The work that Mr. Harris completed was good.

However, we gave Mr. Harris a list of jobs around the house that needed to be completed. He gave us an estimate for the complete list (minus some outlet covers in the kitchen, a window lock and insulation, tub glazing - things he said we'd have to find someone else for, and that was fine).

The problem was that he did not complete the other items on the list. He didn't replace (one of the outlet covers - wires left without plates covering them).

He didn't grout and caulk in the kitchen.

He said the doors didn't fit and couldn't be hung. We had someone else go and hang them for us even though we paid Mr. Harris for the job.

Before I paid him, he told me that his work was guaranteed, and that I could call him to come back if there was any problem.

When I called, he was very defensive and told me he had finished the job.

We paid him too much for an incomplete job.

Dave is wonderful -- very professional and organized.  He comes on time. His bids are accurate.  He pays attention, works very hard, and is very conscientious. He focuses on quality, and clearly does things beyond what he needs to.  We are very happy with his work, and would recommend him without hesitation.

Update: Dave is great.  We had a leak in the bathroom and needed help fast.  Dave came and fixed in a jiffy.  You can't go wrong with him.

I found Mr Plumber on Yelp and gave them a call. Oscar answered right away and made time on his busy schedule to come fix our clogged bath tub. His services were quick, honest, and friendly. I would definitely recommend him.

Orlando fixed my dripping shower issue pretty quickly. He is very knowledgable, gave me a reasonable price, very straightforward and a breeze to work with. He came and got the job done on time as promised. I'll be using his services again.

The plumber was absolutely amazing.  Mark and Tim were over the top outstanding and fixed it in such a professional manner.  Great personalities and that makes the experience even better! Price was very fair and they were very quick to diagnose the problem and kept us in the loop every step of the way! Manny Gonzales came out to fix our clogged kitchen sink and he did AWESOME!!' He was on time, professional and super knowledgeable about what the issue was. I highly recommend this service!!

After calling two other Plumbing Services and leaving messages with no response I called City and an actual person answered instead of a machine. Debra was great on the phone and she had Oscar out to the house in less than 30 minutes to unclog our Kitchen drain line. Oscar gave exceptional customer service, very friendly, and in addition to unclogging the pipes he  tightened our Kitchen Faucet at no additional charge. He also had an associate come out and send a camera through the pipe to show me what was going on also at no additional charge. I was very impressed with the overall Service and highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
Would definitely call on them for any future plumbing issues.

We found Dry Pro on Yelp and I'm glad we did. Merco is very responsive, honest, and upstanding. He honored his pricing and made sure the job was 100% executed down to the last piece of demo. He is easy to reach via text and the professionals who came to work in our house were capable and respectful.

Have used them for years.  Recently unplugged a toilet for me.  Took the time to explain how to prevent it from happening again.  Came on time as promised and took his shoes off when entering my home.  Reasonable prices also.  Used to be Joe's Plumbing I think.  Great local service.

Alberto is great! He has come out here a few times - once to unclog one of our sewer pipes, another to remove an old water heater, and this time to loosen the valve on our toilets that was causing a loud vibration.  He is quick to respond to text and can always come within the next 24 hours.  He is our go-to now for all our plumbing related issues.  He is knowledgeable and takes time to explain what is happening (which is so helpful as a first time home owner).

Called A-1 about a Hot water heater issue.  They sent a young man by the name of Christopher who was responsive, professional and very helpful. Since I could not be on site Christopher kept me in he loop with photos, text messages and responses to my calls.  He was also polite and professional with the tenant.  I would recommend both A-1 Total Service Plumbing and Christopher to anyone needing plumbing help.  The fact that they guarantee their work means a lot to me. I am willing to pay a little more for a company who is professional, responsive, communicates, completes the work on a timely basis and guarantees their work.

Raffi was the perfect plumbing technician and is a likable guy to have visit. He efficiently replaced my broken garbage disposal with real honesty & focused intelligence. And at a reasonable cost. I'm impressed with the service and the man. Integrity in a person means that he is whole, complete, his character is unbroken. The generous integrity Raffi has as a person is a natural guarantee that his work is equally excellent. He will be my first choice for any future plumbing needs.

Matthew has done work multiple times on our house and a rental house over the last several years with his former company and now on his own.  My father trained to me to do plumbing back when we used galvanized pipes and then I continue to do most repairs up until the last few years. So I'm very aware of the details of plumbing repairs and can judge who is competent.  I found it is better to have someone good with all the parts in their truck come out at the beginning rather than get stuck on my back underneath the sink trying to loosen stuck pipes and having to go back and forth to Home Depot for the right part.  
I have had plumbers come out when I know more than they do but Matthew is the real deal.  He went out on his own when the company he worked for was sold.  I continued to use him . He gives a thorough explanation of the problem and what he plans to do.  Matthew attempts to find the most cost-effective solution and gives the pros and cons of various options.  He is very honest and up front with his price for the job.  he has done several jobs, replacing toilets, repairs, drain cleaning and a hot water heater.

I contacted several plumbing professionals to install a soft water system for our house that required rerouting of pipes, as well as to drain out and perform maintenance on our tankless heater.

On the day that Luis came to our house for the estimate, we also happened to have a toilet backup.

Luis is a gentleman for charging just the minimum to clear out the toilet backup. But the overall install of the soft water system was pretty impressive!

Highly recommend Luis for all your plumbing needs. I know I'll be calling him back for the next set of house related plumbing projects .

Christian came a few hours after I called, and fixed a clog toilet.  He did a fantastic job, and even replaced an old shower head for me.  Highly recommended!

Can't say enough about how amazing this place is.  I've used them twice now, once to move a drain pipe and once for a leaky pipe in the wall. Both times, they were incredible.  Awesome service, great prices, and just all around amazing job.  Couldn't recommend someone higher!

We had a kitchen slab leak and decided to go with Diehard for a complete house repipe, as slab leaks are prevalent in our neighborhood. Kevin, and his guys, Eric and Brendan, really went the extra mile. They did an amazing job and kept us informed the entire time. I've dealt with a lot of plumbers over the years, and I've now found my go-to for issues. They really care about the customer. We couldn't be happier with their service.
