I had them do several years ago and Greg called me right back. I've had to call them 3 times in the past few weeks... each time they got me on their calendar real quickly and came right out fixed everything right away. No bull, no upselling... no messin around... they got right to work. AIl three of the guys they sent the last few weeks have been great. The most recent guy yesterday, Robert was direct, personable, and diagnosed & repaired the issue right away... (a bad breaker switch). The invoices come via email in an easy to pay Quickbooks format. Excellent communication from everyone as well, which is huge for me. Klock's is now my first call for electric work & I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank You Greg and company.

So, yesterday I did something dumb.  When replacing a media filter for the air conditioning in the attic, I snapped off the cord for the light in the attic. I called several electricians and everyone was either booked or offered a significantly higher price. While deciding between the least of the evils for a repair, Greg from Klock Electric called back. Not only could Klock come the next today (IE, today), their price was $50-60 lower than anyone else.

This morning, they called to say they were actually running an hour early. And they were exactly on time.  In less than 30 minutes, they had a replacement light fixture installed without any hassle -- not even needing to flip breakers on and off.  We also asked them about a breakfast room light fixture and got some honest and practical advice.

I really can't recommend anyone else after this experience.

I did my homework and called Klock's Electric to get a second opinion after having received what I thought was an inflated estimate from another local company that came to my home to bid the job. As it turns out, Klock's practice of charging by the hour resulted in my saving one third off the other company's estimate! I credit the efficiency of Klock's electricians, Robert and Lance, who completed the list of projects like clockwork, communicating well with each other and with me. To top it off, they were so smart in the way they approached each task - saving me from costly sheetrock repair. As an Austin newcomer, I am grateful to have found Klock's Electric.

These guys have helped my vision come to life!  I love how our new lights look!!  We first had Cody come and remove our old florescent lights and install LED lights and 2 new lantern lights with dimmer switch.  Of course there were the holes from the old j-boxes that needed to be repaired and there was an issue with running a switch down a certain wall due to fire blocks, but we know in construction you can't see into the future and there's always going to be something that has to be fixed or adjusted, that's just life.
We had them return to replace our hallway lights and will have them return a third time to do the rest of the lights.  Huge difference, and we couldn't be happier!

We woke up with half the house without electricity. The city came by and fixed something with the incoming line, but some rooms were still dark. We called Klock's, and Jose was here in less than an hour. It turned out to be a pretty simple job (replacing 2 breakers), but Jose did it quickly and with a smile and a reasonable cost.

Be Warned! Just another contractor running up the bill. Charged me $270 to replace one GFI outlet. When I complained, owner was all apologetic and offered to process a partial refund.

It's rare to make a service call and get this level of quality and detail. Our builder screwed up big time and somehow wired our 250v outlet to provide 340v, shredding 2 dryer motors in the process.

Ben from Klock gleefully climbed up into our astonishingly hot attic and didnt quit until he'd ID'ed all of the known issues. He was able to provide thorough and clear text and picture documentation that we used to get the builder to pay for the repair. He also made time to come and complete the fix as soon as the next business day.

He was thoughtful, serious about his work and practiced good social distancing and mask wearing- Much appreciated when you have someone new in your home!

Klock gave us the lowest quote and was able to come the soonest. So glad we found them and thrilled to have a reliable vendor for future issues!

Recently used them for the first time on a remodel, were we had several issues. I had a contractor that sawed through some electrical without and precautions. There were other wiring issues with unknown sources. Greg set two professionals out and I was amazed at how fast and efficiently they got the job done. Prior to Klock coming I had another company was out and they painted bad picture of the potential outcome, and then never showed back up. I pleasantly surprised when they got the job done in a reasonable amount time.   I will definitely be using Klock in the near future. The owner Greg, is super nice and very willing to explain things. It's nice to do business with a small locally owned company. I can't enough good things about them.

A++ Experience!  I needed a charger for plug in hybrid installed.  Jesse did the evaluation, followed up with scope of work clearly detailed in the bid. They arrived on time and got right to it.  When accessing the interior of the house he and his assistant, Larry, took distancing and sanitizing precautions we greatly appreciated during the pandemic sheltering in. They finished early and came in under budget. When life gets back to more normal I'll have a quick turn around on a battery recharge. Klock Electric  Knowledgeable, fast, friendly and fair.

We were referred by our realtor because we needed some work done on our new house. The technician charged us 100 to take a broken light fixture off the wall, tell us that another broken fixture just needed a new bulb (which is and was incorrect, which he would have known had he simply tested a new bulb), and then bolt because he had another appointment to get to. Not exactly value for money.

Greg, Lance, and the Klock team are awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we were in the option period on our house purchase, Greg was able to give me an estimate based on the inspection report (so I didn't have to schedule another on-site call in an busy week). When we closed, they were easy to follow up with and schedule. The crew showed up on time, wore masks, were clean, friendly, professional, and took time to answer every question and make sure everything got taken care of. We had quite a list of fixes and they got everything done on time and UNDER estimated cost. They even fixed a few last minute things we had found that weren't in the initial work order! We will definitely be calling them for anything we need in the future.

I had a very positive experience with this company and with Cody who led our engagement.  Quoting process was quick and easy and pricing was good compared to two other quotes we received.  We added 31 can lights throughout our house, relocated a coax cable outlet from one wall to an adjacent wall, and installed two new 220V circuits from the electric panel into our garage.

On the day of the install, Cody and a substantial crew showed up.  The crew members were polite and diligent and I feel like they did a great job.  A couple of surprises were found and dealt with during the process (full profile cans didn't fit into a few places) and members of the crew ran out a couple of times to get the items they needed to keep things on track.  We also decided to add more light to one room after we saw it completed and they handled this request without complaint.  After the install, the crew did what I consider a reasonable cleanup and we did a full walkthrough before settling the bill.  One more item of note is that the crew seemed to work well together with members self-shifting between assignments and helping each other out as needed.  Overall, I am very happy with the choice of this company and with their team.

The company was very punctual and thorough from my very first phone call. Alan also knew I was rushed for time to get my business open and he accommodated my schedule and got things done. Klock electric came highly recommended, and for the life of me, I don't know why.

I had to have my city service replaced due to work buy a previous owner. I also wanted to add lights to the exterior of my house, and have my circuit panel relabled after it was reconnected. The city did a great job. The work the electrician performed was pretty bad at spectacular prices. The electrician took it upon himself to remove several circuits, effectively eliminating multiple outlets in my home. He also cut out the control panel for our sprinkler system. The labeling of circuits in the breaker box could have been done by my three year old. The icing on the cake is 4 months later I've never been given a receipt. Despite my payment going through

I'm actually Clay - this is my wife's Yelp account where we consolidate our reviews.

I just called Klock Electric this afternoon to see what could be done about an outlet box that was in the way of a new dishwasher that I was trying to install.

They got out here very quickly and did an amazing job of replacing the outlet box with one that was properly sized - the previous one had not been installed correctly and was too large.

The work was a little tricky as it had to be done carefully to avoid damaging the walls of the island in the kitchen where the dishwasher and sink lived.  The outlet was on the outside of this wall.  They did an amazing job of doing some tricky demo work to get the improperly installed outlet removed without at all damaging the wall, and got a new and correctly sized outlet box in place very quickly.  They carefully cleaned up the debris from the demo operation and left no mess at all.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional guys and I highly recommend them.

We reached out to Klock's to have a few small electrical issues fixed. We had them install and wire a smart thermostat, fix a broken light switch, and move a bank of light switches from one side of the wall to the other.

We found them to be very responsive when and they were willing to work with us and our very limited schedule for availability. Jesse was a professional, friendly, and worked cleanly. I would definitely recommend them for residential electrical work and they will be my first call for any future work.

So, these guys are great.  They are friendly and courteous, and get the job done.  They explain what they are doing and ask questions to make sure they are doing the job the way you want them to!

So I needed a new service panel, had it tied into my pool equipment, subpanel fixes and outdoor outlets and moving of lighting done. In other words, a lot!

I highly recommend them.  I will definitely be calling me for any other electrical I need.  It's been a great experience.

We had our utility pole damaged when it was yanked by a tractor from the wires on our roof so I reached out to neighbors to find a trusted electric company and Klock's got the highest rating. I couldn't say nicer things, they are thorough, professional and communicate well. It is quite the process re-installing a utility pole but they made it happen with ease for; coordinated with the City and had it done in a few hours. Thank you!

I just purchased a new home in Hutto and needed to have ethernet cabling installed.  The crew showed up when expected and completed the job as needed.  They were very courteous and professional and the price was as expected - no surprises at the end.  

There was a non-working port in one wall that was discovered a couple of days later.  They came out almost immediately to take a look, took an hour and a half to find the problem.  Turned out to be a faulty piece of hardware.  They replaced at no charge.

Terrific place to do business.  Zack, the crew leader on this job, was great!

Had them come out and install two recessed outlets for mounted TVs and a new ceiling light box.  Their quoted estimate on the phone was about half price of another electrician that took about 3 weeks to return my phone call.  3 electricians showed up and they knocked it all out very quickly and the final price was a little over half of their estimate.  All the guys were very courteous and professional.

Half my power went out in the middle of the night. I called Oncor and they came to look at the meter. Turns out to be a broken lug and one of the hot lines is dead. I called Klock the next morning and explained that I had half power. They were wanting to schedule me but when I told them my power meter was sparking, they dropped everything and came right out.

