I would give this 0 stars if I could but unfortunately I do not have that option. This guy came to look at my sink and to unclog the shower drain. He did the shower drain, but did absolutely nothing for my sink. In fact, the sink was worse after he looked at it. Now it is leaking, the sink strainer washers are completely shot, as well as the nut. I have to get a new tail pipe. I probably can just do this myself watching YouTube videos and save myself a whole lot of money!

They responded pretty quickly to my request for a quote, were able to come the next day, Joseph came and fixed my sink in record time. Very professional and nice, I recommend without hesitation.

Charlie and his team are amazing! Super quick response, very honest and upfront about their prices and quotes. I called early Friday morning about a blockage and Charlie was able to come in 30 minutes and take care of my problem. After the camera was snaked through our drain we saw the roots that came through our pipe and Charlie and his team were able to fix the problem quickly, cleanly and professionally. I had a chronically backed-up bathroom sink and after trying to snake it myself, I decided to seek professional help.  I called the number listed in Yelp and Chris answered right away.  He said he was nearby and he got here in less than an hour.  He made quick work of the clog and cleaned up under the sink, too (something I'd been putting off.  A fair price and great service, you can't do better than that.

This is the first time that we've used Rockstar. They showed up on time wearing a mask and gloves and fixed our gas line issue in a professional manner for a reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We called Rapid Action Rooter on a Saturday with a semi emergency and Mandel came over right after he finished his other job. He was fantastic and fixed our blocked disposal in our kitchen sink that was backing up. He wore his mask and was super professional. He is a really great plumber and a genuinely a great guy who is passionate about his job. Great guy, great family owned business, you can't go wrong calling Rapid Action Rooter. I had a great overall experience with Rocket Plumbing.  They were friendly, very responsive and extremely knowledgeable.  

I called them about an issue with my toilet and they were at my house within the hour.  Once they arrived, they figured out the problem and explained it to me very clearly.  They gave me a few options about how to fix it and the cost that it would be to do each.  Once I decided, the job was done within 30 minutes.  Quick and easy!

I did NOT get the impression like I was being ripped off as I often do with services like this.  I felt only like they were completely honest and straightforward.  The serviceman even gave me a yelp coupon which saved me some money!

I will definitely be calling Rocket Plumbing again if I have any plumbing issues!  Thanks a ton!

This place was responsive and on time, but tried to charge $1200 for a leaky shower that someone else ended up fixing for $125... they didn't even look closely at what was going on and just quoted based on all the worst case scenarios. Not honest work. Definitely get a second opinion if the price seems high, there are more thorough plumbers out there.

We want to thank Zorro for his great customer service. Z&H was super easy to communicate with and was readily available (even on the weekend) for our water heater replacement. Our previous water heater had leaked and damaged the cabinet it was in, but Zorro went to a nearby hardware store and grabbed supports for the new system inclusive of the original estimate. We had a few follow-up questions that were instantly answered via text. Well done!

Honest, reasonable price, and good work. Guys came out to my house on time and got the job done quickly. When they realized it was a lot easier than I had described, they cut the quoted price in half. Both plumbers were professional, took the time to show me the water shut off on my new house, and lit my water heater free of charge. I will definitely call the Flood Brothers again when I need plumbing work done. Great business.

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.
