I first used Vince when my hot water heater burst during the night and water was flowing from it. He came right over ( with his daughter back then) and found me a new heater and fixed it in record time. There was a problem and he came right back ( twice) and fixed it with an apology and even tightened some other  things that needed adjusting that he spotted. Needed him a couple of more times for washing machine outlets etc and he always came by with the same great attitude and professionalism. Always tell him I like hanging with him and shooting the bull but hope not to see him ( at my house) anytime soon!  Great guy, great service, support your  local businesses, call Vince!

I needed some steel decorative partitions installed in concrete and leveled. Raul answered my queries quickly with an estimate. He showed up exactly on time, quickly performed the installation and made some requested adjustments. A pleasure to work with, and I will no doubt hire him in the future.

Yama is the bomb!  Good guy.  Does the job right every time and is very reasonable with his rates.  I've been calling him for years now and am always pleased with his work.  He's very courteous and he smells good too.

Bryan was so helpful in getting our faucet install completed. He was meticulous in his work and went the extra mile to make sure the installation was done properly and charged a very fake price. Will use him in the future on all our home projects. Highly recommend!

Great service.  Called them on the day before thanksgiving to get my kitchen waste unblocked and they got me in to their schedule, turned up a few hours later and fixed it.  Very very reasonable pricing, friendly and efficient.  Definitely recommended and I'll be using them again.

I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help. Glad I went this way I was a little skeptical at first but it worked out well. Thanks

Had a leak in our downstairs hall. Gary was quick to respond and fix the issue.
Friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend. Hoping we don't have another leak but if we do, I would call Gary! He was awesome!

Doug is the epitome of excellent service.  From the initial phone call, it even seemed like was giving me tips on how to fix it myself!  It was pretty obvious that Doug was concerned about how to fix the problem and not my wallet.  Within the hour, our island sink problem was fixed, then he fixed an issue that the previous plumber left! On top of that, he didn't mind telling me about the ins-and-outs of plumbing.  I wonder if he takes apprentices?

It was the first time that I had to deal with a major clogged drain and drain leaks.  It has been a long and difficult process and many misdiagnosis from many plumbing companies including All City Plumbing and enormous amount of repair costs estimate.

All City Plumbing misdiagnosed the problem claiming that there was no leak in the house.  The company was well organized in terms of dispatching the technicians out.  All City Plumbing was one of the companies that I contacted and hired to detect the leak.  Since I am not a plumber, I can only tell them where the problem was .However, they did not properly diagnose the leak and their estimate costs of repairs were 2 or 3 times more than other reputable plumbers.  

Jonathan Clark, the first technician who came out to the property. He was very helpful.  He suggested that I needed to unclog the main drain to find out if there was a leak.   After I hired another company to unclog the main drain line, I called All City Plumbing back to confirm the diagnosis from the other companies.  A second technician came out from All City Plumbing, he charged me to camera the main drain line and claimed that there was not leak.  However, the basement storage area was still wet.   After making several more appointments with different  plumbing companies, another plumbing company finally found and confirmed that there were  tree roots  in the laundry room drain and  in the kitchen and made the repairs.

I will give Jonathan Clark 4 stars for customer services and give the second technician one star to rush the appointment and misdiagnosed the problem.  I do not think the company is a 5 stars company for the way they conduct their business.

Ps.  The manager called after I posted the review to apologize for the wrong diagnosis and made a refund of the fee charged.  He had also asked if I would change my rating.  I appreciated his kind gesture.  However, I kindly told him that I would update my review but would not change the rating.  The rating was based on the performance of the service calls.

We have used Mr. Rooter for both large and small jobs, and have always been pleased.  They are knowledgeable, prompt, and effective!  5 Stars!

I am a senior citizen and have had multiple plumbers out to my house, doing half a half correct job. Then I was given a quote for almost $7,000.00 by a plumber who admitted it wasn't his best price and to call him back after I obtained other bids. Jordan was the next plumber I saw, he was professional, prompt and a pure pleasure to deal with. On top of that, it turned out I had nothing that was in need of repair after a simple snaking the right way!  I would happily recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber and don't waste your time with unnecessary bs quotes.

I cant believe they actually save me money. A refriend reffered me to this company because she had a high water bills. She told me to try it out and I thought my water bills was high so we gave them a call, come to find out the pipe was leaking causing a sink hole under my drive way. I had tried plumbers but they could never figuere it out. He pointed it out to the plumber and sure enough it was fixed. I appreciate all the hard work they did very proffesional and reliable I contacted others before calling them with no results he was able to explain everything in terms that I can understand as this is not my expertise recommended all the proper services I need. Thank you my water bills went down saving 1200 a year can you imagibe that, basically paid for itself.

When I needed the septic in my business emptied, I called around and found out 1, there's a wide range of prices (mostly way too high) for the same work, and 2, most in this industry seem to not understand that they are in a service business, and thus need to be friendly and responsive.
When I called All In, the owner answered and gave me a quick quote (good price!) and offered to come the next day (Saturday) without charging extra.  It was actually easier for me to push it a couple of days, so we worked out a 2-hour window.  Cameron arrived within that window, and he was friendly and informative.  He let me know I have a lot of sediment in my septic (apparently mostly from a cement floor finisher I used 6 months ago who dumped the cement residue in there), which is unusual and not a good thing.  I called the owner, who did some research on the project and called me back with a quote for fixing that if/when I decide to.  When I asked whether I could postpone that work, he was zero % pushy, said it was all up to me.  So I'll be calling them in a few months when my budget can support that followup work.
I've had to do work with several plumbing/septic companies in the past year, and this was by far the best service I got.

We have had two drain clogs in our master bathroom, one in a sink and the other in a shower. Both times they were just too much for me to clear. The first time I called Andrew at Eco Plumbing because my building's Manager told me he was good to work with. The SECOND time I called Andrew was because of how great he was the first time.

Both experiences with Andrew were 100% satisfactory, if not better. Both times Andrew arrived masked, with shoe coverings and all the tools required to get the job done. Both times he was able to get us back to normal in no time, and his rates are super-competitive.

I hope I don't need Andrew again :-) but if I need a plumber, I'm calling him.

For a while out hot showers have been interrupted by cold water---not always, but often enough. On Stephens trucks it says something about tankless water heater service so I called.
We are so grateful to Williams, an expert plumber and a nice guy. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation thoroughly, and explained what needed to be done. The next day he came as scheduled and completed the necessary work. Williams is very honest; he never tried to sell me anything and was careful not to promise what he could not guarantee---(our unit is 11 years old and we have never had it serviced till now)! But Williams did excellent, very professional work.
What can I say? The water is hot! And stays hot!
