Jacob was awesome!!  I called to have him come out and see what was wrong with my kitchen faucet.  He talked me through a couple things over the phone and helped me figure out what was wrong and how I could fix it myself!   Thanks again Jacob.  If I ever need plumbing help again I will call Jacob!!

I am a realtor and needed a mainline sewer inspection for a home my clients were in escrow on and we needed it done in a very short timeframe. Avant was able to come out quickly and arrived during the promised time window. The technician, Jeff, was incredibly thorough and professional. He was able to quickly uncover some pretty major and costly issues with the sewer line that my clients would never have known about since it was under a concrete slab...nightmare waiting to happen! Additionally, Jeff was able to walk us through the discovered issues in a very clear and concise manner and outlined different potential fixes/associated costs. Ultimately, it saved my clients tens of thousands of dollars in potential repairs and they couldn't have been more pleased! I'd highly recommend Avant being anyone's first call for all plumbing related issues.

The reviews are true y'all, James is super knowledgeable and easy to work with. He's up front about what work is required and has fair prices. Any type of work being done in your home is stressful so it's really nice to have someone who is professional and an all around nice guy being the one do it. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. Had a running toilet that had been wasting water for months.  Contacted Hotline and had someone out here within an hour or so.  They assessed the problem and fixed it on the spot.  Knowledgable and friendly.  So glad I gave them a call and will call them again in the future.

It was the 3rd time a pipe broke, causing a leak at my parent's house. We didn't want to have to go through this problem over and over again so I researched and looked around for the best plumbing company around the area to give their professional opinion on a solution.

Right Price Rooter and Plumbing turned out to be a great decision. Mick came all the way out from Glendale and assessed the job. From the start,
he was very professional, courteous, pleasant, and overly accommodating. He recommended we just repipe the entire house to prevent any further leaks. He was very detailed and thorough with his recommendation which showed us that he really knew what he was doing.

After we decided to go ahead with the job, we felt confident that they would do excellent work. Although there were some obstacles and challenges along the way, causing some frustration and inconvenience for my family, I still give the company 5 stars because of the price and 25 year warranty. Also, the drywall work after all the plumbing looked great. My dad ended up being happy so that was a good thing.

Albert is fantastic. Great service. Came out last minute and handled a plumbing issue right away. Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.

If there were more stars I'd give it.  Very professional, and prompt.  Tried to help me to see if the problem could be fixed over the phone. When I couldn't, I was his next appointment. It was a simple fix that he thankfully solved, without taking advantage of my emergency. He definitely will be the only one I call in the future.

Just beware that this company is not able to give any idea on pricing for valve replacements. They require an appointment for an estimate and a separate appointment for the replacement. I was simply looking for a range and would have been happy to provide any additional information needed to give a range but they said no. This is for a property I don't live in so this process is very inconvenient. I was able to get a range from other companies so I will be going with one of them.

Called plumbers in a panic when toilet stuffed up and after plunging for 2 hours, no luck. Jay said he would come after he was thru with job he was finishing.  Easy to communicate by text. When he came realized I had once called him before with a strange leak. He Works with his father. They looked and looked and were here for about an hour looking for this leak and couldn't find anything. I was getting nervous because I thought they would  charge for all their time. When they couldn't find where the leak was  they left and charged NOTHING!! They said to call if it came back. It never did.
Oh, and they also fixed my toilet quickly too. Fair price.

Again, great  service, came earlier and that was fine.  They leave my place better than it was. So thorough and a reasonable price. They are not greedy and that's an important trait for a business.

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
