Great response time when I asked for a quote. I got the problem taken care of before ordering any services. But I am impressed by Jacob's communication, and that means a lot. There will certainly be more opportunities in the future.

From start to finish it was a great. Lyle was the technician and he was real friendly and we had good conversation. He wore a mask and wore shoe covers which i appreciated. He was very knowledgeable, professional and experienced. I had a toilet water running problem and Lyle was very quick fixing it. I would definitely recommend to all who has plumbing problems.  I really appreciated the fact they worked around my schedule and came at night as i work remote during the day at home. Awesome company ask for Lyle.

Rosendo and his crew did a great job on a gas leak / repair job at our rental property... They did quality work (passed gas Co inspection with flying colors), and at a reasonable price, - compared to another plumbing company that we contacted- prior to Macias Plumbing... They are very helpful, reliable, and knowledgeable... We highly recommend Macias Plumbing.

These guys are the real deal.  Prompt, professional and competent.  Nice guys as well.

I was impressed that they could quote me a price over the phone.  It was far below other people's quotes.  They showed up right on time, did the job (hydro jetting my sewer exit line), and cleaned up.

All in all, five stars and I would use them again without shopping around.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

We had a water leak in our front yard and since Harry has done a different repair for us, we called him up to assess the situation. He found the leak and figured out a solution for the repair. After a full day of work, he ripped out the old line, installed new copper, and did the digging/removal/replacement of the pavers, so that it was just like new. After another job well done, I will call Harry up for all my future plumbing needs.

I have been experiencing plumbing issues with my bathroom sink. It's been so frustrating that I finally decided it's time to call in the big guns. I submitted a request a quote and Armando responded in such a timely matter and offered a free quote. We scheduled a next day appointment 10-12. This morning I receive a call from Michelle asking me if it's ok that he was 45 mins away. I thought WOW amazing I get a call and he will be here early. He showed up with a worker wearing a mask and put on booties! By far the most professional and clean. He pulled an insane amount of hair that was clogging my sink. He also mentioned before starting the work how much he would charge to snake the drain and if it didn't work then there would be no charge. I'm so impressed by his professionalism and work ethic. I would recommend him all day everyday to family and friends.

I will always use Jay for my plumbing needs.  I had a gas line that needed repair, and Jay returned my call within the hour and fixed the line the next morning.  I couldn't be happier with the results.

After booking an appointment a day out for a clogged kitchen sink. The technician did not show up for the 1-3pm window.  I reached out twice to see what was happening, with no word back. Had to book another plumber last minute, who showed up within a few hours. I am only giving 2 stars because I can't give 1.5.  Also the tech was apologetic when he finally got back at 6pm, giving a story about being busy, etc... Bottom line, regardless of what's happening, a quick text or call to update would have saved a customer and bad review. Lesson learned I hope.
