George & John came out to check things and went over different options with us. They arrived on time to do the work and did an excellent job! Jose communicates with my from the very beginning since this was a rental property we were unable to be on site but he made sure he told me all the problems and quoted me a price that he stuck too, even when he found a mistake he made he honored the price. He was professional and will definitely hire him again!

Line between bathroom sink and shower stall had impregnable blockage preventing me from using either one.
Called big rooter company and after 10 minutes they gave up and quoted me $1800 to have line replaced.
I wanted second opinion and googled best cheap plumber and found Eddie. Within an hour of his punctual arrival he had it repaired for a fraction of the quote from the first company.
This guy was born to be a plumber, and I will keep his phone number close at hand for any future plumbing emergencies.

I would give this 0 stars if I could but unfortunately I do not have that option. This guy came to look at my sink and to unclog the shower drain. He did the shower drain, but did absolutely nothing for my sink. In fact, the sink was worse after he looked at it. Now it is leaking, the sink strainer washers are completely shot, as well as the nut. I have to get a new tail pipe. I probably can just do this myself watching YouTube videos and save myself a whole lot of money!

I am hearing-impaired and find dealing with plumbers too stressful. Being a fairly good handyman myself, I usually ended up doing the job myself. Now I wanted to replace two 40-year old bath faucets with new ones that would match the decor better, but a sore thumb forced me to look for a plumber. Fortunately Flood Brothers responded promptly and courteously to my Request a Quote on Yelp and arranged an appointment with a technician noon - 2 pm within two days. Two guys in deep blue uniforms turned up at 12:15 pm, put on shoe covers before entering the house, inspected the old faucets and gave me an estimate. After agreeing on a price, they worked quickly and finished the job in 75 minutes. Brendan and Giulio were friendly and professional, and clean up well after finishing.

I am delighted with my experience dealing with Flood Brothers plumbers and the quality of their work. However, I did feel that I was paying too much for the job. So after they left I searched Google for the price range of bath faucet replacement jobs. (I did not do this beforehand because I thought I was just getting a quote from a technician. I was surprised to see two plumbers instead.) I found that indeed I was paying well above the high end of the scale. In most building trades, one gets three estimates before deciding on the contractor, but in plumbing they want to do the work immediately. Would I call them for my next plumbing job? Yes, I would, but I would also bargain much, much harder before coming to terms now that I know how plumbers operate.

Charlie has been to our house a couple times during the last few years and every time has been a great experience. We are renters so my landlord sent him when the sewer exploded all over the front yard at 11pm! Charlie showed up and was awesome!  Today he was contacted about our toilet running, not only did he said he could come today, it was within an hour that he gave us the time frame and he showed up exactly within that window! Always super nice and fast! I will never call another plumber/router guy!!

We had an emergency request in our commercial space for sewage backup. After our call he arrived within minutes, all prepared and got it all fixed up. Amazing service, QUICK and cleaned it all up and fixed another issue they came across as well. Prices were very very reasonable, especially for an emergency call. I needed a leaking angle stop repaired under my kitchen sink on short notice in order to install a new dishwasher. I called countless plumbers and didn't hear back from many of them. Chris called me back within 30 minutes on a Saturday. He said he was booked for the weekend, but could come out first thing Monday morning. Chris was on time, nice, quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I was happy with the service and would definitely use this company again. Darcy was great with scheduling and communication as well! Highly recommend!

Sal was extremely helpful on an early Saturday morning - he caught something that another company was going to overcharge us for; he pointed out that the DWP was misreading our meters and grossly overcharging us. Sal and Rockstar will be our go-to from now on. Sal did an excellent job of generating and keeping business on behalf of Rockstar and we are extremely glad to have been connected.

I called New Pro and Miguel answered immediately and was kind enough to fit us in today (Friday). He was punctual and so kind--very diligent. He worked quickly and efficiently.

Hire Victor.  He's the best in the area, with the best equipment, and the best prices.  I spent a whole week calling around and getting estimates for a sewage line clean-out and potential replacement.   I ended up hiring two highly rated plumbers.  The first company snaked the hell out of my line, got some roots, but didn't solve the problem.  Then another company tried to hydrojet it to no avail.  Both companies would start the job and then say, Oh, we uncovered this, the cost is now X. And it kept climbing exponentially.  I was getting crazy quotes and recommendations - We may need to get a permit from the city to block off the entire one way street, dig it up, and replace the entire pipe.  You can imagine how much that would've been...  I was getting ready to sell off my left kidney to have running water again.  

In comes Victor.  He and his team worked tirelessly to resolve our problem, explaining everything thoroughly the entire time.  Their work is clean and efficient.  They use the latest technology and own it outright, which means he doesn't need to go through another company to do more complicated jobs.  To me that meant lower costs and knowing that I wouldn't have to deal with another crew.  We saved thousands (perhaps $20K+) by hiring Victor and ended up replacing our entire sewer line.  He does what's right for the customer, and thus, has a customer for life with me.  Highly, highly recommend!

We had a pin hole leak under our house. Hermes came out and took care of it quickly and easily. They also stuck around to clear some sediment buildup that had come loose while the water was shut off. They did this at no charge. It is a simple thing but the customer care goes a long way with me. Great job!

After 2 days of wasting money and more importantly time with other plumbing companys I finally decided to call Mandel over at Rapid Action Rooter. Should have done that in the first place. Mandel came at the exact time he said he would, gave me an honest opinion and fair estimate and even said he was ready to fix the problem I had which was a broken gas line. 5 stars all the way for customer service and work. Love Chris at Rocket Plumbing!  He has worked on two of my properties.  Rocket may cost a little more than the others but service is prompt, on time, clean, organized and knowledgeable.   I would recommend them.

I am so impressed with New Generation Plumbing!! I called them with a sewage issue and they squeezed me in their busy schedule. Jake & Jimmy came even earlier than expected ( which never happens!). Jimmy was very thorough and with snake camera made his recommendation. He did hydrojetting to clear roots etc. He was professional, respectful and not at all condescending. In the past I have had plumbers be condescending or try to take advantage because I have no plumbing knowledge- not Jimmy! He was patient and honest. This is why I will recommend them to my friends and call them in the future. Thanks again Jimmy!!

Excellent work! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. After having my tankless water heater crap out on me I spent the night researching companies to call the next morning. I lined up 5 different companies with pretty good reviews and called them all 1st thing. Zoro with Z&H not only gave me a competitive price but was able to get all the parts and come install same day. By 4pm that afternoon I had running hot water for my family. Have some more plumbing needs in my house and def will be calling Zoro!!!

I will echo the other great reviews, Giovanni & Flood Brothers are the gold standard. Giovanni remedied a tub leak in a timely, honest, neat and professional manner. I am relieved to finally have a solid source for all the plumbing issues I may have!

After realizing we had a leak under the house we called Sal's. We've used them before so we knew we would be in good hands with them. Angela walked me through what I should do until the plumber could arrive, and then they dispatched Gino. He showed up exactly when they said he would and got right to work. He found the problem immediately and got everything fixed in 45 minutes!

What could have been a really stressful situation turned out to be no big deal because of Sal's.

Update!  We called this company again when we had trouble with our shower and bathtub.   Greg and Abel came out on 4/3 and fixed everything!  They were super friendly, quick, and professional.  We'll definitely call this company again if we have any other issues in the future.

Just had Connie come out with Lalo for hydrojetting and replacing a broken garbage disposal. They were great. Very professional and Connie is a great teacher. I'm looking forward to attending some of her basic plumbing classes. Prices were reasonable for such good quality work. Really happy to have found such a great plumber!
