We needed to replace a 4-ton unit a little over a year ago and lots of research found Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services of Lewisville. Dealt with Kyle and after evaluating equipment and quality and cost decided to go with them.  Their installation team removed an ancient unit and installed an energy efficient unit. Cleaned up after themselves. Hauled off the old unit. Over the last year or so it has run quietly and very efficiently.  We have seen a difference in our electric bill.  So, when the upstairs mother-in-law suite needed a new unit, we didn't hesitate to contact Kyle again for his recommendation.  As it turned out they were able to meet our budget with an upgraded 2-ton unit. The installation team were very good.  We also had them do a repair to our 3.5-ton unit at the same time in anticipation of this summer.   We can comfortably say we made a very good decision. If you are looking for an A/C replacement or replacement call Kyle.

IME did both the electrical and HVAC for my new construction home. The contractors were hired by my builder. I have been here six years and have spent thousands of dollars fixing their crappy work. Both have been problematic. For the HVAC, they installed one unit that was too small for my two story, 3200 sf house and the ductwork that was installed was too small for the unit. For the electrical, I've had breakers tripping all the time, outlets on opposite sides of the house wired to the same circuit breaker. They drilled about 15 holes on the outside of my house, trying to get to find wires to the breaker box. I am getting ready to spend about $6,000 to fix a system that is inferior at best.

They do poor work, cause damage to your home, lie, then ghost you.

Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services, LLC installed two new AC units and gas furnaces in my home on 6/14/20. On the morning of 6/15/20, I woke up to find water on the upstairs landing floor, and paint hanging from the ceiling directly below where the attic units were placed. Additionally, there were water stains on the ceiling above a guest bedroom door, and water damage to the door trim. I shut the AC system off and sent pictures to the customer service person, Jake Stastny. Rudolfo, one of the people who installed the systems, came back to the house and said the problem was caused because the other person who worked on in the install forgot to flush the pipes. Rudolfo then flushed the pipes.

Jake said over the phone to get estimates on the repair and Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services would pay for the damage they caused. I got several estimates and sent Jake the best one on 6/17/20. On 6/18/20, I received texts from an unknown number by someone identifying themselves as Rudy. He said he was going to fix the leak damage. I questioned this, because Jake said Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services did not do this work, hence hiring another company to repair the damage. Rudy then said he was bringing a friend to do the work because it would be cheaper. I told him this was not acceptable, as I want a reputable company to correct the damage caused by Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services. I took screenshots of the text messages and emailed them to Jake. I also asked when he planned to have the estimate approved, as he had stated his supervisor needed to approve it and Jake had yet to respond to the emailed estimate. Jake tried to call while I was at work, but I had noticed that Jake would not respond to texts or emails, to avoid having anything in writing. I sent Jake another email, with the estimate and the text message screenshots attached again. I told him I expected further communication to be in writing and that Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services could pay for the damage they caused, as agreed. Jake refuses to respond.

Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services did a poor job installing the new units, resulting in damage to my home. They agreed to pay for the damage, but now are having strange people text message me and expect me to let a random person come into my house. I expect them to pay a reputable company to correct the damage Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services caused. I paid Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services over $9,500 for the new HVAC systems. A $750 estimate to correct the damages seems reasonable for Integrated Mechanical and Electric Services to approve. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and TDLR. I have a lawyer in the family I will be contacting for next steps regarding this business.

We had Dylan from Integrated come out today.  We have had problems with the HVAC in my office for years.  Dylan immediately came in and had ideas on how to help solve some of our unequal distribution problems.  He was obviously knowledgeable and very personable.  Frankly, that is exactly what a company needs for a positive customer experience.   I would absolutely recommend Integrated.  No upcharges or attempts to upsale!

Everyone at IME Service was very professional from our initial call to report our new AC was working correctly to the service technician that came out to our house. Lauren & Savannah did an excellent job in scheduling our appointment in a prompt manner.

Joshua (proper name is Yehoshua, we kept mispronouncing it but he was very gracious about it) called to let us know what time he would be at our home and he was prompt! Not a minute late!

When he arrived he got to the problem, determined the issue and solved it within 30 minutes. Our AC wasn't cooling half of the house correctly and the other half was too cold. He answered all of our questions, we had a lot - first time homebuyer, in a clear manner that we could understand. He explained what the issue was, walked us through how he was going to fix it and then proceeded to do so.

He even gave us some pointers/tips to help keep the house evenly cool.

I waited a little over a month to write this review because i wanted to fully test the AC and make sure it was working correctly (and the heater as well) -  they are.

I cannot say enough fantastic things about the folks at IME - all professional, friendly and gracious!

I just saw a response from management (a year back for my review from 2017) saying I wasn't an actual customer. I just want to clarify I was actually the office manager of a construction company during my complaint and the service would be listed under the company, not me. So I definitely DO NOT recommend this company.

