I have been using JB Plumbing for a number of years for various main drain clogs, major root issues affecting plumbing and smaller plumbing repairs. They are outstanding. Always cordial, professional, very reasonable and fair pricing and is almost always on time. If he is running late, he let's you know. I have used other plumbers and plumbing companies in the past and I was never very trusting if these companies. You want an excellent plumber who is fair and gets the job done-I would highly recommend Jose and JB Plumbing!

The did a great job, a little pricey. I called to switch out my kitchen sink faucet, which they did a great job, no problem. However, they sprung the price on me once they got here, and I thought it was a little expensive, but once they were here, they were quick and did a great job.

We contacted them with an emergency, and after helping us along via FaceTime to get started, they showed up the same day, fixed the problem, offered to add another failsafe, and even reduced an already reasonable price as a favor.  Very impressive on all fronts - I would recommend them 100%.

Great customer service all around . I had an issue with my washer valves ,  I ended up messaging him with my concern an Jose responded right away with an estimate options an came the next day to replace both my water valves. Very satisfied customer.

Joseph came out to fix a plumbing issue that we had been trying to figure out for MONTHS.  We had other companies charge us by the hour to analyze the issue with cost us thousands.  I got so fed up, I called Shellback for a 2nd opinion.  Within one visit, Joseph figured it the issue, gave us an extremely reasonable quote and by the next day, fixed our plumbing issue.  He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with.  Highly recommend this company.

Repeat customer! Called Andy for a unique drain leak which required going under the house and breaking a wall. He was conscientious when locating the exact area to cut the wall and was mindful to reduce repair need. Luigi is the man!! What an honest, caring and thoughtful service he provides. We had an issue with our shower diverter and he was able to assess the problem and get it fixed quickly and safely. We had a unique case and had we continued on our own would have resulted in thousands of dollars of damages. He was able to guide us and gave us quite a bit of knowledge about the process. He's a true professional and I'd highly recommend him for your plumbing needs.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

If i could i put a minus 5 stars, i started using it a while back and they were more friendly and affordable, no they have grow and their service is all about money, even thou i have used them more than 2 times, they keep on increasing their prices.

My front lawn had a leak! And it was gonna take a lot to fix it! About 4500 they said. It made me sad ... but in the end it was just a smaller repair so it only cost me 1500! I was happy ! The Guys were really nice too!

Sunset West is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!  They are honest, efficient, pleasant -- Terrific!  The only bad reviews are by people who were not able to get an appointment with them.  I can understand how they may be too busy to take on new customers because once you use them on a job, you won't be happy with any other plumbing service.  And a special thanks to Sharon who, despite being terribly busy, is always pleasant and does her best to schedule an appointment at the earliest possible time.  Believe all the five-star reviews.  After twenty years in this house, working with several different plumbers, some inept and some downright dishonest, I am so happy to have found Sunset West.

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I discovered a leak under my kitchen sink YESTERDAY (a good 2 inches of water and EVERYTHING soaked ;/) and had no idea what the problem could be. i am not a handy person, and willing to spend $$ on experts who can do the job right. A good realtor friend recommended A-1 Apex, who I contacted at 5:30PM last night. Michel picked up the phone on the 2nd ring, listened to my issue, gave me a reasonable estimate, and booked an appointment for me for the following morning. That took place about an hour ago :-) Jaime arrived on time, with the correct parts, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and efficient, and within the hour my sink was fixed. He took all old parts with him when he left and now my new garbage disposal is killing it, and the leak is gone! This issue was solved, from leak discovery to fixed, in about 24 hours.
