I had a persistent leak, I thought it was the pool, but when LVMWD put in a smart meter, we concluded it was not a pool leak.  I called another company and they couldn't come for two weeks, but Waterboy was able to come in 48 hours.  The located the leak in the main supply line accurately and precisely.  Very good value for the service, no upselling etc.  Omer and Shlomi are smart and professional.  They take a thorough and comprehensive approach, they listened to my hunch but ruled out other possibilities.  Highly recommend!

Oscar is very professional and reasonable. The times I had to call Oscar,  he gives us a time and he is punctual.  He has done a few jobs in our home and we are very satisfied with the quality of his work. We Highly recommend Oscar!!!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Had a clogged shower drain and called to let them know I read about them on Yelp. They quoted us a fair price and showed up within an hour. Our clogged drain was dealt with quickly and professionally and we couldn't be happier. Good people to work with and we highly recommend!

Recently, I've been having problems with my dishwasher and I called them for some answers to the questions I have. I realized it is better off getting a new dishwasher since it's old and problematic. I called and set up an appointment and they gave me a reasonable price and did the job quickly and neatly. If I have anymore questions, I'll be sure to let them know!

Tony & Son Plumbing has very good service and is trustworthy.   But best of all,  they know their plumbing!  This year has been the worst year for me.  Everything has been breaking down,  but Tony & Son is at my door in no time.   I've never had to call them out again for the same job.  Once fixed; forever fixed!  Thanks alot!!  Saved my life many times !!

Asked for a quote on yelp for our leaking washer hose and received many responses from a lot of businesses the same night.
But Chris from Roma Rooter was straight forward with his price and very professional and fit us in his schedule right away!

When he arrived (right on time) was friendly,professional and also knowledgeable and gave us a ton of helpful tips to keep our water hose from getting clogged again.

I would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs plumbing needs.

They are fantastic, professional, and clean.  The technician walked me through the clean-out process. I have used Speed Rooter for all my plumbing problems on the old house.

They are great!  Very friendly, courteous and my bathroom was neat and tidy when the job was done.  Arrival timeframe was met which is a plus!  My friend referred them to me and they did not disappoint.  Cost was fair and not over inflated like a lot of plumbing companies.  Thank you!

They were on time. Straightforward and showed me why we we need to be fixed or replaced something. They also gave us options on how they could fix it and the cost. So at the end of the day they are reasonably price, did quality work and proved to us why something needed to be done. We had massive damage to our sewage lines and I got to see the extensive damage in person and via video. They were very fast. Diagnosed on Sunday, started and completed the work on Monday, even with multiple additional issues that occurred. We had over 100 ft of sewer lines replaced.

WAIST OF TIME AND MONEY!!!! I contacted Aquaman via Yelp and they promised they will find all leaks Gaurentee, 2 guys came here checked the pool and clearly told me that i have 2 cracks that are too big and we can't epoxy them. They also said all plumbing are ok!!! They told me to talk with a pool company. I asked them if they think repair is an option or replaster. They said most likely replaster. I contacted with 4 different pool contractors and ALL of them told me that basked on Aquaman report we have to do demolition, open cracks and seal them before replster. I paid about 6-7k for replaster and all of a sudden leak is still going on. I hired a third company after replaster to check the leak and came that they literally didn't find the leak and the leak is from the return pipes!!!!!! Now i lost about 8k for nothing and Aquaman definitely not taking responsibility. I'm in a process to go after their bond/ insurance and let them to decide.

I was surprised and utterly pleased with Lionel, at LCDoctor Plumber, Inc. I was expecting a plumber who would try to upsell me on an expensive solution to my desperate need. Not so with Lionel. After taking a deep internal camera into my ceramic main line sewer drain, and an acoustic locator as to where the obstruction was below the surface in my front lawn, Lionel was able to tell me where the obstruction was, how deep it was and the least expensive way to solve the problem. He informed me on the long term certain more expensive choice, but also the least expensive way, short term but solid answer to solve it using my handyman. He was generous, kind, clear, experienced and at a reasonable rate. He is calm, not alarming and tenacious to help the people lucky enough to have him help them with a plumbing problem. I can most passionately refer this plumber for his skill as well as his character.  

Lionel came to me during an emergency overflow from my toilets.
He was on time, thorough, extremely knowledgable (after 16 years doing plumbing),
and reasonable about the risks and the choices I was faced with. He suggested the least expensive route, the cost of each plumbing part, the fiberglass method to the polyurethane pipe. He was careful not to break my already cracked and root ridden 93 year old ceramic pipe, while shark snaking to try to clear any roots so that I could clear my sewer line and breathe relief. He took it as far as he could, hoping to buy some time for me, enlarge the encroached diameter and provide a short term solution. He took it up to the bend in the pipe where the camera and the snake stopped. That is when he recommended the next step. A 4' X 7' square hole, 5.5' deep, cut the pipe, remove the roots in the area, use the camera again to see how far the root stretched and remove them, put in new pipe with connectors, and that should solve the problem. If not, the more expensive polyurethane and fiberglass method might have to be chosen. He explained to me every step. It was so refreshing and took some of the nervous burden away.

