My water heater broke and needed a replacement. I called a few places for quotes and found George who gave me a very reasonable price and was available the same day. He and his partner came on time and  and explained everything that needed to be done as well as how to maintain the system for longevity. Everything went smoothly and was done very quickly.

Jose and his team at Real Plumbers are great! I've reached out a couple of times and he's always been very responsive and quick to get the job done. The first time I worked with him, I needed someone to swap out an old garbage disposal and sink faucet with new ones - nothing too complicated but I really appreciated how speedy he was and that he also took covid safety measures seriously (mask, gloves, booties, etc.). Most recently, we had a leak in our water heater and he managed to get his guys over to our place in 15 minutes! They identified the problem, ran to the store to get the necessary replacement parts, and finished the job all within 1 hour. It was such a relief to have that problem fixed so quickly. They will be our go-to plumbers from here on out!

I arranged for this plumber to come to my house the following day to fix a few sinks.  The next day about 1/2 hr before he was due to come, he called to tell me he was still at a previous call and wouldnt be able to make it.  BUT he did send his brother who has his own plumbing service.  While I initially thought this sucked, his brother turned out to be a FANTASTIC plumber.  He arrived promptly, close to the scheduled time. My husband was the one who met him and he raved about this guy.  He said he was very professional, honest and was a genuinely nice guy.  We're both very pleased with the work he did and his pricing was fair.  While the Plumbing Doctor didnt actually do the work, I can say that he was very apologetic for the inconvenience of having to cancel, and his referral worked out great.  These are honest guys.

I've been using Flood Brothers for about 15 years.  The entire staff over the years have been exceptionally knowledgeable, respectful, and honest.  I can't tell you how many times they've gone out of their way to fix whatever went wrong.  Today, Philip diagnosed the issue, went out and bought the part, installed the new insinkerator and took the old way to dispose of it.

Charlie came out early enough for me to make it to work on time and cleared our tub drain with no issue.

We had Saucedo plumbing service our tankless water heater and they did a great job.  Their communication is excellent and they were very punctual.  We will definitely call them again for other plumbing needs.

Plumber came so quickly to help with a drain emergency! They resolved the issue quickly- prompt and had all around great customer service. I hope we do not need their services too much in the future but it's a relief to know that if/when we need a plumber in the future that we can depend on Ace.

We needed water line installed for the refrigerator/ice maker and washing machine outlet box.  Christian showed up and performed the work the same day.  He is highly motivated with an extremely positive attitude and was a pleasure to work with.  He's very thorough and cleaned up everything before he left.  He takes his job seriously.  Price was very reasonable and we highly recommend Rockstar Plumbing and if you are lucky enough to get Christian as your service tech even better!

I came back from work to find a clogged bathroom sink.  Even though it was after 7 p.m., Miguel came out and worked tirelessly for several hours late into the night using first one snake and then a larger snake to attempt to clear my drain.  Throughout the ordeal, he was very polite, kept up a friendly conversation, wore booties, and was careful to not disturb my very cluttered apartment.  Due to multiple elbow pipes in my plumbing, he needed to return the next day to gain access from a lower unit.  He came back the next day to continue working for several hours until he was able to unclog the drain.  He also fixed my toilet, which he noticed was running.  He did a great job for a reasonable price.  He was also very professional, and made sure to get my approval of each quote before beginning work- no hidden surprises.  I highly recommend him!  Thank you, Miguel!

Had a pipe burst in our townhome complex at about 8pm and several units were affected.  Found Victor on yelp and called him. Victor answered right away and came out personally since all his employees were already out on jobs. He worked quickly and efficiently.  He took care of the problem and water was turned on promptly for the whole complex. Though it was a late night emergency call he was way more than fair on the cost of the repair. Honestly I was surprised. Thank you so much Victor! All the homeowners were raving about your service.

Our toilets backed up into the showers and within 4 hours David and his team where here to help into the night.  They were so response, kind and helpful.  I had 2 other plumbers tell me they couldn't do anything and David saved the day!  I would never use another plumber again.  They are the best and professional.

As a single woman, I dread having to call mechanics and plumbers. But when an underground pipe busted in my backyard flooding the neighbors yard and mine, I had no choice. I went straight to Yelp and called Rapid Action based on them having over 100 5 star reviews. Mandel answered the phone the first time I called; this was an emergency, I had no time to leave messages. A plumber showed up at the time promised. AND fixed the busted pipe under an hour WITHOUT breaking my wallet! 10 star service!!!!!

I called New Generation Plumbing because my sinks and toilet weren't draining properly.  They responded promptly and sent over Jose & Martin.  They took a look and told me the toilets were doing their job, it's just that they were old (from 2005) and I could buy new ones if I wanted the toilets to do a better job, but that they were functioning fine.  They also took hair out of the sink drain, which improved the water flow.  

Jose & Martin were professional, on time, very polite and wore their masks.  I'd definitely recommend New Generation Plumbing and will use them once I decide to upgrade my toilets.

We had originally contacted Zorro, two years ago, when we were evaluating our water heater options. He helped us to weigh our options, which were a solar water heater, a standard gas tank and a tankless option, which comes with a LADWP rebate. We ultimately decided to go a like for like replacement and go with the standard tank. We decided decided to move forward and completed the project today. It took less than 3-4 hours for his team to rebuild the platform in a high ceiling garage that the water heater sits on and install a new water heater. The former platform had rotted and was wet from the water heater leaking; apparently it's best practice to have a water pan, which he also installed for us. I can't believe that we waited so long because the difference in water warmth is night and day. I'd used Zorro and his team again.

What a perfect team of professionals! Mike, Brendan and his crew truly went above and beyond my expectations for a plumbing company. I needed a new sewer line and after initially not happy with the one of their newer members of the team ( let's chock it up to not everybody's perfect ) Flood brothers blew my mind and took a bad situation for a homeowner to one of the most thoughtful, redeeming, and professional service's one could ask for. We called another competitor to have a faucet in our bathroom installed and they tried to charge us $875 so we called Sals Plumbing and Fernando came out. Fernando charged us $350 and did an excellent job, was so courteous, cleaned up and was very friendly. We highly recommend him. Sals Plumbing is our new plumbing company

It doesn't get easier than this.  I called this morning with a leaky toilet at 7:30am and by 1:30pm it was solved.  Jack was quick, professional and fixed everything in no time at all.  Also...the office was incredibly organized and followed up twice with us.  If only the rest of my day was this seamless and smooth.

Connie is not only an amazing plumber - but so professional and caring as well. She has come through for our family on crazy rainy nights when the sewer pipe broke at 9pm, and shows up for all the little things too like snaking our shower drain for hair blobs! We have been using American Drain Works for 9 years now and wouldnt think of using anyone else
