My review is long overdue and I can't say enough about George and his coworker but these guys are fantastic. I spoke to George about a month ago regarding a gas leak my mom's property had in East LA. Unfortunate my leak was under cement and I was worried that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg. We quickly schedule a date to analyze my situation and hoping for the best. They arrived on time and ready to work. George quickly started analyzing and brainstorming a best solution that would prevent from breaking through the cement and trying to keep the cost down. After discussing for a while, I was happy to hear what his recommendation would be. He made me feel very comfortable, felt he was very genuine on his concerns and his recommendation. We quickly set a date and completed the job that exceeded my expectations. Couple of days after I had other issues in the property that they were happy to come and assist in anyway if they can. I will definitely call back and I highly recommend them. Thank you Rishon Plumbing....

I called Jose and immediately found a professional I could have confidence in. Jose is the owner, manager and leader who ensures you receive quality trustworthy service. Freddy did the inspect and was thorough, considerate and took his time to be sure everything is in working order. It was clear from my experience that Real Plumbing takes pride in their work.

My window was between 8:30-9am because Jose was squeezing me into an already tight workflow which I appreciated. At 9:07am no one had arrived so I called Jose and learned his team was running a little behind. Jose was gracious, apologized which was not necessary from my view because we all run late and over. He shared that he was already in contact with Freddy who was on his way. I mention this because I see negative reviews below about being late. I get that waiting on appointments is frustrating. So is traffic and unexpected plumbing issues so it's good to kindly call and inquire about delays and when I did I was met with more great customer service.

When Freddy arrived he was very respectful. Had shoe coverings, asked before moving things and took very great care of the space and left it clean as if he was never there. I do appreciated how aware he was.

I highly recommend Real Plumbing and am grateful they were my first call! Thank you Jose and Freddy for the peace of mind! If I ever need a plumber again I am coming to you!

I called Plumber 2 The Rescue yesterday to unclogged my bathroom sink, they showed up on time as they promised, and after they spent one hour working on the sink they advised me that they couldn't unclogged it and they need to break the wall to find and cut the pipe to run a longer cable for $850.00 but no guarantee the work was going to be successful it may require more work and as a result more money. I called another plumber for a second opinion he showed up today and in less than one hour he fixed the problem by running a 65 ft cable for $85.00 no need to break the wall. Just make me wonder why Plumber 2 The Rescue was trying to do???

Max came down on a short notice this new year's eve as I had a bad clog upstairs in two bathrooms.  He had given me a reasonable quote and he stuck to his word when he was finished with the job.  He was reasonable being that it's new year's eve.  Max was reliable, efficient, and down to earth.  We had placed other calls and it made us feel that we would be in for a real surprise for a typical clog job.  Good thing we decided on Max!

Our garbage disposal seemed to die, so I called Flood Brothers and the dispatch connected me with Giulio almost immediately. After sending him texts of what kind of disposal we have, he waited in line at his supplier for an hour during the coronavirus crisis to get a new one. When he arrived, to install the new disposal, it turned out that my current one was just clogged and he didn't even charge me for the trip! What an amazing experience in customer service. Also, Giulio came in a mask, gloves, and plastic booties fully complying with the important co-vid virus guidelines. Flood Brothers has set the standard in my mind for customer service. Truly a GREAT company.

Needed a plumber for the business I work at and went to my fellow Yelpers to find the one!

Investigated the drain issue, gave us an estimate (which was considerably lower than their competitor) and cleaned out 3 drains.

Less than an hour later our drainage problem was fixed.  Tech was friendly and professional.

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

I've had my first plumbing issue in my new condo (I'm a new homeowner), and was super stressed out. I didn't know what to do ~ especially because it affected my downstairs neighbor.  Darcy was SO nice and talked me through the process and made me feel better. She even recommended a handyman for the job after the plumbing that I will need. What an angel!

Then Chris and his son came out and fixed the problem in no time at all. He was thorough, quick, gave me economical options and trustworthy. I will recommend him to my friends and family. I feel so lucky to have come across them! Don't hesitate and call them.

I had matt come out to my complex for a bathtub issue that I thought was going to be a huge job, not only fix the issue I was having with a drippy sink but he did it for free because it didn't cost him anything to do the job. it's rare to find a good person like this as well as a good company with knowledge and professionalism. We needed a last minute repair and Miguel was knowledgeable, kind, and on time (harder to find around than it should be). Will definitely use them in the future.

Mike was very responsive and was able to make it to us within an hour of first speaking with him, even during the holidays.  He and his team solved our problem quickly and they helped us understand how to avoid it in the future.  Mike was kind and respectful, I would recommend Hermes to everyone.

Seriously, don't look any further. Chris responded promptly to my call. He was on time, having put in a courtesy call in advance of the appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Not an easy call but the right step to save us an unnecessary exploratory expense. It was a leak in our living room ceiling we thought was coming from our upstairs bathroom. That according to another plumber who wanted to charge us $5000. Chris said, no -- and was right. Iit was a wall pipe in the ceiling. He cut out two areas of drywall. Removed the cracked pipe and replaced it.  And the rodent droppings.  He was smart, extremely efficient, and very courteous. And his cost was super fair. Best experience ever with a plumber.

They responded right away to my emergency (plumbing overflow in master bedroom bathroom) but they had no availability today and there wasn't much proactive action on the part of the person who answered the phone. There was no maybe tonight maybe tomorrow just nothing available today....click....goodbye

I needed my water heater replaced as well as hot and cold water valves replaced. I found Z&H on yelp, noticed they had such positive reviews and contacted them. I had a detailed quote within 10 minutes, and they were able to accommodate the time I requested on a weekend. They were on time, efficient, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them and would use their services again in the future.

i dont really give reviews...but i felt i had to regarding these guys.  boom!  Mike and Giulio came out for a backed up shower.  literally, these guys were sweating in my shower working their asses off to save me a few bucks.  they wanted to try the path of least resistance first and didnt want to remove my toilet and have me encure more costs.  Mike turned to me and said, i gotta give it one more try just because  and it worked!  Hard to find honesty when it comes to home repair.  these guys are now my go to guys.  highly recommend.

Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

Just want to post a quick update to how great this business is! We had a toilet clog with slow flush one morning with clients coming that same day. The customer service is, once again, outstanding!  The office answers the phone right away and gave a prompt follow-up call to schedule service. They were able to work around our schedule. Thank you!!! And they also give a call 10 minutes before service arrives. So pro! What was even better was the service that Art gave us. It wasn't a simple fix to just unclog the toilet. We have a 100 year-old house with odd plumbing pipes. Art cleaned out the first drain and spent some time into the night to figure out the issue was farther down the line. Anyway, I don't know what kind of magic he did, but he worked hard to get the problem solved. Once again, THANK YOU, ART!!!
