Lifesaver.

His name is James and he actually is a Canadian, that part is not a gimmick. He is super nice and super handy. Also super cute. Basically, he's an all-around-super-Canadian.

Canadian Handyman James has the know-how, and more importantly owns the actual tools you will need to implement all the fixes. But literally!!!

I needed a metal fix in my house, and before I found James I had called another handyman, a plumber, 2 hardware stores, even a car body shop - they all knew how to fix it, but not one had the actual tool - not even the hardware store!! And then along comes sweet baby James... with the tool in hand! And it took him like four minutes to fix. This guy was in and out, and he completely saved the day. He was fast, super nice, and super competent!!

They came and fixed my leaky shower head and swapped out a new kitchen sink faucet. Very professional. Would use them again for future plumbing needs.

Horrible, horrible company. I called on a Saturday morning for a broken water pipe. He said that he would come at 9am for a complimentary estimate. A few minutes later he texts me to say that the minimum service charge is $300. I text him back to confirm that it is a free estimate. He calls me to say that there is a minimum charge.

I told him that I would take a free estimate and then if he performs service I would pay for it. He raises his voice and says that he is going to take another job from a paying customer. I hung up the phone. He texts back that he's sorry.

This is in response to Ros' reply. The story that your nephew gave you is untrue. I told him everything that was going on including the fact that the management company had been unable to be reached. Your nephew then said that he would come out for a free estimate, and that after the quote was delivered if I wanted I could pay for his service and then get refunded by my management company. I agreed.

Then, probably 15 or 20 minutes afterwards he texted me that the minimum charge was $300. I suspect that this probably came free you, by the sounds of it.

He totally changed the arrangement we made and when I reminded him about his promise of a free quote he began to get animated on the phone about how he was going to go to another job that actually paid. I hung up on him at this point because I don't deal with unethical people who go back on their word. You guys have good reviews, who knows if they are legitimate or not but the public should know about how your nephew, who was acting on your business' behalf at your request, treats potential customers.

If you're looking for great customer service, excellent work for your plumbing needs, and strong communication, choose Hotline Plumbing! After sending out quote requests, I chose this company when speaking with Giovanni on Yelp and over the phone. He was kind, answered all my questions and gave me multiple options when they could stop by around my schedule. And, they offered numerous payment options as well to make it easy. I had an easy job request but understood I would need to spend money for their time and Giovanni explained they would be fair.
Once we landed on a day to have the work done, which was basically installing a shower caddy and then removing the old one, he communicated with me the day of. And, Mauricio called ahead of time before arriving to do the job. He also put on covers for his shoes before I could even ask, which was great. He was kind, professional and helpful the entire time. Once he did the work, which took under 15 minutes, he told me it was so simple there wouldn't be a charge. He didn't have to do that at all because he did a great job and I of course was willing to pay the estimate. Really appreciate the fairness and great work here. The thing that also really impressed me was the strong communication from all three people: Mauricio, William, and Giovanni. Can't recommend them enough!

Albert was amazing- I requested a quote and, within 2 hours, he was here at my door (exactly on time). He snaked the drain in my shower in no time at all and was LOADS cheaper than any other plumbing service I had received a quote from. So awesome!

Definitely recommend! We had a clogged sewer line on a Saturday and needed someone to come out ASAP as shower water was coming up in the front yard. Found Harry on Yelp and he came within the hour. It turned out our old clay sewer pipe (original to the home built in 1947) was broken in multiple locations and completely clogged with tree roots and needed to be replaced completely. This was not a surprise - we'd been expecting it at any time over the last few years as almost all of our immediate neighbors have recently had to replace theirs - and we feared an enormous bill. Harry told us he could use a method called trench-less pipe bursting and it was definitely less expensive than we'd thought. The entire job (including digging a 12 foot deep hole at the edge of our front yard to reach the sewer line) was completely done in just over 24 hours from our first call to him. We will definitely call him for any future issues.

Armando and team did a great job.  He kept me informed of the progress and challenges.  He offered a solution and delivered a great project.  Definitely recommended.

Did all my big and small jobs around the house in an excellent manner, clean, organized, courteous. I signed him up to do my patio door from my good experience with this project.

This is the third time I am using this company. This time they replaced my leaking broken water heater to thankless water heater. Every thing is working very good. I am very satisfied with this company. Recommended to all my relatives and friends.

Our guest toilet wouldn't flush and was backed up. I called Diaz Plumbing and they answered right away and where at home in less than an hour. The plumber assessed our problem and fix it right away and for a great price. Was not aware that was 3 yr old was flushing baby wipes. Lesson learned.  Thank you so much Diaz Plumbing
