Contacted on 1/29/2020, although we didn't use the service for scheduling reasons. The message I sent was responded to fairly quick. Very friendly. When informed that we were actually looking for someone for the same day, he did provide another name but my husband actually scheduled with another company at that point. Again very nice and quick to respond. Thank you for your assistance.

I called My Drain Company to take care of a clog in my bathroom sink, and they had someone come out that afternoon.  Their technician, Steven, told me it was free of change since it was an easy fix and even showed me what he did so I could handle it myself in the future!  Fantastic service overall!

I can only add my voice to those already here singing Vince's praises. He's the real deal - on time, fair, nice guy, super organized, excellent plumber - the kind of person you're happy to have in your home. Not only is he an experienced plumber but he goes above and beyond standard service.

I've used him several times and on my most recent call he came TWICE to try and repair a leaky faucet - a faucet that was beyond repair due to age and a flaw in the manufacturer's design - and never charged for either visit. What a prince.

I needed an experienced handyman to repair damaged wood under the kitchen sink, along with changing up some improperly installed plumbing items associated with my dishwasher at my rental property.  Raul met with my tenant, provided a bid, and did the work promptly, professionally, while being highly protective with my tenant by wearing a face mask and gloves. He carefully inspected the damage, made the necessary repairs, and took care of the debris that was there.  He also treated the wood to ensure that no mildew would occur.  It is not always easy to find a dependable and capable handyman who looks at the entire problem and proceeds to solve the problem.  I will definitely use Raul again when I need his services.  In these challenging times, let's try to support our local contractors--especially those that use protective gear to protect their clients and themselves.

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

Excellent service!  Bryan was so nice, upfront and I felt HONEST!!  Had a toilet back up and on a holiday day too boot!  His response callback time was within 10 minutes and he was at my house within an hour.  I've had this same issue before and that plumber gave me some BS story and way over-charged me.  Bryan didn't do that and used the small clean out (outside) first and if that didn't take care of the issue, he would have to pull the toilet; which can be costly.  He ran 75ft to the main street line and all was good in working order.  

Hard to find honest plumbers that do clean work.  Give Bryan (Plumbing & Rooter 4 Less) a call, you won't be disappointed and your wallet will thank you.  His charge was so reasonable for holiday day.  Thank you Bryan!!!!

Great friendly service and very knowledgeable technicians. They helped me through an ugly plumbing situation in my new home with white glove service. Bernard is like the Ben Kenobi of both plumbing and related electrical issues, and knows his trade inside and out. Even better he's a gentle soul with real empathy. Miguel the owner is responsive and fair and even came to my home on a Saturday to personally help finish an important job. A+

EXTREMELY HAPPY with this company! 4 of my tenants informed me that the units had been backing up in both the toilets and the tubs. As soon as I called, Abe scheduled me in & while doing so threw in a few jokes about what happened which made me feel super comfortable because I'm always about keeping a positive attitude! Him and his crew arrived about an hour later which took me by surprise since it's Covid but they definitely show that their customers are a priority. They diagnosed the problem and gave me my options. Since we had 4 units with the same issue they took care of me with the pricing & the quality of work was impeccable. They took out all the leaked sewage and fixed the problem in no time & the tubs and toilets have never worked better. Thanks Extreme Plumbing for going above and beyond!

Kevin Shim has been very responsive and has great communication skills. He is also a very kind and a great professional. The shower water flow rate was very slow, but it wasn't the shower head. Kevin was able to diagnose the fix the issue within the single faucet handle valve. I appreciate the fair estimate and the quality of work. LITERALLY the BEST experience I have ever had! Gary and his coworker responded quickly, were here in a timely manner and fixed our sink on the spot. The pricing is more than fair and they were in and out in 10 minutes. Can't recommend them enough!

I just want to leave a good review about Shellback plumbing I called regards my sink being clogged and large leak on the ceiling of my garage . Irvin the Plummer thoroughly inspected my clogged sink and leak told me the problem!!  He unclogged probably stopped the leak because it's not leaking anymore.. referred me to a water restoration company and they would fix it through my home insurance !! And they came in  ASAP !! Thank you again

SAVED MY LIFE! I basically broke my toilet at the most inopportune time trying to install a bidet sprayer. I contacted All City and they showed up within an hour (well before they said they could get here!) and meticulously fixed my toilet and installed the sprayer. Crisis averted! Can't recommend them enough.

I live in a 62 year old tree lined community. I have roots cleared from my main line every year which has never cost more than $100. I called Mr Rooter while I was at work and my adult son was home to meet with the plumber. He charged $175   I would have never authorized that in fact I could have taken the day off myself.  I will never call Mr. Rooter again and I will advise my friends and aquaintances to do the same.

Plumbing problems always come at the worst times, right? Thursday evening we had our shower drain blocked up, also affecting our kitchen drain. We tried fixing it ourselves--plunger and home-use snake--but it didn't fix the clog. So 9:45 at night, I begin looking for a plumber to assist us. I was able to phone Capello Plumbing, and spoke with a real person--their answering service! I left a message with them with the details of our problem and asked that someone call or text me in the morning. Lo and behold, at 7:25 a.m., I receive a text from Jordan saying they could send someone soon. At 8 a.m., Tony was at the house. We reviewed the problem, and he gave me estimates on the possible scenarios--if the problem is fixed easily, if the problem requires a different approach, and if the problem requires special equipment. All well explained and affordable (compared to some research we did the night before). He started with the simple approach, and it worked! Tony was very professional and efficient. The service was clean, and it was quick! He unclogged the drain and everything was working nicely. He also took the time to do some further clean-out to ensure that the drain was free and clear. Tony was also friendly and personable. I would recommend Capello Plumbing--Jodan and Tony--very highly. They are accessible, communicative, professional, and reasonably-priced. You'll get that feeling of relief, like we all do, we we are stressed with plumbing problems, and someone magically takes care of it professionally, quickly, and reasonably priced. Josh is awesome he has great rates, friendly service, and I know I can believe his results.  He arrived right on time, helped me locate a leak in under 5 minutes and then followed up for a free consultation afterwards.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I would definitely call him again !  EP, West Los Angeles

I had a great experience working with the customer service reps, thank you Gloria and Katie, however the actual service was not completed fully. I had paid for a full septic cleaning service for up to 2500 gallons, which costs $625. After the tech left, I receive a call the following day that the tank was fully emptied, nothing was mentioned about leftover solid matter, at which time I paid the agreed upon amount. However, 2 days after the completion of their service, I had my tank inspected and was notified that there was still solid waste material left. When I reached out to request that they come back and complete the service,  I was offered a discounted services fee. Now why would I pay again for a service that was not fully completed in the first place? I will be filling a complaint with BBB and pursuing this matter further, until the full service that I was promised is completed.

We needed our water heater replaced as soon as possible. Eco plumbing team took care of everything. They did beautiful job, I can look at it all day. Eco plumbing were highly recommended by my friend. I recommend them to everyone.

Just moved in; of course toilets and showers start backflowing. Called a couple of places and got ridiculous quotes, talks of having to remove the toilet etc.

Stephens plumbing set me up with an appointment early in the morning. Luis came out and did a wonderful job. Was able to get the clog out without any major repairs, didn't upsell. He was courteous, efficient, and saved me a bunch of money. Highly recommend, and will be using in the future!
