We were having problems with our drains being clogged  . Bobby came in to help us today. Very professional and very helpful  Called in at 9 am Bobby came here by 10 am sooo responsive and fast ! We're Very pleased with service.

Arman was fast, reliable, easy to communicate with, affordable, and did a fantastic job repairing my leaking sink and replacing 2 faucets as well.

I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using him in the future.

BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!! from this company, he seems nice guy and then he will charge you thousands of dollars and if you ask them for proof or receipt they will not provide and send your bill to collection company.

Congratulations. You have found your plumber. We had a moving truck run over our yard and crack a pipe. Got 3 quotes and they were all in the same range. Purdy had the best reviews, quoted me with pictures and there was no pressure.

On the day of service, Ryan called in advance and let me know he was coming. Upon arrival he spent 15 minutes looking it over before deciding that he wanted to use a different fitting than what he had. No problem, he left for 15 minutes to purchase what he needed, came back and went to work.

I only mention this because I think another plumber would of just made it work with what they had with but Ryan has standards and is willing to put the time in to do quality job.

He spent couple hours and everything came out perfect. I only wish I took a picture. The best part was the valve had a handle with Purdy Plumbing and a phone number on it. He literally puts his name on his work!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jorge and his team. I needed my rooter work on my bathroom sink and tub. It was kinda of an emergency situation. They delivered on timing and service. I will have them in my back pocket for plumbing services (which I am not hoping for very soon) but if it comes up, they are the first ones I will call. Thank you Velocity.

Our house was built in 1929 and had some vintage plumbing as well. After one estimate of $13,000 I went to Nextdoor and sought out advice from other neighbors. Bigos Plumbing came up many times. I did the research and called to make an appointment. When they said the owner would come out I was impressed. Matt made a thorough inspection and then sat down with us and explained in detail exactly what needed to be done. It was a huge job (pipe bursting) and running a huge line along the side of the house using only one hole. While still a costly undertaking it was about half of what the other company wanted. The crew was great and completely cleaned up everything, especially important since it ran along my neighbors driveway. I certainly see why they have such well deserved 5 star ratings.

They have been excellent for our plumbing repairs. We have used them for plumbing and water heater repair. We got lucky it went out in the summer. Also have unblocked the kitchen sink twice. Highly recommend.

My garage was flooded! How long would I be inconvenienced without hot water and an even hotter mess? Not long!

I immediately sought counsel from Yelp and located Budget Rooter & Plumbing. I reached Dave and explained the problem. He was able to fit us in within a couple of hours. When Dave arrived, he went to work. He was extremely professional and quickly installed a high quality water heater at a fair price. The water leak caused plaster to pour onto the garage floor, and Dave even cleaned it up.

What a great sigh of relief to find an honest, reliable, and quality plumber at an affordable price. I will not hesitate to call Dave for any future plumbing needs.

Micheal helped us with our problem & did a great job.  When we made the appointment, he asked us to text him a photo of our problem -- he showed up with the right part and did the job in less than an hour.  Great service. Recommended.

I don't write many reviews but, this company deserves a 5 star rating for their service. I was having an issue with the water pressure in my house and the sprinklers (after a previous job done by a different company). The company sent a technician out for a free estimate and he found the issue right away. I wasn't sure if it was the regulator, the main shut off by the street, or something else. He explained what the issue was, and also gave me a few pointers regarding my sprinklers. Great company! I wish I had called earlier. Thank you.

Visiting my 'older' ESL parents in Torrance and we found all drains were stopping up. It was 9:30pm and we needed to get this taken care of.

I started yelping, and found many 1-5 stars, with mixed reviews, and I didnt want to leave my parents with more problems than they already had.

Found Juan at JDR and contacted him via Yelp Quote. He replied in 10 minutes. He said he was able to come right then for $200 minimum, but we had to leave anyway and scheduled for 8am the next day. I had mentioned the main drain line in my RFQ and he came back with $89. From past experience elsewhere, I told my parents there might be some add-on so don't be surprised.

Messaging was smooth and respectful, and I left feeling good. Next morning, he texted his ETA within his window, cleared the drain, and called me letting me know the results - all for $89 as quoted.

I asked him about other possible issues and he tested the water pressure and said it was way too high, and we will be scheduling that fix later.

Now I know who to call for any plumbing issues they have. Juan at JDR!

The pros who installed my water heater were excellent.  Prior to install, they helped me select the water heater I wanted.  They were available to install the unit the following day.  The install was done quickly and professionally and the installers were respectful of my home.  The price was competitive although hundreds less than Home Depot.  Also, Home Depot was unavailable to install the next day (or even three days after I called), although my old water heater was leaking, and HD wanted to add hundreds of dollars of add-on costs.  I highly recommend RIshon plumbing.

Marco, the owner, was very quick to respond and straight-up answered my questions. He immediately scheduled a weekend visit to my house and had his guy ready.  Bryant was very helpful and explained everything before and after doing the work. Bryant and his peer were very professional and did a great job. They also cleaned the work area after installing the cleanout and laid out the expectations and recommendations for the near future.

Don't ever use his company. I called them out to replace a simple screw-on pipe from my hot water heater to the wall. They were going to charge me $500. I asked why so much, since I was just at the hardware store and the part is $10? He said that these are the prices I have to charge but you should just fix it yourself, it so easy. So I went to the hardware store, bought the $10 part and was done in 5 minutes. These horrible people overcharging unsuspecting customers!!!!

My husband and I are having quite a year as homeowners - and it's a year like this that I'm so grateful for good, solid vendors that I can trust to help ensure that all the money we sank into buying our home doesn't end up in a literal pile of poo.

Earlier this year, we called Heflin on recommendations from a Facebook group for local Westchester and PDR mamas. We thought we had a simple issue of a clogged pipe, but it turned out we were days/weeks away from very old original pipes disintegrating beneath us and leaving us to live over a large pool of sewer water. The Heflin guys came in and replaced all of our horizontal outgoing pipes over the course of a few days, and gave us a competitive price for the labor and parts needed.

Today(!) I called Heflin again because a termite vendor (like I said, it's been quite a year) had seen what he suspected was a leaking pipe under our house. I wasn't sure if the leak was related to the work we had done earlier this year with Heflin, but Todd got a crew out to my house in a few short hours (and timed it around a work call I told him about too!). The leak was a separate issue caused by the same, old original pipes, but the guys had it fixed within a few hours.

I'm super grateful to Todd and his guys for their work, but sincerely hope this is the last call we have to make to them for awhile! :)

Marco was magnificent today very prompt, knowledgeable, and provided exceptional quick A++++ service.  He was on time and allowed me to continue on with my day.  I highly recommend.