I had to call Oncor again to disconnect the lines coming into the house but Klock took care of everything else. We had to get building permits because they were changing the meter box and some power lines but Klock took care of it all. And since I was going to be out of power, they took care of it extremely quick. Even the office manager shut down the office and came out to make sure it was done on time for the building inspector to get the green tag I needed to get Oncor to turn the power back on.

I did not have time to shop around on the price because I was in a hurry. I was already frustrated that I had to pay for the power meter. Klock kept calling me (I did not stay home as I did not want to be in the way) and letting me know where they were. I was concerned about the total price tag but I was going to have to pay it no matter what it was. In the end, it was cheaper than most of the reviews on Angies list for comparable work.

I feel that they took care of my issues with the least amount of managing from me. Did it as cheap as possible without having to haggle. Was extremely professional, quick, and clean.

Yeah, I love these guys. They came and replaced a bedroom fan for me. Before they installed it, they tried to fix it for free before installing the new fan (Who does that?!?!). They also came and tighten some outlets for me as well.

I'm always pleased with the work they do and it helps that they are from the neighborhood!

I am shocked by all the good reviews for this company. My experience has been absolutely ridiculous with them. I called the first time to fix an outdoor industrial light in the driveway. The glass on it was shattered and I had already tried to replace the bulb myself but couldn't get the panel open. They showed up on time, and replaced the bulb for me, but told me that I would have to go somewhere else to order new glass. My driveway light turns on automatically at dusk so we could not tell at the time if changing the bulb would fix it. The guy said if it didn't work to just call back and they would come back. They charged me $98. I offered him a credit card, and he said their credit card system was down. So I gave him $100 cash. He said he didn't have change, so I said fine but was frustrated they couldn't tell you what the payment options were before showing up.

It turns out replacing the bulb did nothing, so now I am down $100. I called them again, and was told they would send someone over to look at the light again and they would order a replacement ballast kit, as that was usually the other likely issue. They told me they would call when it came in and give me an estimate.

A month goes by. I called to follow up and check in on the status. The person who answered the phone said they were new and would have someone call me back.  I never received a call back (it's been four days). I have tried to call two other times and only get voicemail.

Klock's electricians are always patient and informative! I trust them 100%!

They came out on NYE and recommended I check on the city's side before making any repairs. He told me what to tell the city and what they should repair.

No charge for the 10 min he was here. Love them!

We hired Klock Electric to install landscape lights, bathroom exhaust fans, and some new light fixtures. Their original bid was reasonable, they worked within that amount, did fine work including cleaning up the work sites, and arrived on time on both dates they worked here. All of their employees on our job were friendly, professional, competent, and efficient.

I recommend Klock Electric highly and without reservation. We plan to use them in the future.

The guy who came was really nice but our experience wasn't great. He told us the hourly rate and we know how long he was here. He charged us what the quote was instead of 1-2 hours shorter being that he wasn't here as long as what he quoted. Then the hot tub gets delivered a week later and turns out the electrician didn't do the wire correctly. They are supposed to leave a long extra amount of wire and he left it way too short. We even placed the tub closer after looking at how much wire he left and it was still too short. Big problem being that we paid the hot tub company to hook it up, fill it and do all the chemicals. Now they can't do their job while they are here. We spoke to a manager who seemed concerned and I'll update this review if that turns out helpful and he gets out here to fix this without us having to take off another weekday to be here for him to come fix it.

My what a difference a few years makes.  Klock was always my go-to contractor who I recommended to everybody but after a recent, extra costly experience, never again.  

I had Ray out to give me an estimate to install a few flood lights and some exterior lights on the face of my home to include both switches and sensors to come on automatically. I had my request written out when he came so there was no ambiguity. I told him that I didn't want to move forward unless it was possible to install these lights without damage to the brick on my 1968 home (since it would be nearly impossible to fix) and he assured me that they could cut sheetrock inside for the installation, which could then be easily patched.

The day of the install I had all my pictures taken down inside my house so they could cut the sheet rock. I'm coming in from the back yard when what do I hear, a sledgehammer literally smashing out the brick on the face of my house.  Too late to change it . . . it was already done.  They set some junction boxes and smear mortar all over the face of my house before telling me that it's all been more work than they expected and the price that was a set project fee is now going to go up. Super unethical as the work description never changed on my part.  They come back a week later and put the lights up and leave. When I get a closer look, there's gaping holes where my brick was knocked out all around the lights. Two of the four fixtures are literally so loosely attached to the front of my house that they're hanging off. Three of the four come on, but don't work on the switch and one doesn't come on at all. I'm heartbroken about the state of my home.

They come out 3 more times and finally get the lights functioning but there's still big holes in my brick.  Additionally, the back flood light in my yard is no longer working. I'm unsure if they cut the cable or if the same voltage they sent through the house that blew out the photocell earlier in the week blew out this one too.

I have used Klock for years, to the tune of thousands of dollars for interior work and have never had an experience quite like this.  I called Jesse, one of the owners/managers and left messages over the course of 3 days to discuss these issues and never heard back. The last technician that came out said to expect a call the following Monday, but nothing.

So here I'm left with an aesthetically destroyed front of my house, a flood light that I am going to have to pay to have fixed in my back yard, and an estimate for a thousand dollars or so of masonry work to fix the damage that Klock caused.  This is unacceptable and quite honestly, I'm considering my options for recouping monies for the damage.

The storm on Monday zapped my home's alarm system. All I could do to quiet it was turn the breaker off, which meant I also had no electricity in my half bath or laundry room. After checking my favorite home inspector's recommended vendor list, I called Klocks. Summary: Great work! I will hire this company for future electrical needs.

Services: Move front porch light (storm door would hit it if opened all the way), install fluorescent lights in garage, rewire GFCI circuits (which were in series) to parallel, replace A/C fuse with appropriate type.

I'm putting this at a 5. They arrived on time, I described the work I needed (and they gave a few suggestions, and I weighed the options), got an estimate, then I left to go to work, while they did theirs. They called when nearing completion so I could return. I asked to see the work, and all was in order, and so I paid their very reasonable price.

I almost would say there is room for improvement, in that they could add a person who can patch up drywall/siding to make it a one-stop-shop, but I can't fault them for being great at a single trade.

In the process of updating our older home, one of the first things on my list was to add lighting. This house has lots of great natural light, but unfortunately there are only a couple overhead lights. We decided to add recessed lighting throughout our living/kitchen area.

I emailed Klock based on their great reviews. I got a response immediately. Lauren showed up at our house a couple of days later for a quick consultation and gave me what I thought was a fair price. A few days after that, Lauren and her electricians showed up with new lighting. I went into this house project expecting a hiccup here or there as they started messing with the old wiring of our house. To my pleasant surprise, the project was finished faster than I expected with no problems!

I am very happy with the new lights in our home and it changes the look of these once dim rooms.

Jesse was polite, patient, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed a malfunctioning well pump, and got our water running again within a couple of hours. In the meantime, he consulted with us regarding two other projects and was able to give us solid quotes before he left. I don't know what the going rate for an electrician is, but I think the might be on the higher side. Despite that, I believe you get what you pay for, and I'll be glad to pay it when he comes out again to do those other two projects.

I noticed the lights were flickering (months later) and I called Klock.  They sent someone out same day and pinpointed the issue.  The problem was that the dimmer I bought was defective (not one that they had installed).  They didn't charge me for a service call...just for the cost of a new dimmer.

Prices were very competitive as well.  Can't say enough good things about them.

I had a fantastic experience with Klock Electric a few years back. Something went awry with a plug in my master bedroom, causing half of the room to go dark. He came out to diagnose, which took close to two hours. By the time he finally identified the source of the problem (a badly placed nail from a previous occupant went through a wire, but didn't show symptoms until much later) it was too late in the day to start repair work. So he came back the following day to work on repairs. At this point I'm thinking that three hours or so of time with an electrician was going to cost me an arm and a leg, so I was completely in shock when I got a bill for only $125. I commented on the low price, and he said it was because it was an interesting issue and he thought he should have found the problem sooner. Couldn't have been happier with them!

We called Klock Electric to install track lighting in our new house. As first time homebuyers, we really researched and called at least 10 electricians in the area before deciding on Klock. They had the best prices and the quickest service date! They worked us in literally the next day and stuck to their price!

The electrician who came out to do our work was very friendly and funny.

There is non better than Klock Electric. If you need any sort of electrical work done they are the company to call. Cheap, fast, friendly, and straightforward.

We used them to install three can lights, three pendant lights, and a light in our closet. Not only was it cheap, it was done fast, in a professional manner and with no hassle. I recommend them to everyone that needs electrical work. I really can't say enough good things about them.

OK these guys are great for a simple reason.

1. They answer the phone with a human who tells you when they will arrive
2. They arrive on time

Not all electricians can do either of the above.

As extra credit we had a very difficult problem related to a circuit outage and after a bit of work he was able to find a breaker box we didn't even know we had -- although we had hidden it behind a picture.

Very satisfied with their work.  Will use them again.

After a recent bad run of various contractors and service technicians, I'm always pleasantly surprised and almost shocked when I get good service. Klock's exceeded my expectations.
I had a relatively small job. A couple new outlets and troubleshooting a bad outlet. Also a new coaxial plug. They came out twice and were ON TIME both times. Jesse took a look at the work I needed and gave me a couple different options on how to accomplish it. He pointed out ways of doing it (i.e. position of new outlet) that would be faster (i.e. cheaper). All work was completed quickly and looked very good. The billing was straight forward parts + labor.
I had been putting some of this stuff off because I didn't want to have to deal with another unreliable service company. For the past 2 years I haven't had a working outlet in the garage. Next time, I'm calling these guys right away.

