I found myself in a situation where I needed my shower drain unclogged but couldn't be there in person to oversee the plumbing job. Like a fool, I relied on a roommate to handle the in-person interactions but the exorbitant cost of the tech's estimate was never communicated to me. I ended up on the hook for $200 for 25 minutes of time and 25 feet of pipe snake. Would not recommend.

Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing job done on their house because the quality of the job was top-notch and the overall experience was hassle-free and without headache.

Rude and over charge for work that wasn't even done or discussed. I believe his wife is the bookkeeper as she is so unprofessional.

Called Purdy Saturday morning as our regular plumber was out of town- Ryan showed up about an hour later and did a remarkable job cleaning out our main line. Everything works like a charm. Very professional and I'd recommend Purdy to anyone who needs a great plumber.

Very impressed with the service received today! I have been at my house for about 5 years and when I wash clothes in the washing machine, the water has always disposed out of the back of the house and onto the floor in the backyard. This I was used to.

Called Dave as I suspected my Water Heater was leaking. We scheduled a time and he called to inform me that if someone was home, he could come earlier than our scheduled appointment. Long story short, it turned out it was residual water from a pipe adjacent to the water heater. He honored his Yelp discount and it came out to only $24 for the visit. I appreciated his honesty and service. Will use him again for future plumbing needs.

Zlatko was EXCELLENT! He replaced our kitchen sink faucet, air-gap, soap dispenser & a shower head in the master bathroom. He came prepared with all necessary PPE and was very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him!

Ron was there for me when water damage ruined my bamboo floors. So thankful we called JDR Plumbing to fix our plumbing  problems. I needed a new spigot in my patio as well as to raise the pipe out of a hole in the patio floor (don't know why the spigot was set up that way originally!).  We received two bids, and Rishon's bid was significantly lower.  He made the bid from a picture I sent and didn't even need to come over.  So efficient!  The work was done the next day, and I love the results.  I highly recommend Rishon Plumbing for the high quality work, excellent response time, and awesome price!

Peace of mind.  That is what describes Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter.  Last year, my main drain was covered with roots. The team came out, repaired the line, added a new clean out, and hydro jetted the main.  That repair came with a two year warranty.

A year and a half later, I was worried the roots had returned so I called Marco and he sent Eric over.  Eric came and inspected the line through and through using state of the art equipment.  

The line was clear and that inspection came free of charge.  This set my mind at ease.

Absolutely amazing.  Our floor heater needed serious work and we had a couple of places tell us it would cost over $4,000 and take several weeks to fix.  These guys came out the same day to check it, fixed it the next day for only $1150.  Everyone was nice and professional.  I cannot recommend them highly enough.

If I could give a lucky 7 stars to Roto-Rooter I would, but I have only 5 to give and these guy's deserve each and every one. I had a small problem with my water heater that turned into a HUGE one once the city of LA got involved, and we don't want to mess with them so I called the pro's at roto rooter, I got a pretty decent quote to bring my water heater up to code, these guys started working on the spot and I had my water heater back up and running on day 1. Here's where it gets crazy, I have a separate inspection and the LADBS comes down hard for God know's what reason. Thankfully, Carlos is sent over to assess the damage and the city of LA's complaints, the 100% guarantee is honored and the small, clearly unnecessary, ridiculous requests from the city of LA where done at no extra charge. Carlos was able to figure out what we needed to do to get the city off our backs without costing us a single dime, that is truly worth it's weight in gold or (copper). Thank you all at Roto-rooter and a special thanks to the tech Carlos who got it done in the most professional way imaginable. Also, thank you Jacqueline at customer service for sending me a copy of a receipt on a Friday evening at 6pm.
