After reading the outstanding yelp reviews, my mother called Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters Inc. as she thought she may need a new hot water heater due to some noises she was hearing.

George and John arrived punctually at the scheduled time.  They had booties and were very polite.  They checked the water heater and there was no leak.   For now, it seemed to be working fine.  They did tell her the heat setting was too low, which would cause the water not to be hot enough.

They were honest, professional, no hard sell and told her to call when the water wasn't getting hot or there was a leak; and they'd be back!

These are the type of repair people you want to work in your home.  Although she did not use their plumbing services yet, she would not consider calling anyone else for her plumbing needs.  She considers HONESTY a service in and of itself!

Final Word: I will definitely call them for my next plumbing need.

Jose did a great job fixing our garbage disposal in the kitchen and replacing a broken faucet in the bathroom.  He and his coworker showed up in face masks, gloves and shoe covers for Covid Safety.  They were professional and thorough and charged us the same price as quoted during the pre-visit estimate. Also they were able to come within 24-48hrs after the initial contact through Yelp. Great Westside plumber.

They did a great job! Very friendly, efficient, and respectful. They even took off their shoes each time they came inside which I really appreciated.

Flood Brothers are great!  I had a sewage clog and a water heater go to hell at the same time.  Flood Brothers sent Brandan and his trainee Brendon out and both were great, showing and/or telling what they were doing and giving me options.  And instead of saying, Oh, you need to replace the pipes like another, crappy plumber did, Brendon offered suggestions that were cheaper and they worked!  It's not that they worked that impressed me.  It was the fact that instead of trying to shmooze me to make more money, he actively tried and succeeded in creating a cheaper alternative.  I will ALWAYS take my plumbing needs to Flood Brothers.  Thanks Brendon!

Look no further, bookmark Charlie's and don't waste your time calling anyone else.   We had three companies out for the same problem to no avail. Charlie came out, showed us our entire line with camera and gave us three very fair solutions to choose from. He also guarantees his work which speaks volumes. Amazing plumber and super nice team all the way around. He even offered to mop the floor where he had done some work.  Hopefully we won't need to call on his services again anytime soon but if we do, he is the only call I'll make.

Had an emergency request to unclog a drain pipe, 1pm on new year's eve.
Albert saw my missed call and called back in about 10 minutes.
They promised to arrive within 2 hours and they arrived on time.
Albert & Pepe unclogged the drain in about 10 minutes after arriving.
They were very clean: wore shoe covers & wiped the sink after.
Price was $120.
Very happy with the service.

Ok - truthfully I called them last night as sewage came up our bathtub and shower.
They offered (Chris) to come immediately but I said I will wait 8:30AM. Chris arrived sharp on time. They did a huge plumbing job. The price was very great!!  They took a lunch break and insisted on picking up lunch and delivered to me and did not take my money (for lunch)
Anyways they just left the house cleaned up and fixed the sewage and pipes that had roots in them.

Miguel was very professional. Finding trustworthy people to work in your home can be difficult. I highly recommend New Pro Plumbing as well as Miguel. I would call them in a heartbeat if I ever had another plumbing issue.

Victor helped me with a problem I was having with my water heater and he was amazingly helpful. He showed up on time and was a consummate professional. I would definitely reccomend to anyone  looking for a great plumber.

Very great guys, professional! One of the few that contacted me back when acquiring  how much it would cost to unclog the pipe from the washer machine. They let me know what time they would come and how much it may cost. Mike was the main guy that handled the snaking of the pipe and, about 10 minutes or so, he checked out the machine to make sure there was  no overflow of water and it worked! Even offered to clean up behind the machine for us (which we were thankful but I didn't mind doing that). I would 100% recommend these guys to anybody and will call them in the future for any other plumbing problems! So glad I did my research and called them..fair price, fast service, reliable, friendly, came on time.

A huge THANK YOU to Rapid Action for their excellent customer service! Called first thing on a Sunday morning and described the problem I was experiencing. They immediately provided an explanation as to why my dishwasher was spouting water everywhere. Plumbers arrived within about an hour and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. They even followed up later that day to make sure everything was working properly. Definitely saved me a huge headache.  Very knowledgeable and excellent customer service!

Rocket was very prompt to send someone over and they were really easy to work with and communicated each step of the way what they would do. They sent Matthew over and he was very courteous and helpful. I appreciate how swiftly they helped me get my leak fixed, and their service. I'd certainly recommend them.

The technicians were friendly. I think they gave me a fair quote and they were able to perform the work the next day.

We called Z&H Plumbing because we needed to replace our water heater and they came out within a few hours and replaced it for a fair and reasonable price. Zorro was very professional and easy to deal with. They are very competent plumbers and I would recommend them any time.

Flood Brothers Plumbing provides fantastic customer service. I had an urgent issue with a gas leak; they came out immediately to address it...and on a Sunday morning, no less. They did great work and I am confident they have completely fixed the problem. Further, everyone with whom I interacted - from the person who first took my call to the site manager to the technicians - was courteous, responsive, and reliable. I want to give a special shout out to Brendan Lee who was readily available and addressed all my questions promptly and thoroughly. He genuinely seems to enjoy helping people through his work. I definitely will be contacting them for future plumbing issues.

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

I will just keep this short and simple. Great customer service, honest, clean, knowledgeable, and very fair. Less than what I was expecting to pay...

When I met Connie, Lalo, and her team, I was exhausted. We were navigating several repairs on our new home, and everything was feeling pretty overwhelming. We knew we had plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, but were struggling to find someone we felt we could trust to tell us what was truly necessary. Connie was patient with us, taking the time to explain everything that was going on. She helped us to put a plan in place, even drawing diagrams to be sure we understood her recommendations fully. Since then, we've had them back to install a water filtration system and to unclog pipes after a contractor flushed a towel down our toilet. Every time, they have been meticulous in their work, kind and wonderful to be around, and left behind a clean worksite. They stand by their work and are truly just a pleasure. Honestly, I sleep better at night knowing we have them in our corner.
