This recommendation is a little overdue. When a professional does quality work at a fair price, that is expected. Humberto demonstrated he is a man of character, he's humble, honest and does not slander other trades' work nor did he take advantage of a situation.
I was replacing a hose faucet and the pipe broke in the wall. Instead of blaming the quality of the prior plumber's work and material, he explained why it failed and what needed to be done in order to make it right. He ended up having to remove the floor inside the house and jackhammer the foundation in order to connect to a solid pipe. Within a couple hours, the job was done.
While he was working, my wife called a few other plumbers to get an idea of what the bill would look like. To our total surprise, the lowest estimate we got over the phone was $600 more than Humberto. People out there know you are desperate to get something fixed and will take advantage of the situation...it is expected; but not this man.

Very prompt service, quick and reasonable estimate, and the plumber explained everything well, in a manner easy to understand. Very happy with these guys!

The guy doesn't call back. Comes out and forgets to follow up with you. I think he is either too busy and figures that people will forget or just doesn't care.

He promised to call back but never did. I chased him for a few days and still never returned the phone call.

Would never choose to do business with him ever again.

Raul and his associate Jesus did a great job repairing a front entryway staircase at my house. The property is located on a steep hillside adding complexity to the job that Raul and Jesus were able to navigate without issue. They replaced water damaged wood as well as shoddy repair work by past contractors (before I acquired the property). Throughout the process Raul kept me updated on progress, timelines, and any unforeseen cost issues. When complications arose, he brought in additional workers to meet his original deadline. He and his team are professional and offered a competitive rate for the work. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again!

Several generations of our family have done business with Yama Senior and Junior for over 30 years.  They are professional - punctual, clean uniform, knowledgeable, efficient, no up selling, patient, explain options and fair pricing.

They have replaced toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, repaired leaks from refrigerator, sinks, faucets as well as piping work.

I highly recommend Yama for good work ethic and excellent workmanship.

To make a story short, our bathroom was backing up and toilets were not flushing on a Sunday night. Brian came to the rescue and cleared up the problem. Price was reasonable considering it was emergency.

Our toilet wasn't flushing and I thought that it had to be moved out completely. We called this company and Miguel came out. He knew exactly what the problem was and went straight to work on the line. The whole job took about an hour to complete and it cost less than what I thought it would. I submitted an request here for quotes and of the 5 people that responded he was only one of 2 that gave me quotes here the others made it more difficult and lost my business. We discovered a sudden leak under our sink and called All City Plumbing to come fix it. They were able to schedule us on the same day. Our technician was Lary Lewis and he was knowledgeable and quick to troubleshoot the issue. He answered all our questions, presented our options and was able to fix the leak quickly. Mr Rooter Plumbing was fantastic. We called when the gas company shut off our gas due to a leak. We called Mr. Rooter to come take a look and repair the lines and they were able to come out within 2 hours. Out technician was Brian Lutche and he was fantastic. He was super helpful and explained everything very clearly. The work was very thorough, but also done quickly and efficiently. We will definitely be calling again for anything we need.

After putting up a block wall, my meter had to be turned to face the street so the gas meter guy can read it.  I don't know what the gas company guy did, but my tankless water heater started making this foghorn noise whenever we turn on the hot water immediately after he left.  My tankless water heater is 5 years old and in the whole time it's been installed, it had never made that noise before.

I called Jordan up to see if he could assist me or give me any advice on what I could do.  Jordan came to my house, assessed the situation, and reassured me that the problem can be remediate.  He told me that I had a leaked exhaust and the recycling of the carbon dioxide is causing the burners to make noise.  I was extremely skeptical about his solution plan to replace the exhaust pipe, because I've had this tankless water heater for over 5 years and it never made that noise before until the gas meter was turned.

He scheduled me the next day to come out and replace the exhaust pipe that was dilapidated and upon complete the noise went away!  The tankless heater is working like new and a lot quieter than it had ever been before.

Once again, you've saved my posterior and more importantly the boatload of cash it would have cost me to replace the unit.

Rapid has been helping our Homeowners Association try to nail down the source of our irrigation leak.  The service has been fantastic.  The response time was quick and their rep was on the job within 24 hours.  He nailed down the general location and the plumbers came close (the leak is under concrete walkways and steps).  Rapid's Rep (Josh) came down again right away to double check and he pinpointed it better for the plumbers.  You don't want to have to cut out too much concrete! Pricing was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Rapid.

When I needed the septic in my business emptied, I called around and found out 1, there's a wide range of prices (mostly way too high) for the same work, and 2, most in this industry seem to not understand that they are in a service business, and thus need to be friendly and responsive.
When I called All In, the owner answered and gave me a quick quote (good price!) and offered to come the next day (Saturday) without charging extra.  It was actually easier for me to push it a couple of days, so we worked out a 2-hour window.  Cameron arrived within that window, and he was friendly and informative.  He let me know I have a lot of sediment in my septic (apparently mostly from a cement floor finisher I used 6 months ago who dumped the cement residue in there), which is unusual and not a good thing.  I called the owner, who did some research on the project and called me back with a quote for fixing that if/when I decide to.  When I asked whether I could postpone that work, he was zero % pushy, said it was all up to me.  So I'll be calling them in a few months when my budget can support that followup work.
I've had to do work with several plumbing/septic companies in the past year, and this was by far the best service I got.

Our Water Heater Tank had been leaking for a couple days.   I called Andy at Eco Plumbing on Saturday.  He ordered the most reliable Water Heater available first thing Monday morning, and by early afternoon it was up and running.   Professional and Prompt service!  Highly recommended!

These guys have been great. Was given the run around by several HVAC companies. One of which just shrugged his shoulders and walked off. Finally, Stephens identified the problem and we were good to go. Today we had some duct work repaired. They were in and out in 30min. Thanks!
