My tenant called me frantically on a Saturday morning about a leak. I found JB Plumbing on yelp and they came to the property within the hour. Jesse and Jose explained the issue clearly and answered all my questions. It turned out to be a bigger job than I expected and they helped me understand what the work entailed. Throughout the process, Jesse returned all my calls and texts immediately and even helped me schedule some additional stucco work with another business. I was really apprehensive about all the work I needed to get done, but I felt secure in the honest work and communication this amazing family team provided.

Clear Pipe was recommended to me by a good friend for a water heater issue, and he didn't disappoint. Steve is smart, courteous, on time, clean, and fair.  I suggested things I thought I needed done that he told me I didn't need, so I knew he was treating me fairly. I set up my project in the morning to address a bathtub leak and cartridge replacement for my shower, and Ser Plumbing was in at noon with a fair estimate and they began work immediately. I appreciated how these professionals brought me along on the discoveries they made as they did the job, and Jose did a great job explaining the why behind things they had to do. Not for one second did I feel a hint of dishonesty throughout the process, and my experience was so good I'm planning on hiring this company to install a water softener for my home. I have already utilized Peter Lai Plumbing three times so that already says a lot; and I have been happy with all three services.  Andy is knowledgeable, responsive, and professional and will answer your questions over the phone and do the diagnosis in person.  Upon arrival, Andy wears a mask, gloves and shoe covers to ensure safety measures during COVID.

The first time he replaced my kitchen sink faucet which was 14+ years; the faucet was corroded due to hard water built up over the years.  Andy also helped me replace my toilet flush valve and flappers which was making leaking noises.

The second time, he replaced and installed a new toilet that was leaking water from the rim and from the back of the tank.  He gave me two options; one is to reset the toilet or two, replace a new one since both options would require removing the entire toilet so I decided to go with the latter.

The third time was when I had termite damages and the termite specialist suspected that there was a leak where the  damaged area was since there is a bathroom sink right behind that wall so I had Andy open up the dry wall and it turns out, there was a leak. Andy cut the old pipe and repaired it with a new Propress one.

I will be calling Peter Lai Pluming (Andy) in the future if I ever have issues with plumbing.

This was one of the best plumbing experience by far. He was already working at another home when I called but he came as soon as he was done. As soon as he found out what was wrong with my toilet he knew exactly what to do. I had a plumber come out the day before for the same problem and obviously he had no idea what he was doing because I had to call Luigi to save my bathroom. His prices were also so reasonable. He is now my go to plumber!

Words can not express how lucky I am to have found this guy. I had just purchased a house that needed inspection and minor plumbing work to clean the drains. All I can say is wow, doing a great job is one thing but customer service was an easy 10/10 and that's what is most important to me. He came right on time and I felt very comfortable having him in my home during these tough times. Came prepared with a mask, gloves and hand sanitizer on hand. Would absolutely recommend. We had a time sensitive project repairing water damage in some drywall and he exceeded our needs in time, efficiency and quality of his work. His pricing was very affordable.

Called them on the 4th of July and they were here 45 minutes later. My tub was clogged and I had tried a snake, drano, and the plunger. They unclogged it in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and very friendly.

They did a great job and took care of two shower clogs and recommended mini hydrojet. Reasonable and best price in town.

- They get the job done and for a fair price.
- When there is an emergency, sadly more often than I would like, they will drive right over and work late if needed.
- They talk to me about replacing parts vs. buying new, and don't pressure me to make a decision right away.
- I definitely trust them!
- Added bonus, they are very friendly with my kids and cat.

We had a faulty kitchen faucet. Junior came in on a weekend to check it out. As the faucet was faulty and there was nothing to fix, Junior did not charge us and checked the faucet and gave the diagnosis for free.
We got a replacement faucet and Junior came to install it the next day. He installed it and cleaned up after himself and everything was done quick and professionally. They also checked our water pressure.
Highly recommend!!
