We had water coming down from our ceiling. The insurance company said we needed to find out what was causing the water to flow. We called Waterboy and they came out early the next day. Rigo had all kinds of equipment. He listened to the pipes as well as located them. He drew out the pipe and marked where it was burst. Were very happy with their service.

Oscar is very professional and reasonable. The times I had to call Oscar,  he gives us a time and he is punctual.  He has done a few jobs in our home and we are very satisfied with the quality of his work. We Highly recommend Oscar!!!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

We did not actually use Olson's, but will in the future.  Called with a Saturday emergency, he was not available until evening and referred me to another company.  Then he checked back later to make sure I found someone.  Nice!

Since purchasing my home in 2013 I've used Tony and Son plumbing for all my plumbing needs! They've replaced my water heater at an unbeatable price. They've also removed roots from some of my pipes, install pipes and drainage for my new laundry room, and repaired a leak or clog here and there.

This guy was one of the most professional, and friendliest guys I've seen. My landlord brought him by the house to unclog our drain, and to put a camera into the pipe to find the point of destruction in the old, old pipes. Well, he was able to get rid of the clog, but when it came time for the camera, he told my landlord he didn't have it as it was in the shop. He was knowledgeable, and I felt that we wouldn't need his services for awhile.  He gave me his card and told me to call if the pipe clogged. I would think he's our new plumber. I'm glad for that.

I knew I was in great hands when I spoke to Tiffany over then phone when placing my order, her professional over the phone with making sure that William arrived to my business promptly was impeccable. William came to my hair Salon to unstop my shampoo bowls dressed appropriately with both a mask and shield. I was a bit uneasy because all three of working shampoo bowls were clogged with hair, but William assured me that he would be able to fix my problem. Not only did he unclog  my drains in a timely fashion but he was very neat and clean which is not alway the case with plumbers. I will definitely be calling back for frequent clean outs. The guys from Aquaman were excellent! They came on time, thoroughly investigated possible causes of our pool leak, discovered the problem and then repaired it. All work was included in the originally quoted price. In addition, they found a spot that could give us problems down the line and repaired that too at no extra cost. They left a detailed diagram and description of their work with a guarantee to return if we were not satisfied. I highly recommend Aquaman if you have a pool or spa leak!

BEWARE of this plumber! ...We exchanged several posts about my two plumbing jobs. My home is in Redondo Beach and it is a very short drive from his Gardena location.  BUT...he gave me '3'different prices for the same job! And when I asked him if he does free estimates like his Yelp ad offers... he said 'YES.' ... A few minutes later I texted him a photo of a video inspection tool I have to simplify the diagnosis of the leaky toilet.....I asked him if he wanted to use my video inspection tool or if he had his own? He didn't reply to that. ... Then I ask him to come over for the free evaluation and ... suddenly... he's busy for the next two weeks. BUYER BEWARE!

Walked me through a new water heater installation and they put in a new tankless unit that's been working great.

Will use for all my future plumbing needs.

Great price. But more important to me great service and expertise. Ray and his crew were very professional and took care of my job perfect. He came out to a multi-unit apartment complex  where we needed some complicated natural gas line work to be done. Ray took a look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done, and  when I asked him if he had done it before,  he told me yes,  and I felt confident in his answer. Well he did know because everything went to plan. I am one hundred percent satisfied with his service from beginning to end.

Awesome customer service. Joseph worked with me to find least expensive route to fix my broken diverter for the tub/shower. His staff are courteous and professional. Response time was terrific. Will definitely be my plumber of choice from now on.

I called Home Inspection Authority because I wanted a honest, professional service.  I didn't trust the inspection service hired by the broker because their interest is on closing the deal not giving me the thorough inspection that will help me make the right decision.  I called Friday and John helped me by scheduling following Monday.  He was very thorough on checking the property including all the plumbing, HVAC, and electrical system of the property.  
His report was impeccable on pictures and details of the inspection.  In addition, his recommendation helped us to make a right decision on the property.  Purchasing the property can be stressful and can cause life long regret of the decision you have made.  Having Home Inspection Authority on my side to provide me with professional thorough service was true blessing for me to not make such mistake.  I would recommend his service to anyone who is purchasing a home.

Expensive, they left dirt smears on my floor, plumber had an attitude like he was doing me a favor, and their work wasn't worth the high price.

These guys are the best. Kind, respectful, efficient and always willing to answer questions. Not just the plumbers but the office staff as well! They worked with me to get my HOA all the documents needed prior to the work being done. Great customer service and top notch work -- Riordan will always be my first call!
