Called two handyman places to try to replace my shower handle but no response. I bought the replacement from homedepot and I thought it would be easy but it's more complicated than what I expected. Jose was friendly on the phone and I sent over pictures and described the issue. Very responsive. Freddy and Miguel came with mask and booties. Fixed everything in five mins. Handyman might be cheaper but time is money. They came to fix it right away so no complaints! Will definitely call them for my future plumbing issues

We found our plumber! Trying to fix the leaky shower head, I found I had reached the end of my DIY skills and needed a pro. Edwin came over immediately, was knowledgeable and well equipped, and let me watch and learn from him. The price was fair and the job done professionally. Calling again for a spigot to be placed on the other side of a wall for our garden hose, Warren came to help us out-  another job speedily accomplished, well done and at a reasonable price. This is a friendly family business full of pride in quality of service and I highly recommend them!

I asked for an estimate on a job through yelp and got an immediate response from Max saying he's unavailable. I tried to clarify that I had not provided a timeframe and that I just wanted to know what he thought the cost would be so I can compare with other providers, but he again responded immediately saying I can't give an estimate if I'm not available. I'm not entirely sure why he couldn't have waited until he was available to give me a proper estimate rather than shutting me down immediately - it was rather disappointing to get this kind of response seeing how most people seemed to praise how great their experience with him was.

I had an emergency plumbing problem on a Saturday.  I reached out to Flood Brothers Plumbing  early in the morning and they answered the call right away and were very responsive. Efrain was able to come out immediately and fix my plumbing issue.  He was great - took the time to explain to me what was happening, answer my questions l, fixed the problem (to my relief), and even cleaned up the area so he went above and beyond. I was very impressed with him and will definitely reach out again if I need any plumbing services.

We had an emergency plumbing issue and Charlie and Ramone were here within hours...excellent service!  We would highly recommend!

Sal reviewed my concerns, answered all my questions and gave me honest recommendations.

The key word is Honest. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need.

Sal also gave me advice on the maintenance required to keep my water heater running with step by step instructions.

Our 25 year old bathtub faucets started to drip and Miquel got replacement parts and repaired them perfectly. We are so happy. He responded quickly, is polite, very neat, and a terrific plumber! Our go to from now on!

I've used Victor's rooter and plumbing services on three occasions - lately he replaced my lateral sewer line out to the street - and each time I received excellent service. Victor himself supervised all the jobs in a friendly, professional manner, and kept me up-to-date on the progress of each one. When I was at work, he texted me photos of the progress and the pipes and materials he was replacing, and what he was replacing them with. Even my neighbors who had spoken to Victor, told me they were impressed with his knowledge and the efficient, courteous manner in which he and his crew performed their work. Hermes Plumbing just finished a job at our condo and we were extremely impressed with their service. We had issues with both our kitchen sink faucet & the shower handle in the guest bathroom. They arrived timely, were very polite, professional & friendly, and completed the job in far less time than we were expecting. Most importantly, they were prepared and had all the supplies needed to replace the sink faucet and the shower handle so our issues were resolved in one visit. They didn't know ahead of time if this was going to be a fix or replace issue so the fact that they were prepared for either situation was great! Now we have a functioning kitchen sink again, just in time to be able to cook for Thanksgiving & our guest shower handle works so the shower is ready to use. Thank you, Hermes Plumbing!

Overdue but well-earned review for Rapid Action Rooter and Mandel, highly recommend! Mandel is professional, experienced, knowledgeable, honest and follows through with everything he promises, no BS!

Back in January, I was doing laundry and heard gurgling in one of the toilets and sewage had backed up in my shower.  Found Rapid Action Rooter on Yelp, called the number and got a quick response from Mandel.  He couldn't come the same day but came exactly at 1pm the next day as promised.  Turns out my main sewage line, the original one from the 1920's, had burst and had to be replaced.  Mandel had a crew the next morning right on time at 8:00am to replace it.  They had it done and cleaned up by 4pm the same day.  Mandel came in the morning to explain what his crew was going to do and came back afterwards to make sure everything was done well.  His crew worked hard in not the best of situations, it's the sewage line after all, and they were polite, considerate of the property and just overall good hard working guys.  

A few months and many loads of laundry later, absolutely no issues, no more gurgling and definitely no more back-ups!  Will definitely call Mandel and Rapid Action Rooter again for any plumbing issues at my house.

Exactly what we needed. Fast turn around time. Great Team work with Fernando and Chuy. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately and handled the problem Lightning quick and safely. I'll definitely call them for my plumbing needs next time.

We have used Z&H plumbers for two separate jobs and have been more than happy with their work. Our first job was replacing a water heater. They could not have been more professional. Work was done cleanly, efficiently and the old water heater was taken away without issue. The second job we had was to find a pipe that was knocking under the house. Z&H came and went under the house (not an easy job!), removed and replaced some pipe hangers. After a day however the pipe knock returned and we asked them to come back and take another look. Without charging us extra, they again went under the house and this time replaced all the hangers! The pipe knock went away totally and we couldn't have been happier. They also reply very quickly to text messages and were extremely nice and polite on the phone and in person.

We had a small flood in our den from faulty work done by another plumber. The plumber contained the damage, but we asked Flood Brothers to come out and give us a second opinion. Brendan and Eddie came immediately and tested the area. They were communicative, on time, very courteous and gave us all the information we needed. I would definitely use flood brothers for future plumbing needs. Thumbs up.

Amazing service once again by Thomas!! He came to give a very thorough inspection and helped to clear our kitchen drain line in a professional manner. He was very patient and took extra time to answer all of our plumbing questions. I would highly recommend Sal's Plumbing services to anyone.

These guys are life savers! I called 911 Plumbing Services in a frenzy around 2pm today because I needed to get two of my sinks unclogged before I had a potential sublet come take a look at my apartment TONIGHT.

I had been letting the problems sit for months, and the situation was dire - way beyond anything Drano could solve for me. After a very easy, short & professional phone call, they said they'd dispatch someone within a couple hours.
