I've had Max out for big jobs and small ones. From fixing faucets to installing a tankless water heater, rerouting pipes under the house, and running a new gas line to my pool heater. I keep having him back because his work is solid and I trust him. The gas line turned out to be a bigger job than expected, but he didn't alter his estimate and he stayed well past 5 to get the job done in time. I've been ripped off by other contractors, so having a plumber I can trust makes owning a home  that much easier.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Flood Brothers when I needed someone to come out on short notice and take a look at a leak under my kitchen sink. Giulio was courteous, friendly, and diagnosed and fixed my sink in no time flat. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, and can see why this business has such high Yelp reviews!

Alberto is AMAZING.  I had another plumber quote on the same project -- relatively minor, fix bathroom leak (and ultimately replace bathroom faucet.)  The other plumber quoted double what Alberto did.  

Small projects like this are good ways to get a sense for how good the plumber is at estimating their work and if they are pricing things fairly.  This is a straightforward project so I had a basic idea how much this type of project should cost and it was about what this ended up costing.  Now, I completely trust him with other and bigger projects.

He gave me a fair price and his communications are excellent -- he told me exactly what was wrong with the facuet and how much to repair/replace and the actual amount did not exceed his quote.

He finished a job near my rental property and asked if he could come early.  My tenants were thrilled.

He is for sure my go to plumber.

I've used a couple of different plumbers for my house and Rockstar is going to be my new go-to plumber.  They offer the right combination of professionalism without over-charging for services.  I called them on a Saturday morning about an issue with my outdoor hose bib (leak and bent copper line) and they were able to squeeze me in that day!  Josh showed up early for our appointment, quickly assessed the problem and let me know how he would fix the problem and how much it would cost.  He was able to get it all repaired within an hour.  Great first experience and I will definitely be using them in the future.   I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Miguel did a great job, very friendly and worked persistently to solve the problem - which turned out to be pretty involved. Very professional and courteous.

Sorry to say I have to give them 1 star. I set up an appointment a few days in advance for 6pm. I waited until 730 and gave up. I never received a call or even text from them saying they could not make it. It has been a few days now and still nothing.

Let's just say I will never be calling them again. Hope other people have better luck then I did.

Really great experience with these guys. They were punctual, thorough, and very transparent about the repairs and costs. Fixed the leaky pipe in my bathroom and inspected all the pipes in my apartment free of charge. Would definitely use them again

Called Rapid Action Rooter Sunday afternoon.  Mandel arrived within the hour and resolved my clogged drain issue in about 15 minutes.  I had tried clearing the drain myself over a 3 hour period.  Better to leave the job to the pros... Mandel is a pro and very professional!

Matt and Chris solved a big problem at our house. Stopped-up line required that toilet be removed and line snaked 75 feet (close to main line). They arrived on-time, solved problem in a timely fashion and cleaned up very carefully.

Reached out to the company and got a response back in less than 10 min. Natalia spoke with me over the phone and got all my info. Assured me they would have a team member at my house within the next hour.

Fernando showed up on time and was super friendly! He asked me questions about my bathroom to determine the potential problem. Within a minute, he was able to determine the possible thing causing the problem. He advised me to wait a week to see if anything changes and if not, to give them a call back.

Overall, friendly and reliable company! I especially appreciate Fernando's honesty and willingness to help. Instead of urging me to spend unnecessary money on services, Fernando advised me to try out this solution first. Definitely would recommend.

I needed a water heater replaced and contacted Zorro through Yelp messaging. His prices were fair with quality parts. His guys came by and swapped out my water heater quickly. They were friendly and answered my questions. They swept the floor after they were done.

Brendan Lee is now my go-to plumber! - My neighbor had roots in his main sewer line which runs parallel to my main. As a preventative, I decided to have my line checked out. I scheduled an appointment with Brendan who, to my great pleasure, showed up early. He did a camera inspection and identified small areas of concern so I told him I wanted have the line hydro-jetted. I thought I'd have to have that done on a different day but Brendan arranged for a crew to come within the hour and the work was completed in about 45 minutes. Since the line is old, I asked Brendan about replacing it. He gave me three different ways to go; each with a price point based on the scope of the work. I was thrilled to be able to have options! When I decide to move forward, I'll definitely hire Flood Bros. and request that Brendan oversee the project. He's got a great job-side manner and he - and his crew - couldn't be more thorough. I'm definitely a very happy and satisfied customer!

First experience with sals plumbing was great. They came out super quick on this particular day they where here with in 40 min of my call. I was totally expected a longer wait time.  They came in fixed the problem quickly.

Alex and Greg were great. They fixed my shower without having any breakage and replaced two sinks and faucets in a timely, professional manner. For the work required, the price was very fair. I'll call again and certainly recommend them.
