I found this company from Yelp and they saved me after being in a tight spot due to my home remodeling schedule. Esteban and his crew came and helped with my kitchen sink plumbing when I needed it done ASAP. The following day I had a leak and they came out immediately. There responsive and honest which I felt very great full for. These guys work clean and are professional which I appreciate. Price was fair but I found it good value with the emergency I had. I would recommend!

I've had problems in the past and I've been ripped off by other , very popular and heavily advertised plumbers, in the past.  I called My Drain and Tony scheduled me for the same day.  He took a look, got to work immediately, and had it resolved very quickly.  He was very polite and asked appropriate questions to fully understand the situation. When he fixed the problem, he had me check his work, he kept things clean in my bathrooms, and outside at the cleanout.  He had me check each toilet, down the mainline path, three times to be certain everything was working properly, and then... he checked in the next day to be certain everything was still working properly (which it is).  That is amazing service and conscientiousness.  I hope I do not need them again, but guaranteed, if I do, I'm calling My Drain and asking for Tony.

Vince is one of those rare finds in a world of questionable service providers in this town.  I have been using Vince for nearly twenty years and he has always been reliable, honest, friendly and fair with his pricing.  It goes without saying that he knows his stuff.  From clearing plumbing back ups to installing fixtures, he has never failed to perform at the highest standards.  I know that I never need to worry about any plumbing problems as long as Vince is around.  The best!!!!

We had to fire our last contractor in the middle of a renovation for being dishonest and taking three months to do a simple home renovation. We were freaking out so I came on yelp and interviewed several handymen. Raul and Frank were AMAZINGGGG!!! Easy to contact, straight forward, GREAT PRICES and the best of all, they finished my ENTIRE house in 5 days!!!! The quality of the work Frank did was wonderful and he was sooo kind. The whole experience makes me want to renovate more in my house with this company.

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

I had a plumbing emergency today (a Saturday), and Bryan saved the day. He responded to my request for a quote in under 10 minutes and showed up around 30 minutes later the same day! He is very hard working and polite. Definitely will keep doing business with him! He gives a lot of information and an estimate first, and has great and reasonable pricing.

Miguel mary Daniel Carmelo and all the workers at this business are exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. I use them for all my plumbing needs. They continue to amaze me with there beginning to end no matter what, can do attitude. I will continue to be loyal to this business because they are loyal to their customers. I appreciate and am always thankful for the team at True Rooter & Plumbing......

I've use flash plumbing on two occasions. The first was to redo the piping under my house, which they did overnight very quickly and quietly. The second was to install a new water heater, which they did in the pouring rain. They are very quick to respond and very quick to fix the issues. For my issues they were able to get the parts and complete the job within 24 hours of me calling them. They are definitely great for emergencies since they are a 24 he service. I can't recommend them enough.

A rarity in the plumbing world. He is honest and fair. He does not sell you on work you don't need, even if you think you do. He will also let you know if what you need is another kind of contractor rather than a plumber. I will always check with him on a job before seeking out others.

Gary was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. We had an emergency at our house where a construction worker accidentally ran his forklift into our tankless water heater damaging it beyond repair. Gary reviewed our pictures of the damage and gave a quick quote. I agreed to the quote and Gary immediately drove to pick up the new heater a few towns over. At 8am the very next day, he showed up and installed it in less than two hours! So we could finally shower and do dishes again!  I appreciate his efforts and his high quality work. A real pleasure given the circumstances. As a bonus the new heater was better than the original and the install was much more professional. I will use him for my future plumbing needs.

When you have an older house with plumbing issues you get concerned about cost and repairs.  
I reviewed different plumbing companies through Yelp and made a couple calls to find the person who listened to my problem and offered direct answers.......and this is what I got from Doug at Clearwater Plumbing.    
After sending him a picture of my shower he told me the labor + parts cost for the repair......so we made the appointment.
He not only showed in the time slot he gave us but the cost was right on the mark.
If you're looking for a plumber.....stop here and call Doug.

I received a bid to replace the gas line at my residence and it was 4 times higher than the next higher bid. This price gouging is in acceptable and gives the plumbing industry a bad name. Companies like yours exploit people in need and you should be ashamed of yourself.

These guys r amazing! The lady on the phone was able to not only get me a same day appt, but with in 2 hours of calling, a plumber had arrived. He was fast, friendly, super knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained all our options, pros and cons, costs, warranty EVERYTHING. If anything should happen again I'm only calling them from now on. Above and beyond excellent service and so affordable too

Great work again. New house with gas leaks! Cappello quickly found the leaks and  got the job done right, on time and a very fare price. Don't ever think about another plumber.

Josh came out the same day I called him with an impressive set of equipment. He narrowed the leak down to a specific location, opened the wall and there it was. I was then able to call a plumber. He cleaned up and was very professional. I definitely recommend him

They take care of sheet!

I contracted with them to pump my septic tank before I purchased my home.  I needed someone to do an inspection of the tank and unfortunately, it required the entire tank to be pumped.  Because they only pumped and did not inspect, I needed to hire another company to do the actual inspection.  All in all, I'm pretty happy with them.  They were responsive and arrived on time.  Because I was in another state, they had to let themselves in but they were self-sufficient and took care of everything.  Not the cheapest service but reliable.

I'm glad that I found them and will probably be using their services again if sheet hits the fan.

disappointed with the outcome of this company!
requested specific service and was told between a certain time. The technician arrived late to tell me he wouldn't be able to do the job that he had other calls to attend to. His service was just a free estimate that he could come the next day to complete. overall was never given a estimate nor a call to schedule and COMPLETE the service. my sink is still leaking... thanks for nothing Stephen's Plumbing. For anyone, don't bother wasting your time!!
