Found Plumbing by Jacob here on yelp.  I had to replace my water heater, and wanted to use a local plumber.  I looked around and had a couple other estimates with everyone about the same price give or take.  I did my due diligence and checked for feedback for each business I looked at.  In reading the other guys reviews they were mixed.  Jacobs reviews were spot on.  No one had anything bad to say which is very rare these days I liked what I had seen and set up a time to start the work.  My job was scheduled for 0800, Jacob showed up 20min early...even better.  His costumer service was great with no BS, told me what I needed and didn't try to sell me on any extra work. The job took 3hrs and he cleaned up and fixed everything that was wrong or broken replaced my old unit with a Bradford White unit.  This is a good young hard working local guy making a living.  I would definitely recommend him and will be calling on him again in the future.

Evan came by on Sunday just about an hour after I had called. He arrived with a big smile and positive attitude, which was necessary as he was taking care of a tenant's issue and she rarely smiles. He took care of the backed up sink promptly, professionally and left the area nice and clean. He even got a smile back from her. Thanks, Evan!

I called all service plumbing again for a leak under the sink. Armando was my tech and he was so helpful. It turns out my dishwasher was never installed correctly. The Technician said I needed an air gap for my dishwasher to work properly.  Also I had some drains upgraded and a new faucet installed while I was getting this work done. Armando was very personable and professional. It's nice to have a reliable plumbing company I can call anytime.

This guy is so awesome! We had him out to help with some work I had to do on my garage and he was such a great help. He gave me some great ideas on how we could execute the plans I had and was very open to all the details that for me, were totally crucial. Needless to say, I've hired him for several more jobs since then and will continue to do so indefinitely. He has such a strong, positive attitude and thinks creatively and on his toes. My garage is the nicest it's ever been now and anything that needs fixed up around the house happens quickly and painlessly. If I could give him more than 5 starts, I would. Got our water heater tank replaced with a tankless. The process was simple and considering the sizable rebate we get it was very cost efficient. We got a quote almost immediately and Luis came over the next week to take care of the project. He helped us take down the old cabinet the water heater was enclosed in as a free bonus. Luis spent time talking to us to make sure the new unit was exactly what we wanted and took the tank and trash with him when he left. Everything was clean and working perfectly in five hours which was amazing considering our house is from the 70s and all our projects take ten times longer than we expect them to.

I can't believe how incredibly difficult it is to find a good plumber. After searching through plumbers in the area I got two estimates from online companies and a referral for Macias Plumbing from a friend. Among the three, Ros from Macias Plumbing was the most professional, most knowledgeable, most personable, and seemed the most trustworthy. With a baby in the house I wanted someone I felt comfortable with so I chose Macias Plumbing. His costs are awesome and his service is even better! We just moved into the house so I had quite a few projects for him. He finished each project on time and within budget. All his work passed inspections with flying colors. Of all the contractors I've been working with on the new house Macias Plumbing is the only one I would refer to friends and family.

Giovanni is awesome! Such a great guy! Very professional and he knows his stuff! He repaired our toilet in no time. I highly recommend him and his company.He's our go to guy when it comes to plumbing repairs. This is already his second time helping us & did not disappoint.

My family and I are currently convinced that Mick and his team at Right Price Rooter and Plumbing are the best plumbers that we know of in all of Greater Los Angeles. Mick came out within 1 hour of our call and gave us a thorough inspection that included a camera-viewing of our sewer main as well as a checking of all of our plumbing fixtures inside the property. What we had expected to be a small minor issue and quick fix was only a downstream phenomenon to what Mick correctly diagnosed to be a bigger, more upstream problem. Every year or so for the past many years, my parents used other plumbers to remove large roots from a nearby City of LA tree that continually grew into our sewer main. In the past, we received hydro-jetting services, which temporarily cleared roots out of the pipe. This time, with Right Price Rooter and Plumbing, we discovered that part of our sewer main had completely collapsed, and therefore all the problems inside the house (clogs, smells, leaks, and pseudo-floods) were due to wastes simply accumulating under our property and backing up and/or seeping into the Earth below (instead of running off into the City sewer). Mick professionally, simply, and concisely answered all of our questions (we had many) about the situation and thoroughly helped us explore our options. Ultimately, we chose to use trenchless pipe bursting technology with SDR 17 to not only save on costs (compared to the cost of a full replacement with a trench) but also to fix the issue in the most durable manner. Additionally, we received from Mick what is essentially a lifetime guarantee. We got a very fair bid, and Mick was able to get us an even better price with a bit of what people may call negotiating or haggling. To me, it just felt like a good business conversation, with a tad of consultative sales, to work out a mutually beneficial deal at the end. We were on track to finish in just a few days, ahead of the expected time frame, until a relatively small skirmish with our neighbors ensued. However, it was quickly and directly resolved and the ultimate outcome seemed to be much better than what would have happened had the neighbor event had not happened. Overall, Mick does not waste time, he handles objections, questions, and issues directly, and he always gets the job done both well and fast. Permits were pulled and the city inspectors came out to inspect before the work was done and after the work was done, and everything came out great. During the job itself, Mick was extremely responsive to every text and call. He answered every phone call (we had more than a few) and only once did it go to voicemail. Even when it did, he called back in under 2 minutes. He is direct in what he genuinely thinks and feels, while keeping both his customer and his reputation in central focus. For the final walkthrough and inspection, Mick answered all of our final questions and even gave valuable, practical advice for our rentals. Mick is professional, confident, fast, fair, direct, reachable, punctual, and responsive. He deeply cares for his team and his family's business. It is his father's legacy, which began in 1976 and was formally built and structured in 1992. My review, in retrospect, may seem like the tip of an iceberg, built upon mine and my family's limited experience with Mick and his team, but ultimately, if you are looking for a plumber and plumbing team with decades of combined experience and knowledge for any and all of your plumbing needs in Greater Los Angeles, we highly recommend that you consider this group. Albert is fantastic. Great service. Came out last minute and handled a plumbing issue right away. Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.

We had a problem with our sewer line which seemed to back up every 6 months or so. Our local plumber recommended that next time it happens that we try hydro jetting the line to clear everything out. Of course it happened again. I found Harry and gave him a call. He was professional and friendly. He was able to come within an hour and had the line hydro jetted and cleaned out. He gave us a good price and didn't try to sell us on any work that wasn't necessary. He told us what we needed to be on the lookout for should any other problems arise. I would highly recommend Sewerman and have no doubt that we will use him again for any major plumbing issues.

Great guys. Jay has come to the rescue a few times now in the house where I work. Very professional and no BS. He's always given quotes ahead of time and taken pictures/done walk throughs for anything before going ahead. He's fixed pipes, removed and installed a water heater, pumped a flooded basement, and made sure everything is up to current safety standards. Super nice and easy to work with!

Adrian was very knowledgeable and helpful in working out the details of getting 2 Seismic Shut Off Gas Valves installed at a duplex property. He also followed thru with the city and coordinated the permits. Reliable and easy to work with.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
