Responded quickly, Tony (the owner) came to my home within a few hours of my contacting him. Start to finish 30 minutes to clean out a clogged shower and toilet drain.  Very nice guy, very fair price. I would definitely use him again.

Woke up today with no hot water, not a good situation with the current coronavirus lockdown and the need to wash my hands frequently... So at 8:30AM I figured it was time to consider replacing my 17 year old Kenmore water heater that I loved. Vince wasn't picking up so I called another company that I won't even dignify by posting their name. They came quickly and quoted me $4000 for a new basic water heater, including installation that accounted for all these new code requirements. They also said my water pressure was 140 psi, so I needed a new pressure regulator as well, for additional cost. REALLY?? The pressure regulator is only 2 years old! I thanked them and sent them on their way. Called Vince back, he picked up (turned out he was at a doctor's appointment, please stay healthy Vince!) He was at my house within 10 minutes (he lives a block from me, I always see his truck around). He and his highly-skilled assistant checked the thermocouple (which would have been a cheap fix, but the parts would have taken days if not weeks to arrive, since they are not universal). I asked what it would be to replace the whole unit, since I figured old Trusty Kenmore was on her last legs, and probably not very efficient anyway. Vince quoted me a price that was extremely fair (less than half of what the other company quoted). His bid also accounted for all the new code regulations. He called his supplier, drove to pick it up, was back within an hour and an hour later we had a new water heater! The installation was beautiful (ok I may be a nerd, but I appreciate a nice, clean, symmetrical, aesthetically pleasing installation). To summarize, within 3 hours of the problem occurring, we had a new water heater at a fair price! Oh, and the pressure regulator (which Vince installed a couple years ago) was absolutely fine, it was still set at 75psi, which is normal and safe, so the other company was trying to rip me off (I never would have done business with them anyway, after the $4000 quote). I am so glad Vince is in Burbank. He is honest, fair, reliable, quick and a great guy!

I needed a new exterior kitchen door and kitchen window blinds. They got all the supplies and chose the type door and blinds I wanted. Since my house is old, they had to replace molding around door and make doorway a bit higher. They did a beautiful job and door fits just right. I'm very happy with door and blinds. When finished, they cleaned inside and outside. If I ever need more work on the house, I will definitely call again. I highly recommend.

Yama the Plumber is the best plumber we've ever had.  Unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog.  We've had problems with tree roots in our drains, water backing up into our kitchen sink, a garbage disposal that clogged, a faucet that needed replacing, an earthquake shut-off valve that needed fixing, a hot water heater that needed a drain installed, and he's always fixed everything quickly and reasonably.  When a job was too big or something that he didn't specialize in, the people he's recommended have been equally reasonable and reliable.  A good plumber is something everybody who owns a place is going to need sooner or later.  I like Yama!

Bryan stopped by at midnight for my backed up main line. He was the only plumber that was truly available 24/7.  The other ones just had answering services, so I was ecstatic that he was available. On top of that, Bryan was able to fix my clog and explain a lot of the issues with my plumbing. I highly recommend him!

Miguel and his team are amazing! He's serviced me and my family for years and never disappoints.  Very professional, knowledgeable, timely and fair.  Really a class act! Definitely give them a try.  They have a good crew and can usually get to you on the same day without all of the extra charges.  You won't be disappointed! Kwang was a great plumber who quickly unclogged our shower drain. He was responsive, and while he was here, he also fixed a long standing issue with my kitchen faucet. Will call him next time I have any plumbing needs.

Black water backed up from nearly every drain. I called All City, left my number due to heavy call volume. Initial phone response was within 15 minutes. Everyone from front office to plumber was accommodating, pleasant, and professional. Jesse Valdez arrived promptly; was courteous and helpful. Jesse made every effort to provide options for our situation. Turns out our pipe to the main line had broken, Jesse supplied photos and video showing the leak and clogging. I'm super relieved we can replace the old pipes for new at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend.

I am pretty handy with many minor plumbing jobs, but know when I am in over my head.  This week alone I personally installed 2 toilets, 3 faucets and did 2 ABS sink drains.  I do recognize good plumbing knowledge and work.  Jordan Cappello has both.  I needed some old frozen galvanized pipes removed and he was able to get it done without damaging the remaining existing plumbing.  He does a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was able to answer all of my concerns, and got the job done quickly.  His rates are very competitive and he does not try to upsell you.  Plumbers like him are very hard to find.  I will continue to use him for my future plumbing needs.  I HIGHLY recommend him.

I called the company and was able to get a specialist out within hours. Josh was spot on, detecting the leak, had a very reasonable fee and was able to advise us on repairs, saving us tons of money. Best service.

Called on a Saturday morning and by that afternoon my RV was fully serviced at my location. Very impressive response time. I was also impressed by the attention to cleanliness in a dirty business. The service fee was very reasonable and the service agent was very courteous. I'll definately call them again.

Gary is a god send. My tankless hot water heater died, and our insurance/warranty company were being the worst and sent out plumber and plumber who didn't or wouldn't do anything. They finally called Gary who is their 'fix it guy', and THANK GOD. He and one of his workers came today and removed the previous heater and then installed and made sure everything was perfect. He was such a good guy to work with and gave us the price up front and showed up exactly when he said he would. Will definitely use him again

I appreciate working with Stephen's plumbing lead tech Art was wonderful, fast and clean. Took care of our plugged kitchen sink and I got a happy family again. Art was knowledgeable and personable which made working with him very efficient and effortless. Thanks Art!
