I reached out to Rishon Plumbing to have the old water heater that came with the house replaced with a tankless one. George responded the same day and gave a preliminary quote. Shortly thereafter he suggested that he visit my house to take a look in person. Turns out he was able to remove the old unit/enclosure and replace with a new tankless Takagi water heater the same day! George was very straightforward with me, pointing out some deficiencies and addressing them right then and there (for example, the original gas piping layout was a mess...George and John cleaned it up!). I appreciate the transparency and thoughtfulness with respect to explaining what they were doing and how the system works. Above all I'm grateful for the responsiveness and expedient work! THANKS!

Basement water heater started gushing water and Jose showed up within a half hour to stop the water and get it up and running again. He did a full assessment before leaving to make sure all else was working smoothly before leaving. Would 10/10 recommend!

I called My Plumbing Doctor after I was informed of a gas leak in my apt.  I called, Warren picked up and said he was in the area and was able to meet me at my place within 20 mins of my call.  I met him there and he took a quick look and told me that he would have to do an air test later that day and gave me a price, which to me sounded quite reasonable.  He came back later the same day and was able to fix the issue without me even being home.  

He called me after the work was done and told me that I needed to get a furnace guy to come and fix the furnace but that he had capped off the furnace for the time being so that the Gas Company would turn my gas back on.  I had hot water for a shower the next morning!  Woo hoo!  My landlord found a furnace guy and when he came out, he didn't know what to do so I got Warren on the phone and he took time to explain things to the furnace guy.  Totally going out of his way.  

Unfortunately, the furnace guy screwed up and started a fire under my building (separate review) but Warren came out the next day to work on another job for us and he found that the furnace guy was working on the wrong unit to begin with.  The furnace guy actually tried to blame it on Warren but I knew better.  The furnace guy didn't even turn off the gas before he started the work.  DUH!  Anyway, Warren was reasonable, honest, and totally went above and beyond for us.  Thank you Warren!

Max recently did a temporary relocation of my water heater for a small renovation project.  He was very flexible when I needed to move the date a couple days later than originally planned.  He was on time and efficient.  He re-installed the water heater a few days later when the project was done and put everything back as before.  I'm happy to support a local business and would definitely recommend or use Max's service again in the future if needed!

After some bad experiences with previous plumbers, who created all kinds of pressure problems in my house (whistling toilets, squealing washing machine, loud knocking from a water hammer, etc.), I'm so glad that I found Flood Brothers. This is a family business, and what I love about it is that you get the same technicians (Giovanni and Mike Longo, the guys who own it!) each time. They remember me and my house every time, and they fix everything quickly at a fair price. Gio and Mike also took the time to look in my crawl space to see my piping and explain what future problems could crop up.

These guys 1) answer the phone, 2) let you know 30 minutes to an hour in advance when they are showing up AND show up on time, 3) actually fix what's wrong and think about creative solutions (e.g., when I had pressure issues previously, guys from other companies would, say, fix a toilet that was acting funny because of bad pressure, but would never consider that pressure was the cause and the toilet was the symptom) and 4) seem to genuinely care about their customers. I know that I can count on them for both routine maintenance and emergencies.

Luis and Elio did an amazing job. We had multiple plumbers out for a sewage smell and none of them could pinpoint the issue. Luis and Elio found it immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes. Thank you!

We run a motel and a room bathroom sink got badly plugged. Plunger and short snake didn't help. Through yelp I chose Saucedo Plumbing because I felt they understood my issue and responded so fast. Within an hour the room sink was unplugged and back in business.
Cost was so reasonable too. He was done in minutes and also checked other rooms adjacent to it just to be sure.
From now on in emergency he will be my guy. I'm also recommending him to two other properties for emergencies.

They are awesome and Arnold is one of the best plumbers. He is really good at what he is doing, on time and took care of the leak very fast and efficient. I absolutely recommend them.

I came back from work to find a clogged bathroom sink.  Even though it was after 7 p.m., Miguel came out and worked tirelessly for several hours late into the night using first one snake and then a larger snake to attempt to clear my drain.  Throughout the ordeal, he was very polite, kept up a friendly conversation, wore booties, and was careful to not disturb my very cluttered apartment.  Due to multiple elbow pipes in my plumbing, he needed to return the next day to gain access from a lower unit.  He came back the next day to continue working for several hours until he was able to unclog the drain.  He also fixed my toilet, which he noticed was running.  He did a great job for a reasonable price.  He was also very professional, and made sure to get my approval of each quote before beginning work- no hidden surprises.  I highly recommend him!  Thank you, Miguel!

They are quick to arrive, especially when you are in a time of need.  Not to mention, extremely thorough, clean, and professional when they work.  

I had a complicated tankless water heater issue once that 2 other plumbers couldn't fix.  Hermes Plumbing knew exactly what was wrong from my description over the phone and they even took the time to explain the issue in detail and how they were going to fix it.

Had a water heater that the pilot light wouldn't light up.  Z&H was able to come out same day.  Initially quoted for a common part that fails on that particular make/model if water heater.

When that didnt fix it, wasnt going to charge me.  Ended up replacing the water heater.  Z&H took care of it next day.

Just got our kitchen drain unclogged by Greg from 911 Plumbing. Super courteous and efficient. Also took the time to unclog a hair-stuffed trap from my bathroom sink and to look at my tub drain and dishwasher, all for no additional charge!   And the price for the job was exactly as quoted on phone.  Highly recommend!

I had a leak in my supply line under sink Connie removed and replaced it and no more leaking. She also showed me where the water shut off value was located outside my house and showed me how to turn off the water supply to my house in the event I should have another leak, she also removed the kitchen and bathroom faucet aerators and cleaned the calcium depots that clogged the flow of the water. I will be using Connie at American drain works again. Highly professional and knowledgeable of what she was doing. A customer for lIfe!!
