My highest recommendation for Rishon Plumbing. George got right back to me on a fair quote and set up an appointment right away. It was so easy! Mike our plumber was able to come earlier than expected but called ahead of time to make sure that was ok. He fixed our problem quickly and professionally. Mike was a really nice guy who is great at what he does and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call again should we need plumbing assistance!

After multiple plumbers wanted to grossly overcharge me, missed their appointment times so I decided to call Real Plumbers after looking on Yelp!

So, they first gave me a very reasonable estimate and then told me when they would show up. So, soon thereafter they showed up on time but the job was way more difficult then both them and I expected. I thought it was just a simple clogged drain but it was cooked rice that was down the kitchen sink and clogged the entire line. It was very possible it would have entered the next door neighbors pipes and perhaps even the garage area piping. So it was a complicated job without a certain outcome and I thought the estimate would really not cover the job. The work did take a reasonable long time with multiple procedures but at the end Jose was quite successful, even though, again the outcome was uncertain. Well he finished and did not raise the price at all and he cleared the line! I could not be happier. Jose was very friendly, very clean and professional, an excellent plumber, bright and with a very good sense of humor. There is no way I would hire any other plumber moving forward. Thank you Real Plumbers!

We had a leaky faucet. A very knowledgeable plumber named George came and gave us the assessment. I went to Home Depot and bought the parts and he return the following day. Everything was done super pro. I'm grateful to have found this company as now I know who to call when I have plumbing issues. Thank you so much, and George is a star.

Max is great.  He services my tankless water heater, and I find him reliable, trustworthy and fair.  I would call him for any plumbing needs and would recommend him to anyone.

I am editing my review because this company has EXCELLENT customer service. After posting my review below, the owner reached out to my husband and me in order to find out what happened and fix the situation. Not many companies do this so I appreciate this type of service.

Unfortunately I didn't have the same experience as most of the other reviewers. We had a clogged bathroom drain and paid $150 to have it snaked over the weekend. Well, it didn't work! We were advised to contact our Property Manager/HOA because the plumber thought the clog was lower down. He thought that we may have to cut into the wall and cut out sections of the pipe to clear the clog. WTF? We ended up using another plumber that a friend referred, and he cleared the clog within minutes! It was only 4 feet down. Flood Brothers used a drill snake while the other plumber used a completely different device. I don't know what happened but it is upsetting that I just wasted $150.

Charlie's Rooter Service are the only guys I call around the Northridge area. Luis installed my replacement faucet in the bathroom, and even explained hoe to install it so I can do it next time. Ramon cleared my dishwasher pipes and showed me how to hook up the piping for next time. Charlie's also honors their price quotes. Thanks guys!

Our sink started leaking beneath the counter every time we turned on the faucet making it so we couldn't use our kitchen sink. You can imagine how stressful that was during a pandemic with two small kids in the house. We frantically called around and no one could come immediately and the companies that could come after hours were terribly expensive. Then we called Saucedo and Alberto came out within the hour and helped us solve the problem. We are SO grateful!!

Had a drain blockage at 3:30 in the afternoon. Chris came out by 4:45 and my drains were draining by 5:05. Reasonable price and courteous thorough service. Definitely keeping his business card on file.

The toilet at our shop backed up right in the middle of a class with another class coming in shortly.I called Mandel and he was able to come out quickly and get us back in business. He made a few suggestions to keep us from having the problem in the future. Great guy. QUICK service. Reasonable prices.  Will definitely call him in the future.

I contacted Brian for a clogged pipe and within hours he was there and fixed the issue.  The service was prompt, successful, and most importantly clean.  The price was fair and he followed up to make sure there were no issues.  I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough good things about this company, their service, and employees. I first used them many years ago when we had back up in our sewer. Since then they have done many big projects for me, including placing a sewer liner in our old cement pipes.

Martín is fantastic, knows his customers and their property, will explain things clearly and allow me to observe.  Fernando the owner is top notch.  The office staff are great.  I never have to look for another plumbing company again.  Very happy customer in Highland Park.

Words you don't want to hear at 6:45 in the morning: Joe, I think the water heater is leaking.  Sight you don't want to see at 6:47 in the morning: water leaking out of the bottom of your water heater.

The classroom I teach in is a dead zone for AT&T cell service, so I needed to find someone to repair my water heater that I could contact online.  Yelp to the rescue.  The reviews for Z & H were good, and they promised estimates via Yelp.  So I bit.  Then I swallowed.

Zoro showed up right on time and made quick work of the job.  He was not cheap, but quick service, honest estimates, and customer service are worth money, too.  I've used plumbers before that might have come in 20% cheaper, and I've used some who would have charged 50% more.  Zoro runs a great business, and he's earned my future business.

I share a studio in el Segundo with four other bands... one of them (who I WILL soon find out) clogged the toilet and left it for me to find. Not cool. Long story short the toilet is unclogged 47 mins later thanks to Sal's Plumbing and I can record music without smelling the worst smell I've ever smelled :(

I had an emergency outside plumbing issue, they kept me informed on the arrival time of the technician. The technician worked late into the night making sure everything was fixed, worked in the very cold nighttime weather and followed up with LA DWP to also request a mainline valve replacement for me. I truly appreciate 911 Plumbing & Vic the technician.

American Drain Works is one of the BEST companies I have ever worked with. Connie is amazing as they come. The fact that the company is women owned and operated just puts the cherry on top. They are very attentive, very friendly and professional, and go the extra mile to take care of their customers.
