I requested a quote at almost midnight and Mike quickly responded. He also responded to my messages early in the morning. He came and quickly unclogged my tub and explained what he was doing. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced.

We have had the need to unblock our sewage line at least twice a year.  I was very happy to find Tip Top on yelp with many excellent reviews.  Michael Gomez came within two hours to clean out the line.  He was exceptionally professional and kind in his manner, so when he suggested that he could (within an hour) have a camera down the line, I accepted and soon saw that my line had many places where the ceramic pipe was allowing roots to intrude.  All of the team had a kind, professional manner so I agreed to have most of the line replaced with a trenchless pipe burst application up to code.  The crew came the next morning and did the job efficiently, all of the crew members being friendly, hard-working and professional.  After three days of labor, the camera shows my line is totally clear, and my garden is back in shape like new!

this is a long overdue review. Last November my kitchen sink stopped working. Andy found out it was the crusher that failed, so he went to hardware store to buy the pipes, removed the crusher and reconnected the rest. I really appreciate the work he did. Thank you Andy !

My water heater needed to be replaced ASAP and Melissa was able to get me a plumber within the hour! Mind you it was already 3pm. Min came out and accessed the situation fast. My new water heater was installed early the next morning without ANY hiccups! Thanks Min and Melissa!

This guy (Jose) really knows what he is doing. I would name him Guru of water heater Guru. Also by far he is really nice person I have met.

My water was not working and in this heat i needed to bath right away. Other services that i called recommended putting a new water heater which would cost around $899.00. Then i called Water heater Pros. Jose was really professional and knowledgable. He investigated the problem, fixed it and within an hour my water heater was working like brand new. BEWARE. I placed a call in for a main line stoppage. They promptly came out within 2 hours as stated and cleared it for $165. The following week the drains start to back-up again as the plumber probably didn't clear the line completely. When I called them to have the plumber return to snake the main line completely, I was told it would take 3 days to return to correctly clear the original job. Since I couldn't wait 3 days I called another plumbing company (Padilla Plumbing) and they did the job properly. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK.

These guys are great. Even when i was going through shit with my landlord, they spotted the BS and backed me up writing their observations on the receipt that have me enough leverage to get my full deposit back.

Charles and his team did a fantastic job repairing a job that was previously done inadequately by another company less than 6 months ago.  They replaced the shower and tub drains and piping!  I can't give them a better review.  Also they came with 30 minutes of my call and worked with my schedule.  The price was more than fair...100% professionals.  No up selling for more services! Just wanted to highly recommend George of AA Twin Brothers Plumbing. George and his brother installed a double sink bathroom cabinet, faucets, p-traps, new hoses for cabinet, shower valves, toilet, and new washing machine hoses. AA Twin Bothers Plumbing did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

We learned that the sewer lines from the house to the public sewer in the street had become clogged.  That caused a toilet in the garage to overflow considerably.   We asked all the plumbers in the 25- mile radius of Pasadena to tell us what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix the problem.  Many plumbers came out and gave us their opinions of what was wrong and different approaches to solve the problem.  We concluded that Western Rooter was our choice because they had the lowest cost and the best reviews.  Western Rooter came out the next day and solved the entire problem in one day.  In fact, they added, at no cost to me, two drain cleanout covers in case there is a need in the future.  Western Rooter's technicians and workmen were experts in doing the work.  They knew exactly how to do the work and how to do it most efficiently.  They left everything neat and tidy, as though no one had been there.   They definitely deserve a 5-star rating.

I had a water heater rupture on the second floor of my building, water pouring through the ground floor ceiling, tenants scrambling to save their stock. My regular plumber was MIA so I checked Yelp for someone nearby and found Plumber Boys.  They had a technician out within the hour and by 2pm we had a new water heater and shut off valve installed.  Top quality materials, and top quality attitude.  I was kept informed every step of the way.  I highly recommend Plumbing Boys.

I have used Waterworks Plumbing numerous times over the years and I am very pleased with their service and customer service skills along with their pricing.  They have provided excellent service and have performed at a level that is virtually non-existent nowadays.They are always punctual, well versed in their trade and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends. Thank you for your hard-work!

When my kitchen faucet stopped working, I contacted Free Flo on Wednesday because I had a good experience with them about a year ago. Unfortunately, their earliest availability was next Tuesday. I searched 'Plumber near me' on Yelp and clicked 'REQUEST A QUOTE'. Over 10 plumbers replied to do the job. At first, I chose Local Service Pro Plumbing to come the next day. To make a long story short, that company came to check the problem and charged $99 (service fee, just to estimate the job) and estimated $299 for faucet installation.
I had other plumbers' quotes which ranged between $150 and $200 for kitchen faucet replacement/installation. After wasting another day with Local Service Pro Plumbing for the price adjustment, I was upset about their poor communication and overpricing. I messaged back to Free Flo on Friday to set up an appointment. It was scheduled on Monday 1PM-3PM. But to my surprise, Patrick called me and came on Saturday 1PM and completed the job. He charged $140 for faucet installation although he found another issue (the difference in valve connector size) and had to change 2 valves with extra cost.($180 X 2, I honestly don't know if this is a reasonable price.). Patrick communicated clearly and he was knowledgeable about the job.
I think there's a good reason for over 2430 reviews with 5 solid stars on Free Flo. Considering Price, Quality of job, Timely response & communication, I would continue to hire Free Flo as well as recommend to my neighbors.
(I had a new water purifier 6 days prior to the problem. During the installation of the water purifier, they shut the main water off and on. That might have caused the faucet pipe to clog.)

Had a great experience using Beach Plumbing to fix a shower that was clogged and backing up. They arrived in under an hour, fixed the issue in 15 minutes, and charged me almost half what I had been quoted over the phone. I will definitely use them again in the future and would highly recommend them!
