i couldn't have been happier with daniel at gateway rooter. the drain under my sink was driving me crazy because water kept coming up from it making it hard to do dishes or anything else. i had tried chemicals and it had been snaked but nothing worked until daniel came in. within ten minutes and for a reasonable price my drain was working properly. prompt, courteous and effective. who could ask for anything more?

Paul was on time and very professional. He helped me fix my washing machine situation which I've been dealing with for a while. Now everything works beautifully. I recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.

We live out of Avi's service area as I found out when I called him today, on Christmas day, but Avi helped all he could over the phone leading me to resolve our plumbing problem by myself with his help of course, and I'm not a plumber. This was a serious issue in our condo building which had plagued us for several weeks and could have lead to an emergency if allowed to continue. Obviously I can't say enough about Avi's integrity, straightforwardness and helpfulness. If you live in Avi's service area then consider yourself lucky! Thank you and God Bless you Avi.

Willy's service was efficient, affordable, and friendly! I called in for help with hooking up my gas grill to the gas line with a turn off and turn on valve. I had another quote from a company with far more reviews than Willy's but it was so expensive and also the valve was going to be very bulky, which I didn't want. Willy's offered and fulfilled the service for a reasonable price (way below the other offering). The plumber even helped take a look at a somewhat clogged shower head in my master restroom as well for no extra fee. I recommend Willy's and will request their help with any other plumbing type projects.

Honestly some of the worst customer service you'll find. I've made appointments for serious and urgent needs and they don't show up prepared or even engaged with a desire to help. I've had them scheduled to do duct cleanings and filter replacements and they legit text us last minute saying a tech isn't gonna show up until 5 to do like a 2 hour job, and then make me reschedule (this has happened about 3 times).

Now it seems like they all know I'm not a big fan of theirs and I've been trying to get an appointment for a service on the calendar, and they take my info and never call me.

I have a 13 month old baby and my AC is a total mess, and the customer service with these people is just so terrible. Unfortunately I have their equipment so I guess I'm just stuck and totally screwed. Thanks for nothing NexGen Torrance and surrounding area

Anthony F. from Local Service Pros did a great job installing a water heater and fixing broken plumbing. Anthony and Rich patiently answered all our questions and provided knowledgeable answers and offered honest opinions. I had six companies provide estimates and LSP had the lowest prices after taking advantage of the Yelp coupon (they also had some coupons on their website, but the discount would have been the same). LSP also guaranteed their work for 3 years which is way longer than some of the other places that only did 3 months or 6 months. Thank you for everything!

We just had T.O plumbing come out last week to install a new trench less sewer pipe, my husband and I were really impressed by how quick and efficient the crew worked. It was mid-day when I called SM Plumb,  this was after another plumbing company was not able to get the repair done. I had guests coming and I told Nora that I was desperate. She shoe horned  me into their schedule, and Marco was at my door at 2:00. He immediately diagnosed the problem and set to work resolving the issue. Problem solved!!! He cleaned up after himself and charged me a fair price. I told him that from now on the were going to be my guy.

These guys have saved me LITERALLY thousands of dollars.  When I was living abroad for a year I got a frantic phone call from Jenn R.  about a MAJOR plumbing problem back at the house...huge clog (water coming up in bathtub, sinks, toilet... everywhere) Because my house is SO old and rickety modern equipment won't snake through my pipes.  The first plumber called quoted over $2000 fix to the clog and replace all the small pipes (which they would have to tear out.)

On the recommendation of a friend, I called Gaby at Drains Unlimited.  His guys charge $75 an hour on regular calls and they don't fool around.  They had the proper equipment and know-how to work with my old-school plumbing.  My huge problem went away in less than an hour and for less than $100!!!!

I could not believe it.  I have called them for every leaky facet ever since and have never been disappointed.

I had what I thought were 2 broken instant water heaters in my office kitchen and bathroom. I called Liberty because they had good reviews and they were close. Ari immediately answered my call and we set up a time for him to come check them out. He arrived on time with Asher. They were extremely friendly and professional. They explained that the units that were originally installed were really just for simple hand washing which made sense. Because of the tight space of where they were located they said the only other option was a different type of unit but didn't recommend it because it might flood and there isn't a drain in the floor where both sinks are. I've never had a plumber that explained everything in such detail which was amazing. They were able to adjust a few things and everything worked after that. When the bill arrived it was also much lower than what I was anticipating and it saved my company money. Friendly, Professional, Affordable? Look no further than Liberty Plumbing & Heating! I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

It's been a year since we hire Ruben to repipe our house. We opt for PEX. Happy to report everything is great and we are really happy with his work. We really like how Ruben and his crew respect our house. They keep the work area as neat as possible and just hard at work to finish the job. Ruben went over everything with us before the project started and he'd draw diagrams to show us how to resolve issues came up along the way so we understand what's going on. His pricing is reasonable, too. I'd recommend Ruben and Repipe Expert to anyone who is considering repipe their house.

ps. there are a lot of fake five-star businesses/contractors on yelp. But Ruben is the real deal.
