Great team. They came same day that we called. Their office was in out city so they made it work early evening. We heard a hissing sound in our wall and it drove us crazy all night. We were very pleased with QP Plumbing. We called asking for help with replacing a faucet, and Oscar from QP offered to come out the same afternoon. Oscar was super understanding when we said we wanted to call around to get other quotes first. When we called back to schedule something, Oscar and another worker were able to come out within 90 minutes. The faucet replacement was done well and efficiently. Oscar also kindly cleaned up the space before he left, even after I told him that was not necessary. Was very impressed by his professionalism and the quality of his work.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I'm really annoyed with Jet Drain now. Not only Raphael's toilet fix didn't work - still leaks, Aramis' new knob install FELL OFF. $200 for NOTHING! Abi offered to come out and make good on the Raphael's repair but no way now. 5star?!! I support family business, but I would NOT recommend Jet Drain!

They were on time. Straightforward and showed me why we we need to be fixed or replaced something. They also gave us options on how they could fix it and the cost. So at the end of the day they are reasonably price, did quality work and proved to us why something needed to be done. We had massive damage to our sewage lines and I got to see the extensive damage in person and via video. They were very fast. Diagnosed on Sunday, started and completed the work on Monday, even with multiple additional issues that occurred. We had over 100 ft of sewer lines replaced.

Contacted them in January and they came out to do a leak detection on our Jacuzzi. Spent an hour and mostly listened to the ground with their ear and a stethoscope for $500. Showed my contractor a spot near the skimmer and a secondary one about 6 feet away. He said he was going to be  on vacation in Feb but didn't indicate that the whole company would be gone. My contractor dug up the patio near the skimmer but this failed to show where the water loss was. Contractor was not willing  to destroy more of the patio without Aquaman coming back with more equipment to try to pinpoint the exact spot. This was early Feb and their response was that they were shut down until March 1. Expressed great displeasure at this but they refused to be available. Late Feb, I resigned to waiting until 3/1 even though there was a big hole in the patio.  They responded in late Feb that they were not going to come back unless my contractor blindly ripped a hole in  the second spot or unless I paid them again. So much for their guarantee of finding the leak or providing appropriate service. The contractor brought in another company which I also had to pay. They were superb. They entered the pipe in question and with a camera found the exact leakage site and proved it with pressure equipment. A contractor was now able to confidently go in and do the repair. This is what we expected Aquaman to do but they refused without getting paid again. When I asked for a refund since they failed to live up to their guarantee, they refused and claimed that I called another company in as a second opinion which isn't their problem. It is my opinion that this company is staffed by amateur clowns who use YELP as a marketing tool. We used another leak detection company for our house and was also impressed with their competence and professionalism compared to these guys. You can only contact Aquaman by email. Take them to small claims court? Good luck finding them or getting them to pay. I advise looking elsewhere.

Had a sewage back up and needed same day service to snake the our line. Lio was available and showed up on time,. He verified the problem and got to work right away. Cleared the line and snaked the line an additional time for good measure. Check both toilets and drains after 5 flush runs and running the water. Even ran a camera to check the line since we were first time customers. No hidden costs or tried to sell us on additional work. Good honest plumber! High recommend!

Jeremy is a class act! When you talk to him he sincerely wants to help and offered assistance over the phone. He was very patient which is why i went with him instead of the others to replace my water heater. He came out with his son and replaced it out along with some education on how to keep its longevity. I will only contact these guys in the future if ever I encounter a plumbing issue.

Ray was professional and very responsive, called him because the tenants reported the bathrooms weren't draining. He came out immediately and unclogged them.

A day later the tenants reported that it was still happening, he came out for no additional costs and said that he had snaked it some more.

Fast forward 2 days and it's still happening, I told him of the issue but I didn't get a response back. He was very professional and I can't really say I had any issues.

When our 11 year old water heater started leaking, I called SoCal Plumbing based on Yelp reviews.  The gentleman on the phone quoted me a price and a time that someone would be out.   He called back shortly after and said someone would be coming over right now.  I wasn't expecting service that quickly so it was nice.

Mario and Ezekiel showed up and went to work immediately.  They were both very professional and did a great job.  Definitely will be calling them for any future plumbing work.

Quick response and reasonable cost replacing our water heater and prior to that Mathew fixed our toilet. Really appreciated is advice and referrals for other services like gutter repair and landscape water drain issue.

I found John through yelp myself. As a Broker you always want the best inspections for you client. I had been using two or three companies prior to John. Now they do charge on the low end and I found out that I was basically getting a low end inspection for my clients. I've used John now on countless number of deals. Very professional. Prompt on time and sometimes early. Very thorough. Answers clients questions.Has drones for the roofs and non-accessible crawl spaces. Reports are turned over with little delay. Offers roof certs for clients. Don't waste your time with other inspectors. John is definitely the best home inspector I've ever used!

Years ago I moved into a new house and thought I needed drainage in an area of dirt where the water kept pooling up.  I called John Keefe.  They were done so quickly putting in 5 drainage things and pipe (less than an hr) and it just didn't feel rt - like nothing had been done - it was too quick.  So I looked in the architectural plans and sure enough those drainage things had been there all along.  They must have discovered them when they started moving away the dirt on top and pretended they did the work... and charged me a lot too.  I'd hate to write a bad review if this really didn't happen but If they had actually put in new ones, then what happened to the ones that should have already been there???  Also the fact that I was suspicious enough to investigate makes me think they are con artists AND overpriced.  The main guy is/was very charismatic but so what.

Would not recommend this company, they are very expensive. Plumber arrived on time and was professional, but overall cost to replace a simple faucet was almost $350.
