Jacob was on time, very knowledgeable, professional and did a great job! The price was right too. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber!

I put in a quote request through yelp and Avant Rooter responded quickly. They were able to get a tech out very quick same day. Matthew showed up in the time I was provided for the block and assessed the situation quickly . He provided us a very reasonable quote to get it snaked and have the pipe repaired properly. Under $300 for plumbing is a good deal for me when it's multiple things being taken care of. Matthew is super polite and listened. His work is neat and he made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. I'd definitely use them again and I'd request Matthew again!  two thumbs up from us!

We had an emergency pluming situation and we needed service fast. Mike was extremely professional. Fast same day response time and very reasonably priced = I will definitely be using him again and referring him.

Responsive, considerate, and does excellent work.  At the risk of further encouraging his popularity, I must rate The Canadian Plumber five stars.

We had a clogged air gap and I went on Yelp to request a quote and find someone to come out and fix it. Olson was the first company to respond. They provided me with a quote over the phone and offered me a first timer discount. They came out next day to fix. Unfortunately the plumber assigned to the job injured themselves and they contacted me first thing to notify me and try to reschedule. Both the injured plumber and front desk contacted me to reschedule. A few minutes later I was assigned to a new plumber and he arrived shortly after. The plumber replaced the old tube that was clogged with a brand new one because it was more efficient than cleaning out the old one. He was in and out in thirty minutes. Everyone I spoke with at Olson was courteous and professional. Extraordinary customer service. Will definitely use again.

The only thing hot about hotline plumbing is their price and their lies. A company without honor or integrity.

I'm docking stars for the following:

1. Misleading- Quoted me a blind, over-the-phone price of $250 to a maximum $960 at my request for a pipe repair and the next day raised the price to $1500-$1800.

2. Overcharging - Ended up charging me $1800 when their worst case scenario price was not to exceed $960.

3. Unprepared- Told them to be prepared to finish the work at the newly quoted $1500-$1800 price after they expose the faulty pipe and they agreed. Once they located the faulty pipe and exposed it (demolitioned it), made me wait another day to finish repairs because they didn't have their tools with them.

4. Disrespectful - The repair guys spoke exclusively in Spanish in front of me thinking I didn't understand. They made it clear (of course in Spanish) that no matter what, they were going to replace two pipes. This was a logical continuation of their plan to nickel and dime me because the final price was $1800.

5. Without Honor - At the conclusion of their work, I asked if they would give me a military discount as advertised and they let me know that they wouldn't because they already gave me a discounted price at a whopping $1800. They also mentioned that they gave me free cement, when cementing a job site was an agreed upon item. They misuse their veteran discount as a ploy to benefit off of veterans who fought for their freedom.

Highly Encourage Using Another Company!

Right Price Rooter& Plumbing is an amazingly run business that I would highly recommend. I had an issue with my toilet and I inquired with them (and about 6 other plumbers) via Yelp message and they were the first to get back to me and they had the most reasonable price. They came within a few hours of my reaching out to them and the gentlemen that came (Mick) was highly professional and very clearly qualified. For anyone that wants a fairly priced, fast, and professional plumber, this business is the way to go.

I've now been working with Albert for over two years hiring him for a variety of services.

I had a bad plumbing job done by one of the main companies that services the valley and thankfully Albert was able to fix everything and make it much better than before!

First I was going through a remodel.

Albert has worked on replacing shower valve, drains, water lines, installing a gas line for a dryer, installing washer/dryer hookups.

He now services our entire HOA for a property of 12 units. He's always on time reliable and gets work done in a timely manner. More importantly his pricing is always fair.

We've had a handful of emergency leaks in our building and he's always super reliable and honest about the job.

We had one emergency where a Unit was unoccupied and was leaking outside the apartment super late at night. Albert was on the scene right away to address any issues and stayed late to finish the job.

He also noticed a few other poor drains in the building that needed work and has now replaced every drain line in our building!

So many of our neighbors have used him and appreciate his services his team is very nice and honest.

If you want to support a small family business support his work! You won't regret it!

We are very pleased with the service from Harry of Sewerman Rooter.  Harry was quick to respond to our request.  In fact, I texted him late at night from the Yelp link never expecting an answer that late at night.  But he texted with the first available opening.  After that job we had a related issue and he promptly returned to take care of it.  Service-oriented and cooperative attitude too!  We will definitely call Harry again when needed.

Awesome service and professionalism from these guys. Wayyy better than my previous plumber that damaged my floor, judging and trying to up-sell me (V....R.....z Plumbing). Armando's expertise helped me understand the structure and problems of my house's plumbing situation and also fixed the clog I was having for years. Definitely will contact these guys again in the future. Very happy.

We called Teddy in the morning with an urgent request that needed to be done before the day was over.  From the beginning he was responsive and offered a fair price to come out.  Once he arrived he was friendly and efficient.  He got on our roof to reposition a tarp that had blown over and also installed an exterior light fixture.  

He's both capable and reliable which is not always the case with some handymen.  We really appreciated him and will definitely consider him for future projects.  Thanks Teddy!

Jay is fantastic.  I got bids from several plumbers for a kitchen sink plumbing issue I had, and Jay not only gave me the best rate, but he also showed up in less than an hour and worked tirelessly to make the job perfect.  After he was done, he checked and rechecked to make sure everything was working as it should and he left my kitchen impeccably clean.  Couldn't recommend him more.

Adrian's Plumbing is the best.  My deceased Dad was a plumber for many years so I learned a few things about the business. On Sunday night I was the typical person who desperately needed a plumber. I left a message around mid-night. Adrian text me a few hours later. His team, Marcos and Luis, arrived before 9 am. The issue was assessed, repaired and they were gone in about an HOUR. I could not believe it. My wife called and thought I was lying. These guys are good. They are also very ethical. And this is key. I hope you read this Adrian. Upon receiving the invoice I wanted to leave a tip as it was more than justly earned. I was never so happy to leave a tip. I asked if they wanted me to write the tip on a separate draft. They advised to included it and they inform Adrian. Most employees would have acted differently. They were the consummate professionals. They had a task to do and they did it. They were friendly, patient and knowledgeable about their craft. I cannot say enough about their service. As they were leaving, I felt a sense of pride, trust and respect. I saw my Dad. Thank you Adrian!

Ultimately drain cleared so going to write this off to initial frustration

Only major rec. is that workers more diligent in putting down tarps to work on and clean up

Initially the service seem to be a high-quality responsive service

On the first round of repairs things were left messy and unfinished and we had to clean up

on the second visit they double charged us for the exact same process on a sink clog with no results

Our overall cost was in excess of $700 to simply clear out blocked drains

We were told on the second visit for the blocked drain they were bringing a camera and a special rotor

They never did that and the extremely slow process by the was it disappointing and infuriating with items being forgotten trips up and down the elevator nothing brought all at once

We were not given what we were represented as being given and would not recommend this company again
