Our garbage disposal was leaking. I called 4 top rated plumbers from Yelp, and got voice mails or answering services from everyone except George from Rishon.

George diagnosed (some plumbers won't diagnose the issue over the phone) the issue quickly and made an appointment the very next morning. His quote was one of the lowest. He requested pictures of our current disposal and set up.

They arrived on time with a new disposal and finished the job within 30 minutes. They were extremely quick, efficient, professional and friendly.

I have experienced a whole house remodel and have had to use many different services. There aren't a lot of companies that I could highly recommend, but Rishon is one of them. Without a doubt, I would definitely use their services again.

I requested a quote for water heater maintenance on Yelp and got a response from Jose right away. At first I was scheduled for the following day, but Freddy was finishing a job in my area so he was able to come to my house the same day. I found both Jose and Freddy to be friendly and easy to communicate with. My project was not very complicated -- just a regular flush of the system -- but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a different project.

Thank you, Yelpers, for helping me make the decision to use a plumbing co. I'd never heard of -- it was a quality decision! I live in a 100-yr. old house with very convoluted plumbing. James arrived within 30 minutes of the call and spent 6 hours locating then replacing a cracked sewer pipe. My husband and I were amazed at the low price for the amount of effort. I've had lots of experience using high-end plumbing co.'s and know that had I gone that route I'd still be waiting for the service, and they'd charge 4x's the price.

My bathroom was flooded with an inch of water. Max replaced both hot and cold angle stops in my bathroom with higher quality ones- nice. He is friendly, honest and fair. He did not make a mess and gave me some pointers on drying out the blistered wall from the water leak. I told him I have anxiety about future water leaks while I'm away for long hours at work and he advised me to simply turn off the main water supply to the house...and thought to myself why didn't I think of that? I would recommend him.

Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

We were getting a new washer/dryer delivered and they said our valves were frozen. We called Rockstar Plumbing that morning and Shawn was there in the afternoon. Shawn came out and confirmed that all was good. He was super helpful and nice in the process. Appreciate the help here!

I hired Miguel to fix the mess that another plumber made when trying to install and connect a gas line for a fire pit. He was quick to respond and was very professional throughout the project. Victor was a God send.  I would give him 10/5 stars if I could.  Not only does he provide professional and competent plumbing service, but Victor is genuinely a good human being with a sincere desire to help others.  After I waited several days for another plumbing company through my home warranty to fix a jammed garbage disposal, I called multiple plumbing companies out of desperation, but looked no further after finding Victor's Rooter and Plumbing.  After hearing my story, Victor was kind enough to help me fix my garbage disposal by walking me through the steps using FaceTime.  It is such a rarity to find people like Victor who are the real deal when it comes to actually caring about customers.  

I am exclusively using only this service in the future and recommending Victor to all my close friends and family who have any plumbing needs. Very professional crew! I found Hermes Plumbing and Rooting on a weekend; and they managed to come out same day and fix the plumbing leak I was having with my toilet. They came right on time, and practicing all COVID-19 guidelines(booties and all), and made sure that they had solved all of my plumbing needs before they left. It's nice to see honest plumbers still out there, will definitely use them again!

This company did an excellent job & we highly recommended! We are having problems  to our bathroom,sink &  to washer room.
Mandel is the man! He responded in less than 5 minutes, I talk to him tell him about the problem & following day he come out & fix our problem..If we have a problem again we definitely call him again..

Jake arrived 10 minutes early, talked me through the job, then tackled the brave task of wedging into the crawlspace under my house to inspect my 60 year-old pipes for corrosion. He shared the pix he took, snaked the tub drain twice, and warned me about the second round being possibly too much for their age and condition. I'm grateful that he took his time to educate me. Now I can plan ahead for the big necessary job of switching out the pipes that need updating, on a non-emergency timeframe.

Great and efficient service.  Zorro was very responsive and answered all questions.  Job was extremely clean.  Highly recommended.

So this was nice to have happen, the last review pretty much explained why I left a 1 star review. And like I said in that review I was severely taken back by the reply I got when I called about the clog coming back hours after the snaking and a person on the phone telling me I would need to 0ay again and with additional fees and so on  

Well while I was now, being the building manager, dealing with an annoyed tenant and a trying to CMB with the  building owner I got a call from (I think Jessy, a supervisor from what he said) that the person who told me that I would bee charged all over again and with additional fees was in the wrong with that followed with the Floor Brothers helping to get the drain going and me not having to have an upset tenant over the weekend.

With that I changed it to 3, I wish there was a way to go with 3.5.

Like I also said in the previous review I had used the flood brother 3 times before and everything worked out perfectly making the last one, that was not the best, the 4th.

I was very happy that I ended up getting the help and the flood brothers stood by their work.

Would I use them again, I think so.

Thomas was wonderful and so quick to respond when our kitchen sink was backed up late Saturday afternoon -- just two days before we had to move! I have used 911 plumbing a few times now. I've had them replace my water heater and fix leaky toilets. Today, I had them come out to investigate a potential leak in an underground pipe in front of the house. Vic and Henry were really great. They investigated the situation, explained to me what they were doing at each step of the way, and determined that there was no cause for concern. They were fast, polite, and professional. What I really love about 911 is that everyone at the company has been friendly, upfront, and honest, with a no-nonsense approach. You get a service window for the appointment and then a call 30 minutes before the guys show up. They email you pictures of the work they've done with the invoice. I so impressed by the professionalism of the company. I can't say enough good things about them. :-)

Connie and her team are great!! We had a plumbing leak from the ceiling which was worsening by the day. Connie came out the same day to assess it when we called her. Lalo and his fellow technician did a wonderful job fixing the leak. They also fixed a couple smaller items around the home that we had been procrastinating on. Prices were very reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results. Would definitely recommend this team to anyone in need of plumbing services!
