The man only seemed interested in my job ONLY when I said I think I may have a main line problem...which means $$$ to plumbers. Then he started calling me constantly bc he was ready to replace it without even seeing it!!

Dave is wonderful -- very professional and organized.  He comes on time. His bids are accurate.  He pays attention, works very hard, and is very conscientious. He focuses on quality, and clearly does things beyond what he needs to.  We are very happy with his work, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Update: Dave is great.  We had a leak in the bathroom and needed help fast.  Dave came and fixed in a jiffy.  You can't go wrong with him.

This was great experience. We had a clogged drain and Oscar cleared it right away. He assessed the situation made a recommendation and resolved the issue. I would call him for all my future plumbing needs. Oscar is experienced and professional.  Don't hesitate to call him!

We had a backup in the main sewage line causing backups in our bathroom and Orlando was able to come out same day and resolve the issue for a fair price. I highly recommend Archi's Plumbing!

We upgraded our kitchen faucet and needed it installed. I had used The Plumber in the past so I called and made an appointment. They were able to give an appointment the next day. Ralph was prompt and very knowledgeable. He made good suggestions so I wouldn't have pay more for installing the faucet we had purchased. He was done in a reasonable time and I was very pleased with the way the new faucet looked and functioned. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call The Plumber for my needs every time!

The plumber they sent was Ignacio Sr.
I sent a request to replace our Garbage disposal and told them that we already have the item just need to replace. The plumber that they sent didn't seem he knows what he was doing. He didn't use all the parts that was included in the box. He re used the items to make his job easier and didn't have a clue regarding the new disposal.
Next time I need a plumber I will definitely call somebody else.
They get 2 stars for participation and Ignacio Sr did connect the new disposal just didn't use all the new parts.

I recently hired this company for a plumbing job and unfortunately had a less than satisfactory experience with the initial plumber, Ignacio Sr. However, the company more than made up for it with their commitment to customer satisfaction. The owner or manager, Nelson, reached out to me personally to address my concerns and make things right. He sent another plumber, Franco, to my home the same day and Franco did an excellent job in properly installing the garbage disposal and using all the parts included. Franco was very knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the company's willingness to take responsibility and make sure the job was done correctly. As a result of their efforts, I am happy to change my initial 2 star review to a 5 star one. I would definitely consider using this company again for future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to others.

I am very grateful for City Plumbing and Rooter services. I had a clogged kitchen sink drain that was causing a rather unpleasant backup. Kevin came out to help me on the same day I placed a call for help. He was very kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me not only remediate the problem, but also gave me tips to prevent future reoccurrence. Very grateful for Kevin and City Plumbing services. Highly recommend and would certainly use them again in the future.

Merco is the man!  He did an amazing job on a mold issue in our closet a couple years back, and when my husband's favorite cowboy boots took a turn for the worse (see before photos), he came to the rescue and fixed the leather right up (see after photos). Thanks Merco!

I had a toilet issue that had be taken care of that night. They were here within 30 minutes, worked with me, and was able to get it done. I'm happy and my family is happy. I highly recommend!

This review is long over due from me...I have used Harry's Rooter for the past few years for jobs ranging to the backed up shower (unfortunately pretty common for my house) to replacing a main sewer pipe. In all cases, they did great work for what I considered fair prices. My only price comparison was from Roto-rooter when I first moved her about 8 years ago. I had a backed up shower and when they came out to clear it, it cost me about $250. One year later, the same issue popped up and a friend who lives in my neighborhood recommended Harry's. Well, they came out (the same day) and charged me around $80 for the same repair.
This alone would warrant 4 stars from me, but my wife and I were out of town on our honeymoon two years ago and had friends house sitting for us. Well, Murphy's law reared its ugly head (my apologies to Murphy's mother) and our showers and toilets all backed up. My mother in law knew we had used Harry's and gave the number to my friends. Harry sent out a guy who not only fixed the problem, but when my friends went to pay him, he told my friends to just have us call them when we got back into town. I was so impressed with that simple act of incredible customer service (and example of why I use local business) that my review went from 4 to 5 stars...but did take me a while to write it. Better late than never.

Arrived on time with professional and clean work van.
He and his helper were very cordial and cleaned up when finished.

Gave me a reasonable estimate and started the job.
Installed a new kitchen faucet.
Installed new water dispenser spout for alkaline water.
Installed new garbage disposal.
Replaced hot and cold shut off valves with new 1/4 turn valves.

Love the fact that he is local in the SGV area.

Unethical company pulled a bait and switch.  Did not want to provide a quote over the phone.  Instead, offered a FREE on-site evaluation to accurately diagnose and quote the job.  Since I am an offsite landlord, I asked that ALL costs be run by me by phone before proceeding.  When they were on site, they got a signature from an unauthorized party/tenant to charge a $250 diagnostic fee on top of another $250 in labor and repair.  They called me to verbally authorize the labor/repair only, then tried to stiff me with the other $250 and threatened to put a lien on my property if not paid.  REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH A-1.  BBB is my next call.

The heater was surprisingly difficult since all my kitchen cabinets were required to be separated from the wall. I was a little nervous about this; however, Moses and his staff did a fantastic job of eliminating them and bringing them back. They really did talk well and let me understand what was happening. They were really clean, friendly, and showed up on time, too. They were not the least expensive price I got, but I agree that the service's standard, fitting, and guidance was worth the investment.

Alen was a very responsive and helpful plumber in repairing a clog in my toilet.  I appreciated his timeliness and reasonable, clear pricing.

