Clean-Out Kings is the first honest and fair job costing company that I've come across in a very long time!

Arman was fast, reliable, easy to communicate with, affordable, and did a fantastic job repairing my leaking sink and replacing 2 faucets as well.

I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using him in the future.

We weren't getting hot water in the house, so I called California Hi-Tech to come take a look at the water heater. They came an hour later than they said they would, but I didn't mind too much as it was a Sunday and I just appreciated them coming out at all. The technician was nice and polite, but it turned out to not be our water heater at all but rather the outlet that our pump was plugged into has burned out and needed replacing. Basically the technician was here for 5-10 minutes, told me I needed an electrician - and then charged me $262! Seemed a very steep price for the service that I received. Wouldn't use them again -- too expensive!

Today 06/23/15 I ended up calling seven of the highest
rated (5 star) companies from yelp* & here are my findings:

(1) Never called me back.
(3) Approx. costs & labor quoted was over $500.00.
(1) Evenly priced, could not complete job until: 06/25/15.
(1) Called me back at the end of the day?  Day was over
(1) The company I chose:  {Purdy Plumbing and Drain.}

Here's why:
I called Purdy Plumbing and Drain, spoke to Erin who got Josh out to my house right away to give me an estimate. Josh did not try to up-sell me at all, he told me exactly what was wrong (discounted the price), I thanked him for his time but I did not feel confident in my decision until I had the chance to call the other (6) companies I selected & compare costs & service.  

I called one company that never bothered to call me back, three other companies told me the quote I received was an amazing price and they (in their own words) could not match it.  I called Erin back, she set up the appointment on the same day the estimate was done and sent Josh back out.  The average turn time from the other companies I talked to was around three days.  One company called me back at the end of the day (5:00 pm) after Josh had already been to my house twice, completed the job (took around 1 hour) and was already on his way to his next appointment, the guy is amazing!

Jesus was great taking a look and providing a free estimate on pretty short notice. He knew what he was looking at and able to identify what needed repairs to code and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of. He provided a fair quote within 2 days.

Bigos helped me out with a new bathtub install (valves, rough in, finish work), cleaned out some drains, and quoted some various other projects. Their work has been great and I've never had any issues. They're friendly and professional.

I took off one star because I didn't always receive the call backs that I was expecting and had to proactively call them. Not a huge deal, but a bit inconvenient. Once I got in touch, scheduling was quick and easy.

I was looking for a plumber for my grandmother's home out in the valley and Roman quoted me a great price and had one of his plumbers come within a few hours to fix her plumbing.  Highly recommend

Dave is great!  He is very professional and knows his stuff.  After calling around, Dave offered to come out the same day and look at my drain issues.  He knew what it was right away and got to work.  He gave me a very fair price and I haven't had any issues with it since.  We also called him out to change a faucet and toilet in another bathroom.  If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber with fair prices and guaranteed work, this is your guy.  As a single parent on a budget, I'm glad there are trustworthy plumbers like Dave who are fair and honest.   He earned my business and I will continue to use him again.

I called and within 20 minutes Mike came out and fixed my leaking garbage disposal & replaced a pipe. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick!! I just found my new go-to Plumber & I am so happy!!! A+

I want to give Frank thanks for coming in on last minute call.  He came in assessed the problem and got down to it.  He took care of the problem and showed me what the problem was with his camera.  I did shop around and asked for quotes from various different establishments, but you can not beat Franks prices.  He seems very knowledgeable unlike the bigger corporations that charge you an arm and a leg and half the time don't know what's going on.  Once again thank You Frank and the Noble team for coming in late notice

Had a backup of my kitchen sink, luckily the problem turned out not to be a big deal.  Zlatko came out quickly, within a few hours, understood the issue and fixed it in 20-30 min.  Very responsive, communicative and price was very reasonable.  Didn't try to upsell me anything once he came out, which I've seen others do.  Would use him again.

Ron and Tony went above and beyond with efficient, quality work at a great price. They were very professional and polite and I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing help!

Hired Juan for a second job, and he continues to amaze. The kitchen sink faucet at my parent's home broke. They bought a new one, but needed it installed. The other plumber they had arranged for cancelled last minute, so I reached out to Juan and asked if he could come the following day (Saturday). He made it over at 9:45 AM, and finished his work quickly.

