I've been in business for over 25 years. I'm a very solid and skilled Handyman and Home Repair specialist with a wide variety of items I can tackle. I can do carpentry, electric, plumbing, decks, gutters, fences, drywall, ceiling fans, exterior lighting, windows, doors, security items, metal work (incl welding), siding, and more.

HISTORY

Established in 1985.
I learned the basics of construction and technical things early in my life in my family’s agro business. Built and repaired all kinds of stuff throughout my life. Worked in the corporate water & oil business environments for many years and lost my job after the 2008 financial crunch. Jumped into my own full-time home repair & handyman business after having done this for a small side income since 1985. Have gained over 1000 very happy customers since then.

After consulting several people I called Mr. Quick Fix. Jay was great. He did great work and scheduled the job as I needed it. I had to have flooring installed before my appliances were delivered. After he installed appliances he then did my light fixtures and replaced all faucets in a bathroom. He also did several small jobs for me including installing new screens in doors. If you need it Jay can get it done.

We hired Jay for a difficult project that no other TV installer wanted to attempt. The challenge was to stack 2 TVs on top of each other in a cabinet that opens on the back and front, with a view from 2 rooms. Jay stacked them and was able to create a swivel of 180 degrees so that either or both TVs could be viewed from either room at will. We live in a loft and Jay managed to give us a sleek, functional design that also mimicked the architecture of our home. Really nice and exactly what we wanted!
