Mr Harris is the most professional, honest and reasonably priced plumber I've ever had and I will only be using his services so long as I live in the this area. As soon as I called the number, Mr Harris personally answers and cheerfully asked what kind of plumbing I needed done. He was so knowledgeably and experienced that he was able to guess what the problem was over the phone just with the pictures I texted him. It was a small job that involved replacing the handle on a shower and even though I was pretty far away, he was happy to come down and give a free estimate. We agreed on a time for him to show up the next day and he was right on time, also gave multiple text updates to confirm how far away he was and to let me know exactly what time he would arrive.

When Mr Harris arrived he was very pleasant, quick and professional. He got straight to the bottom of the problem, gave me an extremely reasonable quote (must less than other plumbers had quoted) and explained to me in easy to understand details, what the problem was and what steps, parts and cost would be needed to fix the problem. I like that he explains things and is transparent with the cost of parts and labor. I was impressed and felt very comfortable with him right away, this is someone I trust to work in my house even if I had to leave for a while. He also had a wide range of tools to do the work, so he has the capability to do just about anything plumbing related (and was also able to do other kind of handy work as well). Therefore we decided to also have him work on the kitchen sink as well, which was completely broken, had leaks and a busted disposal unit as well. Mr Harris fixed that sink in no time, shiny and new. So we also had him repair our toilet which had multiple problems, again he fixed that in no time. He went to the hardware store and got ONLY the parts needed and presented all receipts and explained what each part was for. So I knew I wasn't overpaying for any unnecessary parts. In fact, he showed me that he was able to complete the work without using some of the parts, so he didn't charge me for those parts and he personally went back to the store and get his money back. That is A+ service.

A couple of days later, Mr Harris gave a follow up call to make sure everything was still working good and he wanted to make double sure that his work was holding up. Yes it was holding up great, but still I REALLY appreciated that he cared enough to call with a followup. That is something that stood out, that no other plumber has done for me. Usually other plumbers get the money and bolt outta there ASAP, never call you back for a followup and don't really wanna hear from you if their was any problems with the work. In summery Mr Harris is a 10/10 service handy man and I look forward to going with him any time I need a repair (and this old house will need MANY repairs).

Contacted company on a Friday morning and was connected with a technician, who said he could be there late that afternoon.  I provided a contact number to coordinate a specific time, but we never heard from him.  Called an alternate provider Monday morning.

He worked so hard and for a long time but everything is up and running he also unclogged a sink for us.

The Short of It All: Merco of DryPro is responsive, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, careful and serious about eradicating mold out of people's lives.  If you are looking for a company to help in any sort of water damage situation or mold infestation, I HIGHLY recommend Merco and his team at DryPro Restoration.

The Details of It All: After experiencing excruciating headaches, chest pain, wheezing and pain in my lower gut for several months in addition to going to several different doctors who were unable to diagnose the cause of my symptoms, I had a friend suggest a possible mold infestation.  There were some leaks in the roof that happened last year, so while the thought did not cross my mind that mold could cause my symptoms, having a possible mold infestation was not a crazy idea.  In an attempt to grab samples of dust to run an at-home mold test, I stuck my head up into the skylight cavity in my bedroom.  As my eyes peered over the cased edge, I was greeted by a very thick layer of mold growing around the interior perimeter at the base of the skylight.  Helllloooooo, Mold!  Needless to say, I had a problem...a very moldy one.

After researching six different companies that handled mold remediation and contacting several to discuss the situation at hand, Merco at DryPro promptly responded and treated the situation with immediacy and class.  He came to the house to take a look to see if he could be of service and graciously answered a long list of questions I had in regards to mold, cleaning, the safety of the products they use, timeline and procedure.  Based upon the quotes received, Merco's thorough procedure, quality & safety of products and knowledge of mold are what made DryPro the for sure choice.

Merco and his team came in and did a full day's work of removing the mold, fogging, and cleaning the vents to the HVAC system.  Care was utilized in protecting all furnishings, clothes and other belongings during the process.  The shower tiles in my bathroom were even thoroughly cleaned to make sure there was no mold left in my space.  When I came back to my place, I immediately noticed a difference in the air quality.  I no longer experienced wheezing in my chest when I entered my room, which I was and still am extremely grateful for.  My sleep quality has increased for the better, and I no longer wake up in the morning with an excruciating headache.  In addition, my lower gut has mellowed out...amazingly enough.

The best of the best.  Experienced, trained, common sense, courteous, clean and affordable priced.  I have experience working with dozens of plumbers in my property management trade.  Needing work for my own home I called several plumbers and fortunately came across Harry's Rooter & Plumbing available with short notice.  Usually I can dislodge our drain with a smaller hand held snake but this time the 15' out blockage in the secondary drain would not dislodge.  In about ten minutes from arrival the drain was cleared with their typical smaller motorized snake cable.  I was impressed how he insisted we run water down the drain as they continued to clear the obstruction area to reduce the chance of quick debris accumulation again.  When all done the price was very  fair and we are very pleased.  I will definitely call upon this firm again for upgrading several faucets, change our hot water heater and other plans for improving our home.  Thank you very much Jeff and Harry's Rooter & Plumbing team.

Few months ago, I had some main line issues with older plumbing in a Craftsman home.   Back-ed up and looked serious.

Alberto responded and provided a fair and reasonable estimate.   More than 6 months - still going well.   They also installed a new toilet.

Today ( 1/29/2020), I attempted to install new kitchen faucet.  Rusted shut; worked on it for 3 hours.  Frustrated, called Alberto again.  He responded from San Pedro same day and fixed the issue/installed the new item with perfection.

Highly recommended.    Will call back and excellent response times.

Awesome company!! Can't say enough great things about Tim and American Drain. We had some severe blockages in our outdoor drains and Tim came out right away to help. He cleared out the blockages in the front leading to the street and then also came to the back and made sure all our backyard drains were cleared in time for the rains. Thanks Tim! I called Die Hard plumbers after I noticed my upstairs toilet wouldn't shut off after being flushed. Kevin contacted me the next day and set an appointment.

He showed up early the next day. The toilet fill valve had to be replaced and the shut off valve had to be replaced.

Kevin preformed the repairs in about 20 mins. He also sealed a small leak on my bathtub faucet. Very professional and nice person.
