BEETO's !!! WOW WOW WOW did he save us today! Our water heater is on the 3rd floor of our house  (i knw, makes no sense m, makes me cringe, but it is what it is) and it started to leak Sunday night. I gave him a call Monday morning and he was able to come out within hours. It's an old jumbo water heater and I figured we would have do something about it soon but didn't this soon... A good amount of water was coming out of it, it had a crack, long story short- he saved us from what could have been major water damage! Installed a new tankless water heater! We are beyond happy with him & his crew. So polite, clean & professional. I would truly recommend Beeto's Plumbing. Thank you again Humberto! I will definitely call you again when I need redo my bathrooms

I am glad to have found Tony. We needed a plumber on short notice for a clogged toilet and kitchen sink issue. His rates are reasonable. He is quick in his assessments, gives you the straight poop (no pun intended) and an absolute breeze to work with. So far two thumbs way up! We will be calling him again!

My water heater stopped working and I had to get it replaced the same day. Called left message Yama called back within 10 minutes. Within 3 hours he had replaced the water heater and we were up and running.

Sent out a mass Yelp email requesting a water heater replacement at 5pm, Saturday night.  Bryan contacted me in 15 minutes.  He came by at about 5:45pm.  He checked out my situation and verified that excessive calcium deposits were causing my heater problems - 13 years old.  He drained the old heater then went out to Home Depot to pick up a new one.  He removed the old heater and installed the new heater and had it working by 10pm.  He did an excellent job.  Really appreciate the Saturday night service as we had out of town visitors and no hot water would have been a minor disaster.  His price turned out to be lower than other quotes I later received from others and they would not have done it tonight.

Our toilet wasn't flushing and I thought that it had to be moved out completely. We called this company and Miguel came out. He knew exactly what the problem was and went straight to work on the line. The whole job took about an hour to complete and it cost less than what I thought it would. Next time there's a plumbing problem, I'm definitely calling this company

Great guys that work super fast! They fixed our shower and even offered to install a new shower head for us. And they took out the old parts and the packaging!

I wanted to give a shout out to Kwang because he made it very easy to get a quote and get his help. I submitted an request here for quotes and of the 5 people that responded he was only one of 2 that gave me quotes here the others made it more difficult and lost my business. I wanted to encourage him to keep doing that because that's how I decided to go with him.

Had a leaky pipe in the ceiling of my kitchen. I'm in a condo so I wasn't sure if it was my pipe or my neighbors.  We played phone tag for a few days to schedule an appt. He came out and fixed it in under an hour. Really liked him, reminded me of my pa:)

We discovered a sudden leak under our sink and called All City Plumbing to come fix it. They were able to schedule us on the same day. Our technician was Lary Lewis and he was knowledgeable and quick to troubleshoot the issue. He answered all our questions, presented our options and was able to fix the leak quickly. Highly recommend All City Plumbing and specifically Lary!

We had a clog throughout the house and knew there was an issue with our main line. We had one highly recommended plumber in the neighborhood say he was too busy to come out but he recommended someone else. That plumber came and informed us we didn't have a cleanout so he couldn't help us. So he recommended Mr. Rooter.

Brian came out and walked me through everything. We got on the roof and he ran the camera down the air vent to the main and showed me on the monitor a tree's root ball in the city's lateral line that was blocking most of it.

He laid out some options and we decided we needed a double cleanout near the root ball to access the line out as well as into the house. He gave me a very fair price which I verified with a friend who's a contractor.

He and the team came out a few days later (the clog had been cleared and wasn't an emergency at that time) and they cut most of the root ball away but were left with a thick root that kept breaking their blades. Because it was on the city side, Brian told me how to communicate that to the city and have them maintain it from here on out.

They were all really nice and respectful, the communication was excellent, and the work was done well and efficiently. I can't recommend Mr. Rooter highly enough. In my experience it has been very tough to find a plumber who is reliable and responsive and can take the time to address the needs of a regular homeowner. I know where to go from now on.

Right after I realized that my house has a gas leak, around four o'clock in the afternoon, I got on Yelp trying to find a trustable plumbing company to repair it.  Since I am living in Arcadia, I found Cappello with 40 positive reviews.  I called the phone number and Jordan answered it.  I explained to him that my gas pipe, which attached to the gas meter portion, was leaking and need a repair.  Based on my description, he gave me a estimate and promise to come eight o'clock next day.  

Next day morning 7:30, two excellent technicians, Beto and Danny, showed up my front door and started the repairing job.  They told me that they will remove a small area of lawn and dig a two-feet wide and deep hole to check if the leaking only comes from the conjunction between pipe and gas meter.   Fortunately, after the dig, that is the only problem area.  They repaired the leak by replacing the pipe between elbow and meter, doing the test for no more gas leak, put the dirt back and make it solid with tamper and put the lawn back on top of dirt with two hour in total.  Nice and clean!

Cappello did a excellent job in term of providing service I need.  They are nice peoples to deal with.  I will strong recommend them to anyone who need similar service.  Thanks to Cappello and thanks to Yelp!

Really happy with Rapid Quality! They were awesome and helped us figure out where the leak was coming from even on a weekend. Very responsive and would use again in a heartbeat -- although I hope we don't have to!!

Great service, no surprises. I was quoted a price, and charged that price, not even taxes! I asked for and was given a discount on a 3rd load, as I had nearly 5000 gallons to pump. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, he not only let me watch, but let me help (At no extra charge!), to remove every last bit of sludge from 2 tanks, one that had not been pumped in over 20 years. However, I suggest they employ a better method of removing  stuck man hole covers requiring less back breaking effort than the tools they carry at present.

I manage several apartment complexes and recently had an opportunity to use ECO plumbing. I had a particular issue with a very complicated German faucet (Grohe) that no one was able to fix, but ECO plumbing came and knew exactly what to do. I was very impressed with ther knoledge and professionalism. The price was fair as well. I will continue to use ECO plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

I called Stephen's Plumbing, Heating and Air for an AC installation. My experience has been excellent! They were able to send Andy, out the next morning. Andy was on time, professional, he is very personable and is very knowledgeable. Considering they charged me by the hour, one would think they would take long but Andy was very efficient, he knew his stuff, he was very quick and was able to finish the task in an hour. I feel very good about my AC unit and I know it's secure. I would highly recommend Stephen's Plumbing, Heating and Air, especially Andy, who is a Supervisor to anybody I know. I will be calling this company back for all of my Plumbing, Heating and Air needs.
