We had a great experience with City Plumbing and Rooter. Louis (Louie? not sure how to spell his name) was professional, clean, efficient, and kept his mask on at all times. He came with booties to put over his shoes, which we really appreciated. He installed a new garbage disposal for us, and the price felt very fair. He did a great job. We will definitely be calling them again in the future! Thanks so much!

I got no Hot water in my house i search in the Yelp after reading a lot of review I contacted Fix it...Mr. Armando reply my call and went immediately to my house checked my water heater and advised me to replaced it caused there is a leaked. HE gave me a reasonable quote and ready to install it but I have appointment that day so we schedule on Monday @ 830AM. They come early @ 8AM his crew do the work then Armando came to finish and polish their worked. Armando is very professional he did a excellent job and make me satisfied with his work. I highly recommend their company specially Mr. Armando. Thank you Fix it Quick !

We are restoring a 1939 apartment building in Los Angeles and we knew the old sewer was on it's way out. It turned into a three part job: installing a clean out at the front of the building and replacing the root filled sewer pipes to the city. Expensive and overwhelming, we called many plumbers, but Red Lilly was the company that really delivered. Charles leads an amazing crew. He brings experience and knowledge to the job and clearly explains what has to happen and the best way to achieve it. Very straight forward information including necessary permits and time lines. They worked in teams of two. Charles and Jose started the process and Jose won me over when he crawled into the crawl space like it was nothing (it's creepy and hard to maneuver). The written communications and estimates from Michelle, Danielle and the office staff were very exact, they explained in detail the work to be done and at the end of the job they helped me with convenient payment. The A Team (Alex and Antonio) showed up first and dug a 12 foot hole for the first clean-out. They made it look easy! Jose and Edwin replaced sewer pipes in the crawl space and the Original A Team (Juan and Rufus) finished the job with a state of the art process that they graciously explained to me. Amazing.     The work ethic of Red Lilly's teams is impressive but the camaraderie and professional attitude of these guys is a huge bonus. They work to make the job site safe. Korea Town has a lot of foot traffic and the teams were courteous and kind to my tenants and any of the neighbors passing by. The job spanned over a month and the open holes were always covered and clearly marked for safety. They did a fantastic job and put our minds to rest, knowing that we were getting the best service available. I highly recommend Red Lilly for your plumbing needs.

This review is long over due! My entire house was a plumbing nightmare, we had pressure issues, constant backups due to 40+ year old plumbing, miss run pipes, mainline breaks and other fun mysteries to solve. We clearly had a ton of work to be done and were in an emergency situation. Sal's was the only company to give us a reasonable quote, it was horrific to see how many plumbers were willing to take advantage of us. Of course there were road bumps, like the copper needing to be replaced, and initial plumbing being so poorly done that issues had to be fixed, but Pedro in his always calm and reassuring demeanor handled every obstacle perfectly and professionally. I've referred them to several friends and everyone has been happy. Thanks again Sal's!

Shahar and his team came to see what was wrong with the signs of leaking, visible from the ceiling of the first floor of my house. They diagnosed that the leak came from the shower, which was right above the area with the leaking damage. They also gave me a quote, whose price turned out to be quite reasonable. The diagnosis turned out to be quite accurate!

I am a first time home owner and found Cali Rooter on Yelp to do my escrow inspection.  Simon came to the house and was kind, respectful and thorough.  When there was question if the video worked. Simon did the whole thing again, just to be sure. The old owners then got their own plumbers to hydrojet the line and claimed it was fine.  It wasn't.  I must have called John ten times and asked him a million questions.  I also texted him at night (sorry, John) and he answered. He looked at the other plumbers video and did another report for me to help us during the escrow process.  I also sent him a list of things from the general inspector that we thought needed attention in the house.  When Simon came to fix the sewer line he looked at everything in the house and told me what he thought was necessary and what he thought would be a waste of my money.  He also told me in which cases I'd be better off going through my home warranty.  He also fixed one of the issues while he was there. They were more reasonably priced and seemed much more forthcoming and honest than other plumbers we talked to when doing our own research. They also cleaned up the site really well, which we appreciated.

Can't remember if I posted a review already but if not, I meant to.  I found David on Yelp and those good reviews sold me.  Then I called him and he answered his own phone!  I told him I needed him as soon as possible which as it turned out was within an hour and a half.  WOW!  Second WOW is that he had all the parts on his truck and didn't have to go to a store and use up time.  He knew exactly what to do and how to do it.  His price was more reasonable than any other plumber I have had.  On top of everything else, he is a lovely man.

I have used Ford's Plumbing for years now. Found them highly rated on Angie's List. Everytime they come out they not only fix the issue, but teach me what the issue is and what I can do myself to make their time and my time and money spent most efficiently.  Case in point: Today Reilly came out and was phenomenal. After worrying that my entire floor was going to be ripped out to fix a problem, he came over, took a quick look at everything, carefully explained that my toilet was loose because of the bolts and simply tightened everything. He came in under the estimated cost and explained when I should call again if needed and what to expect.  He also looked at my clogged shower drain and gave me several options to DIY fix it myself if the problem arises again before I need to call them.  I feel so good that I was not just shelling money out to get a problem fixed without even knowing what was wrong.  Thank you Ford's for being the best plumbers I have worked with time and again. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a plumber.

Great service, our water heater broke and they were able to come out and replace it no problem. They came out the next day on time and replaced it within 3 hours. Absolutely awesome service. Highly recommended.

I am shopping for prices and quotes to fix mu ceiling that's leaking and the lady who picks up their phone and schedules their technician is extremely rude and unprofessional!
She was insisting that I was this other person she spoke with when it was my first time calling her today! Arrghhhhh! I don't know how they bother to have customers if the 1st person you'll talk to is so unprofessional!!! NO STAR! Why isn't that an option here!??

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

John is great...a friendly, honest and generally good guy. Family owned business. Watch out and BEWARE of other RJ Plumbing copycats. John is the Redondo beach location. I didn't give a 5 star rating because he tends to be a bit pricy, but he does the job right. I guess you get what you pay for, right?

Alex was able to arrive the same day that I called. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to resolve it promptly.  I am thankful for his honest service and will be contacting him again for any future services.

I called on a Sunday at 2 PM, they said they could come between 4-6 PM and they arrived before 4! I was very excited since I have guest coming into town! Excellent work, let us know the issue and we will be calling them again for any of our plumbing needs!
