Working with Jacob was great! He was very quick to respond after I contacted him via Yelp and set up a meeting at my condo right away. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my plumbing problem right away. After he gave me a quote, I did some research with other plumbers and online and found that his quote was appropriate for my area.  Although I had to pay quite a bit of money to replace my water heater, Jacob made the experience bearable because I knew he was being thorough and truthful. Overall, working with Jacob was a great experience and my major plumbing problem was fixed the day after he came out!

Avant will now be my go to plumber.  I used them on another small job in my house and price compared with other plumbers in the area (who were upcharging).  I called them again for an out of the box job with my hot tub and they delivered again.

These guys are great! I've needed plumbing services 3 times recently (due to issues that crop up with an old house) including one semi-emergency. Looked for plumbers on Google Maps, found All-Service right down the road from my house. They came right away exactly when scheduled and did a great job. It's a small business; I've dealt with all of the guys by now, and every one has been friendly, nice, and easy to talk with. They even came out on New Years Day (today) to relight my ancient floor heater

James is amazing! I was looking for a handyman because my closet railing was falling apart and also my floating sink vanity was sinking a bit. He gave me a reasonable quote and was able to come take a look at it the next day. He fixed both issues quickly and I asked him to take a look at a few more things, which he happily looked at and was able to fix for me.

One of those things was a stubborn sliding door that was not sliding correctly. He even went out to buy materials and came back to re-install the mount. It was still not sliding correctly, so he came back the next morning to shave down the bottom of the door and re-mount it again. In the end, it was fixed and I am a happy customer!

I reached out because I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink. Even though it was late at night, I got a response within minutes. They were able to schedule me for first thing the next morning. Daryl came out, assessed the situation and gave me a very fair quote. We were so pleased with his work that we scheduled him to come back out and take on a bigger job of updating some plumbing that we had been putting off in our backyard. It wasn't a necessity, but it was old and messy and just needed to be cleaned up. And since we had found a great plumber, we decided it was a great time to get it all taken care of.  I spoke with Emily on the phone, and she was so pleasantly friendly and got us on the schedule for the next day. Everything was taken care of, and looks so much better! Once again, Daryl did a great job!

Ross, a super friendly guy at Macias Plumbing, got us our hot water running again, all in one afternoon. He diagnosed our issue and quickly decided we needed a new water heater. He went over and above installation by improving the shut off valve and he also hauled away the old water heater for no charge. Thanks Ross.

Mick and Juan installed a water softener at my home on 8/8. The job went smoothly, and the gentlemen were very considerate of the space constraints with where I wanted the unit installed, and made it work. I didn't know much about water softeners, so I failed to but the salt bags for it. These guys purchased the bags and did not charge me one cent over what was initially quoted. Very professional and courteous... What more could you ask?

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

They really are sewer hero's :) Harry is awesome, he was able to come on a Sunday to fix our sewer line. He was thorough and explained everything after he cleared our stoppage. He showed us what was wrong and the right solution to fix it right the first time. I was very impressed with his knowledge and skills. Thanks Harry and the crew!

I called Armando first thing in the morning for installation of my new toilet. It didn't have a flange or ring. He came out a few hours later to give me a quote. He was positive and reassuring about the job. In no time at all my new toilet was securely installed.

Teddy came by and helped me hang a large mirror and installed curtain rods. He was very quick and efficient. He also came right on time and was flexible with changing the time day of due to an emergency. He also helped me with a faucet and another minor furnishing in the bathroom.

Jay was fantastic and very open and communicative. I had sinks backed up in the bathroom and kitchen and he neatly cleared the work space, showed me the problem and work he had to do. Made good suggestions for the future too. Important to note- I am a single woman and took great care to be respectful and fair. I double checked his prices with an experienced family member who confirmed the reasonable fee for Sunday work. Will hire Jay again!

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Owner has been highly professional

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
