Harris flooded my whole bathroom going into my bedroom, kicked thing's everywhere out of his way he then kept slamming my door. After once he had finished his work on my toilet he then took a  in MY BATHROOM and just left. When he had left i had to clean my whole bedroom and bathroom and i come to find out when cleaning my toilet there is  splatter everywhere.

After the pilot light on my water heater would not remain lit, I called Delta Bay Plumbing.  Within 45 minutes, Dave was at my house with the parts needed to fix my water heater.  Dave was professional, friendly, responsive to my questions, and explained what needed to be done to fix the water heater.  The costs were fair and I'm confident that the work was completed without error.  Hopefully, I will not need any plumbing services in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call!

Oscar came to the rescue when I had a huge problem in my main pipe! He was very professional even after my dog bit him. He fixed the problem very fast and his prices are very reasonable! Definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber.

I needed a faucet and disposal unit attached to a new sink. Orlando did great work for a good price and showed up at my home exactly when he said he would. Very friendly and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

They're prompt, courteous and they keep their word! James gave us a quote, gave us tips on how to save money on our repairs and when more labor was required, he stuck to his word and only charge what he quoted me. So many companies nickel and dime you but not The Plumber. I will call them for ALL our needs!!!

Merco, Tony and the crew were the best. They were thoughtful and considerate throughout the job. I had some issues with my contractor and Dry Pro made things much better - it was like night and day compared to my contractor. My contractor tried charging me $9,550 for a job that Dry Pro did for less than half with way better service. On top of that, Dry Pro remediated my bedroom and replaced all the drywall in my bathroom. The $9,550 from previous contractor only covered bathroom remediation and taking away 3 feet of drywall. Exceptional service and results from Dry Pro. I cannot recommend them enough.

When sharing my concerns with I Love Sewers via Yelp message, I received a reply immediately from Carlos. Afterward, I also called him to explain the plumbing situation further (clogged pipes), he explained pricing (the $39 drain cleaning being advertised on their trucks is just a handheld service and I'd need a $99 mainline cleaning), and he told me his team will be over within 90 minutes. The two guys from ILS came by within the time estimate and explained up front that snaking would cost $99 even if the clog doesn't get fixed, and recommended a hydroflush, complete with camera and a guarantee. Because it was relatively costly at $775, I opted for the $99 snake. While it didn't quite fix the issue (100 feet of snake couldn't clear out the clog completely [though it did pull up remnants of a diaper that more than likely was the cause of the issue]), I did see the effort the guys put in and gladly paid them what was due via PayPal. Not too long thereafter, Carlos reached out to me again and let me know that because the issue wasn't fixed, he'd be refunding me. It was a very classy gesture and I appreciate Carlos and the team being upfront. While I do have to shop around for pricing for the big fix, I'm still strongly considering I Love Sewers because of their integrity.

These guys are rock stars!  They really saved the day for me.  These guys showed up on time, were very professional, clearly knew their stuff and my bill came in under my original quote.......not to mention they finished in half the time expected.  Jarrod was my plumber.  I highly recommend.

I had recently purchased an oven range from Best Buy and paid for their installation as well. When the appliance guy delivered the oven, he removed our old oven and told us that he wouldn't be able to install the new oven with the gas valve that we had and that it would be illegal for him to change anything with the way it was installed. He told us we needed a plumber to change the valve and then call him back within 30 days to install it after it was changed. I was left with no working gas range to use.
I found Just Rooter and Plumbing on yelp and gave a call around 7:30 PM that night. I spoke with Alberto on the phone and told him I needed to change the gas shut off in order to install a new gas range oven. He was able to come in the next morning at 7-8 AM. When he came to inspect the gas valve, he told me that it was fine and I didn't need to pay to change the valve. I just needed an adapter to attach to the new oven which I already had and the Best Buy technician removed it from the old oven...... Alberto attached the adapter to the gas valve and finished helping me install the oven, and checked to make sure there was no gas leaking. I paid for the service which is much cheaper than replacing the gas valve.
I would definitely recommend Alberto's services to anyone and will be reaching out to him again for any plumbing needs in the future. He does honest work and will not try to upsell you on things you do not need!

Jose and Erik came and worked on getting the gas line to our stove capped. They were quick with their work and did what we asked. I appreciate their knowledge and help.

Great Service! There was an awful smell coming from what we thought was the water heater. It turns out it was one of the drains. Snaked and showed us how to maintain it so we don''t have the same problem in the future. Showed up on the same day and fixed it. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

My toilet was clogged, and when it happened in the last id plunge for a second and it'd get fixed. This time no such luck, I tried everything and no matter what I did it wouldn't go down. I put in a search on yelp and my message was sent to a bunch of local plumbers and these guys had the best price and were the most responsive. They showed up within an hour and had it fixed and running within a few mins. They were super friendly and up front about everything. Definitely saving their info in case it happens again!

Excellent service! Luis was everything that I needed: He responded quickly to my Yelp inquiry, showed up on time, did a good, clean job, and charged a fair price.
As to the details, I had a clogged toilet (gross!), and I wanted it to be fixed that same day. Luis got back to me very quickly and his quote was the lowest I received. He showed up exactly at the time he said, which is always fantastic. He also wore booties to protect my carpet, and a mask for COVID protection.

We had Christian come out again for our other toilet that wouldn't flush. He came out the next day and when he snaked the toilet he noticed roots in the water. He took off the toilet and there was basically a tree growing out of the toilet! I don't understand how it even flushed at all.
Christian had to remove the roots , cut the tile, break the concrete and then put in a new pipe. He also put in a new clean-out access in the front of the house in 112 degree heat!  Him and his helpers did excellent work and were very clean. Christian is a great guy and does quality work. We were worried about the tile he had to cut around the toilet because we don't have that tile to replace it, but he was very careful not to cut too much tile and you can't even tell anything was done. Highly recommend him!

OMG Alex and his guys were the bomb!!! They came out , addressed my problem,, gave me a fair estimate,,and fixed my sprinkling system that was totally done wrong , they were professional, they handled everything & put clamps on my system that did not exists, they also cleaned the area.. hes also funny!!  Im soo grateful that my contractor gave me Alex referral .. i was soo happy I sent him to handle my sisters home plumbing!!! Five stars for this company!! Amazing job guys!! *****

Had a terrific first-time experience with this company today! We had an emergency and needed someone fast! Sam had Christian at our house within 2 hours. Our in-wall galvanized pipes in the kitchen were crumbling, and water was seeping from the kitchen faucet and under the cabinet! We needed a quick fix while we consider our options -- Christian was thankfully able to oblige, fixing the leaks as well as providing us with a detailed estimate on how we can permanently correct the problem in the near future. He was neat, professional, and explained everything he was doing. Much appreciated! We'll be calling them again!

They were able to get me a quote, deal with my schedule and take care of the job I had. Jake showed up and made sure he understood exactly what was needed then took care of the job.
