Jose was responsive, very professional and arrived within the timeframe promised for an urgent plumbing need on a Sunday afternoon. He took care of the issue which was a clogged main line accessed through the clean-out and gave us some suggestions to repair / replace a custom toilet that had a broken part. We'll be contacting him again for our future plumbing needs and for annual maintenance to remove roots from our main plumbing line. He priced the repairs reasonably, didn't charge us extra for checking our piping with a camera and didn't try to upsell us for something we didn't need. A+ for excellent service and reliability. Keep doing what you're doing!

Amazing service. They showed up in 2 hours and fixed  3 issues in an hour. The staff was very helpful and made sure I was taken care of. It's nice to know that they care to get the job done right. I would  recommend Palisades Plumbing to anyone

I was ready to give up and take a bid with this company that was gonna break the bank. I looked up one more place and ser plumbing came up. First of all I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman that came to look at the job and that's super important. Next he was honest about what I what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When they came for the job they were here on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They were able to save my stairs and basically dug under all the Cement and saved me a bunch of headaches. The were very professional and also friendly and best of all they cleaned up after them selves which no company has ever done. Even the most expensive companies that I've hired over the years. I would definitely use ser plumbing again and definitely recommend it to anyone that needs any plumbing repair.

After reviewing the yelp reviews, I decided to try Peter Lai plumbing because they were local to us. I was having some back up
problems with the mainline and Andy from Peter Lai plumbing came out promptly the first day I called. Well he checked out the mainline and it appeared to have cleared on it's own. But I noticed there was some leakage around the base of one of our toilets, so we scheduled for him to come back and fix that issue along with doing a visual check with a camera to the mainline.
On his second visit he found that there was backup of water in the mainline. He showed me the problem with the camera viewing and then  after clearing the roots, the drainage problem was cleared. He also showed me that there was a crack in our pipe going out from the clean out to the street and that is probably why there was so much roots in that part of the pipe. His suggestion was to periodically rotor blade it to keep it clear as oppose to the more expensive option of replacing the pipe or inner lining the pipe.
I am happy with their service because of their promptness, honesty and also explaining what he was doing and why. I will definitely use them for my future plumbing service

I really didn't want to give any stars. We had an emergency plumbing issue that needed to be fixed right away. As soon as I called, whoever I was speaking to started complaining about how busy he was and so on. I said that it was fine and I'd call someone else. He responded saying, Yeah! Call someone else! Clearly, they didn't want my business.

after my hot water heater died on a friday afternoon, their guys were at my place with a new unit in a bit over an hour.  within another 2 hours after that I had hot water again.  It was obvious that their guys know what they are doing!

Tomas did a great job fixing our kitchen sink piping. He made some corrections to the original piping which was not done properly years ago. Very reasonable prices. We use him again for any other work needed around the house.

Highly recommend! Had a very slow draining kitchen sink, these guys were referred by a co-worker after I had contacted without success two other plumbers. Like they say third times the charm. They were willing to come out after I got off work at 5p without charging me a $200 emergency fee...ahem, Mike Diamond. They had to access the drain through the roof, but had it cleared in no time and for less than $100. These guys will now be my first call instead of my second or third.

Robert really helped me out by fixing my pipe leak on the evening of a holiday weekend. I will definitely use A Team again for my plumbing problems!

I am re-writing my review from previous as the owner, Ron, did spend the time to reach out to me to discuss my experience. There was a bit of miscommunication from the Tech that he wanted to explain. He was very professional and truly apologetic for any misunderstanding. When I first called he explained what would be done to look for the leak and as they had to come back a 2nd time (due to some plumbing work I was having done)  only charged me part of the fee the first time and the remainder the 2nd time. Ron is truly a proud business owner and wants his customers to be satisfied.

Left out of town and of course as soon as I landed I get a call that the laundry room is backing up...luckily we saved DeVinney's number and we were able to get them to send a plumber over asap!!! Super thankful we have a local plumbing company that has seemed to save our day twice now so close! A+++

I called in the morning and they responded right away. I got an appointment for later that morning within a 2 hour window. The two guys who arrived were very courteous, clean, professional and easy to communicate with. They ended up working longer than I anticipated but kept to the estimate I was quoted. I will definitely use them next time. Five well-deserved stars.
