We needed to replace a very old 30 gallon water heater. George and John came on time and worked very quickly. They removed and installed a new 40 gallon water heater. Because our house is very old with an old plumbing setup, George tested to make sure that our current plumbing system could handle the water pressure for the new 40 gallon water heater - a 10 gallon difference from the original.  All was fine. That gave us peace of mind that they were more than a water heater (a piece of an equipment)  installer but made sure that there would not be any issues with the general plumbing functionalities with the increased capacity of the tank.

We also had them installed an earthquake - seismic shut off valve at our gas meter. They also installed a seismic safety product stabilizer. This was something that needed to be done. A form of earthquake prepareness for our old home. Now we have peace of mind that this has been done.

Both George and John were very courteous and professional. The costs for the new water heater and seismic shut off value were very reasonable and fair.

Very fast response time regarding setting up an appointment and very efficient in diagnosing my leaking faucet and installing a new faucet. I can't say enough good things about Charlie and his crew. He's probably one of the most thorough, friendly, and honest tradesman I've ever worked with.

I called to get a quote on hydro jetting our drainage line and to snake our master shower and guest tub. They arrived on-time, were courteous about following masking inside our home, and explained every step of the process patiently and in great detail. Charlie walked me through foot-by-foot of problem areas in the pipes through his very high res snake cam. Don't worry I won't share the massive wad of hair they removed from our shower.

Like most old homes (ours was built in '54) there was a lot of neglect to our drain/sewage lines. After some recommendations by Charlie (which I felt were honest and straight forward), I decided to go forward with some more advanced maintenance and upgrades - these included de-scaling a lot of built up corrosion in our sewage line and then lining it with this epoxy hardened fabric that prevents that build up from happening again. They also installed a sewer line access point outside - a feature that our house didn't have before.

Did I expect to have a 5' deep service hole dug in the front yard today? Absolutely not lol. However, everything we chose to do was justified seeing how this home has survived seemingly 68 years of zero pipe maintenance - the piece of mind Charlie left us with is priceless. Would recommend him to anyone needing basic or advanced drain service.

This is my second time using this service.
The main pipe going to my apartment was clogged under the ground.  Tree roots were overgrown and clogged the pipe.
It was an urgent matter.
I called Alberto and left a message on a Sunday around dinner time.  
He returned my call quickly and sent out one of his plumbers who arrived 30 min later.  It was fixed in an hour

Warren did an amazing job! I had an emergency situation with what I thought was just a broken washer machine hose. Turned out to be a major plumbing catastrophe!! Warren came & checked it out. He had an excavator here the next day (Sunday) doing the camera work so they could see what had to be done. Monday they came in & dug up the yard to fix the pipes & clear it out. They cleaned, cleared, put new pipes down & put the yard back together. By midday Tuesday they were wrapped up & I had no issues.
If anyone is looking for an honest, fast & nice plumber look no further. I can't express how grateful I was that he got it all taken care of without a hassle & for a great price!

Out of the 5 quotes I got, Hermes pluming was the cheapest. Jack showed up to replace my tank heater in a timely manner and left the job sight cleaner than it was before... you don't get this kind of service anymore!!!

Mandel and this company are phenomenal. He tried to help me over the phone before automatically trying to quote me. He cares about what he does. It's beyond just plumbing. He was taught the ways of plumbing at a young age, and he genuinely cares about his customers.

I could not fix myself so we had to get the service done, and while he fixed it, I was educated and he made sure I understood what happened and why it needed to be done. I learned more about toilets in this one day than I've learned my entire life! Like a good dentist, it's good to know where to turn to, especially for something important like plumbing. I am so thankful to have a go-to now, in a world with so many options it's hard to know who to trust!

I was an idiot and drilled a hole into a water line when putting up a shelf. Rocket plumbing was able to accommodate a repair the same day I called. I contacted New Generation Plumbing, and not only were they accommodating to my schedule but prompt and professional. They sent out Martin and Jose, who promptly replaced a leaky faucet in my kitchen.
I appreciated the top-notch work, clean-up after, and attention to following COVID-19 protocols.
They were also mindful of making sure my cats did not escape when they went out the door to get supplies. I respect the type of care individuals show when they enter my home.

Garbage disposal broke early on Sunday morning when I was about to go traveling for a few days. Several places that said they were 'open' were amazingly booked when we asked for service on a Sunday. On the other hand, Zorro from Z&H called right back, was out in 90 mins, diagnosed the issue, went to get a special garbage disposal we wanted (as we needed to replace anyway) and then installed it in less than an hour. Some of the best service I have had. Just great!

I gave them a list of things that needed fixing and they went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend to anyone who needs work done. Phillip was fantastic! They will now be my go to plumbing company!

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

We had to go through many plumbers before we got our problem fixed--and it was George at 911 Plumbing that did it. He was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He not only did the job, but looked at other aspects of my system and made easy-fix recommendations.
