George and John operate their business on quality and integrity. They have some very fine traits, and mannerism that are rare to find in plumbing/construction field.

We are fortunate to have worked with them. They modified plumbing, installed all bathroom and kitchen fixtures, troubleshoot unsolved problems from the previous contractor, and fixed clogged drains. George also took his time to walk me through how to relight a water heater on the phone, which ensured my family to have a comfortable stay during the holidays.

They are always on time, dependable, and highly efficient! The entire process was seamless. We recommend their service without any reservation!

Very impressed. Called Monday morning after an under-sink faucet began to leak all over the place. After a short time on hold, the office person said she could have someone to the house before 11a. Josh showed by before 10a, about a half-hour later, and was finished with the job for a little over $100 before 11a.

Quick, courteous, and reasonably priced. Max was so helpful and expedient. I had a leak and had to turn my hot water off to prevent flooding my side yard. He squeezed me in at the end of a long day to make sure I had water ASAP. At a reasonable hourly rate, he was able to take care of swapping out a kitchen faucet, toilet fill valve and flapper, and cap off an old corroded recirculation pump that was no longer in use (the source of the leak) in under an hour. After just one experience with Max, I realize how inept and inconvenient my previous plumbers have been. I wish I'd met Max years ago for all my plumbing needs. Finally, a plumber I can whole heartedly recommend to my real estate clients and friends for plumbing repairs.

Our plumber Giulio was amazing! He was so considerate about our home he even put shoe covers on before entering and when he was done he cleaned up after himself as if he was never even there! Such a friendly guy and he unclogged our toilet in less than 5 min! Would totally recommend!!!!!

I had a clogged shower drain. I called and said the technician would be out in an hour. Ramo'n showed up in about 1/2 an hour and introduced himself. He placed foot covers on and listened to my concerns. He was very professional and efficient. he was in and out in about 1/2 an hour. Great service, I'm completely satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Water heater gave up the ghost and after spending too long trying to find anyone (apparently, finding service on the west side in an emergency means waiting three days minimum), Alberto came up clutch and did a swift turnaround on my dead unit. You have to give props to someone that shows up when they're feeling sick and still does solid, clean, friendly, AND reasonably-priced work for you. Saucedo Plumbing and Rooter for the win!

Meh. Three stars is generous: they booked time online, didn't show. I called, oops, officer manger blew it. Whatever. Went with another company who came over quickly for less money.

We had a toilet/tub backup situation, and Josh was here to save the day!  He not only fixed the problem, but he was very clear in explaining to us the process, which we really appreciated, and he gave us tips for trying to avoid the problem in the future.  He was very kind, and of course, he wore his safety mask (as did we), so that we could all stay healthy.  We definitely recommend Rockstar Plumbing for anyone in distress!

Miguel did a great job, very friendly and worked persistently to solve the problem - which turned out to be pretty involved. Very professional and courteous.

I had a clogged shower and sink. I tried to do it myself. I like to do a lot of DIY, and I've done it growing up with the proper tools, but as an adult, i don't have access to my father's tool arsenal. I made calls at 3p to 5 of the top plumbers on yelp near hancock park. Victor answered, told me to text him the deets, and he'd be there in less than 3 hours. Many other plumbers wouldn't be able to come for a day or two. His price was right on par with market rates, especially considering same day service. He and his colleague beat me home by 5:30p and took care of both in less than 10 minutes. So fast, so simple. Victor and his colleague were fast, professional and knowledgable. They even gave us an education on the hydrodynamics & biology of plumbing. He's my go-to guy from here on out.

Hermes is literally the BEST!! I lost a very valuable family ring down my sink drain, and called them in a panic in the middle of the night. They picked up immediately and told me not to lose hope. They were able to come the following afternoon and they rescued my ring!! I am endlessly thankful and they are very very efficient and kind. Thank you guys again!

Was referred to Zorro by a friend  who had almost the same problem like me. My water heater was old and gave me lots of problem lately. Zorro arrived to take a look at it and he immediately pointed me the problem with the water heater. He offered me to replace it as if he fixed it it would break again. We agreed on price which was very reasonable. He returned with his partner the next day and were prepared for the job. They replaced the water heater and now everything works fine! Zorro is a great plumber.

Joe Flores, Field Supervisor, is as good as it gets!  He came, examined, and resolved our backed up toilet.  No mess and with a smile!  I'm going to ask for him when and if we have future plumbing issues!  He's a can't miss!

Connie is the LeBron James of plumbing. So communicative and comprehensive, so nice, so enthusiastic, with a work ethic and charisma that would make Dwayne The Rock Johnson blush.
