We had such a great experience with Rishon for our water heater replacement that we called them again when we needed the plumbing repiped to our washing machine. George & John came out to check things and went over different options with us. They arrived on time to do the work and did an excellent job! I was having trouble with my dishwasher not draining, and Jose and Alberto were super helpful in checking it out and getting it to drain, even though it ended up being an issue with the appliance itself and not the plumbing. Further, I had a question about the handle in my shower and Jose showed me the piece I needed to buy to fix it and explained how to install it. All of that and he didn't want me to pay! I had been putting off calling anyone for a very long time, and Jose and Alberto made me feel so grateful and relieved with their great communication, honest answers, and patience. I could not recommend them more highly.

No, I didn't just write to break the 5 star record, although there may be some evil lurking deep within, after all, I /was/ the bad review fairy until just today.  Metamorphosis, Kafka eat your heart out.  

Well, I thought they were pretty good, James came out and he was funny and cool and did a good job.

Minus points for not being prompt at all on the initial call back- maybe they're too busy helping yelpers?  For having a policy of a 1 hour arrival window instead of giving a concrete time (who does that?  I sit in car for 1 hour?)  And for being $85 / hr instead of 75/hr because I am in the Valley.  Whaaaat.  So if you take 2 hours to be in my place, you are using gas while your van is parked at the curb?  Ya.

Regardless of these (now should I rate them a 3) nitpicks, I did think the end result was decent and the $95. out the door price not too shabby considering the amount of work I observed myself not wanting to do.

Max helped me with a broken sewer line. First, using specialized blades to get the roots out then using a camera to figure out why the problem returned a few weeks later. He's honest, shows up on time, and priced well.

Amazing appointment system. Really nice technician and a fast appointment time. I'd highly recommend them.

Investigated the drain issue, gave us an estimate (which was considerably lower than their competitor) and cleaned out 3 drains.

Less than an hour later our drainage problem was fixed.  Tech was friendly and professional.

So happy I found this plumbing gem! I had a couple of bidet seats that I needed help installing, as well as a few shower issues. I reached out to Alberto thru Yelp, explained what I needed done, and he gave me a great quote and scheduled time the following day. On the day of, he gave me a call, let me know that he could actually stop by a little early, and arrived right on time. He and his partner were super professional. When they stepped into my house they already had shoe covers in hand! They immediately got to work, with a mat to cover the ground, and then carefully wipe down everything they finished working on.

We called Ace after a different plumber (who gave a cheaper initial quote) did a half-ass job installing our new toto toilet and bathroom faucet. After the install, The new toilet rocked back and forth when we sat on it, breaking the caulking below, and clearly wasn't attached to the floor right. We didn't trust the original plumber to come back and fix it properly. He was either ignorant or lazy. The ACE office manager Darcy was so kind on the phone and even suggested the 1st company might be able to fix it for us free of charge, but we really wanted fresh professional eyes rather than risk damage or waste more time. The ACE business owner Chris came by that day to check it out for us and easily identified the problems. The first plumber had only used 2 of the required 6 screws mounting the toilet and just hoped we wouldn't notice (screws hidden under the skirt)!  Chris also voluntarily fixed another issue the other plumber had ignored on the installation of our new bathroom faucet, to be nice. Chris was efficient and didn't over-charge even though he easily could have.  Chris and Darcy at ACE have won us over for life, and we will tell our friends. Don't buy nice new fixtures and cheap out on the installation. You'll regret it. Sometimes, plumbing included, you really get what you pay for.

Words can't say enough about what rockstar plumbing did to help me solve my plumbing problem I've had other plumbers come out to service my Home and had to be called back and called back again I recommend this plumbing company to anyone that needs a plumber

We had Miguel come over due to flooding under our kitchen sink. He was able to come that same day, just a couple of hours after I called, and he was super pleasant and approachable. He explained everything in detail and showed me the issues with the faucet, as well as with the incorrect manner in which some of the pipes under the sink had been connected and installed. I would highly recommend.

Great communication. Willing to come at a late hour after a long day. He is a good guy!

They are quick to arrive, especially when you are in a time of need.  Not to mention, extremely thorough, clean, and professional when they work.  

I had a complicated tankless water heater issue once that 2 other plumbers couldn't fix.  Hermes Plumbing knew exactly what was wrong from my description over the phone and they even took the time to explain the issue in detail and how they were going to fix it.

I have two cats. I noticed a wet spot on the arm of my living room couch. Thought maybe my cats peed on my couch. Very upset but didn't yell at them. They are too cute. Went in to investigate the wet spot with a sniff test. Bang! Got nailed on the top of my head with a drop of water! Looked up and discovered a leak in my living room ceiling! Ugh!

I called Rapid Action Rooter and they showed up quickly. Very professional. Wearing masks and gloves. They had taken detailed info from me over the phone and already had a good idea of the cause before they showed up. They were very courteous and respectful and patient with me. The sewer under our driveway to the city hookup was damaged and root infested. New Generation came out to water jet the roots, but video showed that some of the sewer had collapsed. We decided to replace the old sewer with a new one using the trenchless method. Tony and his team were super professional. A job that was supposed to take three days only took two and the finished results were excellent and the price was reasonable. The concrete patch they did on my driveway did a perfect match for texture and the seam is almost invisible.  You expect a plumber to know plumbing, but the concrete work was a major added bonus.

I had called another company this morning about my water heater not working and they said they would not be able to make it out until tomorrow. They also said they might have to order a part. All these things made me search elsewhere as my family really was wanting a hot shower. I spoke with Zorro at Z&H and he asked me to send a photo of the model. No sooner than I hit the send button, he responded...Thermal Coupler. Apparently this make and model had a reputation for this particular problem. He gave me a reasonable quote and sent someone out the same day. We are back up and running. Thanks guys!

I can't say enough good things about Flood Brothers Plumbing. It is easy to schedule an appointment, even on weekends. They do great work for a reasonable price, and focus on good customer service. Giulio and Sean were at my house today checking on plumbing that was not easy to get to, and they were honest, efficient, and super friendly. They were wearing well made masks and maintained good distance. I am very happy to have found this wonderful family run company.

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

Vic and Able fixed my bathroom faucet which was stuck.  It was a quick, easy and reasonably priced job.