Excellent service. They arrived and troubleshot the problem, why my kitchen sink wasn't draining. They went to work right away clearing it and then tested for drainage and leaks three times before they called it good to go. They honored the $99.00 special price. Very courteous and professional. Answered our questions and made some recommendations for preventative maintenance in the future to keep our plumbing clear and draining. I would highly recommend them if you're in Simi Valley or neighboring communities. Great one day service call, even though we called after 1:00PM, they still scheduled to be here between 3:00 and 5:00PM. Excellent plumbers!

Excellent service! Luis was everything that I needed: He responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry, showed up on time, did a good, clean job, and charged a fair price.
As to the details, I had a clogged toilet (gross!), and I wanted it to be fixed that same day. Luis got back to me very quickly and his quote was the lowest I received. He showed up exactly at the time he said, which is always fantastic. He also wore booties to protect my carpet, and a mask for COVID protection.

An incredible plumber indeed! I've had issues with my kitchen sink for months. Through several failed attempts with multiple plumbers coming in to fix the problem, I was referred to Christian the Incredible Plumber who was able to remedy the issue once & for all. I haven't had a clogged sink in weeks. Such great service, outstanding individual & clean work. Couldn't recommend enough!

We all know the term you get what you pay for, and this is the case with hydro-jetting by American Drain Co. Tim & Brandon care about their work.  I must first say that I am an active builder for 48 years, so I do have some knowledge and experience in how to do things properly.  I am doing mostly construction management now, guiding owners on how to properly build their projects.  Technology has advanced significantly over the years, and using a Hydro-jet to clean your area drains is (in my opinion) the ONLY way to properly diagnose, clean & repair your area drain and sewer systems.   Most Plumbing subcontractors do NOT specialize in exterior area drain cleaning, but they might have a drain snake on their service truck. This does not mean they know how to deal with area drain or sewer drain line stoppages.  Everyone has their specialty, and these guys have the specialty of cleaning and replacing drain lines, period!  
This was my 3rd attempt to try to clear my area drain systems before having to jackhammer my patio to try to clear my drains, which I did not want to do.  You should know that not all hardscape contractors have their area drain systems permitted or inspected, as these systems are not required as long as your yard is graded and capable of draining over the surface.  However, often homeowners of new homes will opt to have their Landscape and Hardscape subcontractors install their hardscape with below grade area drainage systems, and the majority of these systems are installed in the past using inferior products which cause major problems in the future.  Until about 20 years ago, the common method was to use a slip fitting type drainage pipe with tight corner fittings (not sewer drain fittings), which work fine for area drains until you have a stoppage.   Since their joints are not glued, they often get roots in them, which grow and block the pipe, preventing it from draining. Then try to clear that stoppage with a snake, and I wish you good luck.  The best method for all drain installations, and the one which I have used over the past 20+ years is to use normal sewer drain fittings and glued pipe (ABS or SDR-35), and make sure that all fittings are sweeps, and not tight 90 degree turns, as snakes cannot get by these turns.  So, as you would guess, my home of 22 years (which I did NOT install the drains in) is about 29 years old, and the contractor who installed these drains used the old fashioned drains with tight turn fittings and no glued joints.  Needless to say, after 2 previous attempts to clear my stoppages myself, I finally called these 2 guys to Hydro-flush my drains, based on their Yelp rating.  They arrived together, both the owners of this company, with the intent of resolving my stoppage issues.  This is unheard of in the new construction industry, and these 2 guys do NOT mess around.  Also know that I seldom ever call someone I don't know, as I work in the building industry.  But I found these guys on Yelp, as I knew I needed a hydro-wash specialist, and I liked the comments on their reviews, so I gave it a shot.  
They arrived on time, 2 owners, a relatively new truck, new equipment, and extremely efficient from the moment they came out of their truck.  Within 4 minutes they were working on my drains with a camera and ready to flush out my drains.  They succeeded in flushing out both of my area drain systems within a matter of about 1-1/4 hours, and my systems were clear and ready for the winter rain!  They ran into some obstructions in each of my drains, and after several attempts they managed to break through the stoppages!  I am extremely grateful to Tim & Brandon, as I do NOT need to jackhammer up my patio just to clear a drain stoppage!   Also, if you are installing new drains around your home, and you want it done the right way, then I would recommend these guys as a great choice. They know what they are doing, and they were fair with me.  What else can you ask for?....

My brother referred me to Sam A. when I told him that I was having some plumbing issues. For a couple of months, we have had this nasty smell that comes and goes. First I thought it was our dogs releasing gas (lol), but it wasn't. Then I thought a rat or animal got stuck underneath our house and died. it wasn't that either. I finally had a chance to go underneath the house and when I did, the whole bottom section that is underneath my kitchen was soaked!

it was the water, more specifically, the main line that connects to my kitchen sick, the pipe broke and everything that was going through that pipe would leak. I called my plumber, who has helped me in the past and who I thought was fair and honest, was going to charge me a crazy amount. I was upset, as this was right before Christmas. For the amount that I have already spent this past year, I would have thought, they would have helped me out a little.

Needless to say, I was the upset. I told my brother this and he told me that the plumber he uses is great and to give him a call. I called Sam, he answered the phone pretty quickly, considering he was busing at the time. He was very polite and asked if He could call me back. of course I said yes, but I also knew that I would be the one calling back, as I have had many instances when I was supposed to receive a call back and never did. To my surprise, he called me back that same day and said that he could come over the next day.

He came over, looked at the issue and said that this should be no problem to fix. His quote was very fair and reasonable and that he had a great suggestion/solution on how to soak up the water and eliminate the smell, without calling another agency that would charge me a boat load.

Long story short, Sam is a very knowledge and honest person that has your best interest heart. Going forward, he will be the plumber I call. He will also be doing my plumbing when I re-do my kitchen this year.
