Almost a year later, still totally satisfied with the work these guys do!

I have had a few other plumbing issues (big and small) over the past year and these guys have consistently been a pleasure to do business with.  They reply immediately, show up on time as promised, and have always quoted great prices.  

I highly recommend these guys for any plumbing job, big or small. You won't be disappointed!

Jose and his team were great. Simple job, a deep clog in our master bathroom which they took care of in less than 30minutes. They also provided an estimate of both time and money for a separate dishwasher installation (apparently the hot water valve was unsafe, a recalled part from a long time ago that never got replaced). Friendly, efficient, didn't make me wait a long time, and gave no excuses or other nonsense. No need to shop around, will be calling these guys from here on out!

James and Edward showed up at about 10:30 pm, only about a half hour after a frantic call (we used Yelp to pick this company) after watching our shower and tub started backing up with brackish water.

They were professional and friendly, and we watched them work. And man did they work! We pretty much knew it was those d#*$@ roots again.  They had to snake about 75 feet and it was hard work (those roots weren't too happy about being cut up apparently).

My roommate and I were impressed, especially when we got the bill - after 2 hours of hard work it felt like a bargain.

It's nice to get honest work at an honest price! I would definitely recommend them to others and if those stinkin' roots grow back they will be the ones I call.

Max was the best. I called with a clogged sink and a corroded pipe and he was here in forty-five minutes! Friendly, fast, and professional. Definitely just became my go-to plumber.

Had a great experience with Flood Brothers! Called at 7PM because my garbage disposal was leaking and explained how I needed someone the next day because of my personal schedule. They were very accommodating and scheduled me for the next afternoon.

At the start of the time window I was given, my technician Tony called to alert me he was going to be a bit late because of his current call. That was much appreciated. He also called when he was on his way to say he was in traffic- totally fine!

When Tony got here he assessed my disposal problem and immediately got to work. It took him an hour to replace the disposal entirely and he even took the time to walk my through the replacement, explaining what parts were what. That was very nice, because as a homeowner I like to learn about how to repair something in case of emergency.

Overall I had a five star experience with Flood Brothers and would suggest them to anyone in need of plumbing service!

Fantastic experience. Our drains backed up. Called Charlie's at 6:00 PM. Ramon was at our house at 8:45 the next morning ( 15 minutes EARLY!!!).
Job was done in 20 minutes. Found Ramon to be personable and informative. Explained the problem and the solution. HIGHLY recommend this Company.

These guys were great! They showed up right on time and cleared out our drain efficiently. I will be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

Chris and Randy did a great job snaking our bathtub which had a grip of standing water stuck in it. They showed up on time, we're super communicative and even tidied up our bathtub afterwards.

These guys came and gave me an estimate. I am old anlive in an expensive area and they charged me as such. They gave me an estimate for $12,000 and I ended up getting it done for $6000. 98% of plumbers are crooks and they are no different. They saw money and they raised their price to match. Will never call them again.

So let me respond to your response....I am 100% dead right. Your bid and prices are outrageous. You tried to take advantage of an emergency situation and that makes you a crook when you take advantage of people when they are down. Not just more expensive, you are 100% more expensive than three other bids that I had gotten for that job. You tried to take avantage but I didn't put up with your bullshit. If you are looking for a plumber go somewhere else unless you want to be robbed and pillaged.

We had Mike Diamond come out and they were unable to clear our shower drain. A friend recommended Victor. He came out the next day and quickly cleared the stoppage (turned out to be a massive hair clog) apparently too deep and tricky for Mike Diamond to get. We're glad that Victor knows what he is doing!

Victor is extremely professional and friendly to speak with. His work is clean and leaves no trace that he and his men were there.

We bought a new place, and our pipe busted under our home. I was cringing at having to call some strange plumber that would be delayed for days, come to our home and give us some gobbly-gook about how we would need a new flex-capacitor. I expected to have to keep our water turned off all weekend.

I did not expect these two guys to fit us in on the same day, communicate well, be personable, efficient, and get the job done faster than I wrote this email.

I wish there were pixie dust that I could spread over these 5-stars to make them sparkle and draw your attention in. If you need a plumber, call Hermes.  These guys are so great; they will make you happy you sprung a leak!

Madel and his team were great. Called them out for a toilet overflow and as he is under the house checking pipes, we find that not only are my pipes rotted, they aren't connected properly in some areas and two had holes in them. I had been leaking water under my house for GOD knows how long.  This could have been a very dangerous situation with the water rotting the foundation of my home.

Mandel and his team came out and re-piped my house in one day. These guys were on it working from the time the arrived till they were done. Non stop. Everything was professional. They even hauled away all the biohazard material that came through the holes in my pipes.

I know how people feel about plumbers, electricians etc..... but this team not only got the job done, the did it professionally, cleaned the entire area after, and showed me step by step all my issues and what they did to fix them.

Don't waste your time, call Mandel for your plumbing needs and get it done once and get it done the right way.

These guys did a great job! Got here on time, got the job done quick, and perfectly. These are kind and very friendly people. Chris was very knowledgable and professional when he came over.

I contacted New Generation Plumbing, and not only were they accommodating to my schedule but prompt and professional. They sent out Martin and Jose, who promptly replaced a leaky faucet in my kitchen.
I appreciated the top-notch work, clean-up after, and attention to following COVID-19 protocols.
They were also mindful of making sure my cats did not escape when they went out the door to get supplies. I respect the type of care individuals show when they enter my home.
It's no wonder that when my bathroom faucet started acting up, I quickly contacted New Generation again, who again promptly fixed the issue.
You can be sure that I will be calling them again for future problems, issues, or projects. You will not be disappointed, and the price is spot on too!

They answered our phone call very quickly while other plumbers took 3 weeks to call us back. Very respectful, clean up after themselves and efficient. They are very knowledgeable and we would hire them over and over again. Highly recommended!!

Called flood brothers for a toilet stoppage right before I was supposed to have a few guests over. They sent over a technician in less than an hour. Their technician Phillip was amazing!! Not only was he punctual, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, he was able to fix my problem before guests arrived! I highly recommend flood brothers, ask for Phillip you will not be disappointed he is amazing!!!!

I had a water leak in the wall and I thought the worst. But, Thomas assured me he could take care of it!  He was very thorough and explained the work he had to do and I appreciated that. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

I called 911 Plumbing based on Yelp Reviews.  Where else do you go at 7 in the evening when there is poop coming out of your shower drain?  Our plumber (our four year old said he was 'magical' and I will agree') is named Greg, and he showed up within the hour.  He really went the extra mile, examining the sewer drain outs that I knew existed, and finding the one that mattered, under the house, that didn't even know it was there!  I feel like an idiot but we had been flushing baby wipes and they had turned into concrete in the drain.  It took Greg quite a while but he stuck with it, I mean he really worked up a sweat, checking over and over that the drains were working.  About an hour and a half later everything is draining correctly, toilet is flushing and I am tremendously relieved.  Thank you Greg, we all appreciate your late night plumbing artistry.

Amazingly fast and efficient.  Very informative - talked me through process, then gave me very fair price.  No more leaking toilet!  Give Chris a call.
