Woke up to a broken water heater, used Yelp to find a reputable plumber. Rishon had great ratings and I know now there's a good reason for the high marks. Called the 800 number and George was at our house within a couple of hours with the part and fixed it.
Fast, totally knowledgeable, and reasonable price, what else can you ask for.

Jose and Alberto fixed my toilet very fast and professionally.  He also gave me good information and tips about future projects.  I will definitely be hiring them again!

Its hard to find a plumber that you feel isn't trying to rip you off.  These guys were great. I called early in the day and was able to schedule for an inspection of a leaking water heater. James came over and I was a complete professional. He was able to swap out a leaking connector quick and easy. I had a hot water recirculater that had been previously connected and he installed that as well. He even noticed that it wasn't working well and was able to trouble shoot it quick and easy.

He worked for about 45 minutes but charged an hour. Not sure if that is standard to round up an hour but I think the labor was worth it. Charge: 80/ hour.

Great service!  I had an emergency because the main drain was clogged and water was backing up and began flooding the downstairs bathroom...I tried using a rented 100ft snake from Home Depot but couldn't reach the clog area.  I called A-1 and Max came over within an hour (amazingly fast)!  He spent about an hour using his 150ft snake and cleared everything out!!  He also came over the next morning to fix a nuisance leak...Don't take his service for granted - bookmark his number on your phone!!

I had a major leak that required me to shut off the water to my house on Christmas Day.  I called Flood Brothers first thing this morning and they came out promptly and fixed it.  This is the second time that I have used their services.  They are very knowledgable and thorough but also just really nice guys.  In addition, they clean up afterward and are really reasonable priced.  I will definitely use them again and highly recommed Flood Brothers to others with plumbing issues.

For the second time, Charlie's came through.  Unfortunately for me this time it was a major sewer blockage due to roots infiltrating a decades old pipe causing an offset. Luis was completely dedicated to finding and solving the problem, was totally transparent as to what he was observing and exactly what the repair entails.  The price was fair with the scope of the job.
When they were finished, Luis showed me the long-damaged pipe and, using a camera, the brand new and clear pipe that should last many years.
Again, thanks to Luis and I would highly recommend the company.

Our sink started leaking beneath the counter every time we turned on the faucet making it so we couldn't use our kitchen sink. You can imagine how stressful that was during a pandemic with two small kids in the house. We frantically called around and no one could come immediately and the companies that could come after hours were terribly expensive. Then we called Saucedo and Alberto came out within the hour and helped us solve the problem. We are SO grateful!!

I've had my first plumbing issue in my new condo (I'm a new homeowner), and was super stressed out. I didn't know what to do ~ especially because it affected my downstairs neighbor.  Darcy was SO nice and talked me through the process and made me feel better. Miguel came within 30 minutes & had our clogged drain snaked & clear within another 30 minutes! He is such a nice guy, & he even put shoe covers on to not track things in our house. We also thought the price he quoted was very reasonable. Could not be happier! Will definitely call Miguel again the next time we need plumbing help.

Excellent service, on time, quick, explained my options to me and did a great job. I purchased a new faucet online and wasn't able to install it myself. He shared his thought on the faucet I had selected, installed it quickly, cleaned any mess that might have been made, and made sure the water temperatures were ok before leaving. The price beat the other quotes as well. I would definitely use their services again.

UPDATE: Had another issue earlier today. I called Rocket back and they penciled me in on a Friday afternoon with no problem. I've met 6 different techs at New Generation, because I bought a house that is even more busted than we thought. I can't afford to do everything this house needs right away, including all the plumbing. But we decided to have a toilet installed, sinks snaked and a tankless water heater installed. We were dreading the cost of the new heater, but feel like we got a good price and an incredible value for the quality of the workmanship from the team that installed it.

Jose and Esteban showed up exactly on time for each day of the job, and worked nonstop for 7 hrs straight building an entirely new system of pipes for the tankless app heater in a new, more efficient location, and they left the old heater's spot looking clean and fresh. Jose was really transparent and explained all of my options at every step, and addressed other safety issues he came across along the way efficiently and creatively. He answered every question I had about materials they were using, how things worked, and what I should look out for in the future. It was the best experience with any company I've had in trying to get this house functioning.

Follow up is excellent--the day after the install I had a question and the office folks worked to find a tech who could come right away on a weekend. Jake came out and answered my concerns quickly and assured me it was no big deal to make the trip, because we did a job for you, you're our priority! Knowing they won't leave me hanging if something comes up is a big deal when you are spending a lot on essential systems for your house. Happy we called the New Generation team.

Zorro and Jerry were quick to respond and provided accurate diagnosis of our problems. They replaced our ancient hot water heater and quickly replaced the cartridge in our shower faucet. They were conscientious about not tracking in dirt (booties on their shoes) and were friendly and patient with all of my questions. Definitely recommend and will call again.

Im a property manager with no time to waste, everytime I call they answer. No hassles, they just go and handle the issue. If you need someone in a pinch to take care of an emergency leak, call 'em.  Also, they communicate very clearly and have a nice automated system set up to inform you of when the tech is coming.

This is 2nd time I called 911 Plumbling. Last time, toilet did not flush due to problem with some parts in the tank. They promptly came and fixed. They charged reasonable price. So this time, I called for the toilet clogged. The technician, Abel came 1 hour after I called. He was friendly, he did great job.
I will call 911 Plumbling if I have a plumbling problem.

We had a clog in the main sewer line. Connie was great.  She showed up on time. Was quick and efficient.  Gave me a great price and some good advice.  I'll definitely use again when the need arises and highly recommend to others.
