Very Profesional! Jacob came by twice for me.. I even interrupted him late in the evening came by quickly. If you want something done right call Jacob I guarantee you will not be disappointed . Especially when leaks happen you're distraught but he talks you through the steps how he will be fixing the plumbing correctly he eases your mind so you can feel confident. Highly recommend him!!

I approached an Avant van parked today on Gramercy and Wilshire to inquire about service today 12/3 at 2pm. The driver saw me approaching as he just entered the van. I was less than a foot away from his door ready for his window to be rolled down or door opened.
But what happened shocked me.
The driver looked at me and simply drove away fast almost hitting me.
Avant- should really look what people they hire.
Unprofessional. And most of all DANGEROUS behavior.

Mike was very friendly, which is the main reason we decided to hire him. He replaced our office water heater and did such a clean job. We were given a fair quote for the replacement and he was in and out exactly in the time he had estimated. I highly recommend him and WILL definitely hire for future jobs.

Plumber #1 said it was too difficult of a job.
Plumber #2 didn't follow up on calls and emails.
Then came James, who I found through Yelp.  Thank you

Shame on me because I did the whole 'cart before the horse' and bought a sink I loved before properly measuring.  It looked good on paper in terms of measurement.  No, it did not fit.  

James made it happen.  A little more sweat than expected but he made it work and I am happy!!!

More importantly, James is on time, reliable and hard working.  I sincerely appreciate someone who makes it happen.

Awesome job , response, and service !  I called with a gas dryer hookup concern and Olsen team dispatched a tech within the hour.  Our tech, Josh, was at my home within 30min of the call.  He assessed the situation, offered me the opportunity to handle it or take care of it!   I had Josh take care of it all and he did a great complete job of it giving me peace of mind for my family and also the education of what he did to complete.   His advice along with his professional approach was key.  He practiced the correct protective covering with proper distance as expected.  Olsen superior plumbing lives up to its name and is my first call when needed again!

I'm extremely Happy with the service rendered by Mauricio and William. Mauricio explained everything in detail and gave me options for repairs. Gave me all parts replaced and receipts for the parts he needed to go and buy. Pricing was very reasonable and the work was performed promptly and professionally! I used them once for a clogged kitchen sink. Turns out the kitchen pipes were fine it was the pipe that drains down to the ground (I live on the second floor) that was clogged. Hike came through checked it out then proceeded to cleaned out a 20 foot pipe with the snake, cleaned up the mess, super quick to fix and respond (call and to come fix happened all in a few hours). Hike is the man! Very reaonsable price (I called 3 other plumbers). They have my business going forward. Thanks Mick and Hike. They are pros.

Armando came to my house to clean out a drain.  He and his wife were very professional and courteous in providing the service I needed.  Armando's wife was very good in communicating with me in regards to Armando's ETA status.  Upon Armando's arrival he was very professional and he cleaned up after his repairs.

I would highly recommend his services if you want an honest, courteous and professional plumber.

Did all my big and small jobs around the house in an excellent manner, clean, organized, courteous. I signed him up to do my patio door from my good experience with this project.

I was changing out a stacking washer-dryer in a condo and discovered that the shutoff valves behind the unit were rotted through. I called Jay, who came out the same day. He pulled out the old washer-dryer (no easy task), replaced the faulty valves (which involved discovering which lines in the garage provided the supplies), and also rerouted a drain line for AC condensation, which had been positioned above the shutoff valves, thereby exacerbating the rust. It was a messy job but he, along with his helper (possibly a relative) got it done quickly and efficiently. Jay and his company are fast, reliable, and reasonable. They are my go-to plumbers from now on.

These guys are great! Quick response, courteous, clean, knowledgeable competitively priced. I've used them several times and have not been disappointed.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
