I wanted to replace my shower hardware and wanted to make sure that I got the right type so that I wouldn't have to break into the walls to change out the weird valve that I have. Vince was kind enough to allow me to send him pictures of the set I was considering to make sure it would work and was kind enough to work around the schedule of my bathtub reglazer.

On the day of the job, Anthony showed up exactly on time and was super careful with my freshly glazed tub and had the job done in record time! Even though it isn't his job he also answered a couple of questions I had about water softeners and pointed me in the direction of how to start my search.

I'm reminded again why I never let any other plumbers set foot in my house!

I needed my garbage disposal fixed and they were able to provide a quick quote and repair it immediately. They were very professional.

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

If I could give Bryan 10 stars I would. I had a slow pin hole water leak that I procrastinated on dealing with for a while because initially I thought it was a caulking issue from a shower upstairs and then we had guests visting and used the bedroom. As a first time home owner I was prepared for a very expensive and trying experience. I submitted a quote request on Yelp. Bryan called me right back. While other companies couldn't see me for 1-2 days, Bryan came over the same day ~8pm at night and we were not his last job that day!

He cut into the ceiling and diagnosed we did have a leak but it's source was the fire sprinker system leak that also corroded the regular copper pipes but unfortunately it requires a special licenses to fix the fire sprinkler pipe. He took his time to explain the issue and show me the problem with a flash light.  He charged me a very reasonable price for coming over and diagnosing the issue and did not charge extra for the late same day visit.

One thing that is different about Bryan is he quotes for the job not by the hour and his rates are great. Once the fire sprinker leak was repaired he came back the next day, quoted me a very fair price to repair two corroded copper pipes and replace a Moen hot / cold water valve. It ended up taking a lot longer to complete than expected because the water took a long time to drain from the pipes. Bryan did not try to charge me more.

He's a very professional, hard working, has a great attitude, and does good work for a great price. You can't ask for anything more! I highly recommend Bryan and will be recommending him to my neighbors and friends, and will be using him for any future plumbing needs.

HOA's and private clients beware.
just moved in to my new condo in Tarzana, when the HOA contacted me about hot water problem in my building, I wasn't living there so I needed to leave my job and spend my next 3 hours with their plumber, when the plumber left I asked him If Ican go and get said yes.
2 days later (Friday) I get an angry email from my HOA saying the plumber said I didn't let him finish the job, and that they will need to come back Saturday for emergency repair.
They charged me $1600 to replace two faucets (!!!) and I was forced by the HOA because the plumber claimed it has to be done to restore hot water to the building.
These are dishonest people in my opinion, I wish my HOA will replace them, they've been creating non stop problems in the complex.

Owner reach out to me in a private message and made fun of my spelling.
Also called me a disgrace of a home owner said my unit has been neglected, not sure other than making fun of me what was the point of the DM.

Kevin Shim has been very responsive and has great communication skills. He is also a very kind and a great professional. The shower water flow rate was very slow, but it wasn't the shower head. Kevin was able to diagnose the fix the issue within the single faucet handle valve. I appreciate the fair estimate and the quality of work. LITERALLY the BEST experience I have ever had! Gary and his coworker responded quickly, were here in a timely manner and fixed our sink on the spot. The pricing is more than fair and they were in and out in 10 minutes. Can't recommend them enough!

Doug is amazing. He's courteous, his prices are reasonable and he hustles. The dude moves with purpose so he arrives faster than you expected and gets the job done faster than you expected and your problem goes away faster than you expected.

And he's eager to answer questions. Don't understand how that water heater works? He'll explain it to you. Got questions about the simple repairs? He'll describe the parts you need and suggest you handle it so you can save the money that it would cost him to do it.

In an industry populated by slackers and dingbats Doug is a shining gem.

I needed a few plumbing jobs done on my 100 yr old house and Mike Webster came to check it all out. He was very thorough, gave me multiple quotes for different scenarios and worked well with my budget. When he did the work he was efficient, did excellent work and had an awesome attitude. My shower started backing up and I had almost 4 other plumbers fix the problem. Finally I called Mr Rooter and they sent out Brian, who was extremely professional. He even put on boot covers to come in to my home. He snaked my drain with a heavy duty snake, then he even put a camera down my drain to identify what was a larger issue that I never would have found with out his diagnosis. Needles to say I'll be calling them back and asking for Brian.

We've been using Jordan and his crew for years, and this rainy season only increased our appreciation of their work. Our sump pump went out during the torrential rains around New Year's and we were in our basement at 2:30 in the morning bailing out water to keep it from knocking out our furnace. We called Jordan a few hours later and he had Troy and Tony out that morning in the rain to jerry-rig a temporary fix until they could get a new sump pump delivered. It got us through the worst of the weather, and the new sump pump they installed a week later has performed perfectly through the last deluge. The guys are unfailingly upbeat and professional, and at this point they're closer to friends of the family. Furnace savers and life savers!

I had a great experience working with the customer service reps, thank you Gloria and Katie, however the actual service was not completed fully. I had paid for a full septic cleaning service for up to 2500 gallons, which costs $625. After the tech left, I receive a call the following day that the tank was fully emptied, nothing was mentioned about leftover solid matter, at which time I paid the agreed upon amount. However, 2 days after the completion of their service, I had my tank inspected and was notified that there was still solid waste material left. When I reached out to request that they come back and complete the service,  I was offered a discounted services fee. Now why would I pay again for a service that was not fully completed in the first place? I will be filling a complaint with BBB and pursuing this matter further, until the full service that I was promised is completed.

I had Andri re-install a water heater that was installed incorrectly by a previous plumber.  Andri found 4 different issues and pointed them out.  He is very professional, his work skills and ethics are extremely hard to find nowadays.  From now on I will only call him and reffed him to my friends and neighbors. Good to know that quality workmanship still exists in today's world.

Excellent service from dispatch to finish.  On time,  courteous, professional.   Pricey but worth it.  Will definitely use their service again
