This was my first time having to deal with pluming issue. I must have called over 10 plumbing companies and which 3 plumbers come before Jacob to try and fix my issue. The third plumbing company even brought a hydro jet, camera and 2 guys, but was not able to fix the issue.

Then come super Jacob and his trusty co-pilot Tyler.

They come on time as agreed... went straight to work... then Magic! My kitchen sink can be use again.... with that beautiful whizzing sound of water draining down the pipes was music to my ears...

Now, experiencing not able to use my kitchen sink, made me realize how I take simple thing for granted. Like opening the faucet and water draining down the sink...

The positive: I have Jacob and Tyler saved in my contacts. When you need a plumber --- who do you call??? You know who to call!!!!

Thank you to Oscar and Ramon. They saved our life, we were out of kitchen sink and dishwasher for a week die to drain issues and two other plumbing companies couldn't fix it. All service plumbing saved us, they were super professional and I cannot be happier.

I needed a variety of small repairs done at a one bedroom rental unit.  James was responsive and timely and completed the repairs.  I am very happy with his work.  He also suggested regrouting the bathtub and bathroom window which I really appreciated because I hadn't noticed how bad it was.

Got our water heater tank replaced with a tankless. The process was simple and considering the sizable rebate we get it was very cost efficient. We got a quote almost immediately and Luis came over the next week to take care of the project. He helped us take down the old cabinet the water heater was enclosed in as a free bonus. Luis spent time talking to us to make sure the new unit was exactly what we wanted and took the tank and trash with him when he left. Everything was clean and working perfectly in five hours which was amazing considering our house is from the 70s and all our projects take ten times longer than we expect them to.

Ben came to our home to help us with a clogged toilet and possible broken sewer line.  He was polite, trustworthy, honest and worked really hard for us!  He was at our house for 3 hours troubleshooting the problem we had.  We had a plumber from a different company come the day prior who we were not satisfied with.  Ben was able to fix our problem.  He didn't give up until he figured it out.  Great job and thank you!

Wow, finding a trustworthy plumbing service is like finding an honest mechanic.  These guys are are top notch.  After my uncle complained of an incredibly slow main drain I called two companies in his area.  Right Price Rooter showed up quickly and completed a huge job, which included digging up a 4 x 4 foot plot of land to install a new clean out access valve and power rooting the drain in one day.  

Mick stayed in constant contact with me during the job and explained all the necessary steps in completing the job efficiently.  The price was much less than anticipated and the he went as far as contacting the city with video of the problem.  This was necessary since the more root intrusion was discovered further downstream in the city pipes.  

Do not hesitate to call these guys.  They are honest and hard workers.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Initially gave Harry a 1 star review for not getting back to me with quote and lots of back and forth with no response. Harry called and rectified the situation. He has since done a full additional sewer and water line addition to garage and has done exceptional work. He went above and beyond when city initially didn't pass us on a technicality and has coordinated with electrician to assist with trenching for his lines. I will definitely call Harry for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend his services.

Great service and very efficient. I called them this morning for an emergency clogged toilet and they came within a few hours. This was a Sunday. I was very pleased with the customer service. They wore masks the entire time and put booties on their shoes when they came inside the house. Very respectful. I would recommend them.

Teddy came by and helped me hang a large mirror and installed curtain rods. He was very quick and efficient. He also came right on time and was flexible with changing the time day of due to an emergency. He also helped me with a faucet and another minor furnishing in the bathroom.

Jay and his crew Installed new TANKLESS WATER HEATER in my house. The quality of their work has been far superior to previous plumbers I have hired. Their pricing had always been fair and accurate. No hidden charges at the end of any of their jobs. I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed.

Adrian rocks! We own a rental property in Highland Park, and our lovely tenants had an emergency issue - a pinhole leak in one of the pipes under the house - which made them have to shut their water off. Now, to set the story in it's proper context, you have to understand that the rental property was built back in the '20's and the crawlspace under the house is VERY NARROW...to put it mildly. We realized it was going to cost a pretty penny, based on our past experiences with plumbing repairs over there.
Fearing the worst, my husband called several local plumbers the next morning. Diaz Plumbing (Adrian) was the only one who answered the phone and he immediately said he would be there in an hour. True to his word, he and his crew showed up almost exactly an hour later. They surveyed the situation and called my husband with an estimate.  After weighing all the options and deciding on the best course of action and agreeing to the price, they left to get supplies. They promptly returned and got right to work.
They were finished a lot sooner than we expected, and to add the cherry on the sundae, the final cost was a full 40% LOWER than what he had originally estimated!!!! Now, tell me, WHO DOES THAT???
Well, it seems that Diaz Plumbing does, and we are very grateful to have found them! We understand that every plumbing case is unique, and that sometimes it could be the worst case scenario, but the fact is that Adrian was honest and more than competent, and based on our first experience we will be using Diaz Plumbing for as long as we are renting the house out! After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
