Jacob was very prompt and it seems he did excellent work as far as we can tell at this point. However, we had been quoted $150 + $20 for materials and after 1 hour and 10 minutes, the bill came to $380. This is more than double the orignial quote for fixing a leaking toilet base! Due to lack of transparency of charges, we will not use his services again.

Ask for Ernesto- he's the absolute best! He had to completely replace our water heater and his work was flawless. So reliable and a pleasure to work with. He's our go-to for all plumber related issues.

James replaced my hot water heater after it started to leak. He was great to work with right from the first call.  He showed up on time which doesn't sound like much but seems to be rare these days with trades workers sadly.  He did excellent clean and professional quality work. The workspace was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. And as an added bonus he is super friendly and an all around good guy.  I wouldn't hesitate to call him for anything else in the future.  Thanks James!!

Josh, Anthony and Zack provided exceptional service installing our tankless water heater. Josh proactively had Anthony and Zack pick up the tankless heater from their warehouse before it closed on Sunday. Can't recommend these guys more. They did exemplary work and were friendly, courteous and knowledgeable in explains each and every step. They provided me with information about future potential repairs without any additional cost to me. They gave me tips to save money on servicing my own system on my own. Again, cannot recommend them more.

The plumber came in a timely manner and fixed almost impossible fixed with my corroded pipes I'm very pleased I will be using his services in the future

This was our second using Hotline Plumbing after they fixed our leaking toilet a while ago. Just like last time, our current issue was due to the subpar work of another plumber. The pipe to our water expansion tank was leaking and as it turned out it was due to the wrong type of pipes being used when our water heater got installed just two years ago, which had corroded and causes the leak. Mauricio and Luis came out quickly, were super friendly and professional, and advised us of a couple of options. Fixed our pipes and installed a new expansion tank very quickly and for a fair price.

Highly recommend Hotline Plumbing. We will only use them going forward.

I've been using Right Price Rooter and Plumbing for years now. The person I've been dealing with has been Mick, and he's great. Fair, honest, and dependable. When my toilet or faucet had a leak, he was able to fix it. Now my garbage disposal isn't working, and I have an appointment for next Tuesday for them to come out. I'm sure Mick can fix it. He's also super friendly and it's a joy having him work on my home repairs.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST OF THE BEST!

Long story short: take a shower in any bathroom and water draining seeps from under main toilet... yep... major clog!!! UGH :( hired Harry to install a new clean out and got the cold truth: the mainline across the property to the sidewalk is failing. Original clay pipe from the 50's, tree roots, earthquakes, UGH... maybe 6 mos, maybe a year before kaput can never tell. Did I believe him? YES! :)

Wife didn't want to deal with any future issues after being waterless for a few days already. With one of the holes already dug we went ahead and replaced the mainline too. Looks like no work was done! Very good clean up :)

Harry came inside and took care of old house bathroom issues! Wife is in heaven! :)

He's the absolutely best! Nice and fair! Best quote too + works on Sundays. I reached out to 8 plumbers. Harry was a last ditch search because I wasn't satisfied with quotes. Glad I didn't give up looking!

Contacted Armando and he arrived first thing the next morning. Checked out the job to replace the pipe, water pressure regulator, and hose spout. He promised he'd be back later in the day after getting the necessary parts and completing his other appointments. He returned later in the day, did the work, did it quickly, and completed it with a reasonable price. Nowadays it's hard to find individuals who can do the job in that manner so I'd go with Armando with my plumbing needs in the future.

Did all my big and small jobs around the house in an excellent manner, clean, organized, courteous. I signed him up to do my patio door from my good experience with this project.

This is the kind of plumbing company you always hope for. Jay answered on the second ring, quoted me over the phone, showed up in 15 minutes. They wore shoe covers, worked super clean and were done in a half hour. Clearly Jay takes pride in doing the job right. I highly recommend giving this company a call the next time you need a plumber.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
