Another excellent service from Plumber 2 The Rescue. Robert was very diligent in wanting to make sure he really fixed the problem and did it right, we appreciated his wanting to be very thorough.

I asked for an estimate on a job through yelp and got an immediate response from Max saying he's unavailable. I tried to clarify that I had not provided a timeframe and that I just wanted to know what he thought the cost would be so I can compare with other providers, but he again responded immediately saying I can't give an estimate if I'm not available. I'm not entirely sure why he couldn't have waited until he was available to give me a proper estimate rather than shutting me down immediately - it was rather disappointing to get this kind of response seeing how most people seemed to praise how great their experience with him was.

Needed to change the valve on my washing machine. James came to do the assessment, let me know how much everything will cost, and was able to fix everything in a short amount of time. James was awesome! Great service, great attitude. He was clear on what needed to be done and how much everything would cost. He was efficient and no issues. Definitely would recommend James for any plumbing needs!

I do not write reviews but my experience with Charlie's Rooter Service was exceptional so I wanted to share.

TLDR;

They don't get paid until their job is 100% successful.  Unsuccessful, you don't pay a penny.
Complications did not alter the agreed upon price.
Overall amazing experience!

Had a tech come out to fix a slow draining sink.  Due to complications with my double sinks, he was only able to get some of it unclogged, but not 100%.  We had one last option, to try and snake through the air vent, but he didn't have a ladder large enough to get on the roof. We scheduled a new appointment for the following day.  He left and...  didn't charge me a penny for his attempts to fix the issue.  Said, I get paid, when my job is completed.
Charlie came out the following day.  Prompt arrival, 11:!5 for an 11-1p window.  We wound up needing to install a clean-out because the remodel job done prior to move in did not do anything correctly.  There were some complications, so the job took longer than anticipated. Payment remained the same price. Pricing is by the job, not by the hour (which I've had with other plumbers).
Overall amazing service, answered any questions I had, just an amazing experience.

Alberto wasted no time getting to work on my kitchen faucet and drain and bathroom sink drain and faucets. After completing the work he cleaned up. I have had plumbers leave a mess bigger than when they arrived...NOT ALBERTO!

Alberto cares about his work and ot shows. He would not leave until he fully snaked one of my drains! That extra care tells me it is more than money, he protects his reputation!

After experiencing issues with our tankless water heater, we decided to reach out to local plumbers to figure out what the situation was. We requested quotes from various plumbers, only to be quoted crazy amounts. ACE was the most reasonable.

Thanks to Ace P&R, we learned that a tankless water heater requires annual maintenance, which we hadn't been doing. We also learned that whoever installed ours did a terrible job. Hence, why we were experiencing so many issues. After learning all this, we decided to buy a new one on our own and have ACE install it, which wasn't so easy due to the newer unit being bigger than our old unit. They even went as far as ensuring that our unit was properly secured. They also recommended that we include a filter so we can skip the annual maintenance. We were very satisfied with their service and will definitely call them back for maintenance.

Had a leak coming through the ceiling and called Rockstar out to fix it and another small fix with the bathroom.  They came back 3 times to make sure the job got done right.  Would recommend to anyone.

After the review Miguel went above and beyond to get back in and see what could be done to fix the
Leaking toilet. I wanted a few days to really make sure i wasn't dealing with the same situation, but after 2.5days the leak has still not returned.

Right before thanksgiving i had a leak and had a reset done. My original review would not let me edit and update it.

Update: The leak returned a few days later. It must have been under the toilet within 24 hours because the sealant he packed around the toilet melted away and never set. I would have updated sooner but between then and now i had a new baby. I updated the stars due to the cost of the reset and now having to have someone else come out and reset it again. I spoke to a couple others and when i mentioned it was a flat set a couple companies suggested placing double wax rings to avoid the leak. Going to reach out the New Pro to see about having someone come back and look at it since it cost me 600 dollars the first time.

Victors Rooting was amazing! I called and they came out right away! I needed my main line snaked asap, as I was rushing to get to the airport. They were life savors! Thank you so much!

Sorry I find it suspicious for a company to have all 5 star reviews.   I'm comparing prices and if there were unnecessary items or the prices of Codes don't match with what I ask my city or a mod that is exuberantly higher added to my quote, Ill post here. If the other plumbers in my city quote the sane MODS and CODES, Ill come back and change my review to 5 stars.

