We hired Mark to help us with a shower dam / ledge issue where the slope was positioned incorrectly so our floors would turn into puddles of water after showering. Right away I was impressed as Mark understood the issue and provided information on how to contact him. He built trust really quickly and provided me a quote and even offered to get all supplies before arriving. He was honest with what he knew and what we should leave to another contractor (the shower door). The work turned out fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the fair pricing, quick service, and honest work. Thank you!!

Daniel and his folks are awesome. The new Yelp business request a quote feature allowed me to send my request to multiple vendors. Many vendors responded right away including Daniel who quoted a good price, came the same day, and took care of the problem!  Daniel is good on his word for how much it cost. He is an honest and good guy. Highly recommended!

I used the get a quote feature on Yelp and these guys responded the fastest. Arthur had great communication and updated me on his previous appointment running late, and when he arrived, explained what needed to be done to fix my issues clearly and simply. Highly recommend.

So eager to grab all the business from yelp without reading the post to see what I am asking for.  So many back and forth messages only for me to call and be told they can't remove a packaged unit from the roof if they didn't install it.  Sorry for wanting to put in energy efficient mini split heat pumps that are much more responsive to the needs of the household and the environment and can be located appropriately for ease of access and service away from the direct sunlight heating the machine up and reducing its efficiency.

These guys were great! I called and got a next day appointment. The price was very competitive. Manny was the service technician who came and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend both LSP and Manny!

Talk about a scam. Went through all the steps to get a quote and was given one. After hesitantly accepting the salesmen (and I say salesmen instead of plumber on purpose!) rewrote the quote so it was now 500$ more and was a more concise quote (a prewritten one for installs). What you have a cookie now you need a glass of milk!? Unbelievable. I'll go with a company that sticks with their first quote. I only give two stars because the salesman was a decent person.

I observed some pooling by the baseboard in my bathroom and called SMP&H the next morning. Manny came the same day and quickly diagnosed a fairly complicated issue. He ran some creative tests to confirm his theory. He opened up the wall and found a major plumbing issue, just as he had suspected. He came back the next morning and fixed it. He even cleaned up nicely after himself. He was courteous, professional, and highly competent.

Fixed a clogged kitchen sink, did a little extra work tightening things and making sure everything was working smoothly. Very punctual, friendly and proffesional.

They are the BEST!!!
