Mark and his team did an amazing job on our tile and shower pan project. Not surprisingly, since our problem is actually in the company name! I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his company, but I will try. These folks were everything you hope for when you hire contractors. They were reliable. They showed up when they said they would, sometimes even early. Communication was speedy. It wasn't a small or easy job. These guys worked very hard, and their price was fair. They cleaned up after themselves. He didn't try to up sell me on stuff I didn't need (unlike a bunch of other contractors I asked for estimates who wanted to redo my whole bathroom). Most of all, the job looks really nice! I would definitely and highly recommend MC Tile and Shower Pan if you want to hire a great group of gentlemen. Thank you Mark and company! And yes, contractors are considered essential and these guys are open for business during this COVID-19 mess.

Super fast response, very reasonable cost, AND they fixed our kitchen sink plumbing issue within hours of the call! (This was after we tried for several days to fix it ourselves.) Also, their work is guaranteed for 30 days. Can't ask for more than that!!

Paul was on time and very professional. He helped me fix my washing machine situation which I've been dealing with for a while. Now everything works beautifully. I recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.

Avi is hands-down the most honest, generous, talented plumber I have ever worked with. Most of the time, he comes over and tells me that I shouldn't pay him because it wasn't that much work. I own multiple properties, and use him for literally everything from the smallest jobs to the biggest. Simply the best.

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

I called a few plumbers to get an estimate for moving a tub drain and relocating a toilet in our master bath.  He was one of four plumbers to come out and give an estimate.

Willy's Plumbing came out and gave a detailed estimate of what would be involved with the work and how much effort it would be to do the project. He came to do the work within a few days and spent all day moving the toilet and tub drain.

He was very professional and took proper precautions to make sure the work area was clean and tidied up before he left. The work came out great. I called him a few days later to help with another issue in the second bathroom. He came out on a Saturday and helped diagnose the problem. He came out within a few hours of being asked for his availability which was fantastic. I definitely would call Willy again if we have any other projects for Plumbing in the future.

Rigo came out to help with a problem with my water softener. Turns out that the plumber that installed it never turned the bypass switch on. Rigo was kind enough that he wasn't going to charge me for the service call, so I ended up having him bring my tankless water heater up to code (yet another thing that my plumber did incorrectly!). He was on time, courteous and a super nice guy. I'll be calling them out to do my maintenance. Very satisfied!

Jonathan Yoro replaced our leaking kitchen sink faucet professionally. He also put much needed grout on the back edge of the sink that had not been properly sealed previously and was causing a mold problem. As an added bonus, he had lots of stories about the neighborhood and this house since he is familiar with the area. We appreciated his attention to detail, friendliness and overall hard work. I recommend him and this company.

Thousand Oaks plumbing did a major sewer repair at my home recently.  Juan Carlos, Henry and his crew did an outstanding job.  They were all courteous, professional and the project was completed on time and on budget.  In addition to repairing the sewer line they replaced the sewer cleanout and reset two toilets.  I would strongly urge anyone with a project of this magnitude to contact them.  Well done team.

I just had the BEST experience with this company. I have a wall mounted toilet. No normal plumber will go near it. I needed an expert. I found Santa Monica Plumbing and Heating online and talked to their very friendly receptionist, Nora. She sent Manny and Edmond to my place. They showed up on time. Within minutes, Manny, diagnosed the problem. It was the pump. Manny explained to me how the wall mounted toilets operate. He was very knowledgable and managed to fix it by taking out the pump and readjusting it. The whole thing cost $125 and I couldn't be happier. Thanks, guys! Sure is nice to be able to flush my toilet :)

After trying two other plumbers, that refused to complete the cleaned out of my main line (yearly roots maintenance job and only wanted to attempt the hydro-jet / camera up-sell scam, I finally called Drains Unlimited.

Linda was amazing over the phone and had a technician at my house with-in a couple hours. The tech came and snaked the main line with proper equipment and cleared out roots within 45 min.

I think I found my new go to plumbers. Thank you again!!!!

If you're searching for a plumber who is honest, reliable, professional, courteous, shows up when promised, does the job right, will explain the problem so you understand and won't rip you off, search no further.  Asher is the best - I wouldn't think of calling anyone else for large or small plumbing repairs.

If I could rate Ruben a 10 star, I would say this would describe the great job he did for me.  It became clear to me immediately that Ruben takes pride in all his work and he does excellent work.  His prices are fair and reasonable.  His attention to detail is remarkable and the care he takes is as if he was working on his own home. We have already recommended him to others. His team is also very courteous and helpful.