These are good.  The service technicians who came to do some work in my condo were super knowledgeable and helpful.  Though they originally said that they didn't have any time to come to my place to do the work, they found time later in the week to make sure that I was taken care of.  I will definitely use them again.

My biggest problem with them is this. They didn't even show up! No phone call and when I called them, NEVER once did anyone answer. Even on the first call, they called me back hours later.

Then fast forward three days to today - where were you Klocks? You didn't even bother to say you'd be late. You literally wasted an hour and a half of my work day for literally nothing.

On top of that I bought new outlets for the day, there's no appliances in the way even. All you guys had to do was show up and do the work. Clean slate basically to work with!

And it was at least a $750 job! You just blew me off. Pathetic.

Wow, I was so impressed with Klock Electric.

I called early on a Monday morning, asking when they might be able to send someone out to hang up a couple of Ikea pendant lights. (Don't laugh - holes needed to be drilled in the ceiling, the old lamp removed, new wires run, etc. I know my limits.)

He gave me an accurate, reasonable quote over the phone. I was expecting that they could have someone maybe 2-3 days later at the earliest. Nope! He said, I could have someone out there in about an hour (Wow!)

Sure enough, the electrician showed up a little while later. He was fast and accurate, and I'm very happy with the job.

I will definitely call these guys next time I need something done involving electricity.

I wish I could review their work but they never returned my calls.  I called Greg Klock about a month ago and he gave me a very reasonable bid on a wiring project.   I called back about a week ago and spoke to 4 different people in his office over 4 days. They never returned my call as they had promised to do.  During my last phone call the woman speaking to me told me that Greg was going to be out of country for awhile. I asked how long he had been gone and she said 2 weeks.  This meant he was already gone when I called last week and they were telling me they would have Greg return my call when he was gone out of the country.   When I asked when he would be returning they told me August.  They then told me that Greg had an electrician who would do the job and they would have him call me.  That was 5 days ago!!  Ridiculous and unprofessional. I would NEVER use them.

Our AC went out while my family and I were on vacation so we were a little surprised to come home to a house which temp was in the low 80's and a humidity level around 75%. Klock's were able to come out on short notice, located the problem, and fix it. They sent three different people to work on the job and everyone was very professional and did a very good job explaining the situation to me. I would use them again.

They installed a 220 V line for a hot tub yesterday. They had to delay the installation a couple days, but that was understandable since it was raining. Their technician installed the line with no issues and also moved the disconnect box after he had already installed it without giving me any attitude about it, although I'm sure he wasn't thrilled with having to do so. He got our hot tub up and running after being there just a couple hours and I was very pleased with the job they did. Only gave 4 stars because there were some minor communication issues, but they did a very good job overall and would definitely recommend them!

Called them up after seeing good reviews here. I needed to install 2 GFCI breakers in my main panel for my bathroom circuits. Owner was helpful on phone. Electrician showed up to do the job. Arrived late, electric drill worked eratically, starting already a bit worrisome. He said he was not sure he had found the right neutral (white) to correspond to the load line for either of two circuits (the original install made it hard -- though not impossible imho -- to reach the cable bundles).

He then closed up the panel with the not-sure-it's-the-right-wire GFCI breakers inside (would have made sense to test things carefully first, specially if not sure about having it wired right!).

Tried out the new GFCI circuits, neither worked. He said perhaps he had not found the right neutrals. He then decided to test by putting back load line to the original breaker, and asked me to go to the bathroom and talk to him on the phone as he turned it on by touching the white to the neutral bar. He turned something on, power came through, a bulb in the room gave a puff of black smoke and died, another bulb crackled. I ran down, he said he thought he had done the neutrals wrong.

By then (2 hours after original appointment time) I had to leave for a doctors appointment. Came back to find that 3 more bulbs had burned out, and one computer was dead. (I had turned off all computers when the work started. I never thought I should physically unplug all appliances!!).

They also left a service charge bill for $82, which I have not yet paid.

Called, talked to the owner. He claimed the original wiring was not to  code, and that GFCI in the panel could not work for my 10-year old home, rather than wrong neutral wiring by his electrician. I have no way to verify this, was not told any of it when I first scheduled and described the job, and will find out when I have another electrician do the GFCI in the panel shortly. I told him the much bigger problem of stuff being blown up by the work, including the computer. He said he would come by to see it. He did, and was on time. When he came I was running late picking up kid from school so my wife spoke to him. He said something about his insurance taking care of the repair of the computer, and he could follow up on the phone.

Whatever else may happen, or however difficult a job may be to do,  blowing up devices in the customer's home is very bad.

It is incredibly disruptive to have a fried computer. The working disk as well as the backup disk is in the same machine, so all work on it is currently dead. I put that computer together a year ago, cost me about $650, I don't have time to troubleshoot it, I need a new working machine now.

I will update this review when this issue is resolved, depending on how it goes and how quick or painful it is. At this point the owner, to his credit, does seem to want to do the right thing, but I will only know more when it is resolved.

I called on a Thursday, and the guy said that they could come on Friday afternoon to deal with the outlets in my bathroom that had stopped working after a storm, and to change out a light fixture in my garage.  

On Friday afternoon, I get a call stating that the tech had car problems causing a delay, and he'll call me again in twenty minutes and let me know if they can make it.  They can't.  Okay, fine, these things happen.

We reschedule for Monday, end of day.  I left a message that I was running a little late, and hoped they are too.  I get home, and wait.  And wait.  No one calls or shows.  There's just an office phone number, voice mail.  I actually sent a Facebook message as well, because I couldn't see any other way to contact them.  No response.

It's Tuesday at noon.  No response to my three messages.  Guess I will be calling someone else.  Kind of shocked to receive no kind of phone call or message.

I saw good reviews for this business, so I thought I would give them a shot. They said they could come give me an estimate on exterior lighting work between 1 and 5 on 4/22/2013, so I busted my butt to get home from work by 12:45 p.m.

They never called, never showed. I called them at 5:40 to find out what was up. Oh, we had 2 people over there at 1 p.m. No one answered. Sorry, I was here and I had my phone on me at all times. If they got no answer from the door, which I doubt, because my dog barks like a maniac at anything, they could have called me.

Blew a breaker during a renovation and needed a couple boxes/switches installed to update the kitchen. It took a couple calls to get an answer, but they showed up in 20 minutes and were very reasonably priced. Did the install and troubleshot the breaker while handling my dilettantish questions. Unfortunately I had more electrical problems at my house. Fortunately Klock was able to come out on the same day I called.  They troubleshooted the heck out of my problem and as it turns out it was the dryer and it had fried a couple of breakers. But Jesse didn't stop there, he wanted to be 100% thorough and make sure there were no other issues. Luckily it was only the breakers and he replaced them. I can say I'm impressed with their work and would call them again if needed.

Came out same-day, diagnosed and repaired a minor wiring problem. Jason explained everything in detail and charged a very reasonable hourly rate that included various trips into a hot attic. He was careful to minimize the amount of sheetrock he needed to cut to get to a junction hidden in the wall. I hope we don't have any electrical trouble again soon, but will call Klock again without hesitation!

We decided to go with Klock Electric to update our breaker box back mid-April. Everything started off well - they were responsive to emails and phone calls. However once they schedule with the Austin Energy to turn our electricity off, we never heard a word for 4 weeks - no courtesy call for a reminder of the appointment, no indication that someone needed to be out the house, and no response to an email asking if everything was still set to go.

Apparently they did come out and upgraded the breaker box which is located outside because they cut our internet cable, left multiple screws in the driveway along with cut wires, cables, metal and plastic pieces, and did not complete the job as the covers were missing from the boxes underneath the house. However, they were very prompt on sending us the bill that evening. We've tried contacting them to discuss the quality of work and the mess that was left behind with no response. Our internet has been out since then and hoping we won't have to pay to have the cable repaired.

I was extremely leery of using them with the wide range of mixed reviews but they were quite a bit cheaper than the other quotes we received. Lesson learned.

My dryer stopped working and when I pulled the plug out of the wall it was burning hot and black. I reached down to the outlet and it was also hot. I called Klock's Electric this morning and the lady who answered the phone was really helpful and said she may be able to get me in today, but at the latest, tomorrow. I was lucky and they did get me in today, actually just a couple hours after I called (although tomorrow would have been ok too). Jesse, who is the owner, came out and did an excellent job. He was on time, even texting me ahead to let me know he was on his way, and was extremely professional and friendly. He changed the outlet, and thank goodness because when he pulled it out, part of it had melted and cracked and the wires were also loose. This could have started a fire (yikes!). He also changed out the cord to the dryer for me, cleaned up and connected everything back. I felt that their rate was reasonable and he didn't even charge me for the outlet. I will definitely call Klock's again for any electrical needs and would highly recommend this company!

I've used Klock Electric for a great many jobs over the past 11 years and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Greg and his crew have always been prompt - arriving within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment with one exception and, at that time they called beforehand and gave me the new eta.

We had an emergency last year and I called Greg at 6:45 am  - and he answered, which surprised me! He was at our house by 7:30 and by 8, problem resolved, he left and we we're on our way to South Padre for vacation.

