Nice guy & got the job done within 2 minutes. A little pricey for the amount of time it took him to fix the issue, but all plumbers I've had in the past charge about the same. Will use again!

I previously wrote a negative review about Avant Rooter. I now wish to revise my review. I was angry that I was given a written estimate for one price and was given another price when the plumber arrived at my home. After I expressed my displeasure with what had transpired, I received a call from the Office Manager, Gene.  Gene asked me what I wanted to have done. I told him I wanted him to honor the written estimate. He said he would.

A plumber by the name of Ivar arrived at my home today. He was courteous, efficient, and  made clear that the original price would be honored. He finished the job in about 15 minutes and willingly accepted my check for the agreed upon price.

Our warehouse had a leak coming from the bathroom. I called All Service Plumbing and they were quick to answer and even came out that same day within a couple of hours. Kevin was super helpful and explained what the problem was and was very thorough with explaining our options. He was able to get everything fixed within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend using them for any plumbing services.

I hired James to paint two rooms in my apartment recently and I was more than satisfied and impressed with the quality of work and how fast and efficient he was in completion. The Canadian handyman was very courteous and easy to work with and I will definitely be using his services for the next project I have to get done.

My shower could not be turned off. Olson provided me with an estimate over the phone (some other companies would not), they were punctual and professional, the fix 100% matched the estimate price.
I would definitely use them again and recommend others to do so as well!

I'm a tenant who's sump pump went out last Saturday. Because my landlord was unresponsive, I began calling plumbers to get quotes.  Mick answered and offered to give me a free quote. He showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem, and gave me a quote. Due to the amount of work required, he suggested I contact my landlord first, and even called himself.  With the information he provided to me, I was able to get my landlord to find someone.  Mick was even kind enough to call me back after he left to offer to help me further if he could.  He was kind, courteous, and made me feel relieved that good people existed in this world who are willing to help.  If I ever need a plumber again, Mick will be the guy I will call.

Albert is fantastic. Great service. Came out last minute and handled a plumbing issue right away. Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.

I'm so grateful for Harry! He is AMAZING!! My sewer was backed up and flowing out onto my driveway. Originally I called a different plumber who basically had an entire scheme of gradually up-charging me for different services, until they told me I need to fix a crack in pipe (underground) and gave me an astronomical quote, to which they would not even credit me for all that I had already paid them for (which I later disputed the charge and won). So I did my research and called SewerMan! And Thank Goodness I did! Harry responded immediately. He came to my home asap and gave me a good quote. But more than that- he worked with me, given my particular circumstance. I felt so relieved at a time when I was incredibly overwhelmed, dealing with other things in my life. It was so helpful to have Harry be a reliable source, alleviating the stress of having yet one more issue to deal with. Harry made sure to call me during the job and then showed me everything that was going on. He is extremely respectful, knowing that just because I'm a woman, doesn't mean that I don't have a brain and can't understand anything. Harry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, does a fantastic job, and I couldn't have asked for anything more! Harry is my go-to plumber- hands down!!

Contacted Armando and he arrived first thing the next morning. Checked out the job to replace the pipe, water pressure regulator, and hose spout. He promised he'd be back later in the day after getting the necessary parts and completing his other appointments. He returned later in the day, did the work, did it quickly, and completed it with a reasonable price. Nowadays it's hard to find individuals who can do the job in that manner so I'd go with Armando with my plumbing needs in the future.

Teddy came by and helped me hang a large mirror and installed curtain rods. He was very quick and efficient. He also came right on time and was flexible with changing the time day of due to an emergency. He also helped me with a faucet and another minor furnishing in the bathroom.

Happy day! Found my go to plumber! As a homeowner, it's always a harrowing experience finding professionals for home repairs. Just getting them on the phone can be a chore. I called 2 other plumbers that my HOA has worked with before and they totally ghosted me. So I turned to yelp to find a new plumber and Yelp did not steer me wrong.

Amazing experience with Jay. We had a DIY kitchen faucet replacement job that ended up turning into needing a plumber to shut off the water and replacing the valves.

Jay was quick to respond to my project request. After a conversation and a some pictures over text, he knew the issues we were facing immediately with old compression lines, different size fittings - more than I ever wanted to learn!

He was able to come same day. Gave me a time and quote and let me know that things could be pricier depending on if the pipes were rusted and needed replacing. Appreciated his honesty and his pricing was way better than some other quotes I received.

He was running late but promptly called me to let me know his new eta. (I have had plumbers in the past that I had to keep calling and texting to find there whereabouts that were hours late.) I really appreciated this since I was shutting water down on my condo neighbors and he respected our time.

He was quick with the job and my husband said very friendly and professional. Fixed what we needed and did a great job!

I will definitely be calling on Jay again with any future plumbing issues!

Diaz plumbing is truly an amazing business and total lifesavers! They are so fast to get out to your house and get to work on problem solving. Tom is extremely good at taking the time to explain what the cause of the problem is and the best solution for moving forward. Tom was so patient and really took the time to make sure I understood exactly what was happening and why. Diaz plumbing will definitely be my first call for any plumbing job large or small. They are competent, friendly and well priced. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know (and don't) because they are that good.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
