Josh has been to our home on several occasions to lend us his expertise with everything from replacing toilets, to running a new water line to our refrigerator and installing a new faucet in our kitchen.  When we ran into several unexpected hiccups due to our building being a bit older with outdated connections and hardware already in place, Josh and Britney (who is simply amazing!) both went out of their way to quickly problem solve and complete the work within 24 hours.  Always on time, respectful of our home, and going the extra mile to perform the work the right way, are just a few of the reasons why we will never consider another company for any plumbing needs we may have in the future.  I strongly and wholeheartedly recommend this incredible team for your home's plumbing repairs!

Spoke to receptionist took ALL my info gave me a quote of $75 when I made clear I needed an emergency service. The plumber calls me and tells me that just to come it's $275 and that just the emergency, no service. I knew it would be more but they should have well informed receptionists to provide this insight prior to getting the call from the Plummer himself and having taken my credit card information.

I called Flood Brothers about a potential problem with my water heater. The guy I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly... over the phone, he walked me through the process of checking my water heater and the water meter out by the street. He was extremely patient in explaining how the various meters worked.

It turned out there wasn't anything in need of repair, but he still offered to come to the house to check for a gas leak if I wanted... FOR FREE!

I've dealt with some EXTREMELY crooked plumbers in the past, so needless to say, it was quite refreshing to deal with someone so helpful and generous with his time.

The next time I need a plumber, I'm definitely calling FLOOD BROTHERS. Honest companies like this are extremely rare nowadays.

I was having issues with rain water backing up and not draining to the street. Louis came to the house on time and very helpful. Within 5 minutes he found a 3 foot root clogging one of the drains and removed it. The system works great now, just in time for more rain.

We've used Saucedo Plumbing several times for mainline rooter service and minor blockages in the kitchen drain. These guys are always on time, extremely professional and thorough. They never leave a mess and never try to upsell you on unnecessary repairs or services like we've experienced with one of the big players in the plumbing business.

I recently needed to have a toilet replaced and searched for plumbing companies on Yelp that were local to my area.. I came across Ace Plumbing and read the reviews which were current (not years ago) and were amazed at all the glowing reviews.  Gave them a call and Chris showed up a couple of hours later..  discussed the purchase of a new toilet which Chris said he would do and that he would return in the morning with a helper.. showed up on time and removed old toilet, installed new and sealed it, cleaned up area and took the old toilet.. was done in 1 hour.. very professional and thorough.. I will only use Ace for all my plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Rockstar Plumbing!  We've been using them for about a year now.  After 14 years in our home, we started having several plumbing problems.  They have fixed everything from minor leaks in the kitchen and bathroom to major issues such as a slab and water heater leak.  Matt is AMAZING and was very helpful when we had to deal with the insurance company.  Adam and Angel are great too!  Rockstar Plumbing is the best!  Thanks for everything guys!

Excellent!  I called for a possible repair.  The sink in the kitchen was possibly leaking.  After a check on it, the issue was quickly resolved.   Since he was there, I asked him to check my old fussy toilet... Thankfully he did.  The old water guzzler had a significant crack on the bottom of the tank.  He was able to grab me a new water saving toilet and install it.  Great service- very professional.

Victor is a super star!!! I called him and he came out within one hour and fixed a clogged toilet instantly. He was very nice, easy-going, and respectful. I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants their repair done quick! 10 stars all the way!!!!! Thank you victor!!!!

HIGHLY recommend Mike and his team. They knew I was dealing with an emergency situation and they showed up on time, took the time to explain the repair work they were completing, and did it all with incredible service. So many service providers act like they don't want to be there when they show up to your house, but not Mike and John. Will be using them for any future needs! They even gave me a fantastic referral to a restoration company after my house was damaged. Thanks guys!

On a Friday evening our garbage disposer stopped working and the kitchen sink wasn't draining. Mandel was very responsive over the phone, asked us a few questions and gave a quote based on our answers. When they came to our house, he and his assistant were very polite and professional. He made sure we understood what he was doing and why. Would definitely recommend this business.

Sam came right out to fix my leaky refrigerator ice line 45 minutes after I got off the phone with my initial call! (The other place I called still have not called back.) Service was quick and Sam was very accommodating, taking his shoes off to help keep the floors clean. What a relief to get that fixed and be able to still have the rest of my day!!!

Our water heater was not working properly and the staff at New Generation Plumbing was great in providing me with good service at a competitive price! For reference, we paid $175 to change the water heater valve. Definitely recommend!

We had an emergency after I hit the sprinkler pipe in my driveway and water went spurting everywhere. I called two companies, one was Flood Brothers. They answered right away and within 5 minutes Junior called me to help with the shutoff. I sent him pictures so he could assess the damage. He quoted me over the phone and was able to pick up the parts and be at my house in several hours. Because the picture didn't show the full extent of the damage until he dug put around another pipe that was sheared, he wasn't able to fully fix it but literally didn't want to take any money for the service, even though he drove to my house and fixed most of the damage. For that reason i have faith this is a very honest company. Also, Junior was very polite and personable. He said the gardener should be able to repair the rest and offered to come back if not. I will definitely be calling this company again if and when we have any plumbing issues in the future!

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

Had a leak from a 2nd floor toilet. 911 came over and repaired it asap.  Did the job well and charged a fair price. I highly recommend them.