After calling three other electricians for quotes on installing a chandelier, two pendents and a ceiling fan, I thankfully called Klock. Not only did they quote me $200 less than the other guys, but the other guys also told me the job would take two men and 3-4 hours. Klock sent one guy, Jesse, who was awesome, and he did it in two hours.  Plus, they were able to come out the next day. FANTASTIC. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know looking for a reliable, trustworthy electrician.

These guys were a mess from start to finish. Or rather, from the start of the actual work in mid-April. They had good reviews and Lauren Klock seemed plausible when she came to make a bid, otherwise I wouldn't have hired them. I should have done a better job of investigating and I should definitely have asked to see licenses. It didn't occur to me at the time, but it turns out that licenses are considered optional at Klock's Electric.

They were nothing but trouble. Their misinformation, incompetence, and non-responsiveness delayed my project by 4 weeks, delaying the other tradesmen's work, costing me money in temporary lodgings as well as time. I realized from the first day that they were sloppy and poor communicators. I gave Lauren a wiring diagram with a set of notes; I never saw anyone else with those documents and it became clear to me that none of the 9 Klock's employees who worked on my house knew about them. They sent different people every time; none of them knew what the guys before them had done, none of them ever once arrived at the job with everything needed for the tasks of the day. They'd come, do a few things, finish one thing and leave two others half done. They left my doors unlocked and ceiling fans, still in their boxes, outside on the patio. My house was an unwatched job site at that time. They screwed up and then lied about getting the temporary pole installed. They never answered email, except to make the sale and demand payment. They stopped answering the phone in May. I got so fed up with their bad work and bad manners that I wrote a lengthy letter of complaint to Greg Klock in May. Neither he nor Lauren saw fit to respond to that letter, leaving their untrained, unlicensed, unsupported young workers to cope with my wrath.

Things went from bad to worse. They had to do nearly everything twice; not because I'm fussy, but because they couldn't communicate with each other. Dimmer switches, for example. Dimmable LED recessed can lights must be the most popular choice for lighting these days, but they could not remember to bring switches. Then when they finally did, they had to redo the one they'd already done, because it was a different kind. They had unlicensed men messing with my service panel again and again, because they could not get things straight. They failed final inspection THREE TIMES, pushing my project back a month, so that I ended up having to stay in a motel. During this time, I started looking them up and discovered that almost none of the men who worked on my house had licenses. There's no Master Electrician at Klock's either. The one they had lives in a retirement community in south Texas, but his license expired in March. They're charging electrician prices for glorified handymen, but my handyman is infinitely more skilled than these guys.

I have filed a formal complaint against Klock's Electric with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation. Don't hire them, not for anything. And make sure you check the licenses of whoever you do hire.

I called this company after reading a bunch of good reviews. Maybe this depends on who they send out, but I've had nothing but headaches with them. While everything is in working order, I feel like I paid too much (and honestly didn't get the chance to talk through or even understand the price. See later in the review), wasn't listened to and my account was mishandled. Here's the skinny:

Big storm, the power in part of my house is out. This has happened before and its usually a GFI in the garage. However, i couldn't reset it this time. Since this took out power to my kitchen (my house is wired really weird), i needed someone out quickly. So, of course I jumped on yelp. Enter Klock Electric. They said they could send someone out. They'd be there in the afternoon (I believe they said between 2-4, but its been a couple months now so i'm not sure the exact hours) and would call 30 minutes before they would arrive. Great. Since I'm downtown at work during the day, I really appreciate it when companies offer to do this, since that's the perfect window for me to get home right before they show up. Anyway, work wasn't super busy that day and had plans that night, so I decided to head home and just be there for the window. When I get home, my BRAND new roommate was there to (I didn't know she'd be home). She told me that the guy showed up, did the work and left a bill. She told him she didn't know anything about it and wasn't the one who would pay or make any decisions. SO, 1. I got no call. 2. He did work without anyone saying that it was ok. 3. Left a bill for an unapproved amount, which happened to be higher than i was thinking!  The invoice had a few chicken scratches for description of work, but it was mostly acronyms. I had no idea what they actually did! SO, I call the company. Tell them the whole story and ask them to explain why I was charged so much in addition to why i didn't receive any sort of call. The woman told me she would call the electrician they sent out and see what he says. I get a call back, but at that time, I was at a class and couldn't answer the phone. I was left a message that said, they did this test (which could have been most likely avoided because i could have told the electrician that one outlet is most likely the culprit, but of course i didn't have the opportunity to) and that he replaced the GFI.

Ok, fine. I'll just pay it. The electricity works and in the grand scheme of things, its a small job. I'll just call someone else for future needs. Be done with it. So, I mail in a check. The check was dated December 5th. All was done and forgotten....or was it.

So, today...I get a message that I have an outstanding invoice with Klock electric. Oh no you don't! Immediately pull up my checking account, pull up the images of the cleared checks and there it is. Cleared December 9th (2.5 months ago!). After calling back, I'm told, sorry for the inconvenience. Ugh...

I've never written a bad review about anything. This is my first. I don't complain. I'm not hard to please. I know its hard to run a business, so I usually let missteps slide. But this was just top to bottom bad. I'm actually joining up with yelp to write this :(

I used Klock Electric to replace a breaker that powers the A/C in my panel today.  I had previously been told that the particular breaker was obsolete and we would not have space to put in the newer style.  This would mean a new panel when the braker failed, which it did yesterday...

I called Klock about 3:30 pm.  Greg hit the supply store on his way here and had his tech head our way with their truck too.  They had the part we needed and we were back up and running by 4:30.  Very, very happy.

These guys did a fabulous job on my home. I needed recessed lights installed in my living room and kitchen, GFCI outlets installed in the kitchen and bathroom, 2 fans installed, and 36 outlets and switches updated to white (instead of the 1980's beige.) The guys showed up at 8:30, right on time, and worked until about 2:00pm. They were very precise and did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up before leaving. I have been renovating the home for the past few months, and saved the electrical for the end. Of all the contractors that have been in my home, Klock Electric was by far the best and most professional. I would highly recommend them for any electrical need.

Moved into a new house that needed some major electrical work that came up in the home inspection. We asked Klock for a quote or negotiating purposes and they were very prompt to respond and the work came in at the quoted price (we had them do a few extra things, too). They replacing both the outside and inside panels and running some new circuits for a garbage disposal, outdoor fan and a dryer, along with some minor things like replacing most of the outlets. The crew was great - whenever decisions needed to be made they were good at explaining options and were just some generally nice dudes.

It was time to put in the can lights in the kitchen and DR and I called Klock again and had Ephraim come out.  As before, he was right on time, took the time to consult with me to see where the lights should be located, had good ideas of where they would look the best and even suggested two less than I had originally planned.  Instead we put two in our bathroom so I was really happy about that.  He put plastic sheeting all over the kitchen cabinets and did a really neat, thorough job.  I can't recommend these guys high enough and will always use them for all our electrical needs!

Josh with Klock's Electric came out to our new construction home and spent about 30 minutes with us. We have a breaker upstairs that flips pretty frequently (once or more a week) and the recommendation we got was to just move a high powered item to the dedicated circuit on another wall. It made sense but we were a little surprised that that's really all the guy did. Well, he used a small device to make sure all the outlets were functioning, and keep in mind, outlets not working was not an issue we needed addressed. Minimal work was done, not really a thorough electrical check in our opinion. We moved items around per his recommendation and the next morning our breaker flipped again with only a lamp and computer on. Contacted Klock's electric to ask them to re-check this and Lauren did contact us to let us know her guys would think about this and get back with us but never did (it's been 2 weeks). We're getting another electrician to come out to our home in a few days. Another irritation is that we paid for 1 hour for 30 minutes of work.

My husband and I recently began remodeling an older home that needed a lot of electrical lighting updates. I called Klock Electric and Gregg Klock came out to give the estimate. He was quick, thorough and gave me a detailed estimate for the work I wanted done. He was upfront and honest about how easy or difficult each item I wanted done would be. We decided to move forward and I am so very glad that we did. Gregg and his guys came in and worked full days to get everything completed, one time his guy stayed until 9pm on a Saturday so that the work would be done! The lighting looks amazing and both he and his workers were easy to work with, were very accommodating, and just overall did such a fantastic job. I've had a lot of construction guys in and out of my house for various projects and all of them have had hiccups here and there. NOT Klock Electric! Everything went as smoothly as possible and I just can't say how grateful I was to find Gregg and his guys. I even had an issue with my electrical box (after his guys had done their work, a few weeks after) and he came by to make sure that it was okay and not something that would be related to what his guys had done, which it wasn't (its an old house with a really funky electrical panel). But my point is that he cared and wanted to take care of me as his customer. I can't thank them enough, our home looks great, and I will be calling Klock Electric for any of my future electrical needs.

I'm an amateur the throws of a remodel from hell and 1 thing after the other keeps popping up. I had Klock's Electric saved in my contacts from a job I had them do several years ago and Greg called me right back. I've had to call them 3 times in the past few weeks... each time they got me on their calendar real quickly and came right out fixed everything right away. No bull, no upselling... no messin around... they got right to work. AIl three of the guys they sent the last few weeks have been great. The most recent guy yesterday, Robert was direct, personable, and diagnosed & repaired the issue right away... (a bad breaker switch). The invoices come via email in an easy to pay Quickbooks format. Excellent communication from everyone as well, which is huge for me. Klock's is now my first call for electric work & I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank You Greg and company.

