JB Plumbing is the BEST! They came to our rescue twice in the last two months for 2 separate issues. One was for a toilet clog and the other was for a kitchen sink clog. Not only were they reliable, but they were extremely easy to work and explained thoroughly what the issues were. They were so fast and great to work with I will only work with them moving forward. The did a great job, a little pricey. I called to switch out my kitchen sink faucet, which they did a great job, no problem. However, they sprung the price on me once they got here, and I thought it was a little expensive, but once they were here, they were quick and did a great job.

I have known John for almost 6 years. I once called him to fix couple plumbing fixtures in my house such as foucet, shower valve and water heater supply line. He not only came on time, did his job in such a professional way, and the price was too good to say no too!

Steve, the owner, came out within the hour for my clogged toilet. He followed all COVID protocols. He clearly explained the problem and even cleaned up the mess around it. I also needed him to check my water pressure, and he was able to fix that right away. I'm sure he could have charged me for the water pressure check but didn't. His prices are beyond reasonable, and he will definitely be the guy to call for any plumbing issues. Thank you, Steve!

Even I made my appointment so early morning, he was flexible and came on time.  I received multiple notice to confirm my appointment date and time.  Communication was very clear and great from the beginning to the end. Every time I text them, I got quick response.  He came to my place on time and finished the work while I was at work. I got pictures via text along with invoice to confirm their work. The price was reasonable and competitive.  I am very happy with their service and I will definitely ask them again.  I highly recommend this company!

In a greedy, uncompromising world, this looked like a different company. I had maybe 3 calls with them for some plumbing work and each time, there was no roughness in the conversations, and there was willingness to help as soon as they could and a fair price quote when my problem was explained to them by phone. Note that I found no other plumbing company to have ever given me a price quote over the phone. And also please note that not all service quotes can be offered by phone so please do not insist unreasonable things from them.

It turned out that when their plumbing technician visited my rental property, he had to do no work because the things turned out to be all good. Yet, he spent about 30 minutes without being upset or arrogant to wait till a SoCal Gas Co inspector came in and confirmed a few things. And for this, this company charged me only a visit fee (and that too because I called it out as with honesty I wanted to pay something to them) that was lower than most other plumbing companies would charge.

I would encourage people to go with this company in general and more specifically if you get comparable quotes from multiple parties.

I think the way they work demonstrates that the work and business culture that some big companies can only talk about but not put into action 100%, has been steadfastly put into place by this company. I wish them good business through this culture.

Repeat customer! Called Andy for a unique drain leak which required going under the house and breaking a wall. He was conscientious when locating the exact area to cut the wall and was mindful to reduce repair need. I really appreciated that!!  Again, Andy was clean, courteous, honest, reliable, efficient and effective!!! He explained his work before, during and after! So happy to have found someone like Andy for plumbing needs! Thank you!!

I have a super old floor heater/furnace, was told it worked by previous owners but wasn't sure. Luis came out assessed it, turns out it worked. Showed us how to operate, re-ignite the pilot if it goes out, made sure it was safe (no carbon monoxide leaks).

He came out today on New Year's Day to East end of Boyle Heights, charged a small amount for him to come to house get it going, making sure it's safe and on a holiday.

Highly recommend, and will be my go to for any future heating/hvac related needs.

I moved into a house about 2 years ago and inherited a bunch of plumbing issues. I've used Papa's Plumbing for all of those issues (big to small) and they are always professional, prompt to schedule and get the work done, and they do a great job. I'll continue to use Papas for all my plumbing needs!

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

Our water heater leaked and Santos installed the new one.
He was very responsive through yelp messaging and gave a good price. He was upfront about the fees and explained the fees in detail. (which is good)
He did a great, and a clean job at installing the new one, on top of that he is very friendly!

I called Robert for some service in my house he was very professional and fast service . He since has been my go too company for any plumbing and for all my family and friends I always recommend him for any plumbing service , wether home or commercial building for business .

Highly recommended. Ron is great, super helpful and very upfront about what they can and can't do. We had a copper pipe leak in the concrete slab under our dining room and he was able to identify a 24 span of 1 pipe that had a tiny but destructive pinhole. As well he was able to trace a recirculation line for us so we could reroute the slab portion of our hot water system. I would definitely use him again.

Don responded immediately and came the same day to unclog a kitchen drain and replace a garbage disposal. the crew left the work area clean and dry. Excellent overall service.

I read on NextDoor Palisades really great reviews about this plumbing company so I decided to give them a try.  A hot water heater was leaking, so I gave a call and they sent someone to turn off the water on the same day because I was going out of town.  When i returned, they installed a new hot water tank for me.  While they were draining the old one of it's water, I told them I was baffled as to why my water bill was so high.  One of them went under the house to check for leaks.  There were none.  Then they checked the toilets in the house.  No leaks. Finally, they checked the toilet in the guest house and found the tiniest of leaks they felt could be the issue.  What great guys that went over and above the call of great service.  They will be my go to guys for all my plumbing needs in the future for sure.   Can't recommend highly enough!

We discovered a leak in our water heater and were about to leave on a vacation.  We called Pitman Plumbing and Dale was at our home in a flash.
He replaced the water heater without a hitch and within two and a half hours we had a new water heater and plenty of hot water. We were able top leave on our vacation without worry!
