Okay so I've had hot water issues for months and I finally was able to schedule an appointment with Rishon Plumbing. I spoke with George, who immediately answered my call, he was professional and responded immediately to every call and text after that. He was able to work with my difficult work schedule and I was able to make an appointment that day.  George and Mike came out 2 days later to assess the problem. They arrived ON TIME and came in ready to work, going into the building's basement and rooftop top and then into my unit. In less than 20 minutes the issue was solved. These guys are amazing!!!! They didn't even charge me for the appointment. They are honest and efficient. You must Definitely use them!!!

Update: I previously had given Rishon Plumbing 5 Stars. But I had to change that to 3 Stars, when in reality I really want to give them a one or two stars because they completely missed the problem with my master bathroom when they came out. And now it's become so bad that handle to the shower doesn't even turn. When I called them to let them know they missed it, they said they could back out but they would have to charge me a service charge. I was really disappointed since they never took the the time to investigate the shower handle and hot water problem properly the first time and instead told me nothing was wrong. And now I have to find a new plumber as the water control/temperature control handle doesn't even budge.

Real Plumbers got the job done. Our sink was clogged for a few days and after trying everything we knew we reached out to them and they put our worries to ease. They provided professional, courteous and timely service.

I looked on Yelp for a Plumber after being disappointed with The service from Mike Diamond.  I found Plumber 2 The Rescue who was open 24/7.  I called after 7 am and the phone was answered by Brittany who asked for information. I had to call back and Brittany answered again and we scheduled a plumber between 9-11 am.  I got a text confirming the appointment.  At 9:30 I got a text that the plumber was en route.  From start to finish we had a new water heater installed within 2 hours!  The work was done neatly as well as the plumber!  We appreciate the service we received from Plumber 2 the Rescue!  Happy Holidays!

He has such a knowledgeable and positive energy and the entire time it was clear I was in capable hands. A-1 made my fussy and annoying job less so and that really made my day.

Called Charlie's sewer and drain and they were out post haste. Ramon was knowledgeable and polite and fixed my clogged drain in minutes and even taught me a new trick for keeping them clear.

Excellent work and work ethic from Saucedo plumbing.  He and his assistant installed a new tankless water heater and fixed a broken drain in less than a day.  He even printed out the rebate for me!  He is very knowledgeable  about plumbing and is a hard worker.

Ace Plumbing and Rooter, once again, saved the day on short notice. On Sunday evening, I discovered I had no hot water. Upon investigation, I found that my water heater was leaking water. I called Chris Monday morning.  He came over after he finished his appointments, quickly accessed the problem, and went into action. He replaced the part, explained the root of the leakage, a d explained  everything he did.  he is has an awesome personality, excellent customer service, professional, and very knowledgable of his craft. Chris has been my plumber for a couple of years, and I couldn't be more happier with his service!

After a brief misunderstanding Salvador corrected everything for me immediately. Salvador is excellent to work with.

I have been battling a sewage smell in my master bathroom for the last few months, and Hermes Plumbing and Rooting came to the rescue!  At first, I thought it was a mildew issue, but after a few weeks, it became apparent (to me) it was sewer-related.  The first plumber I called snaked my shower drain and claimed that would fix it.  Within a day, the smell returned so I tried a home remedy of baking soda and vinegar.  When the smell returned again, I took apart all of the pipes in my sink and cleaned them out.  When that failed, I had no idea what to do.

Finally, I called Hermes Plumbing and Rooting, and they came out the same day.  They scheduled a hydro-jet for the very next day, and as soon as we opened up the access to the sewer pipes, the smell was HORRENDOUS!  It was obvious we were on the right track.  They showed me everything with the camera they inserted, hydro-jetted the pipes to clean out some tree roots, and THE SMELL IS GONE!  I cannot thank them enough, and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.  They were fairly priced, quick, and honest.  You can't much better than that!

I bought the wrong kitchen faucet and Kelly returned it to Lowe's for me and didn't charge me extra. I didn't expect him to do that all because the faucet costs less than his time. I figured I would donate it. But Mandel insisted I shouldn't lose money.

Mandel arranged for another technician to do water damage repair at my house after Kelly discovered my supply lines were leaking. One of my property managers was there the day with his worker. They saw the leak and water damage under the sink and ignored it.

Being a long-distance landlord is very stressful. Mandel comforted me in telling me I could put all of my stress on him and let him take care of all of my plumbing problems.

Kelly picked up a different kitchen faucet at Home Depot the next day and installed it. My buying the wrong faucet cost him three trips to the stores and two to my house. They didn't charge me any extra.

The challenge with most plumbers (and repair people in general) is that they can potentially take advantage of the consumer's lack of knowledge by charging egregious prices for simple fixes or for things that aren't necessary. I was hoping that Rocket Plumbing would be better than this based on the reviews, but unfortunately it was not the case. Before hiring any repair person, I try to educate myself on the issue by researching the web, getting multiple estimates, etc.  In my case, it was a gas leak found by SoCalGas so I was also able to speak with one of their technicians who told me exactly what the issue was, what was needed to fix it, and warned me against plumbers trying to sell me more than what was needed. When I initially spoke with Rocket Plumbing, they seemed competent, honest and well priced, while some of the other plumbers lacked at least one of these qualities. But after the first visit for the initial estimate, they tried to sell me on doing more than was necessary. It took some discussion with them to convince them to start with a more simple, incremental approach based on what SoCalGas advised (ie, first try to remove/replace the small section of the pipe where the leak was, and if that wasn't feasible, try to also replace the connected segment, etc instead of trying to replace the a large amount of pipe from the beginning which is what Rocket wanted to do). In the end, Rocket said they could not cut the small piece of pipe out (which is mostly understandable) so had to replace one connecting segment that was luckily fairly easily removed by basically unscrewing it off. However, the added cost for this seemed very high (about $400 above the original estimate). I raised this as an issue and discussed this with the plumber, but he got very defensive and angry, and I didn't think the plumber had a good explanation for the much higher cost (he said he had to go to the store twice because he thought he would only need the small piece of pipe, etc). Ultimately the plumber only reduced the price by $40, which I don't think was a reasonable price overall given my discussion with SoCalGas and other plumbers. I will not use them again.

Techs came out next day to troubleshoot drain line clog. Turned out to be roots. Had to replace about 6' of old pipe due to root and pipe damage. New Gen was reliable and worked hard to hydro-jet line plus make repairs. Would recommend them, they give free estimates.

I called 3 plumbers about a couple of problems I had and ZandH were the only ones I could get a real person on the phone to speak with.  I got an estimate right away and they came out and replaced my water heater within a few hours.  It was easy and they were very professional.  I will use them again.

I called several companies and flood brothers was the only one that could come through with a technician that was on time, fast and consistent!! Phillip came in and fixed my problem so fast and professional that I am sure I found my future plumbing  company for my future plumbing needs!!

Wow, it's so hard to find good house repair services these days! 911 plumbing picks up immediately, gives you an honest estimate over the phone (some plumbers force you to schedule a house drop-in before providing an estimate), and their schedule is SO flexible and available!!

They also do a check-in call before the plumber's arrival.

I had Greg come by to repair an imbalanced toilet and he was so polite, fast, and did great work. Would recommend them to friends in a heartbeat!

Connie and Lalo are great to work with both very professional when it comes to diagnosing and fixing your problem. Second time using this company and both times very pleased with their work on my drains. This time I had them replace some old pipes and they did a great job. Reasonably priced for the work they do.
