I originally called another plumber who smells good and they recommended a hydro jet procedure to clear the line.  The quote I was given seemed to be a little high, so I wanted to get a second opinion.   Clean out kings came in with a much more reasonable quote (comparable to other companies I called.)

Cleanout kings were very responsive and were able to send out a plumber the next day (Saturday).  Anthony arrived to inspect the line with a camera and used the hydro jet to clear the line.  Once the line was cleared we were able to see the true culprit.  85 year old cast iron mainline that had really bad scaling and was even broken in some parts.  A large portion of the line had been replaced with ABS, but the cast iron remained under the house.  

He quoted me the repair and a few days later we started the work.  During the job we had to re-work the original quote multiple times as we found other issues, but they ultimately fixed the problems and we are draining better than ever!

Overall, company is very professional and systematically sound.  Leslie at the office was a pleasure to deal with as well as the other administrative staff.  Beyond the company admin is the representation in the field.  Anthony was very, knowledgeable, professional, and hardworking.  Hats off to him and the multiple crews he brought out that explained everything and took care of our issues.  I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for work to be done and will definitely hire them again.

Our toilet has been slow for the past week and eventually clogged completely. I did everything I could but ultimately realized I needed a pro. He was downtown but drove all the way to Santa Clarita on a same day request for a quote and was here by 11. We found out I have roots growing into the pipes from the tree growing outside, but this guy put in work and did everything he could to solve our problem. I will definitely be calling him back for the next steps

Rude and over charge for work that wasn't even done or discussed. I believe his wife is the bookkeeper as she is so unprofessional.

After I called over several concerns, they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Thanks to Chris for coming to our home today and taking care of our plumbing issues. Chris was so polite, helpful, and professional, patiently answering my questions, explaining away my worries, and suggesting solutions for potential problems. I definitely will call Purdy Plumbing back in the future and I recommend them to my friends and neighbors. The price they charged me was much lower than I expected and I could not be happier with how pleasantly and politely I was treated.

I called Bigos because of the great yelp reviews. They came out and cleared a clogged,main line to my condo bldg. Eric was great and very explanatory. We will be using them again in the future.

While I got a quick response to my concern, Arlan then sort of disappeared when I wanted to talk about the consultation. Cost me a few days and eventually needed to find someone else. Overall, not very responsive.

I brought a fixer house in Montclair and through a referral, I called Dave at Budget Rooter for several plumbing issues. Dave fixed everything that leaked, and replaced what couldn't be repaired. I was completely satisfied with his work. He's my go-to plumber now and I refer him to others frequently. He's straightforward and hands on. I really appreciate that.  Oh yes... if you ever need a deal on a new water heater, call Budget Rooter!

Michael is one of the most professional vendors I have ever worked with. His work ethic is unmatched and I cannot express enough how much i would recommend his services.

Frank was amazing. They showed up within 30 min of me calling. I've been having issues with my dishwasher that I thought was because of a clog in my sink or garbage disposal. Frank figured out the sink is fine and it's my dishwasher. He told me to get a new dishwasher and they'd come hook it up. He didn't charge me anything for the visit and was so nice and helpful. He didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing what the issue was and took his time to be thorough. I will only use Pro Quality Plumbing from now on. Thank you so much.

One of the best plumbers I know.  Honesty is the best policy and this what JDR Plumbing provides.  Don't waste your time with anyone else....this is where you want to go to for any plumbing issues.  Great deal are also provided.  There is so much more that I can say but I will sum it up with one word...excellent!

Called to have our tankless water heater flushed/serviced and so happy I did! Not only did he identify a problem where a connector was corroding, he was able to repair for a very reasonable price. Prompt and extremely courteous. Gave me some good tips also, so we can make sure we get a long life out of this tankless water heater. Highly recommend Rishon Plumbing!

Nice initially but didn't call back to confirm appointment and gave the run around. When my wife gave them a call said they never heard of her. Then call back and say they can squeeze us in. We're a young family with heavy schedules and don't like to play cat & mouse. Just not a smooth operation.
Maybe they are great plumbers but awkward beginning to a business relationship. We'll pass.

Ok, one no show can be excused, but two??? No way. The women who answer the phone can't reach the dispatchers who can't reach the service providers. I know they're inexpensive, but once again you get what you pay for. I'm going with a reliable plumber!

We've been dealing with Heflin Plumbing for many years and they have always done a great job for us. Been in business since 1950. How long have the other guys been around? Go with the Pro's!

I called roto rooter 310-954-0301 to clear a main line drain.  I had it fully exposed for easy access.  The tech came out wanted 250 to clear it but no guarantee, then said we need to Hydro Jet for an additional 600 plus camera total $975 with discount is $875. I agreed but I needed to have lunch, so I asked him if Hydro jet came to call me. But he never called, and when I came back asked me for $875. I had no choice but to pay although I am almost certain I was scammed. Buyer beware!
