Had a good experience with Clean-Out Kings! James came out on a Sunday night for an emergency plumbing situation. It ended up being a complicated task but he stuck with it until the job was done. Priced very fairly, especially considering it was late night/weekend. Would definitely use him again!

Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing job done on their house because the quality of the job was top-notch and the overall experience was hassle-free and without headache.

I have been using Ilan for several years, he works a lot in the building that I live in it's a large condo 229 units and we've used him for a lot of our repairs.
  He just did a remodel in my bathroom he did a fabulous job I am so so happy! I highly recommend him to anybody that wants to do a bathroom remodel or kitchen I've seen his work there too. I never even knew he did remodeling I've been using him just her plumbing for several years. He's honest and reliable and his workers are very good.

Our first home has been a remodeling adventure for us. The kitchen and laundry areas are quite cozy with gas pipes for both the cooking range and the dryer protruding farther from the walls than we'd like. We called Velocity, they offered same day service, we opted for an appointment for the next morning. They showed up, gave a prompt quote and got to work immediately. They provided a solution for the cooking range area by installing a ball valve inside a recessed (in-wall) outlet box that lets us push the stove near flush to the wall. They also extended and readjusted the dryer pipe by running an elbow that runs closer to the wall and the dryer vent. Our problems were solved by the fast, intelligent and dedicated team of Velocity. From the start of the consultation to the completion of the job took only 3 hours time. I'm sold. These guys are on my speed dial for future plumbing solutions. Keep it up, Velocity!

Great service! They were able to come to my place the day I called them about my leaking water heater and it was fixed by the end of the day. They did a super clean installation of a new water heater, and it works great!

I called Arlan Plumbing, and they came quickly, and fixed leak and replaced pipe in same day with fair price.

We had to have Dave come out on a emergency call he was out here in a flash fixed our problem and we where back in operation  we have over 50 on our staff and no water for a long period of time would have been an issue thank you Dave .

Hiring a plumber is usually like going to the car mechanic for me. I dread it with every shred of my being. Michael at sustainable plumbing helped change that for me. Michael was incredibly responsive and willing to stop and give me an estimate for free. He was professional, very tidy, and extremely personable.

He was willing to take the time and explain all the issues and solutions to me, and was very honest regarding the pricing.

He arrived on time and didn't try to look for more items to charge me for. He fixed the leaks and worked with my financial situation.

I had a totally unexpected kitchen water damage issue out of nowhere.  A hose broke and water puddled in my kitchen causing water damage to both cabinets and flooring.  Ron and his team came out immediately to test the dampness and water levels.  It was very high so they used blowers and other measures over a few days to mitigate the water damage.  I'm glad they came out because the level of water damage wasn't apparent to me and if I had left it as it was and just took care of the plumbing issue, I may have had serious mold issues later on.  Ron is timely and communicates frequently so you know what's going on and why.

No one really wants to call a plumber but when you NEED a plumber, you want to make sure you've got THE ONE!  JDR is the ONE to call! This was my first time needing Juan's services for a BADDDD bathroom sink drain. I used yelp to message him and Juan responded very fast, we chatted about a time. Juan arrived on time, totally 100% covid SAFE, CLEAN & TIDY. Juan unclogged that horrible drain, gave me some great tips to keep things flowing smoothly....end of story.  Juan is a true professional, polite, knows his business well, fairly priced and honest.  And, he's a nice guy! Called George around 10am and had a new water heater by 1pm. They are that fast and price was reasonable. I would happily use them again and recommend to my friends. Thanks guys.

We had sewage backflow on Sunday morning, I called clean out plumbing, they arrived and resolved the problem within an hour as they promised.

I had a couple of leak issues with my new home and home warranty didn't have anyone in their network that could work on PEX systems. I needed a re-piping job with my laundry pipes as well as a leaky PEX system.

This was the first plumber that came over to take a look at my place. I thought it was a good fit and we were on the same page. I even asked if he could take a look at my hot water issue for my kitchen faucet and bathroom faucet they let me know they would help take a look and clean it. They determined that the issues were that I needed to get new faucets and that would be a separate charge. They said they would send me an estimate and never did. But again, they were overcharging in the first place.

They estimated the whole job for $2,200. I thought that was a large chunk of change. Little did I know that when I got multiple plumber estimates, this was the most expensive. I did however choose to go with this service as I felt they would take care of me. I thought, you get what you pay for. I was wrong.

While, yes, they did fix my plumbing issues. There was a pipe that they didn't see behind my laundry and they asked me if I wanted a new estimate to replace that pipe. I let them know that I would have to go through home warranty again to get that approved and so the plumber let it slide and didn't charge me. While knowing that everyone else charged a LOT less than this place, I couldn't help but feel like Rooter Hero got a little too greedy trying to take advantage of me and trying to overcharge for their service.

They also estimated I needed new faucets for my bathroom and kitchen sink. When I went to another plumber at another company, he immediately fixed my bathroom faucet issue. It wasn't the faucet, it was the pipe underneath the sink, he just flushed it out and made it work immediately and DIDN'T CHARGE ME. The kitchen faucet wasn't the issue either it was the line underneath that connected to the dishwasher and needed two angle stops. The fact that these plumbers couldn't even catch that. Not worth the money.

They did do a good job under my sink and with my laundry which I am extremely grateful for. However, another plumber quoted the same job for only $375 and he also fixed my hot water issues immediately. There are better, less services elsewhere.

It's bad business to overcharge and be greedy. I thought Rooter Hero would take care of me but they need to work on the customer service and being less greedy. I will unfortunately not be using them ever again due to the bad experience I recieved.

Completely unprofessional and the typical you don't know what you're talking about arrogant attitude when confronted with a problem with their service...

DO NOT USE THEM.   I called and asked them to snake out my sewer line two weeks ago.  they charged me $345 its only been two weeks it clogged again.  I asked them to come out they want to charge me another $345.  The last time they came, the entire time the guy told me I need to core out my sewer, and I told him I dont have the money to do that and all the sudden the sewer started to clear up magically. Very not honest and I would neve use them again.  I found another plumber that did the work for $120 and warranty for 30 days.  I will complain to BBB and State contractor board.
