Aptly named--My Plumbing Doctor has a great bedside manner.  Woke up on Sunday morning of a Labor Day Weekend with hot water pouring out from under my master bathroom sink--shut off valves have no effect.  No one around to tell me where the main shut off valve is for my unit or my building.  Dr. Eddie showed up in the time promised slowed the leak to a manageable trickle, immediately diagnosed the problem, removed and replaced the broken supply line with surgical swiftness and precision, leak stopped before the entire unit flooded.

Very responsive. Very efficient. Has helped with  two different issues in our house- clogged drain and dryer issue.  Would 100% recommend him in the future for your plumbing needs.

Brendan arrived extremely prompt, very friendly to talk to and fixed my kitchen sink issue in literally seconds. I could not have asked for a better technician to help me out!

One last point that made me very happy, is that before entering my unit, Brendan put on plastic coverings over his shoes. That little attention to detail made a huge impression on me!

I got 3 bids to fix a bad root issue I had in my main sewage pipe. Charlie's bid came in at the lowest price and they did a great job. They explained the process well and did quality work quickly. I would hire them again and recommend their services.

Needed quick service and Alberto delivered! I have never used a plumbing service but needed help immediately, I called several plumbing companies but none of them were able to come out same day. I thought because it was the end of the day, Saucedos would not be able to come out the same day either, I was wrong. Alberto answered, and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. He came in 20 and quickly fixed my toilet problem. Definitely will consider using this service again in the future!

Woke up on a Sunday morning to a puddle on the floor in front of my kitchen sink.  By the time I had time to call around for help, it was about 5:30pm and the puddle / pile of soaked towels had been growing all day.  

I reached out to several plumbers that were listed as open 24 hours a day, and Ace was the first to actually pick up.  Chris was friendly and professional, and he made me aware upfront that having him come out on a Sunday evening would be $180/hr vs. $135/hr if I waited until Monday morning.  I was concerned about the speed of the leak and that it had already been dripping all day, so I asked him to come ASAP.  He was on his way to another job at the time but said he could get to me around 7pm.  He texted me to let me know when he was on his way to me and his ETA and arrived at almost exactly 7pm.  He also had the courtesy to text me when he arrived rather than ringing the doorbell (as requested), so that my dogs wouldn't start a bark riot.

Chris identified the issue quickly (a damaged 2-way angle stop) and had all the parts necessary to fix it in his truck.  He explained everything to me as he was doing it and worked cleanly and efficiently.  He even offered to help me mop up the remaining puddle on the floor!  Very nice guy!

Ace is my new go-to plumber!  Highly recommended.

I live in a town house and I had water leaking from my master bath upstairs to the kitchen below.   I called Matt at Rockstar Plumbing and he came over right away.  This was the first time I used Rockstar, my neighbor referred them to me.  I felt that Matt was very honest with me, he did not try to gouge me for more money.  I appreciated his integrity.   He and his partner were very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.  They explained everything throughly and fixed the problem quickly.  They also reassured me that if I ever have any problem in the future to give them a call 24/7 and they will be there to help, I love that!     I will definitely recommend them and I will use them again.

Best plumbing company I have worked with, Miguel is a great guy he explains things he puts your mind at ease he goes above and beyond his duties he takes his time and does not take shortcuts he gives the appropriate options for a permanent solution,  Our main swewer line had backed out and we were very concerned and confused about what needs to happen he not only was much more thorough in explaining things but his pricing was extremely reasonable,  I will never ever use anybody else and will definitely recommend new pro plumping to anybody that asks have Miguel do your plumbing work and your eyes closed.  Thank you Miguel and crew for you hard work

We hired Victor for the second time, this time for an emergency sewer pipe blockage. He came to the rescue! Major work had to be done to remove the huge root that invaded and blocked our entire pipe connecting to the main street. He is truly reliable and a pleasure to work with. We have a newborn so it was really difficult when we don't have good drainage. I'm glad we came across Victor previously and will continue to use him. I'm keeping his number saved on my phone.

Summary: Quality of work- wonderful. Easy guy to work with. Pricing is reasonable.

Called Mike to fix a broken pump and a tankless heater issue. He came out within a few hours, explained the problem and how to avoid in the future and offered multiple solutions including a low cost fix, and got it all done the same day. Would highly recommend for fair, efficient, and honest work.

I had an emergency on Saturday morning- my cold water faucet was stuck and water was running at high pressure. There was a risk of flooding my bathroom  and my neighbor's below. I was panicked and found these guys through Yelp. And I couldn't be more grateful that I did!  Mandel answered my call right away, asked for photos, quickly identified the issue and sent out his guys- Anthony and Devron. Once they arrived, they confirmed the issue and began to work on it, communicating what needed to be done and why, making recommendations regarding next steps etc. They were able to fix the issue in no time. Mandel and his team couldn't have been more responsive, professional or polite. I don't remember the last time I had a repairman at my house who actually talked to me and explained the issue! And most importantly they knew what they were doing. I will use these guys and recommend them over and over again!

Very happy, had clogged toilets and had to have someone right away (that was disgusting!).

The plumber came to see the problem, we had a leak. The plumber who showed up quoted me $400 for the job. I agreed. After taking everything apart the price went from $400 to $650. In other words, dishonest plumbers. They will give you a reasonable price so that you'll hire them for the job, but then expect a great hike in the price. This is the second time they did that to us.
I will never call them again.

Fixed my water heater efficiently. Good service. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star is because they were 30mins late. But not a big deal.

After my friend and I and two handymans playing with the kitchen pipes, we diecided to call them.  Called around 6 PM, they said that they'll call me back from 8-10 for an estimated time for the plumber to come.  Called me around 9:45 with the plumber in my place by 10:30.  

Good service over all, I got Mike and he fixed our problem, even made sure everything was in working order before he left.  Checked  any additional leaks in the other pipes to make sure.  Will totally use them again.

I would highly recommend American Drain Works if you are in need of drainage repair.  

We contacted American Drain Works and spoke with Connie after smelling sewage in our garage.  She and her team came out the same day.  Turned out to be a minor problem with a missing drain cap.  Instead of charging us for a diagnostic fee or scamming us for unnecessary repairs, she fitted a cap for us free of charge.

Very professional, honest, and has great customer service.  Would not hesitate to call American Drain Works if we need another repair.
