After being readily disappointed by another plumbing company, I reached out to Andy for a toilet blockage.  He responded promptly, gave an estimate on the work, provided an ETA and showed up when he said, despite the rainy weather!  When he arrived, he assessed the issue and knew exactly what was needed to resolve it.  We'll definitely be using Andy for future work and grateful to have found such a reliable company!

I called this morning and they were able to send Jose by 1pm to take a look at some water damage in my guest bathroom. Jose was immediately able to identify the problem was coming from the shower curtain dripping water and that it really wasn't a bigger plumbing problem. He saved me a bunch of $$ and time without asking for anything. We greatly appreciate Jose coming by on such short notice.

Lords of Plumbing are the BEST! They are responsible, thorough and accessible with their work. I've never employed plumbers that are as professional  as The Lords of Plumbing.

Sometimes you wonder why a business has all 5 stars and nothing negative to say. Is it all just family and friends? Not here. It's very clear I am not related to the owners :)

I called a few businesses around urgently because well I had a leaking main line. I got quotes 50-90%(!) more than Castaneda. All for the same scope too. So either they were giving me the PV Tax (it's real) or they knew I was in a bind so they were trying to make a quick buck.

But Team Castaneda came out, they measured and gave me a more than fair quote to do an amazing job. They were on time, prompt and cleaned up after. You never knew they dug up my yard to put in a beautiful new line with valves. And for all the businesses that try to gouge or make a quick buck, this next ones for you. When anything in our home needs plumbing attention, I'm calling Castaneda first. Always. Not you all who tried to take advantage of a homeowners situation.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. Our tankless water heater stopped producing hot water yesterday evening. Plumbing Dudes were one of two companies that returned my after-hours phone call. Today they correctly deduced the problem - a partially tripped gas earthquake shutoff valve - and VERY patiently sat on the phone as my husband & I tried to locate the valve & turn it back on.

They also provided us with a VERY reasonable estimate for a tankless water heater flush that we intend to have done next week.

We have used AA Twin Brothers Plumbing in the past but I was incredibly disappointed to see one of their employees blowing through a red light on my street as I just crossed with my husband and dogs. Will not be calling them ever again.

The guys from Western Rooter are professional and friendly. Adam came out in the morning first thing, as I had requested, to hook up my new gas dryer and check out a leak in the water line to the house. He was very knowledgeable about how this dryer needed to be hooked up to code. I had been running it for years in a dangerous configuration. I have also had a new water heater installed by Western Rooter which was a little more complicated as I was having them remove the tankless one we had. They had to rework all the venting and install new hot and cold water lines as well. I have also had various other plumbing work done by them as well and was always happy with the work they did and the time spent to do it right.

Sunday night our tub was not draining followed by our toilet not flushing. I called the next morning, he got here a few hours later and it turned out our pipes were really clogged. He had to go on the roof and work on the blockage for a long while. My landlord didn't want to pay for it so he gave us a good deal (real reasonable price). He even followed up and called me a few days later to make sure everything was still working. That's A+ service in my book.

I recently had an emergency with my water heater at a pretty late hour of the night and Jorge responded almost immediately to my inquiry.  I sent him a photo of the heater and he was able to diagnose the problem and give me an estimate over the phone.  Within 35 minutes he was at my house and fixed my broken water heater that night.  His communication was excellent, his pricing was very reasonable, and he came through in a huge way for me when I was in a tough spot.  Would definitely recommend Jorge and will be using his services for my plumbing needs going forward.

There is a reason why David is on the top of the list when you search for plumbers in zip code 90255.  I'm all about supporting local business in the area.  After calling 5 other plumbers to come out on a Sunday morning to check on my tenant's clogged toilet.  David was the only plumber that picked up the phone and was there within an hour.  He gave me an estimate, kept me in the loop the whole time and fixed the problem.  Paid him through Zelle and he was on way to his next job.  With that type of quick and easy service deserves repeated business.  He is now my go to plumber if any plumbing issues happen.  Thanks again for the great service!

My go to plumber, the best in LA. Honest,efficient, hard working and a great guy on top of it all. Again arrived at the house on time,didn't try to rip me off like most plumbers and contractors in LA do,knew exactly what he was doing and got it done efficiently. Always does what is asked of and if it needs be, more than you knew you needed. I can't rate them high enough. Even gave me advice on other projects and how to save money by doing them myself,Avi is full of knowledge and his son aiding him is also a great young man on the up.
My only complaint is that they can't branch out into roofing,contracting,gardening,electrics as I'd have them do everything in my home . Trying to find a good human in those other fields that isn't trying to rip me off or their work isn't great is tough and still looking. 5 stars and the rest for this great company. Fast, considerate, professional and educational. Nick was available on short notice when one of our toilets wasn't flushing. He gave us a 2-hour window when he'd be by and was communicative about when he'd be arriving. He was prompt, masked, and took off his shoes when he entered which I appreciated. The problem was bigger than he'd anticipated so we agreed on a time for him to return the next day when he had the proper tools and materials to protect our floors while he worked. He had a plethora of photos and videos he used to explain what he thought the problem was. He also fixed our washing machine which wasn't running any cold water on his way out. He returned the next day in monsoon-like conditions to remove our toilet and give us the bad news that it would need to be completely replaced due to extensive calcium build up. Nick got on the phone with our landlord and made sure we picked a quality toilet that would circumvent this problem in the future, went to pick it up and replaced it same day - well after business hours. Nick was pleasant and professional, he was considerate of our crazy dog and sleeping infant, he performed quality work in a timely manner and he gave us a little lesson on toilet mechanics and hard water. Five stars. Would recommend.

Edwin came to fix our sink and his service and attitude was impeccable. He went above and beyond and looked into other potential problem areas and gave sound feedback. Will hire them again!
