They're my go to plumbers. Jesse and Jose are just the most trustworthy and honest plumbers I've ever worked with. I have many many problems with the pipes in my very old house and they're always very determined to get to the bottom of any problem-- they're almost like pipe detectives! Their prices are fair and they are really good people. Hire them!

This is the first time I'm actually taking the time to write a review. It was Saturday, memorial weekend and I had no warm water for my morning shower. Although their office was closed for the long weekend, Ray took the time to swing by my place to take a look at the water heater. I'm so thankful he did, because one of my friends might have attempted to relight the pilot light, which it turned out, would not have been a good idea... I needed a new water heater. Ray came on Memorial day and installed it! Both Ray and his wife, Mandy, were extremely helpful and professional. I will never use anyone but Palisades Plumbing. Fantastic service!

John was amazing to work with - pleasant, on time, complete, efficient and fair on the price. He fixed my sink drain that had been severly clogged without being judgemental. He checked my toilets and showers for improvement too.  We are still working on one toilet for some funny noises it is making and when that is fixed, he gets a 5!  Thanks John!

Steve came out to look at our area drains in the yard and clear some back up we were dealing with during the heavy, recent rains. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to diagnose the issue, which wasn't a clog after all! His pricing was extremely fair and we're grateful for his help, time, and patience. Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did.  He was very polite.  I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

Even I made my appointment so early morning, he was flexible and came on time.  I received multiple notice to confirm my appointment date and time.  Communication was very clear and great from the beginning to the end. Every time I text them, I got quick response.  He came to my place on time and finished the work while I was at work. I got pictures via text along with invoice to confirm their work. This has been the very best plumbing service I have ever experienced. I called for a drain cleaning, 20 minutes later they showed up, another 20 minutes later my issue was fixed. Great customer service, affordable pricing and excellent work.  I will use them again and highly recommend them.

Luigi is the best! I called him for a kitchen issue at work and he came to see us immediately, worked quickly and efficiently, and was able to identify the problem and give us pointers for avoiding it next time. I never had a favorite plumber before but now I do! I called Papa's Plumbing yesterday around 5pm as I was having problems with my water heater. Serge came out by 6pm. He gave me a verbal quote and emailed me one as well. He also followed up later that evening via text which I appreciated it. In the end he was able to work out a great deal and by noon the next day we had a new water heater, professionally installed and ready to go! Thank you Serge for a stress-free experience!

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Allstar Rooter was the only companies, via the messaging quotation process, that was willing to negotiate on pricing, and not just a flat fee other plumbers were quoting just from a few pictures I provided.

After evaluating the actual work firsthand, Santos was able to provide more insight on how the piping layout should be.

He did all that was requested and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work, making it more user-friendly, as well as making it more secure. Great fast work! Easy to work with. IF and When we will need a plumber in the future, we will be calling Santos at ALLSTAR ROOTER first!

Ron came to our home and within minutes detected the leak and diagnosed exactly what was happening and where. Totally trustworthy, was responsive and followed up with me afterwards
as well. Totally recommend him!

DeVinney plumbing has done work on my friends 2 properties. Work has varied from the water main and hose spigot on outside, and the kitchen sink faucet replacent. Don the owner has been out for the water main and his employee Aaron on all the jobs. They are friendly, professional and efficient. Hope we do not need any plumbing work for awhile, we will call DeVinney again when needed though.

Could Not Have Been More Pleased with Service

After evaluating many options we decided on Sunset West Plumbing to help with with two large projects.  One involved the replacement of the main line value and pressure regulator as well as replacing all of the supply lines in the house and a week later we had Jay and Garret install a new 75 gallon water heater.  They definitely delivered as promised at the price they quoted - no surprises.  

In the future Sharon at Sunset West Plumbing will be the first call I make.

My grandparents trusted Pitman Plumbing decades ago, as did my parents.  The next generations continue the tradition of honest service, quality repairs, and help in a pinch.  There are cheaper plumbers out there, but these guys come through time and again.  Special shot out to Greg for being so kind to my mother in law when fixing her leaking laundry sink.

I've had many plumbers over the years and these ones are my new favorites and hopefully forever after more - Ziggy came over with Sal and they got everything done and done well.
I think the planets are aligned in service and I thank the universe for it because that might sound hokey but really in these stressful times people are just over it but not these guys!
From the call in I had Michael text back and call back right away to tell me he'd let me know when they would be there.
They were able to come the very same day.
Ziggy and Sal not only snaked the kitchen sink, but Ziggy showed me a plastic part that had cracked - fixed it and gave me options and listened and knew exactly what needed to be done and could be done and did it. He is professional, affable, and trustworthy!
I love that this is a long run successful family run business and you are dealing with people who care about their customer as they know their customers make the business.  Their prices are fair and not like done who seem to be gouging people with their prices because they can.
