I am a real estate agent and I am representing the buyer on a house. The house had a gas leak so the gas was turned off, and we needed to get somebody out there immediately to assess the situation. Real Plumbers came out the same day, and completed the work within the next two days without holding up our escrow at all. They were courteous, professional, & very hard working.

Brandon and his team were absolutely wonderful.   We were were in a state of emergency and lacked proper sewage setup at our home. He made the extra effort to fit us in while so many other companies we had called were unresponsive or delayed.

Upon arrival, his team and him immediately identified the problem and went through two days of intense repairs to get things done. It was incredibly hot as well and they still got the job done with a smile on their faces.

I hired Charlie's rooter service to come out and clear a clean out drain pipe behind my washing machine that was clogged with roots that were growing inside the pipe. This was back in early June. They came out the same day I called, charged a very fair fee of $65, and they were done within half an hour. I had hired a different company to come earlier, and they couldn't clear the drain pipe, so Charlie's really came through. I highly recommend them!!

Alberto is great, professional, knows what he's doing and nice. I called him up because i thought my toilet was backed up but he knew immediately this was something deeper. Same day he scoped out the pipes with a camera and blockage detectors and saw the pipes had to be replaced because of root damage (pic shows the blockage). They worked hard to clear the water to see exactly where the the roots were blocking, which was great because they found they didn't have to break any of the concrete sidewalk. He showed me his work every step of the way. Also, he is punctual, if he says 9 he''s there and ready to work at 9.

What wonderful service. Chris came in the time window he said he would. He handled both the kitchen and the bathroom sinks. He was able to explain what was going on so that I felt informed. When certain parts were needed, he quickly went out and came back to fix it. He was even able to explain an issue with the dishwasher that I had wondered about for a long time. He was even able to get at a problem that wasn't originally done right, while still using the major existing parts and system. An issue that was worse than I had thought was quickly fixed. I cannot thank you enough!

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

My kitchen sink sprang a leak in the middle of the night. I was freaking out because I I had just moved in and did not have my tools with me yet.
When I called, I explained that the old pipe had corroded and I didn't have the tools to stop it. They told me to take a picture of what was going on and send it to them. I was blown away by how accessible and professional their company operated.
Long story short, they had a lot of work cut out for them when they arrived. I assumed this would set me back quite a bit financially since they updated my system while also fixing the leak. But the price AND the service were both amazing!! Since I'm fixing up an old place that needs many repairs I can't personally handle (and I call myself a handyman lol) I will definitely be coming back to this company!

I own a six unit older 50-year-old building.. been having a lot of trouble lately with backups.. I usually do it myself but it just got to the point where I knew I needed to bring somebody in.. I had met Chris down the street one day got his card had him come over he did what I would have done but the difference is I would have thought it was fixed.. well yeah it was definitely draining well because the pipes are broken they were so old.. thank God he was there because could you imagine how long feces and all that good stuff would have been going underneath my building before we realized it.. oh my God he saved me! Very knowledgeable /lifetime of experience!  Actually I did some scouting and there's a lot of stuff that I need to do so I'm definitely going to be calling them into give me a bid because I am 100% satisfied and happy! Not only that it's Labor Day weekend and not that should matter but I'm a union worker and I just appreciate it!  Chris thank you so much I look forward to working with you in the future. I've been dealing with a jammed garbage disposal since I moved into my new condo and haven't been able to properly use my sink. I called New Generation Plumbing on a Wednesday and they were able to send Martin over on Friday morning.

First off, the wonderful person on the other side of the phone was so friendly and honest. Unlike other plumbing companies I've worked with, New Generation Plumbing is there to serve customers and make sure you're getting what you need. They ask all of the right questions and are genuine.

On the day of service, Martin came in on time and was so respectful. He wore booties before he entered the condo and got my garbage disposal working right away! He explained what had happened and gave me a tool so I could avoid something like this in the future. He was incredibly kind and was also just so lovely to speak with. Thank you so, so much, Martin!

New Generation Plumbing is now my go-to plumber. If I ever have any issues again, I'll know who to call :)

Zorro came out to check out our faulty old water heater, and swapped out the thermocouple to get it going. He warned us that it was going bad, and gave us a quote on the replacement heater/job. No pressure on changing it out right away, nor wanting to reinvent our water heating configuration. Sure enough, after a month or so, it died on a Friday when family happened to be visiting. He came out the next day and changed it out, taking care of everything. All at a fair price.

We called Flood Bros. based on their great reviews online for a sewer line inspection and we were not disappointed.  Jerry was very responsive.  His guys came out to the house within a day or two, performed a sewer line inspection using the snake with camera, found two significant cracks (separations) in our sewer line.  We quickly set up an appointment to have the cement driveway saw-cut, a large 6' x 3' hole dug, a section of the sewer line removed / replaced, the rest of the sewer line was then coated with a plastic sealant to protect against further cracks and deterioration.  Jerry's technicians (Shane & Willie) were both great!!  They did yeoman's work on a hot summer day.  Everything was completed in a single day.  I was very impressed with how seamlessly their entire team at Flood Bros worked together.  There were several different teams, each with a very specific purpose and design (i.e, cut and dig; remove sewer line & replace; then coat inside of line with plastic; finally fill in the hole and cover with cement).  Great job all around.  Thanks Flood Bros!!

Thank you Thomas and Jose for taking care of my plumbing.  They replaced really old pipes that were disintegrating and put new pipes. It was a major job and they did great.

I had two other companies come out to look at a thing, and the quotes they gave just didn't seem right. Connie came out, looked, and took out only what drywall was necessary to diagnose the problem. She then showed me exactly what was wrong, explained why it happened, and what they were going to do to fix it. I said, ok, and then they fixed it... at a lower cost and less time than the other two companies. 10 / 10!
