My parents let me know the bathroom pipe was broken in the evening. I created a search request and Oscar was very quick to respond. It was about 8:30pm and I asked him is there a different in price for fixing after hours and he said yes. He Recommended  to have him come the next day in the morning so that the prices wouldn't be so high.

He was very processional and kind on the phone. We booked him for a free estimate the next morning. He came promptly at the time, assessed the situation, explained to my parents what happened , and the estimate. His communication was on point.

He left to go get all the parts needed and arrived back to fix the issue. My family was so happy with the work. We definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

They came over last minute in a Saturday for a clogged sink. They noticed an issue with a pipe and strapped it down at no extra cost.

Well here we go again my 5 star review to Chris perri.  What can I say but once again he goes over and beyond what you call him for.   His just a laid back Honest professional guy who I have known n grown comfortable with from the first time we met in 2014.   I  called him last week to discuss this issue I have with my bathroom in a condo unit and he gave me a few advice what to do till he can see me (bec of it being the holiday) so he fixed one problem but the other problem was one that he tried and now I have to deal with the insurance company.  But Chris sat there with me and helped me explain what was going on.  So yes if I could give him a 10 stars I would everytime.  Way to go ROMA ROOTER

Abi and his guys replaced our entire broken old cast iron sewer line under the house within 3 days and a very reasonable price. He sent pictures and answered all our questions regarding the sewer issues.

They were on time. Straightforward and showed me why we we need to be fixed or replaced something. They also gave us options on how they could fix it and the cost. So at the end of the day they are reasonably price, did quality work and proved to us why something needed to be done. We had massive damage to our sewage lines and I got to see the extensive damage in person and via video. They were very fast. Diagnosed on Sunday, started and completed the work on Monday, even with multiple additional issues that occurred. We had over 100 ft of sewer lines replaced.

Jeff came out and did a great job finding the leak.  I was wasting a crazy amount of water - so this is a service that pays for itself!  The process was nice and easy.  Emailed him and he was out the next day!

They responded Very quickly.  Came out gave me a quote, which was a fair price.  They fixed it today.  No hassles, no problems.
He wanted to make sure I was happy with their work before he left.

I personally contacted Jermey Johnson of On Call Plumbing for a simple plumbing job. I had a clogged sewer line in the backyard going from our guest cottage to the septic.  I told him I have a lot of rental homes, so I often need a plumber.  To fix the clog, he ran the snake through the line and cleared the the tree roots.  During and after the job Jeremy kept acting very odd, attempting very hard to make us like him, but it came off more like a bad acting job.  He even asked us to go to dinner a couple of times, saying he wanted to take us to dinner.  The second plumbing job I hired him for was for one of my rental homes.  I had a drain pipe under our shower come apart, so the tub had to be removed and the pipe reconnected.  He had me buy a new bathtub from him and pay to install it, when the old one had not a thing wrong with it. In the process he damaged the new tub and used some type of white enamel touchup paint over the scratch without telling me he damaged the tub. After the job and paying for all that I just figured, oh well, I needed the drain pipe fixed anyway.  The third plumbing job I hired Jermey  for was for my sewer on another of my rental homes, because it wasn't draining.  After being there for a short time, Jermey called me aside by waving me to the other side of his work van, clearly in order to take me away from his apprentice being able to hear what he was going to say to me.   He in a whispering voice, told me the clog is in the cement floor and that the cement will have to be cut open, and that it's going to cost me $4,300, and that he is very sorry, but that was what was needed to fix the problem.  He kept telling me how sorry he was, but it didn't sound sincere and it was obvious he was trying to sound sincere.  Because of Jeremey's odd behavior, and him not wanting his apprentice to hear the diagnosis, I became very uncomfortable with what Jermey was telling me, so I decided something was wrong and that I better call another plumber. The plumber I called to get a second opinion from came over to our home and found the clog out in the middle of the backyard within 10 minutes.  It was just a tree root that clogged up the main sewer line between the house and the city sewer line, and the clog was right next to a clean-out in the sewer line.  This other plumber cleared the clog in about 15 minutes and the charge was only $145.  That's my personal experience with On Call Plumbing, hopefully your's will be better.

I requested a second opinion from rescue rooter, and I wasnt disappointed with their estimated, which was alot more affordable than the first estimate given from another vendor. I didnt have to use them this time around but will be coming to them instead. Answered questions, arrived on time and professional. Thank you for your time.

Called them this morning, had not been able to use main bathroom for 11 days- they initially told me 2 day wait so I asked to be on a call list if anything opened up- they ended up calling me back within minutes, they were able to get Mario over to my house this morning... very methodical, asked lots of questions, listened well, very professional, Cleaned up wonderfully, would highly recommend , finally have my bathroom again... thanks to Mario & associate from SoCal Plumbing

I called Matthew regarding issues with my kitchen faucet, washing machine drain and water connection. Matthew was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He fixed the faucet, replaced the connections to the washing machine, and cleared the drain all in about 2 1/2 hours. I was impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. All this and his prices were very reasonable. I will certainly call Matthew for any future plumbing needs.

Arturo came out he did the job promptly. It wasnt a complex or very difficult job, and he didnt turn it into one! He took the time to explain a few things about other aspects of our plumbing. He suggested a change in a valve that can wait and is optional at this point; no heavy sell. No fear mongering.
