The responsiveness of Rishon Plumbing & Water Heaters was excellent.  I was surprised that they could come out on the same day and replace my tankless water heater to get my hot water going again.  George was knowledgeable and helpful on the phone, and Mike was prompt and professional when he arrived.  What really stood out was Mike's helpful approach in answering my questions and his follow-through on ones he couldn't answer right off the bat. I wish all housing service companies were this good. This is a top-notch operation, and I recommend their services.

Had an emergency outdoor leak. They sent Jose right over and he fixed it in no time. Fast and courteous!

All the sinks in our apartment backed up at 6:45pm on a Sunday evening.  I found Plumber To The Rescue on Yelp, called because of the many positive reviews, and was told there would be someone here before 8pm.  James arrived at 7pm and quickly fixed the problem, and was very polite and friendly and out by 7:20pm.  Thank you for the quick and excellent service!

Called for clogged toilet. They were unable to fix it with the equipment on hand and quoted me $450 for a bigger snake and to complete the job. I called BM Plumbing and they were able to do the job for less than $200. And I had to pay $75 to A1, ugh. To be fair, Max did try fixing the problem for an hour.

Switched to Flood Brothers (Jerry specifically) after my previous long-time plumbers (the once great Plotke Plumbing) unfortunately merged with another company and, in doing so, became a totally different business, one that routinely overbilled for work that rapidly deteriorated in quality (often requiring more work only a few months later).

At Flood Brothers, a total contrast, Jerry and his team are always prompt, responsive, and courteous. They're thorough, willing to patiently explain (and show pictures/video of) all the details as to why they're recommending a specific strategy, and fair and reasonable in pricing. They've even come on weekends, when they had not intended to work, in order to get the job done faster than initially estimated.

I've used them for sewage blockage (roots), sewage line repair, replacing galvanized pipes with copper pipes, and other issues that come with expensive but not mainstream premium bathroom plumbing fixtures.

Highly recommend.

Our experience with Saucedo Plumbing is more than likely the exact experience you are looking for. Our gas line was shut off and we needed immediate help. After calling several companies, Saucedo Plumbing was able to come to our house relatively quickly and ultimately did a fantastic job. Alberto was fast, courteous, clean, friendly and knowledgeable. What made the experience most satisfying was Saucedo's fair pricing and willingness to solve additional issues that were not part of the original service call (toilet, etc). We were quoted $1000 by a competing company and Saucedo charged under $200 for the same service. If you want competence, fairness and honesty....hire Saucedo Plumbing. They have gained a customer for life.

I am a general contractor and I utilize Ace on my jobs and service calls. Ace has completed three separate jobs for my firm in the last 45 days. Each customer had nothing but praise for the outstanding service. They arrived on time, identified the problem, provided an estimate, and completed the jobs in a timely manner.

He has recently completed a drainage replacement job in View Park, faucet installation in Ladera Heights, and faucet and toilet replacement in Windsor Hills.

I had the most down to earth plumber, Sal, come out and help me with my pipping issue connected to my washing machine. He was thorough and did his trouble shooting and eventually figured out and solved my problem. Highly recommended!

Total Scammers. Miguel came to my house and quoted $900.00 to replace toilet. Toilet is $200.00 at Home Depot. I told Miguel his price was ridiculous and he reply's this is Mar Vista and you have very valuable home. $900.00 for toilet that won't stop running repair. I didn't just fall off the turnip truck yesterday. Watch out with these guys!

Victor came out on short notice to give us an estimate on our sewer line. We are selling our house and needed a counter estimate for the repairs requested. Rather than just looking at the house inspection report and other estimate, Vic came out and sent a camera down our pipes so he could give us an accurate estimate for the work. He also came in $2500 cheaper.  Appreciate the customer service and quick response!

Mike and his brother were both very professional, pleasant to work with, and very nice people. They are the type of people you'd want to give business to.

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.

Brian and Rocket plumbing have been extremely helpful and knowledgable. My wife and I had no idea that we were supposed to drain and flush your water heater once a year. We have always heard a knocking sound from our old water heater and now we know that it is sediment that can build up a knock around.

He told us not to throw things down our drains that were causing us problems like egg shells and coffee grounds.

It is one thing to just come to someone's home and provide a service, but to give a homeowner the knowledge that will help prevent future problems really set Rocket Plumbing apart from all the other plumbing companies I have dealt with.

I have a second review already for New Generation Plumbing. Since my last experience was so good, when I heard a hissing sound in an outside water line that runs to a sprinkler I called and Jose came out and explained the 2 options for replacing the line. He gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled the work.
A few days later Fernando and Luis arrived on time and got the job done. They were very professional and listened to my concerns about how the new pipe would be set up. They really listened and changed the plan slightly based on my concerns. The job was done very well with attention to detail and the work area was completely cleaned up before they left. I recommend New Generation Plumbing for their plumbing skills, their communications, their attention to detail and their customer service. The scheduling and billing office personnel are very nice to work with as well!

Was punctual, the work was completed in the time frame indicated, and the price was very reasonable compared to several other quotes for the same work. The new main water shut off valve works perfectly, thank you for your excellent service.

Often palmers make you feel like they are ripping you off, here you get what you pay for, they are quick friendly and get the job done ASAP

Connie and her team are the best -- reliable, professional, knowledgeable, responsive. Connie answers her phone on the first ring, calls back promptly; gets there when she says she will (or if late due to traffic, etc., texts to keep you posted), assesses the problem quickly and explains in detail what you need and what your options are, is reasonably priced,and is kind and respectful. I could not recommend her more highly especially for complicated drain and sewage problems.