I chose this company to replace one of our AC systems. I've contacted several companies in my area. Amazingly, for same system, quote were vary by almost $2000. I chose IME based on reputation, system they carry (LENNOX), price they offer, and fast support. Right after I sent an email to them, Mr. Tyler contacted me to schedule for walk through. Very next day, he showed up. He was professional, polite, was ready with shoe covers, mask, gloves. After 2 days, installation guys (3) came in the morning. It took about 3 hrs to complete the work. Mr. Tyler upgrade thermostat to WIFI enabled one without charge. Everything works so great. Believe me. I've researched and received quote from 4 other well known AC companies. When you need AC repair or installation, make sure to compare with IME.

I've used them for several years. I even had them replace one of my AC units & continued to use them as my dedicated AC company for service or any issues. It's seems that every time they come to my house...something bad happens. Recently I had them come to evaluate my home to determine efficiencies including duct work. The guy who came put his foot right through my ceiling and it took over six weeks to find someone to repair as well as 10 weeks of reimbursement. This all happened before COVID.

Last week, They came to conduct a annual service. Since we were out of town we came home to find that there was a major line back up which caused water damage not only to my ceiling but to my bedding , mattress & newly placed wood floors! I found this 2 days after they came & found that there was a crack in my primary drip pan-why didn't they catch this? Clearly, something happened after their visit for that much damage to occur. I requested a manager to call me & still no response. Unfortunately they have lost my business. I do not recommend you go with this company.

I started pricing two new AC units to replace the old inefficient ones that I had. First of all, these companies are robbing people blind!!  13k, 16k and the big daddy of em all, 19k for two units. These companies are charging like they are installing ALL new equipment like, ducts, plenums, wiring and registers! Its rediculous!  So ehile browsing some mail, I find IME in a circular and what struck me right from the start was thatvthey listed their prices. Then, and this is the best part, they were within the Texas average for an installed replacement unit.  

Look, There are reputable websites you can go to that will tell you what the average cost is for a professional HVAC installation, as well as, wholesale/dealer prices per unit.  This is to help YOU, the consumer avoid these overpriced installation jobs. 4 highly recognized companies gave quotes 3 to 5 times the FAIR average.

So I contacted IME. From my first contact with Jake and Tyler, the two sales gentlemen who came to my home, I was impressed with their forthrightness and knowledge about the process and prices. There was no, ....well....., or uhhhhhhhh, you see. I even gave them a couple of reasons to lie to me, to make the deal sound sweeter to get a sale, and they didn't. It was honest and upfront, here's what we can do for you and here's how we will do it.. Just straight talk without the fluff, i really appreciated that. They had me sold but I wanted to run the final price by the brains of this operation in case I forgot anything. The wife okay'd it and I called Jake and Tyler to green light the install.

On 9-13-2019,  The crew arrived as planned. I verified the units they had were the correct ones to be installed. Juan was awesome. He introduced himself and his helper and got started straight away. They were very courteous and careful swapping the units out. Juan got clarification on some of the equipment options and after a few hours they were done.  I was actually surprised that they were done so soon.  Juan took me on a tour of the installation from the inside units to outsides units to the thermostats.  The installation was hassle free, damage free, even with bringing two units downstairs and taking two units upstairs, and it was fast enough so that my house didnt notice the lack of AC.

I highly recommend IME to everyone that I came in contact with. From Jake and Tyler, to the very pleasant receptionist who answered a couple of my general questions, to the stars of the event, the installers, Juan and his helper (sorry I cant remember his name!). They were all great to work with!

If anything changes, I will definitely update this review!

Jeremy was at my home yesterday and did a fantastic job getting my system optimized. He paid attention to detail and to my concerns and got us running smoothly. IME is fortunate to have such a professional employee representing them.

They install 3rd tier systems for home builders and when the end user (home buyer) needs warranty work they kick them to the curb. I had to wait nearly 3 WEEKS to simply have the coil replaced on one of their below average units, and each time they came out, they expected to charge me hundreds of dollars for the freon that leaked out because the coil THEY installed leaked the entire time and they would NOT come out to fix it for all that time. Horrible service. 3 WEEKS IN JULY/AUGUST!!!

Not to mention, the system is not up to code, as there is no emergency shutoff installed on the upstairs unit.

We just recently had our AC replaced and Tyler Martin was our sales rep. We checked around and their prices just can't be beat. He was very helpful and patient with our questions.

We had a Lennox 16 SEER 4-ton Condenser and Coil installed. The unit blows air at a much higher rate than our old system, so it is louder (air whooshing), but the temperature is lowered more quickly so it isn't on as long.

After it was installed we soon after had an issue with the gas heater's circuit board going out. Unfortunately, that circuit board controls both the cooling and heating. It was very old so, we decided to have the heating unit changed out too. I didn't love how they routed the gas connection which has two elbow couplings on a flex line between the gas pipe and the unit. It sticks way out and seems to be a bit sketchy.

Everything works fine, so we're pretty happy.

