I had a clogged toilet in my house, the technician Bobby came and fixed it really quickly and professionally. He explained to me everything nicely and friendly. The price was affordable and reasonable. Definitely recommend this guy if you are in a need to repair plumbing issues.

After having leaks in my shower, I needed a plumber. I decided to look for an honest plumber as it was something I couldn't fix myself and I came across A&V Rooter through recommendations. I gave him a call and he asked for pictures to give me an accurate price.
After getting a very reasonable quote, Arman came and did the job within a good timeframe. He did not charge extra last minute as some plumbers have done in the past. I thank him for his clean and honest work.

Rude and over charge for work that wasn't even done or discussed. I believe his wife is the bookkeeper as she is so unprofessional.

I called Purdy Plumbing and Drain for an estimate for a renovation project involving plumbing.  I've called multiple contractors and handymen for this project, and while Ryan was the first plumber from whom I've received an estimate, really there is no comparison in terms of professionalism.  Plus, he's just an all around nice guy.  With most of the other contractors, some showed late, or came at a different time (one said he'd be there at 2 pm, never called, then showed at 4:30).  Some said they'd send estimates and never did.  Ryan showed up on time, was super nice, and incredibly informative.  He's actually been out to our home twice, once to hear about the plumbing related to the reno, and once to scope our drains to better be able to provide an accurate estimate for the project.  Once he scoped the drains, he sent an estimate within a few days.  

When he came to scope the drains, he brought another Ryan.  Together, they were totally cool with me hovering to see what our drains looked like.  Ryan explained everything we looked at and made me feel really confident both in his abilities as a plumber, and also as a sort of homeowner educator.  I couldn't have asked for more as a new homeowner who wants to understand everything. Ryan and Ryan were super nice, and extremely patient when my curious 5 year old first unplugged the monitor for the scope, then, came out to check out the drains on the monitor, and proceeded to run back to the bathroom, and, well, give us something to see in the pipes.  I was embarrassed, and rather than being annoyed, Ryan and Ryan laughed it off and told my son he figured out how the drains worked.

I don't have experience with other plumbers, but I can say I would recommend Purdy to anyone who needs a plumber.  Oh!  And I found them on Yelp.  They really do deserve all those stars.

If I go with Purdy's estimate for the plumbing work for our renovation, I will be sure to follow-up with additional feedback.

I was VERY pleased with Velocity Rooter & Plumbing Services. I called for service and within the hour the Technician Luis showed up to look at my shower for the annoying, major leak dripping in the tub. After the free consultation, the Technician Luis explained to me in detail what needed to be done. Luis did all the repairs and put in new valves, a new shower head, a new spout, and a brand new single handle for hot/cold water. Luis was very polite & professional. He is extremely knowledgeable about his job. I would give Luis a 10+ for a job well done. I highly recommend calling Velocity Rooter & Plumbing Services for any plumbing issues. This is been the most pleasant experience I've EVER shad with a plumber. I had an overflow in my shower and toilet LUCKILY I came across Arlan Plumbing and David answered the phone and made it to my house in woodland hills within 1 hour ! He tackled the shower and toilet like a superhero. He was so knowledgeable and experienced. I have booked him for a future seal on all

Frank did a great job on our shower and bathtub repair.  He found the right part for our shower and saved us from having to open up the wall for more repairs.  This took him a while, and I am so appreciate of his hard work.  Thank you very much for doing a great job.

We were looking to stack our laundry machines and install a standing shower in our guest bathroom. I wasn't sure how possible this was but I am beyond pleased with the work Zlatko did. He came out the same day I requested the quote and came up with a plan.

Throughout the scheduling process he was very helpful and communicative letting me know what materials would be needed for the shower install.

He completed the (very complicated) job in only 2 days and the results are exactly what we wanted! He also replaced the toilet in our master bath during the shower job.

I am so so so pleased with the work and the result. He was professional, on time, extremely efficient, and an all around pleasure to work with. We just moved to the area and he will definitely be my go-to plumber from here on out!

Ron did such an amazing job at installing our brand new dishwasher. He was very quick to respond at such short notice especially during the holiday season + Covid. He came and inspected our dishwasher took a few minutes to diagnose and see if we had the proper connections and was quick to notice if we needed other parts. He then went out of his way to pick up these parts and came back and completed the job and very well done! I am very happy to have found a new contact person for all my plumbing needs. He also is very well equipped and knowledgeable about other construction around your home. Thank you for all your help Ron!

Juan has helped me twice now. Earlier this year, he replaced my kitchen garbage disposal and it's been perfect ever since. Most recently, I contacted him late night for a leaking bathroom sink, and he came the next day. His prices are reasonable, he's very professional and informative too. Both times, he's given me hints to not encounter the same problem.

Random note...I have a very big and protective Doberman. He will act crazy if you walk up to the house. I advised Juan in advance, and both times, he's willing to meet me on the sidewalk with my dog so we can come in together, so that my dog remains calm. I appreciate this so much. Definitely will continue to use JDR plumbing for all my plumbing needs, and you should too!

We needed help ASAP on a Saturday morning. Not the first time we call these guys for help, but every time we do call the response time is excellent. Customer service, cleanliness, and price are all fitting to customers best interest. Unfortunately, our main line needs some work but they gave us an alternative option so we can save some money up in order to get that fixed. The guy who helped us explained specifically and visually showed us (with a camera in the plumbing) our problem. We highly recommend them! You will not be disappointed.

We've been dealing with Heflin Plumbing for many years and they have always done a great job for us. Been in business since 1950. How long have the other guys been around? Go with the Pro's!

Had a shower drain clog.  Roto-Rooter came, looked at the drain for 2 minutes, and then said it was going to be $450 to clear the clog.
I called Adeedo Plumbers who came out the next day. They fixed the clog within 3 minutes and only charged me $69.
Will never call Roto-Rooter again.
