Got a call that our buildings water heater was leaking.. as the treasurer of our HOA, the responsibility fell on me to find a plumber and get everything squared away.

I called Real Plumbers Inc and Jose answered and said he could be here in 20 minutes.  True to his word, 20 minutes later Jose was here and within 10 minutes of that had identified the problem.  Luckily it was not the water heater, but a pipe leading FROM it.   He patched it immediately so I was able to turn the water back on and we made an appointment to complete the repair in the next couple of days.

I called Flood Brothers because our gas and hot water were turned off Phillip came right over and solved the problem in 2 minutes. Totally professional and reliable I can not recommend them enough especially having gone through so many plumbers who dont know what they are doing.

My toilet's fill valve needed to be replaced after breaking on a Saturday evening. I immediately contacted Charlie's Rooter after having had a great experience with them previously with my garbage disposal install. Lulu responded within moments and setup an appointment time that worked for me on Monday. Luis was the plumber that worked on this job. He was on time and extremely kind and professional. Luis went straight to the root of the problem and replaced what needed to be replaced very quickly. Luis was respectful and explained everything he was doing and why. He was even nice enough to look at my bathtub and answered all of my questions. Also, the price was extremely reasonable. I will be recommending them to my neighbors and friends when they need a good, honest plumbing company that doesn't overcharge.
The work comes with a 30 day warranty which I love because it gives me some extra reassurance.
I really am happy to have found this company and feel confident and comfortable with their work and staff.

Called up Saucedo Plumbing in the morning and even though Alberto's schedule was already booked for the day, he made time to swing by the same day after all his other jobs were done to fix our kitchen plumbing issue.  Without his help, we would not have been able to use our kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, etc due to a back-up issue.  Super friendly, great communication, and gets the job done. Highly recommended!

I can not believe there are still good and honest  business people around!!!  I had leak under my kitchen and I called Ace Plumbing because my friend referred them.  Chris came and part of the garbage disposal was loose.  He tightened it and gave me a tool to fix it if it every happens again.  When I asked him how much I owed he said nothing.  I could not believe it.  He was very professional, honest and I will refer this company to everyone I know.  I will also post it on Facebook so my friends can use this company if they need a plumber.

I initially found this company through Yelp based on the reviews. From the get-go, they were very responsive. The dispatcher gave me a timeframe when to expect the plumber. It's free for the plumber to come out and we were provided an estimate before starting the job. Josh, our tech was friendly, honest and professional. He unclogged our bathroom sink and explained what he was going to do. Their price is reasonable. Thank you guys! Keep giving an excellent customer service!

I was highly impressed with Victor's Rooter Service. They were fully booked the day I called them needing rooter service, but they offered to come out to my home in the evening in order to accommodate me, for no additional charge. Once they arrived, they took the time to understand the problem and put thought into the best way to handle it. They were very respectful of my home and took every precaution not to mar any of my surfaces. They efficiently fixed my problem and then cleaned up the small mess that it made. I would readily use them again.

They've been to my house multiple times after I moved into a new home, and they have been super helpful fixing everything that wasn't quite working after the previous homeowners left the place without having maintenance in a while. They reply quickly and get the job done fast, at a reasonable rate. I met them through my home warranty!

I had a water leak in the kitchen. The plumber quickly came out and assessed my leak. The technician showed me where the problem was and informed me what was needed in order to handle the situation. He were very professional and stayed until the work was complete. It's hard to find a plumber who you can trust to handle your situation quickly and won't squeeze your pocket for every cent. I have a second review already for New Generation Plumbing. Since my last experience was so good, when I heard a hissing sound in an outside water line that runs to a sprinkler I called and Jose came out and explained the 2 options for replacing the line. He gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled the work.
A few days later Fernando and Luis arrived on time and got the job done. They were very professional and listened to my concerns about how the new pipe would be set up. They really listened and changed the plan slightly based on my concerns. The job was done very well with attention to detail and the work area was completely cleaned up before they left. I recommend New Generation Plumbing for their plumbing skills, their communications, their attention to detail and their customer service. The scheduling and billing office personnel are very nice to work with as well!

My water heater perfectly timed it's capacity to disappoint and madden our family.  My pilot light went out a few times over the course of 2 days and we had guests fly in around 10pm Monday night.  Since I haven't given up my (old) man card yet, I spent a few hours Monday night pushing buttons, cleaning screens and using wrong tools on parts that didn't matter, then I gave up!! I sent a Yelp request for quote to Zorro at 1:30am and went to bed.  I got up at 5:30am, he had emailed me, I texted him 2 pix and he said, yup, xxx is the problem, I'll be over between 1-3pm today  He showed up early, fixed the problem quickly, cleaned the work area well, billed me $160 for a service 2 others quoted me at $225-250 and went on his way.  He is classy, professional and a man of his word.  Support the dude!!!!!

In early August 2022, the toilet closest to the main line in the back yard wasn't flushing.  I called Flood Brothers based on the good Yelp reviews.  The issue turned out to be a rooting problem.  I have a beautiful, huge tree in the back yard with a massive root system.  The roots probably go further underground than the height of the tree.  Phil and his assistant spend hours cleaning the pipes of a thick tangle of roots.  There may have been a pipe replacement, I can't remember.  It cost $5,800, but I felt the hard work, expertise, length of time, etc. warranted this amount.  Phil told me their work was guaranteed, so if I have problems in the future, to give them a call.

Exactly four months later, the same toilet wasn't working.  I called Flood Brothers again and explained the problem, saying this was the same symptom as what happened in August. I was scheduled for the next day.  When they called to confirm the next morning,  I mentioned the 100%% satisfaction guarantee (subject to terms and conditions).  The lady on the phone put me on hold for a moment, then came back and said because it was the same issue, they wanted to send the same plumber as last time, so it would have to be scheduled for the next day.  I told Phil that I was having the same problem.  First he went out to look at the main line; then he came in to look at the toilet.  He said it was only a toilet blockage problem, which he fixed in short order; the main line was OK.  He said, You're good to go! and charged me nothing, not even a nominal charge for the service call.  I highly recommend Flood Brothers.

Mike was awesome, came out to my house within a few hours of calling on a Saturday to help locate a leak. He assessed my problem and told us what he recommended to resolve it. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Found these guys almost by accident when I confused them with another plumbing service and dialed 911 instead. Kathy was very courteous on the phone and set me up with a same-day appointment to address my backed-up kitchen sink and a dishwasher drainage issue.

A couple hours later, Vic and Abel arrived at my downtown loft to save the day. Both were polite and professional and didn't waste any time getting to work. After assessing the problem, they gave me a very reasonable quote. Upon my approval, they brought in their equipment and got 'er done. The pipe under my sink was unclogged in a matter of minutes, and they also fixed my dishwasher's air gap so that my machine would drain into my sink and not flood my counter top (like it was doing before).

I highly recommend Vic and Abel - they were fast, friendly and most importantly fixed the problem for a very fair price. No question I will call 911 again for any and all plumbing needs. You should too!

I had 3 plumbers come out in 2 days.  Chris at ADW was very thorough and professional.  He showed me on camera how roots were growing into the pipes and told me my options, which saved me a boat load of dollars (compared to previous quotes)!!  I also must say that Nancy at ADW was very polite and good with follow-up.  Thanks to American Drain Works and I hope I don't need a plumber any time soon, but if I do, you'll hear from me.
