My kitchen sink was clogged and when I called around for Sunday same day service, only Clean-Out King was willing to do the job at a reasonable price.

Angel and Tyler came to clean out the kitchen lines and clean-out line. They completed the job within an hour and cleaned up the job area. They did a thorough job and were very professional.

I will definitely use them again!

Our toilet has been slow for the past week and eventually clogged completely. I did everything I could but ultimately realized I needed a pro. He was downtown but drove all the way to Santa Clarita on a same day request for a quote and was here by 11. We found out I have roots growing into the pipes from the tree growing outside, but this guy put in work and did everything he could to solve our problem. I will definitely be calling him back for the next steps

Last Sunday we experienced a clogged toilet and shower drain in one of our bathrooms.  We called Calif. High-Tech Plumbing.  We explained our problem and they came out right away.  And on a Sunday.  We were quoted one price if the problem could be fixed without taking out the toilet, and a higher price if the toilet had to be removed. After about one hour, we were advised that the toilet would have to come out.  It was late into evening and they had to come back the next day.  They did so and fixed the problem perfectly.  They only charged us for taking out the toilet and not for the time they spent the day before.  Excellent.  We can recommend California High-Tech and Ilan 100%.  They saved the day.

Our main backed up and we needed help fast as plumbing fixtures in the house were backing up. Purdy Plumbing came to our rescue. They truly went the extra mile in helping us. They're not the cheapest but their work is of high quality. Thanks again!

I called Velocity Rooter and Plumbing for an emergency service to my mothers house. Eduardo showed up within an hour and was very knowledgeable and gave me a great deal. He took care of the problem within an hour, I highly recommend their services. Honest dude!

They are a friendly bunch and appear to be family oriented.  Luke was very helpful and knew what he was doing.  He was kind and got the job done in no time.  They are fair with pricing and I would highly recommend their services!

I have to write an update as we've used Mike's services twice after my initial review. Mike is very prompt to reply to texts/messages and always come quickly to take care of the work. He was able to repair/finish some of our DIY plumbing projects that went awry, and he also took care of a leak in one of our water lines. He is now our go-to-guy for any plumbing related issues and I won't hesitate to call him again for any future jobs.

We had multiple bids, some cheaper than Franks.  We chose Frank because of the reviews and my wife thought he was very courteous.

It's unclear what license they have.

Frank is friendly, does a great job of reassuring.   BUT BEWARE!  We paid $8300.00 for questionable and incomplete work.  See his written quote, attached photo.

Frank came out, inspected our plumbing using the camera.  He quoted $7200 to replace the sewer pipes from the back house to the street.  His written quote said we will do sewer trenchless replacement form backside of the house where existing clean out is to the city line....  

He left some old pipes, and replaced most.  WHAT IS THE POINT OF REPLACING FROM EXISTING CLEAN OUT TO CITY LINE... if portions of cast iron are left?

Once our driveway was dug up, Frank called to say everything busted.  He needed to charge another $1800, because he had to dig two more holes to connect another pipe.  We have two bathrooms in the back, which were pointed out to him when he initially provided the quote.    

Adding $1800 was shocking.  There was NOT much else we could do after things were dug up.  He agreed his office would allow him to do it for $1100 more.  We agreed to pay the extra, for a total of $8300 and cut our losses.  

At this point, some red flags prompted our request he provide photos of his work as he continued, before burying everything.  He assured us he would send us photos of his progress.

My wife texted him a friendly reminder to photo the pipes and replacement progress.  When she returned to check on things, Frank claimed he forgot to photo and advised we can see it by camera when next we have a plumber out.

See photo.  He did NOT replace everything.  He claims he promised only to do it from the clean out.  He threw a lot of plumbing jargon.  The photo reflects he left the old cast iron pipes from the clean out, without replacing them.

After getting his $8300, he advised us there was a cap to the clean out he would return on Monday to install.  On Monday he called my wife, presumably to demand more money?  My wife advised him to email us rather than call.  He never responded to our email.  He never returned with the cap.  

He did quite a bit of work digging up six holes.  Whether he actually did what he promised is questionable.

We have a slide in range that did not slide all the way to the wall because of the existing gas line sticking out too far from the wall. Call Z and he came out to help. What looks like a simple fix turns out to be a little more work. Z made it work without doing a major project and came up with a solution. Very happy with the outcome. Z is very polite and professional. Will definitely ask for his help again.

