I called in the morning and they said the may be available in the afternoon and that they would call me back when they were.  In the late afternoon I did get a call back to say they could be there in about an hour if I still needed their help.  I found someone to come sooner and they had resolved my issue, but I commend Humberto for calling me back and giving me an ETA if I still needed their help.  Great customer service.  They are on my shortlist for future needs.

I had a small problem a leaky toilet and the food sink disposal got stuck Tony fixed those 2 in a matter of minutes, that was impressive but  what  impressed me the most, was the information he provided me, I was not aware about the amount of water pressure coming into the house, after the main tubing was replaced with a brand new valve, well is like day and night, water flows as it should and no more wasting of water  I know I will be saving hundreds if not thousands do to his vast knowledge. I only spoke with Vince over the phone but he left such a good impression and was so helpful that I felt he should get another 5 star review added onto his impeccable and fully deserved Yelp profile. I had a problem with my water heater that was fixed while I was on the phone with him, so I didn't need to have him look at it, but he was so courteous and professional that if I ever have problems with anything that is under his specialty, I'll be sure to call for his help.

Jesus did a great job! Fixed several things around the house, hung a new light fixture, shelves, etc. He showed up on-time and kept me updated on his work. He went to the hardware store for me to fix our sink the same day. The LED light fixture started flickering the next morning due to the light switch (didn't happen the first day), and Jesus promptly showed up to change out the switch. Everything works great now!

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

Bryan is great. He picked up the phone late on a Sunday night and made it over within an hour. Very reasonably priced and easy to deal with. He was very respectful and did good work.

Miguel & Jose @ True Rooter was phenomenal to say the least! Yesterday, I called him up based on his YELP reviews; Miguel was polite and professional, I told him I needed service ASAP. I asked him when can he come to fix our plumbing - right away - he said I can come Friday @ 10am. THAT's FAST SERVICE! I was impressed. Miguel can to my home at 9:00am, he called me to let me know he was on his way at 8:30am, he was prompt when he arrived. He respected my property!

He provided Hydro-Jetting service and camera service for a very competitive and reasonable price. Roughly about 1/3 less than his competitors...

He SAID WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO, and DO WHAT HE SAID! Very informative and clear in his explanations.

Daniel has done a variety of plumbing projects in our home, such as, fixed storm drains, leaks, replaced broken water heater, bathroom faucets and under sink pipes and secured pipes under the house   to reduce noise.  We have been very pleased with his responsibility, professionalism, attention to detail, friendly disposition and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend him to others.

These are professionals! Gary gave me a quote to replace my water heater and showed up the next morning! They showed up early and prepared. No standing around scratching heads; they went right to work. They cleaned up behind themselves and even cleaned up leaves that were trapped behind the old unit. The silver lining behind my water heater breaking down in the beginning of cold season is now I've found my new plumber! Gary is my go-to guy. He's down to earth and easy to talk to - oh, and he listens! Shout out to Gary's dad (who got his hands dirty on my job) as well as the entire team! I highly recommend Best Way plumbing!

The response was within minutes once I inquired online. I was able to have a technician show up within a half hour and they unclogged my drain within a few minutes. Great service! As a women it's hard to find a company you can trust. Jason C. & Matt R. really came through and helped me out. Above and beyond is an understatement as to how much they helped me out. I needed a lot of work done on my pipes and Jason walked me through all my options and the price was very reasonable. Again as a woman I felt very safe with them in my house. My shower started backing up and I had almost 4 other plumbers fix the problem. Finally I called Mr Rooter and they sent out Brian, who was extremely professional. He even put on boot covers to come in to my home. He snaked my drain with a heavy duty snake, then he even put a camera down my drain to identify what was a larger issue that I never would have found with out his diagnosis. Needles to say I'll be calling them back and asking for Brian.

Like the other reviewer I've used this company twice.  Once was for a gas leak outside and once for clogged main drain.  The first time they came out promptly and was able to fix the issue.  The second time they came out the next day for the drain issue and was able to snake the pipe all the way to the mainline.  He fixed two toilets for the price of one too.  I was able to talk to Jordan both times and he's always very polite and helpful.  The helpers who came out also took their shoes off when they came inside which is a huge plus for me.  They tried their best not to make a mess.  If I have another issue I would probably call them first again.

We had a maddening leak characterized by water continuously leaking into the gutter from the drain, and the meter moving even when everything in the house was off.  We had our plumber, our landscape guy and our pool guy inspect and search and they could not identify the leak.  Josh came out and in his initial inspection, we thought he identified the leak, as being associated with the pool fill apparatus.  We turned off the pool fill and the meter stopped moving, so we thought we were done.  After he left, we noticed that the effluent was still emitting from the drain pipe, albeit a little more slowly.  And the meter was still moving, only very slowly.  About one digit every minute or so.  So Josh came back out and pressure tested the input with toilets off, sinks off, appliances off, still couldn't find the leak.  Then he inspected the property for moisture and couldn't find anything.  Then the last step was to bypass the water treatment system.  We hadn't done that before, because the water treatment system was tight and dry.  But as it turned out, the system had corroded (20 years old) and was leaking into the drainage overflow for the system.  We bypassed the system and the problem was solved.  He went above and beyond and didn't charge extra for the multiple visits.  Has all the tools and does diligent work.  Nice fellow to boot.  Highly recommended.

Good reviews write themselves. This is one of those. Recommended by a neighbor, I called Andy because of water coming up through a trap in my garage which is under my house. He said he could come by on his way home from another job. Andy's day could have ended at 5, but he worked late and got to my home at 5:30 PM.  He knew exactly what the problem was and he immediately went to work on it.  He snaked the blocked pipe using 50 feet of coil.  It went under the floor the entire length of the garage, to the sewer line connected at the driveway. Within 30 minutes, he was done, problem fixed. And his charge was so fair and reasonable, I added more to it since he came out the same day and after hours. Andy is very knowledgeable and very comfortable to talk with.  I am extremely pleased and highly recommend him.  He will be the one I call from now on if I have any plumbing issues.

Victor came to my son's home on 10-12-19 because the water heater was making gurgling sounds.  It turned out to be a running toilet in the same room.  Victor replaced the toilet handle only and charged $196.00 for labor and 18.99 for the handle.   He said he would have to go to Home Depot for a toilet handle and was gone 50 minutes.  The actual work only took 30 minutes.  Stephens charges you for their trips to Home Depot when they should carry parts in their trucks.  I called their office with my concern, but no one ever called me back.  Beware.  I am looking for a new plumber.        Lupe Grajeda, San Pedro, Ca.
