Hands down best plumber I've ever encountered. This man is honest. It's hard to find people like him . I've seen him go out of his way to help others without making a cent. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. Thanks Jake for being awesome. You the man .

I woke up this morning and black sewer water was overflowing from my toilet. I'm not talking about a slow dribble. Poop-smelling-water was gushing out like Old Faithful leaving me standing in ankle deep black water. I've worked with a few plumbers in the past so I called both of them, but none of them were available to come immediately. Thanks to Yelp I found Avant and Chris came to the rescue and arrived in less than an hour.

Chris came and used a snake to unclog our drain and discovered plant roots were growing inside our pipes causing our water to not drain. He spent sometime pulling out all the roots and gunk from our clogged sewer drains. It was absolutely disgusting and I'm forever grateful for Chris. One thing I greatly appreciate is him wearing shoe covers when he stepped into our house. I unfortunately had several plumbers and electricians come into our house during COVID and none of them wore shoe coverings. Chris was able to clear out all the pipes and even put a camera down the drain to show me what the problem was. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional. After working with a few plumbers this year, I have to say Avant Rooter has the best pricing and the most professional workers. From here on out, they will be the first company I call if our house has any plumbing issues (*crossing fingers* no more overflowing toilets). Thanks Chris for your help today!

Unreliable service.  I rescheduled an appointment because a technician was behind schedule.  The second time, no one showed up.

James did an admirable job for me.  I hired him after having to fire a plumber I had worked with for years.  

I scheduled with the previous plumber twice and he wouldn't show up or even call to say he wasn't coming.  It was a tremendous inconvenience to my tenant, who needed a simple water leak fixed.

James scheduled an appointment with me online, showed up on time, and made a valiant effort to make the repair in a timely fashion.

But... There was a glitch in the installation, and I was really nervous about having already paid for the services when we discovered the issue a few hours later (anti-scalding temperature setting in the new shower valve didn't allow enough hot water).  

James demonstrated honor and integrity by volunteering to come back and fix the mistake at no additional charge, without me having to ask.  Do you have any idea how rare that is these days?

As a business owner who has had, on more than one occasion, to go back and correct a mistake at my own cost I was impressed by his willingness to do so, and frankly his eagerness to make it right.

I would recommend him to apartment owners looking for a reliable handyman.  

You get what you pay for, and the lowest bidder isn't always the best option.

Professional, responsive, and considerate! We had a slab leak that caused a lot of damage and stress. The team helped us get a restoration service onsite quickly to take care of the damage and made it easy to deal with our insurance company.

We ended up having to re-pipe our house. Efrain's team was extremely professional, friendly, and competent. They finished the whole project in one day, did a great job patching up, and left the place spotless. Highly recommend working this company and will use them again for future plumbing work.

I did a yelp search and Macias Plumbing came up and was nearby. We had no hot water. Called around 130p, Ros answered said he was working on a service line and could come by before 4pm. He showed up at 3p. Water heater leaking; we went to HD to buy a new water heater. Ros completed the job by 5p. Thank you Ros!

My husband and I have used Hotline Plumbing quite a few times for plumbing issues big and small. We have a 74-year-old home, and problems do come up. My husband and I highly recommend them! They provide great customer service. Their timeliness is much appreciated. They arrive when they say they will, and always call to say that they are on the way over. It was the day after Thanksgiving, and every other plumber in LA seemed to be closed. When we called they said they'd check and see if they could come out, then called back 10 minutes later to say they couldn't. Fair enough, we figured we'd be living with buckets behind our washing machine for the weekend.

About an hour later they called back and said they'd finished up with another job early and could swing by. Mick showed up and took one look at our leak and told us that it was so easy to fix that he'd feel bad even charging us. He told us exactly what to do, and five minutes later we were all set!

I really appreciate the honesty from this business, and I will definitely be calling them again when I have a plumbing issue.

On a Sunday evening I discovered my sewer line stopped draining so I called The  Sewer Man at 7pm. Harry arrived to my house roughly 45 minutes later which I am extremely grateful for the fast response. He went straight to work and snaked the sewer line and was able to get it to drain but it remained slow. He informed me that he felt that the sewer line may have separated or collapsed and would come back first thing in the morning to trouble shoot further. The next morning Harry showed up just as said and was quickly able to diagnose and inform me the line needed to be replaced. Less than 24 hours hours later he was able to dig two 6' holes, complete the repair, and back fill the holes! Harry and his crew were extremely polite and respectful and they take pride in their work. If you're looking for a FAST and HONEST plumber call the Sewer Man! Thanks again Harry!

Water heater was leaking and had to be replaced. Armando was able to do a same day appointment and do the work the same day. Great job and great service. Highly recommend.

Jay and his partner (dad?) were amazing. They arrived on time, communicated easily via text and phone call, and we're up front about costs. Jay provided options for my garbage disposal repair based on best practice and price, and showed me what was going on every step of the way. I am a mom who was at home with a 1 year old, and they were so good with being respectful and even chatting and playing with my daughter.

Highly recommended, and I would call them again any time I have another plumbing need!

My sink backed up late afternoon and i was going to have a Labor Day get together in a few days! I called Diaz and he graciously agreed to come the next morning early! When Marco and Alberto got here, the clog had evidently gone down overnight. there was no clog anymore. the guys checked out everything and then Adrian told me no charge.
