I'm a small business owner so I like to give a shout out to companies that exemplify the traits of a quality business.  We called these guys a few days ago and told them what was going on with our heater.  They advised us to call the water heater company and order the parts, which should be free of charge b/c under warranty and once in they will come out and install.  My parts arrived and I called and left a message to schedule a time.  I got a call back literally within 5 minutes and George and John were at my home within 30 minutes.  Install was seamless, they were very friendly to deal with, and even made recommendations on how I can prevent the issue from happening again.  And their prices are very reasonable.  Will absolutely reach out to them with future issues and would highly recommend their service.  Thank you!

Jose was the perfect plumbing technician and is a likable guy to have visit. He efficiently replaced my broken garbage disposal with real honesty & focused intelligence. And at a reasonable cost. I'm impressed with the service and the man. Integrity in a person means that he is whole, complete, his character is unbroken. Max is awesome! When my garbage disposal stopped working, he came knowledgeable and prepared. His response time was quick! He was also straight forward, honest, and reliable. What could've been a daunting task was made so simple and easy. W/in an hr, it was as if no problem ever existed. I would definitely go thru him again for other plumbing issues and would recommend him to my own friends. A-1 service from A-1 Rooter!

We had two separate plumbing issues two weeks apart. Both times, Jeff and his team came right out, speedily and efficiently diagnosed the problem, and presented a solution on the spot. Jeff was so great communicating with us. He was extremely responsive, sent photos and videos, and was amazing dealing with our old house. True professionals with great service.

The water main to my house burst under the sidewalk today, creating a torrential loss of water.   I called Charlie's Rooter Service after reading the number of reviews and the exceptionally high average ratings on Yelp.  On explaining the emergency to the company dispatcher, Danny called me to say he could be there shortly, and he was.  He explained that this repair would entail removal of the main line from the City meter to the house and that he would try to save the sidewalk if possible.  He also pointed out that my home did not have a pressure regulation valve, so the full street pressure was going directly into the house (which did explain a problem I'd had a couple years back, come to think of it).  While he went to get a colleague to help, I researched the pressure valve situation online and decided to have that installed, too.   He quoted me an estimate that I considered quite fair for the amount of work I could see was involved (trenching, tunneling, as well as replacing the pipes, installation of the pressure regulation valve, repositioning the pressure relief valve, and filling the trench back in and covering it with the turf divots he'd set aside).  He and Ignacio worked for hours, well after dark, by floodlight, when they could easily have just stopped the leak and come back tomorrow to work by the light of day.  At the end, the invoice was exactly what he had quoted verbally.  I would highly recommend this company and Danny for integrity, competence, and kindness toward a stricken new customer.  I will certainly call on him should other plumbing issues arise.

Water heater gave up the ghost and after spending too long trying to find anyone (apparently, finding service on the west side in an emergency means waiting three days minimum), Alberto came up clutch and did a swift turnaround on my dead unit. You have to give props to someone that shows up when they're feeling sick and still does solid, clean, friendly, AND reasonably-priced work for you. Saucedo Plumbing and Rooter for the win!

30 days after Chris answered to my emergency call last time, I brought him back to remove the osmosis water system and dishwasher in my kitchen. There were always unexpected issues with the old worn pipes in my unit, Chris got enough tricks to deal with them, including soldering an extension tube which connects the stop valve. Thanks to his work, the flooding risk in my kitchen is minimized as much as possible.

Our toilet flooded in the middle of the night (on a Monday no less). I didn't want to risk serious water damage, so I did a quick search and found Fast Response Plumbing and Rooter. They arrived, and soon my toilet was flushing like it was brand new!!! Appreciated them walking me through the process and answering all my questions. Would strongly recommend thank you!

I don't have many complaints about the service, work, or experience I had with New Pro. Miguel was very friendly, was able to come out and help same day, and was respectful while in our space.

The reason I am giving a 3 star rating is because the prices were significantly inflated. I believe he raised prices knowing that a company was paying for it and that I, a 25 year old woman, wouldn't question his prices. Because of the situation we were in I just approved the price because I needed the leak fixed asap in order to not leave our tenants stuck with no kitchen use.

I then had him do a sink replacement (I bought the sink already) and he charged me $599 just to install it. I paid begrudgingly since I already awarded him the job. Then I had him quote a bidet hose switch out and he wanted to charge me $1549!! At this point I was angry at the audacity. I had another plumber bid the job and told him what New Pro was charging and his mouth dropped and he laughed... hard! He said he understands raising prices a bit to make money off of the job but said he does not even see how someone can get away with what they were. He bought the parts for me, and replaced 2 of the hoses for $550 total.

Oscar and his helper helped unclog my shower drain. Well done!

Fantastic service! Mike came over within two hours and took care all of the problems.   Very professional and clean work. Furthermore, they gave me first time customer discount of $50.  I strongly recommend Hermes Plumbing and Rooting.

The night before my sons 5th birthday party with over 60 guests our sewage was backing up into our master bathroom!  Sunday morning at 9am I called several plumbers to try to get a fix done before our party, and Mandel came out and saved the day!  He brought in larger snakes, and even left for an hour to grab a hydro jet because the roots were so thick in the sewer line that nothing was able to get through.  Mandel kept saying he wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing this wasn't cleared before the party.  He did a great job and saved the day.  I was very impressed by his professionalism, and knowledge and would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Brian from Rocket Plumbing came in and fixed the Fill Tube on my toilet - he did an excellent job! He was trustworthy, had great communication skills and was super tidy. I highly recommend Rocket Plumbing!

Jake is an amazing plumber with excellent attitude and customer services. I had a toilet replacement job in one of my rental apartment units. My tenant called in with this emergency situation since their toilet came lose and fell off. Jake came for the rescue within 12 hours.

When he arrived, my tenant has managed to re-secure the toilet back in place and made it functional again without any water leaking. Jake inspected it and could not find anything to repair. However, Jake inspected my sewer with his camera since we complained about seeing roots in the drainage pipe. He took his time to clear that rooter dranage concern while he was there.

I asked him how much I owe him later on. He surprisingly said nothing. He said that this is always part of his customer services to quote and inspect. No money is necessary if the need to repair is not discovered and no repair is done. Wow not even gas money!!! That's why I said that Jake is amazing!!!

I have searched and communicated with a dozen of plumbers before hiring New Generation. So glad that I chose Jake. He is not just honest but prices are very reasonable too.

We had kind of a complicated plumbing issue that was compounding into other problems, and Flood Brothers was able to figure everything out and fix the root cause in an efficient and reliable way. Chris, Brendan, and their team were really cool, responsive, and knowledgeable. I plan to call them for all our plumbing work.

Connie is very professional and knows what she's talking about because she has been in the business for a long time. She ran a camera and showed me the drain and all the problems I had. She also crawled under the building and gave an assessment of the drain connections and drops from the apartments. She even sent me pictures form the city to show my connection to the city main, which looked great. She told me the good and the bad, and summed up what I needed. She gave me options about what needed to be done now, and what I would need to do later. None of the other plumbers went to the extent and thorough inspection that Connie did. I was impressed. I got it all done quickly for a great price and now I don't have to deal with it for at least 10 years because of her awesome warranty. Thank you Connie!!
