Got a call that our buildings water heater was leaking.. as the treasurer of our HOA, the responsibility fell on me to find a plumber and get everything squared away.

I called Real Plumbers Inc and Jose answered and said he could be here in 20 minutes.  True to his word, 20 minutes later Jose was here and within 10 minutes of that had identified the problem.  Luckily it was not the water heater, but a pipe leading FROM it.   He patched it immediately so I was able to turn the water back on and we made an appointment to complete the repair in the next couple of days.

Had an issue on a Sunday afternoon with my bathtub, water starting to flow in from the drain (yikes!). Put out a request for quotes here on Yelp, got a response from Saucedo Plumbing within 15 minutes.

They gave me a quote, but told me it'd be 3x cheaper to wait one day until Monday. So I scheduled them for 7 am Monday, they showed up right on time, fixed the problem in 15 minutes, I wrote up a check and boom, all done! Fast service, really nice guys.

What wonderful service. Chris came in the time window he said he would. He handled both the kitchen and the bathroom sinks. He was able to explain what was going on so that I felt informed. When certain parts were needed, he quickly went out and came back to fix it. He was even able to explain an issue with the dishwasher that I had wondered about for a long time. He was even able to get at a problem that wasn't originally done right, while still using the major existing parts and system. An issue that was worse than I had thought was quickly fixed. I cannot thank you enough!

Victor has come out twice for 2 different reasons during the COVID lockdown. He has been masked, gloved and wearing shoe covers which I truly appreciate. Hermes Plumbing came to save the day again.  I used my Fidelity Home Warranty and always ask for them. They never make me feel bad I went through the warranty service. Mike took my call so early, before 8 am, and came out within just a few hours to unclog my master bathroom toilet plus sink. They've done our first floor bathroom, including improving the set up for a better flush, kitchen sink, and garbage disposal. They are so nice, respectful, experienced, and efficient. They are truly my heroes. Thank you!!!

I would definitely use this company again. I called them to make an appointment to look at my shower head and sink and they responded within 5-10 mins. Mandel was very nice and came early to fix the problem.

There is this loud hammer noise in my bathroom wall every time the sink in the kitchen was turned on. I tried installing water hammer arrestors but they didn't help. I finally decided to call a plumber for an estimate to see what needs to be done and hopefully the cost won't be too much. I scheduled multiple appointments but New Generation Plumbing was the quickest one to offer assistance.  From start to finish I couldn't be happier with the service. The owner Jake was really responsive and I was able to schedule a free estimate same day. I was lucky that someone was nearby and was able to come within 30 mins. Jesse and Carlos came out within half an hour from the time I scheduled the appointment. They were very professional and neat. They figured out what the problem was and was able to do a quick fix at no charge since it was an estimate. They didn't try to upsell me and explained how the water hammer arrestors I installed were not necessary. I very much appreciated their honesty. I would recommend this company and will call them for future service. Thank you Jesse and Carlos!

The Yelp reviews were correct. I messaged them for getting a quote for a new water heater. Zorro called me within a few hours and he was able to fit me in the afternoon. On initial request his first available was Saturday, but I couldn't imagine going without hot water and showering at the gym all week.  I appreciate that he was able to squeeze me in. He said he would send 2 guys out to take out and replace the water heater. The installers were very professional and were done within 2 hours. Very reasonably priced and I'll definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs.  One thing that was fantastic was that he was able to quote the price over text by me sending pictures of where the water heater was installed and what the water heater looked like.

Junior was very helpful, thorough and communicative. He made sure that I felt taken care of as a client, and my plumbing issues were fixed right away. Highly recommend working with him.

Thomas came to fix our kitchen sink clog , he went all the way down the house to make sure all the pipes are in good state before he ran the snake setup . He is very professional and explained all the details and recommended which ones to change . We recommend their devices and they are available on a weekend

Called to make an appointment for a toilet issue.  The operator said she would ask the technicians and call me back.  I never received a call back.

***I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star since I received a call the next day.  Greg offered to rectify the issue of not calling me back and apologized for wasting my time.  

Two guys came out the next morning as promised.  My original wobbly toilet issue has been fixed and everything is working now.  Great job on correcting a simple issue.

I was having a growing number of problems with drain back ups at one of my apartment buildings. I did my research and met with a few plumbing contractors who specialize in drain problems. I finally reached out to American Drain Works and talked to Connie. We met the next day. Connie is very professional and knows what she's talking about because she has been in the business for a long time. She ran a camera and showed me the drain and all the problems I had. She also crawled under the building and gave an assessment of the drain connections and drops from the apartments. She even sent me pictures form the city to show my connection to the city main, which looked great. She told me the good and the bad, and summed up what I needed. She gave me options about what needed to be done now, and what I would need to do later. None of the other plumbers went to the extent and thorough inspection that Connie did. I was impressed. I got it all done quickly for a great price and now I don't have to deal with it for at least 10 years because of her awesome warranty. Thank you Connie!!
