Mr Harris is the most professional, honest and reasonably priced plumber I've ever had and I will only be using his services so long as I live in the this area. As soon as I called the number, Mr Harris personally answers and cheerfully asked what kind of plumbing I needed done. He was so knowledgeably and experienced that he was able to guess what the problem was over the phone just with the pictures I texted him. It was a small job that involved replacing the handle on a shower and even though I was pretty far away, he was happy to come down and give a free estimate. We agreed on a time for him to show up the next day and he was right on time, also gave multiple text updates to confirm how far away he was and to let me know exactly what time he would arrive.

When Mr Harris arrived he was very pleasant, quick and professional. He got straight to the bottom of the problem, gave me an extremely reasonable quote (must less than other plumbers had quoted) and explained to me in easy to understand details, what the problem was and what steps, parts and cost would be needed to fix the problem. I like that he explains things and is transparent with the cost of parts and labor. I was impressed and felt very comfortable with him right away, this is someone I trust to work in my house even if I had to leave for a while. He also had a wide range of tools to do the work, so he has the capability to do just about anything plumbing related (and was also able to do other kind of handy work as well). Therefore we decided to also have him work on the kitchen sink as well, which was completely broken, had leaks and a busted disposal unit as well. Mr Harris fixed that sink in no time, shiny and new. So we also had him repair our toilet which had multiple problems, again he fixed that in no time. He went to the hardware store and got ONLY the parts needed and presented all receipts and explained what each part was for. So I knew I wasn't overpaying for any unnecessary parts. In fact, he showed me that he was able to complete the work without using some of the parts, so he didn't charge me for those parts and he personally went back to the store and get his money back. That is A+ service.

A couple of days later, Mr Harris gave a follow up call to make sure everything was still working good and he wanted to make double sure that his work was holding up. Yes it was holding up great, but still I REALLY appreciated that he cared enough to call with a followup. That is something that stood out, that no other plumber has done for me. Usually other plumbers get the money and bolt outta there ASAP, never call you back for a followup and don't really wanna hear from you if their was any problems with the work. In summery Mr Harris is a 10/10 service handy man and I look forward to going with him any time I need a repair (and this old house will need MANY repairs).

After the pilot light on my water heater would not remain lit, I called Delta Bay Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Dave was at my house with the parts needed to fix my water heater.  Dave was professional, friendly, responsive to my questions, and explained what needed to be done to fix the water heater.  The costs were fair and I'm confident that the work was completed without error.  Hopefully, I will not need any plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call!

Exceptional service! My shower had been leaking for almost 2 weeks, I requested a quote on yelp and they responded in less than an hour. Orlando fixed our leaky shower and was kind enough to fix our loose toilet as well. Definitely would recommend Archi's Plumbing.  There's also a bonus that he spoke Spanish!

Our water heater went out unexpectedly, no hot water, so I created a project on Yelp to get quotes and support. MVP was the first to respond, almost instantly, and considering it was around 10pm at night. Most other companies I reached out to responded the next day or even a few days later. They were able to come out the next morning and replace it same day. I appreciated their quick reply, quick appointment, and quick replacement. Very nice tech also. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Merco, Tony and Robert. They did an excellent job remediating some mold found under the HVAC. All three provided excellent customer service and Tony and Robert were efficient, thorough, safe, respectful of property and even cleaned up the area to leave everything spotless. They went above and beyond and were kind, polite and professional. I also appreciated how honest and ethical Merco was in assessing the situation based on lab results and provided options to completely address any concerns without adding on any unnecessary costs to do a thorough job. They're extremely reasonably priced (most competitively priced) but provided top notch service and they clearly know what they're doing. Merco was extremely informative and even educated me on what to look for etc. Really appreciate the level of excellent service they provided. I highly recommend them & give them high praise.

These guys are honest people. Had a small item to tackle and they told me an alternative option so I wouldn't spend a ton of money. Anyone else would have just taken my money and not give any advice but not these guys. Will surely call them for future jobs!

Wow, what a disappointing experience.

I called to set up an appointment with several common concerns about my plumbing. Instead of the guy coming out to my property and making a determination based on facts, he made his diagnosis over the phone saying that it would costs thousands. It was as if he didn't want the business.

