Raúl was easy to work with, did a great job, and communicated with me consistently and thoroughly. He was professional and friendly via text and in person. I love that he uses text to communicate. He kept me abreast of any updates and I really appreciated his follow through. I needed to have a door repaired, but didn't have the room inside my apartment. He was creative in solving the problem and I didn't have to do anything. He left his workspace and my apartment neat and clean, which often doesn't happen with handymen. I will be calling him for any future repair or handyman needs.

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

I competed the task for locating and repairing a leak in the propert's main water line among 8 local businesses.  Given how long the problem had existed, the down select criteria was earliest availability and cost.  Bryan provided a fair and honest quote and was able to start the next day...a cold and wet Saturday.  A predisposition towards upselling was never evident in our conversations, which I appreciated.  The fact of the matter is that this job was not easy.   Access restrictions, unfriendly ergonomics, need for heavy and wet soil excavation and need to remove ~10 inch diameter stout tree roots all presented challenges.  Bryan was conscientious and maintained a positive attitude throughout this arduos, lengthy assignment. Job well done.

I had a water leak in my wall and I wasn't sure where it was coming from, so I called True Rooter & Plumbing and spoke with Miguel. He and his crew came out and found where the leak was and repaired the pipe. I'm glad that they found out, because there was water damage. The technicians were polite and friendly and they gave me a reasonable price.I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing job.

FlashPlumbing offered a great service they arrived prompt and on time they took care of the water leak under my home they are very professional and honest they were the second Opinion for leak that I had looked at by a previous plumber However he was suggesting to replace all the pipes in my house Daniel and his partner came out and take a look and saved us thousands of dollars would recommend this company to anybody

We love Gary! He has been out to our house for many different plumbing issues, as our house gets older. He is always so efficient, kind, and reasonably priced. We did not have the best experience with our last plumber. Gary has fixed toilet issues, sink issues, under-sink issues, pipe leaks, and many more problems we have encountered. There does not seem to be a plumbing problem that he can't solve!  One more note is that he was extremely respectful in solving a plumbing issue, very quietly and quickly,  while we had five kids doing distance learning.

I dread having to call a plumber because it seems almost inevitable that you aren't going to get a direct answer or solution to your problem.

This is our second time using All City Plumbing and I'm delighted that in both instances the technicians exceeded all expectations. They completed the work as if it were their own home and plumbing without doing the gambit of trying to get as much money out of us as possible.

Ivan D. went above and beyond on our latest call having to replace a leaking trap under our kitchen sink and clear a blockage in the drain line. Past contractors and other plumbers had made a mess of it and he meticulously rebuilt it. He took the time to cleanup the work area leaving it cleaner than it was when he arrived.

All City has secured their spot as our go-to for future plumbing needs.

This review is looooong overdue - sorry Brian Lutche! The morning of our holiday party the only toilet in our house started flooding. I called and Brian was over within an hour. He arrived and got right to work and did an excellent job. I hopefully won't need a plumber for a while but if I do, I will be definitely calling Mr. Rooter!

Recently our washing machine started spilling out all over the floor so I searched Yelp for a reputable plumber and found Cappello Plumbing.  

The reviews were great so I gave them a call and spoke with the receptionist who was really nice and told me she would page Jordan Cappello (owner) who called me right back.

Jordan was super accommodating for dates and time and when he came he was efficient, really nice and professional.  You can tell he really knows what he's doing and cares about providing you with the service his business advertises.

He was also really great about the billing since we are renters. He contacted our landlord directly to work out the payment and she was so happy with him she told me she will continue to use him in the future for her rentals.

I had a leak at my rental house I could not locate the leak but the water bill had really gone up. We called Josh at Rapid Quality Leak Detection and he was at the house within the hour. He was very professional and nice. He even recommended a plumber who also was out within a few hours. Problem solved. Josh was very resourceful as well. I would definitely recommend him.

Great service, no surprises. I was quoted a price, and charged that price, not even taxes! I asked for and was given a discount on a 3rd load, as I had nearly 5000 gallons to pump. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, he not only let me watch, but let me help (At no extra charge!), to remove every last bit of sludge from 2 tanks, one that had not been pumped in over 20 years. However, I suggest they employ a better method of removing  stuck man hole covers requiring less back breaking effort than the tools they carry at present.

I highly recommend this company. They are quick to respond, honest and punctual. These professionals are experienced and know what they are doing.

Someone came out and gave me a quote.  He was nice but it was the most expensive quote out of like 4 or 5 I got.

Edit: ryan if you gave fair prices you would quote fair prices.  Im not trying to haggle you to lower your price.  The technician i ended up going with quoted 400 and i was charged 400 for solid work.  Your technician quoted me 956.
