I found My Plumbing Doctor from Yelps, and called them to change the garbage disposal for me. Eddie came and did a great job. He was also very patient to answer all my questions about it. And the price turn out to be much cheaper than HomeDepot . I am very happy about that, and will definitely call them again, if I ever need a plumber.

A-1 Rooter & Plumbing, Inc. is great! Max is honest and reliable! I've been using him for all my plumbing needs for years. He is always on time and fair in his recommendations. I've referred him to all my friends and co-workers! They are family owned and really do care about their customers.

Thank you Giovanni for squeezing us in for an emergency flood issue the very next day when 5 other plumbing companies couldn't!! Jerry came out and attempted to snake the shower drain and returned the very next day to hydro-jet it. Very reasonable pricing and excellent, excellent customer service!! Thank you for helping us out in such short notice!!

Highly recommend Charlie's! Recently moved into a new home and had draining issues with our shower. I unsuccessfully tried to fix it myself and quickly realized it was time to call in the pros.
Luis was over at our place within an hour of calling and spent 3.5 hours helping us resolve all our issues. What started as a simple clogged drain, transformed into a massive project. Luis snaked about 60 ft down our main line and found a pretty serious root problem. Just to be safe, he snaked the other side of the house and also found roots. He calmly explained the issues and kept us involved the whole time, showing us the roots on the camera and took us through the various options to resolve.
We decided to proceed the very next day to do a trenchless repair under our driveway to fix, as well as a spot fix on the other side of the house. A full crew showed up promptly in the morning and quickly went to work... more than 4 trucks to support the job! They did an incredible job and Luis continued to keep us updated on the whole process. Explaining what they were doing and the various steps remaining.
They then discovered more roots(!) where our line connects to the street. Again, Luis took us through our options and we decided to do it right and resolve the issue right away. Luis had a new crew out that same afternoon and was able to complete the full project in a single day.
Big thanks to Luis and the team at Charlie's! While it was a serious problem, Luis' attitude and reassurances kept us calm and stress-free the whole time. Hopefully, we won't have any more issues in the near future, but if we do, Luis will be the first person we'll call!

I would give it 10 Stars. Recommended by Drains Unlimited (because they were booked), which was very cool. Couldn't have a been better service, feeling confident the entire time that I was getting honest, professional work at fair pricing!

Chris came and solved identified and fixed my problem for a fair price. I had a few plumbers come out before but Chris had the most fair pricing and seemed to be the most experienced. I will definitely be using Ace from now on!

We are going to do a major kitchen remodel in 3-5 years, ripping out everything, but in the interim we decided to add an Instant Hot (yes, Honey Do list). Since I was doing that, figured I'd change out the old fixtures (main kitchen & island sinks) and as long as I'm doing that, replace the sinks as well. Nice little interim upgrade for functional purposes as well as appearance sake. Also, the old fixtures were beat up and leaking a bit and the old stainless steel sink was cheap and quite scratched.
The main sink is in corner cabinet, so the water supply lines are too far from where the Instant hot would be placed, so I went to yelp to find a plumber to extend the cold water supply line. Rockstar Plumbing popped up first and the reviews were excellent so gave them a call. Happy I did. Chris arrived a few days later, did a nice clean job of extending the lines and gave me some helpful advise on where to buy parts (a plumbing store, not your run of the mill home improv store that sells crappy parts). He showed me the difference in the shutoffs I bought and what he installed. Chris was efficient and helpful. So, good recommendation for that.
Now to the greater crisis. Two weeks later the island kitchen sink arrived, so started to work on that install. I noted the old shutoffs were leaking ever so slightly after uninstalling the old sink. So I decided to replace the shutoffs even though it probably would have been fine on the new fixture. Why not, right? just 15 minutes and I'd be done. Well, 3 hours later I was regretting my decision for touching those old pipes. The old shutout did not come off easily (which was expected) but the real proble was the old copper (coming out of the concrete) was so curved (and even slightly bent at various angles) that I couldn't find a straight enough segment to install the new shutoffs. After cutting the pipe down multiple times, about 3-4 at a time, trying to get a straight enough run to install the new shutoffs I found the new nut wouldn't slip down the old copper pipe (it wasn't just corrosion, it was as if the old copper was slightly too large for the nut). I had to actually work the old nut down the pipe to more or less resize it, as well as sand it quite a bit, to get the new nut to slide down, freaking out that I was going to break that fragile unsupported pipe. Never seen such crappy copper pipe install job on an island before. Anyway, 3 hours later (babying that old copper to tenderly so I wouldn't mess it up anymore than it already was) I got the new shutoffs installed, turned the water to the house back on and to my despair noted the tiniest drip from the cold water supply shutoff. The curve in the copper made it really hard to install the new shutoffs straight, so I figured that was why it had that tiny drip (making a slight wet mark on a paper towel over the course of an hour - but those small leaks lead to bigger leaks over time). I called Rockstar around 9pm at night to leave a message to get a plumber to come out ASAP to take a look at my handy work. To my surprise Matt (owner) picked up the phone and we discussed the situation, and he talked me down from the cliff I was ready to jump off (I was pretty discouraged after 3 hours of slaving away). He got me lined up with the dispatcher (Jamie) early the next day. Sal showed up at 3pm and took a look. By this time the tiny drip on the cold water was non-existent and Sal gave me two recommendations: 1) rip it out/ down to the concrete and replace those shaky pipes (and while at it, the bad looking drain pipes as well), or 2) leave it as is. After all, we are going to rip it all out in a few years anyway. He didn't push or pressure me into a bigger job that some contractors would insist upon.
I decided to leave it as is for now, why incur more costs when I'm eventually going to remove it all anyway (and if those old pipes don't hold, I'll do the job then, or just shut it all down until the major remodel - its just the small island sink after all). So I asked Sal what the cost was for the trip charge, the time he spent inspecting for the leak, for taking a look at the water pressure in the house (which had dipped since I flipped the water on) and for the main kitchen sink which had very little pressure (FYI - when I turned the house shutoff on/off bits of corrosion accumulated in that facet head, which killed the water flow on that fixture. Sal showed me where it was at, we cleaned it, and the main kitchen sink facet now has regular pressure again). He said don't worry about it. No charge.
I typed all this up for all the home improvers out there (don't touch old curved / bent pipes), and of course, for the shout out to Rockstar (Chris, Sal and Matt). I haven't had a real need for a plumber for years, but I have always been thinking about finding one for those emergency situations that crop up. Now I found the guys I'll use from here on out. Thank you Rockstar!

