Established in 1998.
As an electrical contractor, we started mostly as a commercial contractor focusing on bigger projects. As time went on, we saw a demand for homeowner needs and a lack to fill those needs. So, we trended towards residential service work to fill that void and have found it to be very fulfilling. We started meeting new customers and creating new relationships on the way and we never looked back.

Had Arrow electric come out and update my houses main power, line in from pole and box. They did a great job and were very professional. Almost half the price of another major DFW company for the same quality product. Alberto did very good work.
4 stars not 5 because they left a dry wall hole behind my box and I have yet to hear from the City for my inspection. This could be the city not arrow but I don't think so.
Thanks again arrow, I will be a future customer.
*Update* 4/28
City inspection was not arrows fault. My wife didn't set it up. So five stars for arrow and two stars for my wife. They got the dry wall patched up great.

Had a light fixture that came loose so I had to undue the wires so it wouldn't fall off the wall. They came out the same day and hooked it back up for a reasonable fee. Will definitely call them in the future.

Carter and Joe and team consistently do things quickly, painlessly and correctly. I'm so glad I've chosen Arrow as my Electrician provider! I've had my panel replaced, bathroom fans, outlets, car charger installed and couldn't be happier.
Professional servicemen, but VERY expensive! Be sure to get a written detailed estimate BEFORE you agree to the work.

Today I've spoken to the manager of the Co-Mr. Joe, and we'd settled our monetary differences in satisfactory fashion right away. I've explained my reasons for what the Co had promised and didn't fulfill at the end of service day-on 07/02/21. And Joe had carefully looked at the invoices and gracefully took care of the difference in payment that we were owed. I cannot complain any further. Thank you, Mr. Joe, for taking care of your first time residential customer.
There dispatch or whomever is in charge of setting prices decided it was ok to overcharge us. They removed two Tesla chargers and reinstalled at new home. $800 and zero wiring involved. The guy only capped the wires off instead of a standard EV plug which I asked for. So just to recap, no electrical installation, no EV plugs, and a basic install for $800. That wasn't the worse part, the poor guys had never seen or touched a Tesla charging port. Consider doing small jobs yourself first, then maybe look for an installer not named Arrow.

We've used Arrow Electric several times and have always been pleased with the service. Hunter came out today to service a light switch that had been shorting out. He was very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Super patient with all my questions. Hunter was running early today and called to see if it would be ok. They are usually timely and have never had to wait outside of our scheduled window. We will continue to use Arrow for our electrical needs and highly recommend them!!
Arrow Electric installed two lights in my home where there was not currently lights. The technician showed up on time give me a price upfront and very courteous and professional. Did the work quickly expertly and efficiently and it looks great. They were way more reasonable than other companies I had called. I fully recommend him for any electric work in your home I will give them five stars.

The quote from these guys was incredibly over-priced. Example was a $1500 charge for a part that retails for $150! They must think customers in DFW are pretty stupid.

Grossly Overpriced for work that failed.
This pertains to sevice in Dallas.
I had a doorbell. Ultimately the doorbell had to be replaced but 2 weeks later it failed and I have made 3 phone calls and did not get a call back! This is unacceptible. I also had to miss work to have the cable company re-attach a broken phone line that resulted from the attic work that was done on the first visit. I paid too much for something that is still not working and have missed work because of their reclessness. I would remove the one star in the review if it were possible

After posting my yelp review...the owner texted me and stated that the tech he sent to my house was new, and had only been on the job 3 days....and that he priced the job wrong on the dimmer switch for $118. (Yep....crazy billing on that....and I asked the tech if he was sure that day when I was about to cut the check...and he said yes)..Oh well...make a call to the office if you are unsure......he was sure...and he was apparently wrong.
Anyway....they refunded the $118 to me via a check. If you read my original review....the tech was great (work quality).....the billing wasn't. He will hopefully get it together there, or let the office handle the billing. It's just time/training.....and sometimes just common sense.....$118 is too much $$$$ for a 5 minute job installing a dimmer switch.

Had them give me a quote to install a huge chandiler. They had to reinforce the structure in the attic on a 20'+ ceiling . They did a great job after James and Rodney who is the General Manager installed the fixture they cleaned up and installed all 206 bulbs for us. I would highly recommend them . Great customer service, attention to detail and they have great work ethnic. You can tell these guys really care about their job and they take great pride in their work. I will use them again Thank you for a great job.

We had a couple of outlets that stopped working. Ron and Randy quickly determined what the issue was and fixed the problem. They called ahead so I knew when they were to arrived. They rolled up extenstion cords and returned the TV and a heavy dresser in the bedroom back in the original positions. They did not hesitate to go up into the attic during a heat advisory. They were professional and courteous. The price was very reasonable. This is the second time we have used them and we won't hestitate to call them again!

After a rough start due to a discrepancy over pricing, Arrow was able to accommodate me, and the owner personally reached out to me and offered to complete the work himself. I would use this company again, but be sure to be aware of pricing and coverage costs prior to service. Luckily, this company was able to reach out and make things right with me!
Don't call these guys unless you are retired, work from home, or have a week off of work. They will keep you waiting. I took half a day off from work so that they could come do an estimate for a panel replacement, and they never came because they got behind schedule. How can you be that behind schedule at 10am? Anyway, they offered to put me on the schedule for the next day! How sweet. #nothanks Day=ruined. Next!

Have used these guys in the past and they were fine, on time and decent pricing. Made an appointment over two weeks ago to have one of their techs come to my home today between noon and 2 PM. What happens: the guy shows up nearly 2 hours early when I am not home and leaves his card on the door. When I called the office, the lady blamed the mixup on the other scheduler. She claimed they tried to call me, which is NOT true. I had my cell phone with me, turned on and ringer on and got no calls. If I had received a call I could have been to my house in less than 5 minutes. I did receive subsequent messages during the day from the owner wanting to reconcile the situation which I appreciate but I will take my business elsewhere. Not the tech's fault but they need to get their schedulers on the same page and not tell tall tales about trying to call me, which they did not.

Arrow electric has done amazing jobs on 2 home improvement projects over the last year for our family. One of which we were initially told would cost us hundreds of dollars to do with walls ripped out by one company, but Arrow was able to do it without destroying any walls and within a reasonable time frame and price. With both jobs the electrician was there exactly within the time stated and was respectful of our house (wore booties and cleaned up after). We would definitely use these guys again and recommend them to anyone needing electrical services!
I have had Arrow come to the house twice. They first time, a young man clearly explained to me the problem and multiple ways to go about fixing it. He was articulate, knowledgable and reasonable in his assessment.
After delaying on my end, I finally had them come out to do the repairs. Having had electricians come to the house before and knowing how much work needed to be done, I anticipated multiple days stuck in the house waiting for them to do even the smallest projects. Instead, Alberto and Ricardo showed up on time, tackled many projects with speed, gave me a clear explanation of what they were doing and offered me a reasonable price. They even let my three year old daughter drill them with questions the whole time!
I will continue to use Arrow as long as I am receiving service like this.
My wife and I moved into our first home recently and we needed to update a lot of electrical plugs, outlets, and needed to replace our fuse box as well. We received multiple quotes from other companies and no one even came close to the price that arrow gave us. They have the best prices around, but what was even better than their price was the amazing service that we received! Josh was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! In the future we will only have Josh and arrow electric do work for us in our home.
