I needed a shower valve replaced, and Jose was fantastic to work with from the get go. He came out quickly to take a look, gave me my options, and was easy to schedule and communicate with. On the day of, he and Alberto even had time to help a neighbour with their issue on short notice. Friendly, a pleasure to work with, and my shower's never been better.

Warren and his team are just amazing. I had other people come to try to fix my plumbing problem but could not fix it. And I called warren to come fix it and everything gets fixed. He's honest and tell you the truth of what's happening and does not overcharge. Now i call plumber to the rescue for every plumbing problem. He doesn't leave until the job is done.  I wouldn't call anyone else.

A-1 Rooter & Plumbing are the best! We just had Max and his team replace our main water line as we had a hole in the old pipe. His team did an excellent job, the quality of their work is top notch. Max is great with his communication, his team is very friendly and they were always on time with the project timelines. We have worked with several plumbers and none were this good, I'd highly recommend A-1 Rooter to anyone.

Luis and team were lifesavers. As part of our home buying inspection period, we had Luis out to inspect the sewer drain on our new home. Complications led to him needing to return on another day, and Luis went above and beyond when it comes to accommodating our needs.

He gave us a thorough inspection and walked us through all of the things to know, what needed to be fixed now, and what to look out for in the future.

After closing on the house, Luis came out and made a speedy and high quality repair. He ensured I had visibility into every step, understood how the whole system worked and what to expect going forward.

Our experience with Saucedo Plumbing is more than likely the exact experience you are looking for. Our gas line was shut off and we needed immediate help. After calling several companies, Saucedo Plumbing was able to come to our house relatively quickly and ultimately did a fantastic job. Alberto was fast, courteous, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. What made the experience most satisfying was Saucedo's fair pricing and willingness to solve additional issues that were not part of the original service call (toilet, etc). We were quoted $1000 by a competing company and Saucedo charged under $200 for the same service. If you want competence, fairness and honesty....hire Saucedo Plumbing. They have gained a customer for life.

I reached out on Yelp around midnight, after I came home to a kitchen sink FULL of water, nearly overflowing and wouldn't drain! By 8:30am the next morning Victor called me and I had a 10:30am appointment. To be honest I was just stoked I found a company to come so quick for such a good price, I didn't care too much if they were good. Then Victor and and his guy came and they were professional, nice, fast, and efficient. They fixed the drain despite it not being as straightforward as I had assumed it was when I messaged him originally. I ABSOLUTELY will save their information and not only personally, but for some properties I manage. When you find a company like this, you hold on to their information like your life depends on it. Hayk responded promptly and came out the next day to fix our leaking tub spout. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly with parts he had in the truck. He was courteous and clear about the problem and solution. I'll definitely call him in the future.

About five days before I called Rapid Action Rooter, I could hear a faint sound of water running under my house, whenever I used either the kitchen or bathroom sink. I went outside and looked into the access under the house, and I saw a build up of water under my house. I immediately started searching yelp for a plumber. After hours of searching through yelp ads, I read some of the reviews for Rapid Action Rooter, and gave them a call. The owner Mr. Mandel Bishop answered the phone, and made an appointment to check out the problem within the hour. After carefully inspecting the problem. Mandel recommended what work needed to be done to correct the problem. Mandel kept me aware of everything that was being done by his excellent team of plumbers. The sewer drains under my house were very old, and leaking in multiple places. Mandel and his team replaced all of the old broken and leaking drain pipes, with a new, up to date, drainage system. Mandel and his team worked tirelessly to complete the job in one day of work. When Mandel and his team completed the job, everything was cleaned up and my driveway looked no work had been done.
Mr. Mandel Bishop and his excellent team of plumbers did an outstanding job repairing my plumbing problems. I highly recommend Rapid Action Rooter, to anyone needing plumbing repair!

They scheduled an Appt the next day . The estimate to come in was a bit high . The part that they fixed was done in about 20 min. No reduction in the fee , but they are plumbers and I needed my water back on . Very friendly and professional .

I had a simple issue to fix - the drainpipe under my sink came apart and the drainer needed to be reinstalled. I was concerned that I might not get a fair price from a company to do this because I knew it was just a simple 15min job - the only reason I didn't do it myself was because I am handicapped.

Zorro responded promptly to my Yelp message and was able to give me a fair and firm quote by text after I posted a couple photos.

His quote was considerably lower than other extortionate quotes I received (some were as high as $395) but it was fair.

A day later he was at my house, on time to the minute, and the problem was fixed faster than it took to make a pot of coffee!

Another 5 stars for Efrain and for Flood Bros.  This is the second time working with Efrain and he is courteous, kind, efficient, knowledgable, and professional.  He fixed my sink in less than an hour.  He is the best!

I am using this company for the third time. My plumbing issues have been resolved. Thomas is extremely  polite, cordial, professional and very neat. I recommend using this company if you have any plumbing issues. They will get resolved. They usually give a window of two hours. But can call if they are on the way.

Just completed some plumbing repairs with 911 Plumbing. Mike and Greg did a terrific job. They are kind, polite, professional and efficient. They pointed out a crack in the toilet hardware I didn't realize was there - so I am very grateful. They even tightened a loose faucet as a courtesy and gave me a loyalty discount. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, Greg and the team at 911! Use these guys!

Connie is a rock star. After a nightmarish experience with my home warranty company who could not send a competent plumber to fix a gas leak problem (HWA is the name of this awful company- DO NOT USE THEM!), I found American Drain Works on Yelp. After hours of haggling with HWA and days of unsuccessful attempts by their incompetent plumbers, Connie's crew seemed heaven sent. Unlike HWA, Connie listened to my request to send a smaller plumber to fit into the tight crawl space, and within hours, the plumber found the leaky pipe, replaced it with a newly threaded pipe, and voila, it was fixed! This is an excellent company with huge emphasis on client care. Connie was very patient with the extra paperwork and phone calls I requested of her in order to file for reimbursement from the terrible home warranty company. I will definitely work with American Drain Works & Plumbing. Thank you!!!
