Geroge and his colleague were the best!Communication before, during and after the repairs was great. Very informative, clear. They installed a new pump for our water heater in no time. Their price was very competitive compare to our regular plumber quote. It's simple our HOA has now found their new plumbers! Can't recommend enough!

Jose and his team at Real Plumbers are great! I've reached out a couple of times and he's always been very responsive and quick to get the job done. The first time I worked with him, I needed someone to swap out an old garbage disposal and sink faucet with new ones - nothing too complicated but I really appreciated how speedy he was and that he also took covid safety measures seriously (mask, gloves, booties, etc.). Most recently, we had a leak in our water heater and he managed to get his guys over to our place in 15 minutes! They identified the problem, ran to the store to get the necessary replacement parts, and finished the job all within 1 hour. It was such a relief to have that problem fixed so quickly. They will be our go-to plumbers from here on out!

Our water heater is up and running again!!!  I was hoping to get the work done at the quoted price, but he missed a step, so I had to pay time and a half. Not bad compared to the previous company called Ritz Plumbing who quoted me $500.00!!!!

I met Max one night while he was doing a job at night for a neighbor. I ended up using A-1 when I found my main line had a leak in the meter box.
Max replaced old rusted 3/4 galvanized with brand a brand new copper line and shut off. We now have great water pressure and temperature control is also improved greatly.
Total it took about two hours for the job because I dug the trench myself to lower the cost. He also had a cool kit that he used to dig the hole under the sidewalk which was a big help as that is the hardest part to complete the trench, he was able to do it very easily.
I would recommend A-1 Rooter and Plumbing, Inc with 5 stars and will use them in the future.

Plumbing issues are always a bummer but our issue was complicated by the fact that the issues came along when we were hosting house guests during the Thanksgiving holiday! Ugh. Anyway, the call was made to Flood Brothers and Jeff was sent out right away to diagnose and fix the problem. Sadly, the problem was more ugly than we had hoped but Jeff provided quality service, communicated very well throughout and followed up repeatedly over the course of several days. After the crisis abated, we learned we needed more extensive repairs and Jeff was able to provide a reasonable estimate for the future work. I can't imagine calling anyone other than Jeff at Flood Brothers for our future plumbing issues!

Charlie and his colleague were amazing, they fixed my leaking shower removing a completely stripped old faucet seat in seconds. Superb service!

I called Alberto about some plumbing issues.  He came promptly, arrived on time, and gave me a reasonable estimate.  The next day he fixed the problem, again arriving on time, and did a great job.  I had a small issue with a fitting that needed to be turned 90 degrees and he came by and fixed it the next day.  I gotta give him two thumbs up.  He came out, fixed the issue and was a great communicator.  Did exactly what he promised.  Would highly recommend and will use again if I have a plumbing issue

I can't say enough about Ace and their care and responsiveness.  I just moved into a new apartment and put too much down the garbage disposal. It was at night around 8 o'clock. I called Ace and Chris answered and said he would come right over.  He was very nice and put in extra effort to get the blockage removed.  We checked downstairs but our neighbor was not in so we were unable to ensure that the blockage was not with their apartment as well. Turns out there was some, so the next day I called Chris again and he sent his father over who again went the extra mile to make sure the pipes with our neighbor and all the way through to the sewer were properly cleared.  They came back without hesitation and took care of what had to be done.  It's hard to find caring and competent plumbers who are responsive and go the extra mile with a smile. Great find!

Discovered a toilet leak. They showed up early, explained the situation and took care of it. All in one hour. Courteous, polite and professional.

The TL;DR... My water heater died and New Pro replaced it in less than 24 hours at a more than fair price with great customer service.

When 4 people live in a condo together, not having hot water is not an option. There are constant showers and even more constant dishwashing and hand washing (it's still a pandemic after all).

When our water heater decided to fail in the evening, I jumped on the phone looking for a fast solution. After calling multiple services, Miguel & New Pro took all of my information, including pictures of the problem and scheduled a morning appointment. This is after he asked if it was an emergency that required service immediately (I declined, but was very happy he offered).

The next day, Miguel and his team were on time, courteous, masked, wore booties, friendly and quick. Really just insert all the positive adjectives. Our water heater is on the roof and the guys lugged the replacement 70(!) steps up there AND fully cleaned up the mess that was the old water heater.

Simply put, I'm 100% pleased with my service and you should feel more than comfortable contacting New Pro for your plumbing needs.

Hands down the worst experience with any plumber I've had in decades of working as an estate manager handling private properties. Lots of empty promises, lies, delays, literrally telling you he's on his way when they have no intention of showing up. Leaving jobs unfinished with no care in the world or even a phone call to explain or apologize. I don't understand how he got these reviews  unless they're all his friends because he didn't live up to single one of them, or his over the phone promises. Highly unprofessional and decieving. I would def look elsewhere if I were you. This is a waste of time.

Mike came in as a second opinion and not only came at a competitive price, but he took the time to explain thoroughly what the situation was (kitchen sink leak...or flood) and how he would be able to help. I know that sounds like a  duh, but unfortunately that  doesn't happen all the time. He was quick, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. We arre keeping Mike's number handy for sure and will defining work with him again for all our  plumbing needs!

They came pretty quick and fixed our broken sink and other plumbing issues we had with the new home we just moved into. Luckily the problem was simple and no large bill today.

I've gone to Chris at Rocket Plumbing for plumbing issues for a number of years, and we called them again this week when our dishwasher drain was backing up. Chris replaced our kinked drain hose and got us back up and running in no time.

Rocket Plumbing is fairly priced, but more importantly they are knowledgeable, trustworthy, respectful of your time, efficient, and hard-working. Not sure what more you could want when the plumbing breaks or you need some fixtures installed. Highly recommended without any hesitation!

Water started to sip out of my front yard. And I had a suspicion that it could be a broken water main. I called New Generation Plumbing after my discovery at about 5pm - Fernando, who answered the phone scheduled a next-day 7am free inspection and confirmed my hunch. He and his crew started and finished work the next day.

It's a pricey fix, as those kinds of repairs always are. And I appreciate New Generation's prompt and reliable work, so that I didn't have to run up my water bill or go without water for a prolonged period.

I called several companies and flood brothers was the only one that could come through with a technician that was on time, fast and consistent!! Phillip came in and fixed my problem so fast and professional that I am sure I found my future plumbing  company for my future plumbing needs!!

Had another plumbing issue and I called sals plumbing. They came the next day, crawled through the attic and found a small needle hole in a pipe. They fixed it the same day! Thank you for the fast and realiable service.

Chris is a great guy and a very knowledgeable plumber. I have been having sewer line issues for about the last 2 years and needed to see what is going on with my line. Chris came out the next day and did a camera inspection for free. Every other person I contacted wanted $250 for the same job. I still need part of my line replaced but Chris recommended Hydro-jetting for at least temporary solution. When I have the money I am going to hire him to dig up the sidewalk and replace the bad section. I highly recommend his company!
