We basically had a tumbler exactly the size of the garbage disposal slip in to the disposal last night. We tried everything we could. Luckily it was a glass and not a piece of jewelry or something more valuable so I could sleep a little bit. Got up this morning, sent a text to the plumber who deals with the building and never heard back. Decided to google best plumbers and came across Rishon. Sent a message via yelp and got an immediate response, they were able to come within the hour but I had another appointment so I decided to take a window frame of 2-4pm. George whom I was conversing with said that Mike who was assigned to our job would text when he was en route and he did exactly that. A little after 2 Mike arrived, started working on the problem and within about 20 minutes everything was done and he checked that everything was back in working order. So professional, on time and friendly. We will be definitely calling Rishon for any other plumbing needs because like the name they are Number 1!

This company is fantastic! Jose is very responsive, timely, transparent, and efficient. He has now worked on multiple plumbing projects in our building and I will call on him again if/when the need arises.  He will also point out any weaknesses that could become issues down the road, but does not pressure you to make the fix immediately...only if you want to. He will also let you know what he can do and what he can't. We will continue to call Real Plumbers if/when the need arises.

I called the plumbing doctor to come out to a rental house to look at some sprinklers that were leaking. He was available the next day, which was great. When he arrived he hadn't brought the appropriate  tools for the job. He told me he'd have to come back the next day. As I was driving away 30 minutes later, he called again and told me that he had bought what he needed and was on his way back, so I returned to the house. He did not fix the problem, but offered a few options, saying he'd have to come back on another day.  When we'd both left Ihe tenants called me back twice to the house because he had left the main water line off, the back water line off and the gas line off. I have no idea why he even bothered to turn off the gas, as my plumbing issue was not gas related at all. I can only guess he got that line confused with the water line.

I was not going to write a poor review of his business, mainly because I usually don't take the time. However I also heard from a very reliable source that some of his reviews (especially the early ones) were written by people at his office

Refused to repair the kitchen sink clog in the house we own because it's part of HOA with no explanation.

I called and they more than responded: Within 35 minutes they arrived, quickly fixed a plugged drain, and were very friendly and professional. I was impressed. This business goes into my call book. I have a major remodel scheduled and these guys moved to the head of the line.

Danny came last week to unclog my tub drain. It was very clogged and hard to get to but Danny didn't give up. He worked on it for quite a while and finally got the job done. At no cost to me, he also looked at my washing machine water system and

I was very impressed with his service and will definitely use him again. He's now my go-to-guy for plumbing.

Chris showed up on time after he call me 30min courtesy call. He made sure my plumbing issue was resolved very carefully, testing all the faucets in my house before he left. I will definitely call back Ace plumbing next time I have an plumbing issue.

Victor helped me on another property involving a huge tree causing massive blockage in the main sewer. They worked through the rain to fix my blockage in 2 days. Happy to also say that the other sewer pipe he fixed for me before is still good after more than a year. Can't recommend them enough.

Called Mike to fix a broken pump and a tankless heater issue. He came out within a few hours, explained the problem and how to avoid in the future and offered multiple solutions including a low cost fix, and got it all done the same day. Would highly recommend for fair, efficient, and honest work.

I had an emergency plumbing situation! I called rocket plumbing and they came within 2 hours..  I had 2 stopped up toilets that Sam fixed quickly & professionally! Thanks rocket plumbing!

This is my 5th time using them

Had some simultaneous pipe and disposal problems and found Flood Brothers on Yelp.  They were able to squeeze me in shortly after I called.  The whole experience was so pleasant, I might be slightly in shock.  Jerry  explained the problems well and gave me several options for dealing with them.  I'll definitely be giving him a call next time I need a plumber!

I had been toiling over a backed up toilet for a while and finally gave in to calling plumbing - took a while to find a service that could come day-of, but finally found 911 on yelp and the rest is history! Setting up the appointment was quick and painless, and they had someone dispatched immediately.

Greg and Sam arrived much faster than expected, and got straight to work. It only took around 10-15 minutes, and they made sure to quality check the work to make sure that things were fixed. Super chill guys in general, and really pleasant to work with.

I had 3 plumbers come out in 2 days.  Chris at ADW was very thorough and professional.  He showed me on camera how roots were growing into the pipes and told me my options, which saved me a boat load of dollars (compared to previous quotes)!!  I also must say that Nancy at ADW was very polite and good with follow-up.  Thanks to American Drain Works and I hope I don't need a plumber any time soon, but if I do, you'll hear from me.
