Fair prices, great communication, professional and nice guys. George, was very honest and nice to work with. I usually, feel like company's are quick to take advantage of homeowners. George seemed patient with me. I did do research on my project before going forward with his services. We had outdoor tankless heater installation. He came in and did a phenomenal job. His partner John was really nice too. I'm happy with our experience and would consider working with him again.

Sink was clogged and Real Plumbers fixed the problem. Courteous service and good work.

Called them on Saturday morning when our kitchen sink wouldn't drain and water was coming up in the garage sink. Edwin and his partner showed up well within the timeframe they gave us. They were polite and courteous, taking off their shoes before entering our home. They worked in tandem in the garage and the kitchen and at one outside clear out and one inside. It took about an hour to solve the problem. We were pleasantly surprised with what they charged.

Well--that was easy!  Our sump pump that takes water away from the front of our house (hillside design, yay) had sprung a leak and the float wasn't rising on its own--and we were getting a lot of rain.  Tracy came around, tightened up the elbow joint; it had just gotten loose.  Removing leaves and tweaking the float just a wee bit did the trick.  

No parts needed and then Tracy didn't want to charge for labor!  Thanks, Flood Brothers!

Luis and Elio did an amazing job. We had multiple plumbers out for a sewage smell and none of them could pinpoint the issue. Luis and Elio found it immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes. Thank you!

Needed quick service and Alberto delivered! I have never used a plumbing service but needed help immediately, I called several plumbing companies but none of them were able to come out same day. I thought because it was the end of the day, Saucedos would not be able to come out the same day either, I was wrong. Alberto answered, and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. He came in 20 and quickly fixed my toilet problem. Definitely will consider using this service again in the future!

Chris from Ace Plumbing and Rooter just left my house after doing two emergency repairs late at night.  He was excellent in every way!

First it did not take him 15 minutes or even 10 minutes to respond to my call but two minutes.  He said he would be here within 15 minutes and he kept his word.  

He fixed clogs both in my toilet and in my kitchen sink and was super friendly and courteous in every way.   Best of all - He ended up charging me even less than the quoted price.

Called victor last minute to fix my broken toilet he was very knowledgeable and gave me a quote over the phone and next day he came and replaced it! He did a great job and replaced my new toilet in like 40 min! Very nice and honest guy will definitely recommend him to all my friends.

They were great! I had been waiting almost a week for the plumber originally assigned by my home warranty. When that company left me in the lurch, I called my warranty and they called Hermes and got me an appointment within hours for my leaking toilet. These guys were great, fixed the issue, educated me on what was going on, wore masks and even coverings on their shoes. I'll definitely request them in the future should I need a plumber.

Called because my toilets were backed up. Mandel gave me a reasonable time frame for when he  could come and take a look at. He was able to quickly assess the situation and cleaned out the main line. He gave some great recommendations on how to prevent in the future and suggestions for future work. He is beyond knowledge and was awesome to work with. Definitely recommend and will use again!

Chris was very responsive in terms of helping us fix our shower drain. He went above and beyond and helped find us a new drain catch to prevent future clogging. He also installed it seamlessly. We've used him twice in the last year and would highly recommend

AMAZING!! I called at 9:00 AM on Monday morning with a true sewage/plumbing emergency and Jerry was there in 30 minutes, truly a life saver. He was able to fix my VERY clogged drain lines and he really put in the extra effort to test all of the systems many times before leaving. He was honest about repairs, prices were reasonable and he did a very thorough job. We did have to replace our sewer line and he was able to have that done next day. 5 Stars all the way and very timely!

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

Just had Connie come out with Lalo for hydrojetting and replacing a broken garbage disposal. They were great. Very professional and Connie is a great teacher. I'm looking forward to attending some of her basic plumbing classes. Prices were reasonable for such good quality work. Really happy to have found such a great plumber!
