Showed up on time. Did the work. Fair price. Gave me some good advice. And they were out. What more could you ask for?

My initial review wasn't too positive.  The owner saw the review, contacted me, and wanted to make things right.  We made an appointment.  The owner, Jose,  actually came and was on time, and fixed the problems. He was sincere, genuine,  very nice, and concerned everything was working the way it was supposed to work.  To me, choosing a repair company is a crapshoot.  I read the reviews, and hope I'll be as happy as most of the glowing reviews are.  Now I know I can rely on this company for future plumbing work. It's nice to know there are still people who are honest, professional, and do the right thing.  My rating for them just leaped to 5 stars.  Thank you, Jose.

Edwin and Raul came out the same day in a few hours and did a great job on replacing our toilet. We have used them on several other occasions and have been very satisfied. Very reasonably priced. They do great work. Have never had any issues. Highly recommended.

I own an old English Tudor whose plumbing, badly installed when the house was built, has always caused me problems. Our guest toilet clogs often and always needs a rooter to unclog.
Happened again last week but my usual rooter guy was on a large job, my backup guy was also unavailable. I called A-1 and Max answered. He listened and showed up a few hours later when He said he would.   He arrive with plunger in hand.  I told him he'd need the rooter but he laughed and said he understood uncooperative toilets, especially older ones. He started plunging while explaining how the newer design dynamics were more efficient but he welcomed the challenge. When I was sure he was about to give up he changed the plunging angle and voila! A loud gurggle sounded and he stepped back with a smile and the toilet flushed perfectly!!! MAX THE MAGICIAN WAS IN THE HOUSE!  With new faith I told him of a few reoccuring problem I had and he quoted a price and promised to return the next day.  He did and as on his previous visit, left everything in perfect order!  AND...charfged me twenty dollars less then he'd quoted because he said he'd found the old style parts easier than he thought he would.  Does this sound like a fairy tale?  CALL MAX AND FIND OUT!!!

What a great service provided by Tracy from Flood Brothers! I had an issue where our toilet drains were clogged and drainage was backing up into our shower (ugh). I read reviews and decided to give them a try. They answered the phone promptly on a Sunday and to my pleasure said they could be there in 60 minutes. Tracy showed up right on time. He was masked and wore shoe covers to keep our house clean. As is always the case, magically the problem resolved when he arrived. But he was still thorough and offered to run a camera through our drains to see if he could identify any potential issues. He found some roots and had some logical recommendations to clear out our drain pipes and to prevent drainage from backing up into the shower or worse, namely an outdoor clean out so if it gets clogged again it will overflow there instead of the bathroom. Can't believe prior plumbers haven't suggested something like that before. Tracy was clean, fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm looking forward to having him and Flood Brothers come out and do the preventative work needed and give me peace of mind for the future. Thanks Tracy and Flood Brothers!

Originally I called Mike Diamond for a 50 gallon water heater.  I was quoted 4400. That was for a 40 gallon.  The technicians were very nice but the price was a joke Plus 127.00 for a permit.  I realized that that was way over priced and called Charley. He replace my water heater with the same Bradford unit and installed anew expansion tank and sediment trap.  Plus new flex hoses.  All for 1600.00.  Not only was the price right, Charley and his wife were courteous and did a great job.  I will definitely be using them for any plumbing needs.  Thanks for a great job.

Warren and Chris are great and give the best prices. They say they don't advertise and just get work by word of mouth. I was fortunate enough to run into Warren when he was doing a sewer line replacement for a nearby building.

They are my first people I contact for plumbing problems and they give free advice. Very honest people.

I needed a plumber for an unusual leak from my ceiling.  Matt and his partner, Adam (I believe was his name) went above and beyond with exceptional service.  Though we did not have an answer to why it was leaking today, he gave me simple directions to help with his diagnoses, and scheduled a follow up in 3 days.  He also did not charge me for his time during this first visit, and I am looking forward to following up with him later this week.  Thanks a lot Rockstar Plumbing!

I don't have many complaints about the service, work, or experience I had with New Pro. Miguel was very friendly, was able to come out and help same day, and was respectful while in our space.

The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the prices were significantly inflated. I believe he raised prices knowing that a company was paying for it and that I, a 25 year old woman, wouldn't question his prices. Because of the situation we were in I just approved the price because I needed the leak fixed asap in order to not leave our tenants stuck with no kitchen use.

