I had an emergency shower project (shower pan leak) and I needed someone ASAP. I did research and bid the job out to a few contractors. Im very happy with my decision with MC Tile.

Mark and Baldemar not only did an amazing job at a fair price but they did it all quickly! Mark also offered great suggestions and they were always on time to start the day. Good communication and great value for the quality level I received.

I was also able to save some money doing the demo and water mitigation (dehumidifying) on my own, and then Mark came in and did his thing.

I definitely recommend MC Tile for your next bathroom project! Thanks again Mark!

Nov. 2022 update:

This time I needed a gas pipe cut and capped, in a hard-to-reach location.

Paul arrived on time the next morning after my call, did the job quickly and professionally.  Very happy with this company's service and quality.

I called and we scheduled an appt, then the night before he called to reconfirm. Very prompt and professional.

My shower had been leaking for months and months and I'd had two other plumbers come in and give me quotes for over a thousand dollars to replace piping behind the wall! I live in an old home built in 1940 with weird old plumbing, my landlord was supposed to be the one taking care of it but they obviously suck so I decided to try again and called Affordable Plumbing. Avi quoted me $350 and replaced every single part in the shower, and now there's no more leak! I'm so excited. Seriously just not listening to the dripping is well worth the cost.

Really happy to have been able to work with Edwin. He was super responsive with great overall communication. Quoted me the best price to flush my tankless water heater and did the job perfectly.

Juan showed up yesterday and unclogged my toilet which wasn't as easy as we initially thought.  But he figured it out and cleared the line.  Happy with the service and price.  In addition, he was clean,masked and had gloves and shoes covered and put everything back in my bathroom. Will use again.

Overall I was disappointed by many things. I was charged $15,000 for the complete project. I originally called them to repair a squeaky sound coming from a new, 1 year old NexGen unit . The repair/ Sales guy said he had to go up into my attic to inspect the ducts . He basically came back and told us the ducts were the problem, some were collapsed and had cracks . My wife was nervous and concerned. We were told we needed to upgrade the insulation. Total cost of the quote was $15,000.
Here are some suggestions:
1.  Get three quotes . I trusted them with the quote .
2. Make sure the contract has details. My contract is very vague and simple. My fault for trusting them. They lean on Christian family values. The contract does not specify labor costs and material cost . Make sure they show both labor cost and material costs.
I have more detail to my experience and hope if you read this it will help you make a decision. Now that I saw the type of work and materials used I can base an actual cost of the job to approximately $9,500. I have cameras in front of my home which I was able to see all materials used.
I went up to the attic to see what the first crew did. WHAT A MESS!  I was upset. See pics attached. I gave them a second chance to fix it . They did send another crew an they did an ok job. Waiting on the City inspector to sign off . We are in our 60's and feel we were taken advantage of. We did sign the contract and will keep our promise to pay in full .
Conclusion, if Nextgen wants to correct this experience, they should send me an itemized invoice with parts and labor. They will see I was over charged $5,000. If I did not go up to the attic to inspect the first time  I would have lost more $$$.  Maybe NexGen will  and honor God to what is right.

Jose and his son were a great team. Super responsive and they were able to come out the very next day to help. They were thorough in determining our problem that our leaky pipe was really due to our water regular being broken and our home's water pressure much too high. A new water regulator was installed same day, the leaky hose bib replaced and ALL WAS FIXED!  Professional, Quick, and so Nice explaining and showing me and my 93 yr old Dad what needed to be done.  THANK YOU!

Okay.... guess I'll have to eat my words a bit.  Bill Kean showed up to my house this morning with the super competent and professional Ullisses.  Both worked incredibly hard to find the errors in the system installed and immediately fixed all problems and installed a simple thermostat that I could understand.  Bill also offered me a generous compensation.  Ullisses will be back tomorrow to install a new plate so that I don't have to figure out paint.  I'm super happy and now feel confident in the installation. Thanks Guys!

Our job was simple and was not a rush but they offered various options and communication was excellent.  They use texting and email mostly after the appointment is set so it's easy.  The technician was very nice and left the job area cleaner than when he found it.  I highly recommend these folks - I am going to use them for my next job as needed.

I'm a landlord & called to set up a plumber to come out to my rental property. The dispatch, named Michelle, spoke to me first thing in the morning telling me they were working on getting someone to come out soon, most likely by the afternoon. I told them I would call back because I had someone else who could come sooner. I ended up finding someone who came at 10am so I never called them back & they proceeded to send someone at 1pm & left me a voicemail while I was in work meetings. I had never approved of someone coming by my property. My tenant who was none the wiser let them in & they tried to charge me 100$ for them to put a camera down the drain after the plumber had already rectified the problem & when I had never approved or acknowledged the appointment. When I called them to square away the hiccup, Michelle was incredibly rude, condescending & hung up on me when I attempted to let her know this wasn't something I approved of, she wouldn't let me get a word in & just hung up. Worst customer service I've ever received. To top it off I called back asking to speak to a manager & never heard back. Way to win people over & correct a problem or misunderstanding. Definitely never using you guys again.

Marco, Manny, and Rudy are awesome! They replaced the valves under a bathroom sink and a kitchen sink  - two separate visits and each time, everything ran smoothly. Nora at the office is great too. It's the building's policy that they receive a copy of the plumbing company's insurance. For some reason, other companies aren't willing to provide this. Santa Monica Plumbing & Heating, however, is transparent and helpful and they were willing to provide what we needed to the building manager. Thanks guys! Winning streak so far.

Due to poor construction methods, many homes in our 10 year old track were experiencing lots of water leaks. After we got our first leak, I did some research and got 4 bids from reputable contractors to repipe our house.
