My first experience with the company and it was first-rate.  The gas co. came to my home for a problem and turned off all pilot lights.  They were unable to re-light my water heater pilot.  Mario came from Palisades Plumbing and really knew his business.  He did what had to be done, including noting that the part was still under warranty (the heater was 5 yrs. old).  I would recommend them highly.

I had an awful leak on a Sunday and I was so thankful John's plumbing was my first call. I was flustered about not knowing exactly how to turn off my water and immediately was told a representative would arrive in approximately 30 minutes. I was pretty panicked with everything and was asked if I wanted to use FaceTime with directions on finding the outside lever to turn my water off until my service technician arrived! How thoughtful!! I am so thankful for the amazing service given and I look forward to getting additional piping work done here! :)

With an unexpected plumbing issue, we found Ser Plumbing through yelp! We were most elated with the communication, updates, professionalism, attentiveness to detail and safety precautions taken by Luis, who was the technician who came out to our unit. Payment was contactless through Zelle so it was not strenuous at all.

Our kitchen sink was not draining/the garbage disposal was not working properly for a few days. When we sent a request through yelp, we were responded to promptly with an estimate and earliest available time slot to have it assessed and repaired. I really appreciated the communicativeness, organization, work ethic and detail. For any future plumbing related issues, we will be sure to contact them again! Would 10/10 recommend their services. Finally! A plumber who knows what he is doing and always solves my plumbing problems! Luigi is the best. In one week, I've had him come twice to my old, old house with even older crusty pipes to do work and both times, he's worked until the problem was solved. He communicates via text which is a major plus. Always comes when he says he is and also lets me know when he is running late because he's still working on a problem - which I totally understand! His prices are reasonable and I really trust him. He is my go-to plumber now! I just hope all these amazing reviews on Yelp don't make him too busy to help me in the future!

Tankless water went out late one night. I put the work request into Yelp. These folks texted back within 10 minutes and helped out figuring out the problem. Next day Luke is out, diagnosed the problem, ran flush and we are good to go.
Really nice thing is Luke took the time to explain preventative maintenance and replacement filter schedule. I'm big on PM do that was much appreciated.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

These guys helped me before and it was pretty good experience. I usually do not leave reviews, but after this, i had to. A couple of days ago Robert came out to fix my issue. He took a look at the issue and told me that i need to do a lot of work and my sprinklers valves should be re done, because they are not properly installed and that i need to excavate bushes to do so. Also he said bushes roots are on the way of pipes. I have very little bushes and even smaller roots on them. Those tiny roots can not ever damaged copper pipes. At the end of his inspection he was saying a lot of nonsense. My original issue was not about sprinklers, but about water pressure regulator and relief valve. For some reason he tried to open sprinkler valve and broke screw there, so water began to come out. I originally had one issue which i could control and after Robert broke the screw, i had two issues and one of them which i could not control. I asked him to fix is and he said there is nothing i can do for you. He had full truck of tools, it is unbelievable that he could not do nothing to fix what he broke. When i called the company they assured me that they will give me estimate and after they fix our issue if i agree, i will be completely satisfied. They did not offer any solution on the problem that Robert caused. Next day i received estimate for $3500. I was in shock, i originally only needed to change water pressure regulator and relief valve. Now after sprinkler was broken, i also had to fix all of the three sprinklers valves. I believe the estimate was so high because they did not want to go back to fix my issue. Of course they knew when writing estimate that i will refuse. I called a couple of other companies and they gave me estimates. The highest was $1200 which included three sprinkler valves which i originally did not need because they were not broken.

I highly recommend Ron for leak detection. He has all the required tools and experience to quickly identify the source of the leak. He's prompt to respond to your call and accommodates the appointment as needed.

We are extremely pleased with the entire experience. They are professionals, knowledgeable and the quality of the work done by Sunset West Plumbing is first rate.  Oliver was excellent.  The office staff is pleasant, efficient, and follows up regarding appointment scheduling.  Over the years and number of plumbers we have used while remodeling, we have been rather frustrated.  But not this time.  They are terrific.  Thank you.

Dale and his son Greg do a great job. When my sewer lateral got clogged and I couldn't bust it out with a snake, I called Dale and he helped get it jetted out. Very up-to-date on the latest plumbing technology, and very professional. Their website is pitmanplumbing.com

Would highly recommend!! After a long weekend, had an emergency plumbing issue and A1 Apex responded quickly on Yelp and to my phone message as well. Got someone over within an hour. Jaime was super knowledgeable, professional, and quick. Courteous to wear shoe covers without being asked. They went the extra mile and pricing was fair.  Would use again!
