The Rishon team are experienced, professional, flexible, efficient, and most helpful. I called in the morning to have a water heater installed and to have an under-home plumbing leak repaired. They took time to install a new gas valve, tank hoses, level the water heater, strap the heater for earthquake safety, test the local water pressure, check to vent plumbing all the way up even climbing atop the roof, and secured our outdoor water heater cabinet. A few days earlier our copper plumbing sprung a leak and Rishon cut out the leaking section with a good safety margin and flux soldered in a replacement. No hesitation to recommend them.

Kitchen sink backed up over holidays. Real Plumbers responded same day and quickly and fixed the problem in less than one hour. Appreciated the quick service and attention to detail.

Eddie was on time. He explained what was needed before starting, and what he did upon completion. Work was good, quick, and reasonably priced. Eddie quite understandably took pride in his work.

A-1 has saved my kitchen sink garbage disposal TWICE now from measuring spoons.

The second time it was stuck so badly the entire disposal screwed off when he was trying to twist it out. By some miracle it was saved. Prices were fair and certainly better than paying for a new disposal!

He was also really nice and agreed to come in with booties/shoe covers the first time because I'd just cleaned my floors.

Had a faucet in bathtub I wanted to replace. Messages Flood Brothers and they had Efrain our to me the following day. Efrain helped remove the piece and did everything very timely and in a professional manner.  Very knowledgeable and would recommend and definitely use them again in the future.

It was a typical day in the valley.  I was oppressing my wife and making her do the laundry (after all, video games don't play themselves).  We started to get a back-fill from the washing machine into the kitchen sink.  My wife tried to run the disposal without avail.  Me being the benevolent husband that I am, decided to get a plumber and not have her (wife) crawl underneath the sub-floor to clear our stoppage.

YELP has a new feature that allows you to get electronic estimates.  Okay, I will try that.  At least it will give me a idea as what to expect.  Charlies wasn't the first to reply, actually second.  But they were very quick.  The first place wanted $100.00.  Charlie's asked for $50.00.  Okay, me thinks, what kind of a scam are you running, 50 dollars when everyone is asking twice as much.

A few email exchanges and a very professional and courteous telephone conversation with Lulu (manager) and Charlies was at my home within the hour.  Charlie is a well dressed and very well mannered gentleman in his mid 30s.  He took his work very seriously and was not playing any up-selling games.  A true gentleman and HONEST businessman.  I told him my plumbing problems, he reviewed my condition, and minutes later....a unclogged drain! (Disclosure...I am terrible with the snake.  Just a skill that I never acquired).  

He gave me his sticker to place on my water heater (I asked for it, to cover up that other business's sticker...hate that company).

Review my previous plumbing experience.  Charlies was GREAT.  I am sooo tired of contractors trying to make money of of me (us).  Charlie gained my trust.  He and Lulu are solid people.  I have zero complaints with my experience.  I am happy.  Thank you!!!

We had Saucedo plumbing service our tankless water heater and they did a great job.  Their communication is excellent and they were very punctual.  We will definitely call them again for other plumbing needs.

Angel was awesome! He came to take a look at my clogged kitchen sink and was able to diagnose the issue and give me an affordable fix in under 30 minutes. These guys are always great. Honest and excellent communication. I highly recommend them!

I really dont write reviews often but Miguel came today and was simply fantastic. He came during the rain on very short notice. He was straight to the point and made good recommendations.

Victor helped me on another property involving a huge tree causing massive blockage in the main sewer. They worked through the rain to fix my blockage in 2 days. Happy to also say that the other sewer pipe he fixed for me before is still good after more than a year. Can't recommend them enough.

Our garbage disposal was leaking and we made a home warranty claim. I've scheduled with Mike and he was extremely accommodating to my schedule, the day before Thanksgiving no less, and was on time.  

He was professional and replaced my garbage disposal on the spot, and only took about 30 minutes. They were clean and friendly.  I definitely recommend them.

