The work that Mr. Harris completed was good.

However, we gave Mr. Harris a list of jobs around the house that needed to be completed. He gave us an estimate for the complete list (minus some outlet covers in the kitchen, a window lock and insulation, tub glazing - things he said we'd have to find someone else for, and that was fine).

The problem was that he did not complete the other items on the list. He didn't replace (one of the outlet covers - wires left without plates covering them).

He didn't grout and caulk in the kitchen.

He said the doors didn't fit and couldn't be hung. We had someone else go and hang them for us even though we paid Mr. Harris for the job.

Before I paid him, he told me that his work was guaranteed, and that I could call him to come back if there was any problem.

When I called, he was very defensive and told me he had finished the job.

We paid him too much for an incomplete job.

I had Dave do work to my house years ago and I was scrolling through Yelp and decided I would share my experience with him.

I had Dave install an entire bathroom (jetted tub, shower, faucets, and a toilet) as well as a water heater.  He is highly skilled and extremely knowledgeable.  Also his pricing is extremely competitive  and he definitely does not take advantage of his clients.

His demeanor is friendly and professional and he cleans up before he leaves.  In a word he is fantastic.

I had some problems with my plumbing so i looked on yelp and found oscar real nice guy told me he would be at my house at 3pm and sure enough made it on time thats a good sign when a contractor is punctual.after telling him my problem he gave me his opinion at no charge but i wanted more advise so he offered to go under the house for an inspection at a low cost.I was very impressed and satisfied with his services since its hard to find a reliable and honest person in this area. I would highly recommend Oscars to everyone looking for a plumber.

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

The water heater sprung a weak and set the water leak detector off. Unfortunately when I looked at the pan it sits in it didn't seem to have water in it. But the high pitched whistle was deafening. I thought the thing was going to explode. The Plumber scheduler decided to send someone to at least check it out. The leak detector was sitting in a little puddle of water and when it was picked up the whistling stopped. So be forewarned looks can be deceiving. The tank was 11 years old had been gurgling for a long time. I decided to replace it.  Thanks to Jim and his assistant and scheduler, who took pity on me and came out quickly.

5 stars two times in a row! I have used MVP two times and wow super great! First time a terrible sink clog - and today a toilet clog! Christopher was on time - professional - did the job and wow I was impressed and super happy! The cost/value was perfect for our budget! Thanks so much Jeri

Your response still doesn't address.

- the whistling kitchen sink I have..

- the pedestal sink ended up still leaking from washing hands, not from washing dishes so it wasn't an overflow issue. Hence why I said that I had an unfunctional sink. If Yelp let me post videos on how it was leaking in 3 different ways I would be happy to post it but snapshots doesnt tell whole story.

I only wanted to change the faucet in the bathroom because the hot water knob was not working.

I didn't give a negative review because of the courtesy and I was happy with half the installations he did. It just feels unethical to me that I paid 200 dollars to have a working faucet and instead got the opposite and the solution to fix it is 800 dollars on top of the 200 I already spent.

We had an urgent pipe leak and mold issue that needed to be remediated quickly and Merco and his team were unbelievable. His customer service is top notch. He got in immediately and ripped out the damage, dried it all out and fixed it all. He worked with our insurance and helped us along the way. I was so nervous and he eased my anxieties about the process. If I could give him 100 stars I would. He is the best at what he does and you will not regret calling him. Call him now!!!

I'm a really busy person with work and had a bad clog in my shower that could not wait.  I had only about 2 hours to get it fixed before going to work.

Used yelp for quotes and within minutes Carlos give me flat rate quote.  He was absolutely the fastest to quote and arrived within about 1/2 hour.  Went straight to the problem as soon as he arrived.  His crew is very efficient and had all the pro tools on hand.  Big job or small I think they can handle it with no issue.  Highly recommended.

Harry's plumbing is great; knowledgeable, courteous and fair!  They've even talked me through a few fixes myself.  Jeff, Steve and Brandon are excellent!

They were very honest. The job ended up being simpler than expected. They were honest about it and adjusted their price. I recommend them and will definitely call them again if I need plumbing service.

Very bad customer service.
They said they would be at my home at a certain time for an estimate. I waited as long as I could and finally decided to leave. Before leaving I called them and told them not to come anymore. Then once I left they decided to show up at my home. Still I told my wife to show them around. still trying to give them a chance to work with us. Then once he was done looking he said he will be back from his truck with an estimate and never came back. I really do think he was scoping the house to see what they can steal. I really do not recommend them.

Luis was great when I needed help yesterday. I tried numerous other plumbers and nobody answered the phone. Luis did :) 
Turns out what I thought was a major issue, was not and after sending him a few pictures and talking to him on the phone- crisis averted. Luis saved me what would probably be an expensive service call to my house and a bunch of money. He was honest and seems like a really good guy. We will definitely use his service in the future should we have a problem that warrants an actual service call.

I'm big on punctuality so arriving on time was a good first impression.  The tech was very professional and friendly, made all the assessments and recommendations in a timely manner considering I have 4 kids and no time for anything. He was able to fix our problem and educate us to make sure we could avoid spending money on too many plumbing services. I recommended them to my neighbors and I know they hired them right after getting the quote.

I had Confirmed appointment for 9 AM by 9:30 no one showed up. I called the office and they said he was scheduled to be in a meeting which made no sense since I had a confirmed appointment.

I reached out again and they told me they couldn't find him. As they're so disorganized I canceled the service. I'll hire someone who wants to work

As a new homeowner, it is very difficult to find folks you can trust. Well, after Luis' treatment and attentiveness, he will be the person I will call for all my plumbing issues. He was straight forward, to the point, and quick. If you need a plumber, Luis is your guy!

Christian was a pleasure to work with, his crew was great. They got a big job done in record time. Fast, reliable, and barely a hiccup in our day. His price was reasonable too.

I just met the best sewer/drain plumber. Combination of very professional,  knowledgeable guy with the right tools and with a great rate,  can't beat that.

Sam from Valley United Plumbing was fantastic!! He was very thorough and made sure I had no leaks after everything was done! I will definitely consider using them again for our plumbing needs!
