I called upon these guys to help with some filtration for my water heater and what I was looking for, wasn't really the right job for them. However, Daniel was super honest and helpful and gave me some great advice. As much as they couldn't help me this time around, they certainly will be remembered when I do need assistance.

Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing job done on their house because the quality of the job was top-notch and the overall experience was hassle-free and without headache.

BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!! from this company, he seems nice guy and then he will charge you thousands of dollars and if you ask them for proof or receipt they will not provide and send your bill to collection company.

Called Purdy Saturday morning as our regular plumber was out of town- Ryan showed up about an hour later and did a remarkable job cleaning out our main line. Everything works like a charm. Very professional and I'd recommend Purdy to anyone who needs a great plumber.

Our neighbor recommended Matt when our water heater had an issue, and he was willing to come out the same day.  He arrived punctually, at the time he stated, and worked proficiently, getting the job done well (and fast).  He gave us a very reasonable prince and provided a solid recommendation re: preventatively draining the water heater & what to expect as our heater continues to age.  All the while, he was extremely pleasant, polite & knowledgeable.  We'll definitely call Matt again!

After calling two other places and experiencing rude costumer service I decided to give this place a try because of high yelp rating and honestly couldn't be any happier with the service that I got.I am definitely recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Clogged up toilet. Called multiple places that either wanted to do major construction or couldn't come out til days later. Called Dave and he came within the hour. He assessed and fixed the problem quickly and effectively. Extremely satisfied with the result.

Michael is the best plumber hands down. He has been our plumber for over 10 years. He just came out to fix something and was so fast and helpful. Here are the pluses about him.
1. Very responsive. Returns calls right away. Also called me to let me know he was nearby.
2. Very knowledgeable. Knows his stuff. Fixed a major problem today quickly. Also recommend some maintenance I wasn't aware we needed to preserve our tankless water heater.
3. Friendly and communicates clearly. He answers all of your questions and makes sure you understand.
4. Reasonably priced.
If you need a great plumber, Michael is the guy.

This company is hands down the best. Plumbers and electricians are notorious for going crazy charging for things you don't need but they do not. I'm so over yelp because I feel like the the reviews are bought but I will tell you that we renovate a lot of houses on a budget but want things done right so believe it or not this is a real review!

I hope people can tell a real review but if not I will give you details on the work we had done: Our plumber at this company was Ceaser and a few other guys, they did a whole house hydro jet, changed out a main line and put a camera down all the pipes to make sure everything was flowing properly.

We live on a bottom unit condo and our upstairs neighbor had plumbing issues and both our showers ended up clogged and won't drain as well as the bathroom sink. I found Mr. Pipe and Plumbing on Yelp and left a voicemail. Zlatko was very responsive and accommodating. He came on the arranged time and was very professional. He was able to fix both showers and sink and he even changed one of the shower heads. It was such a pleasure working with him that I am sending him to my stepmom's house to check out a water leak. I am definitely going to use him again. If you need a reliable and competent plumber- call Zlatko.

Called this place on a Sunday afternoon when all the other plumbers were closed (half days on Sunday's). These guys answered right away and came out within an hour. Appreciate the prompt service. Issue was a plugged shower drain which they snaked quickly.

Juan just came over and helped root out a clogged secondary drain situation.  He was friendly, courteous, quick and reasonable.  He responded with a quote within a few minutes of being pinged through Yelp, and was able to set up an appointment an hour or so later that very day.  He was knowledgable and friendly, and took great care to be clean (booties on the feet and a work mat in the bathroom).  In less than an hour we were back in business!

Called George around 10am and had a new water heater by 1pm. They are that fast and price was reasonable. I would happily use them again and recommend to my friends. Thanks guys.

This is the second time using the guys. The first time with Chris hydrojetting a pipe, and the second with Marco repairing a mainline leak. Very professional in explaining your options and going out of their way to get the job done.  Highly recommended!

Couldn't find a plumber that could come out immediately for an emergency.  Called rooter hero they sent Eric.  He was super cool.  Knowledgeable, professional, and got the job done in no time!  Eric is my new plumber going forward.

We've been dealing with Heflin Plumbing for many years and they have always done a great job for us. Been in business since 1950. How long have the other guys been around? Go with the Pro's!

Awful customer service. I made an appointment for 4:30-6:30pm to look at a clogged sink, and no one came. When I called at 6:30, the lady on the phone said there was a technician in the area but he was finishing at another location and he would come by after. I called again at 8pm, and she said that she called the tenant at the condo, but no one answered. The tenant was by her phone the entire time and never got a call. There was no voice mail either. Literally, this business just lies to their customers. They got caught without available technicians and they decided the best thing to do was lie. Don't use roto rooter.
