We were in the process of preparing our home to go on the market, and I had several minor things that needed adjusting, repaired, or replaced. Over the course of a month's time, I worked with JB Plumbing and they were always communicative, prompt, and extremely professional. They helped me out immensely, and if I were staying in the area, they would be my go-to plumbers forever. I cannot recommend them more highly. They genuinely care about the quality of their work, and aren't like some other companies that want to up-sell or add charges that are unnecessary. 10 stars!

I've been dealing with a 6 month water pressure problem, that if I had used Palisades Plumbing from the 1st day I could have saved myself money and so Much frustration. Mario & Stevie came to our house after our previous plumbers walked away from the job earlier in the day. They were kind and were expert problem solvers. They also respectfully explained to me what they were going to test for and what their thoughts were as far as fixing the problem. Within 1 hour they figured out the source of our water pressure problem!!!!! Thank you so much Mario & Stevie and to Mandy for being so kind on the phone and fitting us in today

I had a plumbing emergency - a pipe was leaking in my house. I'm in Silverlake and saw that John was in Atwater. I called him at 6:30pm and by 7:30pm my plumbing was fixed! He was friendly and personable, wore a mask in my house, and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. I will definitely use John again.

Ray is an honest, professional, personable plumber.  I had a horrible smell coming out of my kitchen sink and another company told me I needed to replace a lot of pipes under my house for $4,800!!!  Ray came in as a second opinion, assessed the situation and quickly concluded there was no need to replace any pipes -- he gave me a simple solution at no cost and I was literally all set; issue solved.   Needless to say we were thrilled and will call this trustworthy plumber for all our future needs!!!

100% recommend this company.  Last Saturday, I called around @8:15 am. Gary picked up. I told him that our rental unit has a leak. As he promised, 30 mins later, the dispatcher, Jenny called me back after she tried to reach my tenant.  At 10:00 am David was already showing up. He met with my husband, diagnosed the problem, went to buy the parts, everything was done within less than 2 hours.  I amount of headache they eased for us worth every single penny.  Their professionalism speaks for itself @the first call, to scheduling, to when let you know when they're on their way, and the job is done. Peter Lai's son is Andy and he does the service calls.  This is a wonderful family business.  I have used Andy twice in the last 12 months, once for a toilet replacement and a shower repair.  Andy is professional and very prompt.  Their prices are fair and reasonable but for that you get professional work.

Luigi has been the most honest and thorough plumber I have ever come across owning homes in Los Angeles.

He snaked my main line twice and then we found another problem and he was very reasonable with the price and immediately attending to it.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Called them on the 4th of July and they were here 45 minutes later. My tub was clogged and I had tried a snake, drano, and the plunger. They unclogged it in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and very friendly.

I gave A Team a call about a mainline blockage. They were very responsive and actually showed up early. The owner even came out to give his professional opinion about the issue. I was pleased because they were up front about my needs and what they would suggest either for the current job or future potential problems. They used cameras, which they let me view, that showed the exact issue. They then quickly did the repairs and the cost was reasonable compared to others I've called for similar issues. I'd highly recommend.

The hot water in my bathroom kept dripping and it was driving me CRAZY, so a friend told me to reach out to Sunset West Plumbing and they were AWESOME.

Oliver came promptly between the 1 hour window I was promised (1 hour, what a wonderfully short window!), and worked quickly to solve the problem. Not only that, he walked me through the whole process, explained why I was having issues and gave me tips on how to handle some of the minor repairs myself in the future. Oliver was extremely professional, charming, knowledgeable and friendly!

Fabulous!   They came immediately and repaired our water heater the same day.   The whole family is polite and delightful.  I can't recommend them enough.

Fast response time, sooner than expected and problem was solved.  No warranty offered other than three months and there was an extra charge for that.  They did a good job, very clean and cleaned kitchen drain down to clean out, about 40 feet or so.  Hopefully it will last a while.  Would use them again.  Professional work done in timely fashion.
