I'm glad I called them. They replaced my water heater along with several other issues in a couple hours . Professional and always open to answer questions. I have some other plumbing issues (upgrades) and I plan on using them again. Highly recommend.

I found Real Plumbers via Yelp and they did not disappoint! Jose is very professional and was able to execute on the project I had on a very tight timeline. He is reliable, kind and great at what he does. Will definitely use them again!

They arrived at the hours specified.  My plumber took his shoes off outside the door and explained to me how to deal with my garbage disposal (the reset button on the bottom and how to get the blades to turn if I can hear it running, but the blades aren't moving), he also took a look at my tub and cleared out the drain.  He was here for less than an hour and he worked quietly and quickly and even cleaned up the mess he made!  I would definitely call them again.

Our 14 year old tankless water heater finally gave out. So I called Max and he was able to replace it the same day for a great price. He did a great job!

Contacted these guys on a SATURDAY BEFORE XMAS. Surely no way I could get them out same day right? Wrong! They were here in under an hour and the amazing technician GIULIO fixed our problem in less time than it took to make a cup of tea! And all the while he was polite and sweet and lovely and even put on little booties before he came in the house. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPPOSED TO BE LIKE!

Simple problem but I needed a plumber to fix it.  They provided a quick and very fair quote, scheduled a time for a few hours after I first reached out, and then showed up on time.

I had asked for proof that their techs were vaccinated before coming into my home.  Both techs showed me their vaccine cards, wore masks, and had no problem with either of those things.  They did the work quickly, found a secondary problem that they fixed as well -- of course they quoted me the price for the additional parts first.  

Price was exactly what we'd agreed upon, and everything was in perfect working order when they left.  I'm very happy with their work, would hire them again for sure.

We had Saucedo plumbing service our tankless water heater and they did a great job.  Their communication is excellent and they were very punctual.  We will definitely call them again for other plumbing needs.

Ace Plumbing helped me replace a busted kitchen faucet over the recent Christmas holiday week, when getting any services was a challenge. After knocking that out, I asked them to help me complete three more issues at my home, projects that I had been holding off finishing until I could find someone I trusted. The jobs were completed in a short time and exceeded my expectations. Darcy, the office manager, is a delight to work with, and Warren is a total pro with extensive knowledge. They know how to get the job done right, and without upselling me on other services. They are my go-to plumber from here forward.

I called Rockstar Plumbing to schedule an appointment. Joe our plumber showed up as promised on time. He even showed up wearing a face mask and booties. I took him upstairs and showed him what the issue was and before he turned a wrench he had already diagnosed the issue. We had 2 bathroom sinks that were clogged and he asked if we had a cleanout because they both drained into one main line (which I did not know -  but it made sense). Unfortunately, we had no cleanout but he wanted to try and snake the line to see if he could find the main. He tried for about 45 minutes saying that he didn't want to give up. This guy would not give up and we were amazed at his persistence. Eventually we had to install a cleanout but was amazed how professional and determined this man was.

Very great guys, professional! One of the few that contacted me back when acquiring  how much it would cost to unclog the pipe from the washer machine. They let me know what time they would come and how much it may cost. Mike was the main guy that handled the snaking of the pipe and, about 10 minutes or so, he checked out the machine to make sure there was  no overflow of water and it worked! Even offered to clean up behind the machine for us (which we were thankful but I didn't mind doing that). I would 100% recommend these guys to anybody and will call them in the future for any other plumbing problems! So glad I did my research and called them..fair price, fast service, reliable, friendly, came on time.

Not to be cliche, but if I could give Mandel and Clay 10 out of 5 stars, I would. My husband and I made the mistake of attempting to change our bathtub faucet handle ourselves, using a hacksaw and all other types of great tools that a novice should probably never bring near any type of plumbing (thanks, YouTube). Of course water started spraying everywhere, I couldn't figure out how to shut off the water, I panicked and called Mandel.

He answered right away, showed up on my doorstep in less than 30 minutes, and set me up with my new faucet and handle. All on a Sunday evening.

I'm new to home ownership so was expecting to be slightly robbed for an after hours job. But no, Mandel was fair, honest, quick, knowledgeable, and explained everything to us along the way.

I have found my plumber for life. I can't even begin to say how highly I recommend him, do yourself a favor and don't bother calling anyone else.

We've been having occasional overflows of our toilet and the good old plunger trick stopped working so we gave into calling a plumber. I was surprised that they were able to make it to my house within a couple hours but VERY happy about it as well lol.  Our toilet is finally fixed and we were assured that we wouldn't experience any more overflows. The gentleman that came to our home also gave us some tips to ensure that even if a toilet were to get clogged, I wouldn't have to worry about ruining my carpets. As a home owner  I really appreciated that. Thanks!

Fast and professional work. Responsive and courteous. Very knowledgeable about water heaters and answered all of our questions. Zorro saved us in a pinch. Our water heater failed at the worst possible time. He responded quickly and was at our place early the next morning and done within the hour. Thank you!

First off, it was really easy to set up a free estimate. I received a text message the morning of the appointment with a link so that I could read a short bio and customer reviews about the person coming: Brendan. He also called me to let me know that he'd be arriving in 20 min. He was professional, polite, focused, and considerate. He even made sure to wear protective booties and he stepped outside after exiting the attic in order to brush off any dust, to avoid tracking it inside the home. He was also careful with the tall ladder, making sure to not bump it into walls or furniture. He answered any questions I had. He spoke perfect English as well which made it really clear and easy to talk with him, which was great for avoiding any confusion or misunderstandings. If you want to set up a free estimate where someone is going to arrive on time, focus on what needs to be done so they're not inconveniencing you any more than is necessary, work quietly, be polite and helpful, not try to sell you or scam you, and bring calmness to a leaky/stressful situation then I recommend Brendan and Flood Brothers. By the way, this is the first Yelp review I've ever written. I usually don't care enough to take the time to write something, but wanted to because today was a really nice experience :)

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and Tony came to the rescue! He did a great job and was so easy to work with. We would definitely call him again!

Best plumbing company in Southern LA. These guys are professional, something that my previous plumbing company never seemed to understand. The initial consult went well, the plumbers arrived on time and they did solid work. Praises all round!

I've now had Chris to my house twice and he's done a great job both times. He is incredibly friendly and knowledgable and goes the extra mile to make sure his customers are satisfied.
The most recent call ended up just being a loose hose. Chris came on a Sunday within a few hours of me calling him, he fixed the problem, cleaned up the mess and didn't charge me at all! It doesn't get much better than that.
Another great thing about this company is that they have online payment, SO fast and easy.
American Drain Works is now my go-to plumber.
