George is super responsive with my request for a quote with reasonable price. He and his team shown up on time and did a wonderful job on replacing my broken water heater on the second floor. I have contacted George on a last Saturday afternoon with a broken water heater and now I have a new working water heater running on a Monday early morning. Our water heater went out late Friday, we didn't get a chance to deal with it until the weekend.  I found Max on Yelp, and the reviews seemed really positive. You're always taking a chance when relying on reviews - perhaps they're fake?  

I called on Saturday morning, Max was there that morning checking it out.  Quoted us a price for a basic fix, very fair price.  Turned out it was more complicated said he'd be back on Monday first thing to diagnose and fix.  Max got the parts we needed and he fixed it all really quickly and reliably.  He gave us a legible invoice, explained everything to us, got everything back up and running.  The price was more than fair, and he was more than reliable.  I can't say enough nice things about Max and A-1, he did everything you could hope he would do, quickly, expeditiously and friendly.

The positive reviews of A-1 are definitely not fake!  He's the real deal!

I don't do a lot of reviews but Brendan and Eddie came and were so quick in fixing the problem amd checking everything out including the pressure. I was really happy with them fixing my toilet. Will use them again for future issues for sure!

The best plumber I ever hired. I always have some kind of trouble. Too expensive, don't know what they are doing, take too long, don't get back to me, trying to rip me off.

I sent a message through Yelp, and they got back to me an hour later. No big deal. If I was in a hurry, I would have called them. They told me someone could come by in an hour and told me the cost. We set up an appointment and the guy was punctual. He was friendly and wore a mask, gloves and feet protection. He showed my husband what the problem was and since it was NOT past the clean out, it was going to be a little more. Since it was obvious and my husband could see he was being honest, we went ahead with the job. Luis ran a snake through the sink and it cleared up right away. He cleaned everything up, ran the water for a long time to make sure it wall all good, and left. Very happy with them.

This company is amazing! Answered my call very quickly, worked with my schedule to take care of my plugged drain and took care of it very quick. Alberto is a pro who I can't endorse stronger and I'm glad to have him a resource in the future. Skip everyone else and call him!

My kitchen sink backed up at night and I really needed it fixed. Ace Plumbing responded to my Yelp quote request within minutes, and a plumber was at my house within half an hour. He fixed the clog quickly and the price was very reasonable for after hours work.

Kudos to Rockstar Plumbing for having such awesome team members.  Sal and Josh were super polite and patient, and they practice social distancing both with mask and shoe booties.  

Both were very supportive about the issue even it not being a sever plumbing problem but more of restoration and explained exactly what needs to be done.

Sal and Josh had such a great attitudes towards my questions and were always happy to answer genuinely.

We had a great experience with Victor! A plumber we worked with told us that we needed trenchless drain repair and that he'd do it for us for a lot of money. We called Victor, he got here in 30 minutes, and put a camera down the drain. He told us we didn't need to change anything and that the plumber had been lying to us.

He was very professional and efficient and we will definitely be working with him in the future!

Our garbage disposal was leaking and we made a home warranty claim. I've scheduled with Mike and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule, the day before Thanksgiving no less, and was on time.  

He was professional and replaced my garbage disposal on the spot, and only took about 30 minutes. They were clean and friendly.  I definitely recommend them.

I was totally pleased with the service of this company.  He worked his schedule to take care of my problem and I was not only surprised but relieved to deal with an awesome plumber.  Should I encounter any plumbing problems, he will be my 1st choice to call.

Jose came out in time as scheduled. Did a thorough evaluation and helped me find the right solution. He then fixed two toilets quickly and efficiently.

Nice guy over the phone and in person when he came to evaluate the problem with my shower, but I had to reach out to them after a couple days had passed since the consultation without any response.  They were having trouble finding the parts needed (understandably because my smitty plate was different than what came with the installed hardware), but I was then notified that he was leaving town for several days.  Another guy was supposed to contact me and pick up where he left off, but that never happened.  So I waited until a few days after he was supposed to be back in town, only to find out that they still had no answers for what parts were needed to fix my issue.  Pretty frustrating, and a waste of time considering someone else could've had this fixed by now.

The master bathroom bathtub drain pipe was never properly connected to the drain line and the trap below ground level was also broken which allowed drain water to saturate the ground under the entire north half of the house.  This had apparently existed from the time the house was built in 1976 until now. As a result, the north half of the house settled to the point that we needed to have the foundation leveled.  Water was also penetrating up through the slab floor.  This problem was discovered during the process of leveling the house a few days before Christmas.  

Sam and Arthur came out the day after Christmas and were on time within the estimated arrival time provided by the scheduler.  Sam had to jackhammer a portion of the slab floor to gain access to the bathtub drain trap below ground level.  He kept the opening as small as possible and was able to make all the necessary repairs to the piping to elimiate any further leaks.  He even installed larger diameter pipe to provide for more efficient draining.  He and Arthur repaired the hole in the slab floor with new concrete and cleaned up the entire job site.  They even went beyond the original job and took the time to wrap our outside faucets and irrigation system riser with insulation material to prevent freezing.  

Both were very professional, knowledgable and courteous during the entire repair process.

Giovanni and Jerry were the best! I had a toilet removed and my sewer inspected and received a DVD. They also preformed some addtional plumbing jobs on the fly for me which turned out great. I am very pleased with their work and not only will I use them for future needs, but I will most certainly refer them to my friends and family.

I Highly recommend Sal's plumbing. This is the second time using them. They did a Great job as usual.  Thomas was very professional and thorough. He answered all my questions.

What I can tell you is, after over 5 years of trusting Greg and his team with my house, I am a loyal customer.  I have had countless plumbing issues, disasters, minor maintenance... you name it.  I'm also comfortable and confident in Greg.  There was one time in all these years when the technician (someone new who I didn't know) left me feeling disappointed and Greg handled it RIGHT AWAY.  Sent someone back to my house, and did so for no additional fee.  So I believe in this company in a way that is earned by trust and quality of service.

I cannot say enough good things about Connie! She helped us deal with a very tricky plumbing repair a few years ago and I have relied on her ever since. Yesterday - in the midst of the holidays and with house guests - I had an unexpected plumbing disaster with water dripping through a light fixture because of what turned out to be a broken pipe from a bathroom above. Though Connie was totally booked, she answered my SOS at 8 am and found another colleague to help within two hours. Today, Connie made herself available to help my daughter diagnose a kitchen back-up issue and again was able to get her the help she needed rapidly and professionally.
