Had an issue with my kitchen sink and called Palisades Plumbing. They came to my house within two hours of me calling them and it was determined that I needed to replace the faucet. I was able to run out, grab a new faucet and then Palisades Plumbing came back later in the day to install it.

My point is they are extremely responsive and do great work. Very  comforting knowing Palisades Plumbing is around when needed, especially given their reliability and professionalism.

John did some work on installing a washer hookup. After searching many plumbers, he was the only one who gave me an honest quote. He was professional and the work was done as I needed it! I could not wait to use my washer! Thanks John!

Steve came out to look at our area drains in the yard and clear some back up we were dealing with during the heavy, recent rains. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to diagnose the issue, which wasn't a clog after all! His pricing was extremely fair and we're grateful for his help, time, and patience. I am surprised that I never gave Ray a review, have been using him for years on both our condo and another rental condo. He is very professional, on time and fair prices.He can do drain clogs to replace a garbage disposal and every other plumbing need.,

Had my water tank flushed for annual servicing. Took about an hour and cost $165. Good service and deal. Will definitely be coming back with them whenever i have plumbing jobs.

Reasonable pricing and very informative. Posting reviews based on pricing only doesn't seem justified, workmanship, quality, knowledge, and customer service are important as well. Easy to talk to via text. Great plumber if you are located in the SGV area.

My sewer system main line is backed up and overflowed. I shopped almost 20 plumbers. I found Luigi plumbing and request for the quote. Within 20 minutes I got an email and quote. Everything from there is a smooth story. If you haven't met the plumber from heaven, try Luigi. He is right on time, straight forward, trustable, smart and honest. It is a never heard combination for a plumber. He even taught us how to avoid this from happening. And he promised that he will follow up with us. He is the owner and the plumber. Call me if you need his reference. I owned this home almost 20 years and I haven't met the plumber with this character. I guarantee you won't disappointed with Luigi.

Great friendly service. Came over to inspect the issue and informed me on the decisions I could make to help them make a repair. Never felt pressured to buy or upgrade anything.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Highly recommend! Had a very slow draining kitchen sink, these guys were referred by a co-worker after I had contacted without success two other plumbers. Like they say third times the charm. They were willing to come out after I got off work at 5p without charging me a $200 emergency fee...ahem, Mike Diamond. They had to access the drain through the roof, but had it cleared in no time and for less than $100. These guys will now be my first call instead of my second or third.

I  was needing a leaking pipe fixed and it seemed that when I used the shower or the toilet I would get a leak.  I called a few plumbers but this company had a time that was convenient to me.  I also saw free estimate.  Well Edwardo and another gentleman were scheduled to come but the time came and went.  They did not call me, I had call and ask where they were, and left a message.  Robert called me back about 10 min later and said they were behind and would be there 30-45 minutes.  

They finally arrived and when they say free estimate, it means nothing because after he looked at the drains and ceiling he said he can't tell but would have to cut open the ceiling and that would cost $150 then he could give me an estimate.  I hesitantly agreed and Roberto cut open the ceiling then said the issue was a joint between two pipes and he would have to get the pipes.  He said it would cost $950.  I was floored. Then he said the total would cost 1300 and I was like 350 just to patch a hole that was maybe 1.5x3 ft hole and he said yes. I should have said thanks but no thanks but I wanted it fixed and I couldn't get anyone else that day.

They had to go out and some pipes and fittings and they did replace and fix the leak but basically $1000 for replacing a 3 ft pipe and less then an hours work...

Ron came out to our house and found the leak within 20 minutes.  Quick, easy, and affordable.  Would recommend to anyone struggling to find the source of a leak on their property.

My toilet had become unseated to the floor. Called Don early in the morning and he was able to squeeze me in later that morning.
He called before arriving and arrived with his helper. He advised us on what needed to be done.
He and his helper protected the bathroom floor, removed the toilet did the repair and reinstalled the toilet with no issues.

We were very pleased at how good they cleaned up after themselves. I will recommend DeVinney Plumbing to my friends and family.

Booked them to the installation of sinks, toilets on a remodel with a deadline of next week move in.

They did not show up. Refused to answer their phones. We left a few messages and 24 hours later still nothing.

We even spend the time and confirmed that they were coming.

Would not recommend them. I would not use them again.

Completely irresponsible unprofessional behavior.

Dale and his son Greg do a great job. When my sewer lateral got clogged and I couldn't bust it out with a snake, I called Dale and he helped get it jetted out. Very up-to-date on the latest plumbing technology, and very professional. Their website is pitmanplumbing.com

Poor customer service. I discussed my issue with them and they said they could help, they had an opening for the same day. I asked them to hold it and see if they could come down in price $25.00 to match another quote. They agreed to hold it and would try and price match, saying they would call right back. 15 minutes passed, I called them and they said they booked the appointment with someone else , couldn't price match and the soonest they could help was in a week.

Very silly method of helping a customer when I was standing by with a plumbing emergency.
