I had a disaster in the crawlspace off my house on Friday night and Rishon was one of few plumbers who responded and followed through. Mike setup an appt for Sat morning and showed up. He was honest about the situation (I know because I had already vetted several other professionals some were plumbers and some were not). He gave me advice and quoted me and asked I let him know by Sun night so they could plan accordingly.

I did let him know I wanted to hire them for the project and gave them a rough start time. Mike communicated throughout and I really appreciated that. He and his brother make an excellent team and are professionals.

Jose at Real Plumbers is a 5 star GEM!  Covid safe, super skilled, and a really nice person.  Oh yeah, he did a fantastic repair on our old shower valves and a couple of problem toilets.  He also took the time to explain the nature of the repairs, and was a complete professional.  I'm really impressed and will use them exclusively from now on.  Very reasonable prices for the scale of work that was done.  If you want to support a local tradesman look no further.  I'll be using Jose for all my plumbing issues and recommending him to everyone I know.  Thanks!!!

Max cleared up my clog real fast. He was reasonably priced and very friendly. One thing I wish he did was call to notify me that he was running late, as I had to take of some time from work. I would definitely call him again if I get another clog

My Problem - Drain in the Guest / Kids Bathroom had a leak within the drain that went unnoticed for some time, that is until the water bubble developed above the dinner table.  The next morning I called around for local plumbers.  Out of the three I called 2 showed up for the diagnosis and estimate.  From those two, I received two totally different diagnosis as well as a huge price difference.  Needless to say, I decided to call on a friend that had recent plumbing work done, this is where I found my solution.

My Solution - ROCKSTAR PLUMBING in Chatsworth, Ca.  First of all, this company is not even located in my city and they showed up promptly and on time.  When Matt and Adam arrived (Co Owners) of the company, they were not only here when they said they would be, they were professional and listened to everything I had to say before offering their professional advice!  Once they took a look at the issue they concluded that the problem was not as bad as the other two companies suggested and they could make the repairs immediately.  The drain pipes that were installed (and broken) were previously made of ABS and were glued together.  Apparently the material is ok, however gluing them together forces one to replace the whole assembly versus a singular piece if there are problems.  Matt and Adam suggested that we use Brass, which could be screwed together saving us on future repairs if needed because we will replace pieces rather than the whole thing.  While the repairs were being done, they were also conscientious of our home and keeping it free from dirt, drywall etc.

This review was written because I believe that good businesses should be rewarded for their honesty and hardwork.    I also feel that my money would have went down the drain (pun intended) had I not been referred to ROCKSTAR PLUMBING by a friend.  At the end of the day, we all read these reviews because we want the truth from regular folks not the spin of marketing!

Miguel is the best and most honest plumber I have ever met! His work is quick extremely efficient and very well priced! He is not one of those plumbers that tries to add on or recommend anything you do not need! He truly just wants to help you with your absolute essential needs!
He helped to fix our corroded fixtures underneath our sink in order to install a new dishwasher our house is very old and so is the sink and he did the most amazing job and threw in extras for free!

Yes. All the reviews are true. Victor and his crews are very professional and efficient. I had roots problem in my drain and he fixed and repaired for me on a holiday. He is very courteous and you will be glad that you call him if you have a drain problem.

I called today to request someone to check out this gross odor in my bathroom. Anna Av responded quickly to my msg and mentioned they would arrive after 3pm.
Av arrived at 5:30pm and I told him the situation and he quickly proceeded to help me with the musty smell in my sink. Aside from that, Av was very polite and was not rushing to do the job.
I would highly recommend Hermes.

Where do I begin... it was a Sunday evening (8ish) when my toilet and shower began to back up. Lord who am I going to call this time of night that will be able to come out and rescue me. I did a google search for plumbers open on Sunday evenings near me and got back 2-3. So I began my search and 1 never called me back (thank God for that) the other said his van had just been stolen and the third.. well this is where Mandel comes into the story. I called and he answers, I explained my problem and he says I'll be there after my next job. He got there within the hour. He ran the snake and quickly realized that there was a bigger and more serious problem. He offered to run the camera down the line (for an additional fee) which was not just worth it but very necessary. He showed me where the problems where (plural) and after a thorough discussion we concluded that the work needed to be done. He was in and out in a matter of a day and a half. They are extremely professional and they take amazing care of your property while working there. I would recommend him to ANYONE. He is an honest, family man who is carrying his grandfather's legacy.  What I take away from this experience and leave you with, is that if you want an HONEST, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL... We had shown a number of electricians and plumbers our failing sump pump, and none had explained the problem clearly or offered to solve it. Sam arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately, explained the costs of the repair job, and had our new and stronger pump in place within hours. I would not hesitate to call Rocket again.

I've been dealing with a jammed garbage disposal since I moved into my new condo and haven't been able to properly use my sink. I called New Generation Plumbing on a Wednesday and they were able to send Martin over on Friday morning.

First off, the wonderful person on the other side of the phone was so friendly and honest. Unlike other plumbing companies I've worked with, New Generation Plumbing is there to serve customers and make sure you're getting what you need. They ask all of the right questions and are genuine.

On the day of service, Martin came in on time and was so respectful. He wore booties before he entered the condo and got my garbage disposal working right away! He explained what had happened and gave me a tool so I could avoid something like this in the future. He was incredibly kind and was also just so lovely to speak with. Thank you so, so much, Martin!

Zorro and his crew did a great job responding to my last minute request to replace a water heater. While they were there, I realized I needed to get my garbage disposal replaced, too. Lucky me, Zorro had a new garbage disposal ready to go in his van, which he replaced for me and also installed new ABS pipes for me for free to stop a small leak in my kitchen. Very responsive and solid work. Thanks guys!

Our lateral sewer line backed up from root obstruction and was on the verge of failing completely. I reached out to Brandon and he was at the house within 2.5 hrs and ran a snake to clear it. After assessing the condition of the pipe he offered a replacement of the top 30% of the line (the best solution for my finances). They were here the next day to start the process and finished within a few days. Always responsive and polite. My no. 1 pick for any plumbing issues going forward!
