Shower wouldn't turn on, then it wouldn't turn off. Wife called Clean-out Kings and Kyle came out the next day. He replaced a few parts and even had time to fix both of our toilets afterwards. Fantastic customer service, very friendly and professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and affordable. We will definitely be calling them again (and requesting Kyle) for any future service.

Our toilet has been slow for the past week and eventually clogged completely. I did everything I could but ultimately realized I needed a pro. He was downtown but drove all the way to Santa Clarita on a same day request for a quote and was here by 11. We found out I have roots growing into the pipes from the tree growing outside, but this guy put in work and did everything he could to solve our problem. I will definitely be calling him back for the next steps

I don't have a good impression. I checked Yelp, 5 star reviews. Open 24 hours. I called and issue #1, their voicemail was full. The message gave another number to text, so I did. Issue #2 It's been 24 hours and I have yet to hear back from them. Not a good way to run a business. Good thing I didn't wait, I found an excellent plumber....so maybe I should thank Purdy for not answering their phone.

I appreciate that Raul came out to my house very quickly to fix the valve that was leaking. He also noticed the hot water valve was corroded as well as the hose and changed those also.  I did not have time to look around for a good value for my money so not sure if $240 is a good price for the repair he did. But I did like that he was prompt, reliable and quick in getting it repaired.  That alone was valuable. Thank you for your service Raul!

Matt and his crew have had to come out to our unit more than once since our HOA uses them for all plumbing related issues. Everyone on the Bigos Plumbing team is polite, hardworking, and a pleasure to have around when you are stuck in a crappy situation! They have helped to replace our wet bar sink, snaked our bathroom drains, put in a new garbage disposal, fixed the plumbing under our master bathroom sink, and put in new hot/cold water valves that connect to our washer.

Our most recent issue came up when our gas line had a very small leak (outside of our unit) and the gas company shut off our gas completely (we had no choice in the matter). Eric came out on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and helped to ensure that we'd have temporary gas until they could pull the necessary permits to fix the small leak that turned out to be a major project for them. With a small child in the home, we were so grateful to Eric for helping us to have gas in the mean time (so we could take hot showers, cook on the gas range, and use our dryer). Thank you, Eric! You were awesome!

We also have had great experiences with Matt, the 2nd Matt, and Bob. Everyone has been great and we recommend Matt's company to anyone in the LB area who needs plumbing services. Oh, and Matt's mother is always super friendly on the phone when helping to set up our appointments, etc. Thank you for your kindness, Stephanie!

I found Arlan Plumbing on Yelp. I needed a new sewer line. The quote I received from Arlan Plumbing was $2,300 cheaper then the other companies. They did a wonderful job. Only took 2 days. Thank you guys. Will only use Arlan Plumbing from now on. Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Our water heater went out on Friday night, and Dave came to replace on Saturday.  He arrived pretty much exactly at the scheduled time, and sent a text 15 minutes ahead to let me know he was on the way.  Unfortunately the unit he installed was defective.  But he came by on Sunday (not sure he's actually officially 'open' on Sundays), we thought it was fixed, but went out again Sunday night :(.  So he came back on Monday (earlier than scheduled) and replaced the unit.  These are times when you appreciate hot water!  Throughout the three days, Dave was friendly and professional.  I hope I don't need to call him again soon, but if I need help with plumbing / water heater, I will!

Michael replaced a hot water heater with a tankless hot water heater. I always get at least 5 quotes for every job and I use a combination of price and personality to make my decision. Michael made that very easy for me... best price and best personality. I will be using him for any future plumbing needs and will highly recommend him.

I don't publish often, however I feel it is pertinent to do so when a company deserves it.  We had a broken pipe and had to shut off all the water in the house.  This company has great communication, they visited me the same day and performed services efficiently and accurately.  The pricing was fair and straightforward vs. (upsells, aggressive BS, etc.). I will use them again and again, because integrity is the most important thing when it comes to customer service.  Thank you Pro Quality...it says it in the name...they are pros and they produce Quality results.

