We used Plumbing By Jacob for a repipe on our house after we had a massive leak and did not want to go through a leak again. Jacob definitely knows his trade and did a great job. He is fast, friendly and professional. We will be using him again for some other remodel projects we have coming up!

Jim came today to help with an issue with my garbage disposal. He was courteous, answered all my questions & addressed my issue on the spot (and for a great value). Jim was also helpful in answering my questions on an unrelated issue I had with my faucet that I really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend!

I appreciate Mike going the extra step to help us on short notice on a Saturday.  He sent Oscar and Henry.  They sent us updates and arrived ahead of schedule.  They were very professional and courteous.  They assessed the job walking through it with me.  They provided a fair estimate.  The provided updates through every step of the work.  They completed the hydro jet and camera inspection reviewing results.  They provided a fair estimate for the additional work required.  In addition, they provided recommendations for homeowner periodic maintenance.  My family and I were very comfortable with them.  My experience was good people taking pride in doing a good job and establishing a relationship. Pride and workmanship.  We are grateful.

The Canadian Handyman helped me out last minute when I was in a jam and no one else would come. I definitely appreciate the fast service and super friendly and helpful nature of this company. I have recommended to all my friends and family and they havent been disappointed! I'm very fortunate to have run across him. Thanks again for your help!

Good reliable plumbing service. Used only once. Great communication with company and with tech. A bit on the expensive side though.

Kitchen sink was clogged and I needed someone to come out and unclog it. I searched through Yelp and I found Macias Plumbing & Rooter with excellent reviews. I called them on a Wednesday late afternoon and some one was out to my house by Thursday morning. Macias Plumbing & Rooter did not disappoint. The experience was very professional and friendly. I will make Macias Plumbing & Rooter my go to guys with all plumbing related issues.

My toilet was overflowing on a Friday night at 11pm. Messaged this company and was pleased that they quickly responded. We agreed that they would come check it out the following morning. Unfortunately they never showed. No call. No message. Nothing! Absolutely unprofessional. Wasted my time waiting around when I could've had someone else take a look.

The owner is now claiming that I called him early on sat morning and cancelled. You were the only company I was in contact with since you agreed to come between 9-11am. I never called you once as we only spoke via Yelp. I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting for you. Unprofessional and dishonest.

I can't get over what a positive experience I had with this business. Mick not only fixed my plumbing issue but he was cordial, professional, reliable and definitely affordable! I have already recommended him twice today to friends. Thanks, Mick! You're my new plumber. :)

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

On a Sunday evening I discovered my sewer line stopped draining so I called The  Sewer Man at 7pm. Harry arrived to my house roughly 45 minutes later which I am extremely grateful for the fast response. He went straight to work and snaked the sewer line and was able to get it to drain but it remained slow. He informed me that he felt that the sewer line may have separated or collapsed and would come back first thing in the morning to trouble shoot further. The next morning Harry showed up just as said and was quickly able to diagnose and inform me the line needed to be replaced. Less than 24 hours hours later he was able to dig two 6' holes, complete the repair, and back fill the holes! Harry and his crew were extremely polite and respectful and they take pride in their work. If you're looking for a FAST and HONEST plumber call the Sewer Man! Thanks again Harry!

They were able to get me in same day, were on time, and resolved my plumbing issue in less than 20 minutes. He explained the issue and even gave some suggestions on how to avoid them in the future. Very pleased with their service.

Ah, finally a plumber who's easy and affordable. Jay was available, responsive, gave me a reasonable price, worked quickly, was friendly. I'll definitely use him again.

We have known Adrian Diaz and his dad for over 20 years. We continue to return to them because Diaz Plumbing has always given us the best service. The technitions were very friendly and knowledgeable too. We're happy with our new water heater. Thank you Adrain for your continued great service and Felipe and the other technition. Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
