They came out quickly & their price was better than other quotes. They were professional. I used them to service my tankless hot water heater. I recommend!

My hot water tank has not been working properly for some time it's taking 10 minutes to heat up hot water. Called several plumbing co and Real Plumber came gave me an estimate and came back to fix it. Jose was knowledgeable and fix the problem. And made sure my exhaust pipe was working properly as well and will cause no danger to my family. And just like magic I have instant hot water now. Don't have to take warm to cold shower now in this cold weather. Thank you.

YAY EDDIE! I can't say enough great things about this company. I had Eddie come once before and he fixed my toilet. Now it works like a rocket ship!

This past weekend we got home and our sink began over flowing. We tried to take care of it put it couldn't wait someone needed to come ASAP. I didn't think Plumber to the Rescue would come on the weekends so I had to call another company, Mr. Rooter. *Side note: Plumber to the Rescue does work on Sundays/holidays.*

BIG MISTAKE. Mr. Rooter charged me an ASTRONOMICAL amount, and kept finding problem after problem. The plumber didn't have all the parts so he had to come back on Monday. He came to replace a pipe, and found ANOTHER problem. He told me to fix my tailpipe/basket would cost $305! This seemed crazy to me, and I told him not to worry about it, it'd figure it out. I called Plumber to the Rescue and asked for an estimate over the phone and they were shocked that someone would try to charge me that much. $96 later and a quick fix from the wonderfully kind & knowledgeable Eddie, my sink is working great!

These 5 stars are for both times this company has helped out. If you ever need a plumber call them!

Joe Flores came in my house in 100 degree heat. Fix the problem with his hand in 30s. Didnt charge me some. Told me its was just a faulty aerator and I can get a new one at home depot. Would recommend 100%.

This is my first, but definitely not my last, time using Charlie's Sewer.  We had a flood from a broken water pipe that was gushing water out onto the street.  Within 1 1/2 hours of calling the company, Lulu had Moises and his team out to help us.  They had to dig about 5 feet in from the curb and about 2 1/2 feet deep.  It was a big job.  They replaced pipe where the leak was, plus about a foot further in, since the pipe was weak in that area.  There was no charge for the extra foot - they are interested in doing a job that will last well rather than in charging for any 'extras.'  Moises even tightened a weak sprinkler for me that I thought was broken (but thankfully wasn't). Moises was both friendly and competent . I would not hesitate one moment to call 'Charlie' for Moises again.

Excellent work and work ethic from Saucedo plumbing.  He and his assistant installed a new tankless water heater and fixed a broken drain in less than a day.  He even printed out the rebate for me!  He is very knowledgeable  about plumbing and is a hard worker.

Had a drain blockage at 3:30 in the afternoon. Chris came out by 4:45 and my drains were draining by 5:05. Reasonable price and courteous thorough service. Definitely keeping his business card on file.

Mathew W what an amazing service Matt and his partner came out to look at my drain line I had called other plumbers to give me estimates they tried telling me I needed a new sewer line Matt and his team quickly corrected the problem and only charged me $75 they are truly rock stars and live up to the name

Victor is great!  He is always professional and provides great options to get any problem fixed as quickly as possible!  He is my go-to guy for sewer inspections and I can always trust him to give me an honest assessment.  I highly recommend Victor!

Mandel was the business!  I needed a new water heater and he came to my rescue immediately. We scheduled a certain day and he was there right on time. It took him less than an hour to replace it.  I did reach out to other companies to see what would work for me and my budget. His price was reasonable and better than other competitors. Our downstairs toilet and shower overflowed.  First plumber used the 75 fts snake but the water position was still the same.  Find New Generation in Yelp with good review.  They are very responsive even after work hour.  Three technician comes and shows on time.  The original plumber suggested to use hydrojetting since he suspected the root invasion to the sewer line.  After starting to use hydrojetting, the water did not go through as expected.  Using camera one more time and find out the leak of the pipe in the middle of the street.  Juan and his workers dig almost 7 fts deep and replace the plastic pipe with stronger joint.  
The entire project completes in one day.  Thank you Jake and your wonderful crew to assist us to solve this issue immediately.  Highly recommend New Generation plumbing!

Highly recommend!-very professional, fair price, and very efficient

Late last night our water heater broke but thanks to the Z&H team in less than a couple of hours we have a new heater and running water. I contacted a few different plumbers to get various rates and appointments but Zorro was very prompt and knowledgeable. He was able to book an appointment immediately and the team came exactly as scheduled. There was no beating around the bushes or hidden costs the plumbers told use exactly what to expect and gave us a fair price. Lastly they were done very quickly!

Brilliant ! After being messed about by plumbers that First American Home Warranty tried to force me to use (terrible reviews - not even answering the phone for a booking) I decided to call Flood Brothers instead as I needed the work done urgently. Got an appointment that day and the service was fantastic. Professional and informative ! Couldn't be happier.

My wife and I can't say enough good about American Drainworks & Plumbing.  We had to have some major work done on our pipe leading out to the sewage line as roots had made it impossible to go long without backups.  We have three bathrooms and often have family or out-of-town friends stay over.
