I called My Drain Cmpny to repair my leaking shower.  My technician Steven was dispatched within a couple hours!  He was very polite, informative, professional & fast!   He also came equipped with PPE.  I will use & refer this company for all my future issues!

Vince is a 5 star plumber!  He has come to the rescue with his tools and his gentle character that gets the job done.  Vince has tackled all our plumbing issues with reasonable prices and honestly.  He is a total keeper!

I hired Raul again to refinish and repaint several windows and doors,  repaint the whole front of my house, and take care a few odd items on my to do list. He did a great job, was punctual, and a prompt communicator.

Bryan is great, very knowledgeable and thorough. He can usually accommodate your schedule. He's done a few jobs for me with good results and good pricing. Bryan is very personable and has a good sense of humor. I haven't had to use him for an emergency. I usually contact him via text. He stays pretty busy so it's good to have some flexibility.

My RO water filtration system under my sink stopped working. Daniel checked it out and found that we needed to replace it. He got all the parts, did the install and found a system that was smaller, cheaper and more direct. I will call for any future needs. Thank you!

HEROES! Fast, Reliable, Fair, No Surprises!!!

We had a MAJOR blockage in our pipes causing sewage and feces to backup into our (rarely used) lower level toilet and bathtub. First thing in the morning, I posted on Yelp seeking quote requests. Abe from Extreme Plumbing & Rooter quickly replied and had someone at my door within 2.5 hours - Karin was great. He texted and called prior to showing up, he was courteous, respectful, and funny. He was also quick, unclogged the major blockage and got everything up and running for us.
Sadly, cleaning up sewage and poop is not in their scope, but we are incredibly grateful for the quick service and FAIR PRICE. They charged exactly what they quoted! No surprises = HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I will not post photos, because it is disgusting. LOL.

I was in a pinch and had some clogged drains so
I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help. Glad I went this way I was a little skeptical at first but it worked out well. Thanks

Doug of Clearwater came right over after locating a hard to find part for my toilet. So good to have that working again! He also replaced my kitchen faucet and sprayer with skill and impressive speed. It looks and works beautifully. I love it!

Had a water leak underneath the concrete just out side of our house. Paul showed up and gave us on multiple options for the repair, and even went out of his way to give us detailed instructions on how to fix it ourself. Great people and service.

Ok so I know a lot of people start this way BUT I really never write reviews but I can't not give Chris a big shout out and thank you! He fixed a problem we've had 3 years and had MANY plumbers fix. I'm writing this review for Nancy Whitney of Thousand Oaks who is not online. She says; working with Rapid Quality Leak Detection Co and their Tech Specialist Joshua, was as good as good gets!! He was on time, appropriately social + detected the problem quickly. Should the need arise, we will contact them again. 5 stars!

On a positive note, we were happy to get the holding tanks in our RV pumped out.

After staying at the Glendale Elks Lodge for a week, the shitter was full and needed pumping. We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use.

On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school.

The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of he needs to come before noon did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks.

$75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do?  I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up.  

I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

The estimate we got from Eco Plumbing for two pipe leaks in our Century City condominium building was less than half from our usual plumber's estimate and they were able to the make the repairs in quick fashion. Very knowledgeable and we will be switching to them for our building's plumbing in the future

Stephens Plumbing replaced our toilet. They did a professional job but the plumber dishonestly tried to charge me for 8 hours when he arrived at 10AM and left at 4:30 with a 1/2 hour lunch.  I paid only for the 6 hours. He was gone getting parts for 2 hours and charged full rate for that time. He charged for the 15 minutes to rearrange his truck and also charged me for the 15 minutes it took for him to make the bill.  Another Stephens plumber was here 2 weeks ago and told me they charge $135 per hour. Today without prior notice this plumber charged $165 per hour. I am disappointed. It may just be this one employee or maybe he was feeling pressured to generate more income. I will not go back to Stephens Plumbing.
