Jose was just great! He called back quickly, he arrived that afternoon just as he said he would, checked out the problem, and came back the next morning to fix it. On time. On budget.

We would absolutely use his services again, and happily recommend him. (Even our landscape designer was impressed!)

I chose My Plumbing Doctor based on stellar Yelp Reviews, but before I made the appointment, I was sure to ask that they had experience installing ToTo washlets, which are Japanese-style bidet toilet seats. I was told that the guy assigned to my job did. Later, they told me someone else was coming out instead but not to worry because he's the owner.

The fellow who showed up was very friendly but in an awful hurry. He installed the new washlet toilet seat and hooked it up to the water supply but had one foot out the door before I could even test it (he did not test it). When I discovered that the spray arm wasn't working, he had me call ToTo customer service on his phone and then relay the instructions of a tech support operator. The whole time we were troubleshooting, you could tell the plumber just wanted to leave, not to solve the problem.

Finally ToTo decided the washlet was defective. I had to press to get the plumber to remove it and reinstall the original seat. After I paid the almost $150 bill, he took off without even testing the toilet.

Five minutes later my bathroom was flooded when I test-flushed the toilet because the plumber hadn't removed the hose that brought water to the washlet. He did come back put everything back the way it was, but  there is no way I am ever trusting My Plumbing Doctor with my plumbing again.

Max came over on a Sunday when all of my Grandma's toilets were plugged. Called him in the am and he was there within an hour. He figured out what the issue was and cleared it all up. Ended up being two clogs in the main line. Made sure we checked that everything was working before leaving. Seemed like the job was more than he bargained for, but didn't charge anymore than the initial quote he gave over the phone. Super reasonable pricing, would definitely recommend. Very friendly too!

Over Thanksgiving break our sewer line completely backed up due to a longstanding root issue. Flood Brothers was incredibly responsive and was able to successfully replace all the old clay pipe and install a new liner quickly and efficiently. Brendan L. was our contact and he was great about updating us at the beginning and end of every day and sharing photos of the work being done!

I received a quick response to my inquiry from Lulu and she gave me a quote and a time fame that someone would come to my home, which was an hour from the time I contacted her on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable and she sent Danny to take care of the problem. Danny came by within the time frame and he took care of the issue and gave me suggestions on what to do in the future. He was very professional and friendly.

Had an emergency request to unclog a drain pipe, 1pm on new year's eve.
Albert saw my missed call and called back in about 10 minutes.
They promised to arrive within 2 hours and they arrived on time.
Albert & Pepe unclogged the drain in about 10 minutes after arriving.
They were very clean: wore shoe covers & wiped the sink after.
Price was $120.
Very happy with the service.

I want to start with that we have been through our fair amount of plumbers a d I'm so happy we found ace plumbing. Darcy that makes the appointments is amazing, the guys that came out was super knowledgeable and accommodating and did a perfect job!! Thank you again ace plumbing!! Now I know I don't need to look elsewhere when needing help with any plumbing issue

Miguel cleared my sewer he arrived at the time agreed he was very professional and very clean. He cleaned the drain with care and cleaned the workspace thoroughly before leaving. Good fair price and he provided a camera inspection for me free to show where my sewer has faults causing the issue. I would recommend Miguel to my friends.

Victor and his team are very professional, courteous and are really passionate about their plumbing work. Victor recently did the copper re-piping of my entire house. He was very knowledgeable and honest. He provided  me with a number of options and explained to me the pros and cons. After my decision to go for copper repipe, he and his team did a fantastic job! Now everyone in our house is enjoying our great showers and clean water. Just recently, I called him back to fix my clogged sewer which is unrelated to his previous repipe work. He and his team immediately responded and did a hydrojet to remedy the issue.  I couldn't be more satisfied as a customer than to see Victor and his team complete the job with so much passion and dedication.

Excellent, Excellent service.  My irrigation system was leaking (very bad).  Contacted Hermès plumbing via Yelp.  Was contacted within 10 minutes....they came out and took care of leaky system.  I highly recommend their service.  Pricing was excellent and the work was top notch!

Mandel and team are awesome. I called in the morning requesting a quote for a sewage back flow issue and they responded quickly. Mandel ran a snake on our main sewage line and let us know that our problem was more involved and that we had roots that had broken our main sewage pipe. Mandel explained the issue and promptly provided  a quote for the repair. They repaired our sewage line in one day as promised and with no mess. I highly recommend Rapid Action Rooter for your plumbing issues.

Matt didn't give up. Finally unclogged that drain. Transparency about the cost, a little high but it wasn't a simple snake the drain and go.

These guys over charged my 79 year old mom by $2800.00 for the a water heater air vent to her roof. The picture shows two vents one was 1000.00 the other 3800.00 can you tell the difference?
Don't trust them... get another quote.
Both of these vents started at the same place, they both had to be run up the side of the house to the roof.
Another plumber looked at it and said the job should be about 1500.00 not 3800.00
DO NOT USE THEM!!!
Nothing can justify the over charging!!!

Needed a water heater replaced. Returned my message immediately, having contacted Z & H on a Sunday we had a new tankless by Tuesday. Extremely professional and laid everything out clearly to us. Even took care of a couple little existing issues for us.

Would absolutely use again.

Flood Bros was prompt & reliable when I needed my bathtub diverter spout replaced. James is the best and my dog loved him too!

They dispatched the technician within an hour even though my issue wasn't urgent. Tony came and did a great job in fixing the shut off valve. The price included the parts and labor, no surprise. It was very sufficient.

Connie is not only an amazing plumber - but so professional and caring as well. She has come through for our family on crazy rainy nights when the sewer pipe broke at 9pm, and shows up for all the little things too like snaking our shower drain for hair blobs!
