My tenant called me frantically on a Saturday morning about a leak. I found JB Plumbing on yelp and they came to the property within the hour. Jesse and Jose explained the issue clearly and answered all my questions. It turned out to be a bigger job than I expected and they helped me understand what the work entailed. Throughout the process, Jesse returned all my calls and texts immediately and even helped me schedule some additional stucco work with another business. I was really apprehensive about all the work I needed to get done, but I felt secure in the honest work and communication this amazing family team provided.

Palisades Plumbing is extremely responsive. I called with an issue & they sent Miguel in one hour .
They're very efficient. I highly recommend them . They're always nice to deal with.

We contacted them with an emergency, and after helping us along via FaceTime to get started, they showed up the same day, fixed the problem, offered to add another failsafe, and even reduced an already reasonable price as a favor.  Very impressive on all fronts - I would recommend them 100%.

Trouble restarting our water heater and SER Plumbing was the best option. Within an hour, Jose showed up and knew the problem. Replaced the broken parts, checked it and the heater is working again. I'm very impressed with the quality of service specially during this Covid-19. Well recommended.

I had a major water issue in a tri-level condo.  Water was leaking out of a wall and down from 1st floor and 2nd floor ceilings.  Shellback showed up promptly, quickly identified the issue, fixed the problem with minimal damage to surrounding drywall, and charged a reasonable rate.  Gary was patient, professional and knowledgeable in explaining the issue to me.  It turned out there were two leaks around the shower valve inside the wall on the 3rd floor.  Shellback replaced a couple of parts and rough patched the drywall.  Shellback was actually the second plumber I called for the issue.  The first company I called was Payless Water Heaters because they had replace my water heater two days prior to the leak.  I asked them to come out to check if the leak was related to the water pressure associated with the new water heater or the way it was installed.  Payless showed up, told me the leak was not related to the water heater, and proceeded to persuade me to purchase a water conditioning system.  Without proper inspection, Payless concluded that the water issue must be because the water is too hard.  If I don't install a water conditioning system, more appliances will go out and I will have more water issues.  Also, they didn't even bother to inspect and pinpoint the leak because that's not what they specialize in, but they will have to charge the $85 service call anyway because they showed up.  I'm providing my experience with Payless as a point of reference.  Shellback was focused on my problem and took care in solving it as opposed to another company that was more focused on selling more equipment to make a profit.  Without a doubt, Shellback will definitely be the first company I call next time I have a plumbing issue.

The whole house was clog up because of tree roots. Andy came out gave me some advice and told me he try to clear it out if it's not clear he will not charge me. After 1 hr using 2 machine he clear out the roots in my drain line. Awesome Thank you Andy for your service will definitely recommend you guy.

Luigi is punctual, fast and affordable. Toilet was making aggressive noises. Sink was leaking. Luigi came the same day I messaged him. And fixed both the next day in less than an hour. He's a super kind dude. Thank you bro!

Serge and Paul came over today to help us determine the source of some water intrusion that we had in our basement. They arrived on time, and worked efficiently and were extremely helpful. They walked us through their diagnostic process in a methodical, transparent and informative way. And when they determined that the cause of the water was likely a leak in our sprinkler system, they did not try to up-sell us or take advantage of our lack of knowledge. Instead they gave us a referral to a leak detection company and Serge explained precisely why he preferred that company over some others.  Once we have the problem solved, we will definitely reach out to Papa's sister company to complete any restoration work.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Santos did a great job!! Replaced our kitchen faucet with a sensor faucet.  Would recommend, very kind fast and through!

Rob and his team have been a godsend. We bought a house that had been a bit neglected on the plumbing front and these guys have helped us out tremendously -- and saved us significant time and money in the long run. They are reliable, responsive, communicative, friendly, and just very good at what they do.

I called Sherlock Leak Detectives because I was suspecting I had a leak that effect my flooring. Some of my floor got raised up. Raanan came to my house and inspect everything. He was very nice and polite. He checked around the house with some tools. I was very pleased with the service specially when he told me that there is no leak. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had a blockage in the sewage line so needed help asap, Don got back to me in an hour and fit me in for the same afternoon, showed up on time, masked and ready to go. Found and fixed the issue in under an hour. Excellent work, thank you.

Oliver returned recently to repair two toilets.  The appointment made within a day after my request.  He arrived on time and quickly competed the work saving us money and time and eliminated the need to replace the toilets.  The is our second time using Sunset West Plumbing and we will call for service again when the need arises.

This is only a review of whoever was driving this on the 405 South freeway on 2/8  & not the work of this company.
Very unsafe driving practice the driver bombarded his way while we were in very tight traffic, he almost hit my car. Instead of waiting until it was safe to enter the far right lane, he smiled and shrugged it off. Not okay to do especially when driving a company vehicle. Why push yourself in a tight space to the point where I had to swerve as I'm in the lane?

This company it the very best.  Extremely responsive with techs arriving 15 minutes from my call.  Today Sagee and Sal jumped right into my issue(s), thoroughly explaining what was inspected and completed.
