Jacob was professional and prompt. We had an 8AM appointment and that is exactly when he showed up. Had all the right tools and expertise to get my plumbing issue resolved within 30 minutes. He was also able to provide a quote over the phone. All at a very reasonable price.

We had hydro jetting done, it was $300.  Two months later we still have the same issue.  Not sure why we still have the problem.

I have had several dealings with Right Price Rooter over the past couple of years and they have been great!  I am a contractor and a landlord, and I have rooter needs from time to time, for sure.  Mick sent his guys out to deal with a property that I have, to clear my main drain, which I have been doing about once a year for the past 15 years.  We have root intrusion and even though I have replaced sections of the main, there is a section that runs under the nicely finished driveway, that I have opted to maintain in this manner.  Mick tried his best to get through for me but after cutting his jetting hose on my collapsed pipe, said the pipe needed to be changed and refused to take any money, as the work had not had a positive result.  I dug down and did change out a section of pipe that seemed to be the problem after that, but was impressed by his ethic.  This past week, I again had an issue, on the same line, further down.  Mick, remembered the last time out and explained his concern about coming out, but agreed to.  His guys were fantastic and cleared my line.  The backup at the cleanout, had resulted in a bit of a mess around the cleanout area.  They cleaned and hosed down the area before leaving.  I like this company!  Thanks Mick.

I used their service to repair two things. Bathtub faucet leak & Kitchen sink drain leaks. Miguel and his partner were both on-time, professional , and got work done very quickly. They double-checked with me the finish results for both, and I was very pleased with it. I Loved that the service comes with a full year warranty. Same day service for an emergency water heater install.  Great workmanship, followed up the next day to see if everything is working ok.  He also got rid of the old heater.  Highly recommended.

They deserve what you see! It appears to be a family run business and I must say (I have a tendency to have a potty mouth) I was acting as if I were chatting it up with my military buds trying to show his son the job and his son did not even come close to participating in a four letter word exchange..... VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, CLEAN and FRIENDLY.... I haven't heard SIR out of a young man's mouth since retiring from the military and I was much impressed. Their work was fair in price, exemplary in finish and complete when paid for. WOULD RECOMMEND TO MY MOTHER! Thanks Diaz Plumbing for ANOTHER JOB WELL DONE!

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