We were having an issue with our toilet handle drooping after being flushed, so it would constantly cause the toilet to run. Ron came over quickly and diagnosed the problem and got a new handle for us ordered. When he came back I also had a new kitchen sink faucet that needed to be installed and he was able to tackle them both. He was SUPER responsive via text in trying to get the appointments scheduled. He was really understanding when I was running 10 minutes late to our appointment. He got everything done quickly and efficiently. He was very polite. I highly recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs! You can't go wrong with Ron and Get Rapid Restoration. I'll definitely be calling him again in the future if we have any plumbing needs!

My review would not be doing him justice, but Juan is one of the best plumbers I've seen around.   Professional? Friendly? Fair and honest price? Check Check Check! Added bonuses, he is punctual and very diligent in communicating what he is doing, and kept the work area clean.  He took care of a clogged pipe and a leaking toilet without any problems.  He doesn't play games with the price like some people do.  He does a great job communicating tips.

JDR Plumbing's quality of service and price are unbeatable.  I definitely recommending him to my friends.  So, after your DIY ideas don't work, and need a professional, call Juan.

I'm so happy to have found George and John from Rishon! I've had a shower that leaked slowly for 2 years and finally was able to get it fixed by them.

I had been calling other reputable plumbers on yelp and getting times of 1-2 weeks to come out and look. Finally looked at Plumbers in LA outside of my area and found Rishon. George talked me through it over the phone before hand at the end of the work day, accepted pictures via phone, and then scheduled with me the very next morning first thing to have it fixed. He was just great in casually talking all the options through.

Both he and John showed up on time the next morning, fixed my shower in under an hour, and made the entire process very friendly and not scary. Not only that, they gave me the best price of all the plumbers I vetted and even knocked off $25 dollars when time came to write the check.

Marco and his crew are second to none. I have had this company come out to ny personal business to add in drains and water lines as well as my entire house re done plumbing. This company stands by their word, their quote and their work. Truly the most professional plumbing company used to date.

Unfortunately, I would recommend avoiding these guys.  

I heard their commercials on the radio and when I had a clogged sink, I figured I would give them a call for their $77 drain cleaning.  When plumber went under the sink, for some reason he undid the garbage disposal and because it was old, he said it should be replaced.  I had no issue using my old garbage disposal prior to his arrival, but because he moved it, it was leaking and it needed to be replaced.  OK, I figured why not, it was old.  Well, the plumber told me it would be $920 to replace the garbage disposal.  Yes, $920 US Dollars!!! BTW, garbage disposals are $75-$100 normally and installation should be around $100-$150.  

After I said no, he said he couldn't unclog the clogged sink.  

I won't call them a total scam, but it's very shady that they offer a low price drain cleaning, and somehow a problem that did not exist before they came, now exists and costs an outrageous amount.

If I could give 0 stars I would.

Todd and his team are incapable of professional work.

I've called upon this company in the past to redo my main pipe line and they did a wonderful job, I've never had issues with them in the past so I am highly disappointed at the switch in their professionalism. What happened, guys??

The installation of the new kitchen line was not up to code when the inspector came by. This caused a 2 week delay to our project. I am out of the country and our contractors sent photos of the work performed by Todd's team. After seeing the photos I contacted Todd to let him know we may have a problem. Todd didn't believe me, said that everything is up to code. So we waited for the inspector to come by who didn't pass the plumbing.

Todd has been avoiding my text messages, I can't call him.

The inspector asked for his license number to report him to the city, that's how bad job has been done.

The inspector said that a professional plumber couldn't have done this type of work. I was surprised too.

Do not trust this company. Todd is irresponsible like the rest of his team and I am sincerely disappointed to be writing this review. I don't want anyone to experience what we went through, not worth it.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!  I would give zero stars if allowed!!  
They will literally steal your money and do the worst crappy job!!

They ruined my fixtures and all they said was OOPS! They were working in the bathroom and started to knock out the tiles in my kitchen!!! I had to run over and tell them to stop!!! They left a huge puddle under my sink! They did a VERY EXPENSIVE repiping job and I am STILL having BROWN WATER!

If you get JEFF as your technician, RUN!!!
He literally ruined so many things in my house and doesn't take the blame.

I was quoted for copper pipes and they did PEX because it was easier for them!  I said that Pex should be a cheaper price for me. Jeff flat out said NO!

They left a huge hole in my wall outside and NEVER TOLD ME!!!

I tried calling customer service and still 3 weeks later, I have YET to hear back from any manager!

This company does awful service and just robs you!
