Showed up for same day service and replaced my garbage disposal. Great friendly and fast service. Jose took the time to try and fix my current garbage disposal and save me money but that thing was long gone. They had a replacement on hand and it took them no more than 10 minutes to complete the job. No mess left after either. Great job on short notice

Don't call anyone else!  Thank you Yelp and all those who reviewed in the past.  Luis came over and was very open/honest and gave me all my options before starting any work.  I never felt like was being sold.  My 2 toilets and shower were backed up and it took a while to find the problem.  He stayed TILL THE END and used several different methods....and finally discovered a diaper and/or wipe that was the culprit.  He even helped find a clean out that was installed by the previous plumber...it was buried and I had no idea it was there.  That in itself saved me lots of $.  I will not be calling anyone else for all future plumbing need.  You will not regret these guys....and all the previous posts are spot on!

I initially found this company through Yelp based on the reviews. From the get-go, they were very responsive. The dispatcher gave me a timeframe when to expect the plumber. It's free for the plumber to come out and we were provided an estimate before starting the job. Josh, our tech was friendly, honest and professional. He unclogged our bathroom sink and explained what he was going to do. Their price is reasonable. Thank you guys! Keep giving an excellent customer service!

Yes. All the reviews are true. Victor and his crews are very professional and efficient. I had roots problem in my drain and he fixed and repaired for me on a holiday. He is very courteous and you will be glad that you call him if you have a drain problem.

This review based off my own personal experience with representatives of Hermes Plumbing. They were sent to my place by Fidelity National Home Insurance Co. to stop the running water in the toilet.

I found them incompetent (didn't know how to open my washlet, even with the Manual, I have provided), hence, couldn't diagnose the problem. On top of it all, they broke the filter, which they attempted to pull out to wipe it off.

The service was performed on 07/12/22, invoice #1642.

If I could have given them no stars at all, I would have done it. Consider yourselves warned!

Had work done today my kitchen sink was clogged up reached out to the company they were at my house within 90 mins got the job done great service, efficient they clean up for you as well as stated in previous reviews. Would recommend their service to a friend or family member.

Update sink is clogged again!!!!!

I had no working toilets and two young kids needing them at 5pm when I got home - Brian had someone able to be at my house by 6:30pm.  Chris arrived, and within an hour unclogged our main line and had everything working again.  He was upfront with the cost, wore booties to keep my house clean, and did not try to upsell me on things I didn't need.  He left me with great information on how to prevent the problem from happening again, as well as his personal cell in case this fix did not work.  Brian immediately called to ensure that all was fixed as soon as Chris left.  GREAT service!  There's a reason they have 5 stars!!!

We called them and explained our situation about our kitchen sink and they were so fast to respond.
They came in the next day to do estimate , and the day after to fix it because we need it fixed asap.

Flood Brothers were amazing.  At the time we needed their services my husband had just been diagnosed with early dementia and by the time they finished dealing with multiple plumbing issues he had surgery for pancreatic cancer, came home under hospice care and passed away.  It did NOT take Flood Bros. long to do the work, it was just a question of delays because so much was going on for us.  Mike, who does the scheduling, could not have been more compassionate and helpful.  By the time we were done we had seen about five members of the team and each of them was professional and great to deal with.  I can recommend them unconditionally and with a grateful heart.  These are the guys you want.

Had a clogged drain.. it was an emergency.. I messaged Sals company via Yelp they responded with a number to call. My father called, they took our info and said a tech will be out within the hour. I forget the techs name who showed up 45mins later and fixed our drain in literally 15seconds. It was $98. We appreciate the work. Infinite Blessings to your company.

Greg Chalikyan was terrific.  Our sewer
drain plugged unexpectedly and Greg not only cleared but showed us video of the pipe showing roots encroaching.

Connie is awesome. In the past I have had negative past experiences with plumbers especially male ones taking advantage of me being a female with little knowledge about plumbing. That being said, I gave Connie a shot. She responded quickly via text while I was at work. Came by after work and helped me out. What other male plumbers wanted to charge me, Connie charged me half. To top it off she taught me things about plumbing. Things to do as maintenance, what to look out for, and when I should text or call. She is straightforward and is reasonable  about her pricing. If I could, I would give her 10 stars.
