Once again, an awesome job by Broc at Anytime Rooter.  This time, I called around 10:15 on  Monday morning with a backed up main line and he arrived within 10 minutes.  Not only did he quickly get everything working, he CLEANED UP THE RAW SEWAGE!!!  I was truly amazed and grateful that he did this for us.  He also diagnosed that the problem was flushed paper towels and included that fact on his invoice so I could seek reimbursement from the cleaning crew that flushed them.

I just want to start of by giving a shout out to Oscar and Thomas for there hard work and diligence in giving great customer service.  My problems started off with a flooded laundry room and water raining down from our pipe hanging over garage.  I was able to look up this company on yelp and quickly got Oscar out to help tackle what I hoped would be just a clog.  He was very polite and eager to fix the problem when he arrived and started snaking.  We weren't able to hit the clog from the first clean out and he thought we may need to pull the toilet which would have cost a lot more.  He got on the phone with Thomas for assistance to find another way to keep the cost low for me.  Thomas came down to the site and checked things out and together they were able to find another access point to see if they could hit the clog from another angle.  Luckily they were able fix the problem after using two different snake heads and a lot of effort.  I again want to voice my appreciation for not giving up and giving a very fair price for the hard work.  Thanks for coming out and taking care of us.

I had a stopped up kitchen sink. Red Lilly Plumbing came very quickly and worked diligently. They took care of it, even following up to make sure it was done right. I am grateful for the fast service and that it was done right.

Our shower handles weren't functioning properly and the water flow wasn't stopping. When we attempted to fix it, the water ended up just coming out stronger.
We called Sal's plumbing and the office dispatched a plumber who was at our house within 30 minutes (he was finishing a job 10-min away).
Joey, our plumber, was knowledgeable and friendly. He told us exactly what part he needed and one of us was able to run to Lowe's and get the correct piece.
They quoted us a reasonable price and he got the job done efficiently while educating us on how to best maintain the pieces we did have.
Thank you Sal's for being so quick to solve our problem and Joey for his help, work, and knowledge. Excited to have Joey and Sal's Plumbing as my new go-to plumber.

Another 5 star review from me! Had a bad leak (but not urgent) finally called, chose Cali from Yelp because of so many strong reviews. They had a technician, Paul, out the next day, Paul was right on time and fixed my problem even though there were a few challenges. He was very professional and friendly. I ended up asking if he could flush my tankless and while he couldn't that day, he was back the next day, a Saturday. Again - right on time. He got the job done no mess for me and set up a reminder for an annual flush (like I'm supposed to do). I was VERY happy with the service I received and would not hesitate to call them again. Hopefully I get Paul again, or someone just as good. Thanks!

Dave was professional , on time, and patient when explaining the issue with the sink on my rental property. He found the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.  Happy to have found a trustworthy plumber. I will be using his services in the future. Thank you Dave!

Had a really bad back up in my kitchen sinks and water levels were only rising. Called and spoke with Scotty on the phone who said he'd arrive within 90 mins and went over pricing ahead as well so I knew what I was looking at cost wise. Then when he arrived, he reviewed the pricing again so everything was transparent. He was incredibly friendly and professional and honest - would recommend again in a heart beat. And he resolved the issue too!!  Thanks again Scotty!

I found them in yelp and loved the ratings so I decided to call. Ashley took our call and was super helpful we gave her a quick description of the problem and she send us someone within hours. Dispatched reached out to confirm the arrival of the technician. Luis De Leon was the technician that was sent to us, he was absolutely AWESOME!! He showed us exactly what was the problem and gave my husband and I a few options. I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off or that I was being pressured. Made me want to definitely give them future business. I recommend this company!

Paxton came to my home within 2 hours of calling on a weekend and did a fantastic job!  He addressed my problems easily and thoroughly and he's a nice guy. Great service.

Rueben was super responsive, and came out to fix a clogged toilet.  When I later had a similar issue he came back and fixed it at no cost.  Great service and very professional.

Is there anything worse than a back up in the kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon?  Trying to find a plumber whose willing to come out and fix it!  Reading through other yelp reviews, Mainline Plumbing seemed responsive, so I called and yes!  Ranelle answered promptly.  And yes they could come out that day!  While I had to wait for a couple of other calls ahead of me, Ranelle called me back to provide a status and when she said her husband would be there at 4, he was!  Cesar was quick with the snake and soon my drain was clear and Cesar was on his way.

While he pointed out that my plumbing under the kitchen sink was installed backwards, he did not try to sell me un-needed services and that was very appreciated as well!

I want to say I will have these folks on speed dial, but frankly I hope I don't need to call again anytime soon.

But if you need a plumber, you should call them!

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

We were out of town for a week and came back to find water leaking from the ceiling and wall in a downstairs bedroom. We suspected the upstairs toilet as it was unexpectedly 'running' when we got home.

We sent a request for a quote from D&D at about 9am Saturday morning. Deanne got back to us within an hour and Dave was onsite less than an hour after we confirmed.

Turns out the toilet was leaking due to an old rusted out bolt and an old and improperly installed seal. I was expecting to need to make an official appointment but to my surprise he offered to fix it right then and there.

Took less than an hour and he showed me how to properly clean my shower drains! He also took care to lay down paper over the floors and left the bathroom as clean as he found it. Paid with Venmo so it was super easy too.

Their responsiveness was awesome, and I felt like Dave took care of the work in the way he'd want it done in his own home, a quality which seems rare these days.

Highly recommend D&D and will definitely be using them in the future.

John has helped me numerous times over the past several years with a difficult house remodel.  I looked forward to meeting with him, and valued his advice on the various issues we had to confront.   I would whole heartedly recommend him.

Alex was able to arrive the same day that I called. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable.  He diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to resolve it promptly.  I am thankful for his honest service and will be contacting him again for any future services.

Our downstairs bathroom tub and toilet both were clogged. We needed service as soon as possible as it's the only handicap accessible bathroom. I called a few people and was told they couldn't come until next week. I called Sal's and they came the same day. They gave an assessment and came back the next morning and finished the job. They were on time and very nice. They explained what happened so that it wouldn't happen again.

Fantastic same day service, affordable rates, fixed our kitchen sink clog in under 20 mins and was very respectful/friendly. Would use them again in a heartbeat!
