Angel came to handle an issue with a clogged drain. Was very professional, came in with a mask and shoe coverings. Was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and options on how to fix it. I would definitely recommend this company.

After having leaks in my shower, I needed a plumber. I decided to look for an honest plumber as it was something I couldn't fix myself and I came across A&V Rooter through recommendations. I gave him a call and he asked for pictures to give me an accurate price.
After getting a very reasonable quote, Arman came and did the job within a good timeframe. He did not charge extra last minute as some plumbers have done in the past. I thank him for his clean and honest work.

These folks are straightforward to work with, reply promptly, and gave clear explanations for what they were doing and what they recommended. The video view of inside the pipes was disgusting but informative! They work quickly and clean everything up really well after. Very happy to work with them.

The plumber came at the estimated arrival time. Very courteous and complied with the COVID 19 rules. Provided very reasonable cost to repair the pin hole leak on the pipe. Great service that I would use again if needed.

After some difficulties with scheduling a date, they were able to squeeze me in without any issues. Jason showed up right on time and made quick work of a complicated plumbing issue. On time, quick and polite - thanks for your great work! Would recommend to friends

We have had a few plumbing issues since purchasing our home. I feel so grateful to have found Vlad early on! Our toilets clogged and backed up into our bathtubs- I called Vlad, and he was up on the roof in no time clearing out the pipes. We also had our water heater die- I called up Vlad, he was here on a Saturday to try to fix it. Unfortunately, we ended up needing a new one, which he is installing as I type. He gave us a good deal, and I trust his work. Vlad is such a nice guy, who makes you feel like family. Again, I feel very fortunate having found Arlan Plumbing!

Although the service is great, it's overpriced. I was quoted $135 after coupon for a clogged sink, the work is finished less than 10 mins. I decided to use the service b/c I didn't get any response from other plumber yet. But later I get quote from other plumber and I'm quoted for $75.

We have had banging in our walls whenever the water has been in use for about two years . The knocking was getting worse so we went straight to our trusty yelp to help us find a new plumber . After 9 years of loyalty our old plumber told us he had no idea what it could be other than an water hammer and they would charge $120 for a quote. . Micheal arrived on time with a huge truck full of all the parts our regular plumber has to run and get. Micheal found that the banging had come from a pipe that in the wall that had not been secured . He recommended I call the contractor that did the work . There are so many plumbers out there that would have sold me a bunch of stuff and charged me a fortune and nothing would have been achieved . He refused payment for the best part of an hour that he spent at our house . I cant recommend him highly enough .

Terrible experience. I reached out to a few different plumbers locally for some work that needed to be done on a house we were in escrow on. We intended to hire whomever came out to do the job once escrow closed. Well this company came out to the house for a free estimate and met with my realtor. After I never received any kind of follow up or update on the quote. I reached out twice and still no response over text. So I decided to call and keep in mind here we are now 17 days after originally contacting them. The man said the company had sent me a quote. Hmmm interesting as I had never given them my email. And I definitely didn't get a text, as I had been the one trying to get in contact with them over text. So unprofessional and will definitely not be using them at this point.

We just hired Mr. Pipe for the first time and he will now be our go to plumber. Zlatko came out the same day we called, gave us a good estimate, and took care of the job quickly. He even fixed a separate issue we had not called him about without changing the initial estimate.

Juan was very professional and courteous. He had covers over his boots when entering my home, he cleared the drain and even helped with the garbage disposal (wasn't part of the original request) at no extra charge. He did good work and was very reasonable with pricing. I will definitely use his company again.

Rishon plumbing & water heaters Company was the most trustworthy and professional company that I have ever used. I was having issues with my water heater decided on going with the tankless and I called them they arrived at my house in no time explained everything to me one by one what needed to be done and how much it will cost me. I was surprised by the price I got, couple of other companies that I spoke with it took forever to get back with me and couple of prices that I got at least 25 to 30% more on the price that I got from Rishon plumbing
Thank you for your professionalism

Would highly recommend Marco and his Crew! Called last night at 5:00pm, Marco showed up at 8:00 pm, cleared my kitchen drain gave me a fair price with a 2 year warranty! This is the third time I have used their services and they are legit! Warranty repairs are fixed no questions asked, even came out on Christmas Eve!

Called Heflin & Son when our water heater was not heating. Todd came out promptly and diagnosed the problem. He ordered a part that needed to be replaced, and his repairman John came out later and installed the part, which fixed the problem. I was very pleased with the cost which was less than I expected.

Total disaster, start to finish. Incompetence and deception that could cost us a brand new washing machine - on top of the $250 installation fee we paid for someone to break our machine. This Roto-Rooter branch clearly has the worst reviews and I wish I'd know that before I called the main number. (I have had excellent Roto Rooter service before. This was horrible.)
We made the appt online, got an email confirmation, as well as a phone call confirmation for a 4-6pm appt. At 6pm, we called back the confirmation # - and they had no record of appt. We called the original number, they did have the appt on the books, and were told the plumber would be late. He showed up at 8pm. Even though we'd said the appt was to set up washer and dryer, he needed parts and said he'd come back the next day at 10am. He was back at 11am, and it was an epic 3 hours of installation though there was nothing out of the ordinary. At one point he left for parts again. Then finally, it was all over and he said he'd changed a gas valve and we needed to let the room air out for an hour before used the machine. We paid the $250 bill and he left.
We gave it an extra hour just in case. I loaded the washer, went to turn it on - and the knob came off in my hand. It was broken. Worse - it was covered in white glue! He'd broken the knob and then tried to glue it back on! Mistakes are one thing - lies and cover-ups are another.
We realized all the clues after the fact:
He's a plumber who hooked up a washer - but never ran it to see if it was working properly (because he couldn't turn it on with a broken knob.)
He went out for parts again (my guess is it was glue.)
He said to let the room air out (that was to let the glue dry, which it didn't.)
We called in an appliance repair company. As a result of the tech's breaking the machine, have to replace the entire panel - $400 for the part, and then $300 for the labor. This is in addition to paying Roto Rooter $250 to hook up a machine that was broken by the tech.
Supposedly a supervisor is coming to see us tomorrow and see the machine. He said they'd pay for repair and we can only hope Roto Rooter will follow through. If they do - I'll remove my 1 star review.
