Contacted him early one morning via Yelp due to a leak in my yard that was seeping into the house. Replied right away. Talked with him on the phone about the problem and how I needed to get the leak shut off or fixed as soon as possible. He was here shortly after our phone call. Checked for other issues and solved the problem. I'll have to have him come out to finish some of the exterior plumbing, but the leak it stopped for now.

From yelp contact to completion, about 3 hours. Probably not the standard turn around time, but much better than the other responses I was receiving, which was anywhere from a couple days to a couple weeks.

I know 1 bad review does not make or break. However this is  NOT a good experience and this does deserves to be known.

Day 1 - After coming out with hydro-jetting and not clearing the plug completely or having their camera scope as advertised, tech said they would be back the next day.
Day 2 - scheduled between 2:00-4:00 after we called, Avant postponed again.
Day 3 - of stopped sewer main line.  Called the office with no return call, so texted their service text in the morning and to my surprise a reply from Yani. Yani confirmed Avant Head Tech would be out between 2:00-4:00 and have all the equipment necessary to complete the job.  Texted Yani again and Yani replied  that head tech would call soon.  To tech credit, communication was poor within their company. Head tech called at 4:30 is postponing for a 3rd time on Friday afternoon, as he was off for the day and had no access to camera scope. While on phone with head tech and my husband on phone speaker in my frustration I said WTF are we dealing with and from there the professional head tech went off and every other word was *uc* and yelling over the phone. LOL, I would say he was having a bad day. Unacceptable for a professional. We called Pro Rooter Services, Cesar, and Cesar cleared the blockage, on time and well prepared, where Avant could not.

Texted Yani, she texted back she would tell the manager of this experience.  Use Avant at your own risk. They are not prepared, organized with poor communications.

Super friendly.  Explained all of process that was going on.  Turned out i had roots in drain pipe under driveway.  They added main clean out since i didnt have one.  They busted up roots with hydro jet. Did work in one day, the next day, which was Sunday.  My issue was zero water was draining from my house.  So very happy i called them. Also they arrived before scheduled time, about 15 min after i called them on a Saturday.

James sanded and refinished and painted (2 coats) to 14 large old wood cabinet doors in my kitchen. Doors were about 25 years old and very worn. The job took time and the end result was well worth the time and effort spent. James is a hard worker and a perfectionist and an artist when it comes to his work. I highly recommend Canadian James for handyman work. He will be my go to handyman from now on.

We've had them repair several issues but recently, Daryl replaced our pressure valve and tankless water heater. He thoroughly explained everything and answered all my questions. Very satisfied and if we need a plumber in the future, we will call Olson and see if we can get on Daryl's schedule.

These gentlemen replaced my water heater and they did such a wonderful job I called them a year later to replace my toilet.  They did a clean and thorough job and arrived well within the scheduled time slot.  I so glad I found Hotline Plumbing.  They're permanently on my repair list.  Thank you guys!!!!

Being in escrow on a property, I had Mick come out to use a sewer scope to inspect the lines. Mick was extremely professional and showed us the video during the process. Mick also gave us an opinion on moving the laundry room. Thanks, Mick! The home buying process is very stressful, but we were in good hands with Right Price Rooter and Plumbing.

Great customer service! I called on a Sunday morning for help with a shower arm replacement... I'm an amateur DIY'er and it was on really tight. Harry was able to loosen it fairly easily and so he didn't charge me. Good to see honest businessmen out there. Thank you for the help!

ALSO, he's very clean and polite. He had shoe covers which is very nice especially for me since I don't wear shoes in the house.

Great price to install my new kitchen faucet!  Armando was very nice and professional. When he couldn't make the scheduled appointment due to unforeseen backlog, he gave me a 10% discount on an already great price. I'll definitely call him for future plumbing needs. I would've given him 5 stars except he didn't tell me he couldn't make the scheduled appointment time until I called him 30 minutes after the appointment time. Good thing I didn't have to take time off work for that. It all worked out.

Kitchen sink was clogged and the garbage disposal wasn't working. After reading some reviews on yelp, I decided to call them. Right off the bat, Jay had a great and efficient customer service.  Jay and his associate worked their magic and got it fixed. Great customer service, fast, and friendly. Highly recommend them!!

SERVICE TRULY REDEFINED

....they say a picture is worth a thousand words.  Well, my pic/text review for these gentlemen is priceless.  I'll say this, and be done.  HONEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RARE.  The good people at Diaz Plumbing know this. I was in a pinch.  Just look at the timeline on the text!  I'd pay double.......... and trust me, I've unplugged a drain or two.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
