We needed help with a nagging running toilet issue that was beyond us. Junior was so amazing. I had an emergency at my house and ended up needing the main sewage line replaced. They finished it over a weekend. Amazing people and easy service.

This was second time I've called for service and I'm very satisfied with work they did on our toilets. On one of the toilet we had a rubber ring replaced and the this time fixed leaky/runny toilet. Both Louis and Romo were professionals. I highly recommend Charlie's.

You're going to love Alberto and his crew.  We were having some issues with the sump pump, and had been told by others that the engine was burnt out and needed a full replacement and line rooting.  

Albert came to the rescue - literally same day, he and his crew were on-site, on time, professional and precise.  He immediately diagnosed the issue, confirmed it with a few tests and adjusted the line - at no charge.  (Turned out to be an electrical issue).  

Let me tell you something - in my line of work I come across a variety of trades and handy people, from electrical and air to plumbing and security.   There are hustlers and then there are guys who just get it done.  Alberto isn't in the profession just to take a few bucks off you. So I called chris for help, he came in so fast and fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes without charging me anything. Very professional and patient explained why and what coz the problem. My water heater broke down and Rapid came and installed a new one  immediately, and at an affordable price. The owner Mandel is extremely professional, respectful, and knowledgeable on all kind of plumbing issues and needs. After my water heater was installed I was extremely satisfied and impressed on how fast my water heater was installed! This is an awesome company! I'm so happy I located them from Yelp and decided to have them help with my water heater issue, and I will definitely be calling them back for my other plumbing needs!

Seriously, don't look any further. Chris responded promptly to my call. He was on time, having put in a courtesy call in advance of the appointment. He diagnosed the problem immediately. Not an easy call but the right step to save us an unnecessary exploratory expense. It was a leak in our living room ceiling we thought was coming from our upstairs bathroom. That according to another plumber who wanted to charge us $5000. Chris said, no -- and was right. Iit was a wall pipe in the ceiling. He cut out two areas of drywall. Removed the cracked pipe and replaced it.  And the rodent droppings.  He was smart, extremely efficient, and very courteous. And his cost was super fair. Best experience ever with a plumber.
