I called Rishon plumbing and got a quick response.  George and John showed up right on time (a little earlier in fact since they finished their previous job early).

They were respectful and very professional and I will recommend them to anyone.

Jose and his son did an outstanding job for us.  He was able to diagnose our issue and provide an accurate (and very fair) quote over the phone.  He promptly fixed the problem, and even reduced our final bill because he was able to repair rather than replace a component.

It's refreshing to find someone so honest and competent.  Will call immediately for any future needs, and would highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing help.  Thank you Real Plumbers!

Was very apprehensive about calling a plumber, but I turned to Yelp to reduce the risk of getting ripped off.  Eddie of Plumber to the Rescue has put all my fears to rest.  First off, he came to my house within an hour of calling him -- partly my good luck that he was just finishing another call not too far from my neighborhood.  I'm Asian and Eddie was courteous enough to remove his shoes when entering my house without prompting.  We had a plugged up bathtub drain in the Master Bath which I had unsuccessfully snaked.  Eddie tried several times but his snake kept going in the wrong direction at a Y juncture.  Undeterred, Eddie kept trying for over half an hour and even tried another sink drain to get to the stoppage.  At the last moment before giving up his snake finally traveled the right direction and he cleared the stoppage.  All during his efforts Eddie was friendly, professional, and determined to succeed.  He was also very informative during the process, answering all my questions and even giving some tips on how to prevent stoppages in the future.  The $99 price after all this was more than reasonable and I would even consider a great bargain given the difficulty of the task.  I don't write many Yelp reviews but I felt that this Company's excellent service deserved a moment of my time.  Thank you Eddie and Plumber to the Rescue -- you've earned all my future business and referrals.

Called A1 as we had our mainline sewer backed up. Explained the situation and he gave the price over the phone. Max came two hours later and cleared the line and charged the exact quote he had given me without adding any other fees or charges. Very nice guy. Would definitely use him again.

Just wanted to say Brandon is the by far the best plumber. He's extremely helpful he' deserve a huge raise. I hope this review gets to higher management because he deserves higher employment or needs to be highly rewarded. Brandon is the go to guy!!!

Called this company in the morning and was able to schedule an appointment in the afternoon.  Ramon, the plumber, called in the afternoon and said he was not going to make the appointment, instead re-scheduled it first thing in the morning.
He arrived the next day and work on my kitchen plumbing issues.  He changed my kitchen faucet (installed a new none), unclogged the drain, and made sure that the old pipes under the sink were changed to fix the leaks.  He did all this in a short period of time and was out the door @ 11 AM.  He works fast and he was very professional.  He was also wearing a face mask and shoe covers at all times.  I highly recommend Ramon.

Ok, so I've been thru more bad plumbers unfortunately than I can count. I just got used to it....I thought it was the way it goes.....the plumbers I have gone thru were all totally filthy, totally unreliable, and totally shady.
Then I found these guys! Chris is the best kindest Plumber Man ever!!
SO professional, SO clean, SO dependable, SO thorough, and SO good at what he does....SO honest, SO fair, and just the nicest person ever. I'm telling you this is NOT normal! I hope all their customers treat them as good as they will treat you!

Miguel was prompt and quick in his response. The toilet was unclogged within minutes. He was quick on his feet and also gave some solid suggestions. I am extremely satisfied with the overall service.

Victor and his team did a great job at my house. They arrived on time,  were knowledgeable and most importantly got the job done correctly the first time. Victor repaired a break in our main line sewer which required an onsite inspection by a city inspector. The task required scheduling, digging 4 feet in the ground, repairing the line and having it approved by the city; Victor accomplished all of these items. I highly recommend him and his team for your plumbing needs. Thank you Victor!

Mike and his brother came to our house the very same day we called them, thx guys!  They fixed our clogged sinks, explained everything to us so clearly without the usual plumber speak and the cost for their services was very competitive.  We have used Mike and his brother several times before and each time they have exceeded our expectations!

Can't say enough good things about Mandel. He's super responsive, honest, competitively priced and punctual. No matter the size of the project, even in my case where I just needed a leaking pipe capped off, he puts in the care and precision to ensure that everything is fixed correctly and efficiently. Mandel will forever be my go-to plumber.

Sam, the technician, was on time. He assessed the two situations and acted accordingly. Though I thought the cost was somewhat expensive, so I gave 4 stars instead of 5,  he explained the assessment, proper treatment and guarantee For the work.  Overall, I felt it was good quality service.

These guys over charged my 79 year old mom by $2800.00 for the a water heater air vent to her roof. The picture shows two vents one was 1000.00 the other 3800.00 can you tell the difference?
Don't trust them... get another quote.
Both of these vents started at the same place, they both had to be run up the side of the house to the roof.
Another plumber looked at it and said the job should be about 1500.00 not 3800.00
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Nothing can justify the over charging!!!

Showed up on time and were very helpful. It turns out our leaky kitchen faucet just needed to be resealed and they fixed it without a charge. We will definitely be calling them the next time we have any plumbing issues.

Mike was awesome, came out to my house within a few hours of calling on a Saturday to help locate a leak. He assessed my problem and told us what he recommended to resolve it. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

I had an emergency outside plumbing issue, they kept me informed on the arrival time of the technician. The technician worked late into the night making sure everything was fixed, worked in the very cold nighttime weather and followed up with LA DWP to also request a mainline valve replacement for me. I truly appreciate 911 Plumbing & Vic the technician.

I can't say enough good stuff about this company, and I've never even hired them :)  I called American Drain Works a few days ago hoping I could get some advice on a plumbing job gone wrong.  I had been given a very high bill from another plumber on a job for which I never received an estimate at all prior to being billed.  Connie at ADW was astounding.  Even though I wasn't a customer, she literally stayed on the phone with me for over ten minutes going over in minute detail everything I needed to know to be an informed consumer. She helped me understand the invoice I had been given by the other company, and explained to me at length what each item meant and how much I should normally be charged. She put me at ease instantly and felt more like a long time family friend than a stranger I had just called. Even after we got off the phone she replied to several texts I sent, taking valuable time out of her busy schedule to help me. If this is how ADW acts with complete strangers, I can only imagine how incredible they must be to actually do business with.  Five stars.  I cannot recommend them enough!
