These guys are very hardworking and very good at what they do. They are very honest and very good people. It is hard to find these kinds of good and honest people these days. They will fix your plumbing problems and charge very fair and good prices. I recommend them very highly to any-one who is looking for honest and good plumbers.

He called me at 12:30 asking if he could come at 3:30 - 4:30 instead as he was stuck on a job. Fine. I thought how nice of him to let me know. I waited. And waited. 3:30 came and went. 4:30 came and went. Not even a phone call.

Kudos to Warren the owner of My Plumbing Doctor.  He called promptly after my 2 star review and was extremely apologetic and stressed that my experience was not up to MPD's service standards.  We both agreed that sometimes the unexpected happens, like the busted p-trap, but that it was not good customer service to leave the bathroom the way it was, and on top of it, to charge for the busted p-trap.  

For now I will upgrade MPD to 3 stars.  I have some other plumbing work that needs to be done, so I will give MPD and Warren one more shot and if it goes well, I will upgrade my rating again.

Thanks Warren for being dedicated to customer service, and thank you Yelp for giving the consumer the ability to get the attention of the service providers who care!

I cannot thank Max enough. We had a huge plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and he was at the house within two hours. He quoted us a reasonable price given it was the weekend and he came out so fast.  He found the issue and told us our next steps to address the deeper problem with our pipes. No hidden fees. Will definitely call him again for future issues. Thank you!

Flood Brothers are the best, hands down. They've saved me on numerous occasions, most recently I had the pleasure of dealing with Phillip, who is AMAZING. Meticulous, thorough, kind, and trustworthy plus 20 other wonderful adjectives could be used when describing Flood Brothers' work and their plumbers. Chris was extremely helpful. On time and saved the day! I called the day off the issue- a clogged kitchen sick, and he was able to be over within two hours to root the pipes. Chris was informative and was willing to check the drainage on the other sinks I'd had- very thorough gentleman!

I reached out to Rapid Action Rooter to repair my clogged kitchen sink and replace the broken garbage disposal unit.  Mandel was very responsive - he contacted me back to schedule an appointment within minutes of receiving my initial message.

When Mandel arrived a few days later, he was on time, respectful, and highly professional.  The job took less than half an hour, and the quality of work was excellent (no leaks, the entire area under the sink was clean, and the new disposal unit worked perfectly).  Will definitely be reaching out to Rapid Action Rooter again for any future plumbing issues that may arise.

I pray that we never have another plumbing problem, but if we do, I'm calling Rocket Plumbing. Chris came out quickly on an emergency sewage backup in the guest bathroom in April. He did a thorough and efficient job, explained what the issues were, and advised that our landlords should get the carpet steam cleaned.

7 months later, we had another backup from the washing machine drain. The landlord called, and Brian must have been concerned given how upset the landlord was, and pulled Chris off another job to come out and fix the situation immediately.

Chris cleared the blockage, used booties to avoid getting the carpet dirty, and was sympathetic to the fact that our landlord first tries to blame us (the tenants) for when stuff breaks at their unit, even though the place is over 12 years old and hasn't had plumbing maintenance done once. (We have the place cleaned weekly and also are careful to collect hair, Kleenex and compost material to throw out in the garbage instead of down sinks or toilets... I mean, we've lived in houses built in the 1920s in the Northeast, where pipes are riddled with tree roots, so we KNOW not to throw things down drains/toilets!)

I give Chris a ton of credit because I think he may have an injury or physical handicap, but he was easily able to maneuver the washer/dryer units and get his heavy snake equipment up and down the stairs. (I have very little upper body strength, so am pretty much worthless when it comes to lifting heavy equipment.)

This is a 5-star operation.

I will be recommending them to anyone who has a plumbing problem. As a former homeowner, I've worked with plenty of contractors before, but these guys tell it like it is, give you a fair quote, show up on time, and get the work done. I submitted a quote online with New Generation and got back to me within about an hour asking to schedule an appointment for a quote.  Was able to get an appointment same week, the job was to repair a leaky facet.  Plumbers were right on time and gave me a quick estimate.  I scheduled for a few days after accepting their reasonable offer.  I had another plumber unsuccessfully attempt the same job so I wasn't sure if these guys were able to help me but they were able to do so.  Guys were very knowledgeable and were able to perform the repair without a hitch.
COVID-19 safe, came into my house wearing gloves and masks the whole time.

Our Rheem 50 gal gas water heater started leaking. We figured out it was about time to replace it with a new one. I called a few companies in the Los Angeles area and after talking to Zorro decided to have business with him. Zorro gave me a good price and recommended Bradford White water heater. Two very nice professional guys came today, installed a new water heater and hauled the old one away. So far so good. The water heater is on a warranty and I know that if there is any problem with the water heater Zorro will come and fix it. Thank you Zorro.

Honest, reliable and excellent work.  We had issues with our sewer line and they explained our options and followed through with excellent repair work.  Owned by two brothers who clearly take pride in their business.  We met them three years ago when our contractor referred us to them for our new home and have continued to rely on them for large and small issues.  Great crew, respectful to us and our home, all around great company!

I was referred to 911 plumbing through my home warranty insurance.  Greg and Vic did a great job helping to unclog our pipes.  They were professional, courteous, and answered all my questions.  Hopfully we have no clogged pipes in the near future!

American Drain Works & Plumbing Co. was fantastic! Chris was very helpful and explained in great detail what was wrong with our water heater.  Our water heater broke and we called him on a Saturday morning to come and fix it and he was here within half an hour. He's extremely helpful and friendly, and he went above and beyond what we discussed to help us fix our broken garbage disposal as well. We will definitely be using him in the future!
