Great service.  We just used the Jose for the first time to fix a leaking wall-mounted faucet.  We have older and unique fixtures which a prior plumber did not want to be bothered with.  Jose was quick to respond, quickly assessed the issue and was able to sort within an hour.  Fairly priced and a pleasure to deal with throughout.  We will certainly use again for any plumbing issues.

Eddie showed up on the same day that we called him. He used a few machines to unclog the plumbing of our washer machine. He got the job done very well and very fast and he is very kind. His price was reasonable too. I'd recommend him.

Max is awesome! When my garbage disposal stopped working, he came knowledgeable and prepared. His response time was quick! He was also straight forward, honest, and reliable. What could've been a daunting task was made so simple and easy. W/in an hr, it was as if no problem ever existed. I simply cannot overstate how pleased I am with their service! I called at 6:15pm due to a massive clog in the kitchen sink. They got here by 7:00pm and were done and out the door by 7:37pm!! These guys were great, installed two faucets and dealt with some old galvanized pipes.  Neighborhood company, so I'm happy to keep it in the area, they were professional and on time and clear about the work and the cost.  Charlie and Luis were awesome, highly recommend!

I can not believe there are still good and honest  business people around!!!  I had leak under my kitchen and I called Ace Plumbing because my friend referred them.  Chris came and part of the garbage disposal was loose.  He tightened it and gave me a tool to fix it if it every happens again.  When I asked him how much I owed he said nothing.  I could not believe it.  He was very professional, honest and I will refer this company to everyone I know.  I will also post it on Facebook so my friends can use this company if they need a plumber.

These guys were great! We had a very complicated plumbing issue that we had multiple previous plumbers try to solve over many months. Rockstars team, especially Hugo, were knowledgeable, responsive and very honest about what they could or should not do to fix the issue. They finally solved our problem and their work was excellent. I highly recommend them!

I called New Pro Plumbing on early Sunday morning, it was a busy Sunday but Miguel was able to come here at the time to help me. Two of my bathrooms sink had clogged up, plus the water pipes connect together, the water came up from the pipe (anyway it was really nightmare for me); Miguel came, and he quickly snaked the pipes, and gave me warranty as well.
He done within one hour, he is super efficiency and friendly. Highly recommended!!!

Our main line needed to be replaced.  Victor's crew came in and took care of the problem in two days.  They were very professional.  We are very pleased with their work and good attitude. Fair price.  We would use them again.

Our tankless water heater was going out intermittently. Mike and his partner diagnosed the problem quickly and informed me that the unit would have to be replaced. I thought it would be a huge hassle and that they'd have to come back the next day to complete the work, but they were thorough and efficient, replaced the unit and we were back up and running in just a couple of hours. Will definitely call them for any of our future plumbing needs and would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I've used this company and was very happy.  

Today, I had a problem with my washer drain overflowing.  I called Rapid Action Rooter this morning and spoke to Mandel, who had a plumber scheduled for same day service in less than 30 minutes.

I am so impressed with New Generation Plumbing!! I called them with a sewage issue and they squeezed me in their busy schedule. Jake & Jimmy came even earlier than expected ( which never happens!). Jimmy was very thorough and with snake camera made his recommendation. He did hydrojetting to clear roots etc. He was professional, respectful and not at all condescending. In the past I have had plumbers be condescending or try to take advantage because I have no plumbing knowledge- not Jimmy! He was patient and honest. This is why I will recommend them to my friends and call them in the future. Thanks again Jimmy!!

This company is very reliable our water heater broke, called them , spoke with Zorro and  immediately he diagnose what's the problem, in 2 hours his people was here and in less than 30 minutes...  we have hot water in our faucet!!!

What a perfect team of professionals! Mike, Brendan and his crew truly went above and beyond my expectations for a plumbing company. I needed a new sewer line and after initially not happy with the one of their newer members of the team ( let's chock it up to not everybody's perfect ) Flood brothers blew my mind and took a bad situation for a homeowner to one of the most thoughtful, redeeming, and professional service's one could ask for. Thanks guys! I truly appreciate the effort.

Made an appointment easily over the phone to inspect a leak under the kitchen sink. Appreciated the free leak inspection as other companies sometimes charge just to come out. The plumber actually showed up earlier than the expected time window and was very courteous. He found the leak very quickly and it turned out the leak just needing a tightening of the water spray. Thankfully he said no charge as the fix took like one second. Appreciated the quick service and his time. Will definitely use them next time and recommend them.

Vic was great. Arrived when I was told he would, explained what the problem was and tidied up after he finished. Great service, especially on a holiday weekend.

Connie stands out from every contractor and service person we've ever worked with, and not just because she's a woman. Her responsiveness is outstanding and she really takes the time to explain everything she and her team are doing. As an HOA board member and homeowner, I've come across dozens of contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC repair teams and more, and no one has ever provided the level of customer service Connie has.

The first time I called her office, she texted AND called me back within the hour. I called one afternoon to schedule an estimate for some work and she said she'd come right over that evening, which I did not expect. She showed up after 5p with her drain camera in tow and got right down to business despite it being the end of the day. And this was just for the estimate. She outlined the work that was needed and sent over a written estimate within the day. It helps that Connie has a great team in the office and in the field. Lalo and Abundio are her crew and they are fantastic. They also take the time to explain what they're doing and unlike other vendors I've worked with, are not condescending.

The first time we used American Drain Works was for a clothes washer that kept backing up. A previous contractor had replaced the drain line behind the washer and the valves, but it didn't resolve the issue. Turned out the drain pipe below the house was too narrow for the flow and had to be replaced, which the other contractor missed because they didn't bother to look under the house. Connie's team dug under our house to upgrade the old line to handle the increased flow. Lalo and Abundio arrived when they said they would and completed the job as scheduled. Throughout, Connie was in constant contact with us via phone, text and email.

We were so impressed with the work we hired them again to redo our sewer line. We had about 80 feet of cast iron that was well past its expiration date. When we bought the house the inspector told us it was just a matter of time before it gave out, and camera footage showed deep ruts in the metal where it had corroded. We decided to replace it before we ended up with raw sewage in our backyard and asked Connie for an estimate. She outlined the scope and again, provided a detailed written estimate (with diagrams) of everything her team would do. As tends to happen, once you open up the job you find someone else's shoddy work, and ours was no exception. A prior homeowner had put in a branch line to the sewer line and encased it in four feet of concrete. Why we'll never know, but Connie told us right away, sent pictures and explained how much more work it would involve. Her guys took a jackhammer to the concrete, which was awful work since the block was many feet underground, and continued with the job. Despite the horrible extra work, they still got everything done in a timely manner and delivered everything they promised.

I hope not to have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, the silver lining is that we have a terrific plumber we trust: Connie and American Drain Works. Things would be much easier if other vendors were as communicative, honest, responsive and reliable as Connie and her team.
