Garbage disposal wasn't working, so called a few places to see who would be available to come and look at it. Jacob was the only one who walked me through a quick small home fix over the phone. It worked and saved me the time and money of having someone come look at it. He is very honest and helpful, I will 100% use him if I ever need plumbing services. Thank you Jacob!

I recently bought a triplex and had multiple plumbing projects. Over the last year, three different plumbers had recommended I replace or line my sewer system. At the same time, I was also adding a bathroom to my front property. I had several bids for all the work. Avant was the most competitive and straight forward (no upselling). They gave me very reasonable prices and were very flexible--fixing some work in progress which had been done incorrectly. Ivar and Pedro were very friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. We passed the initial city inspection with no go-backs. Greg also has a construction business, and I will consider his company for future business.

Prompt and professional. Unfortunately the representative said the job would be $79 over the phone, but charged $99 even though it was under a 10 minute drain snaking (exactly what was agreed upon over the phone).

James was fantastic, and I would 100% call him again for anything plumbing-related! He was able to come the same I day I called him, was super courteous and friendly, did a great job fixing the sink and all within the span of less than an hour. Thank you so much!

I just had an emergency service call with Olson plumbing and I'm really not happy after the fact.  I used them because they came highly rated on Yelp but I will never use their service again.  Let me explain:  I had a slab leak in the hall behind the kitchen.  I tore the walls open myself and exposed the leak area.  I called Olson because of the review and they were on call Friday.  I shut off my water and waited.  They have a fee for leak detection which ended up being a guy looking at the hole and saying...yep...there's a leak there.  They tried to cap the pipe but couldn't stop the flow and so I shut off water till Sat.  

The plumber responding was really nice and got to work quickly.  He said if I get the work through them I can get the leak detection fee waived which was nice.  So they scheduled someone for the next day.  

2 guys showed up clean and on time.  Nice guys, but I'm not sure why they needed two people.  My sense was that one might have been in training.  They walked through the process and quoted me.  This is where I made my mistake.  I didn't get a second quote and just had them work because i needed water service restored.  

In the end they took the better part of the day to reroute one line 22 linear feet over my hallway.  The job took this long because they kept running into issues...more and more issues.  Again, really nice guys, but 7 hours is a long time for two guys to route one pipe.  In the end, they caught all the leaks that popped up, we had a good laugh and the job is done and solid.  I'm still watching it, but it all looks good.

The reason for the review is that I have since had three plumbers out here to quote me to re-pipe the house.  Each time i asked them to look at the job and tell me what it would cost...on the high side to do the work and how does the repair look to them.  Every one of them gave me a max price that was half what Olson charged for what they said looked to be a messy but adequate job.  thousands more because I didn't get a second estimate, one would expect they would send master plumbers for this price....  In addition, they all said that their 'high estimate would include drywall repair which wasn't included in this service.  They also charged me for a new pressure valve at what they said was cost that turns out to be 3x cost....so my lesson is learned.  I will always get multiple estimates and not go with the emergency guys.  The total price from Olson for one 20ft reroute was about 40% the cost of a total re-pipe for a 2,400sqft home.

To recap: the guys were nice and clean.  The work was adequate, but not stellar.  They price was outrageous.  PS.  I asked about re-piping from them and they gave me a rough estimate that was double the nearest 3 estimates...and for a whole house re-pipe that's real money.  Thousands and Thousands.

I don't doubt that the company has some good plumbers, but what I saw was average work for a very premium price.

I called Ross when the gas company couldn't light the pilot light in my water heater. He came out within an hour and started trouble shooting the situation immediately. My water heater is only a couple years old and I was dreading having to buy another one. Ross worked his magic, fixed my water heater quickly, and saved me a lot of $$!

Called them - they walked me through a quick inspection and I found the problem. No charge - no hassle - good help.

If there were more stars I would definitely check those too. I was looking for a plumber  and decided to check out yelp. Right price plumbers had gotten good reviews so I gave them a call. Mick came out to the house the next day and figured out what was wrong with my running toilet and shower in a matter of 2 minutes. No run arounds or beating around the bushes. Super friendly, honest and very professional. He worked with me to find to right faucet that needed to be replaced as well. He never hesitated to come back since I had originally purchased the incorrect piece. I definitely would recommend this company hands down and will call them for future plumbing needs. Customer service is very important and mick did a great job with that. Thank you!

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

I was pleased that we hired Harry for our recent plumbing issue. I found him to be competent at what he does and he is friendly as well. He was quick to respond over text and yelp. I sent him pics of the issue over yelp and he was able to give an initial estimate with that. Then it was easy to schedule a time for the actual estimate and also schedule the repair with him over text. He did not deviate from his initial estimate.
Few days after he completed the work we found that the issue had not completely gone, so I texted him and he replied right away and promptly scheduled a time to come back to take care of it. Initially another plumber quoted me a lot more and wanted to do more work than necessary for the job. Harry did not try to make the job bigger than it was and only replaced whats absolutely necessary - for that I think he is an honest person and trustworthy.

Armando was fast and east to deal with. Did a very clean job on our shower. He was very friendly as well. Will def recommend to friends and family and will for sure call him on any plumbing needs! Great guy with great prices!!!

Mine was a short experience with Jay, but a great one.

It was a Wednesday morning and I called about 9:30 with a shower that wasn't getting hot. Jay told me he'd be in my hood for his next job, and to text him my address. He updated me by text, arrived at my place by 11, identified the problem and fixed it in 30 seconds - and didn't even charge!

I'll call Jay with all future problems. Nice to finally have a go-to plumber!

Adrian responded quickly and was a total professional! He and his staff did an expert job, and showed me the camera feed into our main line before and after the work... night and day. That's what you get from a family business with tons of experience. We've called up a lot of different plumbers and rooters over the years, Diaz is our go-to for life now.

Chris handled our indoor & outdoor needs knowledgeably and with a great can-do attitude. Prices were fair; he was on time all 3 occasions. I highly recommend Rocket.
