They responded to the request within ten minutes. They were professional, respectful and patient while answering my questions. They arrived punctually with masks on. They were considerate or giving adequate notice when water had to be turned off and turning off lights when they weren't in the room. They worked consistently and efficiently, protected the work areas, explained what had been done and when completed left the job site clean and orderly. Will gladly recommend them and use them in the future.

This company is fantastic. We had a very serious problem- our sewer line busted. Tony got his crew out here on a Sunday and by the afternoon the new sewer line was in. The company is very dependable, very responsive and their work is second to none. Highest recommendation!

Frustration.  I don't have time for professionals when I take time out of my schedule and get responses that show the person isn't going to try.  Was referred by a coworker to Vince.  Made an appointment a week beforehand because he was very booked.  8:30am the day of I get the call that there is no parking and his truck won't fit in the underground parking (which I don't believe... I've seen a ton of trucks parked underneath).  Even after I asked for him to park a block or so away, he said no because he needed his equipment to do a simple estimate.  All I needed was for him to come and look at the problem and give me a quote.  Didn't need equipment to be brought in.  Wasted my time and sorry I just don't have patience for people like this.

After looking around on several sites, I was happy to find Raul The affordable and Licensed handyman.

I had a kitchen ceiling that needed repair.

He sent Jaime for the job and I have to say that the quality of work was impressive and a super job on the clean up afterwards.

Communication, professionalism and fast service was headache free.

Several generations of our family have done business with Yama Senior and Junior for over 30 years.  They are professional - punctual, clean uniform, knowledgeable, efficient, no up selling, patient, explain options and fair pricing.

They have replaced toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, repaired leaks from refrigerator, sinks, faucets as well as piping work.

HOA's and private clients beware.
just moved in to my new condo in Tarzana, when the HOA contacted me about hot water problem in my building, I wasn't living there so I needed to leave my job and spend my next 3 hours with their plumber, when the plumber left I asked him If Ican go and get said yes.
2 days later (Friday) I get an angry email from my HOA saying the plumber said I didn't let him finish the job, and that they will need to come back Saturday for emergency repair.
They charged me $1600 to replace two faucets (!!!) and I was forced by the HOA because the plumber claimed it has to be done to restore hot water to the building.
These are dishonest people in my opinion, I wish my HOA will replace them, they've been creating non stop problems in the complex.

Owner reach out to me in a private message and made fun of my spelling.
Also called me a disgrace of a home owner said my unit has been neglected, not sure other than making fun of me what was the point of the DM.

Messaged 7 minutes before cutoff on a Saturday with my phone number & Gary called me right away with of helpful analysis to figure out how emergency the leak was. Careful and conscientious about the work and the communication. Patiently presents alternatives. Realistic estimates.  
For second project, brought me a choice of fixtures with different features to let me choose, a service I'd only gotten for a complete remodel. more work for him because he had to return one ! and both choices were great, just different features.
What a joy to find a plumber who is so experienced but still clearly jazzed(in a mellow way) to be using his skills & problem-solving.

My mom needed a bidet installed on her toilet. I attempted it on my own only to get leaks everywhere! I fought with it for an hour and finally came to my senses that I need a professional. After I contacted Clearwater, I received a timely response and clear communication as to when Doug could arrive to assist with my major dilemma! He arrived within the estimated time and was extraordinarily honest. It was recommended that he uninstall the bidet because the plastic hardware is not good enough quality and I will continue to have problems. I was shocked at his honesty and fair pricing. Our floor was soaking wet from our washer this morning. Called an appliance technician and he told me sewage line is clogged. Didn't know anyone so searched yelp for the first time.
I contacted All City Plumbing because of their impressive feedback. I sent the message and got response within 10 min. FEDERICO came to our house within few hours. He fixed the problem and kept me fully informed along the way. He was great to work with, true professional and gave me advise and suggestions that I helped me alot. He was knowledgeable and courteous.

I had a sink drain clogged on a Sunday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. a couple of weeks ago. Not only were the kitchen sinks clogged, but water started coming out on the bar sink on the other side of my kitchen. I called the smell good plumbers first and they couldn't send anybody. I called Mr. Rooter and I had a plumber by 6:00 p.m. It took him about an hour and half but got the job done and thoroughly explained to us what the cause of the problem was. Plumbing problems are absolutely the worst and to happen on a Sunday afternoon, but this company came through for me, made it as less painful as possible. The fee was steep (about $300.00) but I could have gotten flooded and it would have cost a lot more. The value was there: prompt, professional, reliable, AND he smelled really good!

I just got done with a really nice experience with a plumber. Funny huh? Well Jordon came early was clean and professional. He sized up the job and got right to getting it done in a timely manner. I was extremely happy with his work. He was pleasant and a nice man to work with. The job he did was well done and quickly done. For a house that was built in the fifties that did throw a couple of twists? He handled it great. I will keep them in my bookmarks and call them again when I need a repair.

We had a maddening leak characterized by water continuously leaking into the gutter from the drain, and the meter moving even when everything in the house was off.  We had our plumber, our landscape guy and our pool guy inspect and search and they could not identify the leak.  Josh came out and in his initial inspection, we thought he identified the leak, as being associated with the pool fill apparatus.  We turned off the pool fill and the meter stopped moving, so we thought we were done.  After he left, we noticed that the effluent was still emitting from the drain pipe, albeit a little more slowly.  And the meter was still moving, only very slowly.  About one digit every minute or so.  So Josh came back out and pressure tested the input with toilets off, sinks off, appliances off, still couldn't find the leak.  Then he inspected the property for moisture and couldn't find anything.  Then the last step was to bypass the water treatment system.  We hadn't done that before, because the water treatment system was tight and dry.  But as it turned out, the system had corroded (20 years old) and was leaking into the drainage overflow for the system.  We bypassed the system and the problem was solved.  He went above and beyond and didn't charge extra for the multiple visits.  Has all the tools and does diligent work.  Nice fellow to boot.  Highly recommended.

We called on a Saturday desperate for a pump-out during our Stay in orders.
My septic was backing up and we called a ton of other companies.
Jose Sanchez came out and did a great job.
I would not say they are the least expensive out there, but they were responsive and very thourough.

Andrew is wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable and professional. And it shows in his work. He has helped us renovate a bathroom and recently installed a tankless water heater for us. He truly is the best, and his work shows it! I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Poncho came out to inspect, clean, and service my furnace.  He was on time and completed the work in a timely manor. He cleaned the air filter and also made a few suggestions regarding Carbon Monoxide sensors.  The price was reasonable as well.