Mandel is at the top of the plumbing game.  24 years in the business. Had a plumbing blockage 4 months ago and Mandel came out same day to snake the line.  Professional, quick response and new exactly what the issue was.

Igniter switch on my water heater went out two months ago and my tenant called the number on the heater.  2 star reviews and they charged $400 replaced the starter and the issue never was resolved.

Was thoroughly frustrated and called Mandel. Had a brand new water heater installed by 3pm that day for $500 less than the other company.  Excellent job.

Mandela is a nice guy, very knowledgeable super friendly, easy going and I trust him.  I've been ripped off left and right but this is the only plumber I will use.

I was in a terrible state this Thanksgiving.  Our toilet went down and The kitchen sink.  Rocket Plumbing was the ONLY plumber to respond and they responded quickly and did a great job!  I was desperate and they were heroic.

Highly recommended! Professional service and price is very reasonable. Jake from nee generation plumbing is my go-plumber for all my plumbing needs. Super honest and professional! That is my number one priority when it comes to plumbers!

My water heater stopped working and I got quotes from two other companies before calling Zorro.  I had already been told that I would have to upgrade to a tankless based on the configuration of my house.  Zorro's price was in the same ballpark as the others but he was so responsive, straightforward and friendly that I trusted him to do the work.  He came over within 2 hours of my call, gave me an estimate, and we scheduled the work for a few days later.

I needed additional electrical installed to power the water heater and he coordinated that work with his colleague at a reasonable price, and I didn't have to bid that work myself.  He also worked extremely fast - work that I was told was a 10 hour job by others, he completed in about 5.  He hauled away my old heater and there was no mess left behind.  The end product looks very nice and I'm happy to be done taking cold showers.  

I'll definitely call Z&H in the future for plumbing needs.  All of the 5 star reviews on here know what they're talking about.

Flood Brothers was recommended to me by our HOA and I'm so glad we called them. Our water heater supply line was leaking late Monday evening. After a wasted trip by Roto Rooter  who not only couldn't fix it but ended up turning off water to the wrong unit, we called Flood Brothers and Junior promptly answered. First - he tried to guide me through fixing it to avoid us having to pay the emergency fee - which while unsuccessful I appreciated the thoughtfulness. Then he arrived on site at 11pm at night and didn't leave until the leak was contained (almost 1am!). Since the leak required additional parts to fully fix and no supply store was open, Junior was able to MacGyver it to at least stop! No easy feat when the shutoff valve was also broken. He then returned the next day to fully fix the problem. All for a very reasonable rate. In the world of sketchy and often unreliable (at best) plumbers (especially those on call 24/7) - I highly recommend Flood Brothers.

LIFE SAVER is the term i want to use for 911 plumbing. I had a leak on my main hot water pipe on a Thursday and the guys who came to find and fix it was nightmare form another company . They told ME to replace the whole pipe for $3500. I wanted to get a 2nd quote and after trying numerous plumbing service whole day I finally called 911plubming .

Kathy fixed an appointment within two hours (where as no other plumber wanted to come on a friday even though I was ready to pay a inspection fee)and *Greg* came write on for a inspection and free quote .  From the first meeting I knew these are the guys I wanna work with . So honest and trustworthy. Finally he did the work for $1100 . you can see the difference . not only there was huge difference in price but also the way Greg did the work with minimum disturbance and great care . I cant recommend him enough .

He is my official plumber for my unit and our whole HOA for sure. I wont hesitate to work with him in future .

Diligent and Thorough and Honest are the best words to describe Connie and Chris.  I was having a major plumbing crisis when I called Connie.  My house has a sewage evacuation pump and the motor was frozen and impeded by a blockage. My entire sewage system was blocked and I had a house full of guests .....and it was Saturday afternoon.  
AMERICAN DRAIN WORKS AND PLUMBING TO THE RESCUE!!!!!!.  Connie assured me that they stay until the job is done.  It was looking like I might have to replace the whole pump ($$$$$) but Connie and (especially) Chris didn't give up.  They managed to unplug the pump and get the motor going.  They saved me from certain demise and I was (and am) extremely grateful for such good people.
I would recommend them highly.
