These guys were very knowledgeable and knew the problem with my hot water heater just from my describing it over the phone.  They were here within an hour of calling them and their price was very fair.  Great service and highly recommend.  I will definitely use them again!

One of the bathroom's faucet was leaking and in another bathroom the water wasn't diverting properly. When the shower knob was turned on, water continued to flow from the bathtub spout as well. Jose responded to my inquiry the same day and we got something on the books right away. He arrived on time, explained what the problem was and fixed it in a short amount of time. Jose is courteous, professional, and a great communicator. I highly recommend Real Plumbers!

It is Saturday and we had everything set up for business today... and then the restroom was flooded! You cannot have people walking in with the toilet not working! I called at least three companies and no one answered. They all said they were emergency plumbers in their ad and they were not picking up. This is a f#$%*&^% emergency!!! I found Plumbers to the Rescue on Yelp! and Warren answered after the first ring.

Josh came out within 30 minutes. Fixed the problem within 15 minutes. It cost me less than I though it would. This is a family-owned business so the employees (the sons) work to keep their clients satisfied. The gave me awesome service at a great price. Don't hesitate to call these guys. You can count on them to fix your plumbing issues.

Had a sewer backup at one of my rentals in Santa Monica. Cold dark and rainy night. Not only did Max show up on time, he tried to no avail for 3 hours in less than optimum conditions to snake the sewer line . Did I mention he was under the house!!!  Had to return next day as my tenants baby had to go to sleep. Showed up first thing Saturday morning and in less than one hour discovered a fitting that was installed by a previous plumber incorrectly positioned.
Not only is he concerned, caring, knowledgable and personable, the price was fair if not cheaper than most. I enjoyed meeting and talking with him and feel fortunate to know I have a new go to guy when plumbing problems arise.  I have him on speed dial. You would be wise to do the same.

We have been using Jerry and Giovani from Flood Brothers for many years now. They have done simple and complex plumbing work on our home in Beverly Hills (including emergency repairs to water leaks and sewerage overflows). Awesome service. Super fast response, patient to explain all my concerns. my kitchen faucet wore out so I have to get new faucet installed ASAP, otherwise the old one was leaking.  With Ace plumbing, they send Chris Friday night, which I really appreciated the service speed. Highly recommend! Will for sure to use them in the future and recommend to my neighbors.

A pipe burst in our house over the weekend and these guys were FAST to ACT! They were very professional, safe for COVID and my wife said they were clean coming in and out of the house. When I arrived they were almost done! She called in the morning and they were there within an hour. Done within 3hours. Top service, great guys!

The TL;DR... My water heater died and New Pro replaced it in less than 24 hours at a more than fair price with great customer service.

When 4 people live in a condo together, not having hot water is not an option. There are constant showers and even more constant dishwashing and hand washing (it's still a pandemic after all).

When our water heater decided to fail in the evening, I jumped on the phone looking for a fast solution. After calling multiple services, Miguel & New Pro took all of my information, including pictures of the problem and scheduled a morning appointment. This is after he asked if it was an emergency that required service immediately (I declined, but was very happy he offered).

The next day, Miguel and his team were on time, courteous, masked, wore booties, friendly and quick. Really just insert all the positive adjectives. Our water heater is on the roof and the guys lugged the replacement 70(!) steps up there AND fully cleaned up the mess that was the old water heater.

Victor is the most professional and courteous service provider we have ever hired. He is thorough, honest, and never tries to upsell his services. He has helped me with various plumbing issues over the past 5 years and he is the only professional service provider I have contacted on a regular basis. I highly recommend his services and wish he provided every type of home service as I'd hire him for any job.

I highly recommend Hermes Plumbing. I contacted a few businesses to install a small bathroom vanity. Mike responded immediately. He was on a job but promised to contact me to set up an appointment when he was finished.  He later texted to let me know that he was still working and assure me that he would call soon. Great communication. Mike and his partner came out a few days later and did an excellent and professional job installing our bathroom vanity and connecting the pipes and faucet. They cut the baseboard so the vanity would be flush against the wall, secured the vanity to the wall, siliconed the counter and backsplash to the walls. It looks great! Believe all the positive reviews. They are the real deal.

What a lifesaver! Mandel took care of a problem my mom was having. Since she's 91, I went on Yelp to find a plumber. There were many from which to choose. I chose Rapid Action Rooter and I couldn't be happier. Mandel took care of the problem. More importantly, he was the consummate professional who showed so much respect to my mom. I will definitely be calling him the next time there is a plumbing issue at either of our houses. If a friend asks me to recommend a plumber, I'll tell them to use Rapid Action Rooter. Five stars!

These guys were amazing!  They fixed our wiring that got crossed in our kitchen and now we can finally use our dishwasher without the disposal turning on, ha!

Martin and Carlos are fantastic plumbers. They are super professional and knowledgeable. They came right on time and took a look at minor leaks in two toilets and were able to immediately assess and mitigate the issues. I would definitely work with them again

My toilet was making a dreadful whining noise and I was afraid it was going to be a huge problem and expensive but they fixed it no problem.

Sergio assessed our needs and gave us a smarter and more cost effective solution versus what we were requesting. I loved that Sergio gave us his thoughts from the perspective of a homeowner himself. This morning I woke up with water all over my bathroom floor. Even though the sink water was off, my neighbor upstairs ran the water and my drain was clogged. Bath mats wet and soggy, sink filled with water. I called lots of plumbers and they tried to book me end of week. I called 911 Plumbing and as promised, Greg was here in less than 20 minutes and they charged me a flat fee of $125. Excellent work. Fast. Kept promises. No hidden charges! I got his sticker and it is going on my fridge. Will def use them again! Thank you GREG! Great work!!!

We needed a low cost solution for a new sink at church. The building is really old and we didn't have a lot of money. American Drain Works really came through for us - everything is working perfectly now.
