Replaced a shower valve in the time and price quoted.

Arrived early, diagnosed the leak in our kitchen faucet and even waited till I went to Home Depot and got a new one to install. Definitely will call Avant Rooter again for any emergency plumbing issues.

Dan came out and did a great job and after we found another problem, Pablo came out the same day and did an outstanding follow-up

James the Canadian handyman was excellent. We had a problem with the sink in our bathroom and he sorted it out in no time. He even went to the store to get extra parts he needed. Everything was left clean and tidy. He did a great job and I'd highly recommend him.

Excellent customer service and professionalism. Patrick was the plumber who came out and exceeded expectations. He was able to not only identify the cause of the water damage, but was willing to share his thoughts and knowledge during the process. I will be using Olson Superior Plumbing whenever plumbing issues arise.

What a guy!  My husband called on a Sunday morning because our water heater wasn't working.  The plumber couldn't come out because of issues with his truck but was willing to explain to my husband what needed to be done and how we could do it ourselves .  I had hot water again within a couple of  hours thanks to Macias Plumbing!

I called in was taken care of right away by Mick. Mick sent Fernando to come and survey our situation and he was kind as to go into our tiny, shallow crawlspace and check for leaks and the need to smog or use a camera which was all included in the free consultation. I was so shocked he was willing to go that far for us to do that. I was in awe. Super grateful. Appreciate the hardwork and honesty.

Excellent and quick service.  Replaced old broken sewer line in one day and the price was in-line with expectations.  Didn't charge me for the attempted hydrojet cleanout that didn't work. Friendly, responsible,  and thorough.

Armando and his brother came the same day when we contacted him. He got things done quickly and cleaned up his work afterwards. Very professional. I will be using him again in the future.

Called plumbers in a panic when toilet stuffed up and after plunging for 2 hours, no luck. Jay said he would come after he was thru with job he was finishing.  Easy to communicate by text. When he came realized I had once called him before with a strange leak. He Works with his father. They looked and looked and were here for about an hour looking for this leak and couldn't find anything. I was getting nervous because I thought they would  charge for all their time. When they couldn't find where the leak was  they left and charged NOTHING!! They said to call if it came back. It never did.
Oh, and they also fixed my toilet quickly too. Fair price.

Adrian was quick and efficient. He explained what the issue was, what his plan of action was and in the end how he fixed it.  He was also nice enough to explain to me some preventative steps for the future. I won't be calling a different plumber from here on in. I will be calling Adrian for all my plumbing needs.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
