There's nothing more fearsome for a homeowner, like me, to think you will be taken advantage of by sky high prices and jabbers; especially in a time of extreme need. I hadn't used Beeto's services before and had called a few other plumbers but his prompt answers and willingness to answer questions encouraged me to count on him.
I have to say that he provided excellent customer service!!!!!! Beeto was punctual and came to see my problem immediately.  He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and explained how he was going to resolve the problem and other questions I had. He really took the time to ease my worry.  In all he did an excellent job!!!!!!!!! Thank you Beeto for your help! I was able to sleep comfortably and without more worry.

Like most people I hate having to deal with any home repair vendor. It always seems like a small issue turns into a much larger repair than expected. After reading the reviews on My Drain Co. I decided to give them a try. First, even though it was before they opened I decided to call and leave a message. My call was returned within 10 minutes by Tony the owner. He gave me a window the same day that he could come by. He called to let me know he was on his way towards the early part of his window estimate. He immediately makes you feel comfortable with him upon arrival. He assessed the problem quickly, he fixed the issue promptly. Fortunately it was an easy fix but he could of made it more complicated and more costly and I wouldn't have known the difference. I would recommend Tony and his company to everyone I know. I would give him 6 stars if possible.

We needed brick repairs on the facade of our house and on a low wall next to our driveway. Raul and Jesse were very prompt and professional in scoping out the work. I was impressed that Raul provided a written estimate. The repair looks better than I expected -- it's hard to tell that anything was ever broken. We'd definitely work with them again.

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

Called Bryan in a Sunday evening and we was at our house within an hour. He was able to fix our issue quickly and at a reasonable price for emergency weekend services. Bryan was clean and friendly and explained the issue and how he planned on fixing it. We will definitely call him again for any future plumbing problems.

Miguel from True Rooter is a godsend.  He's an honest plumber.  My garbage disposal was not working but instead of quoting me $400+ dollars to replace (like all other plumbers in the area), he worked with me on the phone to reset the disposal at no cost!

I hope you have as much luck as I did... but if you don't, please realize that Miguel will only quote you for the work that absolutely needs to happen.  It's always a relief to find an honest contractor that you know you can trust with your business.

Our process starting with a clogged main line that happened at 9pm. After waiting an hour for our regular plumber to respond I gave Flash Plumbing a try. Daniel showed up in 30 mins and cleared the clog.  

We discovered the problem was bigger than the initial clog. The main line needed replacement. It's a long story which I won't tell, but short version -Daniel showed us clearly what the problem was with a camera, and explained the process to us & they did the work promptly. Daniel was there over-seeing the work the whole time.

They did an excellent job. See the pictures of trenchless sewer replacement.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had two bathroom faucets that needed replacement.   Extreme Plumbing responded  on Yelp quickly and showed up on time. They were professional and considerate with our home cleaned up after the job was completed. Very satisfied with this company and would recommend.

Kevin was timely and responsive. He wasn't able to fix our specific issue but he did the right thing. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Don't hesitate to give him a chance. He stands by his work.

What great service!  I had a dishwasher problem and I only called to see if they fix appliances.  Even they don't, Gary said he would come over to see if it's a hard wire/electrical problem at no charge. It ended up that I had a leak from the counter top dripping onto the plug that's why the gfi popped. Gary caulked the seam, cleaned it all up, and charged me a very minimal price for the visit.   Wow!  Very nice helpful people!  So much appreciation!!!

Great work by Doug! I tried everything but I couldn't figure out why my tank was leaking. Well, Doug figured out that there was a part which could not seal. I had to get a new toilet but Doug procured one from his supplier and replaced it in short order. Thanks again, Doug. You're my plumbing guy!

All City Plumbers send Matthew Robbeloth, field supervisor, to my residence to deal with a difficult toilet installation. He was highly recommended by Joseph Rand.
The previous owners of the house improperly installed the toilet next to the guest room. Instead of removing the toilet, they tiled around the toilet.
To my surprise one of the bolts securing the toilet to the foundation was broken and the other was rusted and had to be sawed off. In other words, the toilet was only attached by the cement glue!
Matt was so knowledgeable and reassuring I knew I was in great hands. He explained what he was going to do and found a toilet to cover the gaps made by the other toilet.

So we had a plumbing emergency on Super Bowl Sunday. Impossible, I know!  But we received a call back very promptly, saying they would be in touch in about an hour.  Assured us they would be out tonight for a hefty price, to which we agreed. Didn't hear back in a few hours. Called back, to hear that the worker ran out of gas, didn't have a gas card, and couldn't come out. We are screwed. No water for our family of five. Thank you Mr. Rooter. For nothing.

Jordan and his team are the most responsive, professional, and  trustworthy plumbers in the business. Both times that I've called them for a leak, they have responded and fixed the issue expeditiously. I can always trust their expertise and pricing.

My water bill came in the mail and noticed I have a water bill  4 times higher than my previous 2 months. I walked the house and yard, I didn't notice any water anywhere so I called a plumber, he checked all around too and he said it's possibly a slab leak  and told me to call a leak detector so he didn't have to break open different areas to try and find leak. I didn't know that there was such thing as a leak detector. Anyway, I looked on Yelp and found a few companies and this guy was available the next morning.

Josh came out the next morning took out some inspection camera thing and scanned the floors and found a hot area in the kitchen under refrigerator. Once he figured out the area he tracked the pipes under the bathroom floor and then started listening to that area and brought out some tape and marked the spot. I didn't understand how he came for an hour used his equipment, marked the spot where the leak is. The next day plumber came and broke the floor where he marked and there was a pinhole in that exact spot. Amazing work . Blew me away. I couldn't. Highly recommend!!

I had a great experience working with the customer service reps, thank you Gloria and Katie, however the actual service was not completed fully. I had paid for a full septic cleaning service for up to 2500 gallons, which costs $625. After the tech left, I receive a call the following day that the tank was fully emptied, nothing was mentioned about leftover solid matter, at which time I paid the agreed upon amount. However, 2 days after the completion of their service, I had my tank inspected and was notified that there was still solid waste material left. When I reached out to request that they come back and complete the service,  I was offered a discounted services fee. Now why would I pay again for a service that was not fully completed in the first place? I will be filling a complaint with BBB and pursuing this matter further, until the full service that I was promised is completed.

Two stars because they are at least presentable looking and courteous  when speaking to them.

These guys have been contracted by the Miraleste Canyon Estates HOA for several projects including working on a water main. Which they have had to do OVER and OVER and OVER again. I understand that working on a water main requires you to cut off water to those it supplies, but when you are having to do it four or five days every month for the last several months, clearly you are doing a project you do not have the man power for. Every time they work on it and give an estimated time for the water to be turned back on it is at least and hour or more before the water is turned back on. Other times it is turned off without notification at all.
