Writing this review for my sister who manages some apartments and doesn't have a yelp account.  She found Mr. Plumber today after her normal go-to plumber rudely told her to find someone else. So find someone else she did! Mr. Plumber was among the top of the list in our area. From the first time she spoke with Oscar, I think she had a good feeling. He was friendly on the phone and told her he'd be able to come out today and amazingly gave her a half hour window that he would arrive and ended up arriving even earlier than expected, which was astonishing (in a good way) considering the old plumber she used would give a four hour window and would sometimes not even show up at all. He was friendly with the tenants and managed to find the problem and fix it in a decent amount of time. I think my sister has found her new go-to person!

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

We had an annoying smell and sewer flies in the back bathroom.  It was a problem that I thought was in the main sewer line and would cost thousands to repair.  But Sebastian at MVP took the less aggressive approach and cleaned out the lines, flushed out the drains, and installed a P-Trap to prevent the odors from entering the house.

The Details of It All: After experiencing excruciating headaches, chest pain, wheezing and pain in my lower gut for several months in addition to going to several different doctors who were unable to diagnose the cause of my symptoms, I had a friend suggest a possible mold infestation.  There were some leaks in the roof that happened last year, so while the thought did not cross my mind that mold could cause my symptoms, having a possible mold infestation was not a crazy idea.  In an attempt to grab samples of dust to run an at-home mold test, I stuck my head up into the skylight cavity in my bedroom.  As my eyes peered over the cased edge, I was greeted by a very thick layer of mold growing around the interior perimeter at the base of the skylight.  Helllloooooo, Mold!  Needless to say, I had a problem...a very moldy one.

After researching six different companies that handled mold remediation and contacting several to discuss the situation at hand, Merco at DryPro promptly responded and treated the situation with immediacy and class.  He came to the house to take a look to see if he could be of service and graciously answered a long list of questions I had in regards to mold, cleaning, the safety of the products they use, timeline and procedure.  Based upon the quotes received, Merco's thorough procedure, quality & safety of products and knowledge of mold are what made DryPro the for sure choice.

Merco and his team came in and did a full day's work of removing the mold, fogging, and cleaning the vents to the HVAC system.  Care was utilized in protecting all furnishings, clothes and other belongings during the process.  The shower tiles in my bathroom were even thoroughly cleaned to make sure there was no mold left in my space.  When I came back to my place, I immediately noticed a difference in the air quality.  I no longer experienced wheezing in my chest when I entered my room, which I was and still am extremely grateful for.  My sleep quality has increased for the better, and I no longer wake up in the morning with an excruciating headache.  In addition, my lower gut has mellowed out...amazingly enough.

Mold is a very serious issue.  While some professionals may think mold is not a major concern, it is.  If you are looking for a professional team to give you back the quality of life you deserve, I highly recommend Merco and the DryPro team.  It is hard to find people who are as professional, patient, thorough and willing to honestly answer any and all questions you have; however, they exist with DryPro.

We have a big ficus tree in our front yard and called a few rooter companies, one our neighbor happened to have over and another the prior owner had used to put lining in the sewer line.  

Long story short, after going with my gut, and not hiring Hero Rooter or Rapid Plumbing, I called Harry's based on Yelp reviews.  It turns out, Hero Rooter said we needed 20-30 feet of lining when we did not (Harry's plumbing had exact measurements and a sensor that could tell them exactly where the lining ended), and we didn't need hydrojetting.  They used a snake and blades to cut the root ball and everything is fine.

I called Harry's because Yelpers said they were honest.  I can vouch for that.  I think the guys were named Jarrod and Brandon, both highly recommended.  We would hire them again in a second for all of our plumbing and sewage needs.  

I definitely do my homework, but something told me that the other companies weren't people I could fully trust.  I definitely trust Harry's.

Our shower faucet handles were no longer working, causing the hot water not to be shut off properly. Even after you closed the hot water, you could here it in the walls and the faucet would leak all night. This caused a high gas bill. Fortunately I spoke with Alberto(owner) of Just Rooter and Plumbing. He quickly responded and came out assessed the situation, provided an estimate and quickly got to work. He was honest, reliable and got the job done within a few hours.

No show.  Requested service via HomeAdvisor for water heater repair.  A-1 was first to call within the hour.  Told us a tech is in the area, and will be at our home no later than 5pm.  I mentioned it's important that someone be here by then, because we had an evening appointment.  He reiterated no later than 5pm, and if it had to be later someone will call us.  We subsequently turned down several plumbers who also responded to the HomeAdvisor request, because we expected A-1 to do the repair.  Well, no one came by 5pm.  We called and left a voicemail to find out what's going on.  We waited until 6pm - still no one came and no one called. We were late to our dinner, and had cold water that night.  We expected someone to call us back the next day to apologize - didn't happen.

Great Service! There was an awful smell coming from what we thought was the water heater. It turns out it was one of the drains. Snaked and showed us how to maintain it so we don''t have the same problem in the future. Showed up on the same day and fixed it. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

I called Guardian Plumbing and they sent someone out right away. That's not easy to find these days! They were in and out, and affordable. Highly recommended! They are my forever go-to for all things plumbing.

Had a clogged main. The guys were swamped but Phyliss worked me in within 4 hours as promised. Matt and team immediately found the blockage and cleared it within 20 minutes. All for a very reasonable price. Friendly family type service like the old days in these trying times is not what I was expecting. You folks rock ! Thank you !

Chris was awesome! He found issues other plumbers missed and fixed them for free. He managed to get a 2 day job finished in one day by staying late. And his price was 30% lower than the other quotes. I highly recommend him!

Tim and his crew did an amazing job in my back yard. All my drains were clogged due to tree roots and part of my cement patio had to be dug up. The workers arrived on time every morning - it was a four day job. They left after cleaning up every night, and fixed the problem. I can honestly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them for future plumbing issues.

Sam is reliable, professional, friendly, clean and fast!! He's fixed multiple issues at my house to include a clogged sink and bathtub drain and more recently I had him over to clear out a the main sewer drain that was backed up.
