I had a leaking valve for the refrigerator water line so called Jacob. He told me to take a picture of it. After seeing the photo he instructed me over the phone how to replace it. He told the exact parts and tools I needed. I replaced it myself, saving money. Jacob knows what he's talking.

Ivar knows what he's doing, and is honest about the work. Only downside is that they are so busy, that sometimes it's hard to get a hold of them. Ivar and Pedro showed up on time, assessed our multiple situations, and gave us a recommendation. He gave us the option of providing our own valves and shower trim, as he thought we might be able to get it for less than what it would cost through them. He wanted us to send him a link to what we were thinking of ordering, to make sure that it would fit the situation. The first proposal that we sent was not approved, and Ivar explained why. The second proposal was a go. We got a contract and a date. They showed up on time, and worked diligently through the day, trying to minimize the time that the water to our condostack was shut off.  

Main project was replacing two-handled shower and tub/shower valves with single handle pressure-balancing valves. This eliminated the hot and cold shots that we were experiencing in our shower, and assured that our grandkids would not be scalded by the 149 degree water coming from the central water heater. It works, and we are very pleased. They also snaked the shower drain, and inspected a couple of other areas of concern. I thought that what they charged was reasonable for the work that they did and the professionalism.

Fast and Courteous. All service plumbing is our preferred vendor for our apartment complex.  These guys know what they're doing and have the right equipment to get the job done. Most recently we had a sanitary drain lines hydrojetted. Rick and Andrew serviced them and did a great job.

I confirmed an appointment to repair a small section of my ceiling 2 weeks prior through Yelp, so I would be able to take some time off work.

The appointment was for 8a-10a on Yelp, so I messaged James at 7:50am to make sure he can find parking in my condo and alerted the doormen to save him a parking spot in the guest lot.

At 8:15a, he messages me back that his truck is not functioning and will message in an hour to confirm if he can or cannot fix the ceiling. 2 hours later he messages that he might be able to come back next week to fix it, but he is still unsure.

I understand that cars break down, but messaging 15 minutes after an appointment and having to be prompted to respond to a message is very inconvenient. Pretty unreliable overall.

When I noticed our water heater acting up, Olson Superior was very quick to schedule a plumber to inspect. When I turned on our hot water and Johnny Ornelas, our plumber, saw that it was flaring up, we realized it was time for a new water heater immediately. He came out around 3pm and stayed very late, around 8:30pm, to get us set up with a new tankless water heater. So far everything is working great. Follow up has been awesome as well.

During a dangerous heat warning and an upcoming holiday weekend, they came out SAME DAY to service my A/C unit. I contacted several companies for service and no one was able to service my unit the same day (with some booked for over a week). Ultimately, I feel that Macias may have overcharged me (explaining the 4 out of 5 stars) since they knew they had me a corner though. Repairman arrived early and was done in 15 minutes but the repairman was a contractor so I can not speak to Macias plumbing employees.

I needed a professional to come inspect the gas line connection for our new cooktop and to fix a detected gas leak coming from the connection. Mauricio and William from Hotline Plumbing provided excellent service and professional workmanship. They were able to come out to my property the same day I called for help and successfully repaired the gas line connection with the proper valve. They took the time to explain the work needed step-by-step and patiently dealt with some unexpected challenges along the way. Mauricio and William went the extra mile of staying longer to make sure there was absolutely no gas leaking from the connection. Both were super courteous, well-experienced with this type of repair, and cleaned up all the debris from the repair work, even though I insisted I would clean it up. All in all, I am very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Hotline Plumbing to anyone in need of gas line repair service!

I called Mick at Right Price to give me a quote to replace a corroded hot water valve under my kitchen sink. I described the issue and texted him a photo. He called me right back with an estimate and had his plumber Giovanni out in 45 minutes. Giovanni was very nice and kept the work area clean. Happy with the job and would use them again.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

THIS IS THE GUY! On Christmas Eve morning, I woke up at 8 o'clock in the morning with 2 toilets backing up.  I called 10 plumbers, they were either booked or not working.  Harry picked up and was at my house within an hour and a half.  He was professional, nice, respectful, took his shoes off when he came in the house, all the things you would want in a plumber.  His rate was excellent.  He snaked my clean out over 100 feet to the street and fixed the problem in 30 minutes.  He also fixed a problem we were having with a sink.  The guy worked his ass off.  I would highly recommend this plumber.

Armando came in on short notice to unclog our 2nd bathroom since it was backed up pretty bad .  He was very courteous and was able to get the job done in under 30 min . We definitely found our new go to plumber . Thanks again Armando !

Teddy actually saved me money by replacing parts of the bath doors and sliding doors instead of all of the doors. I needed the same day service and he was able to come same day. He is reliable and responsible. I will use him in the future.

Ah, finally a plumber who's easy and affordable. Jay was available, responsive, gave me a reasonable price, worked quickly, was friendly. I'll definitely use him again.
