We had a issue with our shower where the divider was not working and also the shower temperature was hard to control. They were very responsive and came right away to give us a free quote and then came back to fix the issue promptly. I was satisfied with the experience that I would recommend them to anyone.

Warren was simply the best plumber that I've ever worked with.  Honest, hard working crew, and a very nice guy.  

He priced the job a bit low and ended up asking for more money after the job; but admittedly it was a bigger job then either of us originally thought.  He gave me the option of not paying more, but I felt that his crew earned it and that the original estimate did not reflect the amount of work that was needed.  It took them 2 1/2 days to replace all of the drain water pipes in both of my units - which was a lot of work.  The price that I paid (even after paying a little more) was fair for the work involved.

Max came down on a short notice this new year's eve as I had a bad clog upstairs in two bathrooms.  He had given me a reasonable quote and he stuck to his word when he was finished with the job.  He was reasonable being that it's new year's eve.  Max was reliable, efficient, and down to earth.  We had placed other calls and it made us feel that we would be in for a real surprise for a typical clog job.  Good thing we decided on Max!

We are very pleased with the work that Flood Brothers Plumbing did for us when we needed our sewer line repaired. Tommy was the plumber who came to our house to check out the job and give an estimate. He was pleasant to work with form the very start and was very informative about the process and also very reasonable. He was able to get us scheduled right away, which was wonderful for us. His crew came out and did a great job (he he city inspector agreed). My husband is not easy to please, but he was very pleased with their work when they left. We will definitely feel confident calling Tommy & Flood Brothers again for future plumbing needs. Even though it's stressful having to have such major work done on one's property they made it very smooth and painless.

Came on time, rooted out the shower drain and were neat and clean throughout. Hopefully I won't have another clogged drain for many years, but if I do, I will call Charlie's.

Our experience with Saucedo Plumbing is more than likely the exact experience you are looking for. Our gas line was shut off and we needed immediate help. After calling several companies, Saucedo Plumbing was able to come to our house relatively quickly and ultimately did a fantastic job. Alberto was fast, courteous, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. What made the experience most satisfying was Saucedo's fair pricing and willingness to solve additional issues that were not part of the original service call (toilet, etc). We were quoted $1000 by a competing company and Saucedo charged under $200 for the same service. If you want competence, fairness and honesty....hire Saucedo Plumbing. They have gained a customer for life.

I want to start with that we have been through our fair amount of plumbers a d I'm so happy we found ace plumbing. I've had the more recent pleasure of working with the guys from Rockstar Plumbing: James and Matt, himself. From the very start they made it a point on how important it was to treat every customer personably, with attention to each varying need. The guys made sure that every customer was left satisfied. These guys were great!  I originally called a different plumber who was incredibly problematic, so I looked under plumber on Yelp and was lucky enough to call New Pro. They made an appointment for later in the day and arrived right on time.  The plumber was professional, knew exactly what he was doing and carried off a difficult job in record time.

Home owner with a broken water heater problem.  Here's how it went down:  Tenant texted me at 10:45pm telling me water heater is leaking & that they don't have hot water.  I couldn't sleep well & thinking of how to resolve this situation as quick as possible.  Dropped by the house the next day after work (4:45pm) to scope the scene & sure enough it was a broken water heater.  Last time I changed a water heater, I got home almost at 11pm, stressed out, & vowed to find other sources of rectifying the situation.  So I looked up plumbing services that service the Silver Lake area.  I called a few spots based on their review, but Victor was the only one that said he can be there tomorrow.  He gave me a price that beat the competitors, so the job got scheduled.  He showed up later than I expected, but in fairness, he did call & gave me a heads up.  However, I was more concerned of having the problem fixed that day & sure enough, it was.  He's an upfront guy.  Great customer service.  He wasn't nickle & diming.  It felt like I was talking to my neighbor rather than a hot shot pluming salesman.  Told him my problem & he got it fixed at a reasonable price & great customer service.  THAT's 5 STARS IN MY BOOK. Mike was great to work with! We had multiple issues for which we placed a claim through our home warranty. Mike was easy to communicate with,  worked with my wife and me to schedule a convenient time, and responded quickly to all our inquiries. He talked to us about what our issues were, helped us understand them, and quickly fixed them on his first visit to our house. We will be going to him with all our future plumbing needs!

I had Jacinto show up to clear a drain and tub as well as adjusting the toilet flapper and shower head. He did an efficient job, and I felt the price was fair. The office was great at communicating. It was a minor job that I didn't want to get worse. I'd call them again when needed.

I was looking for someone who is reliable and easy to deal with for my Tankless Water Heater descaling project. Until I stumbled upon Z and H Plumbing Inc! Zorro was very responsive with my questions. He made this project easy and painless. His crew came on time. They immediately started working! It took them 25 minutes at least per tankless to service them. I'll definitely use they again next year.

I called the office for some minor leaks in the house.  Day of service: everything handled with superb quality and efficiency.  Efrain came on time and worked quickly.  Each entry into our house he put on shoe booties.  He replaced a defective angle stop valve, after which he changed a leaky kitchen faucet connection & bath sink piece.  Really impressed with how fast they did everything!

Our water heater recently died and we no longer had hot water. We called Sal's plumbing and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call. They confirmed we needed a new water heater as the one we had was over 15 years old and I knew it was time. Sal's gave us a very competitive quote to replace the water heater and we went ahead and had them replace it.

Sal's plumber, Dominic was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing the water heater and completed the job in a timely manner. We will be calling Sal's Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

It doesn't get easier than this.  I called this morning with a leaky toilet at 7:30am and by 1:30pm it was solved.  Jack was quick, professional and fixed everything in no time at all.  Also...the office was incredibly organized and followed up twice with us.  If only the rest of my day was this seamless and smooth.

Connie and her team are the best -- reliable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive. Connie answers her phone on the first ring, calls back promptly; gets there when she says she will (or if late due to traffic, etc., texts to keep you posted), assesses the problem quickly and explains in detail what you need and what your options are, is reasonably priced,and is kind and respectful. I could not recommend her more highly especially for complicated drain and sewage problems.
