Mark did an amazing job tiling my bathroom floor with 2 black hexagon tiles. He also did excellent work tiling 1 white hexagon tiles onto my kitchen backsplash. I would definitely hire him again!

We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

We just had our toilet repaired by Juan. Could not have had better more courteous service. The best plumbing experience I've ever had as long as I've been in Los Angeles for 30 years. Reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this service too highly!!!

We were initially pretty impressed with NexGen. When our central air went out and our home warranty couldn't get someone out, NexGen sent someone within a few hours.

The repairmen told us they'd go on the roof to check out the problem and then let us know what was going on. Instead, they came down half an hour later and told us they'd fixed it, charging $300 for two small parts. We were a little peeved that they didn't ask us before doing the work, but since our air was back on, we got over it. They also told us our unit was VERY old and needed to be replaced (true), and that they'd send over a quote.

A few hours later, the air started running hot. In the morning, they sent over a quote for $13k (outrageous for a white labeled Amana 2 ton unit) and sales wouldn't give us a price breakdown justifying the cost and basically admitted he was price gauging us because of the AC shortage. I sent NexGen's proposal with the price and company name removed to another HVAC company, who said we could do this for $10k, which is probably HIGHER than the quote you have since they're giving you a lower quality machine and a worse warranty

NexGen did offer to have someone come back out to look at our existing unit free of charge, but we didn't really trust them at this point. We ended up finding someone to do the replacement for significantly cheaper than either of those bids, with a better unit and better customer service.

Do not waste your money or time with these guys unless you're absolutely desperate and are willing to needlessly pay a premium for lower quality products.

Jose & Jose are family friendly and very reliable. They were very responsive from the start, on time and came and fixed and also followed up. Great value and very professional.

I am so grateful for NexGen HVAC and Plumbing and Michael who came out same day to service my heater.  When you do not have heat in your home during the winter, time is of the essence.  I am so glad, I called NexGen.  Not only did the technician come out same day but he was at my home within the hour and called me before coming.  Talk about great service.  Now, the problem is fixed, I have heat again, and I have signed up for the membership to have NexGen service my AC, Heater, and plumbing annually at a reasonable price.  I am totally satisfied with my service and will call them again the next time I have an issue.

I called at about 5:30 pm expecting to get an appointment the next day when I had a clogged kitchen sink.  Luis came out at 9 PM per the appointment that was made when I called, no extras or overtime.  I really liked that they sent me a picture of who was coming a little before he came by, so I wasn't opening my door to just any stranger.  I ended up needing more than the $49 cleanout drain snaking, but what great customer service.  Thank you Luis.

I am not one to typically leave reviews, however my latest (of many) experience with Danny and Thousand Oaks Plumbing has me enthusiastically ready to share my experience.  
My wife and I discovered a leak in our garage coming up from the ground and we had no idea from where. I immediately called T.O. Plumbing and was told someone could get out SAME DAY to inspect the issue.  They had Danny (the owner!) out within an hour or 2.  He proceeded to investigate the garage and surrounding areas and was able to detect an issue underneath our slab.  I was very impressed by the thoroughness of the investigation and felt Danny was going above and beyond to ensure the problem would be fixed the first time around.  The attention to detail and willingness to discuss with me my options really set these guys apart.  

We arranged for the team to come back the following morning, where they arrived early enough that I could get to work timely.  These guys are extremely professional, courteous, and personable.  This helped me feel comfortable in getting them in and me off to work! Priceless!  As the other reviews will tell you, they are efficient, great people, and hard workers! I feel 100% confident in T.O. Pluming as my go-to plumbers and know they will deliver the same peace of mind to you as they did to me. A true 6 star service.

We had a great experience with Manny and Rudy.  Manny figured out how to properly fix our shower and bathtub leaks (a previous plumber did a poor job and a second plumber was not able to fix it), was very professional and took the time to do everything meticulously and tested out the result to make sure it worked 100% properly.   Big thumbs up!

Called Drains Unlimited today and they were booked for the day and I was so pleased when they recommended another company.  What amazing customer service! Way to go!!

RESPONSIVE, HONEST, HARDWORKING AND VERY COMPETENT .   My elderly mother's sewage line was completely stopped up to the point that sewage was leaking outside the house.  The first plumber told me this job was too major for him and recommended Liberty Plumbing.  I called them at 12:30, Ari answered the phone immediately and said he would be there within 2 hours.  Ari and his assistant came as promised, 1.5 hours later,  assessed the emergency situtation and quoted a premiliminary cost.  There had been no plumbing maintenance for so long that the sewage line was completely blocked with tree roots.   They ended up staying for 7 hours straight, until 9:00 p.m. and never took a break until they had completely cleared the sewage line so that everything in the house worked.  They came back the next morning and spent hours cleaning out all of the toxic sewage from under and around the house.  It was a pricey job but they did NOT overcharge and worked their butts off.  I would use them again in a minute and totally recommend their services.

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

Super friendly and easy to communicate with. Honest and don't try to upsell. Gave me great advice on how I could do my own maintenance as well. Would definitely use again.
