i was having problems with My shower and toilet backing up, i was concerned that if i use one of the more publicised companys then i will be taken, i called my plumming Doctor and they sent Eddie out the next day, he came to my home and tried several different options to unclog my main line, finally he had to pull up the toilet, he worked for several hours and in the end quoted me a great price. Eddie was the most helpful and honest plummer that i have met.. Since then i have recommened them to my friends.

A1 was responsive, cordial and professional. They diagnosed my issue and corrected it smoothly for a fair price.

I simply cannot overstate how pleased I am with their service! I called at 6:15pm due to a massive clog in the kitchen sink. They got here by 7:00pm and were done and out the door by 7:37pm!! I had a nasty clog in my kitchen sink but no clean-out off the house. I called Charlie's Sewer & Drain based on their positive Yelp reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Luis showed up and was so kind and informative, respectful and clean (kept his shoe covers on in the house and was masked and gloved at all times). Within an hour, he had cleared the clog and installed a brand new clean-out pipe on the side of my house.
I would definitely call Charlie's Sewer & Drain again, and plan to recommend them to all my friends. Seriously, you guys...I never knew I could be so excited about plumbing.

Alberto could not have been nicer.  Fixed my toilet, cleaned sink drain, and changed water filter under sink.  He was on time, efficient and reasonable. I was very happy to find a good plumber whom I can trust.

Is it possible to give 6 stars? We've had Rockstar handle all of our plumbing needs since we bought our house. That includes everything from a clogged sink, to a toilet that wouldn't stop running, to a new sewer line. They also installed our water heater too. Sean is our regular tech. He's friendly, good at explaining the issue, and he always gets the job done! Seriously, call Rockstar and ask for Sean!

Victor absolutely saved us. We had been told we needed to completely replace the sewer pipe for an astronomical price and have no water for at least 2 weeks while they dug up the street. Victor was able to expertly sleeve the pipe with a very steep drop that no one else could do. It was painless for us and saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Victor is kind, reliable and a true professional. Will use him again and again.

Love Chris at Rocket Plumbing!  He has worked on two of my properties.  Rocket may cost a little more than the others but service is prompt, on time, clean, organized and knowledgeable.   I would recommend them.

As a renter, it is always problematic when something breaks at the house... There's that extra level of concern, an additional layer of planning and preparation that needs to happen in order to fix, repair, patch, plug, or otherwise remedy the situation. As tenants of a landlord who lives a few hours away, we really don't like to bother them with frivolity. As a self-professed DIYer, it tends to be easier to make a Home Depot run to replace a sprinkler head, or re-caulk the edge of the bathroom tub.

On Christmas Eve, our water heater went on the blink. The pilot light was no longer a going concern, due to a faulty thermocouples assembly, and calling the 800-number at GE to deal with a product that was still under warranty only resulted in them being willing to mail me the part, with the promise that It's an easy fix. A few days later, the part arrived in a box amidst other late - delivered Christmas presents... Except this one was no gift. Right around the time I realized I did not own a size 20 torx screwdriver, I started looking on Yelp for a plumber that was efficient, expeditious, and reasonable.

This company combined all three of those necessary components and more! Zorro and another fellow showed up right on time despite torrential rain, and made the repair quickly and right on budget.  The invoice was emailed to me immediately, allowing me to forward it to my landlord for reimbursement... A nice bonus right after Christmas spending.

The little extra attention to detail - - cleaning up around the water heater, picking up bits and pieces of the old gasket that they replaced, and getting the job done quickly without multiple trips for parts made this an extremely painless process. Their quoted price was lower than anyone else I called, including a well-known company that advertises on the radio... Those gems wanted to charge me 80 bucks just to come out to diagnose the problem, even though I already knew what the problem was.

Based on my experience and so many other reviews, this is an honest plumber who works quickly, and charges a fair price. I hope you never need them, but if you require a plumber, I highly recommend you give them a call.

They were easy to contact to initiate service -- lots of options via their website. A few communication snafus, but otherwise everything was great. Their guy, Mark, showed up within 2 hours of my initial contact. Mark was professional, polite and respectful. He fixed my leaking toilet and was gone before I knew it.

Had a shower handle that wasn't working and another plumber replace the trim and cartridge, only to have the unit leak. Said I needed a new valve and quoted me over $2k.   Called Sal's plumbing for a second opinion and Geno came out next day.  Looked at the unit, saw the new cartridge was missing a clip and within 30 minutes fixed the whole problem.  Saved me two grand and a headache!

I just had an issue with my hot water heater and called my regular plumber who said, sorry, can't make it till tomorrow I quickly rushed to yelp to find a 24 hour service and I am so grateful that I found 911 Plumbing Services.  They were here in 40 mins, he gave me a step by step how to handle the situation if it were to occur again and was back on the road 15 mins later!!! Fast, Professional, SUPER helpful! THANK YOU!!

I hope Connie isn't mad for our review being so late!  Connie and Lalo deserve all the kudos they're getting; they are the real deal.  A few months ago, my wife, Kristen, and I bought our 1930s home in Inglewood knowing full well the original cast iron pipes needed to be replaced.  We had one company come out who gave a quote, but mysteriously some of the things the service guy said would be covered wasn't in the agreement, hmmm...We pulled the ripcord on them and reached out to Connie; her reviews were great and we respect a female-owned company in what seems to be predominantly a male industry.  Well, Kristen and I could not have been more happy with our decision.  What stood out right away was COMMUNICATION.  After Lalo inspected the pipes, Connie literally sat us down and did a drawing of our pipe system and explained where the weak spots were and what she was going to do and how much it cost.  Blown. Away.  No technical jargon, just a complete plan of what needed to be done.  And a great price as well!  Connie is a no bull person, her and Lalo get the job done, and they're nice people, too!
