We've had to use a few different plumbing companies over the past year, depending on timing, and most of our experiences were miserable--high pressure upselling or work done wrong.  Plumber 2 The Rescue is NOT that kind of company!   George came out to do three jobs for us and he was on time, friendly and his work was perfect!  It makes a big difference for me to have someone be helpful and communicate clearly and George was that guy.   We will absolutely be using P2TR for all our future plumbing jobs.

This was the most straightforward and amazing experience. Max was able to give me a fair quote and responded so quickly to my needed job. He has such a knowledgeable and positive energy and the entire time it was clear I was in capable hands. A-1 made my fussy and annoying job less so and that really made my day.

First let me say this review is long overdue Chris and crew are awesome. Our small business has had Ace out more than 3 times and they have always provided great service. First visit Chris came after hours to fix a leak under one of our sinks, second visit he came out for a preventative maintenance appointment and we just so happen to have a sink that had clogged and overflowed right when we were leaving and thank goodness Chris had not left yet. He fixed the problem and showed me what to do in case that would ever happen again, his assistant even was helping me sweep out some of the overflowed water (which they do not have to do). Good old great service from a family business. Thank you Chris and Warren.

Miguel came within 30 minutes & had our clogged drain snaked & clear within another 30 minutes! He is such a nice guy, & he even put shoe covers on to not track things in our house. We also thought the price he quoted was very reasonable. Could not be happier! Will definitely call Miguel again the next time we need plumbing help.

Happy customer!! I had a plugged toilet at home and was in dire need of finding someone to come out same day. After several you tube videos, DIY tricks, and Home Depot runs, I decided to call an expert. It was a Saturday and I tried calling a few others and no one answered their phone; however, when I called Rapid Action, a helpful and cheerful Mandel was on the other side. He estimated he could be at my home in two hours, and what do you know, he was 15 minutes early!!! He immediately got to work and started trouble shooting my problem! Not only did he fix my clogged toilet, but because of his trouble shooting he found that some of the pipes in the bathroom were not connected!! We bought a flipped house and Mandel did a really nice job explaining to me what was wrong and what was required to get things in order!

Rocket Plumbing plumbers are Super Professional. Chris and Matthew arrived on time as scheduled, listened to my concerns and issues I WAS having with plumbing, explained clearly my choices answering all questions. I opted for the HydroJet to clear main root filled main line. With that done they went to work and worked quickly and efficiently to clear main line. I am pleased with their work and have had other plumbing issues resolved using their company. Their prices are reasonable and they certainly do good work. I will use them whenever I need a plumber. Did I  mention they are polite as well! The call back/turn around time was rapid.  Rocket Plumbing is on it!!!

Called to have a plumbing issue under the sink looked at, real person answered right away without being on hold forever, tech came out within the hour and was able to fix it on the spot. Ladies in the office followed up immediately with a call and emailing invoice/receipt. 5 stars from beginning to end!

I'm so impressed! My place had an old tankless water heater newly installed by the seller's contractors. It worked fine for 10 months but recently it started to shut off while operating. Called the warranty company, they sent a local water heater service contractor to our place, and he quoted an insane price for all the work to bring things up to code. I wanted a second opinion and also I had a option to take the payout and shop around, so I came on Yelp and requested some quotes. Z&H was very responsive and even gave me a quote over texts after I sent some photos. It was way less than the original estimate from the contractor sent by the warranty company.  The owner Zorro came by to check the condition a few days before the installation, and confirmed they would come back and do the work as quoted. And today they started the installation, starting off they found the drain line was not found outside the building! Turned out that the original contractors did not properly installed the pressure release drain line to the outside, but left it short inside the drywall in the garage! Unbelievable. But Zorro quickly found the exact spot where the pipe should be, cut out the drywall and re-routed the drain line to the outside really quick. They are very knowledgeable about tankless water heaters. They also let me know 1/2 gas line works fine with certain type of tankless water heaters, while the other guy said I should contact HOA (it's a townhouse) and upgrade the main gas line. It was going to involve so much work if I had gone with that guy, but Zorro brought Noritz EZ40 which works perfectly fine with 1/2 gas line. I realized it's so important to find the people who know what they're doing and I'm so happy I found them!

So this was nice to have happen, the last review pretty much explained why I left a 1 star review. And like I said in that review I was severely taken back by the reply I got when I called about the clog coming back hours after the snaking and a person on the phone telling me I would need to 0ay again and with additional fees and so on  

Well while I was now, being the building manager, dealing with an annoyed tenant and a trying to CMB with the  building owner I got a call from (I think Jessy, a supervisor from what he said) that the person who told me that I would bee charged all over again and with additional fees was in the wrong with that followed with the Floor Brothers helping to get the drain going and me not having to have an upset tenant over the weekend.

With that I changed it to 3, I wish there was a way to go with 3.5.

Like I also said in the previous review I had used the flood brother 3 times before and everything worked out perfectly making the last one, that was not the best, the 4th.

I was very happy that I ended up getting the help and the flood brothers stood by their work.

Would I use them again, I think so.

They were prompt and courteous. They could not help me with my heating system issue but there was no charge and the tech did help point me in the right direction. Will definitely use them in the future.

Vic and his partner showed up on time to look at a kitchen sink stoppage issue in one of my rentals. After checking the drain, they found out that there was no stoppage; It seems the issue had resolved itself. They refused to charge for the service call and gave my tenants some tips on how to prevent this issue from happening again. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues in the future.

Called Connie in the early afternoon and 2 hours later she and Lalo were at my door.  We had a clogged line from the sink drain that they were able to access through an outside cleanout.  

Quick and easy.  While they were there, I also had them cleanout a yard drain that some roots were enjoying.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
