Jose came to help replace a faucet, snake a drain, and replace a broken check valve.  He is an exceptional plumber - courteous, responsible, punctual and fairly-priced.  During one of the repairs, a hot water recirculation pump had a glitch and stopped working - he promptly came back the following morning to get it sorted out.  That sort of responsibility and prompt fix is what sets Jose apart.  Don't waste time looking for other plumbers - Jose and company is the best.

After checking all the great reviews, I called My Plumbing Doctor.  I needed an earthquake valve installed on the gas meter.  I was very nervous about this job.  Eddie arrived on time and was very professional, knew what he was doing and was very satisfied with his work.  He was fast, friendly and thorough.  I will definitely call him again.

Max is the boss. We have a toilet that was backed up and he was able to fix the issue right away. Unfortunately during the time he was fixing this toilet, another one of our toilets got backed up. Fortunately, max was there. Got the second one fixed right after and even made adjustments to the flow and power of the toilets. Great service and definitely recommended if he can provide service in your area. Look no further!

Our bathtub faucet wouldn't turn off and we didn't know what to do and couldn't turn off the water for our whole building. Jerry was able to locate a faucet that would work just by a photo we sent and be at our apt to fix it within an hour. So thankful otherwise the water would have had to run all night long! He was very nice, professional, informative, and fixed the problem so quickly. Will definitely be calling Jerry for future plumbing issues for sure!

If I were able to give Charlie 10 stars I would gladly do just that.  Here is why...

We woke up to our kitchen sink being backup and could not get the water to drain.  I called out our savior, Charlie's Rooter Service, and even on Super Bowl Sunday Charlie came out within an hour and managed to snake out the problem and we are home free once again.  Charlie came to our home about a month ago when our master bathroom sinks needed to be drained and Charlie worked wonders for us then too. Not only does Charlie do the job, but he insists on cleaning the entire are where we has worked too.  The man is a saint and he is a Roto Rooter genius!  Thanks Charlie for coming out to rescue Alison Eichberg and Peter Eichberg this morning!!!

We run a motel and a room bathroom sink got badly plugged. Plunger and short snake didn't help. Through yelp I chose Saucedo Plumbing because I felt they understood my issue and responded so fast. Within an hour the room sink was unplugged and back in business.
Cost was so reasonable too. He was done in minutes and also checked other rooms adjacent to it just to be sure.

I reached out on Yelp around midnight, after I came home to a kitchen sink FULL of water, nearly overflowing and wouldn't drain! By 8:30am the next morning Victor called me and I had a 10:30am appointment. To be honest I was just stoked I found a company to come so quick for such a good price, I didn't care too much if they were good. Where do I begin... it was a Sunday evening (8ish) when my toilet and shower began to back up. Lord who am I going to call this time of night that will be able to come out and rescue me. I did a google search for plumbers open on Sunday evenings near me and got back 2-3. So I began my search and 1 never called me back (thank God for that) the other said his van had just been stolen and the third.. well this is where Mandel comes into the story. I called and he answers, I explained my problem and he says I'll be there after my next job. He got there within the hour. He ran the snake and quickly realized that there was a bigger and more serious problem. He offered to run the camera down the line (for an additional fee) which was not just worth it but very necessary. He showed me where the problems where (plural) and after a thorough discussion we concluded that the work needed to be done. He was in and out in a matter of a day and a half. They are extremely professional and they take amazing care of your property while working there. I would recommend him to ANYONE. He is an honest, family man who is carrying his grandfather's legacy.  What I take away from this experience and leave you with, is that if you want an HONEST, CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL... Sam is great - Efficient & through! He came the same day and fixed all problems. Communication was easy too.However rocket plumbing is expensive! But I do recommend Sam.

Reached out to the company and got a response back in less than 10 min. Natalia spoke with me over the phone and got all my info. Assured me they would have a team member at my house within the next hour.

Fernando showed up on time and was super friendly! He asked me questions about my bathroom to determine the potential problem. Within a minute, he was able to determine the possible thing causing the problem. He advised me to wait a week to see if anything changes and if not, to give them a call back.

Overall, friendly and reliable company! I especially appreciate Fernando's honesty and willingness to help. Instead of urging me to spend unnecessary money on services, Fernando advised me to try out this solution first. Definitely would recommend.

We had problem with our 1-1/2 year old water heater making noise and leaking from the top and another plumber wanted to replace the entire unit and all the pipes.  That didn't sound right to me, so I called Z & H based on their great Yelp reviews.  They arrived on time and assessed the problem right away.  Zorro and Jerry were great and explained everything that needed to be done.  They only had to replace a valve and connection, but while they were working they also found that the vent pipe was corroded and could present a hazard, so they replaced it also and only charged for the part.  The entire job was completed in only about an hour at a reasonable price.  They made sure we understood how to restart the water heater and Zorro assured us that we could call him at any time if we continued to have problems or had any questions.  We will definitely be using Z & H for our future plumbing needs.

To begin with, Phillip the technician showed up with a smile and courteous manner. He got right to addressing my issue (a clean out to the sewer main). He was very professional as he got to work right away. He addressed any extra concerns I had in terms of future improvements. He was honest and made sure I was aware of my options.
