Great service, Reasonable and quick response time to the quote request feature on Yelp.

We had a leak in our garbage disposal and I reached out yesterday evening to some plumbers on Yelp. Rishon was the first to respond. I asked a few questions and all of the questions were answered. They were able to come today. They brought the garbage disposal, arrived on time and replaced quickly. The quote was reasonable and comparable to the other ones we had received. After they finished, the amount due was the exact amount quoted.

I'm very satisfied and plan to use them again in the very near future to replace some bathroom and sink faucets.

We had a toilet that was not working due to a down-line clog.
The job necessitated removing the toilet (not easy, as it had been grouted in place), cleaning the line, replacing the wax plug and reinstalling the toilet and replacing the shut-off valve which was old.
The job was done in only a little over an hour, including recaulking.
They left the place clean and they saved me a lot of grief and future problems.  Not cheap, but worth every penny.
I will use them again.

Can't really give a plumber 5 stars since it sucks to have to have them come at all, but these guys are just about there. Their estimate was free and significantly below the competitors.

The specific plumber, Greg, was amazing. He took such care to do things right and respect our home, and also cleaned up after himself well. He asked for permission to do the slightest thing.

The minus 2 stars is for the office. I had called twice to set up and confirm my appointment and Holli said someone removed it from the board. Luckily, they were able to fit me in later that day and Greg stayed extra late.

Fast and efficient! Needed a pipe snaked and Max did a great job. He explained where I might have a potential issue and discussed longer term fixes. 5 stars

Joseph from Flood Brothers was the last one of 5 quotes we received for redirection of a blocked drain we had been trying to solve for months. All the others had told us we needed to drill through our foundations at great cost to achieve a solution. Joseph went under the house into the tiny crawl space, quickly saw a better solution and provided a much lower quote. The next day he and his team had the whole thing done for less than half hour of first quote. Smart, clean, professional and fairly priced. I would use them anytime.

Charlie and his team are great! Had a piping issue that required intensive work. I looked around Yelp, had many different companies come to assess and chose Charlie because he felt the most honest AND the price was MORE reasonable (others quoted me more $15k!). Charlie and his team returned everything back to the way it was before they started, cleaned after themselves, patched up and installed a drywall for us where they made a cut, hosed down our driveway, covered our belongings from debris,and it only took 48hours of hard work from 0800-1800 to get the job done! I am very well satisfied with their work ethic, efficiency, and thoroughness.

I found Mr. Saucedo through a friend who had used his services snaking his mainline drain. I had purchased a washing machine but had no one to install it for me. I contacted Alberto & he quoted me a fair price. He arrived with an assistant on time & proceeded to get to work. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I also had a sink that was backed up and he said no problem and snaked it clearing the stoppage with no mess or fuss.  It was a pleasure doing business with an honest person. What wonderful service. Chris came in the time window he said he would. He handled both the kitchen and the bathroom sinks. He was able to explain what was going on so that I felt informed. When certain parts were needed, he quickly went out and came back to fix it. He was even able to explain an issue with the dishwasher that I had wondered about for a long time. He was even able to get at a problem that wasn't originally done right, while still using the major existing parts and system. An issue that was worse than I had thought was quickly fixed. I cannot thank you enough!

I've contemplated about this review and experience for the first half of the day and I realize that sometimes things don't go right for whatever reason when working with companies and it isn't the things gone wrong that count, it the way they are fixed that matter the most.

I am sincerely impressed with Matt, the owner of the company and his conflict resolution. Conflict resolution really says alot about a company. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that speaks volumes.

I called these plumbers because my roof deck was flooded and leaks were coming into my house. I needed the drain unblocked and to understand where the water was getting into the house.

It was peak Covid in 2020 so a tiny bit of extra to come out made sense but they charged us $1250 to basically unclog a drain.

They could NOT identify the source of the leak, even though that is why I specifically asked them to come out.

Vic showed up at my house right on time. He diagnosed my overflowing laundry line right away and cleared the clog from 2 spots quickly and easily. Vic really investigated the problem and saw it through to a simple affordable resolution. 5 stars.

I was stunned by their quick response, I got a call back 2 minutes after reporting my problem , I had a leaked water heater which flooded my garage , it was really an emergency and they were able to come in 20 minutes to stop the leak and start their fix, I loved that they both showed up in masks and were very polite and understanding and handled everything promptly and efficiently .

Project Home Repipe - Great service & attitude. Showed up on time which is very important to me. Wore masks and gloves and was very respectful of my time (currently WFH due to COVID-19). The thing I liked most outside of the quality work that was done on my home was that Mandel made sure to answer all of my questions and took the time to educate me on the process, and told me to give him a call at any time if I had any additional follow up questions. He also offered to have me come by one of the jobsites that he was working on at the time so that I could see his work, etc. A company will only do something like that if they are confident and proud of their work, in my experience, so that gesture said a lot to me. I would recommend Mandel and his team to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Matthew came by to fix a drainage problem I've had for a year. Other guys have quoted us at over $1000 for this, but Matthew was extremely transparent and helpful in diagnosing and addressing the issue. Within an hour, he managed to fix the problem completely and at a fraction of what the other guys quoted me for. Very honest, high integrity work. Highly recommend.

Water started to sip out of my front yard. And I had a suspicion that it could be a broken water main. I called New Generation Plumbing after my discovery at about 5pm - Fernando, who answered the phone scheduled a next-day 7am free inspection and confirmed my hunch. He and his crew started and finished work the next day.

It's a pricey fix, as those kinds of repairs always are. And I appreciate New Generation's prompt and reliable work, so that I didn't have to run up my water bill or go without water for a prolonged period.

January 7 2020 it was time to have an updated 40 gallon water heater replaced. This is normal after 10 years it does have its wear and tear even though we were faithfully having it  flushed every year and maintained I reached to the owner Zorro Sunday January 5th 2020 and he provided me a quote replacing my old water heater with a new one.   His price was very reasonable   On January 7 2020 His technicians came out in a timely manner they do give you a two hour window they did show up an hour and 15 minutes within that two hour window. That's what I call excellent customer service. The technicians assess the situation and took care of removing my old water heater and installing my new the new one and made sure everything was up to code and The hot water heater pilot was lit it working  properly. I was in a bind, my toilet and shower were overflowing. After I tried so Do It Yourself..with no experience.  Luckily Danny D.was able to come to the rescue. I appreciate the help and fair pricing. Give these guys a 2 thumbs up. Also the support veterans so I also got a discount. Thnks again.

I Highly recommend Sal's plumbing. This is the second time using them. They did a Great job as usual.  Thomas was very professional and thorough. He answered all my questions.

After my friend and I and two handymans playing with the kitchen pipes, we diecided to call them.  Called around 6 PM, they said that they'll call me back from 8-10 for an estimated time for the plumber to come.  Called me around 9:45 with the plumber in my place by 10:30.  

Good service over all, I got Mike and he fixed our problem, even made sure everything was in working order before he left.  Checked  any additional leaks in the other pipes to make sure.  Will totally use them again.

We needed a plumber to come by and find a gas leak behind a wall. The personable Connie at American Drainworks & Plumbing clearly explained the process ... it turns out that Connie is the boss AND a licensed plumber! She got us booked in pronto, and Lalo and Tomas arrived right on time and got to work. Lalo, too, explained clearly what needed to be done -- and they fixed the leak with minimal fuss, time, and money. Aside from their professionalism, these guys are SUPER nice people! As we said to Connie: It was no fun being told by the gas company that we had a leak behind a wall. That's pretty stressful! But it was worth it, to find you guys for the future. Wouldn't call anyone else.
