We are very pleased with the work that Flood Brothers Plumbing did for us when we needed our sewer line repaired. Tommy was the plumber who came to our house to check out the job and give an estimate. He was pleasant to work with form the very start and was very informative about the process and also very reasonable. He was able to get us scheduled right away, which was wonderful for us. His crew came out and did a great job (he he city inspector agreed). My husband is not easy to please, but he was very pleased with their work when they left. We will definitely feel confident calling Tommy & Flood Brothers again for future plumbing needs. Even though it's stressful having to have such major work done on one's property they made it very smooth and painless.

Upon booking the office staff was very polite and helpful! They were super accommodating to our tight schedule. Charlie came out to our house on very short notice due to a deadline. He was super professional and informative. Highly recommend!!

I called Rockstar Plumbing because I turned on my garbage disposal not knowing there was a glass shot-glass sitting inside the sink. The glass shattered into thousands of pieces.  The garbage disposal immediately stopped working and was broken.  I called 5 different plumbers to get quotes to fix the garbage disposal and I couldn't believe the prices they were quoting me.  My landlord wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to fix it as well.  I called Rockstar Plumbing and I spoke with Matthew who was very nice and very knowledgeable.  He told me not to worry and that the prices I was getting quoted from these other plumbers were way too high.  Matthew quoted me an amazing price, he came out to my apartment within 40 minutes and he fixed the issue.  This is a great company that goes out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied.  This is the only plumbing company that I will trust for any future issues!

Miguel helped me to replace 3 broken drain pipes in my apartment. Two of them have cracks that extend all the way to the unit upstairs. He responses fast, detects the problem quickly, finishes the repair up to code, and in a timely manner so my other projects can continue in time. He is also very considerate and putting shoe covers on at all times for my new flooring. Highly recommend!

We finally found a plumber we can call our own!  Okay not our own, but you understand what I mean.  Every time we had problems with our plumbing we did a combination of praying, going by our gut, some random searching and flying by the seat of our pants to find the right person.  It's never felt like we did find the right person.  But recently, after having the drain snaked two times back to back, in three or four months, I called Victor.  He came out, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it, hopefully it'll be good for a very long time!  Victor is nice, he and his team wore masks, and they figured out more about our plumbing than anyone else had in twenty years.  It was a bigger issue than we had hoped for, but it's good to know what was going on and finally address it.  We highly recommend him for your plumbing needs, we'll share him with you!  He also has good equipment, which is helpful when you need it.  I will refrain from posting photos, but you can imagine how much better the bathroom looks without sewage decorating the floor.

We bought a new place, and our pipe busted under our home. I was cringing at having to call some strange plumber that would be delayed for days, come to our home and give us some gobbly-gook about how we would need a new flex-capacitor. I expected to have to keep our water turned off all weekend.

I did not expect these two guys to fit us in on the same day, communicate well, be personable, efficient, and get the job done faster than I wrote this email.

I called and left a message; Mandel called me within minutes and was able to provide a quote based on pictures I sent him of the current unit; he was able to send someone the same day to replace my water heater. They guys were very professional and answered all my questions. Job well done!

I had a clogged bathtub and a broken faucet.  Not knowing where to turn, I hit yelp to see if I could find a good plumber.  I saw the reviews for Rocket so I decide to give them a call.  They answered their phone on the second ring and the girl who answered (Jia) was very friendly and professional.  She booked me for the same day and 2 hours later a plumber named Chris showed up at my door.

Chris was a nice guy and got straight to work on my slow draining tub.  Within 1 hour, my tub was cleared and he fixed the handle on my faucet as well.  The cost of the job was very reasonable and all in all I am very pleased with the experience I had with Rocket Plumbing.  They are my new 'go-to' plumber from now on!  Thanks!!

Had a great experience with New Generation Plumbing. I was pleasantly greeted by a real person to make my appointment. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I worked with Martín and Charlie who were both VERY nice and helpful. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

I called Z&H for a gas water heater flush. Arsen also suggested replacing the copper supply lines with flex hose, which he was able to do at the same time. The price for the flush and the hoses was reasonable. The job was also done quickly.

Highest accolades to Flood Brothers Plumbing Inc for great work on a collapsed sewer line with no camera visibility due to advanced damage.  Without a clear view, Supervisor Brendan had alternatives in mind for the various possible circumstances that might arise, as the crew continued to dig, test the line, and install clean-outs for a better view. Work went at a good pace, which of course couldn't have happened without the experienced, extremely hard working crew. Flood Brothers captain and crew -- the best!

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! He resolved the issue in less than 30 minutes, was professional in his conduct, and was COVID-ready and wore a mask the whole time. Would recommend highly to anyone in the LA/Beach Cities area. I used their plumbing services on a Sunday. I made myself believe that I could change the outside hose spigot that was leaking (I blame YouTube for giving me the courage). I ended up bending the pipe while trying to unscrew the spigot and created a bigger problem. I found 911 plumbing services through Yelp and they picked up my call right away. I had a plumber arrive within the hour and he repaired my mess in less than 30 minutes! The plumber also replaced another old outdoor rusty spigot in 15 minutes. It was a great experience all around, from initial phone call to the plumber completing the job. They have gained a customer for all my future plumbing needs.

Also, just an FYI, they do charge a $150 fee for Sunday calls. The mess I made was entirely my fault so lesson learned.

Connie's amazing, she was very thorough in her inspection and gave reasonable prices for fixing the plumbing issues in my house. Her team was quick and professional and we were able to move into our new home on schedule. I highly recommended American drain works!
