My water heater wasn't working so I had called and left a message for another plumber. After an hour went by and not hearing from that plumber, I contacted Rishon. George emailed me within minutes and gave me a quote based on an explanation and pictures I texted to him. They arrived in 30 minutes from the start of our communication and they have fixed the problem. Still haven't heard back from the original plumber. LOL. I highly recommend Rishon for their prompt and efficient communication and fixing the problem quickly!

Jose picked up the phone- on a Saturday! He is  professional, articulate & genuinely concerned. He suggested I text him a photo of my leaky bathroom faucet. He gave instructions on what kind of new faucet was needed, so I immediately got a new one at Home Depot, and he arrived exactly when he said he would to install the new bathroom faucet & fix the leak.

He even found a 2nd leak underneath (an obvious one I was unaware of) and made me aware of it. He was able to fix both issues on the same day & within the timeframe he said it would and made it all happen within a reasonable quote.

Jose suggested I save money by scheduling the repair on Monday or a weekday, considering that weekend rates are generally more, but I appreciated that he made me aware of that & allowed me options for time & financial commitment. I went for the weekend rate & it was worth the immediate attention and professional care... and the peace of mind!

My shower drains weren't working and Plumber to the Rescue came and helped me out with it. Matt was very helpful and informative, and got everything done very quickly. And it was all at an affordable rate. Will be going to them from now on for my plumbing needs.

I had a plumbing emergency and called probably 12 plumbers. Max happened to be available and nearby - he came out right away, was super cool, fixed the problem quickly, and didn't charge much at all. Highly recommended!!

I am editing my review because this company has EXCELLENT customer service. After posting my review below, the owner reached out to my husband and me in order to find out what happened and fix the situation. Not many companies do this so I appreciate this type of service.

Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience as most of the other reviewers. We had a clogged bathroom drain and paid $150 to have it snaked over the weekend. Well, it didn't work! We were advised to contact our Property Manager/HOA because the plumber thought the clog was lower down. He thought that we may have to cut into the wall and cut out sections of the pipe to clear the clog. WTF? We ended up using another plumber that a friend referred, and he cleared the clog within minutes! It was only 4 feet down. Flood Brothers used a drill snake while the other plumber used a completely different device. I don't know what happened but it is upsetting that I just wasted $150.

I can't recommend these guys enough. I had Harold come by, and he was an awesome guy. He diagnosed the issue with my bathroom and wrote me a full report. These are the guys.

Our sink started leaking beneath the counter every time we turned on the faucet making it so we couldn't use our kitchen sink. You can imagine how stressful that was during a pandemic with two small kids in the house. We frantically called around and no one could come immediately and the companies that could come after hours were terribly expensive. Then we called Saucedo and Alberto came out within the hour and helped us solve the problem. We are SO grateful!!

It's clear Chris knows his stuff and so far I am very happy with the service I am getting. I've stored them in my phone for future reference.

I called on a Sunday morning, and Miguel as able to get here at the time I wanted (late in the afternoon - they had an earlier time open as well!!)

Our bathroom sink had clogged up, so he quickly and efficiently snaked the pipes, and also gave us 30 day warranty.

He was in and out within half an hour, and was very friendly. Highly recommended.

Called victor last minute to fix my broken toilet he was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote over the phone and next day he came and replaced it! He did a great job and replaced my new toilet in like 40 min! Very nice and honest guy will definitely recommend him to all my friends.

Mandel and team are awesome. I called in the morning requesting a quote for a sewage back flow issue and they responded quickly. Mandel ran a snake on our main sewage line and let us know that our problem was more involved and that we had roots that had broken our main sewage pipe. Mandel explained the issue and promptly provided  a quote for the repair. They repaired our sewage line in one day as promised and with no mess. Excellent company! Very fast and responsive. I had tried snakeing my main line several times but still kept having issues. I decided to try hydro jetting-  which has resolved my issue! Great company with friendly people who show up when they say they will! Will definitely use again

WOW! This place is amazing!  I called in the AM and got on their schedule the same day.  The plumber came out and did not charge me to tighten the screws on the toilet seat. I plan on using them going forward for my plumbing needs.

Luke was great, I highly recommended,   the other two company cant fixed my hot water problem, I found him form interent,  he have  very good experience, quick, reasonable,  fixed my water heater problem in very short tim e after I called, I am so happy to found him.

I never met a more honest and straightforward plumbing company (or any service company for that matter) than Flood Brothers Plumbing.  I called them with a plumbing emergency at 6pm when you would think that no one is available, and they showed up to my house in 30 minutes flat.  INCREDIBLE!!!!  My sprinkler pipe burst, and Joseph, the best plumber ever, advised me to shut off the valve to the sprinkler system, showed me where it was, and proceeded to save me from what appeared to be an absolute disaster.  These guys are skilled, generous, honest, and a real pleasure to work with.  I will be having Flood Brothers Plumbing help me replace my sewer line next.

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

I have never used services by this company but I wanted to leave a comment without it affecting their 5 star rating.

At 2pm, my roommate and I decided to watch my favorite movie, The Lion in Winter, starring Peter O'Toole and Kathrine Hepburn. (*SPOILER*) Just as O'Toole was about to kill his sons after they committed treason, specifically Anthony Hopkins, we heard a noise outside of our living room window.

It was a clipping sound, something we could quickly identify as the sound of someone clipping their fingernails. My roommate looked out of our bay window to see a man enjoying his own sidewalk manicure, sprawled out of the passenger side of the heavily branded 911 Plumbing van.  At first, we shared the smallest moment, simply identifying the event before turning our attention back to Hepburn's tearstained cheeks. But it continued.

The cacophony of clipping was unwavering, unyielding, and uninterrupted for 10 minutes. We inspected the scene once more, checking to see the man had 10 fingers and was not hiding an extra between his thumb and forefinger. But alas, everything seemed normal, he was just a man, looking at his nails, asking them to love him.

I only hope the services 911 Plumbing provides are as thorough and takes as much care as this man took with his afternoon pruning.

This female owned business is the best plumbing company I've ever used and they continue to be great. I won't go anywhere else.
