My rental property doesn't have hot shower in the shower room. We asked 5 different guys to come and inspect for a solution. 2 guys came and tried fixing it but failed, they either don't have the correct tool or can't fix it with their solution plan. The project was dragged for 2 weeks long at this point.

Then Mr Harris to the rescue!! He answered my call on a Saturday after noon around 4pm and was at the property by 4:30. He was able to fix it within 2 hours. Very happy with his work!

Dave was very professional and reliable. I needed a job done and he was able to do it that day. He was very friendly and got the job done really fast. I will definitely be calling him for jobs in the future. Thank you Dave!

Found Mr. Plummer on Yelp. I had to give him a call based on all the great reviews he had. He gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone, and was very flexible with the appointment time. Will definitely give him a call again.

Exceptional service! My shower had been leaking for almost 2 weeks, I requested a quote on yelp and they responded in less than an hour. Orlando fixed our leaky shower and was kind enough to fix our loose toilet as well. Definitely would recommend Archi's Plumbing.  There's also a bonus that he spoke Spanish!

My parents had a leak in their bathroom which caused damage to their vanity. They did not know where the leak was coming from, faucet perhaps? A claim was filed through their home warranty and The Plummer was the company assigned. As I am not in their area, I couldn't see firsthand what the issue was. I was told by the Plummer the issue was leaking from the sink which isn't covered. As they are working with a restoration company for the vanity damage this wasn't an issue since it was going to be replaced anyway. However, the leak is coming from the hot water valve. Their bathroom cannot be worked on until the leak is fixed. The Plummer said a new claim would need to be filed since this isn't coming from the faucet, and would need to pay for a new claim.
My issue is, if there is a leak that is causing damage to the vanity, wouldn't you be checking surrounding areas? This is something that could have been resolved on day 1. Yes, the leak isn't from the faucet, but this could have been pointed out day 1 from a professional that the leak is coming from somewhere else under the sink.
Now my parents are having to spend more $$ with the restoration company to have this fixed.
Very disappointed with the service.

Our water heater went out unexpectedly, no hot water, so I created a project on Yelp to get quotes and support. MVP was the first to respond, almost instantly, and considering it was around 10pm at night. Most other companies I reached out to responded the next day or even a few days later. They were able to come out the next morning and replace it same day. I appreciated their quick reply, quick appointment, and quick replacement. Very nice tech also. Thank you!

This morning I called City plumbing due to the issue we had in our shower/bathtub that needed immediate attention. Gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and patient and took the time to fully understand my issue. I am working from home and I could only do late afternoon appointment. All other plumbers I called today couldn't accommodate my late appointment request but City Plumbing agreed to send technicians later in a day. I got a call from the office 25 mins before scheduled timeframe informing me that the technicians are on the way. David and Mikey arrived on time. They both were very courteous, professional and followed all the Covid related safety guidelines. They both wore masks, gloves and shoe covers. David is very approachable with a nice sense of humor which made the whole experience a bit less stressful. David explained every step in detail to both me and my husband to make sure we understood what the issues are, what his plan is to fix our issues, what parts he needs to purchase and what is the cost of service. I was impressed by their timing and efficiency. He answered all our questions and made sure we are happy with the result before they leave. Tonight I took a shower to make sure the problem is completely resolved and yes! No more shower issue for us!
Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of service I received today. Thank you David, Mikey and City plumbing for your service today. I found you accidentally through Yelp search but I surely saved your number as my trusted plumber for any of our future plumbing needs.

We were preparing to sell a home that had we discovered had mold in and around the water heater, the laundry area and the kitchen.  Merco came out and gave us a comprehensive quote and timeline for the remediation and repairs. (Note: Many places will only quote the mold part and then you have to find a contractor to repair the wood/walls -- Dry Pro does it all, end to end)  

The crew started the work a couple days later and had it done in a few days.   The work was well done and cleanup was top shelf.

So I just purchased my home and found out last minute that my main water line from the city to my house had broken. Just moving in and with no water. That was not how I wanted to start off on our new home. Called home warranty and insurance which said good luck we cant help.  I had to get a plummer but in a new town, who could I trust? I wanted to support a local mom and pop shop so I searched for help on Google. Looked up replacing water main line and I Love Sewers popped up. I called and they picked up right away. I explained the situation and they knew exactly what to do. Made a phone appointment with the owner Carlos and he showed up exactly on time. I never write a review for anything but Carlos and his crew at I Love Sewers are amazing.  Great service great price and makes you feel at ease that the job will get done the correct way. The crew are very clean and professional.  Their equipment is top of the line and they can do pretty much anything required to get the job done. Carlos is the new Sheriff in town when it comes to plumbing.  I highly recommend him to anybody caught in a plumbing crisis. BTW they completed the job that same night  which is today 10-31-2020.  What a great crew and stayed positive working on Halloween!

I wholeheartedly recommend Harry's Plumbing. Had a new instant hot water faucet installed in my kitchen. It wasn't working properly so I called Harry's plumbing. Jeff came and did a quick assessment of the problem and somehow the hot water valve had been turned down, probably during the install of the dishwasher. It took him 5 mins to figure this out and he didn't charge for the visit cause it was such an easy fix. Thank you, Harry's!!

Unethical company pulled a bait and switch.  Did not want to provide a quote over the phone.  Instead, offered a FREE on-site evaluation to accurately diagnose and quote the job.  Since I am an offsite landlord, I asked that ALL costs be run by me by phone before proceeding.  When they were on site, they got a signature from an unauthorized party/tenant to charge a $250 diagnostic fee on top of another $250 in labor and repair.  They called me to verbally authorize the labor/repair only, then tried to stiff me with the other $250 and threatened to put a lien on my property if not paid.  REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH A-1.  BBB is my next call.

We had a major issue with our toilet late Friday night. You can only imagine the stress level of it all with COVID19. Anyway, found these guys on Yelp and gave them a try.  Response time on Yelp was within 10 minutes. They showed up the following morning with gloves and a mask. He made what could've been a disaster into an easy, hassle-free experience. Super professional and pet friendly! He took the time to explain to us what he was doing and how to fix the toilet. A huge thank you to these guys for doing a fantastic job, we will definitely be using you guys for all our plumbing needs!

My toilet was clogged, and when it happened in the last id plunge for a second and it'd get fixed. This time no such luck, I tried everything and no matter what I did it wouldn't go down. I put in a search on yelp and my message was sent to a bunch of local plumbers and these guys had the best price and were the most responsive. They showed up within an hour and had it fixed and running within a few mins. They were super friendly and up front about everything. Definitely saving their info in case it happens again!

We had a fantastic experience with Highsmith & Daughters Plumbing.  We had a slab leak and Matt was prompt and very professional.  His work was fantastic and he made sure to explain what he was doing along the way.  I would highly recommend him!

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

I needed my hose bib replaced in my back patio area - it was leaking and I didn't think I could fix this on my own. It was old and needed a plumbers touch (welding) I looked up a plumber on Yelp, called and texted a picture of my hose bib, he said he would call me back and never did. So I went back on Yelp and found Sam Aouda - (later in the day) called him, sent him picture and he called me back and quickly arranged to be at my house the next day early to fit me in before his first scheduled appt so I could have minimal time away from work.

Sam arrived early (6:15 am) and he replaced the hose bib quickly and efficiently. He protected my house siding during the welding and made sure everything was running right before he left.

I was impressed with his professionalism and how he accommodated my situation into his schedule. I would recommend him to everyone who needs a plumbing professional!!!