So, yesterday I did something dumb.  When replacing a media filter for the air conditioning in the attic, I snapped off the cord for the light in the attic. I called several electricians and everyone was either booked or offered a significantly higher price. While deciding between the least of the evils for a repair, Greg from Klock Electric called back. Not only could Klock come the next today (IE, today), their price was $50-60 lower than anyone else.

This morning, they called to say they were actually running an hour early. And they were exactly on time.  In less than 30 minutes, they had a replacement light fixture installed without any hassle -- not even needing to flip breakers on and off.  We also asked them about a breakfast room light fixture and got some honest and practical advice.

I really can't recommend anyone else after this experience.

I did my homework and called Klock's Electric to get a second opinion after having received what I thought was an inflated estimate from another local company that came to my home to bid the job. As it turns out, Klock's practice of charging by the hour resulted in my saving one third off the other company's estimate! I credit the efficiency of Klock's electricians, Robert and Lance, who completed the list of projects like clockwork, communicating well with each other and with me. To top it off, they were so smart in the way they approached each task - saving me from costly sheetrock repair. As an Austin newcomer, I am grateful to have found Klock's Electric.

These guys have helped my vision come to life!  I love how our new lights look!!  We first had Cody come and remove our old florescent lights and install LED lights and 2 new lantern lights with dimmer switch.  Of course there were the holes from the old j-boxes that needed to be repaired and there was an issue with running a switch down a certain wall due to fire blocks, but we know in construction you can't see into the future and there's always going to be something that has to be fixed or adjusted, that's just life.
We had them return to replace our hallway lights and will have them return a third time to do the rest of the lights.  Huge difference, and we couldn't be happier!

We woke up with half the house without electricity. The city came by and fixed something with the incoming line, but some rooms were still dark. We called Klock's, and Jose was here in less than an hour. It turned out to be a pretty simple job (replacing 2 breakers), but Jose did it quickly and with a smile and a reasonable cost.

It's rare to make a service call and get this level of quality and detail. Our builder screwed up big time and somehow wired our 250v outlet to provide 340v, shredding 2 dryer motors in the process.

Ben from Klock gleefully climbed up into our astonishingly hot attic and didnt quit until he'd ID'ed all of the known issues. He was able to provide thorough and clear text and picture documentation that we used to get the builder to pay for the repair. He also made time to come and complete the fix as soon as the next business day.

He was thoughtful, serious about his work and practiced good social distancing and mask wearing- Much appreciated when you have someone new in your home!

Klock gave us the lowest quote and was able to come the soonest. So glad we found them and thrilled to have a reliable vendor for future issues!

Recently used them for the first time on a remodel, were we had several issues. I had a contractor that sawed through some electrical without and precautions. There were other wiring issues with unknown sources. Greg set two professionals out and I was amazed at how fast and efficiently they got the job done. Prior to Klock coming I had another company was out and they painted bad picture of the potential outcome, and then never showed back up. I pleasantly surprised when they got the job done in a reasonable amount time.   I will definitely be using Klock in the near future. The owner Greg, is super nice and very willing to explain things. It's nice to do business with a small locally owned company. I can't enough good things about them.

A++ Experience!  I needed a charger for plug in hybrid installed.  Jesse did the evaluation, followed up with scope of work clearly detailed in the bid. They arrived on time and got right to it.  When accessing the interior of the house he and his assistant, Larry, took distancing and sanitizing precautions we greatly appreciated during the pandemic sheltering in. They finished early and came in under budget. When life gets back to more normal I'll have a quick turn around on a battery recharge. Klock Electric  Knowledgeable, fast, friendly and fair.

We were referred by our realtor because we needed some work done on our new house. The technician charged us 100 to take a broken light fixture off the wall, tell us that another broken fixture just needed a new bulb (which is and was incorrect, which he would have known had he simply tested a new bulb), and then bolt because he had another appointment to get to. Not exactly value for money.

Greg, Lance, and the Klock team are awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. When we were in the option period on our house purchase, Greg was able to give me an estimate based on the inspection report (so I didn't have to schedule another on-site call in an busy week). When we closed, they were easy to follow up with and schedule. The crew showed up on time, wore masks, were clean, friendly, professional, and took time to answer every question and make sure everything got taken care of. We had quite a list of fixes and they got everything done on time and UNDER estimated cost. They even fixed a few last minute things we had found that weren't in the initial work order! We will definitely be calling them for anything we need in the future.

I had a very positive experience with this company and with Cody who led our engagement.  Quoting process was quick and easy and pricing was good compared to two other quotes we received.  We added 31 can lights throughout our house, relocated a coax cable outlet from one wall to an adjacent wall, and installed two new 220V circuits from the electric panel into our garage.

On the day of the install, Cody and a substantial crew showed up.  The crew members were polite and diligent and I feel like they did a great job.  A couple of surprises were found and dealt with during the process (full profile cans didn't fit into a few places) and members of the crew ran out a couple of times to get the items they needed to keep things on track.  We also decided to add more light to one room after we saw it completed and they handled this request without complaint.  After the install, the crew did what I consider a reasonable cleanup and we did a full walkthrough before settling the bill.  One more item of note is that the crew seemed to work well together with members self-shifting between assignments and helping each other out as needed.  Overall, I am very happy with the choice of this company and with their team.

Klock electric came highly recommended, and for the life of me, I don't know why.

I had to have my city service replaced due to work buy a previous owner. I also wanted to add lights to the exterior of my house, and have my circuit panel relabled after it was reconnected. The city did a great job. The work the electrician performed was pretty bad at spectacular prices. The electrician took it upon himself to remove several circuits, effectively eliminating multiple outlets in my home. He also cut out the control panel for our sprinkler system. The labeling of circuits in the breaker box could have been done by my three year old. The icing on the cake is 4 months later I've never been given a receipt. Despite my payment going through

I'm actually Clay - this is my wife's Yelp account where we consolidate our reviews.

I just called Klock Electric this afternoon to see what could be done about an outlet box that was in the way of a new dishwasher that I was trying to install.

They got out here very quickly and did an amazing job of replacing the outlet box with one that was properly sized - the previous one had not been installed correctly and was too large.

The work was a little tricky as it had to be done carefully to avoid damaging the walls of the island in the kitchen where the dishwasher and sink lived.  The outlet was on the outside of this wall.  They did an amazing job of doing some tricky demo work to get the improperly installed outlet removed without at all damaging the wall, and got a new and correctly sized outlet box in place very quickly.  They carefully cleaned up the debris from the demo operation and left no mess at all.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional guys and I highly recommend them.

We reached out to Klock's to have a few small electrical issues fixed. We had them install and wire a smart thermostat, fix a broken light switch, and move a bank of light switches from one side of the wall to the other.

We found them to be very responsive when and they were willing to work with us and our very limited schedule for availability. Jesse was a professional, friendly, and worked cleanly. I would definitely recommend them for residential electrical work and they will be my first call for any future work.

So, these guys are great.  They are friendly and courteous, and get the job done.  They explain what they are doing and ask questions to make sure they are doing the job the way you want them to!

So I needed a new service panel, had it tied into my pool equipment, subpanel fixes and outdoor outlets and moving of lighting done. In other words, a lot!

We had our utility pole damaged when it was yanked by a tractor from the wires on our roof so I reached out to neighbors to find a trusted electric company and Klock's got the highest rating. I couldn't say nicer things, they are thorough, professional and communicate well. I just purchased a new home in Hutto and needed to have ethernet cabling installed.  The crew showed up when expected and completed the job as needed.  They were very courteous and professional and the price was as expected - no surprises at the end.  

There was a non-working port in one wall that was discovered a couple of days later.  They came out almost immediately to take a look, took an hour and a half to find the problem.  Turned out to be a faulty piece of hardware.  They replaced at no charge.

Terrific place to do business.  Zack, the crew leader on this job, was great!

Had them come out and install two recessed outlets for mounted TVs and a new ceiling light box.  Their quoted estimate on the phone was about half price of another electrician that took about 3 weeks to return my phone call.  3 electricians showed up and they knocked it all out very quickly and the final price was a little over half of their estimate.  All the guys were very courteous and professional.

I would not hesitate to use them again.

Half my power went out in the middle of the night. I called Oncor and they came to look at the meter. Turns out to be a broken lug and one of the hot lines is dead. I called Klock the next morning and explained that I had half power. They were wanting to schedule me but when I told them my power meter was sparking, they dropped everything and came right out.

I had to call Oncor again to disconnect the lines coming into the house but Klock took care of everything else. We had to get building permits because they were changing the meter box and some power lines but Klock took care of it all. And since I was going to be out of power, they took care of it extremely quick. Even the office manager shut down the office and came out to make sure it was done on time for the building inspector to get the green tag I needed to get Oncor to turn the power back on.

I did not have time to shop around on the price because I was in a hurry. I was already frustrated that I had to pay for the power meter. Klock kept calling me (I did not stay home as I did not want to be in the way) and letting me know where they were. I was concerned about the total price tag but I was going to have to pay it no matter what it was. In the end, it was cheaper than most of the reviews on Angies list for comparable work.

I feel that they took care of my issues with the least amount of managing from me. Did it as cheap as possible without having to haggle. Was extremely professional, quick, and clean.

Yeah, I love these guys. They came and replaced a bedroom fan for me. Before they installed it, they tried to fix it for free before installing the new fan (Who does that?!?!). They also came and tighten some outlets for me as well.

I'm always pleased with the work they do and it helps that they are from the neighborhood!

