If you are looking for a reasonably priced, highly skilled plumber, Maikel is your man. Don't waste his times on quotes if you're not serious, because it costs small businesses money. I have used him twice and both times he is has been wonderful, professional and don't a very good job

I reached out to them on Easter Sunday when we determined we had a gas leak. Gas company came out and shut us down. Having a toddler - my wife and I needed hot water and heat immediately and were concerned at the situation lurking under our home.

I received a personalized and thorough response directly from the owner, David. I spoke to him that afternoon (on a Sunday) and he assured me he would have a plumber scheduled for Monday morning.

The next day - right on schedule - Willie came to my home to assess the situation. Willie was knowledgeable and  thorough in evaluating what was wrong. Our gas lines were a mess and even with bad news, Willie had a plan to solve the situation effectively and efficiently. He is a pro and I trusted him the start.

Over a couple days, Willie had a crew of excellent and hardworking plumbers  - Jose, Pablo and Jose - out to my home. They were accommodating and continuously updated me on progress. The three plumbers worked non-stop and because our situation was such a mess, they were able to identify problems and rectify them.

So even with bad news - they had solutions. Willie, Jose, Pablo and Jose went the extra mile to turn what was a mess of a system into a well oiled machine.

The gas company came out after Tip Top left and remarked at the well done repair job and fired our gas up immediately.

My wife and I now have the peace of mind knowing that our potentially hazardous situation was repaired by professionals who took their job and responsibility seriously.

Besides being accommodating and doing great work Tip top is also very affordable and as the issues developed they were thorough with their explanation so I felt comfortable along the way.

Quick response and Andy came thru the following morning fixed my clogged toilet in a jiffy. 5/5 for service and 5/5 for punctuality!

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!

These people are scumbags who tried to take advantage of my mother. She is a senior citizen who lives alone, very kind and trusting. A prime target for scammers like these jerks who tried to rip her off in a big way!

She called them for a toilet problem and was told the toilet would need to be replaced. They made her sign a contract obligating her to have them do this work. For $1600! That is outrageous for such a quick, simple job.

But it gets worse. They ran a camera through the pipes and had someone go under the house. They ended up telling her there were leaking and cracked pipes and a smell of gas. They told her all of the gas lines in the house would need to be replaced. For $22000!!!

Thank God that large of a number scared her enough to call me and we were able to tell her to get rid of them. We arranged for a second opinion and even went under the house ourselves to check on the smell of gas. There was no smell of gas and after having someone else look at it, they found no leaks, no cracked pipes, and no smell of gas.

They flat out LIED to my mom and tried to get THOUSANDS of dollars out of her for work that was not needed. I don't know how they sleep at night, preying on senior citizens like this. It's disgusting!!

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Excellent company. Jose came out same day after my Water Heater died. Turns out it was the gas connection and it was under warranty. He was prepared with the part on his truck and it was fixed before my family returned home. Thank you so very much.

Had my toilet backed up. I picked these guys because of their dope logo. Sometimes you can completely judge a book by its cover. I was able to get an appointment about an hour after I called. Matt came by and was super friendly, and didn't mind the 100 questions I asked him. He was super professional and made sure he cleaned anything his gloves touched. Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! Hard Hat are honest, quick, on-point plumbers.  Finding a prompt competent plumber is a real blessing in an emergency.  I felt in good hands and relieved they made quick time to get my big situation sorted out.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

Owner is great. They have 1 really bad employee. They never seem to get it right the 1st time but they  do show up and correct it.

I called them for gas pipe extension estimate, they said charge $80 service fee just to come out and look at it

Called based on Yelp reviews to trouble shoot a tankless water heater.  They answered after hours and were here first thing in the morning like promised!  Not only did the fix it but explained how it worked and connected things that were not done properly when installed and only charged for the routine maintenance!  Everything working better than ever!  I'd give 10 stars if possible! Oh and they took off their shoes without asking and played down protective sheets on the floor!!

I recently had an emergency with my water heater at a pretty late hour of the night and Jorge responded almost immediately to my inquiry.  I sent him a photo of the heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate over the phone.  Within 35 minutes he was at my house and fixed my broken water heater that night.  His communication was excellent, his pricing was very reasonable, and he came through in a huge way for me when I was in a tough spot.  Would definitely recommend Jorge and will be using his services for my plumbing needs going forward.

David is by far one of the BEST plumbers. Honest! (Which is rare for their trade) friendly, and overall genuine. He answered my call at 9:30pm. Showed up at 10pm and got my issue fixed 40 min after that!

I work in a hotel, and I will definitely make sure I call HIM before I call anyone else if my hotel needs a plumber. I absolutely recommend him!

Amos and Mikie just finished up my  City of Columbus Dry Basement project (install of sump pump and backflow valve)  and some extras (faucet install)  They were very professional and kept me informed of all steps in the nearly 3-day project.  This is a huge disruption for a homeowner but they made it much less stressful for me by their attitudes and sense of humor.  It is obvious that Waterworks stresses customer service as well as quality work.

Our tubs wouldn't drain and our toilet in our master bedroom would gurgle. This happened around 6:30pm so I called Free Flo Rooter, since they offer after hours service, and was told someone would be over soon. Shortly after the initial call, Anthony (the plumber on call), called me and said he was on his way. He was incredibly polite and asked if I can discuss the situation with him, so he can be prepared for when he arrived. He arrived and was thorough and explained the possibilities of what potentially is going on. Anthony had to come back the next day to finish the job and was incredibly helpful and considerate of doing the job correctly. I can't thank Anthony enough and staff from Free Flo for finishing the job before the heavy rain hit. Thank you guys again.
