Max came down on a short notice this new year's eve as I had a bad clog upstairs in two bathrooms.  He had given me a reasonable quote and he stuck to his word when he was finished with the job.  He was reasonable being that it's new year's eve.  Max was reliable, efficient, and down to earth.  We had placed other calls and it made us feel that we would be in for a real surprise for a typical clog job.  Good thing we decided on Max!

Well--that was easy!  Our sump pump that takes water away from the front of our house (hillside design, yay) had sprung a leak and the float wasn't rising on its own--and we were getting a lot of rain.  Tracy came around, tightened up the elbow joint; it had just gotten loose.  Removing leaves and tweaking the float just a wee bit did the trick.  

No parts needed and then Tracy didn't want to charge for labor!  Thanks, Flood Brothers!

I had a water leak after a demolition of our bathroom shower. It was Friday night (630pm) and I was in a bind. Attempting to fix the plumbing leak myself, I failed miserably. It was still leaking, but not as bad. Moses was the plumber that came to my house during my emergency. There's more to the story, but he fixed our plumbing leak.

To the owner of Charlies Sewer and Drain, Moses was professional, did a an excellent job in explaining what he was doing, and also showed an amateur handyman some neat tricks about copper piping and certain code requirements. He noticed my small demo project and gave me a few pointers. It turned out that the main plumbing leak I had was caused by the last contractor. They didn't put a metal backing plate, and drywall screws were hitting the copper pipe. Anyway thanks guys!

Warren did an amazing job! I had an emergency situation with what I thought was just a broken washer machine hose. Turned out to be a major plumbing catastrophe!! Warren came & checked it out. He had an excavator here the next day (Sunday) doing the camera work so they could see what had to be done. Monday they came in & dug up the yard to fix the pipes & clear it out. They cleaned, cleared, put new pipes down & put the yard back together. By midday Tuesday they were wrapped up & I had no issues.
If anyone is looking for an honest, fast & nice plumber look no further. I can't express how grateful I was that he got it all taken care of without a hassle & for a great price!

The TL;DR... My water heater died and New Pro replaced it in less than 24 hours at a more than fair price with great customer service.

When 4 people live in a condo together, not having hot water is not an option. There are constant showers and even more constant dishwashing and hand washing (it's still a pandemic after all).

When our water heater decided to fail in the evening, I jumped on the phone looking for a fast solution. After calling multiple services, Miguel & New Pro took all of my information, including pictures of the problem and scheduled a morning appointment. This is after he asked if it was an emergency that required service immediately (I declined, but was very happy he offered).

The next day, Miguel and his team were on time, courteous, masked, wore booties, friendly and quick. Really just insert all the positive adjectives. Our water heater is on the roof and the guys lugged the replacement 70(!) steps up there AND fully cleaned up the mess that was the old water heater.

Victor is a godsend. Main line sewer backed up three times in last year. Each time had a plumber come out to run a camera and offer solutions. Each time we thought it was fixed. All very expensive. Then we called Victor. He came out the next day. He ran his own camera for free even though I showed him a video of what the other plumber had captured on film, just to confirm whether or was before or after video. He offered the most comprehensive solution of any of the other guys and he was affordable. He also exceeded his timing and fit me in early to make sure I was taken care of. I only wished I had found him sooner. He will be my only call from now on. It's his business. His crew cleaned everything better than they found it. He's a stand up guy with integrity, easy to talk to, and has a great working rapport with his staff. Can I give six stars?

My water heater recently sprung a leak and had to be replaced. I reached out to Hermès plumbing in order to have my water heater replaced. They were able to come over immediately and assess the issue. They were able to get me up and running with a brand new 40 gallon water heater within just a few hours. The two technicians that completed the job were brothers. They were both very professional and respectful of my home. Both of them wore a mask and used paper shoe covers when walking through my home. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need if you're looking for fast, friendly and expert service. I'll definitely use them again if any other issues arise.

Samuel helped me figure out what was wrong with my water heater and then replaced the whole unit the next day. We had a leaky kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. Most plumbers were booked up until after New Year's. This company sent someone out the very next morning. They were on time, Covid safe, and very polite. The estimate was reasonable, and then they were able to schedule the very next day after we secured the parts we needed. They arrived early and completed the work very well. They also gave us advice on how to better protect our water filter from the sun. Very helpful and professional.

This was an A+ experience! I recently moved and needed a gas line in my house re-routed to the washer/dryer area, but I knew almost nothing about how to fix this issue. The dryer is being delivered this weekend, so I had a very limited window in which to have the work completed. Zorro responded promptly, scheduled an appointment right away, and assessed the situation quickly. He arrived on time with another plumber who was also very nice and did great work-- I'm sorry to have not caught his name. They set to work right away, and afterwards walked me through the gas line set-up in case any questions come up later. I got several quotes from competitors. Others quoted $75-$250 minimum for diagnostic. After speaking on the phone with a friendly representative at Sal's, a worker was sent out with a few hours to look at my issue for a free diagnostic. My issue was a slightly clogged outdoor drain. He recommended a procedure that would cost $500-$950. I really appreciated that I did not feel pressured into making a decision right away, and he gave me some advice if some alternative solutions that resolve the problem, at least for now.

With services like plumbing one of my biggest challenges in the LA area is feeling like there is a lack of trust between customer and service provider. Although I did not move forward with the recommended procedure for my drain, Sal's understands the importance of building trust, which is huge for me. They will definitely be my go-to for any future plumbing issues in my home.

We knew we'd be getting into some plumbing adventures when we bought an old house, but what we didn't know is how much trouble the previous owners had set us up for. So when the main line got the mother of all clogs at 10pm, we were stressed. We called these guys because they were the first result after doing a Yelp search by our zip code. Turns out, Yelp was fibbing and they didn't service our neighborhood. However, they sensed our frustration and sent someone out anyway!

After attempting to reach several plumbers, I happen to reach Connie at American Drain Works.  She was a delight!  We have a very old home with lots of plumbing problems and Connie and her team were able to take of our problem.  My husband, who is not easily impressed, was totally impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and skill.  We have found our go to plumber for any future needs.  Connie and her team have been by far the best in service, price and professionalism.
