He is someone who takes pride in his work, he is very meticulous and shows attention to detail. No shortcuts taken. He made sure throughout the job that we were happy with the progress. He showed up on time and was overall just a great person to work with. He really delivered! We plan to hire him again for additional work because it's hard to find people in LA with all of the qualities and work product we got from James. This evening we discovered water backing up in the shower, and water running onto the floor when we flushed a toilet. Clogged sewer line! I called Macias Plumbing at 5:50pm. Ros answered the phone, and he told me that he was headed to a non-emergency call. Ros called me back and said he would be at my place in 30 minutes or less. Ros arrived at 6:20pm, and he set-up his equipment near our outdoor sewer clean-out line. Ros snaked the sewer line, and the standing water receded within minutes. Ros was professional, friendly and efficient. Also, his quoted price was reasonable - especially given his rapid response time. Plus, he spared us having to spend the night at a hotel! We couldn't be happier!

I'm docking stars for the following:

1. Misleading- Quoted me a blind, over-the-phone price of $250 to a maximum $960 at my request for a pipe repair and the next day raised the price to $1500-$1800.

2. Overcharging - Ended up charging me $1800 when their worst case scenario price was not to exceed $960.

3. Unprepared- Told them to be prepared to finish the work at the newly quoted $1500-$1800 price after they expose the faulty pipe and they agreed. Once they located the faulty pipe and exposed it (demolitioned it), made me wait another day to finish repairs because they didn't have their tools with them.

4. Disrespectful - The repair guys spoke exclusively in Spanish in front of me thinking I didn't understand. They made it clear (of course in Spanish) that no matter what, they were going to replace two pipes. This was a logical continuation of their plan to nickel and dime me because the final price was $1800.

5. Without Honor - At the conclusion of their work, I asked if they would give me a military discount as advertised and they let me know that they wouldn't because they already gave me a discounted price at a whopping $1800. They also mentioned that they gave me free cement, when cementing a job site was an agreed upon item. They misuse their veteran discount as a ploy to benefit off of veterans who fought for their freedom.

I've been a Real Estate Broker for over 15 years and have used many plumbers.  I don't normally write reviews, but had too for Right Price Rooters.  These guys know what they are doing.  On time, fast and very knowledgable about their work.  I refer them to all my clients and they all say the same thing.  I get Thank You calls all the time from past clients.  I would definitely recommend Right Price Rooters and Mick is who you want to speak to.  Cheers!

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

I kept smelling gas near my door leading to the garage. After having the gas company come and shut off my gas because of a leak from my dryer, SEWER MAN ROOTER & PLUMBING came and fixed it in under an hour. Harry was very knowledgeable and affordable. He made it very easy and after the gas company came and ran tests, everything was good to go!

Called Armando about a bathroom sink that wasnt draining. He showed up within the hour and got right to work. He ended up having to replace some pipes and snake the drain to take care of this stubborn blockage. He had the whole job done in under an hour which included having to saw off some old corroded pipes. His total fee for the job was incredibly reasonable considering the work that had to be done plus the professionalism shown. Very happy with his work and I will definitely call him for any future needs.

Jay was fantastic and very open and communicative. I had sinks backed up in the bathroom and kitchen and he neatly cleared the work space, showed me the problem and work he had to do. Made good suggestions for the future too. Important to note- I am a single woman and took great care to be respectful and fair. I double checked his prices with an experienced family member who confirmed the reasonable fee for Sunday work. Will hire Jay again!

I called for the first time today. They responded quickly and the serviceperson, Thomas, was courteous, professional and very helpful. It turned out my problem was a small one, very easily fixed, and he didn't even charge me. Thomas was great! I will definitely use Diaz Plumbing again. Super nice and they do good work.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
