Our water heater went out this morning. We called around and they were able to come and replace our water heater by 1:30 today.

Jose did a fantastic job on my toilet repairs! He is very knowledgeable and definitely has expert experience. He is also very kind, courteous, and responsive. Prices are very reasonable and competitive. Will definitely be using Real Plumbers for all my plumbing needs!

Edwin was very helpful and professional! He of course was wearing a mask which is a must these days and took time to hear out the issues, answer all my questions, and give his recommendations. Was great to work with him and would request him again for my next plumbing job!

I own an old English Tudor whose plumbing, badly installed when the house was built, has always caused me problems. Our guest toilet clogs often and always needs a rooter to unclog.
Happened again last week but my usual rooter guy was on a large job, my backup guy was also unavailable. I called A-1 and Max answered. He listened and showed up a few hours later when He said he would.   He arrive with plunger in hand.  I told him he'd need the rooter but he laughed and said he understood uncooperative toilets, especially older ones. He started plunging while explaining how the newer design dynamics were more efficient but he welcomed the challenge. When I was sure he was about to give up he changed the plunging angle and voila! A loud gurggle sounded and he stepped back with a smile and the toilet flushed perfectly!!! MAX THE MAGICIAN WAS IN THE HOUSE!  With new faith I told him of a few reoccuring problem I had and he quoted a price and promised to return the next day.  He did and as on his previous visit, left everything in perfect order!  AND...charfged me twenty dollars less then he'd quoted because he said he'd found the old style parts easier than he thought he would.  Does this sound like a fairy tale?  CALL MAX AND FIND OUT!!!

This Guy ( extremely cool ) came out to our house within 2 hours. After explaining the problem to him he took one look under the sink and confirmed it.  After we agreed on a VERY reasonable price, it took him 5 minutes and Voila.....problem solved. He saved me HOURS of frustration and worth every penny. Thank You Charlie !

I can not believe there are still good and honest  business people around!!!  I had leak under my kitchen and I called Ace Plumbing because my friend referred them.  Chris came and part of the garbage disposal was loose.  He tightened it and gave me a tool to fix it if it every happens again.  When I asked him how much I owed he said nothing.  I could not believe it.  He was very professional, honest and I will refer this company to everyone I know.  I will also post it on Facebook so my friends can use this company if they need a plumber.

I've contemplated about this review and experience for the first half of the day and I realize that sometimes things don't go right for whatever reason when working with companies and it isn't the things gone wrong that count, it the way they are fixed that matter the most.

I am sincerely impressed with Matt, the owner of the company and his conflict resolution. Conflict resolution really says alot about a company. Matt went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that speaks volumes.

After the review Miguel went above and beyond to get back in and see what could be done to fix the
Leaking toilet. I wanted a few days to really make sure i wasn't dealing with the same situation, but after 2.5days the leak has still not returned.

Right before thanksgiving i had a leak and had a reset done. My original review would not let me edit and update it.

Update: The leak returned a few days later. It must have been under the toilet within 24 hours because the sealant he packed around the toilet melted away and never set. I would have updated sooner but between then and now i had a new baby. I updated the stars due to the cost of the reset and now having to have someone else come out and reset it again. I spoke to a couple others and when i mentioned it was a flat set a couple companies suggested placing double wax rings to avoid the leak. Going to reach out the New Pro to see about having someone come back and look at it since it cost me 600 dollars the first time.

I've used Victor's Plumbing a couple times now for a very old house I have in Los Feliz. He always shows up on time, answers his phone, and does the job right. Highly recommend Victor for any plumbing job you might have!

Mike and John do extremely great work. Having a new home, I've had them come out a few times. They always go beyond the call of duty. Not only do they explain what they're doing but give good advise on care of the plumbing. They're very knowledgeable in this area. I'll always call on this company. Highly recommended

Mandel and Kevin came to our house on 2 days notice to replace a leaky valve behind our washer.  I took some pictures beforehand and he brought the parts and the tools and was in and out in 1.5 hours.  It was exactly as he said.  Both Mandel and Kevin came in wearing masks and booties before entering our house.  They were professional the entire time and cleaned everything up before they left.  I definitely found a reliable plumber that I can go to for all my plumbing needs.  Good stuff.

Sam, the technician, was on time. He assessed the two situations and acted accordingly. Though I thought the cost was somewhat expensive, so I gave 4 stars instead of 5,  he explained the assessment, proper treatment and guarantee For the work.  Overall, I felt it was good quality service.

Called to have a plumbing issue under the sink looked at, real person answered right away without being on hold forever, tech came out within the hour and was able to fix it on the spot. Ladies in the office followed up immediately with a call and emailing invoice/receipt. 5 stars from beginning to end!

Very thorough service.  I had a plumbing emergency due to a leaky bathroom spout.  I called 911 Plumbing Services and they were pretty quick in providing an estimate.  Moreover, once at my residence, they took the time to ensure the problem was fixed thoroughly and fixed other related issues.  Shout out the Vic for doing an great job.  Highly recommend their services.
