I was trying to find a leak originated in one of my showers. I called Waterboy and spoke with Omer. He asked me some questions and determined that they were not able to help me and advised me to call a plumber. I asked him for a referral, which he provided. I was extremely impressed because, even though the company was not going to get any business from me at this time, he spent a significant amount of time explaining the situation to me, and I feel I got a lot of information from him. I would certainly recommend them.

Oscar was great. Super quick and reliable and didn't leave a mess. Replaced the garbage disposal and some pipes in a short amount of time. Use these guys, they're great.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Water heater failed on me Sunday night and when I called Monday morning Rich, Marco and Alex were at my house within 20 minutes to replace.

They had the 40 gallon skinny on hand and I had a new water heater installed and working within 2 hours of my call!!!

No missed showers, laundry or dishes getting cleaned with cold water...these guys are the best and very reasonably priced.

Been using them for all my plumbing needs for over 10 years and will never need to call anyone else.

My husband called Always Plumbing and spoke to Luis. He responded fast and came out the next morning. These guys are fair,  honest and thorough. Had a slow draining drain that became an even more slow draining drain over the course of a few months. It was time...

...time to give up hope that I could fix it on my own.  I picked up my phone and called Tony & Son. Fernando was courteous and straight to the point, he would get to me by the evening or at worst the next morning. I appreciated him telling me that at 9am because I was able to make use of my day and sure enough 4pm he texted to see if I was still in need of service.

At arrival, both him and Edward worked to free up the clog. I was able to pick at Fernandos brain regarding plumbing and in addition to that random home upkeep chat.

As someone who loves to save a buck and want to do things on their own, it was money well spent.

Chris was very professional, honest, and worked hard until he got our toilet installation up and running (no small feat when the previous installers had done some shoddy work). We will definitely be giving him a call if anything else comes up.

Things were done quickly. Albert was great, friendly, and gave good suggestions.  It was costly, and not prepared for other issues. Overall it was well done, so far no other problems.

The short version:

I had several leaks in my pool, John and Kenton came out probably 5 times until they found the biggest elusive leak inside the spa wall. Each time they picked up the phone when I called and came out with a smile to make sure they found the leak. John and Kenton are stand up guys, and I would definitely recommend their service!

The long version:

We purchased our new home in the Fall and my pool guy kept on telling me that I'm losing too much water and he has to add too many chemicals to keep it blue.

Come summer, I'm having to add water to my pool every other day to keep the pool pump from sucking in air and burning out and by the end of the week my pool is growing algae.

I called Aquaman and they told me to do a bucket test. I did the bucket test and in the bucket I lost 1/4 inch of water outside the bucket the water loss was 1 3/4 to 2 inches per day!

John from Aquaman came out and found a bunch of leaks, one near the skimmer, another set around the waterfall from the spa to the pool. John pointed out the leaks and patched what he could.

I got a handyman to come out and apply some hydraulic cement ($8 from Home Depot) to some spots over my waterfall that had cracks and the area near the skimmer.

I did the bucket test and I was still losing 1 1/4 to 1 3/4 inch outside the bucket per day. I called John again, he came out again, and didn't have enough plugs to retest the spa (the spa has 10 jets). He ordered more plugs, came back again a few days later, and found no other leaks.

I was still losing water. I called again. John and Kenton came out; this time they found a leak inside the wall of the spa. They said because I have two different pumps, they didn't test it correctly the first time and could hear the whistling this time around.

I started getting quotes to open up the spa wall and was getting CRAZY bids, like $1200-$1700, my highest was $3600 to open up the spa wall and patch the jet.

Turns out my pool guy has a friend who gave me the lowest bid of $850. I went with him. He opened up the wall and the leak was not there.

I called Aquaman again, both John and Kenton came out again, they determined the leak was further down the line and assured me, it was there.

The contractor came back, we opened up more of the wall, and sure enough the leak was there. The ground was muddy probably 3 feet deep around that area. The surface was dry because I suppose the sun was drying it out, but once we started digging around that area, it was super wet.

Anyway, Aquaman found the leak, they came out multiple times to my property until the solved the issue at no extra cost, always answered when I called, and never gave up.

Definitely recommend.

Leo was punctual and professional when he arrived.  The service was quick and he did a great job.  This is the second time I've used LC Doctor and would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a non-emergency situation in my kitchen and needed to get someone out to fix a leak. I called On Call and set up an appointment for the following day. The guy who answered said he was busy but would text me in a few minutes. No text; Nobody called to confirm. So I called again the next morning and was told that they were really busy and must've not written it down. So I set up another appointment for the following day. Again no follow up call and nobody showed. No apology from the business. No call back. Very poor customer service. Luckily there are other plumbers in the SCV who are more dependable.

