I had a very complicated outside drain stopped up during the rain.

Called My Plumbing Doctor and what a pleasant surprise to get such great communication and service.

Due to the storm in progress, scheduling took a little communication.  They make sure that I knew exactly what was going on so there was no waiting for someone not knowing if or when they were coming.  My Plumbing Doctor arrived exactly on schedule.

After rooting out the system without success, the young man (with hands that could get into places beyond believe and very strong) got on his hands and knees and with effort pulled a 9' long rope of roots out of the drain.  He explained what the problem was and recommended what I should do so it does not happen again.

After fixing my problem, he rooted out my neighbor's sewer without having to call and make a future appointment.  My neighbor said the cost was half what he had been paying another company.

I thought the price was very reasonable and was less than the original ball park indicated.

All I can say is I was blown away with the level of service I experienced with Brendan and a couple other team members at Flood Brothers. I would give way beyond 5 stars if I could. No one ever wishes to have to deal with a water leak in the home (or business, or anywhere) but when our tenant first discovered some water damage in our condo unit we immediately turned to Yelp in search of a plumbing company that could help us identify the source. I had to deal with this situation remotely so that was another factor. When I saw Flood Brothers' fantastic ratings and saw they also offer water mitigation/ dry-out services, I decided to give them a call to see what their availability was.

Given the nature of our water issue, they were able to send Brendan out within a few hours to visually inspect, with another person the following day to come cut into the drywall and conduct rigorous inspection to finally identify the root cause coming from the upstairs neighbor's HVAC. Brendan returned to the site to confirm then advised the tenants and upstairs unit how to stop the leakage until the unit could be fixed and they contained the area and set-up dry-out fans to eliminate the moisture.

Seems pretty standard but the reason I cannot sing enough praises is because of not just the efficiency but the level of communication and courtesy demonstrated by Brendan was beyond anything I've ever experienced for a situation like this. Brendan took it upon himself to play point between all the involved parties (myself, my tenant, and the upstairs neighbor) to ensure everyone was informed on the situation at all times. At one point, the upstairs had an HVAC company out and they had determined there was no issue with the system (even though there really was) and I was in communication with Brendan late into the night to ask more questions about what the leak could possibly be from and coordinating his return the next day to do more inspection/ troubleshooting on site. Brendan constantly made himself available to me and the building residents to answer questions and on multiple occasions re-routed his day so he could be on-site if needed. And he was always so friendly, informative and happy to help. Due to all the parties involved, there was even a delay in when we could have Brendan back to inspect post-dry out and he was nothing but accommodating.

I said it so many times throughout our ordeal - though I hope not to have to deal with this sort of thing for a long time to come, if and when I do, Brendan and the Flood Brothers will be my first call. Thank you team!

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

Victor and his team are amazing! I found them on yelp, they gave me the best quote of all the companies I contacted, they showed up the same day and on time. They were able to clear the line at my parents house which was no easy task since they have a crack in their pipe system. Victor is very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and hard working. Extremely happy with my service. Mike showed up right on time, knew what the problem was right away and repaired my broken drain valve on my water heater. Discovered a leak underneath my kitchen sink at 2am today. After calling & requesting quotes via Yelp around 9am 1 of the 1st to respond was Mandel. He was cordial and agreed he could come out this afternoon which was great!! Due to some contrusction on my block, he even parked his truck and walked the rest of the way to me. Once he checked the problem out he said okaaay all done! WoW! And to top it off he was honest enough to not charge me anything as my disposal wasn't screwed on tight enough. What a great plumber! Needless to say I will be using him again for my other work!! Thank you again Mandel!!!

Very happy with Rocket Plumbing!!! I called last week to get a quote for a few odd ball jobs I needed done and received a call back after a few hours. Sam came out the following day and gave me an estimate. We scheduled the install and repair jobs that Saturday and he showed up on time and did an amazing job.

In the past it's typically been a head ache dealing with unreliable or sub-par plummers- definitely not the case with Rocket Plumbing. Thanks again!!

Fernando and team came out at a moment's notice when LA Power & Water knocked on my door at 8 am and said I had a leak and my meter was running. He couldn't have been nicer and more helpful. I had a faulty water heater at one of the apartments I manage and they were able to fix it and get it up and running the same day, without having to replace the entire water heater. This is my first post, but the service that I just received from the receptionist alone was unacceptable. I've been without gas during this weather for over 24 hours due to the gas company shutting my gas off due to a gas leak that can't be located in my home at the moment. I called to request service and was told that there is no availability for the remainder of the day which is understandable. The unacceptable moment in the conversation occurred when the receptionist chuckled and said that she could send someone out next week sometime!!! I don't know when she heard the opportunity to be humorous, but our conversation came to an abrupt end because I was not in the mind frame to continue to be the punchline of her jokes. No thank you 911!!!

I can't say enough good stuff about this company, and I've never even hired them :)  I called American Drain Works a few days ago hoping I could get some advice on a plumbing job gone wrong.  I had been given a very high bill from another plumber on a job for which I never received an estimate at all prior to being billed.  Connie at ADW was astounding.  Even though I wasn't a customer, she literally stayed on the phone with me for over ten minutes going over in minute detail everything I needed to know to be an informed consumer. She helped me understand the invoice I had been given by the other company, and explained to me at length what each item meant and how much I should normally be charged. She put me at ease instantly and felt more like a long time family friend than a stranger I had just called. Even after we got off the phone she replied to several texts I sent, taking valuable time out of her busy schedule to help me. If this is how ADW acts with complete strangers, I can only imagine how incredible they must be to actually do business with.  Five stars.  I cannot recommend them enough!
