George did a great job. We needed a new Water Heater and they removed the old one , took it away and was back quickly with the new one to replace all in a few hours . They were  cordial , friendly and professional and answered all of our questions.
 We're also happy to find them to be so close to where we live  .That helps .
We'll definitely call back for any services in the future .

Jose at Real Plumbers is a 5 star GEM!  Covid safe, super skilled, and a really nice person.  Oh yeah, he did a fantastic repair on our old shower valves and a couple of problem toilets.  He also took the time to explain the nature of the repairs, and was a complete professional.  I'm really impressed and will use them exclusively from now on.  Very reasonable prices for the scale of work that was done.  If you want to support a local tradesman look no further.  I'll be using Jose for all my plumbing issues and recommending him to everyone I know.  Thanks!!!

This is a very belated review of service I received in May 2021. My tankless water heater stopped working and one of the representatives from Plumber 2 The Rescue came out for the repair job. I believe it was the owner, if my memory serves me correctly. Nevertheless, the repair that I received did not fix the tankless and I paid a fee for the service call and flush.  I later found out from a call to the manufacturer that the tankless simply needed to be reset. Naturally, I was disappointed having paid for the repair call after learning of the quick fix. I called and spoke to the receptionist who relayed my concern.  I was very grateful to receive a refund of the monies paid for the service call.  I wanted to write this review because it is very rare to find a business that stands behind their work and delivers this level of customer service. Though I would have preferred to know my options and for further investigation to be done, I appreciated the way in which this issue was resolved and that it was done in a timely and professional manner.

Today was the first time in a year I didn't wait by my washing machine during the drain cycle. I actually forgot to listen to it draining. Three times this year between January and September I called a local plumber to fix the back-up in my drain. Three times it was fixed but the fix didn't last longer than 4 months. That is why I waited to write my critique of Max and A-1 Rooter and Plumbing. I wanted to know that the fix actually lasted.

My drain system usually waits for a weekend, holiday or both to back up. So when it backed up on a Saturday in September, I called the local plumber. Fortunately, he was unavailable. Why, fortunately? Because I could not wait for the local plumber and started looking through Yelp for another plumber and found Max. He was able to come out immediately and I told him what the other plumber did. I was taken aback when he did something different. He looked around the properity, located  the sewer drain, opened it up and found about two feet of tree roots from a tree that no longer existed.

I am so happy. The drain is fixed and it cost less than even one visit from the former plumber.

Our bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off and we didn't know what to do and couldn't turn off the water for our whole building. Jerry was able to locate a faucet that would work just by a photo we sent and be at our apt to fix it within an hour. So thankful otherwise the water would have had to run all night long! He was very nice, professional, informative, and fixed the problem so quickly. Will definitely be calling Jerry for future plumbing issues for sure!

Fast and efficient service! Lulu was great in communicating pricing and Ramon the technician did a great job clearing out our clogged drain and explaining what needed to be done. Highly recommended! Thank you guys.

Saucedo plumbing helped us out of many a jam. When our water tank burst abruptly and flooded the kitchen- they showed up the next morning to fix it on the fly. They have changed our faucets, unclogged our drains and repaired our toilet. Overall, they were competent and reliable.

The vintage drain on our bathroom basin finally gave out and I gave a call to Ace.  Warren was ringing our doorbell less than two hours later, assessed the situation and went straight to work.  He was fast and efficient and everything he needed was in his truck.

I would definitely recommend Ace for your plumbing needs.  Darcy was great too--personable and knowledgeable.

I can't thank Victor enough.  Our toilet was terribly backed up. I used Victor once before for a major sewer project and never had a problem with it since so I naturally called Victor.  Even though there is a pandemic, he texted me back within minutes to arrange a mutually convenient time. He showed up promptly wearing PPE, which is respectful and considerate during this time. Then he fixed the problem with his state of the art equipment and then double checked the plug by checking some drain thing in the yard.  He is professional, kind and considerate.  Then he refused to charge me.  I wish I could hire him for everything.  So grateful.

This is our second time using Hermes for our plumbing services (for different issues) and we are once again very impressed and thankful for their help!

Within 10 minutes of reaching out for an estimate on a leaky sink/broken garbage disposal, I had a price and an appointment within the hour.

The guys showed up on time, put on boot covers, and had on masks. They immediately found the issue and stuck to their quote, wrapping up work within 30 minutes.

My 3 year old son (who is obsessed with tools) was super interested in their work and equipment, and the guys were so kind to talk with him about what they were doing and even let him hold an L wrench :)

While we obviously don't love plumbing issues, we are grateful to have found Hermes and will definitely be using their services again and again when we have an issue.

Recently had a very good experience with Rocket Plumbing!  Fair, honest and competent - a hard combination to find these days.  Mine were minor fixes but Sam was fast and efficient.  I would highly recommend and will be calling them next time we are in need.

Called them, 30 minutes later they were here!!! Amazing fast and professional!! Definitely our go to plumbers!!!!

Great service. Really quick and inexpensive. I contacted the owner to snake the bathroom sink in my apartment. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Everything worked out perfectly!

Found them on Yelp. Great reviews. I agree. Very responsive. Great work. Fixed a whole bunch of little things after he did the major work. For the major job they had the right tools and were able to fix a difficult problem.

We called another competitor to have a faucet in our bathroom installed and they tried to charge us $875 so we called Sals Plumbing and Fernando came out. Fernando charged us $350 and did an excellent job, was so courteous, cleaned up and was very friendly. We highly recommend him. Sals Plumbing is our new plumbing company

Called them in to fix a leak that was coming from my bathtub drain, leaking into the unit below. They were available quickly and in a time that worked for my tenants and people below. Arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and gave me a clear estimate on cost to fix. Able to come back quickly for follow up appointment with parts and do the job. I'll be calling 911 Plumbing again. Thanks!

Think twice before calling them! I had a sewer line clogged, so I called them. They came out and opened up the sewer line and sludge went all over the floor of my garage! They then called a Toxic Waste Company to clean up the mess....that bill ended up being $5,500 and I am dealing with insurance to recover that cost.

They then told me after snaking the sewer line that I needed to replace the pipes and advised me not to do laundry or run the dishwasher until I replaced them. The estimate was $5,000 for black Plastic pipes (I think they are called ABS pipes).

Here's what I found out since then:
* They should NEVER have opened the pipe like that...they should have had a barrel underneath, so that sewage would not go all over my floor.
* The next day I had someone run a video camera in the pipes ($300) and they told me my pipes were fine (the clog caused the problem and once it was cleared the pipes were fine).
* The black plastic pipes they quoted me are NOT up to code and would not pass inspection and are a fire hazard!
* A neighbor got an estimate for the same plastic pipes for $1,200 not $5,000 (but remember, they are not up to code and a lot of local plumbers won't tell you that as my neighbor and I found out ... ps... we have the same type of condo unit, so quote is comparable).

So, you decide. Maybe they are OK to use for simple clogs or drips...but I had no idea this was going to turn into such an expensive disaster when I had problems with my toilet.
