George and John operate their business on quality and integrity. They have some very fine traits, and mannerism that are rare to find in plumbing/construction field.

We are fortunate to have worked with them. They modified plumbing, installed all bathroom and kitchen fixtures, troubleshoot unsolved problems from the previous contractor, and fixed clogged drains. George also took his time to walk me through how to relight a water heater on the phone, which ensured my family to have a comfortable stay during the holidays.

Like the others, I am so grateful to Yelp for helping me find My Plumbing Doctor!  Warren is so nice and thoughtful!  After reading Yelp reviews about My Plumbing Doctor, I still called around to get quotes from other plumbing companies to replace my water heater.  The quotes ranged from $200-$400 higher.  I did get voice mail from the other plumbing companies.  I do agree, getting a live voice (Holly) makes a big difference.  I am recently divorced and not used to handling these types of things such as major repairs on my own.  I really appreciate that Warren worked with me on the price and that he was so patient explaining things to me.   Will recommend My Plumbing Doctor to my friends and neighbors!

A-1 has saved my kitchen sink garbage disposal TWICE now from measuring spoons.

The second time it was stuck so badly the entire disposal screwed off when he was trying to twist it out. By some miracle it was saved. Prices were fair and certainly better than paying for a new disposal!

He was also really nice and agreed to come in with booties/shoe covers the first time because I'd just cleaned my floors.

We called Flood Brothers last minute for a broken garage disposal. Brandon H. showed up later that day and was very helpful. He advised us to replace our old super rusted disposal and quickly installed a brand new one. I'm very happy with his professionalism and expertise. I would highly recommend Brandon and Floor Brothers.

Saucedo plumbing helped us out of many a jam. When our water tank burst abruptly and flooded the kitchen- they showed up the next morning to fix it on the fly. They have changed our faucets, unclogged our drains and repaired our toilet. Overall, they were competent and reliable.

Highly highly recommend Chris. Two days ago I was trying to install electronic toilet seat cover, after spending 3hours it was still leaking. So I called chris for help, he came in so fast and fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes without charging me anything. Very professional and patient explained why and what coz the problem. If you have plumbing issue, he is the right person to call and his price is very reasonable, he helped me change my kitchen faucet a few month ago. I really appreciate his hard work and help!

They were great! I had been waiting almost a week for the plumber originally assigned by my home warranty. When that company left me in the lurch, I called my warranty and they called Hermes and got me an appointment within hours for my leaking toilet. These guys were great, fixed the issue, educated me on what was going on, wore masks and even coverings on their shoes. I'll definitely request them in the future should I need a plumber.

Phone Rapid Action on Wednesday, responded right away. They made me a next day appointment and arrive 10 minutes early which I appreciated. The workers were cordial and wore a mask the entire time. The evaluated my problem, gave me a quote and once I accepted, they immediate obtain the information needed for the replacement part, went to Home depot and purchased the part and when they return, they completed job. Very clean, no mess. Will definitely use them again. They worked fast and efficient.

They came the same day of our plumbing emergency and stuck with it until it was fixed. Can't ask for more than that!

Very fast, friendly and professional service. I had a clogged shower drain that plunging wouldn't budge. Within about 2-hours of the call they had a very nice plumber named Fernando show up, unclog the drain and charge a reasonable price for the service. I will call again when we're in need. What was really great about Zorro and Z&H was his responsiveness and communication. Called back right away. Texted before arriving. Got an invoice and receipt by email minutes after work was done.

I'd hoped to install a tankless hot water heater, so when our old 50-gal. started leaking I called Z&H. Zorro was on site the same day and assessed not only the damage to my current tank (hopeless), but also that in my particular (and peculiar) situation, a tankless wasn't going to work very well. I appreciated his honesty and his crew swapped in a new 50-gal the next day in about 90 minutes.

After my botched attempt to be a plumber and unclogging my own sink,  Isaiah came and saved the day! He was very professional and got the job done!

Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

I just called these guys a little over an hour ago and am finally using my dishwasher and kitchen sink already. I had a kitchen block and tried a bunch of DIY solutions before finally resorting to calling a plumber. I read the yelp reviews and thought this would be a good service. They were able to come out same day (which was a big bonus) and also quoted a flat rate (also a bonus!). Great affordable upfront service.
