I had a garbage disposal which needed replacing in a hurry. Rishon Plumbing was one of the few plumbers willing to provide a general estimation thru the yelp messaging quote system. And the final price matched their estimation. They were available the next day (they even called to arrive earlier).  Mike arrived and was very courteous and professional. He had the parts and were ready to go and installed the garbage disposal within 20 minutes. Very smooth. Mike even provided several tips on how to best maintain the garbage disposal going forward. I will consider using them for other services in the future as well.
Just know that it's better to pay by check, as there is a small fee (3.5%) when using a credit card.

The night before Thanksgiving we came home from to a clogged drain. At 630pm Jose picked up the phone and promised to be at our house Thanksgiving morning.
As promised he showed up and within in minutes unclogged our kitchen drain...just in time for all our family dinner.
Jose was a champion and true professional...he will be our family's plumber from now on!!

I work as the receptionist for a wellness center and when I went in one day, I was tasked with finding a reliable plumber for cheap, and to get him in within 2 hours at the latest to fix both of our bathrooms (which had backed up at the same time). After calling many-a-plumber and being told the earliest all of them could come was the next day, I found these guys. They got in and out within my deadline and they were fairly cheap for the services we needed. They were also very nice and were able to fix the problem without it interfering with our business.

I cannot thank Max enough. We had a huge plumbing issue on a Sunday afternoon and he was at the house within two hours. He quoted us a reasonable price given it was the weekend and he came out so fast.  He found the issue and told us our next steps to address the deeper problem with our pipes. No hidden fees. Will definitely call him again for future issues. Thank you!

Nice folks, but I had a complicated plumbing issue that took a while for them to understand and their estimates were higher than other plumbers

Alberto could not have been nicer.  Fixed my toilet, cleaned sink drain, and changed water filter under sink.  He was on time, efficient and reasonable. I was very happy to find a good plumber whom I can trust.

Rockstar Plumbing is amazing! We had an emergency situation and could not get ahold of our building manager or anyone from our property management company. We called Rockstar and they came out right away.

Our tech William was great. He was knowledgable and professional. He had to leave to get more equipment because the clog was farther than his snake could reach, but we were not charged anything more than the quote we were given. William even spoke with the maintenance supervisor from our property management company (once they finally got back to us) to try and find the best solution for our problem.

I would definitely use Rockstar Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Called at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon after my sink backed up and the overflow spewed watery crud all over my kitchen floor.  I snaked with my own line and couldn't fix.  Miguel was at my house by 5:30, when he said he would be there.  Snaked the line from under the sink and when that didn't work got a bigger machine and worked from the outside overflow.  Took almost 1.5 hours.  Charged me the original quote.  Was polite, wore booties on his feet in the house and was very respectful to the family.  I would highly recommend this company and they have my business for any future issues.

These guys were the best! I called them for a second opinion and they responded quickly, requested a photo of our broken emergency shut-off valve, and came back with a reasonable price estimate. Once we met them, it was evident they were professionals. I will call them again for any future work.

Found Rapid Action on Yelp. Saw the response time on Yelp was 10mins & the owner Mandel called in less than 10. Mandel is very friendly & professional. Long story short, I needed help with my old refridgerator's waterline (which was copper) and connected my new fridge with a stainless steel waterline, and Mandel was able to send someone within 60-90 minutes.  Kelly, the plumber & I spoked & videochat to see exactly I needed. Kelly was able to fix our problem. Kelly was very friendly & personable. Thanks so very much. Rapid Action are my new plumbers!

I had a positive experience for the second time with Rocket.  This last time was for a leaking water heater, which unfortunately needed to be replaced (very costly).  However, Sam came out and did a very professional job.  Would recommend Rocket based on my experience.

My 50 gal. gas Hot water heater stopped making hot water for my home, so i jumped on Yelp for hot water heater replacement and noticed  a large amount of raving 5 star reviews and called Z & H (Zorro is the owner).  Now i wasn't absolutely sure if I needed a new hot water heater. There were no signs of leaks or damage and it was a quality brand water heater with only 9 years of light usage. I asked Zorro if it was possible that a part was worn out and just needed replacement. He said to send some photos and he would check it out. We set up an appt. He came out 48 hours later (couldn't come out the next day was too busy I guess) and found it to be a defective thermo coupler. He actually had the part on his truck and repaired it in less than an hour. Now that's an honest man. Charged me a reasonable amount for the repair and also saved me over a $1000 on a whole new unit. It has been as very long time since I have been impressed with a tradesman that we have had to have come to the house and fix something.
I called Flood Brothers in mid afternoon after being told by a couple of other plumbers that they would call back shortly and did not.
Giovanni personally returned my call within about 25 minutes and after discussing what the issues may or may not be said that he or someone from Flood Brothers could be there first thing in the morning, when I said that I could not be there until after lunch he said fine Jerry will be there between 1:30 and 2:00. Just before 2 he showed up.
Prior to his getting there my wife found a coupon from them on their web site. After evaluating the situation and discussing the options Jerry proceeded to do a quote itemizing all issues and what was to be done. He then adjusted the estimate to reflect the special coupon pricing, frankly I was quite pleased and surprised at what the pricing was so much so that I began to step back and let him begin as if he quoted me an incorrect price and would find a way to change it.
Not only did that not happen, but he went above and beyond to make sure that things were done properly, professionally  and neatly.
He even checked they other waters systems that we have and did it at no additional charge.
I can report that the work done by Flood Brothers was excellent and they were polite, professional, on time and very reasonably priced.
I would have them back anytime there is a need and would recommend them highly to anyone who would ask.

Thomas got to the root of the problem right away and will defiantly hire this company fir future plumbing problem. They also wear proactive gear including mask and shoe covering. After attempting to install a handheld bidet on my bathroom, after approx 24 hours, I discovered a water leak through my garage ceiling directly below the bathroom. I discovered that I left the t-valve on the bidet open the whole night and day I was away. Called 911 Plumbing Services and they were able to squeeze me in for an appointment next day. Their technicians checked the bidet to make sure it was water-tight and to check for other possible leaks, and they assessed that it was fine. I asked them to remove the bidet anyway so we don't keep having leaks if ever we forget it again. We also asked them if they could refer us to water damage restoration companies, but they told us after checking the garage ceiling that it's unnecessary at this point since molds only grow after constant water exposure. Really appreciate their honest, unforced service and assessment. Thank you 911 Plumbing Services!

Frank fixed my clogged drain and charged a reasonable price. I also asked him for quotes for two other jobs - for one job he determined that there actually wasn't a problem, and for the other job he found a simpler fix than I expected. We would definitely hire American Drain Works again.
