The response time to my initial inquiry, which was provided via voicemail, made a great first impression. The normal hours are from 8am to 4pm so I wasn't able to speak to anyone directly because the backed up main for the house didn't reveal itself until 7pm. Although I didn't utilize the emergency number, I'm glad that the option for it is available.

This morning I received a call back around 7:30am and was provided an eta of 30 minutes. I might be making this up, but it seemed like work had commenced at 8:01am! I value my time, especially when doodoo is backing up into my shower floor, so details like that speak volumes.

Enrique was my technician and he didn't waste anytime tackling the situation. Professional, pleasant, timely and clean (as clean as this kind of job could be) is the only way to describe my experience. Did he clear the blockage? Yeeess. Would I recommend this company to someone else? Yeeess.

This company advertises in the Antelope Valley and there map of service covers the Antelope Valley. The staff on the line answered my questions for tune up to my system as well as for water heater estimate for future replacement. Provided all my information and got an appointment date for hvac and plumber. All good correct? Negative. They talk a good game but service your area no. I receive a call back an hour later by a representative stating they do not service Lancaster. I told the rep you advertise and I see your repair vehicles in the area plus the map of service covers the area. In addition your customer service rep took my information and booked me an appointment. The representatives respond I'm sorry that person is new and is in training, well that is a failure on the company not the customer service person. The representative goes on to say we don't cover Lancaster. When told you advertise in the area, have vehicles in area and your map shows service in the area. Response I'm sorry with no explanation. You need service do not contact NexGen. They play a game but not provide the quality of service that the owner talks about when placed on hold to listen to his speech. Needless to say thanks but no thanks.

Excellent plumbing family business. Our water heater went out Friday night . They were very responsive, provided outstanding communication and customer service. They came out Saturday and replaced the water heater and got us up and running. Everything went very smoothly and they explained the process and everything that had to be replaced.

I had the pleasure of having Larry come out to my home. I was having some major plumbing issues that Larry fixed within a half hour. He was so pleasant. His customer service is top notch. Drains unlimited saved the day. I recently remodeled a home. The contractor did not uninstall my bidet. Despite me mentioning it plenty of times as well as playing the seat next to the new toilet I purchased. But this is not about them. I reached out to Drains, spoke with Linda who was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. We talked about the job and she had me send in some photos. The reason the job was so complex is because the toilet actually needed to be taken off and reinstalled with the seat attached because the space we have is not so big. The guys came out. Looked at it. Gave me a fair price and said they can try to do what I asked. Well they freaking did it. My poops have never been better. They wife loves the heated seat haha.

Our sink clogged late on a Friday afternoon and Liberty showed up promptly and saved us from some weekend hassles. We live in an old building and it wasn't an easy to clear out the ancient pipes, but they did a great job and fixed a leak as well. Highly recommended!

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

I had Ruben and his team replace main line and repipe with pex and also wanted to replace drains. He told me to hold off on drains for now and that he will check the drains himself and recommend. They did an excellent job removing and replacing all water lines. After looking at the 70 year old galvanized drains Ruben gave me a price and I agreed. This is a great company to repipe your house Ruben is honest and takes pride in his work. Very reasonably priced. Thanks again.
