I messaged this company for a quote for a leaky shower. I prefer to message because I'm working during most companies business hours so messaging allows me to multi task. Other companies I messaged via yelp just said call the office to set up an appointment. I appreciated being able to do everything directly here. They came out based on my availability, gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they were 30 minutes away. When he arrived he was wearing a face mask and shoe covers to ensure my floor was kept clean. Angel was the person who fixed my issue. He was very timely in completing the job and it was done right. No more leaking shower!

I've been working with Arman for a while now and his new company is fantastic. We had the worst issue with a brand new home build where the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water pressure was completely low for our shower and sinks. Not only that, there was no water line installed to the fridge. Arman is super fast and doesnt cut corners. This guy just goes straight to the job and gets it done right. Replaced the water regulator and fixed some other features that was wrong. Perfectly working now. Love working with people who just get things done professionally.

Rude and over charge for work that wasn't even done or discussed. I believe his wife is the bookkeeper as she is so unprofessional.

Ryan came out same day to clear a recurring bathtub drain problem. Not only did he stick with the problem till the end to get it working he managed to fix my toilette problem at no charge. Good to have a good local plummer contact!

George came out to work in my repair. I thought the quote was fair and he started the work immediately. George wore a mask and cleaned up after he was done. I would definitely use this company again.

Great experience! Did my research getting quotes for a garbage disposal replacement. Their quote was the best, and the communication was outstanding. Matt answered several questions on Yelp in a beyond timely fashion, and Stephanie scheduled the job. Luke arrived on time and completed the work in about 30 minutes. Was even able to add on a little additional work (for an additional fee) which I really appreciated. Very friendly. Appreciate being able to support smaller, family-owned businesses. Would use their services again. Highly recommend.

I currently live in Las Vegas, but own 2 town homes in Sherman Oaks. I have been using Arlan Plumbing for about 4yrs now. I trust them with the my homes even if I'm not around. My tenets also said great things about them. Always professional and they clean up after their  work. I'm also thankful that I can pay through credit (PayPal) and they send me the invoice via email, this makes my life a bit easier. If you want a headache, call this plumber. My experience was nothing like the reviews I've read. I called the owner and was quoted $99 for snake service. The technician came out within an hour, snaked the sewer line from the toilet. He then asked for $260. When I try to explain to him what his boss is quoted, he began to argue. He said, call my boss, and let's see what he said. Unfortunately, his boss would not answer his phone or text messages. it is now been four days, still no response. If you're looking for a bait and switch, give these guys a call.

Michael is the best plumber hands down. He has been our plumber for over 10 years. He just came out to fix something and was so fast and helpful. Here are the pluses about him.
1. Very responsive. Returns calls right away. Also called me to let me know he was nearby.
2. Very knowledgeable. Knows his stuff. Fixed a major problem today quickly. Also recommend some maintenance I wasn't aware we needed to preserve our tankless water heater.
3. Friendly and communicates clearly. He answers all of your questions and makes sure you understand.
4. Reasonably priced.
If you need a great plumber, Michael is the guy.

Zladko called me within minutes of my putting out my Yelp. I needed to have my thermostat in my shower repaired, and the filter changed for the water in my kitchen. He took care of everything the next day, in under an half an hour. He is professional, friendly and trustworthy. I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs, and forwarding his information to anyone I know I need of a plumber.

Harpo came out to inspect our water pressure and take a loo at our toilets and he didn't even charge us!  He recommended we get new toilets and told us the kind to get.  Harpo is the BEST, highly recommended, honest, prompt and great to deal with!

I thought I had a clogged bathroom sink. It turned out that the old plumbing in the house was cracked and leaking into the wall and underneath the house. I have a 3 month old and was not looking forward to dealing with this issue. The team that responded was very organized and clean. They were also extremely considerate of my needs, especially since there was a baby in the house. The Supervisor Jeff helped communicate directly with my landlord to make sure there was no confusion and the issues could be addressed. In the future I will use them for any major or minor repairs.

We have used Heflen Plumbing for years now for many small jobs, but this holiday season we had a major problem and we called Todd for help. Within hours he had his whole crew at our house and did not leave until all the repairs where done.

Not only where they there all day and night, but they were able to salvage the system with their high technology saving us 1000's in repairs as well as cutting and digging up 2 rooms in the house.

I was on my way to catch an early morning flight when I stepped into the foyer and it was flooded. I called Roto Rooter at 6a and had a friendly voice answer the phone that had a technician, Hector Henriquez, to our home as soon as possible. He was able to locate the plumbing problem quickly and gave us a quote he stood by to the very end of the process as he dug and discovered new issues. The technology the company uses is similar to directional boring where he didnt have to dig up the street where the piping from our house connects to the city water, he was able to fix it by only digging a small whole just outside of our house. They even supply a DVD of the work they do since there is a camera recording underground that shows the problem, show them fixing it and then the final result for your future records, especially if you're a homeowner. Hector was professional, clean, on time, courteous and thorough. He wore booties on his shoes anytime he entered our home and the payment process was easy via credit card at the end. I was very impressed. My travel plans got turned upside down, but at least I have peace of mind that the issue was resolved with a 25 year warranty.
