I just had my water regulator and valve changed this morning by George & John and they did an amazing job. They came over last Thursday and gave me a quote and I knew that from their expertise these were the men to get (I had many quotes). They tested all of my faucets given that my house pressure regulator was not working, my shower continued to make an awful noise after changing the pressure but in less than 5 min. they were able to figure out that it was my hose not the house. I shopped around for sure but these are definitely the best of all of my research and I was beyond satisfied with their work.

I purchased a house and discovered that it took a long time to get hot water. For example, in the morning, it usually took 2.5 minutes to get hot water coming out of our kitchen faucet. Josh came over and assessed the situation and suggested a recirculation pump to accompany my existing tankless water heater. Other plumbers gave a similar suggestion. Josh's quote involved installing a dedicated return line and the other plumbers' quotes did not. I chose Josh because he seemed knowledgeable, was friendly, he was going to install a dedicated return line, and his price was reasonable. He showed up the day of the job and did the whole thing himself, as his assistant was out sick that day. It took him 5 hours or so. He installed a dedicated return line, recirculation pump, and replaced my existing hot water heater filter with a new one that only needs to be replaced every 12 years, saving me time and money on filter replacements. So far the system is working very well, as he predicted. Instant hot water from every water fixture.

Alberto Saucedo and his staff were excellent!!  They installed the rough-in plumbing and final fitting installation for our washer/dryer and kitchen sink faucets including the drinking water filtration system, garbage disposal, and water lines to the refrigerator/freezer for new construction.  Alberto also came out several times in between the the rough-in and final fitting installation to give construction advise at NO CHARGE!  He and his associate, Skylar, were professional, experienced and courteous.  They observed all coronavirus safety protocols.  Saucedo Plumbing will be our go to guy for all future work.

Chris came and solved identified and fixed my problem for a fair price. I had a few plumbers come out before but Chris had the most fair pricing and seemed to be the most experienced. I will definitely be using Ace from now on!

I had a clogged shower and sink. I tried to do it myself. I like to do a lot of DIY, and I've done it growing up with the proper tools, but as an adult, i don't have access to my father's tool arsenal. I made calls at 3p to 5 of the top plumbers on yelp near hancock park. Victor answered, told me to text him the deets, and he'd be there in less than 3 hours. Many other plumbers wouldn't be able to come for a day or two. His price was right on par with market rates, especially considering same day service. He and his colleague beat me home by 5:30p and took care of both in less than 10 minutes. So fast, so simple. Victor and his colleague were fast, professional and knowledgable. They even gave us an education on the hydrodynamics & biology of plumbing. He's my go-to guy from here on out.

I called several plumbing places and Hermes gave the best price. Even though its the holiday season they were the only ones that could squeeze us in to instal a new water heater. Also, although they didn't have any specials or coupons mentioned, as soon as I brought up 911 Plumbings offer they matched them immediately. Overall great impression the guy we spoke to , Mike I think, was very courteous and knowledgable. Im going to have a new water heater  before the holidays and at a great price! Thanks Mike

Can't say enough good things about Mandel. He's super responsive, honest, competitively priced and punctual. No matter the size of the project, even in my case where I just needed a leaking pipe capped off, he puts in the care and precision to ensure that everything is fixed correctly and efficiently. Mandel will forever be my go-to plumber.

My tankless water heater was having issues igniting (pilot problem, gas flow). I called, got a call back from Chris, who tried to identify the problem over the phone. After I provided some pictures, he called me back promptly to troubleshoot the issue and my hot water was back on in no time. I easily saved a couple hundred bucks so this is the least I could do! If the problem arises again, I'll be sure to call Rocket again.

I've met 6 different techs at New Generation, because I bought a house that is even more busted than we thought. I can't afford to do everything this house needs right away, including all the plumbing. But we decided to have a toilet installed, sinks snaked and a tankless water heater installed. We were dreading the cost of the new heater, but feel like we got a good price and an incredible value for the quality of the workmanship from the team that installed it.

Jose and Esteban showed up exactly on time for each day of the job, and worked nonstop for 7 hrs straight building an entirely new system of pipes for the tankless app heater in a new, more efficient location, and they left the old heater's spot looking clean and fresh. Jose was really transparent and explained all of my options at every step, and addressed other safety issues he came across along the way efficiently and creatively. He answered every question I had about materials they were using, how things worked, and what I should look out for in the future. It was the best experience with any company I've had in trying to get this house functioning.

Follow up is excellent--the day after the install I had a question and the office folks worked to find a tech who could come right away on a weekend. Jake came out and answered my concerns quickly and assured me it was no big deal to make the trip, because we did a job for you, you're our priority! Knowing they won't leave me hanging if something comes up is a big deal when you are spending a lot on essential systems for your house. Happy we called the New Generation team.

I have been putting off fixing a leaky shower for years.  A handyman replaced all hardware and it still leaked so I always kept a bucket under it to catch the water.  I was so hesitant to call a plumber in fear of a huge bill but the shower was leaking more and more.  So I finally went on Yelp to look at reviews.  Many had good reviews interlaced with a few bad ones.  At 911 Plumbing, there were no bad reviews, so I called them.  They arrived within the time frame promised.  Vic and Able were courteous and professional, analyzed the problem and said the first step of replacing 2 parts would cost $125 (less a 10% first time customer discount).  They fixed the problem and I am thrilled with the service and cost.  How refreshing!  I will not hesitate to use them again either for my home or my business.