If you're in need of a plumber, look no further...Ray is your man. He quoted me a reasonable and fair price to unclog my bathroom sink, replaced parts and also fixed our leaking shower valves. He was on time and was very professional. He answered questions we had and gave helpful information. We very pleased with the work. We'll definitely be calling him back in the future for our plumbing needs and will highly recommend him to family and friends!

Highly recommended; Paul and Oscar came out on a day I wouldn't even have expected them to with all the rain that was going on. Professional and courteous, I'll be using this org as my new regular plumber and am happily recommending them to my other friends in need of local plumbing.

For reference, the work done today was a replacement and cleaning of the kitchen sink overflow spigot that had broken. A complete replacement was offered along with a shiny new spigot head. Looks great, works great!

I called Matthew because of the Yelp reviews and, guess what, they are true!  Matthew is an independent businessman, resourceful, respectful, adept at his profession, and pleasant.

He installed a reverse osmosis machine, installed a new shower head, repaired/replaced a commode flush mechanism that had failed, and unclogged my garbage disposal!  I was very pleased with his demeanor and desire to have   everything functioning to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to source a part for me so that  all of my jobs were completed the same day.  I will call Matt for all future plumbing jobs!

He even recommended a handyman who has already done a job for me and it looks like a long relationship with his recommendation also.

John was great!  We are first time homebuyers and he did an extremely thorough job of investigating all the areas of the house, and all with a great attitude.  Thank goodness we found him on Yelp!

Details: He arrived right on time and it took about 3+ hours for a single family home, and he went through the roofing, exterior, structure, electrical, heating, cooling, insulation, plumbing, and interior.  This included going down under the house as well as into the attic, and took numerous photos of problem spots throughout his explorations.  At the end of the inspection, he sat down and walked through all his photos/findings with us and made sure to address any questions that we had in a unbiased and straightforward manner (e.g. not an alarmist but also didn't downplay problem areas).  He also included a guide for home owning maintenance at the end that has good tips.

Not only were we impressed, but also our agent and the seller's agent were too! They even asked for his contact info so they could use him in the future :)

Report: Within a couple of days, we received a detailed report.  It included all the photos as well as additional reference information around each issue as backup.

Price: Very reasonable and for a quality inspection!  Not to mention, he also includes a mold and sewage guarantee which is pretty rare.

I'd highly recommend that you go with John if you're looking for a thorough inspection of your house.  You won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend All City Plumbing especially Zachary Talbot who is quick, honest, and an expert in what he does. He came due to a leak issue and was very prompt and professional and was able to pinpoint the root cause. Overall I had a 5 star experience with this gentleman so I highly advocate for him and his professionalism.

My family has used Keefe for decades and we have always been happy with their professional, knowledgeable and reliable service. They are not a discount service, but their prices are fair and competitive with comparable businesses.

I set up a service with Riordan Plumbing to help with a water shut off of a building in order to perform repairs inside a unit. The appointment was set up at 9 am to shut it off and at 1 pm to turn it back on. After the repairs were made it was barely around 10 am, so I called Riordan to see if they could come back early to turn it back on. Unfortunately, they technician was busy and couldn't come early, which is fine.

The problem occurred when the technician didn't show on time for turning the water back on. I called multiple times and either the technician was not reached or was told they were running late from another job. In the end, the technician arrived an hour late. This created an issue for me because the entire building had no water for an entire extra hour than needed and also I had to pay an extra hour to the contractor doing the repairs because Riordan didn't make it on time. On top of that, the technician was not able to turn the water heater back on (though he tried in multiple ways) and took approximately another 1.5 hours.

After all of this, I asked Riordan given the grievances particularly because of the late arrival of the technician, to help me at least offset the extra cost that I had to absorb by paying the other contractor for the extra hour he had to stay. Riordan Plumbing was unsympathetic and argued that they never give specific appointments (only time-frames), and it has been that way in their twenty-something years of experience in the industry, which that is not what I was told when I set up my appointment. Additionally, the technician told me that they were not even charging the extra 30 minutes he took trying to make the water heater run again, which he couldn't do (as if that should be my reward for the entire situation)... In the end, they only offered me a $20 discount on my bill which was not even 20% of what I had to pay for the extra hour to the other contractor.

After this experience, I wouldn't recommend Riordan Plumbing. They don't care enough about their customers and were condecending in their treatment.
