I am glad to have found Tony. We needed a plumber on short notice for a clogged toilet and kitchen sink issue. His rates are reasonable. He is quick in his assessments, gives you the straight poop (no pun intended) and an absolute breeze to work with. So far two thumbs way up! We will be calling him again!

Vince came by and gave us the kind of service you would get from a family member. He is so kind and careful, it was refreshing! A wonderful guy who provides great service!

Giving an honest review & I would not recommend their services unless you just want a cheap price. Hired them for a washer & dryer line hookup (including electrical). First experience/visit seemed ok until I actually looked at the work... the gas line running to the heater inside was only supposed to be teed off to run to the dryer, instead the handyman asked me if I use the line and I said no the heater doesn't work but I do not own the place but the owner gave me permission to run the setup. So I'm not sure how the handyman took that but he decided to disconnect the gas line from the heater inside and patch up the original hole... I noticed it before he left & brought it to his attention and he goes on to say oh don't worry about it just call me and I'll come back and fix it before you move., So no worries on my end because I don't use the heater & he said he'd come back... I'm a cool dude I wasn't sweating it. Couple months later I reach out because it's almost time to move out & I need this fixed. The issue starts when I spoke to the handyman & he says he'll call me the following morning after I get in touch with him. I waited two days for my phone call to be received & didn't hear from him so I call again on the 3rd day. The 2nd time I called him he tells me he couldn't make it because he had car issues... no biggy for me if that was the actual case, again I'm a cool dude but a phone call would've helped me believe it a little more. The handyman apologized & said he'll come the following day at 9 am. Very next day at 9 am.... NOTHING, no phone call no text or anything. Here's where I'm a little bothered because I'm a businessman & I know the difference in real life problems & accidents in a business vs bullshit. So I call him around 2 pm, he claims he was busy & we agree to 10 am the next day... ??? He shows up the next morning around 8:45 am. Opens my yard gate with his partner and yells hello until I get out of bed and go outside. So after looking at it he basically tells me I said it was ok for him to do it that way because I said don't use the heater. I shut the argument down because I was already on edge plus he said he'd come back and fix it and pretty much wasn't asking him to do the work I was reminding him to do it at this point. ON TO the electrical. I won't say much about it other than horrible job and I mentioned that the gfci blew out and the handyman says it must've been something I did... I left that alone even though I knew he ran the wire wrong and wasn't using grounds. Simply said i had to have a professional electrician come redo all the electrical and fix what the handyman did horribly. Remember if you can't do the work leave it to the professionals  Hope this helps

Several generations of our family have done business with Yama Senior and Junior for over 30 years.  They are professional - punctual, clean uniform, knowledgeable, efficient, no up selling, patient, explain options and fair pricing.

They have replaced toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, repaired leaks from refrigerator, sinks, faucets as well as piping work.

I highly recommend Yama for good work ethic and excellent workmanship.

I am so confused. The plumber I was in contact with was very friendly and agreed to come look at my problem after business hours for an additional cost because they were booked up. When he was outside the gate of my housing community I spoke to him on the phone again to give him gate code instructions. He said he was unloading his tools and would be right in. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! I waited 15 mins then tried calling him again but he had turned off his phone! Why would you come to my complex, tell me you are just unloading your tools, then just leave without any notice?

These guys came through on a pinch and did a great job!  Thanks Yelp for a good recommendation.

I've use flash plumbing on two occasions. The first was to redo the piping under my house, which they did overnight very quickly and quietly. The second was to install a new water heater, which they did in the pouring rain. They are very quick to respond and very quick to fix the issues. For my issues they were able to get the parts and complete the job within 24 hours of me calling them. They are definitely great for emergencies since they are a 24 he service. I can't recommend them enough.

Had an excellent experience working with Koko from Extreme Plumbing. I found them on Yelp and within 24 hours of reaching out to them I had my new kitchen sink installed and new plumbing retrofitted for under my sink.

I was in a pinch and had some clogged drains so
I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help. Glad I went this way I was a little skeptical at first but it worked out well. Thanks

We had an urgent need to get our sink unclogged and the job was not an easy one to figure out. We got incredibly responsive and complete service with the focus being on getting the job fixed the right way. I have my new plumbers!

Third time called - first time reviewed.

I wish I had done this sooner. The first two experiences were stellar - but the third took the cake.

Doug had tenant proofed a rental we had and came to our new home to change out some faucets and showers.

I had been noticing moisture on the garage floor. I did not know where it was coming from until we had a plumber assigned by the home warranty come out to diagnose.

The home warranty told me because it involved cutting into plywood - they would not help us.

I called Doug and he responded quickly. In short order he had the wall cut open, straight lines so the plywood could be put back, and the pipe replaced.

It was cast iron and very heavy. Doug is always meticulous and God Fearing - which is rare in today's day and age.

He works as if it were his home and only does what is necessary, never over selling.

There are a lot of hack plumbers in the world and if any tell you they charge by the job and not hourly plus parts, be weary.

Doug is a straight line plumber and works with conviction.

There's nothing worse than being met with gurgling pipes and mucky stuff coming up from them...especially when you're a short 48 hrs away from going away on vacation. We were met by Robert Trujillo who was a consummate professional, courteous, and thorough in his attention to our issue. This was so much so that he stayed until 1 a.m. to ensure that our small family had access to water the next day. My husband was impressed with Robert's communication, working knowledge of plumbing, and ability to clearly define the problem at hand. We will definitely reach out again should we encounter issues in the future!!

We had a really bad back up in our sinks and they came out same day.  John F. fixed the issue and made sure it was all clear before he left. We will definitely be using Mr. Rooter again,  the price was on point and better than other companies I contacted. Thank you John and Mr Rooter!!!

Jordan is a pleasure to work with.  He is dependable and trustworthy.  We hired him to install new fixtures in our kitchen and bathroom and he did a great job.  He helped select the proper fixtures and gave us advice on where to purchase them for a good price.  He installed everything when the parts arrived and was very easy to work with.  His prices were very fair and he really helped make this an easy process.  Highly recommend!

Called rapid quality to check for a leak and it took no longer then 20min to find leaks... had my plumber come and fix leak within 2hours

Very attentive and they were able to accommodate my last minute schedule to show at 7pm at night!!! To make sure my plumbing and septic issues were addressed.   The representative was nice and professional, conducted their business for about an hour, let me know they were done and left with some tips on proper septic tank care.  Recommend!

Ah! I am beyond happy writing this review. After getting a no call no show plumber we contacted Andy. He came within 2 hours and was super efficient. He fixed our toilet and our sink plus he was not overpriced at all! He was super nice and accommodating. I should've never tried fixing the toilet myself. Thank you so much!!
