The pipe to the tub spout broke off in one of the apartments we manage.
We have been disappointed in the previous plumbing company we used as they did not seem trustworthy.  I researched on yelp and found pages of 5-star reviews for this company, so I was skeptical, thinking it was too good to be true.  Was I wrong!  George and John came over within the time frame specified, and did not have to rip out the antique (and probably irreplaceable) tile, but simply replaced the pipe and put on the spout.  Previous plumbers said they'd have to tear out the tile all the way up to the shower head, which worked fine.  

They showed up on time, were honest, skilled, left no mess and were very reasonable.  We will now use them in our home for another project.  Needless to say, the other plumbers are history, as they have been replaced by Rishon Plumbing!

We had a flood in our master bathroom due to a broken pipe hidden in the wall behind a built-in Jacuzzi tub during the holidays. Real Plumbers showed up when they said they would and were able to fix the problem pipes (capped with new valves) that had broken quickly and cleanly. Will definitely use them again if in need of plumbing services.

Made an appointment with Dawn 4 days in advance to install a new kitchen sink.  Seemed pretty straightforward, they said between 10 and 12.  I stayed home and waited until 1135am, when Dawn called me and said they were stuck on a previous job and asked me to reschedule.  I thought it was odd-- what would the point be of rescheduling if the original schedule could be cancelled at a moment's notice? I offered to wait it out and see if they would finish and be able to come, knowing my job was 1-2 hours at most.  I called again at 2 and offered for them to come in the evening or on the weekend.  Dawn said that she was waiting to hear back from her guys and would let me know.  That was the last thing I heard.  So, yeah, that's a one star job, guys.

Was prompt, communicative and resolved my issue in a timely fashion.  I could not recommend more strongly

Our dishwasher was not working after an emergency flood at our office, and after having so many things on our list go wrong, it was such a relief to have such an easy fix with Flood Brothers! Tracy was punctual, kind, knowledgeable, and fixed our issue quickly and seamlessly. We will 100% be calling Flood Brothers for our next project!

We had our kitchen sink clog, the night before we were suppose to host a party and Charlie's Plumbing saved us! We could not say better things about Charlie, and his company. He got to our house faster than most pizza's do, and it was 10 o'clock at night. I didn't even know that there were plumbers that worked 24 hours a day. Charlie was so friendly, and so helpful. He fixed the problem thoroughly, and answered all of our questions. On top of great service, the price was very reasonable. If i have anymore issues, I am definitely going to go back to Charlie. He was willing to help with any issue, and even looked at our washing machine even though it wasn't the issue. He will travel all over LA. Most importantly, he is someone you can trust!

When making an appointment ask to have the work done by josh ! He is so nice !!!! Very prompt i would definitely ask for him hopefully not too long lolol. The dispatcher is very nice as well i think his name might be matt but he asked about the issue he has great customer service over the phone . They both tell u step by step how everything is going to go ! Happy holiday boys

These guys are amazing. I wanted a new hose bib installed on the outside of my garage. I reached out to a few plumbers for quotes. Miguel was able to do the install within hours of my inquiry and matched my best price. His work was clean and professional. Looking forward to hiring these guys to do all the plumbing work when we install a unit over our garage.

Victor was fantastic and such an honest repairman! I called on a Sunday when he wasn't available to come out (after calling numerous other plumbers who also were booked), but he took the time to Facetime with me and walk me through how to fix my own garbage disposal - we had it fixed in less than 5 minutes and saved me more than $100!! He was extremely patient, helping me find the right tool, and showing me how to unclog the disposal. He could have charged me for coming out and making the repair himself the next time, but he instead he helped me do it right away - so honest and helpful.  I highly recommend him!!!

Great guys - knowledgeable honest and hard working, with a reasonable rate - will certainly use them again if we need a plumber.

Mandel the owner of this company was incredible! He and his team came out to repair my sewer lines today. Mandel explained everything clearly that needed to be done . His customer service, passion and commitment to what he loves to do shows. I am usually skeptical when I see nothing but 5 stars but in this case well deserved for what he did for me. I recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have.

Our guy was prompt, courteous, got the job done.  What more can you ask?

Jake arrived 10 minutes early, talked me through the job, then tackled the brave task of wedging into the crawlspace under my house to inspect my 60 year-old pipes for corrosion. He shared the pix he took, snaked the tub drain twice, and warned me about the second round being possibly too much for their age and condition. I'm grateful that he took his time to educate me. Now I can plan ahead for the big necessary job of switching out the pipes that need updating, on a non-emergency timeframe.

Zorro and his colleague were great!  I called on a Saturday afternoon to get an estimate to replace my 30 gallon water heater (just old, no emergency leaking).  I was calling quite a few different companies for estimates.  Some offered them over the phone, others came in person, but I think I liked Zorro's method the best. He gave me his cell phone number and I texted him some pictures.

He took a look and gave me a call back within minutes.  After a few general questions I had my competitive quote and he explained the process (time it would take, what brands I had to choose from - 30 gal tanks are not very high in demand), etc.  I told him I would have to discuss it with my wife and he wasn't pushy at all. I called him back and we scheduled a Monday install.

On the day, he did have to revise his original appointment time slightly, but gave me ample warning.  Other than that, it was a total 5 star experience!  He and his colleague showed up right on (revised) time and called me when they were close.  They took all the proper precautions to keep a clean workspace (wore shoe socks, laid down cardboard to protect my new carpets, etc.).  It was clear that the old water heater had been there for a while and they even cleaned up all the dirt and dust that had accumulated from the previous home owner before installing the new heater.  After the job was done, Zorro even picked up little crumb remnants from the job by hand (even though I told him I would be vacuuming anyway).

The whole installation only took about 1.5 hours (just as described during my phone estimate), and Zorro walked me through the inspection process of his work.  He explained everything very thoroughly and was extremely patient as I asked him roughly 8-10 follow-up questions. About an hour or so after he left, he followed up by text to ensure that the water temperature was hot and that everything was working as expected.

Lastly, it's worth noting that his invoicing and payment procedures were a breeze.  About 10 minutes before the job was finished (his partner was finishing up), he prepared the invoice through his mobile app (I won't give away his merchant, but it's at the bank level; not one of those start-up tech merchants), so I felt very secure.  It was also great because I was able to use my Amex with no problem and received my receipt almost instantly.

Had some simultaneous pipe and disposal problems and found Flood Brothers on Yelp.  They were able to squeeze me in shortly after I called.  The whole experience was so pleasant, I might be slightly in shock.  Jerry  explained the problems well and gave me several options for dealing with them.  I'll definitely be giving him a call next time I need a plumber!

These people are wonderful. Connie is thorough and helpful. I needed to have the original bathroom sink drain pipe replaced. They made the process easy and as painless as possible. Connie also had great references for the plaster (and an electrician if I ever needed it). Connie and her team are incredibly competent and fair. As other other people have mentioned - this place is honest! That could not be valued more. Will always be my first call when I need a plumber.
