We needed to replace a very old 30 gallon water heater. George and John came on time and worked very quickly. They removed and installed a new 40 gallon water heater. Because our house is very old with an old plumbing setup, George tested to make sure that our current plumbing system could handle the water pressure for the new 40 gallon water heater - a 10 gallon difference from the original.  All was fine. That gave us peace of mind that they were more than a water heater (a piece of an equipment)  installer but made sure that there would not be any issues with the general plumbing functionalities with the increased capacity of the tank.

We also had them installed an earthquake - seismic shut off valve at our gas meter. They also installed a seismic safety product stabilizer. This was something that needed to be done. A form of earthquake prepareness for our old home. Now we have peace of mind that this has been done.

Both George and John were very courteous and professional. The costs for the new water heater and seismic shut off value were very reasonable and fair.

These guys came out to fix my sink the same day. I had been fiddling with it and cleaned all the tubing but it needed a good snake. After snaking the drain, they replaced some outside faucets for me too that I've been meaning to get changed. Was very impressed with their work and professionalism.

We had a slow draining sink, and back up in the tub. It was mother's day, my husband was leaving the country the next day, and I said, You can't leave me like this...find someone! LOL. Yelp and Plumber To the Rescue. We made a same day appointment, for 6 p.m. on a Sunday, and the probably was solved within 90 minutes. Quick and dirty, but really reputable business and fair price. Our plumber was very professional and efficient--wish I'd caught his name, but nice guy!

Max came out when we called him on a Friday night for a backup of our toilet that was draining into the garage.   He managed to snake the shower and get everything fixed and also snaked our disposal too.  Thanks max!

Jerry saved us again! A toilet that wasn't flushing properly and he happened to be close by. He applied his expertise to the problem and figured out it was the age of our toilet and not something we had flushed down it like the landlord assumed. Even though it was clear we needed a new toilet, due to the age, he did a quick-fix MacGyver for us to buy us more time to convince our landlord by cleaning all the lime deposits away from the small opening. Jerry is like a therapist and a plumber all in one and he's very neat and clean! We love you Jerry! :)

Our shower drain backed up and called Charlie's Rooter. Luis came as scheduled that same day. He took the time to explain the issue, and is very professional. Unfortunately, two days later the same drain backed up again. Not an issue as Luis came back the following morning to resolve. Great customer service and will use Charlie's Rooter from now on!

Called Saucedo Plumbing And Rooter LLC due to a note that was left at my doorstep from Golden State Water Company earlier in the day. It said that I needed to check my property/appliances for any water leaks. Apparently they noticed a abnormal reading from my water usage. I called Saucedo Plumbing and Alberto (owner)  spoke to about this note that was left. He came to my house in just a few hours and was able to crawl underneath the house and find exactly what it was. He came back out to explain to me what he found and what it would cost. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and put me at ease. He makes you feel comfortable about the repair and does a quick job. Would recommend to everyone!!!!!

We had a massive leak on Memorial Day and had no idea what the issue was since we were gone when it occurred and DWP shut off the water. The team at Ace came over and did their best to fix the issue without the water turned on. Once the water was back on, it was clear there was yet another problem. The team came back and worked even more to fix anything without charging us again. They were so friendly, respectful and courteous. The experience couldn't have been better. Thank you!

After the review Miguel went above and beyond to get back in and see what could be done to fix the
Leaking toilet. I wanted a few days to really make sure i wasn't dealing with the same situation, but after 2.5days the leak has still not returned.

Right before thanksgiving i had a leak and had a reset done. My original review would not let me edit and update it.

Update: The leak returned a few days later. It must have been under the toilet within 24 hours because the sealant he packed around the toilet melted away and never set. I would have updated sooner but between then and now i had a new baby. I updated the stars due to the cost of the reset and now having to have someone else come out and reset it again. I spoke to a couple others and when i mentioned it was a flat set a couple companies suggested placing double wax rings to avoid the leak. Going to reach out the New Pro to see about having someone come back and look at it since it cost me 600 dollars the first time.

Victor responded quickly and was able to see me the same day, he was very knowledgeable and able to fix the toilet in minutes. Very pleased with the work. My sink is currently broken and I'm calling him again to help with that. Would definitely recommend.

Mike from Hermes Plumbing came by just now to fix a hot water issue, checked out everything and made really constructive suggestions.
He was fast, professional and I didn't feel pressured or that he was suggesting things that I didn't need.
Was not expensive either!
Totally great value and am going to use him for follow up work.  If you are in the LA area use them!

They showed up on time and Jose was great at diagnosing what we thought was a major problem was just a loose screw ... and gave us valuable info for later as well.  Highly recommend them.

These guys are great! I had some shower handle problems and it didn't seem like too easy of a fix for me. I contacted some plumbers through Yelp and luckily one of by them was New Generation Plumbing! They got me an appointment the next day and arrived within the 2 hr window. I had just gotten another plumber come and look at the problem but he seemed to quote me a pretty high price plus the other plumber wasn't as courteous as these guys. They introduced themselves as Henry and Hector then instead of just walking right into your house they put in their shoe covers first. Of course they are already masked up. They quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a fair quote, much lower than the other plumber. I felt at ease with these guys already especially Henry. He was always very calm and had the knowledge to explain everything. It was obvious he was trying to up-sell me on anything. They told me they needed an hour to get some materials and they were back within the hour and got the job done pretty quick. Where they really took the extra step was when they noticed another problem after and instead of leaving they offered to look at it and gave me some info on what i should do. Again, they didn't try to tell me it's going to be another xx$ to fix it. They told me what needed to be done. Really nice and professional! Would highly recommend

I called Z&H again and they came out.  The earthquake valve shut the gas off, which I was unaware of. Zorro fixed it and did not charge me. These guys are the best!

I've had Flood Brothers Plumbing come out twice to my home, and both times got the same Tech, Jimmy. Both times were great experiences. Jimmy has now replaced three shut off valves, fixed a toilet, and installed a water heater up to code for us. Competitive prices and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

After attempting to reach several plumbers, I happen to reach Connie at American Drain Works.  She was a delight!  We have a very old home with lots of plumbing problems and Connie and her team were able to take of our problem.  My husband, who is not easily impressed, was totally impressed by her professionalism, knowledge, and skill.  We have found our go to plumber for any future needs.  Connie and her team have been by far the best in service, price and professionalism.
