I sent a request for quote at 1:29pm and Raul responded at 1:32pm. He asked a couple of questions in order to give me a very reasonable price to complete a small job of hanging a heavy mirror in my newly renovated bathroom. He was over to my house within a couple of hours and did a beautiful and fast job. He was everything we were looking for. We will definitely be keeping him on speed dial for future jobs! The 200+ good ratings are all true!

Yama is the bomb!  Good guy.  Does the job right every time and is very reasonable with his rates.  I've been calling him for years now and am always pleased with his work.  He's very courteous and he smells good too.

If I could give Bryan 10 stars I would. I had a slow pin hole water leak that I procrastinated on dealing with for a while because initially I thought it was a caulking issue from a shower upstairs and then we had guests visting and used the bedroom. As a first time home owner I was prepared for a very expensive and trying experience. I submitted a quote request on Yelp. Bryan called me right back. While other companies couldn't see me for 1-2 days, Bryan came over the same day ~8pm at night and we were not his last job that day!

He cut into the ceiling and diagnosed we did have a leak but it's source was the fire sprinker system leak that also corroded the regular copper pipes but unfortunately it requires a special licenses to fix the fire sprinkler pipe. He took his time to explain the issue and show me the problem with a flash light.  He charged me a very reasonable price for coming over and diagnosing the issue and did not charge extra for the late same day visit.

One thing that is different about Bryan is he quotes for the job not by the hour and his rates are great. Once the fire sprinker leak was repaired he came back the next day, quoted me a very fair price to repair two corroded copper pipes and replace a Moen hot / cold water valve. It ended up taking a lot longer to complete than expected because the water took a long time to drain from the pipes. Bryan did not try to charge me more.

He's a very professional, hard working, has a great attitude, and does good work for a great price. You can't ask for anything more! I highly recommend Bryan and will be recommending him to my neighbors and friends, and will be using him for any future plumbing needs.

Absolutely best plumbers I've found.  Miguel is a true professional and his service is what any business should be:  fast, friendly, fairly priced. Our main sewer line started backing up on a Friday night. We found True Rooter and Plumbing on Yelp. I called at 8pm and Miguel himself immediately answered. They already had two calls ahead of us and we're not going to get done until very late at night so we arranged for him to come at 7am the next day for a free evaluation.  He came right on time and I could tell immediately that he was a professional.  He diagnosed the problem within a minute, explained everything clearly and efficiently, and then immediately got to work on it.  He was done in 30 minutes.  He explained exactly what he thought the original cause of the problem was, the chances of it happening again, and how to deal with it.  The price was incredibly reasonable and even gave us a written guarantee on his work. (Free estimates and guarantees his work - amazing.) We will absolutely use Miguel and his company whenever we need service again.

Sent a project out through yelp and this company was very fast to respond.  I talked to the owner and he said he would be able to come out the next day to help me with my issue (pipe leak to outside hose valve).  Unfortunately that was not the only issue when they opened up the wall but they were fast to fix the issue and let me know all the options available to me.  Would definitely recommend this plumber don't let the lack of reviews persuade you.

Called in after 7pm and Abe came in on time. Did a great job! Would recommend them to anyone.

Kevin Shim has been very responsive and has great communication skills. He is also a very kind and a great professional. The shower water flow rate was very slow, but it wasn't the shower head. Kevin was able to diagnose the fix the issue within the single faucet handle valve. I appreciate the fair estimate and the quality of work. When you have an older house with plumbing issues you get concerned about cost and repairs.  
I reviewed different plumbing companies through Yelp and made a couple calls to find the person who listened to my problem and offered direct answers.......and this is what I got from Doug at Clearwater Plumbing.    
After sending him a picture of my shower he told me the labor + parts cost for the repair......so we made the appointment.
He not only showed in the time slot he gave us but the cost was right on the mark.

Edward, our service tech deserves more than 5 stars, maybe 100! His work, which took several days, because he had to decalcify and replace a piece of pipe in our drain line. I asked for an estimate to  address issues we had with 2 bathroom sinks and 1 shower. He gave me information on the spot. He spent the next few days fixing ALL of our plumbing needs. He cleaned up every space he worked in. He arrived on time, someday even earlier, always with a text before arriving. Did I mention the company also has financing to cover the cost. Many loan options to suit your needs.  Now we know what company to call for outstanding, professional workmanship, above reproach for all of our plumbing needs. You should call them too, for your next plumbing  needs.

I feel pretty great about the service we received. I never really like having to pay for repairs, but when your kitchen sink and garbage disposal is backed up and not working...you've got to fix the problem.

Mr Rooter came out, gave us a quote, and fixed the problem. We were thrilled to have it taken care of and would definitely recommend Mr Rooter to anyone.

It was New Year's Eve morning when I woke up to water in my garage. My water heater tank was rusted out. I scrambled to get a plumber to come out. After three that said Monday only, I talked to my neighbor that had some plumbing work done. He recommended Cappello plumbing. He said they did great work. I did get one quote, he expected me to take the price and he was doing the work. It was outrageous. Then Jordan Cappello came to give me options. He would put in the same tank for $700 less or a tankless water heater for the same price. We were impressed with the info he gave us on the tankless and we made the right choice. Jordan and his employee had it done in 3 hours and it's GREAT! Clean looking and hot water to the shower and faucets in seconds! I gave rapid quality leak detection a call  due to a concern I had had about my high water bill and I had suspicion of a  leak . they showed up within an hour. Josh was very informative and got to work as soon as he got there with his great equipment and experience in 30 minutes he was able to locate the exact point of a slab  leak and referred me to a great plumber who took care of it . Rapid quality leak detection was also able to locate a second  leak I had within my wall. Overall this was a great experience would recommend them to anyone who's having the same problem I did !

I was visiting my mom and due to Covid-19, I stayed in my trailer outside her house. I was looking for a place to dump the tank when I found that All In offers on-site service. I was so happy that I didn't have to move the trailer. Their service was super fast and clean.

You should know before calling if your black tank is metal or plastic. For plastic tanks, they empty into a bucket so that the suction from the vacuum doesn't damage the tank. I did not know this and was surprised when the technician did it. I'm glad they took the precautions but wasn't aware they would do that ahead of time. So don't be shocked like I was.

Talk about beyond expectation. Andrew is one of those service people that you wish for but think does not exist-capable, reliable, trustworthy and totally stands behind his work. Cloning him would be a fine idea.

Galan is the man! Someone get this man a raise! We will be new to the South Bay and based on our great experience with Galan and team for our house inspection we will likely have Stephens Plumbing be our plumbers. They're so responsive from the first phone call, so organized and really, really knowledgeable.
