I called Jacob regarding a possible leak in my front yard and he was at my house within 30 minutes.  He quickly determined there was no active leak, but continued to investigate to see what was going on.  Found what we believe to be the problem (not plumbing related) and he went on his way... free of charge.  He and his associate were very kind, respectful & professional. I will call them again for any of our plumbing needs.

Arrived early, diagnosed the leak in our kitchen faucet and even waited till I went to Home Depot and got a new one to install. Definitely will call Avant Rooter again for any emergency plumbing issues.

Had a clog in the main line.   Called after hours and made an appointment for the following morning.   Pablo arrived on time and was very professional.  Was in and out in 45 minutes.  Great job, Great service!

This guy is so awesome! We had him out to help with some work I had to do on my garage and he was such a great help. He gave me some great ideas on how we could execute the plans I had and was very open to all the details that for me, were totally crucial. Needless to say, I've hired him for several more jobs since then and will continue to do so indefinitely. He has such a strong, positive attitude and thinks creatively and on his toes. My garage is the nicest it's ever been now and anything that needs fixed up around the house happens quickly and painlessly. If I could give him more than 5 starts, I would. P.s. my wife always invites him over for dinner after. His personality is incomparable. Like having your best friend over to help out. Cheers mate!

We had a major water leak under our cement slab.
Olson Superior Plumbing was able to detect it when all other plumbers we called could not.  They understood the urgency of getting it fixed for us and the job was repaired immediatley.  They were fairly priced and customer service was beyond helpful to us.  I would highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing.

Ros is an absolute legend. He and his team replaced my old water main line and with new copper pipes. They did such a good job that my water pressure also improved. Not only did he do a good job, but a crazy driver crashed his truck while parked and nearly sustained more serious injuries. Despite that, he still worked on they job and did an amazing job. 5 stars.

Geovanni is da man! He was very professional and reliable. Great service great price I don't write reviews but this was worth it! These guys are my new plumbers period!

My old water heater decided it had enough and checked out to water heater heaven!

Mick came by in less than 2 hours after I called him and gave me a break down on what was needed and how much.

I'm so grateful for Harry! He is AMAZING!! My sewer was backed up and flowing out onto my driveway. Originally I called a different plumber who basically had an entire scheme of gradually up-charging me for different services, until they told me I need to fix a crack in pipe (underground) and gave me an astronomical quote, to which they would not even credit me for all that I had already paid them for (which I later disputed the charge and won). So I did my research and called SewerMan! And Thank Goodness I did! Harry responded immediately. He came to my home asap and gave me a good quote. But more than that- he worked with me, given my particular circumstance. I felt so relieved at a time when I was incredibly overwhelmed, dealing with other things in my life. It was so helpful to have Harry be a reliable source, alleviating the stress of having yet one more issue to deal with. Harry made sure to call me during the job and then showed me everything that was going on. He is extremely respectful, knowing that just because I'm a woman, doesn't mean that I don't have a brain and can't understand anything. Harry is extremely knowledgeable, professional, reasonably priced, does a fantastic job, and I couldn't have asked for anything more! Harry is my go-to plumber- hands down!!

I had a leaky faucet tube and old angle stop and needed replacing. Michelle, the representative, communicated with me the time Armando will be arriving. Armando is approachable, and will diagnose your problem and give you a competitive price. He gives recommendations on the proper way to fix, as well as option. He also noticed upon fixing my initial problem, I had another leak down the pipe. Being honorable, he let me know and now is no leak. I've had other plumbers that I know 100% wouldn't have let me know of that issue. Now I got a new angle stop/faucet system. Being in the area and able to schedule me at my asap convenience , and having helped me twice with my problems, I will call him next time for the next problem.

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

I cannot say enough how great Jay is. I have purchased a duplex last November. I completely remodeled one of the units. The whole process was quite stressful for me. But the single person I can rely on without any stress was Jay. He is super easy to communicate, tries his best effort to accommodate my need, and charges fair price. Above all, he is knowledgeable and professional at what he does. I recently contacted him again to ask a question. I had an issue with my current construction. I was not able to contact a construction crew. It was a Friday 9:30PM, which I understand. But I needed to get fixed the issue urgently. I texted Jay and asked the question. A few minutes later he called me back and gladly guided me through how to solve the issue. He was my savior!! Thank you so much, Jay!!!

I have used Diaz Plumbing for the past three years and I realized that I have come to expect a prompt (almost immediate) response. When I texted them at 6:30 yesterday morning because I couldn't get the pilot light re-lit on our water heater, I expected to hear from them in about 30 minutes--he texted back within 10 minutes!!! By the time I got to work, the technician was scheduled to meet my wife at home by 8:30.
After diagnosing that the heater needed to be replaced, I asked my wife if they would be able to get it done that day. They were already in the process of changing it out!!
By the time I got home just before 4:00, a brand new water heater was sitting nicely in the corner waiting to supply me with enough hot water for a long HOT shower!!
Not done yet . . .
This morning, we realized that the recirculating pump was not working so I texted Diaz again--this time at 7:30 from my work. He called me within a couple minutes and a tech was dispatched to arrive at 8:30. Apparently, there was just a switch problem with the pump!
My wife was super pleased with the respectful, polite technician--Johnny, I believe.
Once again Diaz Plumbing has proved to me why I keep their information in my contacts list!!

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Owner has been highly professional

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
