Brock is awesome! We had a mainline clog with flooding late on Sunday night. I called several plumbers, he called back right away and was there in about 30 minutes. He also lent me his wet/dry vac and took the time to explain the problem in a way that I could finally understand it. Highly recommended. Thanks so much!

Pablo and his partner (I forgot his name) were great. They were careful to put shoe covers on before walking on our new carpet, and they cleared our drain in about 10 minutes. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Armando was great.  I am doing the repair myself and I only needed to have my drain line tracked and scoped with the camera so I could see exactly what I need to do before digging and he had no problem doing that.  

Booked him in the afternoon and he was there the next morning with a second guy to help at 10:00AM.  No gimmicks or extra charges and a super pleasant guy.  Other people where quoting double what he charged.

Our garbage disposal got backed up the day before we were hosting Thanksgiving, and Red Lilly was the only company in the area that was available to help. Giovanni and Edwin showed up on time, they were personable and professional, and fixed the problem in very little time for $145 total. We'll definitely be calling these guys again if something comes up

Tried to fix a malfunctioning backyard hose valve myself, on a Saturday no doubt, and totally destroyed the thing! I went to Home Depot to find a replacement and discovered (after 2 trips) that the (1) the valve design changed since 1976 and (2) it needed to be welded to be replaced!  WHAT!! Now my water is off and the wife is staring me down.....on a Saturday!!!

So, I ran to my PC, checked Yelp and for an available plumber, on a weekend and near my house! I found Sal's, who is in Torrance (I'm in the Southbay) and is OPEN on Sat!  I called, explained my problem (I left out my DIY details) and was told someone would be there in a hour.

Marvin arrives, pleasant and knowledgeable. Since he was here, I asked for a slight modification to raise the valve a bit higher off my putting green. He said no problem.

45 mins later, I was up and running!! Nice elbows, clean weld and a new 2017 valve.

I will keep Sal's Plumbing in my cell for future needs. And, I realized that plumbing is not my thing!! (electricity either!!)

John and his team are phenomenal. As a rental property owner, I need someone dependable and fast; someone I can trust, someone willing to come out at a moment's notice, and great at communicating with myself and the tenants. And most of all, someone who knows exactly what he's doing. He has saved my butt several times over, and I highly recommend him especially for the most complicated jobs.

Take for example two weeks ago. On a Friday evening, I received a text from a tenant saying there was raw sewage coming out from one of the clean-outs. I called John and described the situation. It looked really bad ... sewage everywhere on the driveway. He gave me a prognosis of best and worst case scenarios, and told me that everything would be ok ... nothing that he's not done before. Within an hour, John was at the property doing an inspection even though it was already dark out. From the initial inspection, he said he'd need to return the next day to do a hydrojet and sewer cam to see where the back-up was, and then he could tell me what needed to be done. The next day, bright and early, he hydrojetted the sewer line and discovered that it was broken in several place and sent me several photos. The sewer cam photos looked really bad, and there was now even more sewage everywhere on the driveway from the hydrojetting. I wasn't sure how I'd clean up the mess. What should I wear? However, I was extremely grateful that John's team cleaned up the sewage after doing the inspection and leaving for the day.

John recommended underground sewer replacement, which would save us from from tearing up landscaping including most of the driveway, a deck and new privacy fence. It also saved on manual labor, and enabled him to complete the job in 1 day. John arrived with his crew on a Sunday, with 7 or 8 people and two vans! I was a bit shocked by the manpower. The crew spent most of the day digging through concrete to make 3 huge trenches to access and replace the old ceramic sewer line. They then pulled through modern plastic pipe underground. By early evening, I had a new sewer line, and I was relieved to see the team busy patching up the trenches with new concrete. I was really impressed by their quality of work, the fact I didn't have to deal with any BS, and how quickly they could get things done.

John will always be the first guy I call if I have another plumbing problem. I've used other plumbers before: what has often been the case is that they give you a prognosis of the situation, they start to do work, and then the problem quickly escalates into something much bigger than what was anticipated. John will tell you how it is in the beginning so you know what you're getting into, and if a hiccup does come along, he will take care of it. I feel extremely grateful that I found him.

David is amazing!! He is so professional, honest and reliable. I have used him multiple times for my house and my family also uses him! He always arrives immediately for any emergency and always takes care of the problem. I couldn't recommend him anymore. Anyone that uses him should be happy with his services.

My hot water heater suddenly went out.  I called after hours and was walked through over the phone how to reignite the pilot light.  There was no charge and my hot water heater's back in action.  I'm truly grateful and would hire Ford for any future plumbing needs.

My water heater suddenly doesn't work and I knew the Prodigy plumbing do carry the one particular brand that I want,  After the phone call, Mark and Steven did a big favor for installing the new water heater in within four hours, so I can rush to airport and my relatives get to have clean hot shower. I'm highly recommend this company, they were professional quick and efficient. I definitely will call them again!

It was a Saturday and I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced.  I came up from Orange County since this job was for a tenant occupied residence.  Two plumbers cancelled on me that day.  One cancelled at 10:45am and the other around 2:30pm.  I was hoping to get it done Saturday so I would not have to come back but it was looking like I might have wasted my day.  I contacted Paxton as well as several other plumbers (using yelp) to see if anyone could come out the same day.  He came through and came within the hour window he gave me.  He ran into an issue and stayed later into the evening than he had to planned to to make sure he finished the job and did it correctly.  His price was very fair.  He gave me a rough estimate but was also clear he likes to look at the job for an actual quote.  Final price was in the ballpark and very reasonable for the amount of time he spent.  He was professional and courteous.

These guys know what they are doing! Ranelle diagnosed the problem over the phone! Had the problem fixed right away. Professional and prompt. Reasonably priced. The crew was efficient and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

I sent them a message early this morning and they called me back to try to address the issue within one hour. I didn't end up needing them but with that type of response time I'll be sure to call them in the future!

John was fantastic - got to us within a couple of days which I was not expecting (it was not an emergency).  Fixed our toilet flush, snaked our kitchen sink and, in a return visit, bought and replaced the garbage disposal.  Lovely to deal with, super straightforward and happy to explain things and give options. Everything is working great again! Highly recommend.

I was so lucky to find him on Yelp. His quote was much more affordable than others  and yet his work was impeccable and his service was 5 stars.  If you want top notch service at a very reasonable price you won't find better. I highly recommend him.

Worst service ever. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Who doesn't clean up after a service?!???!
They came to clean out a leaking sewer line for a 4 unit apartment building and did not clean up afterwards. Just left raw feces in a pile on our back deck. Not only was the smell toxic but the massive colony of fruit flies is sickening. There are children living in this complex! The lack of pride in their work as well as the complete disregard for public safety is completely appalling and unacceptable. Our landlord had to call a second company to re-do what Sal's Plumbing clearly did not do care to correct. Their shoddy and incomplete workbacked up again 2 days later. Seriously ready to report them to the better business bureau. Do not use them!!

We hired somebody else to install 2 shower panels, because they claimed they could do the job. It seemed reasonable, as the instructions looked pretty simple to follow. To our horror, that 'simple job' turned into a 7-hour nightmare and no water flow from either shower panel. Lucky for us, we found Rodrigo here on Yelp and, given the reviews, didn't hesitate to call him. It is now the next day and  our shower panels are running full flow and are amazing! Keep Rodrigo on your speed dial: he's prompt, he's excellent, and he won't leave a mess in your house. Oh, and we didn't even have to ask him to wear a mask, he had one on already and even brought new booties to wear in our home.
