Outstanding service!  Jose answered my call and scheduled service the same day.  He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem with the leak in my kitchen and fixed the problem.  He was courteous and didn't try to rip me off.  Highly recommend!

Was very apprehensive about calling a plumber, but I turned to Yelp to reduce the risk of getting ripped off.  Eddie of Plumber to the Rescue has put all my fears to rest.  First off, he came to my house within an hour of calling him -- partly my good luck that he was just finishing another call not too far from my neighborhood.  I'm Asian and Eddie was courteous enough to remove his shoes when entering my house without prompting.  We had a plugged up bathtub drain in the Master Bath which I had unsuccessfully snaked.  Eddie tried several times but his snake kept going in the wrong direction at a Y juncture.  Undeterred, Eddie kept trying for over half an hour and even tried another sink drain to get to the stoppage.  At the last moment before giving up his snake finally traveled the right direction and he cleared the stoppage.  All during his efforts Eddie was friendly, professional, and determined to succeed.  He was also very informative during the process, answering all my questions and even giving some tips on how to prevent stoppages in the future.  The $99 price after all this was more than reasonable and I would even consider a great bargain given the difficulty of the task.  I don't write many Yelp reviews but I felt that this Company's excellent service deserved a moment of my time.  Thank you Eddie and Plumber to the Rescue -- you've earned all my future business and referrals.

Just got our water heater installed last Saturday, Jan  4th by Max of A-1 who did a professional job.
He came promptly and finished the work within 2 hours

They showed up quickly and assessed the leak under my sink, out of the cabinet to the bathroom floor. I had thrown beach towels on it so it would not damage the wood floor out of the bathroom.  The got the parts and returned for a quick repair.  All wore booties, masks and gloves. Actual cost was lower than the estimate. All friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend them.

With the price of $65....You can't go wrong with their service!

Alberto is great, professional, knows what he's doing and nice. I called him up because i thought my toilet was backed up but he knew immediately this was something deeper. Same day he scoped out the pipes with a camera and blockage detectors and saw the pipes had to be replaced because of root damage (pic shows the blockage). They worked hard to clear the water to see exactly where the the roots were blocking, which was great because they found they didn't have to break any of the concrete sidewalk. He showed me his work every step of the way. Also, he is punctual, if he says 9 he''s there and ready to work at 9.

Great service! Very prompt. I called this morning for an earring dropped down the drain, and Chris happened to be in the area and came immediately after he finished his prior job. He was efficient, polite, and knowledgeable, and the price he charged was very fair. Would highly recommend them for your next plumbing job.

I gave these guys a great review at first and I still believe they do great service if you can get a hold of them. First time working with them I loved them and swore to never use another plumber. I had a new plumbing issue pop up and of course I thought of this company first. I called them for 4 days and left messages and not one person contacted me back. If I'm trying to hire you, I shouldn't have to try contacting you for 4 days and not one returned phone call.

I will never try to use these guys again. I'm not going to chase you down and if it was any other company I would have called once and left it alone but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after four days, I'm over it. Went with another company.

This does not take away front the fact I feel the are honest and do good work, but if I can't get you to come to my house then you can't do anything for me.

They were so great - they helped me remotely over the phone, as my problem didn't need a plumber to come out (us spending unnecessary money) Thank you for setting the standard in customer service!

Out of the 5 quotes I got, Hermes pluming was the cheapest. Jack showed up to replace my tank heater in a timely manner and left the job sight cleaner than it was before... you don't get this kind of service anymore!!!

We had drain stoppage done at our house and Mandel was our plumber. He showed up quickly and he was super nice and respectful to a full house of kids and adults. He was diligent on getting the job done quickly! I would recommend asking for him specifically when you book an issues with Roto-Rooter. Can't say enough positive things about Mandel! Fantastic service! We had a big problem with our sink and shower for a long time and after trying different plumbing companies we finally found Brian! He solved in no time, easy and very good price.

Services was outstanding.

I had a deep clog issue that that quickly resolved.

AOK.  Top of my list!  Excellent work, extremely accommodating, went to the store for me and gave me a great deal when I needed it the most!  They replaced copper risers, cleaned out the water heater, replaced one shower's stems, seats, and fittings, and another shower's head, and fixed my sink drain.  Super nice, great personalities, clean and professional!

I would definitely use you again. You are now my go to plumber!

I was having a growing number of problems with drain back ups at one of my apartment buildings. I did my research and met with a few plumbing contractors who specialize in drain problems. I finally reached out to American Drain Works and talked to Connie. We met the next day. Connie is very professional and knows what she's talking about because she has been in the business for a long time. She ran a camera and showed me the drain and all the problems I had. She also crawled under the building and gave an assessment of the drain connections and drops from the apartments. She even sent me pictures form the city to show my connection to the city main, which looked great. She told me the good and the bad, and summed up what I needed. She gave me options about what needed to be done now, and what I would need to do later. None of the other plumbers went to the extent and thorough inspection that Connie did. I was impressed. I got it all done quickly for a great price and now I don't have to deal with it for at least 10 years because of her awesome warranty. Thank you Connie!!