We live on a bottom unit condo and our upstairs neighbor had plumbing issues and both our showers ended up clogged and won't drain as well as the bathroom sink. I found Mr. Pipe and Plumbing on Yelp and left a voicemail. Zlatko was very responsive and accommodating. He came on the arranged time and was very professional. He was able to fix both showers and sink and he even changed one of the shower heads. It was such a pleasure working with him that I am sending him to my stepmom's house to check out a water leak. I am definitely going to use him again. If you need a reliable and competent plumber- call Zlatko.

Ron was great. Our old water heater stopped working this morning, and by 5 pm, he had a new one installed and working for us. He and his co-worker were both very nice, very professional, and very polite. The price was good, and they took care of everything so I didn't have to. I didn't have to take time off of work or anything. I really appreciate his work ethic in making sure it was all handled promptly, in the same day. He not only installed the heater but made sure it all worked and looked good - he stayed true to his word and took care of us!

I recommend Ron to anyone needing a new water heater or similar type of work!

This is the second time I am using Rishon Plumbing for my plumbing issues.

This time I had my sewer backing up in the front yard. I called George and they came out on the same day. They cleaned the sewer and pulled out a lot of tree roots.

Now we are preparing for a big project of replacing the sewer line and guess who is going to do it. RISHON PLUMBIMG.

I had to get a video lateral recording of my sewer for city permit. Although a rather simple task in comparison to a lot of plumbing jobs out there, in comparison to the other responses and quotes I got these guys were the best. Once it came to getting the job done, Christopher was down to earth and easy to talk to but also reassured me that if the city needed anything else to just give him a call. I also like that these guys weren't pressuring me into their services, a lot of companies seem to do that nowadays. Thanks Chris!

Rooter hero saved the day for us.  Our kitchen sink backed up and my husband couldn't clear it with the tools we had.  We called several plumbers but no one could come out for several days.  He found the add for Rooter Heros and the call center woman said they could be out by 9pm ( it was 5pm at the time!).  We were thrilled.  They also quoted us a great price.  Anton was our plumber that came out.  He was quite and went straight to work.  I'm a talker and got a smile out of him after a bit.  He was professional,  pleasant and got rhe job done.  He cleaned up afterwards too!  Thank you Rooter Hero for the quick response and we will definitely call you again if wr need additional service.

I had to contact Heflin & Son due to a bathroom toilet obstruction issue in our guest bedroom which caused a backup of fluid also into the tub and sink (this home has poor plumbing on the 3rd floor). I left a VM (late morning) and thought ok I probably won't hear back from them. I was wrong, I got a call back from Todd within a few minutes and a plumber was out within the hour. He tried to resolve all he could by himself, but then had to go back to bring a 2nd service man to assist up on the roof to snake the pipes form above and dislodge the obstruction from the toilet plumbing. Thankfully they avoided having to remove the toilet to get to the issue and nothing got broke (toilet or sink). They ended up snaking all 3 areas (toilet, tub and sink) and resolved everything. They were professional, prompt with their work and cleaned up the area. The pricing was reasonable for the time and labor for the 2 men involved. Afterwards the toilet flushed better than before the incident so I was also thankful for that. I would recommend them for their responsiveness/speed to action, being on time, professionalism, caring nature and fair/competitive pricing. They invoiced me and it too was very professional in the details listed. Overall very impressed and I will not hesitate to use them again.

I wholeheartedly agree with other reviews. They are extremely over-priced even with a discount (originally quoted $405 for a simple job of unclogging the bathroom sink drain). The only reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because they were fast to send someone out at 8 pm in the evening. My technician was very nice too. To be fair, I had the option of declining their services, but I was in the middle of reconstruction and decided it wasn't worth the trouble to wait until the next morning.

The job itself took less than 10 minutes and my technician, Donald (Don), was very courteous and agreeable. I don't think I'll be using Roto-Rooter again due to their astronomical pricing, but I have no complaints about the service itself.