I was very happy with his service and expertise. I can easily recommend him to others.

I just moved into my new house yesterday and there's already an issue with the toilet and water damage. The plumber (didn't catch his name -sorry!) referred me to my home warranty policy, potentially saving me hundreds or even thousands of dollars. Really appreciated that!! I will definitely be using On Call Plumbing after my warranty expires.

Needed a service for clogged sink drains for a rental property we own. Could not get to the property but took a chance with Sonic Rooter in the Compton area where our property is located. Spoke with the company owner Ray who was nice enough to check out the problem in about an hour after we called. Came back with a very reasonable price for the drain cleaning and called me back with status update. He even did the work and billed me later so very convenient. Definitely will use his company again.

Mario the service tech was very friendly, professional and arrived within the time window. Mario was very clear on what he was going to check, what work he was doing, what the price included, and what the warranty was.
Turn-around time was fast. I highly recommended this business as I had a very great experience with them and will use them again. Great customer service goes along way and is worth paying for.

I do not write many reviews but I think Matthew's Plumbing is truly deserving.  I had a water heater failure during labor day weekend.  I researched and found Matthew's Plumbing but he was unavailable until Tuesday morning.  He provided a competitive bid over the phone and noted that he was taking the weekend with his family.

I actually appreciated that he was prioritizing his family.  He told me what needed to be done until Tuesday so that I did not have a bigger issue.  He promptly replaced the unit on Tuesday with the price as quoted.  Not much more you can ask.  Great service at a great price!

My review is pretty much the same as Dennis K's.  The inspection was fine however expect to be solicited and spammed via emails and phone calls by third parties after the inspection in an attempt to buy things like home alarms. Sure it's probably in the contract as John states but let's be honest, not everyone reads those things in fine detail nor expects to be opted-in until explicitly requesting to be removed from up-sell opportunities.  Just another way to make more money out of a customer which I understand but it should be opt-in, not opt-out.  That way is more customer friendly and less sneaky.  Now go ahead and claim this review is false despite the fact that this is exactly what happened.

We had an excellent experience with All City Plumbing. James Remmell was the technician assigned to us to replace our water heater. He was running a little behind but he contacted me several times with updates on his ETA.  He arrived and he was extremely pleasant and obviously very knowledgeable in his field.  He started working to replace the water heater. He needed a few additional parts and went down the street to Home Depot to get them. He constantly gave me updates as to the status of the installation. He kept a very clean workspace within our garage. He was just so pleasant to talk to. I felt very confident I was getting an excellent job done with my installation. I would fully recommend James Remmel with All City Plumbing as a great technician for water heaters, plumbing problem, gas lines, etc. You name it he can do it!

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

So here's the update. . . a few weeks ago I had problems with a leaky faucet.  Since the kitchen facet was old and finding the replacement stem was impossible I decided the simple solution was to call a plumber and have it done by the professionals.  

So I called up John Riordan.   Scheduled an appointment day for two days later.  They were really busy, apparently.  On the day of the appointment a very nice guy shows up.  He takes apart the kitchen faucet and examines  the plumbing nipples.  The nipples were clogged and had to be replaced.   New plumbing nipples were installed and kitchen faucet was replaced.  The bill was a little over two hundred dollars.   Less than twenty four hours later the  brand new kitchen faucet starts dripping.   I called up John Riordan plumbing.  Because it was a holiday weekend they were short staffed and I would have to wait until the following Tuesday.

On the day of the appointment the same plumber shows up and shuts down the water and checks the stem valves for possible debris.     Bingo, bunch of small pebbles.  He cleans out the aerator, and then explains that debris from the pipes caused the faucet to drip.  His advice to me was if the leak occurs again, simply shut down the water to the house and check the stem valves for debris as well as the aerator.  

A couple of days later the gas to the house was shut off because of a leak.  I called John Riordan Plumbing and informed them I had a gas leak.  The dispatcher asked me specific questions about where the leak might be and I cooperated with her. The earliest I could schedule the appointment was for two days later.  

On the day of the appointment the plumber shows up and asks me  what am I here to fix?  So I showed him the paperwork from the Gas Company he looks at it and indicates that he will go outside to look for the leak.   As he is exiting the house he stops and then starts giving me the statistics as to where the leak might be and then proceeds to try to talk me into  just replacing the gas pipes, getting new heaters, etc.    He didn't even want to try to find the leak.   At one point I followed him to the gas meter at the curb whereupon he lifts up the gas meter lid and shines his flashlight into the container box.   With the light from his flashlight  he points to a silver oval object and says indicates that the silver oval object is against code regulations and that it needed to be updated.   He then proceeds to hand me an estimate of approximately $3, 9000.00 to replace then entire gas piping to the house.  He then informs me  it will take about two to three days to replace the whole system.  It was at this point where he hands me another bill of $99.00 for the service call to the house.   He then indicates that the $99.00 service charge will be deducted from the bill if I use the John Riordan company  to do the work.   Suffice it to say I called up another plumbing company for a second opinion.  I ended hiring the other company.
