Very easy to call and schedule. Worked with Bobby who was great. We were having an issue of only hot water coming out of our bath/shower. Bobby was quickly able to fix this. We also had an issue of our pipes rumbling when we ran cold water. Bobby checked the pipes under the house and was able to fix the problem. Definitely recommend for any of your plumbing needs.

Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing job done on their house because the quality of the job was top-notch and the overall experience was hassle-free and without headache.

Best plumber! He was very quick and efficient, and very honest when it came down to pricing and the work that needs to be done. The prices were very reasonable. He was very quick at diagnosing the problem and solving them. I would highly recommend this company, I've used them many times since for all my plumbing problems!

I called Ryan to get an estimate on a water leak in our wall.  Because of the seriousness of the problem I needed someone to come ASAP.  Ryan was not only the cheapest of three estimates, he was the only one who would come out on a Saturday night.  He came out quickly, addressed the problem(which was a leak in the wall), and fix it.  He stayed about 3 hours and only charged $200.  He called today to follow up and make sure everything is fine.  I would highly recommend Purdy Plumbing and I will use Ryan again.

I contacted Bigos to install an earthquake automatic gas shutoff valve. They showed up on time and performed the work as promised. I would definitely hire them again.

We had, what we thought was a leak, and happened to be heading out of town when it was found. Not wanting to leave a leaky sink running and potentially disturb our septic system I called Arlan Plumbing in hopes of them being able to come out the same day. I had already tried a few other plumbers and each was not able to come out till the following week. Not only did they come out the same day, but they fixed the problem! It turned out to be a badly clogged pipe which was not allowing the sink and dishwasher to drain properly. Mark was the plumber and, besides being super friendly, he was also efficient and was able to identify the problem quickly to resolve it. He was also very clean and didn't leave any trace of a plumber having been there disconnecting piping everywhere. Thanks, Mark and Arlan Plumbing. We'll be sure to use you again!

Contacted Dave at 11am and had a diagnosis by 3pm while I was still on the job site. Great service. Being in the service industry myself I am more critical than most. Dave has earned my business.

Michael is amazing.  When our gas was abruptly shut off I called him immediately, as he had done other work in our house and I knew how terrific he was.  He worked me into his busy day and quickly and effectively identified and fixed the problem.  A day later, I had a separate problem with my water heater and again he slotted me into his busy schedule--I felt so fortunate.  He's excellent at his job and a pleasure to work with.  Truly the best there is.  I highly recommend him!

We were looking to stack our laundry machines and install a standing shower in our guest bathroom. I wasn't sure how possible this was but I am beyond pleased with the work Zlatko did. He came out the same day I requested the quote and came up with a plan.

Throughout the scheduling process he was very helpful and communicative letting me know what materials would be needed for the shower install.

He completed the (very complicated) job in only 2 days and the results are exactly what we wanted! He also replaced the toilet in our master bath during the shower job.

No one really wants to call a plumber but when you NEED a plumber, you want to make sure you've got THE ONE!  JDR is the ONE to call! This was my first time needing Juan's services for a BADDDD bathroom sink drain. I used yelp to message him and Juan responded very fast, we chatted about a time. Juan arrived on time, totally 100% covid SAFE, CLEAN & TIDY. Juan unclogged that horrible drain, gave me some great tips to keep things flowing smoothly....end of story.  Juan is a true professional, polite, knows his business well, fairly priced and honest.  And, he's a nice guy! I cant state enough how satisfied i am with Rishon Plumbing. My water heater was leaking for a while it was 75 gallon and one can imagine the scope of damage in my garage. I had been calling many companies and asking them to come as soon as possible but no one could make it, either they were booked or the prices were exorbitant. Finally called Rishon and they gave me a quote I didn't even hoped for and told me they can do the replacement of my water heater right away! Just as i was promised they arrived on time and did a terrific work replacing my water heater. They also left the area cleaner than it was before. Very considerate , amicable and professional gentlemen. Thank you and I recommend them to everyone!

Zero stars for wasting our time. Called and received same date appointment to help unclog drainage of a backed up tub, with a call back promise for appointment time window. After few hours and no call back, I called again and was informed the service vehicle was 20 minutes away.
The service worker, while courteous, made minimal effort to unclog the drain, and instead spent more time inspecting pipes throughout the property, and talking about all the things that may need work. He spent less than 5 minutes actually snaking the drain, and looking back, it was purely an act of show. All in all, over an hour of our time was wasted: lots of talk and show that produced a minimum $1600 work proposal, and more should the job require pipe replacement and wall access.

Thankfully I called another option, and a local plumber came by to help. Took him less than 15 minutes to unclog the drain using standard snake tool.

Lesson learned: this company cannot be trusted, and may use simple jobs to inflate projects for their own financial gain.

I had to contact Heflin & Son due to a bathroom toilet obstruction issue in our guest bedroom which caused a backup of fluid also into the tub and sink (this home has poor plumbing on the 3rd floor). I left a VM (late morning) and thought ok I probably won't hear back from them. I was wrong, I got a call back from Todd within a few minutes and a plumber was out within the hour. He tried to resolve all he could by himself, but then had to go back to bring a 2nd service man to assist up on the roof to snake the pipes form above and dislodge the obstruction from the toilet plumbing. Thankfully they avoided having to remove the toilet to get to the issue and nothing got broke (toilet or sink). They ended up snaking all 3 areas (toilet, tub and sink) and resolved everything. They were professional, prompt with their work and cleaned up the area. The pricing was reasonable for the time and labor for the 2 men involved. Afterwards the toilet flushed better than before the incident so I was also thankful for that. I would recommend them for their responsiveness/speed to action, being on time, professionalism, caring nature and fair/competitive pricing. They invoiced me and it too was very professional in the details listed. Overall very impressed and I will not hesitate to use them again.

TOTAL RIP-OFF, DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!  I would give them a ZERO if I could!  So I called them to unclog the sewer drain and the technician came to find that there were no clean outs for the house.  He said that it will cost $450 to use a camera in the vent on top of the roof to JUST FIND the sewer line and to avoid any gas or water lines.  Then he could locate the sewer line and put in a clean out and then unclog the sewer line.  I asked him to give me a ballpark estimate and he can't give me one nor can he give me a timeline on how long it would take.  I then asked him if he could try to unclog the drain and he said again that he cannot do anything without a clean out.  So at first I told him to go ahead to use the camera, when I thought I'd call a contractor I know and he told me to stop him immediately and refuse his services, as he was RIPPING ME OFF!  Once I told the technician that I didn't  want his services any more, he offered me $335 to unclog the drain.  What, now he can unclog it?  By this point I didn't want him to touch anything to the house and I told him again that I didn't need his services.

He came back and charged me $97.50 to crawl under my house  - all he did was stick his head into the crawl space looking for the clean out.  And this was before he gave me the estimate.  SO FREE ESTIMATE MY ASS!