I am shocked by all the good reviews for this company. My experience has been absolutely ridiculous with them. I called the first time to fix an outdoor industrial light in the driveway. The glass on it was shattered and I had already tried to replace the bulb myself but couldn't get the panel open. They showed up on time, and replaced the bulb for me, but told me that I would have to go somewhere else to order new glass. My driveway light turns on automatically at dusk so we could not tell at the time if changing the bulb would fix it. The guy said if it didn't work to just call back and they would come back. They charged me $98. I offered him a credit card, and he said their credit card system was down. So I gave him $100 cash. He said he didn't have change, so I said fine but was frustrated they couldn't tell you what the payment options were before showing up.

It turns out replacing the bulb did nothing, so now I am down $100. I called them again, and was told they would send someone over to look at the light again and they would order a replacement ballast kit, as that was usually the other likely issue. They told me they would call when it came in and give me an estimate.

A month goes by. I called to follow up and check in on the status. The person who answered the phone said they were new and would have someone call me back.  I never received a call back (it's been four days). I have tried to call two other times and only get voicemail.

They came out on NYE and recommended I check on the city's side before making any repairs. He told me what to tell the city and what they should repair.

No charge for the 10 min he was here. Love them!

We hired Klock Electric to install landscape lights, bathroom exhaust fans, and some new light fixtures. Their original bid was reasonable, they worked within that amount, did fine work including cleaning up the work sites, and arrived on time on both dates they worked here. All of their employees on our job were friendly, professional, competent, and efficient.

I recommend Klock Electric highly and without reservation. We plan to use them in the future.

The guy who came was really nice but our experience wasn't great. He told us the hourly rate and we know how long he was here. He charged us what the quote was instead of 1-2 hours shorter being that he wasn't here as long as what he quoted. Then the hot tub gets delivered a week later and turns out the electrician didn't do the wire correctly. They are supposed to leave a long extra amount of wire and he left it way too short. We even placed the tub closer after looking at how much wire he left and it was still too short. Big problem being that we paid the hot tub company to hook it up, fill it and do all the chemicals. Now they can't do their job while they are here. We spoke to a manager who seemed concerned and I'll update this review if that turns out helpful and he gets out here to fix this without us having to take off another weekday to be here for him to come fix it.

My what a difference a few years makes.  Klock was always my go-to contractor who I recommended to everybody but after a recent, extra costly experience, never again.  

I had Ray out to give me an estimate to install a few flood lights and some exterior lights on the face of my home to include both switches and sensors to come on automatically. I had my request written out when he came so there was no ambiguity. I told him that I didn't want to move forward unless it was possible to install these lights without damage to the brick on my 1968 home (since it would be nearly impossible to fix) and he assured me that they could cut sheetrock inside for the installation, which could then be easily patched.

The day of the install I had all my pictures taken down inside my house so they could cut the sheet rock. I'm coming in from the back yard when what do I hear, a sledgehammer literally smashing out the brick on the face of my house.  Too late to change it . . . it was already done.  They set some junction boxes and smear mortar all over the face of my house before telling me that it's all been more work than they expected and the price that was a set project fee is now going to go up. Super unethical as the work description never changed on my part.  They come back a week later and put the lights up and leave. When I get a closer look, there's gaping holes where my brick was knocked out all around the lights. Two of the four fixtures are literally so loosely attached to the front of my house that they're hanging off. Three of the four come on, but don't work on the switch and one doesn't come on at all. I'm heartbroken about the state of my home.

They come out 3 more times and finally get the lights functioning but there's still big holes in my brick.  Additionally, the back flood light in my yard is no longer working. I'm unsure if they cut the cable or if the same voltage they sent through the house that blew out the photocell earlier in the week blew out this one too.

I have used Klock for years, to the tune of thousands of dollars for interior work and have never had an experience quite like this.  I called Jesse, one of the owners/managers and left messages over the course of 3 days to discuss these issues and never heard back. The last technician that came out said to expect a call the following Monday, but nothing.

So here I'm left with an aesthetically destroyed front of my house, a flood light that I am going to have to pay to have fixed in my back yard, and an estimate for a thousand dollars or so of masonry work to fix the damage that Klock caused.  This is unacceptable and quite honestly, I'm considering my options for recouping monies for the damage.

Take your business elsewhere.

The storm on Monday zapped my home's alarm system. All I could do to quiet it was turn the breaker off, which meant I also had no electricity in my half bath or laundry room. After checking my favorite home inspector's recommended vendor list, I called Klocks. Summary: Great work! I will hire this company for future electrical needs.

Services: Move front porch light (storm door would hit it if opened all the way), install fluorescent lights in garage, rewire GFCI circuits (which were in series) to parallel, replace A/C fuse with appropriate type.

I'm putting this at a 5. They arrived on time, I described the work I needed (and they gave a few suggestions, and I weighed the options), got an estimate, then I left to go to work, while they did theirs. They called when nearing completion so I could return. I asked to see the work, and all was in order, and so I paid their very reasonable price.

I almost would say there is room for improvement, in that they could add a person who can patch up drywall/siding to make it a one-stop-shop, but I can't fault them for being great at a single trade.

In the process of updating our older home, one of the first things on my list was to add lighting. This house has lots of great natural light, but unfortunately there are only a couple overhead lights. We decided to add recessed lighting throughout our living/kitchen area.

I emailed Klock based on their great reviews. I got a response immediately. Lauren showed up at our house a couple of days later for a quick consultation and gave me what I thought was a fair price. A few days after that, Lauren and her electricians showed up with new lighting. I went into this house project expecting a hiccup here or there as they started messing with the old wiring of our house. To my pleasant surprise, the project was finished faster than I expected with no problems!

I am very happy with the new lights in our home and it changes the look of these once dim rooms.

Jesse was polite, patient, and professional. He diagnosed and fixed a malfunctioning well pump, and got our water running again within a couple of hours. In the meantime, he consulted with us regarding two other projects and was able to give us solid quotes before he left. I don't know what the going rate for an electrician is, but I think the might be on the higher side. Despite that, I believe you get what you pay for, and I'll be glad to pay it when he comes out again to do those other two projects.

Great company.  Had them install can lights and a fan mount.  The guys who came out were very friendly and did a great job.

I noticed the lights were flickering (months later) and I called Klock.  They sent someone out same day and pinpointed the issue.  The problem was that the dimmer I bought was defective (not one that they had installed).  They didn't charge me for a service call...just for the cost of a new dimmer.

Prices were very competitive as well.  Can't say enough good things about them.

I had a fantastic experience with Klock Electric a few years back. Something went awry with a plug in my master bedroom, causing half of the room to go dark. He came out to diagnose, which took close to two hours. By the time he finally identified the source of the problem (a badly placed nail from a previous occupant went through a wire, but didn't show symptoms until much later) it was too late in the day to start repair work. So he came back the following day to work on repairs. At this point I'm thinking that three hours or so of time with an electrician was going to cost me an arm and a leg, so I was completely in shock when I got a bill for only $125. I commented on the low price, and he said it was because it was an interesting issue and he thought he should have found the problem sooner. Couldn't have been happier with them!

We called Klock Electric to install track lighting in our new house. As first time homebuyers, we really researched and called at least 10 electricians in the area before deciding on Klock. They had the best prices and the quickest service date! They worked us in literally the next day and stuck to their price!

The electrician who came out to do our work was very friendly and funny.

Trust me, I've done the research... Klock is the best value and the quickest service!

There is non better than Klock Electric. If you need any sort of electrical work done they are the company to call. Cheap, fast, friendly, and straightforward.

We used them to install three can lights, three pendant lights, and a light in our closet. Not only was it cheap, it was done fast, in a professional manner and with no hassle. I recommend them to everyone that needs electrical work. I really can't say enough good things about them.

OK these guys are great for a simple reason.

1. They answer the phone with a human who tells you when they will arrive
2. They arrive on time

Not all electricians can do either of the above.

As extra credit we had a very difficult problem related to a circuit outage and after a bit of work he was able to find a breaker box we didn't even know we had -- although we had hidden it behind a picture.

Very satisfied with their work.  Will use them again.

After a recent bad run of various contractors and service technicians, I'm always pleasantly surprised and almost shocked when I get good service. Klock's exceeded my expectations.
I had a relatively small job. A couple new outlets and troubleshooting a bad outlet. Also a new coaxial plug. They came out twice and were ON TIME both times. Jesse took a look at the work I needed and gave me a couple different options on how to accomplish it. He pointed out ways of doing it (i.e. position of new outlet) that would be faster (i.e. cheaper). All work was completed quickly and looked very good. The billing was straight forward parts + labor.
I had been putting some of this stuff off because I didn't want to have to deal with another unreliable service company. For the past 2 years I haven't had a working outlet in the garage. Next time, I'm calling these guys right away.

These are good.  The service technicians who came to do some work in my condo were super knowledgeable and helpful.  Though they originally said that they didn't have any time to come to my place to do the work, they found time later in the week to make sure that I was taken care of.  I will definitely use them again.

My biggest problem with them is this. They didn't even show up! No phone call and when I called them, NEVER once did anyone answer. Even on the first call, they called me back hours later.

Then fast forward three days to today - where were you Klocks? You didn't even bother to say you'd be late. You literally wasted an hour and a half of my work day for literally nothing.

On top of that I bought new outlets for the day, there's no appliances in the way even. All you guys had to do was show up and do the work. Clean slate basically to work with!

And it was at least a $750 job! You just blew me off. Pathetic.

Wow, I was so impressed with Klock Electric.