I then had him do a sink replacement (I bought the sink already) and he charged me $599 just to install it. I paid begrudgingly since I already awarded him the job. Then I had him quote a bidet hose switch out and he wanted to charge me $1549!! At this point I was angry at the audacity. I had another plumber bid the job and told him what New Pro was charging and his mouth dropped and he laughed... hard! He said he understands raising prices a bit to make money off of the job but said he does not even see how someone can get away with what they were. He bought the parts for me, and replaced 2 of the hoses for $550 total.

Flaked twice in one week. The night before our appointment, they canceled by text because of an emergency.  Then Victor came out and did part of the job and scheduled an appointment to come back four days later to finish the job (he needed to purchase a part).  Victor didn't show.  He didn't call either.  When I texted him, he said he was ill and made no apology for flaking.  Ugh.

Out of the 5 quotes I got, Hermes pluming was the cheapest. Jack showed up to replace my tank heater in a timely manner and left the job sight cleaner than it was before... you don't get this kind of service anymore!!!

A had a great experience with Rapid Action Rooter. Mandel showed and got to work solving my issues my hot water water pressure and delivery to my kitchen. It's great to find an honest tradesmen with great customer service. I definitely recommend Mandel and his team!

I will not be using Rocket plumbing again and I caution other people to just dive in with them before getting everything straight.

2 stars for being able to diagnose a problem and quick response.  I worked with a plumber named Chris.  He was courteous but I was not very appreciative of the he handled business.  Pricing changed at least 4 times in the process because he just had to keep adding things on and at the very end, he stripped the shower handle. He then mentioned that it's old and that he could go buy one and install it and charge me for it.  What about the handle he removed 2 times and it was still fine until the very last isntall?  What about how he got sick of trying to fix it and just told me it is done so he could collect a check?  Good thing I checked his work before he left. The handle was not even secured and with 1 touch it would fall off. He then looked irritated when I called him out on his mistake and fiddled a bit and said sorry he couldn't do anything.  Oh at the cartidge costs another $25....so that $25 coupon on our website? yeah it basically is false because we can arbitrarily raise the price on actual hardware after you already signed a contract with us.  Perhaps it was a coincidence, but between trying to slither away after ruining the shower handle without telling me, and then cancelling out the coupon by showing up telling me that the price changed after i spoke with you 3 times that day on the phone made me feel like I should warn people.

Again, constant price changes, fix one problem while creating another, and lying about what occurred.  And lastly, when I complained, he had the gall to say I should have quoted you $20-40 more for a cartridge replacement to begin with.

I submitted a quote online with New Generation and got back to me within about an hour asking to schedule an appointment for a quote.  Was able to get an appointment same week, the job was to repair a leaky facet.  Plumbers were right on time and gave me a quick estimate.  I scheduled for a few days after accepting their reasonable offer.  I had another plumber unsuccessfully attempt the same job so I wasn't sure if these guys were able to help me but they were able to do so.  Guys were very knowledgeable and were able to perform the repair without a hitch.
COVID-19 safe, came into my house wearing gloves and masks the whole time.

I attempted to receive 5 bids and Z&H Plumbing was the only one that was prompt to respond and answered all of my questions. They offered a very competitive price too. They arrived on time and were very professional. I was also surprised at how fast they got the job done! I will definitely call them for all of our plumbing & water heater issues. Thanks Z&H!!

This company is exceptional. I called then Easter eve for a main line blockage. They came out and got the drain open. 2 crews nice people. Wish I had gone with them for the big job. My wife wanted another company Rapid rooter. Big mistake. Give these people the job. You will not be sorry.

I can't say enough good stuff about this company, and I've never even hired them :)  I called American Drain Works a few days ago hoping I could get some advice on a plumbing job gone wrong.  I had been given a very high bill from another plumber on a job for which I never received an estimate at all prior to being billed.  Connie at ADW was astounding.  Even though I wasn't a customer, she literally stayed on the phone with me for over ten minutes going over in minute detail everything I needed to know to be an informed consumer. She helped me understand the invoice I had been given by the other company, and explained to me at length what each item meant and how much I should normally be charged. She put me at ease instantly and felt more like a long time family friend than a stranger I had just called. Even after we got off the phone she replied to several texts I sent, taking valuable time out of her busy schedule to help me. If this is how ADW acts with complete strangers, I can only imagine how incredible they must be to actually do business with.  Five stars.  I cannot recommend them enough!
