I was very impressed with Cory Farrell Electric. Cory came out to make electrical repairs discovered by an inspector on a house I was flipping. Cory made the repairs for the cost of a trip charge. Later, when additional repairs were requested by the buyer, Cory came out the evening before we closed on the house, during dangerous icy weather conditions, and checked everything related to electrical service, repaired a faulty outlet and did not charge me a dime for this second trip! He is extremely knowledgeable, explaining the issues thoroughly each time he visited. The times when I called his office, his wife and business partner, Desirae, was extremely kind and helpful. This couple has tremendous integrity, they take pride in their work and are highly service-oriented. I enthusiastically recommend their services and will use them again for electrical work on my investment properties.

Working with Neely Electric (Rick) was fantastic! Very friendly guy. Came to my house and replaced a old breaker box and added a few recess cans. He did a great job! Price was very fair and didn't make a huge mess. I will use again for sure! Thank you Rick!

It has been a pleasure getting to know Stetson and team from Dunn Honest Electric.
We initially engaged Stetson via Yelp when we put out a request for a Forklift Charger installation. We met with multiple vendors, but Stetson's professionalism stood out - it wasn't just another job to him. He took the time to explain our options and we received an estimate the following day! The charger install went great.
We then realized the need for further electrical services when we installed our conveyor system. Stetson came back out to our warehouse and discussed all avenues of accomplishing the task. Again, our estimate was given shortly after his visit. The quote was approved and Stetson and team were on-site the following week. Two days later we had an amazingly designed power distribution solution that didn't break the bank.
We'll definitely be calling Dunn Honest Electric for our future business electrical needs.

And again! We needed a LOT of electrical help when we demolished our kitchen and took out a fur down. Shawn and his helper showed up and worked on several projects including lifting wiring exposed by the demo to installing lighting and Chandeliers throughout the house. Bowne has helped us with many of our projects over the years and will continue to do so for our family. Great work, guys and gals!

Ram and his team from CP electric we're amazing and we're so thankful to have found them. Ram is very knowledgeable, we had new recess lighting and new fixtures put up in the house. He is great to work with and prices were reasonable. I'd definitely recommend them!

Excellent work by Adam and his helper. Replaced old, poorly wired breaker panel with new one. Installed three overhead light fixtures, oven exhaust hood, and new programmable thermostat. Adam was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Will use this company again.

If I could leave 6 stars for Mauricio I would. He is easy to communicate with, easily explains what he will do for the result we are looking for and is reliable and reachable for questions post work. We have had him out twice, each time for multiple projects. As simple as installing a light fixture and as complex as wiring and installing for an Electric Vehicle in our garage + more. This process of discussing the project, scheduling the work and having it done has been a simple as it possibly can be and I would recommend Mauricio and his business to anyone looking for electrical work/services to be done. It's nice when you get to work with a professional who just makes it easy and continuously delivers the results you are after. 6 Stars!!

Not a great experience. I bought a Angies List coupon for two hours of electrical work. All I needed was a simple switch replaced which I knew wouldn't take long. I couldn't come up with more projects to decided on dimmer switched being put in the bedrooms. Mark arrive and replaced the switch. He then went to go install the dimmer switch but told me I have the wrong one and it wouldn't work. When he tried to take the old switch off he said that someone needed to go thru all the wiring in the house. That it all needed to be checked. Since he wasnt doing the fans now I asked if this is something he could do. He ignored me and went to go check my fire extinguishers.
When I returned the dimmer switch to Home Depot the guy basically said that he didn't understand why it couldn't be done.
He replaced a light in my closet and installed a bulb in my bathroom. I still had a lot of time and found yet another dimmer that I asked him to install in my kitchen. He did that and then told me I needed different light bulbs. Fine - all done - an hour and fifteen minutes worth of work..
After I went to use the stitch that he originally game to do it was flipped around. So OFF was ON and ON was OFF. The plate read as NO and FFO. I thought I could deal with this but decided to call the company back. The lady who answered the phone was really nice but said she was not happy and would have him come back to fix it. He came the next day to fix in. In the mean time I had gone to buy dimmer lights and they really didn't dim at all. When I asked him about it he told me that I needed special bulbs.. I showed him the packaging of the bulbs and then he said that I needed a different dimmer. I said I had one and asked if he would install it. He said he would have to charge me. OK, I'm not one trying to get a free ride but he wasn't here the first time for the full two hours AND he wouldn't do the wire checking that I really needed so that didn't sit well with me. I said I was going to call the company. He then said - go ahead - but I'm outta here. He left without anything being fixed. Super unprofessional.
I called and left a message and the owner called me back within a reasonable time frame. WE talked. I explained the entire situation and he seems nice and ready to resolve the problem. He said he would call Mark and have someone call me back. The original date that Mark came out was 7/17. I finally decided they were NOT going to call back so called them on 8/2. The lady who answered said she was unaware that she was suppose to call. I then asked her to have the Owner call me back. He didn't. She called to try to set up an appointment but at this point I am done with this company. I got the problem fixed.
Just very unprofessional !!!!

My outside condenser unit was only getting half the power so I called and was able to get an appoint the same day which was super awesome. After the job was finished the fan did not kick on so they sent another person out ASAP same day to verify all was hooked up correctly, which it was. The associate made a call to help troubleshoot something that was not even their issue and we got it working. Very awesome service.

An elderly friend needed some extensive electrical repair & fixture replacement. They were promptly there when they said they would be & were even better when they returned to do the work & found out there were more fixtures purchased for install than we originally told them. Although they had to split the install into two visits, it was still a most pleasant experience. They are the most courteous, kind, patient people I have had to deal with in customer service in a very long time. If you want high quality work and a level of customer service hard to find in today's environment, call them, you won't regret it!!

On December 21, 2020, I had them out to inspect my range that made a bang when I turned it on. They were responsive and came right out. The tech informed us that the range had died and we would need a replacement. Before leaving he disconnected and removed the range from the kitchen and told us to call them to install it
Fast forward to March 15, 2021, after 3 months with a hot plate, the new range has been delivered. We call Mr. Sparky to come and install it. They get out quick, but note that the dispatchers cannot give you quote information. After getting a hard time from the tech about not installing appliances (ie taking it out of the box and dropping it in the hole in the countertop) I get quoted ~$200 for the install, and $400 to hook it up. Keep in mind, it is essentially the same task (in reverse) that I paid $196 three months earlier. The entire process took 30 minutes tops, total cost was $520 after the tech discounted the price because it was easier than expected.
I have tried for the past two days to speak with the company about the pricing, and get someone to explain to my how the same procedure could cost three times more, but I am getting no where. I have called twice, speaking with two different people, both of whom took my information with a promise to call back, and nothing for two days.
I used Mr. Spark multiple times in my two years at my current address, but they clearly have no interest in maintaining customer relationships and their pricing is both opaque and illogical.

We had an issue where the breaker kept tripping on the AC. I called on a Saturday thinking it was going to cost a lot. The person on the phones asked questions so that they could have what they needed when they arrived. Andrew was the electrician. He quickly solved the problem and was extremely polite. Andrew and David Gray Electrical made a new client today and for the future.