I called early on a Monday morning, asking when they might be able to send someone out to hang up a couple of Ikea pendant lights. (Don't laugh - holes needed to be drilled in the ceiling, the old lamp removed, new wires run, etc. I know my limits.)

He gave me an accurate, reasonable quote over the phone. I was expecting that they could have someone maybe 2-3 days later at the earliest. Nope! He said, I could have someone out there in about an hour (Wow!)

Sure enough, the electrician showed up a little while later. He was fast and accurate, and I'm very happy with the job.

I will definitely call these guys next time I need something done involving electricity.

Great service!  We had these guys install some low voltage cables and some new lights in our living room ceiling.  The technicians were very knowledgable and completed the job sooner than expected.  We will be using Klocks again for other projects in the near future.

I wish I could review their work but they never returned my calls.  I called Greg Klock about a month ago and he gave me a very reasonable bid on a wiring project.   I called back about a week ago and spoke to 4 different people in his office over 4 days. They never returned my call as they had promised to do.  During my last phone call the woman speaking to me told me that Greg was going to be out of country for awhile. I asked how long he had been gone and she said 2 weeks.  This meant he was already gone when I called last week and they were telling me they would have Greg return my call when he was gone out of the country.   When I asked when he would be returning they told me August.  They then told me that Greg had an electrician who would do the job and they would have him call me.  That was 5 days ago!!  Ridiculous and unprofessional. I would NEVER use them.

Our AC went out while my family and I were on vacation so we were a little surprised to come home to a house which temp was in the low 80's and a humidity level around 75%. Klock's were able to come out on short notice, located the problem, and fix it. They sent three different people to work on the job and everyone was very professional and did a very good job explaining the situation to me. I would use them again.

I have worked with Greg Klock several times over the years at my home and my clients' properties. He and his crew always do a great job. They're dependable, reasonably priced and trustworthy. They installed a 220 V line for a hot tub yesterday. They had to delay the installation a couple days, but that was understandable since it was raining. Their technician installed the line with no issues and also moved the disconnect box after he had already installed it without giving me any attitude about it, although I'm sure he wasn't thrilled with having to do so. He got our hot tub up and running after being there just a couple hours and I was very pleased with the job they did. Only gave 4 stars because there were some minor communication issues, but they did a very good job overall and would definitely recommend them!

Called them up after seeing good reviews here. I needed to install 2 GFCI breakers in my main panel for my bathroom circuits. Owner was helpful on phone. Electrician showed up to do the job. Arrived late, electric drill worked eratically, starting already a bit worrisome. He said he was not sure he had found the right neutral (white) to correspond to the load line for either of two circuits (the original install made it hard -- though not impossible imho -- to reach the cable bundles).

He then closed up the panel with the not-sure-it's-the-right-wire GFCI breakers inside (would have made sense to test things carefully first, specially if not sure about having it wired right!).

Tried out the new GFCI circuits, neither worked. He said perhaps he had not found the right neutrals. He then decided to test by putting back load line to the original breaker, and asked me to go to the bathroom and talk to him on the phone as he turned it on by touching the white to the neutral bar. He turned something on, power came through, a bulb in the room gave a puff of black smoke and died, another bulb crackled. I ran down, he said he thought he had done the neutrals wrong.

By then (2 hours after original appointment time) I had to leave for a doctors appointment. Came back to find that 3 more bulbs had burned out, and one computer was dead. (I had turned off all computers when the work started. I never thought I should physically unplug all appliances!!).

They also left a service charge bill for $82, which I have not yet paid.

Called, talked to the owner. He claimed the original wiring was not to  code, and that GFCI in the panel could not work for my 10-year old home, rather than wrong neutral wiring by his electrician. I have no way to verify this, was not told any of it when I first scheduled and described the job, and will find out when I have another electrician do the GFCI in the panel shortly. I told him the much bigger problem of stuff being blown up by the work, including the computer. He said he would come by to see it. He did, and was on time. When he came I was running late picking up kid from school so my wife spoke to him. He said something about his insurance taking care of the repair of the computer, and he could follow up on the phone.

Whatever else may happen, or however difficult a job may be to do,  blowing up devices in the customer's home is very bad.

It is incredibly disruptive to have a fried computer. The working disk as well as the backup disk is in the same machine, so all work on it is currently dead. I put that computer together a year ago, cost me about $650, I don't have time to troubleshoot it, I need a new working machine now.

I will update this review when this issue is resolved, depending on how it goes and how quick or painful it is. At this point the owner, to his credit, does seem to want to do the right thing, but I will only know more when it is resolved.

I called on a Thursday, and the guy said that they could come on Friday afternoon to deal with the outlets in my bathroom that had stopped working after a storm, and to change out a light fixture in my garage.  

On Friday afternoon, I get a call stating that the tech had car problems causing a delay, and he'll call me again in twenty minutes and let me know if they can make it.  They can't.  Okay, fine, these things happen.

We reschedule for Monday, end of day.  I left a message that I was running a little late, and hoped they are too.  I get home, and wait.  And wait.  No one calls or shows.  There's just an office phone number, voice mail.  I actually sent a Facebook message as well, because I couldn't see any other way to contact them.  No response.

It's Tuesday at noon.  No response to my three messages.  Guess I will be calling someone else.  Kind of shocked to receive no kind of phone call or message.

I saw good reviews for this business, so I thought I would give them a shot. They said they could come give me an estimate on exterior lighting work between 1 and 5 on 4/22/2013, so I busted my butt to get home from work by 12:45 p.m.

They never called, never showed. I called them at 5:40 to find out what was up. Oh, we had 2 people over there at 1 p.m. No one answered. Sorry, I was here and I had my phone on me at all times. If they got no answer from the door, which I doubt, because my dog barks like a maniac at anything, they could have called me.

Will not be using this business.

Blew a breaker during a renovation and needed a couple boxes/switches installed to update the kitchen. It took a couple calls to get an answer, but they showed up in 20 minutes and were very reasonably priced. Did the install and troubleshot the breaker while handling my dilettantish questions. Great work.

Unfortunately I had more electrical problems at my house. Fortunately Klock was able to come out on the same day I called.  They troubleshooted the heck out of my problem and as it turns out it was the dryer and it had fried a couple of breakers. But Jesse didn't stop there, he wanted to be 100% thorough and make sure there were no other issues. Luckily it was only the breakers and he replaced them. I can say I'm impressed with their work and would call them again if needed.

Came out same-day, diagnosed and repaired a minor wiring problem. Jason explained everything in detail and charged a very reasonable hourly rate that included various trips into a hot attic. He was careful to minimize the amount of sheetrock he needed to cut to get to a junction hidden in the wall. I hope we don't have any electrical trouble again soon, but will call Klock again without hesitation!

We decided to go with Klock Electric to update our breaker box back mid-April. Everything started off well - they were responsive to emails and phone calls. However once they schedule with the Austin Energy to turn our electricity off, we never heard a word for 4 weeks - no courtesy call for a reminder of the appointment, no indication that someone needed to be out the house, and no response to an email asking if everything was still set to go.

Apparently they did come out and upgraded the breaker box which is located outside because they cut our internet cable, left multiple screws in the driveway along with cut wires, cables, metal and plastic pieces, and did not complete the job as the covers were missing from the boxes underneath the house. However, they were very prompt on sending us the bill that evening. We've tried contacting them to discuss the quality of work and the mess that was left behind with no response. Our internet has been out since then and hoping we won't have to pay to have the cable repaired.

I was extremely leery of using them with the wide range of mixed reviews but they were quite a bit cheaper than the other quotes we received. Lesson learned.

My dryer stopped working and when I pulled the plug out of the wall it was burning hot and black. I reached down to the outlet and it was also hot. I called Klock's Electric this morning and the lady who answered the phone was really helpful and said she may be able to get me in today, but at the latest, tomorrow. I was lucky and they did get me in today, actually just a couple hours after I called (although tomorrow would have been ok too). Jesse, who is the owner, came out and did an excellent job. He was on time, even texting me ahead to let me know he was on his way, and was extremely professional and friendly. He changed the outlet, and thank goodness because when he pulled it out, part of it had melted and cracked and the wires were also loose. This could have started a fire (yikes!). He also changed out the cord to the dryer for me, cleaned up and connected everything back. I felt that their rate was reasonable and he didn't even charge me for the outlet. I will definitely call Klock's again for any electrical needs and would highly recommend this company!

I've used Klock Electric for a great many jobs over the past 11 years and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Greg and his crew have always been prompt - arriving within a few minutes of the scheduled appointment with one exception and, at that time they called beforehand and gave me the new eta.

We had an emergency last year and I called Greg at 6:45 am  - and he answered, which surprised me! He was at our house by 7:30 and by 8, problem resolved, he left and we we're on our way to South Padre for vacation.

After calling three other electricians for quotes on installing a chandelier, two pendents and a ceiling fan, I thankfully called Klock. Not only did they quote me $200 less than the other guys, but the other guys also told me the job would take two men and 3-4 hours. Klock sent one guy, Jesse, who was awesome, and he did it in two hours.  Plus, they were able to come out the next day. FANTASTIC. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know looking for a reliable, trustworthy electrician.

These guys were a mess from start to finish. Or rather, from the start of the actual work in mid-April. They had good reviews and Lauren Klock seemed plausible when she came to make a bid, otherwise I wouldn't have hired them. I should have done a better job of investigating and I should definitely have asked to see licenses. It didn't occur to me at the time, but it turns out that licenses are considered optional at Klock's Electric.