I called New Pro Plumbing on early Sunday morning, it was a busy Sunday but Miguel was able to come here at the time to help me. Two of my bathrooms sink had clogged up, plus the water pipes connect together, the water came up from the pipe (anyway it was really nightmare for me); Miguel came, and he quickly snaked the pipes, and gave me warranty as well.
He done within one hour, he is super efficiency and friendly. Highly recommended!!!
Thank you so much for helping me Miguel :)

Victor is the man to call for any of your plumbing needs. We had a leak under the house that another company said would take knocking out the plaster and part of the wall on the side of the house. Victor came out and gave us a second opinion. No wall knockout and less then half the price! Yaaay. He also took notice of the drain and fill lines on our water heater and on his suggestion I had them replaced to avoid trouble down the line. It is nice to have a knowledgable plumber that notices small pro active things! He is friendly and knows his stuff. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or refer him to a friend or neighbor.

went through my home warranty program to fix a calcified cell that broke off. Calcification is normal over time. The guy blamed it on us for using force/wrench on the valve and breaking it so that our home warranty wouldn't cover it. all we did was try to open it with our hand as one normally would. Wouldn't use them again. Paid $85 for nothing.

I needed a plumber today and called Rocket after reading their reviews on Yelp. They came within a few hours like they said they would and took care of my issues. Sam was professional and courteous. I will use them the next time I need plumbing services for sure!

Jake is an amazing plumber with excellent attitude and customer services. I had a toilet replacement job in one of my rental apartment units. My tenant called in with this emergency situation since their toilet came lose and fell off. Jake came for the rescue within 12 hours.
When he arrived, my tenant has managed to re-secure the toilet back in place and made it functional again without any water leaking. Jake inspected it and could not find anything to repair. However, Jake inspected my sewer with his camera since we complained about seeing roots in the drainage pipe. He took his time to clear that rooter dranage concern while he was there.
I asked him how much I owe him later on. He surprisingly said nothing. He said that this is always part of his customer services to quote and inspect. No money is necessary if the need to repair is not discovered and no repair is done. Wow not even gas money!!! That's why I said that Jake is amazing!!!
I have searched and communicated with a dozen of plumbers before hiring New Generation. So glad that I chose Jake. He is not just honest but prices are very reasonable too.

Such great people to work with!! Highly recommend!!
During the rains last winter, Zorro came out and installed a sump pump which saved my water logged basement. The sump pump worked a treat during the rainy season and hasn't been activated since. Now, 9 months later, the sump pump was not actively removing the water like it used to.
Zorro came out first thing in the morning and fixed the issue (a stuck discharge pipe) free of charge and showed me how to maintain the pump to resolve this issue in the future.
5 star service and workmanship

These guys saved me today. Really. There was a leak in the master bath. I had called another plumber who came out and told me that it required a) cutting a large hole in the wall and b) removing the tile from the shower wall. I was dubious and so I called Flood Brothers for a second opinion. I spoke with Giovanni and within three hours he and his brother were at my house. Their diagnosis: it wasn't a plumbing leak at all. The shower door wasn't close enough to the tile wall. Without a proper seal, water was trickling down the tiles and into the wall through a crack in the tile. No need for making holes in the wall. No need for removing tile. A simple shower door repair will solve the problem. Needless to say, I was relieved. And to my surprise, Giovanni didn't charge me anything for the visit.
In short, these guys were honest, professional, and great with dogs :) Clearly not out for a quick buck, they're in the business to provide great service to loyal customers (of which I now count myself one).