I was fully prepared to pay for the visit and consultation. After this vague conversation over the phone, I'll find a plumber that wants the work. Bummer!

Alberto is great! He has come out here a few times - once to unclog one of our sewer pipes, another to remove an old water heater, and this time to loosen the valve on our toilets that was causing a loud vibration.  He is quick to respond to text and can always come within the next 24 hours.  He is our go-to now for all our plumbing related issues.  He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is happening (which is so helpful as a first time home owner).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, FROM EXPERIENCE.
I first called asking for a free estimate, the operator explained it would be a $45 estimate charge and anything over $200 in repairs, the $45  will be taken off. I explained in detail,  that I had a foul odor coming from underneath the house near a restroom.
I agreed she schedule a technician to come out between 8-10, several minutes later receive a call stating he will NOT be able to come out until 11am. I was okay since I had already was expecting them to come.
The technician came out and he was shown the area  where the foul odor was coming from and without looking at the leak which was 8 feet away from my crawl space, apparently took some pictures in
home without me or the wife knowing and of course WITHOUT my consent of my crawl space and my restroom and went back to his truck.
He was there for several minutes and returns with his tablet of a bill for $455 saying, just to crawl underneath will be this amount. The technician said $455 plus the fee to repair and parts. I told him how wrong this was and that's what the $45 is for but never mention a drivers fee.

The phone. I recalled the company after making payment of $45 fee and was told by the assist mgr that the fee is a driving fee, and not an estimate. So I wasted my time to have them come out and take pictures of NOT the problem but to show me a bill of the price just to assess the problem. How ridiculous is this. The assist mgr said she would remove the $45 fee but I told her, no but to ensure she tells the owner or the manager of this issue. It's not the $45 fee if it was an estimate, I can understand, but to come out and waste my time, their time which could have been easily said over the phone. This company needs to be truthful and forthright and candid with the fee's and not.

Luis was great when I needed help yesterday. I tried numerous other plumbers and nobody answered the phone. Luis did :) 
Turns out what I thought was a major issue, was not and after sending him a few pictures and talking to him on the phone- crisis averted. Luis saved me what would probably be an expensive service call to my house and a bunch of money. He was honest and seems like a really good guy. We will definitely use his service in the future should we have a problem that warrants an actual service call.

Our mainline kept backing up. Nonstop repairs and overpriced estimates to replace the whole line. Guardian came in and quoted us a less expensive fix that did the job and kept us under our budget. We could not have made a better decision!

good service   came out in less than a hour for a emergency. the price  was  reasonable too.

My young kid completely clogged my toilet by throwing something in there. Only option was to replace the toilet to remove the object stuck in that toilet. Chris was very responsive and was able to come same day on that weekend to do the job. A+ service and really nice person.

American Drain was able to come out the same day I called for a clogged kitchen/laundry drain.  I'm horrible with names but two guys came by who were both very friendly and professional.  I knew there was something bigger going on as the drain clogs fairly often.  They were able to show me what the problem was with a camera and without trying to sell me on anything they let me know what options I had to deal with it.  Great company, will use them from now on for any plumbing issues.

I am so excited I found a plumber who is honest and good at what he does! I highly recommend Valley United Plumbing! They are fast clean and Courteous! I was told by another company it would be a lot of money to fix this project! Sam and his guy was so awesome and honest! He will not take advantage of you! So you know based on my reviews I keep it real and I recommend this company

Had a hot water line break under my slab, called AAA Homeowners Ins to help me out and they recommended Die Hard. Unfortunately didn't cover any of the cost since there was no damage, but that's a another review...

Mike and Chris came out, located where the leak was and where all the access points would be to re-route the plumbing. Gave me a great price and did all of the work in under 6 hours.

Since the re-routing was all done through interior walls and ceilings they kept the damage and access points to a minimum and sealed everything back up until I can get the walls repaired and painted.

I was around while they did the work and they explained everything and plumbed everything correctly the way the original home builders should have done it.

Highly recommend these two guy, efficient and knowledgeable.
