I contacted Avant Rooter around 3pm and they immediately gave me a fair quote and scheduled someone for early the next morning. Every other company I contacted had a much longer wait time and wouldn't give an estimate without an in person consult - I had a clogged kitchen drain. Miguel came right on time and efficiently fixed the issue as well as identifying and repairing a previously existing leak.

I had a broken gasket inside our toilet that I couldn't replace myself. I spend a day trying to do it myself, and decided to leave it to a professional so I called All Service Plumbing Drain and Hyrdo-Jet.  Mike came to my house. He was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to talk to. He also repaired the gasket in a very short period of time which I appreciated because it was a busy day here. With no drain stopper in the tub.. it was only a matter of time when something would go down the drain and clog it up. And sure enough a small bath toy went down the hole this weekend.

I found Macias plumbing with a lot of great reviews so I decided to give them a call. Rosendo took my call and I was surprised he was even available since it is labor day. He was here with in an hr like he had stated and after assessing the situation which was the main pipe being clogged he got right to work.. It was not an easy job because the toy was pretty big and stubborn to flush out but he got it done.

He was very friendly, punctual and professional. His price was very reasonable and I will definitely be recommending his plumbing services to my friends and family.

I set up an appointment for today. Mauricio and William came right on time. They were nice and professional. They couldn't fix my issue as it was a fire sprinkler system and they don't have the license for that. Because of their honesty and reliability, I would definitely use them again!

So this morning I had brownish, murky water coming out of my kitchen facet.  I was thoroughly afraid because I filter the water through a Brita Filter and drink the water everyday.  I did not have the time to call a plumber because I had work.  I noticed the water looked ok after running the facet.  

I called Right Price Rooter and Plumbing because I was afraid to shower, drink the water, cook, etc.  

Right Price Rooter and Plumbing was the only business to give me a very honest assessment.  Not only did they take the time to really explain what the issue was, they took the time to really reassure me that the water was ok.  After explaining the process Right Price Rooter and Plumbing told me exactly what to do to troubleshoot the issue.  They also told me that if the problem continued someone would come out immediately.  Their customer service was exceptional!!!

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Harry was responsive (when I reached out and letting me know when he was on his way), was able to come the next day, and stuck to the estimate provided ahead of time. His rate was fair, without trying to upsell me.

Needed shower diverter replaced and contacted Armando who was immediately responsive. He was able to come same day but noticed additional water coming from the piping behind the wall. We were able to schedule another day to complete the bigger job. I really appreciated how thorough he was to safely address water leaking on the second level of my home. I found him to be very professional, responsive, efficient, and fair/competitive with his pricing. I've locked him in my phone for all future plumbing needs and that peace of mind is what I call, priceless. I give him my highest recommendation!

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

I highly recommend Jay at Plumbing Rooter for You! I had guests staying for a week and on day one, the guest shower had no hot water. I got plumber 1 over who didn't even know how to remove the faucet. Then plumber 2 who gave me an outrageous quote, didn't even touch the faucet and said I needed some expensive part.  I had spoken to Jay earlier that day and called to see if he could still come the following day.  He said he would be there at 1pm and showed up at 1pm.  He took the faucet off and concluded that it was a much simpler job, no part was needed and charged me a 3rd of what the other morons (Rescue Rooter) were trying to charge me.  He was in and out in an hour.  Sure wish I had called him first. I've already referred to him to another friend who lives nearby.  My guests in their hot showers thank you Jay!

This company provided a great price to replace part of my cast iron plumbing and rebuild the plumbing under my sink. They will be my first option for plumbing jobs going forward

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
