The hot water in our house stopped working on Thursday afternoon.  I attempted to troubleshoot the problem (flip the breaker, check the gas, re-light the pilot) and, not surprisingly, called up Rishon.   Over text George scheduled an appointment and checked he had the parts they needed.   By the next day we were back up and running with hot water.  It was glorious.   They brought the new heater, hauled away the old one, and everything else.  Oh and did I mention they showed up exactly on time!   Unbelievable.   I will always call up Rishon whenever I can't fix a plumbing problem (aka always).

These guys are the real deal. They arrived on short notice and installed gas lines in our new pizza shop quickly. Honest and hard workers. Look forward to working with them in the future!

They were great! I live in a terribly managed apartment complex that makes us call and pay for our own plumbers. Had a standard clogged toilet and needed emergency services on a Saturday. Called these guys based on other Yelp reviews and did not regret it. Quick, responsive, and great customer service on the phone. Will say that the guy who actually came to look at my toilet didn't speak much English, but we were able to communicate what was needed and he was quick and efficient - no complaints.

Had a sewer backup at one of my rentals in Santa Monica. Cold dark and rainy night. Not only did Max show up on time, he tried to no avail for 3 hours in less than optimum conditions to snake the sewer line . Did I mention he was under the house!!!  Had to return next day as my tenants baby had to go to sleep. Showed up first thing Saturday morning and in less than one hour discovered a fitting that was installed by a previous plumber incorrectly positioned.
Not only is he concerned, caring, knowledgable and personable, the price was fair if not cheaper than most. I enjoyed meeting and talking with him and feel fortunate to know I have a new go to guy when plumbing problems arise.  I have him on speed dial. You would be wise to do the same.

Thank you Flood Brothers! Guilio and Mike were fantastic. Guilio unclogged my sink by snaking it with a 50 foot line, fixed my leaky pipe under the sink, and crawled under my house to further examine the line. They recommended that I consider replacing my drains in the near future, since they are all about 70 years old. I plan to do this larger project in the next few months, and I will likely have Flood Brothers doing this as well. All around great company and wonderful customer service.

I called Roto-Rooter to fix a clogged drain. They quoted me $975 to snake the drain. There were all sorts of explanations for these outrageous charges. The best one was that they needed to hire a second person to help carry the equipment upstairs. Seriously?

I ended up calling Charlie based off of Yelp reviews. He was able to come right out. There was no nonsense with him. He obviously knew what he was doing. He was clean and professional and set about to work.

30 minutes later, my drain was clear and the total bill was $100. I saved $875 by using him. Definitely a number I'm going to keep in my Rolodex.

These guys were great! They showed up right on time and cleared out our drain efficiently. I will be calling them again for future plumbing needs.

These guys are amazing. I wanted a new hose bib installed on the outside of my garage. I reached out to a few plumbers for quotes. Miguel was able to do the install within hours of my inquiry and matched my best price. His work was clean and professional. Looking forward to hiring these guys to do all the plumbing work when we install a unit over our garage.

So we called Victor who was very professional on the phone I advised we needed some estimates for our bathroom repairs for our landlord.  Advised as long as everything was visual no charge for visit. He gave me the window between 2-4 so of course I wasn't expecting him until 5 he came  on time I was like okay.. a plus....he gave us great estimates for the repair and we were able to get the first part done the next day.  His work is amazing we didn't even know he was here until it was time for him to depart.  He cleaned up after himself it was amazing... I really do appreciate all of his work he is a great worker with quality work....  thank you Victor!!!

We've had lots of different plumbers come to our house in the 15 years we've lived here, and without question Mike and his crew are the best.  They are very professional, well-priced, and they always do a great job.  They also show up when they say they will, which is hard to get these days.

Where do I begin.... so it was about 1030 am and i decided to have my dog in the front yard on 15ft leash. As I was putting the stake into the ground, without thinking about the water main line I accidentally punctured a hole into my copper pipe I knew I had messed up as soon as I heard hissing coming from the ground. I removed the stake and oh boy did the water start to come. Luckily I have a tool to turn off the water from shut off valve.. well anyways after I had turned my water off I had to call a plumber ASAP. I called the first one I seen which rapid response and boy let me tell you... As soon as Mandel answered the phone he was courteous and asked me a couple a questions to evaluate my issue. He then said ok let me call my plumbers to come out and give me a estimate. About 2-5 minutes later I get a return call from Mandel saying he can have a plumber out in about 30 minutes or less I was please send him. The plumber Kelly was there in about 20 minutes he saw what happed and gave me a great estimate. Kelly was a great guy and I am so glad he came out to help my family and I out with our plumbing issue... he finished the job in a couple hours. I truly am grateful for plumbers and what they do, it is not a easy job... thanks Mandel and Kelly for everything!!!! Highly recommend...

These guys were amazing!  They fixed our wiring that got crossed in our kitchen and now we can finally use our dishwasher without the disposal turning on, ha!

Nothing but good things to say for them. Had my water heater go out overnight, searched yelp and got a couple of responses but no one was able to come out next day. New Generation Plumbing contacted me and was able to book me for a next day free estimate appointment to check out what was the issue. Turns out my water heater was older than I thought and parts would not be easy to come by after some research. They quoted me fairly both how much repairs would be if they were able to find the parts, but ultimately recommended I do a full replacement. They were able to do the complete install same day within a few hours. They were even able to replace a broken shut off valve for a bathroom sink near where my water heater was installed.

I appreciate the great work they did, how quickly they responded. They were very kind and answered all my questions I had, didn't push me to do one thing or another. Would definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs. Thanks!

Flood Brothers was recommended to me by our HOA and I'm so glad we called them. Our water heater supply line was leaking late Monday evening. After a wasted trip by Roto Rooter  who not only couldn't fix it but ended up turning off water to the wrong unit, we called Flood Brothers and Junior promptly answered. First - he tried to guide me through fixing it to avoid us having to pay the emergency fee - which while unsuccessful I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Then he arrived on site at 11pm at night and didn't leave until the leak was contained (almost 1am!). Since the leak required additional parts to fully fix and no supply store was open, Junior was able to MacGyver it to at least stop! No easy feat when the shutoff valve was also broken. He then returned the next day to fully fix the problem. All for a very reasonable rate. In the world of sketchy and often unreliable (at best) plumbers (especially those on call 24/7) - I highly recommend Flood Brothers.

Our toilet was backed up (so pleasant) and I called Sal's right away. They came in no time and did a quick and thorough job clearing the clog. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Wow... Plumbing emergencies are a real drag, but these guys really made it as good as can be. Abel, Vick and Greg took such good care of me. It turned out to be a major, major issue with roots up and down my main line. They went out of their way to make sure I was informed of all my options. They spent a ton of extra time to make sure everything was perfect, working late into the night. I cannot say enough about these guys. They deserve the great reviews they get on Yelp.

If you want the job done, are possibly in a hurry and want it done right, then American Drain Works is your best bet.  
I had been trying for months to obtain a permit to have my ABS pipes in the garage of my apartment building removed and replaced to cast iron without any success. I finally gave up and called American Drain because of their 5 star rating. Connie and Lalo came out within 4 hours of my call and 4 hours later, they obtained a permit to begin the job. It was a Friday when I called, but by Monday they began the job.
Every step of the process was discussed and approval obtained.  The contract and invoice was thorough, complete, and clearly stated the cost of the job, which was strictly adhered to.  No surprises, no hidden costs and no BS.  In less than a week, I had a plumbing inspector sign off on the final permit for the plumbing change out.
