Contacted on 1/29/2020, although we didn't use the service for scheduling reasons. The message I sent was responded to fairly quick. Very friendly. When informed that we were actually looking for someone for the same day, he did provide another name but my husband actually scheduled with another company at that point. Again very nice and quick to respond. Thank you for your assistance.

So I have been the property manager for a client on their Sherman Oaks property for a few years now.  I had come to the conclusion that using the plumbers they had been using in the past was just a frustrating mess, and told the owners I wanted to find someone new.  I searched and found Tony at My Drain Company.  We've used them a few times now and what a life saver they have been.  This week I had scheduled service throughout the property, only two tenants had complaints and Phillip came and found the issue, fixed both units problems quick without any mishaps and made it look as though a plumber had never even been in their units.  I love this company and am not one to easily be won over.  I now am going to push my client to get My Drain Company to be the plumber for our other properties as well.  They communicate great and are always supportive of our needs.  I keep them in our active vendor list as they are reliable and such a great company to do business with.  Thanks guys for your quick action as well on the other unit after being at the property the day before, I really appreciate your excellent service and quick response times.  Janet-Matilija Apts., LLC

Vince is a 5 star plumber!  He has come to the rescue with his tools and his gentle character that gets the job done.  Vince has tackled all our plumbing issues with reasonable prices and honestly.  He is a total keeper!

Raul was quick in response, showed up within an hour of call.  Needed to fix a door lock that the key couldn't push through.  Raul used some contact cleaner (similar to WD-40) and after multiple iterations he was able to get it fixed.  Amazingly, he did not even charged for the service because it was so small and simple.  Truly honest and professional.  Will definitely call him for future repairs.  Thank you, Raul!

Honest, fast, friendly service.  What more can you ask for?  He diagnosed our problem and took care of it without complications.  He gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again and what changes to the pipes may need to be made in the future.  Thanks for the heads-up!   Hopefully no other problems arise with these older pipes, but we know who to call now.

Made the correct choice with Plumbing and Rooter 4 Less. Bryan did an excellent job restoring hot water for shower bathroom. Came through at 8pm and finish everything he had to do in an hour. Cleaned up after his work and even took his shoes off upon entering my home! Will definitely do business with him again. Thanks man. Good luck with your golf game.

Flash plumbing installed our new shower head.  They were fast, on time, and did a great job. They were very helpful finding a time slot that worked for me. I highly recommend them!

Was having a plumbing emergency where the ceiling was sagging with water and dripping. Called a few places that couldn't come same day, but Gary showed up within 15 minutes of me calling him, and he and Bob repaired the issue right away (fixed a pipe that was never soldered properly). They were super professional and prompt. Will definitely use again.

I had Doug come out to fix a couple issues with the house I am selling.  He gave me a quote over the phone after I sent him a couple pictures of the problem.  He showed up on time and was kind, efficient, and honest.  He fixed the issues and ended up charging me less than the original quote.  It is hard to find reliable honest plumbers, but I have and I will be a lifelong client of Clearwater Plumbing.

It started with a clogged kitchen sink drain. Kitchen drain trap was accessed, replaced/upgraded drain pipe along with cable/snake that cleared clog.

Shut off/ball valve was replaced due to issues of not being able to shut water off. After opening, Kristof found a rock inside (there was a rattling sound inside).

Where the service shone was when Kristof checked for leaks before completing the project. There was a leak (ball valve structure) and he made sure that it stopped. Mind you he replaced additional structures to accomplish this.

To Erika (evening phone operator), to Dominic (dispatch) the next day and finally Kristof N. (technician). We greatly appreciate the service! Definitely will use again when needed.

Brian L and Tony redid our drains and made since other modifications. Both were professional, competent and courteous. We are pleased with the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called rapid quality to check for a leak and it took no longer then 20min to find leaks... had my plumber come and fix leak within 2hours

WOW, what an outstanding establishment this company is. First off i called about 300pm on thursday to make an appointment to have my rv dumped. On Friday at 10 am they where here on time to service my rv. Cameron was the tech whom took care of this service. Great guy with patience and understanding. Reason I say that is while emptying the tank his hose clogged up and we had a minor spill on the ground due to my girlfriends antiperspirant canister falling in the toilet. I felt horrible about it. He just cleared his hose, vacuumed up the spillage, poured bleach on the spot and rinsed it down. Kudos to Cameron and All in sanitation for a great experience with a shitty situation.

Andrius is the best plumber I've used in 20 years in LA. Fair, responsible, quick, and very professional. Thank you, Andrius, for the same day service and a job well done! Highly recommend this guy to all!

My family and I have been using Stephens Plumbing for years. Living in San Pedro, it's nice to have a local company you can trust. Our heater went out a few days ago and they came out the same day and we had heat the very same night.