Sent them a message through Yelp, and head back from Mandela soon after. I gave him a call and he said he could be at my home within an hour .  Mandel's service was great.  He was very polite and professional, and was able to clear our stoppage pretty quickly.  I will definitely use them again if I run into any plumbing issues in the future.

We had shown a number of electricians and plumbers our failing sump pump, and none had explained the problem clearly or offered to solve it. Sam arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately, explained the costs of the repair job, and had our new and stronger pump in place within hours. I would not hesitate to call Rocket again.

Greg, Sam and Henry did an excellent job of helping us, and New Generation Plumbing came out immediately to help us solve our plumbing issues. They were prompt, friendly, helpful and educational, and have very fair pricing. Extremely professional company! I would recommend them exclusively in the future, and we will be calling them again if we need any help!

I just had my new tankless water heater installed by Z&H. The guys were very knowledgeable about the job and did a fast and clean job installing. I could tell that they had tons of experience with doing this type of work. I if you want a reliable plumber that actually knows their job look no further. Thumbs up!

Tony from Flood Brothers just left and we couldn't be happier with the service, professionalism, work done, and the price!  This is a small, family-run local business who treated us fairly and honestly and did a great job.  CALL THEM for all of your plumbing needs!  Seriously!

We had a leak under our sink that we knew would be a pretty big repair (replacing the P-trap along with some other very old pipes).  However, we'd gotten another plumbing service out (Mike Diamond - DO NOT USE!) who not only gave us a ridiculously inflated quote of $1477, and a required $99 fee just to get the estimate (with no work done, just to look at it, so that money is gone), but the guy left the pipes completely unscrewed when he left, just hanging there to look as if they were back on when they weren't, and when we ran the water rather than a leak going into the pan we'd placed there, we got a full on flood under the sink!  Water pouring out as the pipes literally fell off from the pressure.  It was incompetence at best.

We put the pipes back on as they had been (with only the small and slow leak) and looked up another plumber for a second opinion - and honestly, because after that little flood, we didn't trust Mike Diamond.  Flood Brothers came to our rescue.

Not only did they come out to give a free estimate (no fee), but their quote was literally $1000 lower for the exact same work - in fact, for more work than what the Mike Diamond guy had quoted!  For $450 they replaced three pipes as well as the P-trap, made sure everything was working and running (dishwasher, garbage disposal, all pipes running, no leaks, etc.), then they cleaned everything up afterward, sweeping and vacuuming after.  

Tony was very respectful and professional the entire time.  He even made every attempt to get ahold of me the first time he came over when I was on the phone with my boss (work from home) and didn't hear his knock - he stayed over 20 minutes waiting on me, which I truly appreciated.

He did the work quickly and efficiently, getting all professional parts from their supplier (no Home Depot specials), and once the job began was in and out under two hours.

And of course, the cost savings was the biggest thing.  We felt we were dealt with honestly and directly, given a very good deal, and trust them to do all of our plumbing work in the future.

So hire these guys (and/or gals).  You'll be glad you did.  Plus -  you'll be supporting a local small business!

Brian came out promptly to help us with a gas leak- he was very through and hard working. He was also very polite and explained us the entire process in great detail. Appreciated the punctuality and attention to detail for a matter as sensitive as a gas leak

Responded quickly to my question via Yelp and came out and solved the issue the next day. The situation was pretty gross once help had arrived but they did a great job and got it fixed in about an hour for the same price listed by the plumber that never got back to me.

I called Connie when a tenant reported a leak in his ceiling coming from an upstairs bathroom.  After my first plumber declared he couldn't fix it, Connie came to the rescue!!   She and Lalo arrived on a Friday afternoon, assessed the problem, got to work right away and fixed it quickly.  She explained everything along the way and was honest and upfront.  As a property owner, its important to me to get plumbing issues resolved quickly and I love her professionalism and awareness in dealing with tenants.  She has become my go-to plumber and I'm so happy to have found her.
