We needed to get a hookup for a washer and dryer pair (h&c water, drain, gas line) and had these guys do the job for us. They were very fairly priced, got back to us quickly, and were very friendly and easy to interact with. They showed up on time, and got the job done professionally without cutting corners anywhere. Our washer and dryer are hooked up now and everything works great.

I would recommend these guys to anyone who has plumbing needs!

I have hired Jose to find a leak in my house in Santa Monica. The contractor came out and found a leak. However, he couldn't tell me where it is so I had to schedule a second visit. After I ask about a quote on the leak so that I can submit it to my home warranty, Jose said he doesn't want to take the job anymore because of the way my voice sounded... I had to pay for the leak detection fee regardless. He initially told me that he can apply the leak detection fee to the repair cost, but since he doesn't want to take the job, there's no way to do that. In the end I'll have to find another plumber and pay them again to come out. It's a waste of my time and money.

Plumber to the rescue is the best plumber on the westside. Quick, efficient, professional, and responsive. Warren and Josh run an amazing company and hire  great people. One of those great hires is George. He did a great job on my wax seal. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Great service!  I had an emergency because the main drain was clogged and water was backing up and began flooding the downstairs bathroom...I tried using a rented 100ft snake from Home Depot but couldn't reach the clog area.  I called A-1 and Max came over within an hour (amazingly fast)!  He spent about an hour using his 150ft snake and cleared everything out!!  He also came over the next morning to fix a nuisance leak...Don't take his service for granted - bookmark his number on your phone!!

Had a horrible leak in bathroom. Called Charlie and as with previous plumbing emergeny, he responded immediately. Luis was at my door in a couple hours ready to handle the situation. My connector and valve were replaced without any inconvenience to me. I must say that Luis was very professional and was happy to know that he also corrected a job that was done shoddy before. Professional, clean work and affordable. Thanks to Luis for an excellent job.

Very flakey,I spoke to him to come and install a toilet,he gave the estimate and supose to check his agenda but never got back to me, call him many times and no respoce, waisted 2 days waiting, I called Carrera's plumbin and Paxton came right away and did a great job

This is the second time I used Ace Plumbing, and I was 100% happy with them both times. Darcy in the office, and Chris the plumber, are both friendly and efficient. Darcy provided me with updates on Chris's ETA, and Chris's arrival was well within the two hour window originally stated. Chris explained everything he was doing and was finished quickly, leaving a clean jobsite. He also did something I have found many people do not do, which is bring the water back on gradually to avoid pressurizing the pipes too quickly. I highly recommend Ace Plumbing for their reliability and professionalism.

Based on these reviews, I called Victor's Rooter to deal with a stopped sewer line.  They answered my call promptly, came right on time, and fixed the problem quickly for a fair price.  Courteous, great communication, as good as it gets.  Highly recommended!

Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

If we could give Vic at 911 plumbing 10 stars we would! What a fantastic job he did dealing with the issue at hand. The lady on the phone was very friendly and helpful and within 1 hour Vic arrived! He resolved the issue and went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty even helping with some kitchen cleanup of the mess! This is the second time we've used 911 plumbing and both times they we're prompt, friendly and professional. We called the smell good people first and they didn't even answer the phone after on hold for 5 minutes! Beyond impressed with this company!

I've now used American Drain Works twice. Both times they were extremely professional and easy to work with. The team at HQ handles your requests with white glove treatment. The team that comes out to your house is always very punctual, communicative and knowledgeable. This past time we have Lalo come out to replace a shower cartridge and he did a wonderful job!!!
