Best Plumbing Services in Los Angeles, CA
I had a disaster in the crawlspace off my house on Friday night and Rishon was one of few plumbers who responded and followed through. Mike setup an appt for Sat morning and showed up. He was honest about the situation (I know because I had already vetted several other professionals some were plumbers and some were not). He gave me advice and quoted me and asked I let him know by Sun night so they could plan accordingly.
I did let him know I wanted to hire them for the project and gave them a rough start time. Mike communicated throughout and I really appreciated that. He and his brother make an excellent team and are professionals.
Thanks, guys! I will be calling you back if I have any plumbing issues in the future.
Sincerely,
Hope

After checking all the great reviews, I called My Plumbing Doctor. I needed an earthquake valve installed on the gas meter. I was very nervous about this job. Eddie arrived on time and was very professional, knew what he was doing and was very satisfied with his work. He was fast, friendly and thorough. I will definitely call him again.

This is the third time I have used Max for fixing my problems with plumbing. He is fast and efficient and seems to be able to handle any problem, and if not, he tells you that he can't...A lot of companies just come in and charge you and then can't fix the problem...Not Max...Give him a call ...he is a local guy and we need to support our local people....I am very pleased with his work...

Had Jimmy come out for a drainage system update; he made professional recommendations regarding the patio and adjusted the job as needed. Ended up updating our water heater to code, installing new sprinkler valve lines. That good to call for everything

The picture of the kids made take a chance. They were accommodating and did a great job snaking my toilet and no mess!
I would definitely use them again.

I called on a Sunday for possible main line back up and got a super quick response. Warren was there within an hour, and super friendly, knowledgeable, clean, and helpful. Price was given up front, which was really nice, as most other places said they couldn't give me an estimate until they assessed- which I understand, but still didn't want to be left with an huge bill. Warren fixed the problem quickly, and was very honest about the actual issue- which was less problematic than we assumed. He was so fair and honest that he even adjusted the price accordingly! Never encountered that before! Will definitely be calling Ace plumbing for future weekend emergencies! Highly recommend!

I'm very disappointed with my experience. I was having issues with my water temp being inconsistent and cold water coming out of the shower if someone was running hot water from a diff faucet. I decided to reach out to Rockstar Plumbing. I was told I needed a new water heater and the cost would be around $5,000. My husband and I spent a few months saving and then reached out a few months later. The same technician from the first call was sent back out to us and he now told us the price would be $7,500. I was surprised at the increase so he then FaceTimed his boss who said the price would be $6,000. At this point I'm very confused. To add more confusion, when the technician first came in April he told us that our water heater wasn't a good brand at all. He said it was a no name brand that was the Hyundai of water heaters. I tried not to take offensive as I have a Kia (sister car of Hyundai) and it's an excellent car haha. But anyway, fast forward a few months, and he now tells us that we have the Ferrari of water heaters but it's just old and needs replacing. But that they no longer make that model and that now the water heaters are bigger and in addition to it not fitting into the existing space (so they would have to put it on the outside of the carve out where the current water heater resides), we would also need to hire an electrician to create a new outlet for the new water heater to plug into because the old heater is hard wired.
Needless to say at this point my husband and I are trying to process all this info and the technician is starting to pressure us to get it done today or the next day. I keep saying I need time to process as this is a very expensive purchase and he kept insisting we should do it now. My husband calmly told him no and we were not doing anything today. He finally backed down and left. I then called another company that specializes in water heaters and the first thing they said is that they need to actually diagnose my problem before they would even recommend replacing the water heater. They came the next day and said the issue wasn't even the water heater but the fact that we had a plumbing crossover where cold water was getting into the hot water. They also mentioned a few other issues that should be addressed and for fixing everything (including putting in a brand new water heater) the price was almost $3,000 less than what the technician had quoted us earlier. PLUS they said my old water heater was a workhorse and a newer version of the same model was available with the same dimensions that would fit in the carve out. And they did not need an electrician to create a new outlet. So all in all the best case scenario is that the Rockstar Plumbing technician was woefully unknowledgeable and worst car scenario is that he was unknowledgeable AND was trying to scam us with the price. Either way it's unacceptable.

Would definitely call them first!. Our toilet at our business started running and it needed to be fixed right away. They were out within an hour and the prices were great!

Victor is THE BEST!!!! He's professional, a wonderful person and his customer service is top notch...truly exceptional. Our main sewage pipe was blocked and all of the bathtubs and showers were being filled with sewage. I called around 11, he took the call and fixed the problem immediately (especially impressive at the last minute on a Sunday). Two of my cars were blocking the pipe that he needed to roto rooter...(the batteries happened to be dead since I've been out of town for a few months...) Victor even helped fix that situation with AAA by helping me move the cars, etc... Then he fixed the plumbing problem immediately (he's quick, it only took 5-10 minutes) and then sanitized the bathtubs and showers. I've hardly ever seen such good customer service! He's an angel! There needs to be more people in the world like him and more companies with this level of customer service! If I could give his company 10/5 stars I would! Thank you, THANK YOU Victor!

These guys were awesome. Had some toilet issues that were minor but I was unable to fix myself. They were clear with communication of when they could come out (roughly 2 hours) and were professional and a fair price.

Quick response and realized one of my problems was a simple tightening and didn't try to rake me over the coals. Will definitely be calling again. This is my new plumber.

Rocket Plumbing did a great job both for me individually and for my building. Sam was fantastic and did skillful and efficient work replacing my worn-out garbage disposal and defective faucet cartridge. My building also had a significant pipe blockage on our garage level and Rocket Plumbing was able to get it cleared expeditiously. They will definitely be our first call in the future.

They're responsive, courteous & very professional. They do a great job & are reasonably priced. The visit to determine the problem is free. They don't charge you if it's just a very simple adjustment. I contacted them after closing hours on a Friday night for a hot water problem. They were here at 8am on Saturday. Everything was fixed in a few minutes! Couldn't ask for more!

Easy! Called up Z&H for a leaky sink. They were a little busy, but next day was fine for me. Zorro & Co. checked out the problem, we negotiated a few different options and they set to work. I was amazed at how quickly my sink plumbing went from a disaster to sleek and new.
They were a bit pricey from what I've seen before, but to have the job done quickly was a relief.

Again, I had to leave a good review for this company. After switching between so many different plumbing companies, it is so nice to have a company that is professional, communicative, and friendly. Often palmers make you feel like they are ripping you off, here you get what you pay for, they are quick friendly and get the job done ASAP

At the end of the weekend my toilet was blocked.
I used Yelp and found 911 Plumbing. The service was incredible from the first contact over the telephone to Mike, the plumber who came to my home. He was prompt, personable. His work was neat and efficient. I would recommend 911 Plumbing for plumbing emergencies.

I am not a person that writes reviews normally good or bad, but I have to say that CONNIE is unbelievable at what she does. I had some issues with a bathtub install from my contractor that was not well done and Connie came to my rescue with very detailed information on what to do, how to correct it, who to call, etc... she worked for me tirelessly, even on the weekend. I have never met a person so professional and helpful as Connie is and highly recommend her to anyone who only want to work with people who have a huge work ethic.