These plumbers are the best! We had the pleasure of getting to meet Gino when he came to fix our bathroom sink, and then again when our kitchen faucet connection burst. Every interaction has been nothing but a pleasure and he also does fantastic work! 10/0 would recommend Sal's to anyone!

The situation: I am a helpless renter, and my water heater pilot light went out. Disaster! (First world disaster, at least) I have no idea how to fix this. It's a rainy Saturday night and I'm outside, in the rain, in the dark, reading the instructions on the side of the water heater trying to get it fixed. I don't know what I'm doing and there are spiders surrounding me and of course I can't get it lit. I also can't reach my landlord but I decide to call around and see if anyone is available to come help me.
I called 911 Plumbing and George answered. I explained what was happening (I left out the spiders though, didn't want to seem too weak) and he said he could come out for sure. I said I would have to talk to my landlord first to make sure it was ok to call him out.
George said he can almost always fix any water heater with the universal parts he brings, but it's not certain. He advised that I take a picture of my water heater and send it to him, so he could confirm that he can fix it before he comes out and wastes anyone's money. Very nice, I thought.
I sent him the photos and he said it looked like he could fix it, and to let him know if my landlord called me back.
A half hour later, I let George know that my landlord was still MIA and thanks for the help, but don't worry about it. George called me back and tried to walk me through lighting the water heater. I failed and again said thanks for the help, thinking that would be the end of his kind help.
He then sent me a video of himself lighting a similar water heater, explaining what I might be doing wrong.
I then sent HIM a video of what I was doing to light it, obviously wrongly because it wasn't working.
He texted me that he was going home as he has the same water heater as I do, and he would get there in about 30 minutes and send me a video of how to light my exact water heater. !!!!!
At this point I felt a little bad and a little stupid, he was obviously going above and beyond what I would have ever expected. Also lighting a water heater should be simple right?? Apparently not.
He sent me a video of himself lighting my exact water heater, and I went outside and followed his video and I succeeded.
Conclusion: I have hot water, and I am happy. I am so impressed with George's helpfulness, which was amazing and unprecedented. He spent well over an hour helping me (for free!!)

Connie stands out from every contractor and service person we've ever worked with, and not just because she's a woman. Her responsiveness is outstanding and she really takes the time to explain everything she and her team are doing. As an HOA board member and homeowner, I've come across dozens of contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC repair teams and more, and no one has ever provided the level of customer service Connie has.
The first time I called her office, she texted AND called me back within the hour. I called one afternoon to schedule an estimate for some work and she said she'd come right over that evening, which I did not expect. She showed up after 5p with her drain camera in tow and got right down to business despite it being the end of the day. And this was just for the estimate. She outlined the work that was needed and sent over a written estimate within the day. It helps that Connie has a great team in the office and in the field. Lalo and Abundio are her crew and they are fantastic. They also take the time to explain what they're doing and unlike other vendors I've worked with, are not condescending.
The first time we used American Drain Works was for a clothes washer that kept backing up. A previous contractor had replaced the drain line behind the washer and the valves, but it didn't resolve the issue. Turned out the drain pipe below the house was too narrow for the flow and had to be replaced, which the other contractor missed because they didn't bother to look under the house. Connie's team dug under our house to upgrade the old line to handle the increased flow. Lalo and Abundio arrived when they said they would and completed the job as scheduled. Throughout, Connie was in constant contact with us via phone, text and email.
We were so impressed with the work we hired them again to redo our sewer line. We had about 80 feet of cast iron that was well past its expiration date. When we bought the house the inspector told us it was just a matter of time before it gave out, and camera footage showed deep ruts in the metal where it had corroded. We decided to replace it before we ended up with raw sewage in our backyard and asked Connie for an estimate. She outlined the scope and again, provided a detailed written estimate (with diagrams) of everything her team would do. As tends to happen, once you open up the job you find someone else's shoddy work, and ours was no exception. A prior homeowner had put in a branch line to the sewer line and encased it in four feet of concrete. Why we'll never know, but Connie told us right away, sent pictures and explained how much more work it would involve. Her guys took a jackhammer to the concrete, which was awful work since the block was many feet underground, and continued with the job. Despite the horrible extra work, they still got everything done in a timely manner and delivered everything they promised.
I hope not to have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do, the silver lining is that we have a terrific plumber we trust: Connie and American Drain Works. Things would be much easier if other vendors were as communicative, honest, responsive and reliable as Connie and her team.
