I needed a shower valve replaced, and Jose was fantastic to work with from the get go. He came out quickly to take a look, gave me my options, and was easy to schedule and communicate with. On the day of, he and Alberto even had time to help a neighbour with their issue on short notice. Friendly, a pleasure to work with, and my shower's never been better.

Edwin Mejia was on time, quick to diagnose the issue and quick to solve my problem. I would certainly recommend him in the future and will certainly use him again for all my plumbing issues. I also appreciate how he kept me informed on what the issue was and how to problem solve so it does not happen in the future.

Had them come out to give an estimate on a new water heater. We had other quotes, some over $1000 more. Hands down the best price and reliable service. After all our estimates, this was the first time I didn't feel ripped off. Would definitely go back there for all future plumbing needs.

Brandon was a great help to me today. Kept in touch telling me exactly when he would arrive and was prompt and professional. Fixed my clogged kitchen sink pipe in a jiffy. Would definitely recommend.

Charlie is the best! Reasonable price, clean, efficient work, responds quickly to texts, he really knew what he was doing. He and his assistant put shoe coverings on to work in the house. Replaced my very old toilet, advised me what to buy when I asked for his expertise. Great attitude, no over sell. I recommend Charlie, professional and courteous, look no further!!

I called Saucedo Plumbing for problems with my pipe to the hot water heater. Alberto answered the call and within a few minutes, he had already arrived with his colleague. I had called other plumbing companies through Yelp that only allowed me to leave Voice Mail(VM). Alberto has an solution to avoid VM so you can speak to a live person.

Alberto provides very friendly service and easy to talk to. He gave me an estimate of the job and the job was done. I had taken a picture of the leak and uploaded the leaking pipe video to YouTube, so Alberto knew the problem before he came. Alberto had the replacement pipes in his truck for my hot water heater. Alberto did an excellent job, he finished so quickly, I barely had time to get my credit card. Now there is no leaking from the hot water pipe and everything is working GREAT!

I would definitely use Alberto(Saucedo Plumbing & Rooter) again for all my plumbing needs as my FIRST CHOICE!!

You absolutely want to call Darcy (the owner) at Ace Plumbing.  Searching through yelp can be a shot in the dark--but I was lucky today.
After finding a leaking drain pipe this afternoon, I tried to wrap my head around the potential cost of repairs. Considering the likelihood of water damage was ughhh... too much.
Enter Darcy. Responsive, well-informed, capable, professional. All of the things you need when things go awry.
Chris, the serviceman, arrived within the HOUR. His demeanor and demonstration of knowledge was so pleasant that we expanded the job. Like, what else can he do while he's here?

I called Miguel at evening for a clog in our kitchen sink. He stopped by 2 hours later and fixed the problem quickly. He was knowledgable and professional, and I am happy with his work.

Victor and his team came back to my property a year and a half after completing our liner job to look into a back up issue my neighbor was having. He ended up fixing the problem that had nothing to do with his work for me. After finishing he came by to check in with me and let me know the work was done. He is a businessman that stands by his work!

They've been to my house multiple times after I moved into a new home, and they have been super helpful fixing everything that wasn't quite working after the previous homeowners left the place without having maintenance in a while. They reply quickly and get the job done fast, at a reasonable rate. I met them through my home warranty!

Mandel is the man. In three weeks he's unfortunately already had to help me twice. Once was later in the evening with a toilet which wouldn't stop overflowing, and now with a kitchen sink that wasn't working! In both cases he took the time to see what he could do so I wouldn't have to throw away the kitchen sink! (So to speak..) he got both fixed and working in a matter of minutes. He also asked for pics in advance and tried to talk me through fixing them first if I could. He seems to really know what he's talking about, and is very customer service oriented. Thanks Mandel.

Jose from Rocket Plumbing is amazing! After discovering a leak under our new house late in the afternoon before moving day, we needed help ASAP.  Rocket Plumbing was able to fit us in first thing the following morning.  Jose showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, worked on a repair and got us back up and running.  We will always use Rocket Plumbing in the future.

Had a great experience with New Generation Plumbing. I was pleasantly greeted by a real person to make my appointment. My appointment was booked for the next day. This morning I was called with an update on the status of the plumbing technicians and then they arrived exactly when I was told they would. I worked with Martín and Charlie who were both VERY nice and helpful. They worked swiftly and completed my job with ease. I will be calling this company again for any future plumbing needs.

Long overdue review, but Zorro is awesome. He actually answers the phone, is very communicative, on-time, professional, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently. He first helped me with installing a gas valve for my dryer, and on another occasion with a dislodged pipe and clogged kitchen sink. He also took a look at my tankless water heater and said it was really old and should be replaced...judging from the loud noises it makes when it is on, he is spot on and I will certainly be looking to him to replace the water heater when the time comes.

Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

My house keeper discovered a leak under the sink while I was at work. The plumber I usually call was busy. Then I called 911 Plumbing and Greg and Mike met me at the house an hour later. Really nice guys! They discovered that the leak was from a water filtration system connector. They went and got the part and I was back at work in hour later. Thanks Greg and Mike!

Also, a month before, I had used 911 Plumbing at a rental unit I own. It was a Sunday and the plumber I usually call doesn't work weekends. I searched Yelp and saw the great reviews.
Vic ( also a really nice guy!) came out and fixed the garbage disposal.

Needless to say I may not be calling my old plumber back!

Connie is the LeBron James of plumbing. So communicative and comprehensive, so nice, so enthusiastic, with a work ethic and charisma that would make Dwayne The Rock Johnson blush. She's in, she fixes the problem, she conveys exactly what the problem was and what the solution is, then she's gone with the wind (until next time). 10/10 recommend, will return.
