I called and arranged to have Broc come over the day after to snake my shower drain.  It was a mess with debris from my kitchen sink clogging the pipes.  

He was great!  Very professional, courteous and timely.  He did not try to upsell me.  He charged me what he quoted.

We had to have MAJOR plumbing work done on our home.  We got 3 quotes (one of them from City Plumbing and Rooter because a neighbor recommended them) and although they weren't the least expensive, when comparing all 3 quotes with what was offered for the price, it was hands-down City Plumbing.

They respond to calls quickly; their scheduling is excellent; their personnel (both in the office and out in the field) are exemplary; and they aren't happy until everything is done to their customer's satisfaction.

There's no need for us to call another plumber if we ever need more work done.  We will call City Plumbing and Rooter.

Inquired a quote for a electric water heater replacement and he quickly called me back and schedule a free inspection same day.

Very happy with the work we schedule the replacement the next day he showed up promptly and was finished before noon.

We had a pretty big blockage in our sewage pipes and our clean outs even were overflowing. Thomas came out and cleared all the pipes, took his time, cleaned the clean out that overflowed (it was DISGUSTING..) and answered any questions we had. We've used Sal's a couple times now and are happy with the work they have done for us! Thank you, Sal's!

We have had trouble finding a helpful, honest plumber, but we are so happy to have found Shahar! He is responsive, professional, capable, and we don't feel like he's trying to take advantage of us (like we have with others in the past). He installed a water filter system, a new shower head, and unclogged our sinks efficiently and at a very reasonable price that we agreed upon via phone in advance. Would definitely call him again and recommend.

Great service. I called Cali-Rooter and Plumbing to come and inspect the house that i want to buy. They gave me 4hr window for the same day appointment. As soon as they got on the site they explained me what they'll be going to do. John was very specific and explaining to me every little detail of a problems that the sewer line had. They gave me great pricing estimate and actually Im going to call them for the repairs since they have unbeatable pricing and service. David has visited our Hermosa home twice now. First he installed a toilet and secondly, fixed a leaky faucet that had stumped my handy husband. On the second visit , he took the time to educated me on the way to handle our fixtures  so they will last considering our high water pressure situation. His prices are good considering his skill and he is easy to work with. Thank goodness we have a great plumber to call when we need to!

We've got a little bit of a plumbing emergency here where a closet nail apparently went through our fire sprinkler CPVC pipe, and when we took it out... water everywhere. Although Riley said that they don't fix this type of pipe, he gave us a clamp right from his truck and told us how to temporarily fix it so that we could at least have water for the night. Greatly appreciated, and will definitely call them again if we indeed have a plumbing issue they can fix!

Alexis came on time and installed a new toilet.  He was courteous, professional, efficient and completed the job in an hour.  I am extremely satisfied with the service.  I will definitely use Prodigy again and recommend them to others..

Highly recommend!!!  I had a backed up sewer line today and Paxton visited immediately to fix the problem, and he made the extra effort to remove the debris clogging the drain.  Fast, efficient, and I learned a great deal about sewer lines and the necessity for clean out taps.

Ruben did a great job...  The anatomy of our pipes posed a real challenge, but Ruben returned the ext day with a bigger snake and got the job done.  Great work Ruben. Thank you.

Of course you need a plumber after hours, on a Sunday night.  Thank goodness for Mainline!  Called 3 or 4 plumbers before I talked to Ranelle.  She really helped me out and had her hubby Cesar and his assistant there in less than an hour.  They persevered until the job was done.  The charge was their regular daily rate, not the emergency fee others add to the bill.  I highly recommend this mom and pop company.

WOW!!!  I had a kitchen drain problem that needed emergency attention quickly.  D & D were amazing.  Made the exception for me in spite of a full schedule,  great on the phone, and showed up at 7:00 A.M. to fit me in, along with a fair price for the work.

Owner is nice and even refunded us for the original diagnosis cost ($98); however, it was a mis-diagnosis that resulted in thousand more of costs (incurred by us).  If the dishwasher problem was diagnosed correctly the first time, we would have saved ourselves substantial time and money.

Very happy with Alex installing 2 faucets, valves and supply lines. He arrived when he said he would arrive. He did what he said he would do. No mess. No fuss. He charged what he said he would charge. He communicates. He answers questions. He follows up. Good customer service. Would use again.

My rental house bathroom drain was plugged. Thomas came and cleared it. It turned out to be some tree roots and hair.  Due to lack of a clean out, the toilet had to be removed in order to snake the drain so Tenant's can get back to enjoying their holiday break. Overall, very good service!