My mom and dad were both very impressed by Juan's work, and his friendly, down to earth approach. Juan charged reasonably and did top notch work, as always. I want to tell everyone I know who has plumbing issues in the South Bay: Juan should be your first call, and I'll bet he will be your last, because he gets the job done!

I'm so happy to have found George and John from Rishon! I've had a shower that leaked slowly for 2 years and finally was able to get it fixed by them.

I had been calling other reputable plumbers on yelp and getting times of 1-2 weeks to come out and look. Finally looked at Plumbers in LA outside of my area and found Rishon. George talked me through it over the phone before hand at the end of the work day, accepted pictures via phone, and then scheduled with me the very next morning first thing to have it fixed. He was just great in casually talking all the options through.

Both he and John showed up on time the next morning, fixed my shower in under an hour, and made the entire process very friendly and not scary. Not only that, they gave me the best price of all the plumbers I vetted and even knocked off $25 dollars when time came to write the check.

So, best price for two great plumbers that showed up on time the very next day - please try Rishon for your next call if you're looking for great Plumbers!

I had Marco come out to check the main drain in my new house. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked it with a camera and found it had roots obstructing, he gave me a reasonable price to Jet it out. He did a great job and is an honest plumber I would highly recommend, for big or small jobs he has everything on that work truck!!

Con men not plumbers.  Waited all day for technician that the customer service operator kept promising was coming soon, within the hour.  Finally showed up at 4.  They said they had to open a wall to get to the problem, $2100 (that didn't include repairing the drywall).  Got another plumber who showed up earlier than promised at 8:30 pm, snaked the drain, fully cleaned up and were gone by 9.  $170 included overtime fee.  DO NOT PUT UP WITH THESE PRESSURE SALES PEOPLE.

If you are looking for shoddy work, ridiculous pricing and poor customer service - THEN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND Heflin & Son plumbing!

WITH THEM, you get just the opposite. I was in need of a plumber as I was not happy with two of my previous ones. I asked about a half a dozen people in Westchester - and the first name that always came up was Heflin & Son, and always with a happy look on their face when they suggested to use them.

Well, it ended up that I had a huge issue in my little five unit apartment building. And had to replace almost all of the plumbing.

Of course my issue started on a Saturday when you're going to be paying the highest rates for the weekend. But I had no choice.  Water was gushing out of my garage.

When I called Heflin & Son and left a message with my dilemma, within minutes Todd called me back. We made arrangements for him to send a crew. I was so desperate I didn't even ask him the cost. The next thing I knew pipes for breaking all over the place, and Todd kept  Fixing them.

What impressed me the most about Todd and his crew,  was that I happened to walk in on his crew going over a game plan on how to resolve a  particular issue. And what I heard him tell his subordinate will forever stick in my mind regarding this plumbing company.

I overheard him say - we have to accomplish this challenge as reasonable as we possibly can for the owner and yet still do it right.  You would expect one to hear the opposite - let's get what we can from these guys. Not so with Todd and his company.

When I finally received the final bill for everything I was very pleased with what I was charged for everything.  honest billing is what you get with this company.

I will forever be grateful to Heflin & Son Plumbing, and especially to Todd.   They are more than just plumbers. They are professional, ethical, a real pleasure to work with, absolutely do quality work and are very reasonable for what they do.

The best thing I got out of this deal was peace of mind.   When you trust somebody, it can take a lot of anxiety off your mind. And that's what Todd did for me.

I personally feel to give this particular company a five star rating is an insult. My rating would be 500+ plus,plus etc.

Marco the magnificent and Roto-Rooter saved me and provided prompt, exceptional service.  

I essentially self destructed my toilet by accidentally flushing down a sizable piece of plastic that jammed and clogged the bowl and it's innards.   Well played, young man.

Fortunately, I was able to make a same day appointment with Roto (on a Saturday) and my plumbing technician Marco arrived within three hours of my initial call.   The dispatch also updated me no less than two times to let me know when to expect arrival.

Marco quickly diagnosed the situation and gave me the breakdown of the fate of my toilet and what it would cost me.   He was also great about articulating what could make it more expensive and in the end we avoided the worst case scenario (thanks to Marco's experience and obvious efforts).  

Happy to now have my go-to plumber in Marco & Roto-Rooter.