They were nothing but trouble. Their misinformation, incompetence, and non-responsiveness delayed my project by 4 weeks, delaying the other tradesmen's work, costing me money in temporary lodgings as well as time. I realized from the first day that they were sloppy and poor communicators. I gave Lauren a wiring diagram with a set of notes; I never saw anyone else with those documents and it became clear to me that none of the 9 Klock's employees who worked on my house knew about them. They sent different people every time; none of them knew what the guys before them had done, none of them ever once arrived at the job with everything needed for the tasks of the day. They'd come, do a few things, finish one thing and leave two others half done. They left my doors unlocked and ceiling fans, still in their boxes, outside on the patio. My house was an unwatched job site at that time. They screwed up and then lied about getting the temporary pole installed. They never answered email, except to make the sale and demand payment. They stopped answering the phone in May. I got so fed up with their bad work and bad manners that I wrote a lengthy letter of complaint to Greg Klock in May. Neither he nor Lauren saw fit to respond to that letter, leaving their untrained, unlicensed, unsupported young workers to cope with my wrath.

Things went from bad to worse. They had to do nearly everything twice; not because I'm fussy, but because they couldn't communicate with each other. Dimmer switches, for example. Dimmable LED recessed can lights must be the most popular choice for lighting these days, but they could not remember to bring switches. Then when they finally did, they had to redo the one they'd already done, because it was a different kind. They had unlicensed men messing with my service panel again and again, because they could not get things straight. They failed final inspection THREE TIMES, pushing my project back a month, so that I ended up having to stay in a motel. During this time, I started looking them up and discovered that almost none of the men who worked on my house had licenses. There's no Master Electrician at Klock's either. The one they had lives in a retirement community in south Texas, but his license expired in March. They're charging electrician prices for glorified handymen, but my handyman is infinitely more skilled than these guys.

I have filed a formal complaint against Klock's Electric with the Texas Dept of Licensing and Regulation. Don't hire them, not for anything. And make sure you check the licenses of whoever you do hire.

I called this morning when half the lights in my 1960s era home stopped working. They came out within an hour and started troubleshooting the issue, which ended up being some bad wiring. They were able to resolve the issue quickly, professionally and economically.

Scheduled to have a quote on installation of outdoor lights.  Waited for a call or for them to show up, but it turned out they had us scheduled a different day.  Rescheduled for a few days later, called the day before to confirm to be sure and they didn't show up or call.  Didn't return my voicemail either.  Waste of time dealing with them just to get a simple quote.

We were replacing pretty much every light fixture in our house and adding canned lighting to a couple of rooms. Klock Electric did everything on the list plus more and came out WAY below the original quote we had from the other contractor. They showed up when they said they would and did a good job. They're our new go to for electrical work.

I called this company after reading a bunch of good reviews. Maybe this depends on who they send out, but I've had nothing but headaches with them. While everything is in working order, I feel like I paid too much (and honestly didn't get the chance to talk through or even understand the price. See later in the review), wasn't listened to and my account was mishandled. Here's the skinny:

Big storm, the power in part of my house is out. This has happened before and its usually a GFI in the garage. However, i couldn't reset it this time. Since this took out power to my kitchen (my house is wired really weird), i needed someone out quickly. So, of course I jumped on yelp. Enter Klock Electric. They said they could send someone out. They'd be there in the afternoon (I believe they said between 2-4, but its been a couple months now so i'm not sure the exact hours) and would call 30 minutes before they would arrive. Great. Since I'm downtown at work during the day, I really appreciate it when companies offer to do this, since that's the perfect window for me to get home right before they show up. Anyway, work wasn't super busy that day and had plans that night, so I decided to head home and just be there for the window. When I get home, my BRAND new roommate was there to (I didn't know she'd be home). She told me that the guy showed up, did the work and left a bill. She told him she didn't know anything about it and wasn't the one who would pay or make any decisions. SO, 1. I got no call. 2. He did work without anyone saying that it was ok. 3. Left a bill for an unapproved amount, which happened to be higher than i was thinking!  The invoice had a few chicken scratches for description of work, but it was mostly acronyms. I had no idea what they actually did! SO, I call the company. Tell them the whole story and ask them to explain why I was charged so much in addition to why i didn't receive any sort of call. The woman told me she would call the electrician they sent out and see what he says. I get a call back, but at that time, I was at a class and couldn't answer the phone. I was left a message that said, they did this test (which could have been most likely avoided because i could have told the electrician that one outlet is most likely the culprit, but of course i didn't have the opportunity to) and that he replaced the GFI.

Ok, fine. I'll just pay it. The electricity works and in the grand scheme of things, its a small job. I'll just call someone else for future needs. Be done with it. So, I mail in a check. The check was dated December 5th. All was done and forgotten....or was it.

So, today...I get a message that I have an outstanding invoice with Klock electric. Oh no you don't! Immediately pull up my checking account, pull up the images of the cleared checks and there it is. Cleared December 9th (2.5 months ago!). After calling back, I'm told, sorry for the inconvenience. Ugh...

I've never written a bad review about anything. This is my first. I don't complain. I'm not hard to please. I know its hard to run a business, so I usually let missteps slide. But this was just top to bottom bad. I'm actually joining up with yelp to write this :(

I used Klock Electric to replace a breaker that powers the A/C in my panel today.  I had previously been told that the particular breaker was obsolete and we would not have space to put in the newer style.  This would mean a new panel when the braker failed, which it did yesterday...

I called Klock about 3:30 pm.  Greg hit the supply store on his way here and had his tech head our way with their truck too.  They had the part we needed and we were back up and running by 4:30.  Very, very happy.

These guys did a fabulous job on my home. I needed recessed lights installed in my living room and kitchen, GFCI outlets installed in the kitchen and bathroom, 2 fans installed, and 36 outlets and switches updated to white (instead of the 1980's beige.) The guys showed up at 8:30, right on time, and worked until about 2:00pm. They were very precise and did a wonderful job. They even cleaned up before leaving. I have been renovating the home for the past few months, and saved the electrical for the end. Of all the contractors that have been in my home, Klock Electric was by far the best and most professional. I would highly recommend them for any electrical need.

Rock star service. I had a very simple job that needed to be done. I called 3 different companies. Klock was the only one that call me back. After explaining what i needed to have done, they sent a electrician over the very next morning. What amazing service. Not only did he explain the process of the fix, he showed me exactly how to do if in the future, if I had the nerve to fix it myself. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Moved into a new house that needed some major electrical work that came up in the home inspection. We asked Klock for a quote or negotiating purposes and they were very prompt to respond and the work came in at the quoted price (we had them do a few extra things, too). They replacing both the outside and inside panels and running some new circuits for a garbage disposal, outdoor fan and a dryer, along with some minor things like replacing most of the outlets. The crew was great - whenever decisions needed to be made they were good at explaining options and were just some generally nice dudes.

We'll echo the other good reviews.  Klock Electric promptly responded to our initial inquiries, scheduled service within a few days (during the holidays) to fit our schedule, and did excellent work at our house.  They replaced 4 porch wall sconces, including replacing some worn wiring, and then solved a dead outside plug issue, all within an hour.  If we need further electrical work, this is who we're calling.

It was time to put in the can lights in the kitchen and DR and I called Klock again and had Ephraim come out.  As before, he was right on time, took the time to consult with me to see where the lights should be located, had good ideas of where they would look the best and even suggested two less than I had originally planned.  Instead we put two in our bathroom so I was really happy about that.  He put plastic sheeting all over the kitchen cabinets and did a really neat, thorough job.  I can't recommend these guys high enough and will always use them for all our electrical needs!

Josh with Klock's Electric came out to our new construction home and spent about 30 minutes with us. We have a breaker upstairs that flips pretty frequently (once or more a week) and the recommendation we got was to just move a high powered item to the dedicated circuit on another wall. It made sense but we were a little surprised that that's really all the guy did. Well, he used a small device to make sure all the outlets were functioning, and keep in mind, outlets not working was not an issue we needed addressed. Minimal work was done, not really a thorough electrical check in our opinion. We moved items around per his recommendation and the next morning our breaker flipped again with only a lamp and computer on. Contacted Klock's electric to ask them to re-check this and Lauren did contact us to let us know her guys would think about this and get back with us but never did (it's been 2 weeks). We're getting another electrician to come out to our home in a few days. Another irritation is that we paid for 1 hour for 30 minutes of work.

My husband and I recently began remodeling an older home that needed a lot of electrical lighting updates. I called Klock Electric and Gregg Klock came out to give the estimate. He was quick, thorough and gave me a detailed estimate for the work I wanted done. He was upfront and honest about how easy or difficult each item I wanted done would be. We decided to move forward and I am so very glad that we did. Gregg and his guys came in and worked full days to get everything completed, one time his guy stayed until 9pm on a Saturday so that the work would be done! The lighting looks amazing and both he and his workers were easy to work with, were very accommodating, and just overall did such a fantastic job. I've had a lot of construction guys in and out of my house for various projects and all of them have had hiccups here and there. NOT Klock Electric! Everything went as smoothly as possible and I just can't say how grateful I was to find Gregg and his guys. I even had an issue with my electrical box (after his guys had done their work, a few weeks after) and he came by to make sure that it was okay and not something that would be related to what his guys had done, which it wasn't (its an old house with a really funky electrical panel). But my point is that he cared and wanted to take care of me as his customer. I can't thank them enough, our home looks great, and I will be calling Klock Electric for any of my future electrical needs.
