Clean out kings are the bomb!!
Had a sewer line clog at 11 pm that had to be cleaned out because it was backing up into our bathroom. Started down the line of 24 hour plumbers on yelp and got anything from if you don't like our price call someone else - click - to we'll have our guy call you in 10-15 minutes which turned out to be 7:30 this morning. Clean out kings answered their phone told me they would call back in 10 min which they did, told me their tech would be to my house within 50 min which he was. Bobby called me upon arrival. Was clean, personable and trustworthy. I showed him the problem and he got right to work. He cleared the blockage, explained the likely underling problem and some of the options for future fixes. It takes a lot for my lazy ass to actually write a review but could not sit on this one. If you have a drain issue these are the guys to call. Thank you Bobby and Clean-out Kings!!!!

Arman was fast, reliable, easy to communicate with, affordable, and did a fantastic job repairing my leaking sink and replacing 2 faucets as well.

I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using him in the future.

BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!! from this company, he seems nice guy and then he will charge you thousands of dollars and if you ask them for proof or receipt they will not provide and send your bill to collection company.

I called on 10/6/22, to get A price for complete removal of my drains and replace with new pipes. They sent someone out and he was here in 15 minutes. He crawled under the house for about 45 minutes and took pictures to show me. They sent me a quote in about 30 minutes. We had 4 quotes from other plumbers. My wife & I went over and Purdy Plumbing came out on top every time, I called on the 7th. they came with 5 men and did the job in one day on the 8th.. They worked very hard and completed the job that day.

Quick reply from the owner.  Quick service and reasonable price.  Jorge and Neto worked on my heater.  Both guys were knowledgeable.  I highly recommend them.

This review is for recent experiences with Bigos Plumbing specifically Matt.

I recently purchased a new built triplex in Long Beach. The property was inspected everything looked good. Unfortunately, the sewer line in the crawl space had a vent pipe that did not go all the way up through the ceiling. Instead it was left uncovered and uncapped. After a month of having new tenants they noticed a smell. The sewer was backed up and then dumped into the crawl space below the home. I called Matt up and he came out in a very promptly. Matt hydro jetted my drains with his highly fixed up hydro machine. Then scanned my drains. At the same time we noticed one of my clay sewer lines had a crack in it and he ended up replacing that too.

I will continue to use Bigos Plumbing (hopefully not anytime soon) and I appreciate their professionalism and fair pricing.

I own a couple properties in Woodland Hills and when my homes have any plumbing issues I only use Arlan Plumbing. Friendly and professional staff and the prices are fair. Thank you for always coming to the rescue.

Dave contacted me shortly after my previous review and offered a refund, I did receive the refund, I also received quite a few texts and calls requesting to remove my review which I will not. It still doesn't take away the fact he over charged me and tried to over charge me for the other work I needed/wanted

I hope this doesn't happen to your mother, sister or daughter for the simple fact of being a female in need of 'men's' work.....I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone and the fact you lost what would've been a loyal, repeat customer if you would've been honest & fairly priced in the first place.

Micheal helped us with our problem & did a great job.  When we made the appointment, he asked us to text him a photo of our problem -- he showed up with the right part and did the job in less than an hour.  Great service. Recommended.

Pro Quality came out to do a total install on my kitchen faucet after I replaced my counter and sink. They hooked up my dishwasher and garbage disposal as well. After two days of no water, they came out the same evening to do the job and were a life savor in getting everything done quickly. They were very friendly, reasonably priced (including a free estimate) and very professional! I would totally recommend them and plan to continue to use them for all of my plumbing needs!

My kitchen sink was back up and had still water in it all night. I've tried to unclog it by using Drano, but it didn't work. I messaged Zlakto (the owner) the next morning and he was very responsive and transparent about the cost. He came to fix my drain the same day. He was very patient, snaked for a couple times and finally found the root cause and fixed it. AND...he cleaned up the area afterwards really well!  Finally found a decent and trustworthy plumber, so I have to share with yelpers.

We are happy with Ron's service. We were late to get back home. He patiently waited for us and fixed our dishwasher/ air vent in no time. I would recommend his service to anyone

Had our kitchen sink back up on a holiday weekend Friday night when we couldn't get ahold of our landlord. Found JDR on Yelp and Juan responded within five minutes to our quote request. Saturday morning, we set an appointment, and he showed up on time, did a quick job of taking care of the problem, left the place spotless and charged a very reasonable flat fee for the work. No surprises, no hidden charges, and he was quick, thorough and friendly. He even gave us some advice on how to keep the 90-year-old pipes in our building  from having more problems. Will gladly call him again for any plumbing work we might need.   Seems like a nice guy, too, which is always an added bonus.

First time using and thrilled with their competence, professionalism and pricing. Had a leaky faucet and stubborn water filter replacement that was taken care of in an hour. Very happy and will keep them as my go-to-guys in the future for all my plumbing needs.

On a Saturday I called to schedule and appointment to have my mainline cleaned out. I left a voicemail and received a call back within 10 minutes. I was able to schedule an appointment for Sunday morning. I received a text confirming my appointment. Sunday morning I received a call from Bryant notifying me he was on his way. He arrived on time and was professional. He used a camera to show us the problem and explained it as well. He was able to clean out the mainline. The fee was only $49 just as advertised. I was happy with Bryant's work, professionalism and honesty. We have access to our mainline. They are honest and honor the $49 promotion. I would highly recommend them and use them again. It really is $49 to clean out the mainline. They even have it on their shirts. I think it's $98 if you do not have access to your mainline. I hope your experience is as good as mine.

Wow, these guys are great!   I called Saturday morning at 7am.  By 1 pm Donald was at my house.  He never gave up locating the clog.  Donald was friendly, very clean and professional.  I wouldn't hesitate to call them again  I highly recommend Rooter Hero Plumbing.

Like many of the quality vendors I use I was introduced to this company by a client of mine that owns an investment property in Westchester area of Los Angeles. Have been very happy with the service. Always answers the call or returns messages within a short time. Are always there when they say they're going to be. Does just the job that's needed. Doesn't try to nickel and dime other things into the job when not needed. Has even setup payment plans for clients that had a big job come up out of the blue and didn't have the full amount up front. I'd recommend them.

I had a clogged drain on a Saturday night and they were the only plumbers that were answering and available. When Marco got here he put down a plastic sheet to keep my kitchen clean (unlike the last plumber) and was very quick getting the job done. I would highly recommend using these guys.
