In my experience, this business treats the customer very well.  In no particular order:

1) respond quickly to phone calls and Yelp messaging
2) arrive on-time or earlier whether its for inspection or repairs
3) quick scheduling (work done w/in 48 hours of estimate)
4) well-mannered, friendly (both George and John)
5) communicate well (findings, options, good news/bad news)
6) good prices (relative to other estimates I received)

I was looking to put in a tankless water heater and George gave me several options in how to go about it, pointing out pros-and-cons of each method.  I had him come out a couple of times to go over the project and he was very patient and never pushy, merely offering his opinion in a straightforward way.  In the end, there were too many headaches with the installation, cost, and code requirements to get it done the way I wanted.  So I finally gave up the ghost and went with a traditional tank replacement.  Rishon Plumbing didn't miss a beat and came out the very next morning (a Saturday no less) and got the work done.

Was recommended these guys and was really happy with their work. They arrived promptly, quoted me a fair price and completed the work in no time at all. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone that needs a good plumbing service.

Max came down on a short notice this new year's eve as I had a bad clog upstairs in two bathrooms.  He had given me a reasonable quote and he stuck to his word when he was finished with the job.  He was reasonable being that it's new year's eve.  Max was reliable, efficient, and down to earth.  We had placed other calls and it made us feel that we would be in for a real surprise for a typical clog job.  Good thing we decided on Max!

Alberto was readily available to fix my water heater, and two days later repaired my toilet (no labor charge) for cost of one part only (although I needed additional parts).  He is friendly and affable and works quickly.

That name says it all. Just had a great experience with them. Gave me a quote, showed up same day, executed quickly and smoothly AND gave me some advice on other challenges I'm having related to my sprinkler system; and, for good measure -- suggested a submeter which will save me some money in the long run. Chris was friendly and courteous. AND -- their bid was almost 10% cheaper than two others. Really pleased.

I called several plumbing places and Hermes gave the best price. Even though its the holiday season they were the only ones that could squeeze us in to instal a new water heater. Also, although they didn't have any specials or coupons mentioned, as soon as I brought up 911 Plumbings offer they matched them immediately. Overall great impression the guy we spoke to , Mike I think, was very courteous and knowledgable. Im going to have a new water heater  before the holidays and at a great price! Thanks Mike

We had thunderstorms here in LA and many of the streets were flooded due to backed up street drains.  Well, my sewer main got plugged when the cleaning lady accidentally flushed a terry cloth towel.  I called Rapid Action Rooter - they were honest and told me they were really busy - helping the county unplug street sewers.  20 minutes later they texted me and told me to call someone else as they couldn't guarantee getting to it today.

Honesty is trait I value in contractors: 5 stars

Rocket Plumbing did a great job both for me individually and for my building. Sam was fantastic and did skillful and efficient work replacing my worn-out garbage disposal and defective faucet cartridge. My building also had a significant pipe blockage on our garage level and Rocket Plumbing was able to get it cleared expeditiously. They will definitely be our first call in the future.

We have used this company a few times now. We had some issues with our water heater and had to eventually replace it. Anytime we called , they came that day or the next morning. So amazing. The last thing we want is to wait forever for a company to Come out and fix a problem. I will definitely continue to use this company. Prices were very fair and they got us a new water heater fast. And they also took away the old one.

I woke up this morning and my toilet was clogged and took a long time to drain. I called many places this morning and they were all expensive starting at least 125$ + extra work materials when on site (my home) and i have to schedule an appointment for at least after two days. HOWEVER, I came across Flood Brothers and gave them a call and they said they would accommodate the same day. I received a call from Giulio and said he would be there in 25 mins. He showed up on time, very cool respectful , and helpful,  Giulio inspected my bathroom located the problem and solved it. Very clean no mess. Hands down best prices and service. There is no need to look up anybody else but flood brothers. Recommended!

Had a clogged drain.. it was an emergency.. I messaged Sals company via Yelp they responded with a number to call. My father called, they took our info and said a tech will be out within the hour. I forget the techs name who showed up 45mins later and fixed our drain in literally 15seconds. It was $98. We appreciate the work. Infinite Blessings to your company.

I was having one of those days. Taking care of our 5 month old alone, replacing a blown out tire and both sinks in the kitchen had backed up with that sulfur water. Called these guys and they saved the day. I got a call before they came saying they were five minutes away and sure enough five minutes later they were there. Vic and Ash were amazing! Professional, courteous, fast, even made the baby smile. There were no surprises either. I was quoted a price and that's what I paid. Connie is a true LIFESAVER. If I could give her ten stars I would. My toilet at my office had some serious issues, and she was there within just a few hours of me calling. I had to close my business because we didn't have a toilet, and she just out the gate understood my situation and got to it in record speed. She vetted the situation, then had her team there in no time and got the whole issue resolved. Her knowledge and professionalism and timely manner was truly next level. Not only was she there in a jiff, she charged us fairly. It's sometimes very intimidating when you have an issue that is completely out of your wheelhouse, and it made me feel so relieved that she was so transparent and cool about it all.
