First time using Rishon Plumbing. Got a quote for replacing our water heater. They came in, removed the old and installed the new water heater. Quick, polite and very professional. Service is top notch.

We called late in the day as that's when we realized we needed the drain snaked, and were able to get a next day morning appointment.  George was knowledgable, pleasant, prrofessional, and efficient.  We needed the main line snaked and the clog was quite far in from the main clean out.  He also gave an opinion on two other minor issues and suggestions how to fix them.  We will be using Plumber 2 The Rescue from now on!

Spoke to receptionist took ALL my info gave me a quote of $75 when I made clear I needed an emergency service. The plumber calls me and tells me that just to come it's $275 and that just the emergency, no service. I knew it would be more but they should have well informed receptionists to provide this insight prior to getting the call from the Plummer himself and having taken my credit card information.

Mike and Bill just came out to my place on Thanksgiving Day within a couple hour window of me calling them and they were both super friendly, over the top kind and honestly can't say enough great things about this company, Flood Brothers Plumbing Los Angeles.

We had two toilets and two showers backed up. Charlie came right out and figured out what needed to be done. He was excellent! I had never used him before but will use him again! Great service and reasonable. Highly recommend him!!

Water heater gave up the ghost and after spending too long trying to find anyone (apparently, finding service on the west side in an emergency means waiting three days minimum), Alberto came up clutch and did a swift turnaround on my dead unit. You have to give props to someone that shows up when they're feeling sick and still does solid, clean, friendly, AND reasonably-priced work for you. Saucedo Plumbing and Rooter for the win!

Chris at Ace Plumbing provides top notch service.  It can be really difficult to find a good plumber and I finally found Chris at Ace.  He can solve any problem and his prices are very reasonable.  It's nice to be able to call someone and know that you can trust them with your plumbing issues.  

Also, Darcy in the front office provides excellent customer service.  She always works with your schedule to find the best time for service.

We have used Rockstar Plumbing twice already.  Once in our optometry office and once for a rental unit in East LA.  They are very professional and knowledgable.  They are fast and they know what they are doing.  In East LA, I had a sewer smell in the unit for the past 4 years and no other plumber were able to find out where the smell is coming from.  He diagnosed it in 5 minutes and he fixed it for me.  Matt is very smart.  I will definitely recommend him for any plumbing job.  Thank you Matt.  You are awsome.

We had a sink stop up that, despite our best efforts, couldn't be solved alone. So...I found Miguel via yelp and relied on the other great reviews on here. He, unlike everyone else we called, came out with no upfront service charge, on a Saturday evening and fixed our clogged pipes for a very reasonable cost. We are keeping his contact info on file and definitely plan to make him our go-to guy. Highly recommend.

True to their name, super fast service.  Also, honest, thorough, and reasonably priced.

Chris was the first to call back on my requests for quotes.  He showed up the same day to inspect a non-operational sump pump in my backyard.  It was six years old, so I figured it needed replacing and told him so, but he did his due diligence, sucked out all of the murky water from the well, checked valves and floats, found the wiring and inspected the power source, etc., to make sure he couldn't salvage the pump.  In the end, the pump did need to be replaced, but he had a new one in his van and was able to remove the old pump, fish the wiring through the well and solvent weld the new pump, and have everything ready to go all in the same day.  All for a price that was on par with the national average for a job like this.

I also bugged him with random unrelated questions on other plumbing jobs around the house, and he gamely gave me very well-informed answers and practical solutions without trying to sell me anything else.

I had a toilet with a cracked tank and wanted it replaced ASAP.  I contacted them (and several other companies) Wednesday night around 8:50pm via Yelp messages.  New Generation replied very quickly and immediately with a quote for the services (toilet pick-up from Home Depot, and then installation).  I didn't confirm immediately as I was checking with other companies as well.  I responded about 15 min later, but didn't get any more replies that night, which is understandable given the hour.  In the morning, at 8am, I replied again to get the conversation going.  They took my phone number through Yelp messages and someone called me about 20 min later.  At first, the person was unsure about the store pick-up as she said they don't usually do that, but I told her that I was given a specific quote (a fee just for the pick-up) and she immediately said that they'd honor that, then.  She scheduled me for an 11am-1pm service window.

I was happy to see that Martin and Charlie arrived at my door at 11:05am!  (I wanted to get this done early as we had plans later in the afternoon and I didn't want to get caught at home.)  They made very quick work of removing our old toilet and taking it out of the house.  Then, they brought in the new toilet and proceeded to get it all set up.

They were in and out in less than 2 hours.  I had considered trying to do this myself, but I'm glad I didn't try.  Toilets are heavy and it would have taken me a lot longer to figure out how to do everything.

I contacted Z&H for water heater service specifically because of all the great, recent reviews here on Yelp. Believe them. Within half an hour of requesting a quote, I had been contacted and had (after texting a couple photos) a preliminary diagnosis and an estimate, both of which turned out to be accurate. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and Zorro was on time, thorough, and quick. He even spotted a couple of errors made by the person who had installed the unit and fixed those at no additional cost. I will definitely call Z&H again when a plumbing or water heater issue arises.

A+++, 10 outta 10, would highly recommend Flood Brothers and their entire team!! Brendan promptly came out to fix a kitchen sink that was backed up after my grandmother had accidentally poured solidified soup and pot roast down the drain. Brendan communicated well and was transparent throughout the process. He did a great job so quickly! He was incredibly personable and professional. Will be using and recommending Flood Bro's in the future for any and all plumbing needs.

Made an appointment and the person did not show up on time. As with many, weekday appointments require coordination with in-office work schedule. Incredibly disrespectful of a customer's time. Would give a 0 star if possible.

I was having a growing number of problems with drain back ups at one of my apartment buildings. I did my research and met with a few plumbing contractors who specialize in drain problems. I finally reached out to American Drain Works and talked to Connie. We met the next day. Connie is very professional and knows what she's talking about because she has been in the business for a long time. She ran a camera and showed me the drain and all the problems I had. She also crawled under the building and gave an assessment of the drain connections and drops from the apartments. She even sent me pictures form the city to show my connection to the city main, which looked great. She told me the good and the bad, and summed up what I needed. She gave me options about what needed to be done now, and what I would need to do later. None of the other plumbers went to the extent and thorough inspection that Connie did. I was impressed. I got it all done quickly for a great price and now I don't have to deal with it for at least 10 years because of her awesome warranty. Thank you Connie!!
