The character and ability of a service provider is surely demonstrated by his work. But it is also demonstrated by honesty and today Jacob showed how great a businessman he is. Jacob had helped me about two years ago in fixing the connection to a refrigerator and also moving a gas line that would work with my new dryer. The work was fantastic!  Today I needed to fix the equipment in a toilet tank. He looked at it and instead of installing some equipment that was obviously broken, he explained that the problems were much deeper and that I needed to call my landlord.  That's integrity and that's maybe more important than just his skills--although those are top notch. This is the plumber you need to hire.

I highly recommend Avant Rooter. I live in Huntington Beach and have been using Alfredo for a few years. Alfredo is an outstanding plumber who is knowledgeable, responsible, and has great communication.

I recently learned Avant Rooter is capable of much more complex plumbing projects. I had used them for servicing my tankless water heater and snaking my clean out. My recent problem required digging down and replacing my main sewer line installed in the 40s that had failed. This included concrete removal, tunneling, asphalt in the ally, and pushing new pipe under my garage along the path of the failed pipe without excavation.

I had 4 other plumbers look at the problem and received varying scopes and quotes, some of which were just plain wrong and would not have solved the problem. Alfredo from Avant Rooter and Anthony, the Branch Manager both took on the problem, properly assessed, and provided a timely quote that was also the best price. It is a rare day when quality, timeliness, and best price go together. I can happily say with Avant Rooter, that is the case. I have been in the construction industry a while and I highly recommend Avant Rooter.

I confirmed an appointment to repair a small section of my ceiling 2 weeks prior through Yelp, so I would be able to take some time off work.

The appointment was for 8a-10a on Yelp, so I messaged James at 7:50am to make sure he can find parking in my condo and alerted the doormen to save him a parking spot in the guest lot.

At 8:15a, he messages me back that his truck is not functioning and will message in an hour to confirm if he can or cannot fix the ceiling. 2 hours later he messages that he might be able to come back next week to fix it, but he is still unsure.

I understand that cars break down, but messaging 15 minutes after an appointment and having to be prompted to respond to a message is very inconvenient. Pretty unreliable overall.

I highly recommend Olson Superior Plumbing for gas leak repairs and plumbing work. They are a very professional company. From start to finish, they are very responsive and reliable. The price for my job was reasonable as well.

I started by requesting a quote through Yelp after hours and provided my phone number. The next morning, Lexie called and schedule my appointment for the following day. She explained pricing to me and scheduled me with Patrick. I immediately received a text confirmation.

During my appointment window, Patrick called to let me know he was on his way. I received another text confirmation that he was en route. He arrived on time and was extremely courteous, nice, friendly and knowledgeable. He worked fast and completed the work in less than an hour. I was impressed! He did an excellent job! I will definitely call Olson for any plumbing needs in the future!

I rarely write reviews but Macias plumbing is great!! Ros was quick to reply and came out asap when I needed help with my toilet. He quickly fixed the toilet and also helped me de-clog both of my bathroom sinks. I was shocked how quick my whole house was back to normal operation. I would highly recommend Macias Plumbing!

AMAZING!! Wish I could give 10 stars!  Highly recommended!  I cannot begin to describe how amazing this experience was with Right Price Rooter.  I had a big issue with my pipes being blocked.  I called and the owner (Mick) answered himself, he quickly sensed my anxiety and arranged to come himself with one of his workers to open my pipes. Within 2 hours, as scheduled, they arrived on time and quickly solved the problem.  They were courteous and took great care to be careful in the house and cleaned up after they left.  I was told by other plumbers that I needed to get a riser and drain out valve installed but Mick was completely honest and said that is not necessary.  That is honesty at its best -- wow!  He gave me the best options and solutions to save me money.   These guys are the most honest and hardworking plumbers and professionals I have met.  I have recommended them to all of my friends and family.  Do yourself a favor and call them for all of your plumbing needs -- you will see for yourself the level of quality, professionalism and honest work they do.  Thanks Mick!   -Sevan (Haines Canyon)

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Harry was great! We had a broken shower faucet, leaky kitchen sink and broken water pressure regulator and Harry fixed all within 2 hours at a very reasonable price. He was transparent with the issues and did not try to oversell which was refreshing. Major plus for being available on a Saturday and arriving within an hour of the initial request! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Great service and very efficient. I called them this morning for an emergency clogged toilet and they came within a few hours. This was a Sunday. I was very pleased with the customer service. They wore masks the entire time and put booties on their shoes when they came inside the house. Very respectful. I would recommend them.

He was great. Very polite and did a wonderful job on the toilet and somehow getting new rubber wheels on the shower door!

Jay was wonderful!  I emailed him to get a quote for a large re-piping job and regulator installation.  He was not only thousands cheaper than the other plumber I spoke with but he made a point to show me exactly what needed to be replaced/repaired, and walked me through why (we discussed the short term and long term impact of each repair).  Apparently the other plumber I spoke with had added on unnecessary work to their quote.  

Jay is a perfectionist and produces work of the highest quality.  He is honest, hard working and really knows his craft (my handyman fully vetted him).  He was early for all three of the appointments I had with him.  I would highly recommend him!

They were great!  After two trips from a handyman, a visit from another plumber, and many phone calls, Adrian and Anthony from Diaz Plumbing came and took entire care of the problem at my Mt Washington home.  Hurray!  As Hector said to me on the phone, you can do things right the first time, or you can do things again.  And Adrian told me the price before anyone came, which you cannot beat.  Now I know who turn to for all my plumbing problems.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
