More than pleased with the service today!! I know we will use Plumbing by Jacob for all future plumbing needs big or small. Work is done by owner and done right. Very pleasant to deal with. I had our corroded gas line replaced from gas meter to shut-off. He explained everything including how he would bring it up to code with proper pipe material, depth, grounding and what the gas co. requires for locating buried pipes. He encouraged pictures for home records. Work was finished in one morning and he came on time. He checked for any gas leaks and made sure all gas appliances in home working correctly afterwards. I felt the cost was reasonable and likely less than if I had called a mega-company with high overhead. Very happy I have a plumber I can call on now with total confidence!

I called Avant Rooter when I was having issues with my water heater. I was nervous about having people in my home during covid, but they eased my worries. They showed up on time and took safety percautions  by wearing gloves and masks. They ended up needing to replace the water heater, but the price was fair and what they had quoted. I am really happy with their service. Would call again in the future.

An outstanding service. Mike has been called out many times and he has always been there to help. Weather it was for home or business it wasn't ever an issue. He always tries to find a way to solve the issue at an amazing price. Could't ask for anyone better!

He gets the job done in less than no time and hasn't once left a mess. Always on time and precise. Explains what was the problem, how to fix it, what he was going to do, and how to prevent anything else from coming happening. Friendly and affordable and always smells good. Also gives tips on how to clean and kill bacteria.

If you are looking for a company that doesn't respond to requests, then this is the company for you!  Fortunately we've found a reliable, professional plumber interested in our business.

Anthony did great job for my bath shower cartridge replacement, which was unexpected difficult, because of rusted nuts.  He did not mind to make extra efforts and spend extra time, all that and still charged very reasonable price.

Ros was able to come out and fix our water heater same day- and was actually able to come earlier than originally promised! He was extremely nice and very communicative which I hugely appreciate. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

I don't think I have ever used a nicer and more professional plumbing company.  The first thing I was impressed with was that a person answered the phone, I was not met by the usual voicemail.  As soon as the guys who would come out were in a zone where they could receive cell phone calls, the man who answered the phone called me back and told me they would be out in about 15 or 20 minutes.  Then the plumbers, Mauricio and William, called me within 2 minutes to tell me the same thing.  They were here within 15 minutes to rooter out my main line.  

The price was completely reasonable.  I had expected to pay much more.  They got rid of the clogs within 5 minutes.  Then they rootered and pulled out a bunch of tree roots.  After that, I asked about replacing the pipes, which I knew would eventually need to be done. He said that since they just cleaned everything out I should wait until there was a new problem and that there was no need to do the work yet.  Wow!  No upsell.

I asked Mauricio if he could take a look at a problem with my toilet.  He didn't need to take it apart.  All he needed was to adjust a screw.  He showed me how to adjust it if I should need to do it in the future.  He didn't even charge me for that.   They were really nice.  Mauricio even wanted to pet my dog.

I highly recommend Hotline Plumbing and Rooter.  If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

Mick has done two jobs for me in the past, and this time he fixed a problem with a clogged sewer line. Even though he was late, due to a car accident, he did show up and was very apologetic. The service is very good and I will continue to use them.

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Harry was an amazing plumber. He came on time, geate attitude extremely courteous. He works fast and making sure everything is done perfectly. Someone please give him a raise, he deserves it! Thanks Harry!

Called very late to unclog a main drain.  He showed up within an hour and unclogged the drain.  Returning in the morning to run a camera to diagnose the recurring problem.

We had two bathroom faucets  and a shower head replaced. Our plumbing is older and it wasn't easy to remove the old faucets, but he didn't complain, just did it.  He cleaned up the work space and left the bathroom better than when he arrived.
Teddy is honest, hardworking and a professional handyman.
We were very pleased with his work and his desire to help us.
He is definitely on my list to give him a call for more household work.

I can't sing the praises of Jay and his work enough. Jay fit me in on the same day that I called. Unclogged my tub and repaired an outside faucet in under an hour. He is professional, friendly and reasonably priced. I will only call Jay for my plumbing needs. You should too.

Adrian was quick and efficient. He explained what the issue was, what his plan of action was and in the end how he fixed it.  He was also nice enough to explain to me some preventative steps for the future. I won't be calling a different plumber from here on in. I will be calling Adrian for all my plumbing needs.

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
