My husband and I are moving into a new house and needed the water heater fixed as well as a leak. I got a quote from yelp based upon the pictures from the inspection. Really quick response and getting the scheduled. They were right on time at 8am and were very professional and kind. They were done in an hour and took pictures of all their work. They showed me what was wrong and what they did. I paid exactly what I was expecting. I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs.

We had a very bad plumbing emergency one night (after 8).  I called Plumber to the Rescue - it was my third call but unlike the others they answered right away.  

Eddie arrived at our house in less than an hour - he was friendly, on it and very professional.  He did excellent work, understood the situation and source of the problem immediately.  Problem solved in less than an hour and reasonably priced to boot!  I recommend Eddie and this company and will call them next time I need help.

An escalating sewage problem at my house led me to find Charlie's Sewer & Drain on Yelp.  I used the convenient message app on Yelp and Lulu quickly responded within 5 minutes.  Next thing I know, Luis showed up at my door and began diagnosing the source of the problem.  He used a camera to identify two major root intrusions in the 93 year old clay and cast iron pipes.  After further inspection beneath the house, he identified extensive damage to a large portion of old corroded pipes.    After evaluating the extent of the repair, Luis and Elio returned the next day to excavate and remove the compromised clay and cast iron pipes.  They installed new ABS pipes and 2 clean out access traps.  I am very pleased with the level of expertise, courteous service, and knowledge extended to me.  In consideration of COVID-19 guidelines, Luis and Elio wore masks and gloves the whole time, and they were acutely aware of the protocols.  Without hesitation, I would recommend this company for your sewage and drain repairs.

Here's a helpful tip:  I heard intermittent gurgling noises coming from my tub drain, so I recorded the sounds on my iphone.  I showed the video to Luis, and he instantly knew how & where to begin resolving the problem.  I had a gut feeling that when the technician showed up the sound would not reappear.  Having a video of the problem expedited the diagnosis and repairs.

Very flakey,I spoke to him to come and install a toilet,he gave the estimate and supose to check his agenda but never got back to me, call him many times and no respoce, waisted 2 days waiting, I called Carrera's plumbin and Paxton came right away and did a great job

Chris was extremely helpful today! I called for an estimate and was at my apartment within 20 minutes to help unclog the drain in the kitchen sink! He took his time to make sure he didn't rush through anything and leave any problems behind and even showed me how I can deal with minor blockages myself! Would definitely use their service again.

Mike came in as a second opinion and not only came at a competitive price, but he took the time to explain thoroughly what the situation was (kitchen sink leak...or flood) and how he would be able to help. I know that sounds like a  duh, but unfortunately that  doesn't happen all the time. He was quick, efficient, and very pleasant to work with. We arre keeping Mike's number handy for sure and will defining work with him again for all our  plumbing needs!

We had a clogged kitchen drain and were heading on vacation.  I called Rocket and they were able to send Jose right away.  Jose was so fast and considerate.  I'm really happy with the work and how fast my issue was addressed.

I submitted a quote online with New Generation and got back to me within about an hour asking to schedule an appointment for a quote.  Was able to get an appointment same week, the job was to repair a leaky facet.  Plumbers were right on time and gave me a quick estimate.  I scheduled for a few days after accepting their reasonable offer.  I had another plumber unsuccessfully attempt the same job so I wasn't sure if these guys were able to help me but they were able to do so.  Guys were very knowledgeable and were able to perform the repair without a hitch.

Excellent, prompt and professional service on repairing my water heater.  I was called back within 10 minutes and repair person showed up at my house right away.  Was texted back with photos and explanation of problem.  Once approval for the work was provided, they finished the project within a couple of hours.  They even texted me the next morning to ensure everything was working satisfactorily.

I have used Flood Brothers on a few occasions, starting with the install of our tankless water heater.  Not only were they extremely professional, they were knowledgeable and engaging when explaining things.  There was a small leak after the install and they came back immediately to fix the problem.
Today Joseph came out to unclog sinks and repair a hose.  He again, was extremely professional...wore a mask and booties and was very friendly.  I was late meeting him at the house for our appointment and he was extremely cool about it.  Great service, nice guys and very reliable!  Flood Brothers will certainly be getting our business when ever it is needed.

Mike was awesome, came out to my house within a few hours of calling on a Saturday to help locate a leak. He assessed my problem and told us what he recommended to resolve it. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Incredible service. We had the front end of a pipe explode in our bathroom around 5.30am. After we stemmed the flooding and got the water turned off, we called 911 Plumbing Services. Greg was at our house within 30 minutes and had it all repaired really fast, within 45 minutes. He was super professional, really nice and even checked some of our other pipes to make sure they were alright. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them highly. Thanks Greg!
