Rishon plumbing was fantastic.  Super fast and responsive, very reasonable rates with no up-sell, and even helped out with a faucet that was not part of the call. I interviewed a lot of plumbing companies, and really liked all of them, but glad I chose Rishon.  They gave me the straight scoop and did not try to upsell me on additional repairs. They stuck with their quote, showed up on time, and are very polite and genuine.

Jose beat the the best price by $900. He did an outstanding job. If you are looking for a quality plumber this is the guy.

The reviews don't lie!  Called around 3 o'clock with a request to fix my toilet which decided to start flooding for no reason. Talked to Warren, who assured me they would send someone as soon as they could.  1 1/2 hrs later, Eddie showed up to save the day. He couldn't have been more pleasant & helpful. Service was quick & affordable. Will definitely trust them for all my plumbing needs!

I would give this 0 stars if I could but unfortunately I do not have that option. This guy came to look at my sink and to unclog the shower drain. He did the shower drain, but did absolutely nothing for my sink. In fact, the sink was worse after he looked at it. Now it is leaking, the sink strainer washers are completely shot, as well as the nut. I have to get a new tail pipe. I probably can just do this myself watching YouTube videos and save myself a whole lot of money!

I reached out to Flood Brothers on the Friday before Memorial Day.  Had a leaking toilet overnight.  I couldn't locate the issue and needed help asap before my floors got ruined.  The guy on the phone scheduled me for a same day appointment and kept me updated via email when the time changed.  I love the automated systems they have to confirm appointment stuff.  Very efficient and kept me informed!

Mike and Jerry arrived and investigated my issue.  They quickly found out that there was a loose bolt/seal where the tank attached to the base of the toilet (it was improperly installed).  They tightened everything up and adjusted the bouy as well.  I tried to pay them but they wouldn't accept!!  They said it was such an easy job (~15 mins) and it was my first time using them that they just wanted to create happy repeat customers.  

Well they sure did create a happy customer.  I highly recommend them and Flood Brother's is now my go to call for any plumbing issues in the future.

I needed a reliable plumber who services the Culver City area to help replace a shower cartridge and faucet for a rental unit. I reached out to Saucedo Plumbing and connected with Alberto who was prompt in returning my messages and was available to take care of the problem right awa. He said via text that he would be on site at 8am and guess what....he was! I was very pleased that he was on time. He took care of the problem and provided valuable feedback. Needless to say he provided excellent, prompt service, and going forward, I will be using his company.

Chris and Randy are very knowledgeable and did a great job installing our kitchen sink faucet. In addition, they fixed a longstanding shower problem that we had that many other plumbers didn't know what to do with. Their prices are also very reasonable. Would definitely hire again for any plumbing problem.

My mother-in-law had a leak in her bathroom that was seeping into the bedroom. Victor arrived the day I called, when he said he would, he accurately diagnosed the root cause, and he fixed it. He called me when he was there and spent a good amount of time with me on the phone addressing all my questions--and I ask a lot of questions. It's rare to find people to do even the basics in SoCal when it comes to good customer service, but Victor is someone who clearly takes pride in his company, doing the best job, and making sure the customer is happy at the end of it.

They've been to my house multiple times after I moved into a new home, and they have been super helpful fixing everything that wasn't quite working after the previous homeowners left the place without having maintenance in a while. They reply quickly and get the job done fast, at a reasonable rate. I met them through my home warranty!

Another 5 stars for Mandel - luckily I haven't needed his services for almost a year! I had a leaky kitchen sink and a garbage disposal that was stuck. He came quickly and didn't mind that I added on a faucet replacement to the job. Super reliable and no nonsense!

I will not be using Rocket plumbing again and I caution other people to just dive in with them before getting everything straight.

2 stars for being able to diagnose a problem and quick response.  I worked with a plumber named Chris.  He was courteous but I was not very appreciative of the he handled business.  Pricing changed at least 4 times in the process because he just had to keep adding things on and at the very end, he stripped the shower handle. He then mentioned that it's old and that he could go buy one and install it and charge me for it.  What about the handle he removed 2 times and it was still fine until the very last isntall?  What about how he got sick of trying to fix it and just told me it is done so he could collect a check?  Good thing I checked his work before he left. The handle was not even secured and with 1 touch it would fall off. He then looked irritated when I called him out on his mistake and fiddled a bit and said sorry he couldn't do anything.  Oh at the cartidge costs another $25....so that $25 coupon on our website? yeah it basically is false because we can arbitrarily raise the price on actual hardware after you already signed a contract with us.  Perhaps it was a coincidence, but between trying to slither away after ruining the shower handle without telling me, and then cancelling out the coupon by showing up telling me that the price changed after i spoke with you 3 times that day on the phone made me feel like I should warn people.

Again, constant price changes, fix one problem while creating another, and lying about what occurred.  And lastly, when I complained, he had the gall to say I should have quoted you $20-40 more for a cartridge replacement to begin with.

We needed to replace a leaking hose spigot, they were able to send out two technicians very quickly, and fixed it in a short time at a fair price, even though they had to come back separately to be able to turn off the water.

Z&H may be my new favorite plumber!  My water heater blew out yesterday morning on my rental property and I was in need of a plumber asap as my tenants did not have any hot water.  I contacted Z&H and spoke with Zorro who was able to quickly give me a quote over the phone and schedule my water heater replacement for the next morning!  His crew arrived on time and installed the new water heater in about an hour.  He texted me photos once the work was done and I was able to pay the invoice thru Venmo.  This made my life so much easier since I did not have to be onsite or put a credit card down.  Also, his quotes are reasonable and fair (I called 4 other plumbers prior and were all quoted a higher rate).  Thank you Zorro!!!

Plumbing emergency are two of the most dreaded words to every homeowner, and finding a good plumber is just as important as finding an honest auto mechanic.  I've used these guys for years for everything from busted pipes and water heater replacement to small things like snaking drains and installing a garbage disposal.  I can't recommend Gianni and Jerry enough.  Day or night I've always been able to rely on them when I'm in a jam- which with my luck always seems to be at night or on a weekend.  They are quick to respond, reasonably priced, and reliable.  What more can you ask for?

Thomas came out Easter Sunday and cleared the shower line.  Was prompt and did a great job as always.

I had a clogged toilet and sewage backing up in a shower and needed help ASAP.  I called 911 plumbing around 3 p.m. and Greg and Abel showed up about an hour later and took care of the problem.  They went beyond the expected when they offered to clean up the shower where there had been sewage.  I was very appreciative of their help.
