I hired them to deal with a leaky toilet.  They were prompt with a response and were readily available to come out and assess.  They assessed the problem, provided options for resolving the matter, and were fair with their estimates up front.  In addition, they were very friendly and careful to thoroughly clean up.  Outstanding experience, I would certainly recommend them!

THESE GUYS! Called Tony once my kitchen sink got clogged and 2 minutes after he called me back saying he's on the way. He fixed it within an hour and charged me very fairly. Can't recommend enough for Tony's reliability and friendliness! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Yama has been our plumber for years. He and his crew are always extremely knowledgeable and also pleasant to have in your home. They have replaced a sewer line, trouble shot and fixed leaks and replaced faucets.

Bryan stopped by at midnight for my backed up main line. He was the only plumber that was truly available 24/7.  The other ones just had answering services, so I was ecstatic that he was available. On top of that, Bryan was able to fix my clog and explain a lot of the issues with my plumbing. I highly recommend him!

I needed to re-pipe the house. To put for copper piping in. It's such a big job I had waited and put it off and then a friend recommended Extreme Plumbing and Rooter and I'm so glad they did. They were so professional and efficient and did an amazing job. They even patched the work afterwards which many other places said they would not do. Jack was detail oriented and took the time to explain everything to me and make sure that everything was working just like I wanted it.   Their whole team was outstanding beginning to end. The gentleman that repaired my stucco on the outside of my house and my dryer vent actually made it look better when he finished than it did  when we started the project. They didn't even mind my dogs and they cleaned everything up as well.  I would absolutely recommend them!

I had a pinhole leak in a pipe inside a wall that required the water to be shut off until it was fixed. I called at 8 am on Friday morning and Gary and Bob were here by 8:45. Super nice guys and local to Hermosa. Problem was fixed by 9:15. Will definitely call again. Thank you Gary!

Update..like I said before..Doug of Clearwater plumbing very straight up honest with his work and pricing..my mom is so happy with his work..she celebrated by going to the casino...at the penny slots..but seriously great plumber ..10 stars..

Taylor Vandewater went above and beyond in diagnosing our problem with the water pressure. After giving me a few options for repairs, I told him I would get an 2nd opinion just to make sure. He didn't get upset, just gave me his business card and said he would be available if we needed him. 15min after he left, he came back to try one more diagnosis and found the issue. He was very pleasant and determined, would definitely recommend him.

Called Mr. Rooter to check out a potential clog and sewage backup in a newly purchased home. Brian came out the next day and conducted a thorough check and told me that there was nothing wrong (very honest), but explained that I had a potential issue due to the incorrect pipes/fittings used to connect to the city's sewer lines. Gave me an estimate for that and walked me through a potential tankless water heater for my new home. He was very knowledgeable and I will be reaching back out for sure.

We called Jordan Cappello Plumbing after we got a quote from another company to fix a plumbing issue that seemed outrageously high priced.  Jordan had the problem cleared in 20 minutes.  We still needed to add a cleanout so that the problem can be addressed in the future.  Jordan gave us a fair and honest assessment of our problem and he fixed it very reasonably. Jordan shows Honesty, Integrity, and promptness in addition to his very quality work.  Calling this plumbing company should be a no-brainer!

Josh came out the same day I called him with an impressive set of equipment. He narrowed the leak down to a specific location, opened the wall and there it was. I was then able to call a plumber. He cleaned up and was very professional. I definitely recommend him

I had a great experience working with the customer service reps, thank you Gloria and Katie, however the actual service was not completed fully. I had paid for a full septic cleaning service for up to 2500 gallons, which costs $625. After the tech left, I receive a call the following day that the tank was fully emptied, nothing was mentioned about leftover solid matter, at which time I paid the agreed upon amount. However, 2 days after the completion of their service, I had my tank inspected and was notified that there was still solid waste material left. When I reached out to request that they come back and complete the service,  I was offered a discounted services fee. Now why would I pay again for a service that was not fully completed in the first place? I will be filling a complaint with BBB and pursuing this matter further, until the full service that I was promised is completed.

We had William today to help with our rain gutter drain.  We had a challenging drain system that was backed up.  William explained everything he was doing.  He was professional and did a great job! They were prompt to respond on a rainy Monday.  We will definately use these guys again.