After comparing the quotes I received from IME against the other companies, and looking at the reviews and Better Business Bureau reviews, I decided to go with IME.  I definitely made the right decision as they did an excellent job on replacement of our old unit.  Tyler Martin was our sales rep and he did a great job, even with numerous requests I asked of him.  

In comparison with the other companies, they offer a 1 year maintenance plan, and here is where they are different: a 2 year labor warranty.  And of course you get the 10 year warranty on the equipment.  And on top of this, they had the best costs and I did not feel like they were trying to rip me off.  I am very happy with the work they did and the equipment they installed.

They installed new AC ducts to code this September 2020. I am very happy with the work completed and Tyler was more than fair with the pricing..  As a real estate property manager I am comfortable recommending IME Services for all residential HVAC work.

Bought our house recently and our builder had IME install the A/C units. The A/C units were not blowing cold air, so called IME since the units and installation are still under warranty. Their customer service representative (Jake) was curtious and even called me back to let me know someone cancelled and gave me the option of an earlier time slot. Cesar came out to the house and he was friendly and provided excellent service. I thought it was just one unit with the issue, but Cesar was thorough and let me know it was an issue with both units. Cesar corrected the issue with both units and we had nice cold air filling the house by the time he was done. The only thing preventing me from giving a 5 star rating is that it should have been done right the first time when the units were installed. Otherwise customer service (Jake) gets a 5 star, Cesar (the tech) gets a 5 star, and IME honoring their warranty with no questions asked gets a 5 star. Original installation is what is holding the rating down to a 4 star. I was impressed with their service and wish I could give them a 4.5

Our air conditioning went out without warning on a Friday evening. We called IME services. They arrived the following Monday morning fully staffed. Tyler was very professional and coordinated the project from beginning to completion. Juan and the team worked fast and were very courteous working diligently in the heat. We are very happy and comfortable thanks to IME. We will definitely refer family and friends to IME.

I highly recommend IME. We had them replace both of our ac/furnace units and from the time Tyler first came to our house for a quote through the final inspection, everything was great.

Their prices were very competitive and the products they offered were excellent. The installers were very good, answered any questions I had throughout their very long day. They worked hard and were extremely aware of keeping things clean as they worked.

Before and after installation Tyler was very responsive to my many questions.

I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone who asks.

My husband and I bought our new house in Coppell back in August 2019. One HVAC unit was OK; however, the upstairs unit was the original 2 ton installed 25 years ago. A friend recommended Integrated Mechanical & Electrical Services after they installed her new HVAC. We had already been given a quote from another contractor before talking to Integrated M&E. Tyler was our sales consultant; very nice and professional. Once we saw the price, our decision was made; it was 45% lower than other contractors. The HVAC equipment were both Lennox, 16-seer; a 4 ton and 3 ton. He worked with us regarding the installation because we were dealing with a special situation. Two days ago the crew showed up for the install; Juan and Daniel were very friendly and professional. They worked through the day without a break. Our house is very comfortable and the smart thermostats are great. I would give Integrated Mechanical and Electrical Services 6 stars if I could; personally, you would not go wrong using them for your project.

Had an entire system replaced, including ductwork and had new ducts cut in. Very reasonable on price and professional. While process only took 2 days and we couldn't be happier with our unit. We did have a slight hiccup as the blower speed was too low and unit kept freezing. But 1 simple phone call and Jake called me back within 10 minutes to schedule the appt. my technician was Yashua, and he called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and showed up as expected. He was very courteous and took the time to listen and inspect each part to come do a diagnosis. He explained in detail what he did and was respectful of my time and property. I highly recommend this company!!

I selected Integrated Mechanical & Electric Services to install 3 top tier Lennox air conditioners. The reason I chose this firm is because their representative, Kyle Cooper, was a straight shooter who I trusted. He did not let me down. They installed the new systems efficiently and Kyle came back to take care of slight adjustments that were needed. In addition, Kyle helped me file for the rebates that I had a little trouble with on the Lennox site. I am very pleased with how efficient and quiet the systems are. I highly recommend Kyle Cooper and Integrated Mechanical & Electric Services!

Great company here in DFW. I've owned many homes and wish I would've known about them a long time ago. We've replaced our central HVAC system with them, now use them for service and maintenance. If you are needing anything to do with AC or heating call IME

My air conditioner had to be worked on every year. I called  this company and got a new 6 ton Lenox. I have not had one moment of trouble with the system. They were quick and not as expensive as I thought, or had paid in the past. I am so glad they did my new unit. I will always call them for all my electrical needs.

First I have to say I went to bid for 2 units for our Condo Clubhouse. I worked with Kyle and he had a bid to me the next day and answered all my questions immediately thru email. The quote was complete, including taxes.  They ended up installing the 2 units in the clubhouse and 2 other units in condos. They installed all 4 in one day. They were on time, they had a great crew, they worked quickly, they cleaned up everything when they were done and did a great job. Couldn't have been happier.
