George and his team were absolutely the best. Best prices in Los Angeles highest quality work. I highly recommend them for your plumbing and water heating needs they did a brand new water heater for us and being a businessman myself I can tell you I could never be happier with their service! Their communication was perfect I knew exactly when they were coming their work was quick and clean. They installed and sold us a new water heater gas prices in Los Angeles by far!

Once again Jose and his team to the rescue! Can't believe we needed them twice in just the first few months living in our new place, but they were just as fantastic with our shower issue as they were our toilet problem! Definitely our go-to helpers!

A-1 Rooter & Plumbing are the best! We just had Max and his team replace our main water line as we had a hole in the old pipe. His team did an excellent job, the quality of their work is top notch. Max is great with his communication, his team is very friendly and they were always on time with the project timelines. We have worked with several plumbers and none were this good, I'd highly recommend A-1 Rooter to anyone.

We needed to replace the pressure regulator. A real person answered my call, and shorty thereafter James came out to do the job.

Charlie and Giovanni were amazing.  They came the day after I called for a broken garbage disposal.  They kept me informed of their schedule and showed up on time.  They were both so friendly and explained everything to me.  They quickly fixed the issue and didn't even charge me as a courtesy for my first time using them - who does that???  It's hard to find people that you trust - I will always use them now for plumbing needs.

Water heater gave up the ghost and after spending too long trying to find anyone (apparently, finding service on the west side in an emergency means waiting three days minimum), Alberto came up clutch and did a swift turnaround on my dead unit. You have to give props to someone that shows up when they're feeling sick and still does solid, clean, friendly, AND reasonably-priced work for you. Saucedo Plumbing and Rooter for the win!

Chris is a friendly guy, gets down to business, works efficiently, and would summarize what's going on as he worked through the problems. For the reasonable pricing, I had him clear out the kitchen pipes and the two bathrooms.  He also made sure the unit below me didn't get clogged up from the work. From the telephone call with the office manager, Darcy, the whole process was easy, professional and I felt like I was getting an honest work done. I would definitely call them again for future needs. Nice people, forthright way of doing business, and gets the job done.

My young daughter goes #2 bigger than anything I have ever seen. She frequently clogs our toilets but it's nothing I couldn't handle. Well one day there was a clog beyond my abilities. I called Rockstar plumbing and they scheduled an appointment time that worked for me. Chris, the plumber came right on time and was super professional. He outlined the process and gave me a quote that was affordable. He snaked my line, was fast and efficient. I will definitely be using Rockstar plumbing again! Rockstar, you rock!!!

These guys are amazing. I wanted a new hose bib installed on the outside of my garage. I reached out to a few plumbers for quotes. Miguel was able to do the install within hours of my inquiry and matched my best price. His work was clean and professional. Looking forward to hiring these guys to do all the plumbing work when we install a unit over our garage.

Victor was awesome!  We had a toilet clogged and I have 4 other companies before him. They all spent decent amount of time trying to find the problem but couldn't and at the end. They all tried to sell that we have to replace pipes right away.  Victor came, he knew what he was doing. He spent 10 minutes, he unclogged and left.  Very honest and excellent job!

Hermes plumbing came out and installed a new disposal. Fast and friendly, great service !

There's nothing worse than having an unexpected fully clogged sink while in the season of summer flies and young kids running around needing to be fed every hour on the hour -- add in all the pandemic extras, and you had me and my mood this morning.  

My regular plumber was not available, so I popped onto Yelp and sought out all the highest reviewed options and found Rapid Action Rooter.  Mandel replied immediately after I reached out for a quote and let me know that while he didn't have anyone at that very moment, I could check in with him later if I hadn't found anyone else and he'd be sure that he'd have someone by before the end of the day, even if it meant him himself.

Well Mandel himself came and was in full Covid gear -- a mask and gloves and an ease to making it all work.  He had my sink snakes and working in minutes, gave compliments to my little girl who kept skipping in to say hello and had enough time at the end of a very long to tell me more about his business he started at 19 years old and how meaningful the work continues to be for him.

What a respectful man to meet and to work with -- there's nothing more comforting in this very difficult time in the world to connect with the faces of the kind, hard working individuals that make it a point to show up for you -- and well past their dinnertime to boot!

I've met 6 different techs at New Generation, because I bought a house that is even more busted than we thought. I can't afford to do everything this house needs right away, including all the plumbing. But we decided to have a toilet installed, sinks snaked and a tankless water heater installed. We were dreading the cost of the new heater, but feel like we got a good price and an incredible value for the quality of the workmanship from the team that installed it.

Jose and Esteban showed up exactly on time for each day of the job, and worked nonstop for 7 hrs straight building an entirely new system of pipes for the tankless app heater in a new, more efficient location, and they left the old heater's spot looking clean and fresh. Jose was really transparent and explained all of my options at every step, and addressed other safety issues he came across along the way efficiently and creatively. He answered every question I had about materials they were using, how things worked, and what I should look out for in the future. It was the best experience with any company I've had in trying to get this house functioning.

Follow up is excellent--the day after the install I had a question and the office folks worked to find a tech who could come right away on a weekend. Jake came out and answered my concerns quickly and assured me it was no big deal to make the trip, because we did a job for you, you're our priority! Knowing they won't leave me hanging if something comes up is a big deal when you are spending a lot on essential systems for your house. Happy we called the New Generation team.

When our old fridge compressor broke, we had to buy a new one but we figured we'd get one with a water/ice dispenser since there was a water hookup coming from the wall that we hadn't used in our old fridge. Unfortunately, when the new fridge arrived we learned that the water line in our wall was dead. I called 4 different plumbers and Z & H where the only ones who would give me a quote over the phone by having me text them pictures of our hookups. They were also the most affordable which is great considering I'd already had to spend a lot to replace the fridge.  

Z & H are only plumbers I'll call in the future. They're great guys!

Giovanni and Jerry were the best! I had a toilet removed and my sewer inspected and received a DVD. They also preformed some addtional plumbing jobs on the fly for me which turned out great. I am very pleased with their work and not only will I use them for future needs, but I will most certainly refer them to my friends and family.

I wouldn't use anyone else. George redid my sewer line and also replaced my old tank water heater with a tankless one. When there was an issue w the water heater he came back repeatedly and spoke with the company numerous times until it was perfect. He cared to get it right and have a happy customer. He also told me how to get a rebate from the gas company. Kathy is phenomenal at getting things set up. Whether it's an emergency (and we have had several) or a project they are fantastic.
