Fredy definitely lives up to his business name, he is SO fast in responding to my messages when I'm in an electrical jam! As a first home owner we are so grateful for Fredy's knowledge, skill and kind demeanor. He has been to our house numerous times and helped us out first when the power went down in the laundry - often he can come that very same day or the next morning. Today he helped me learn more about my house and electrical safety. Thank you Fredy your service and your honest work!

I had a particularly vexing issue with 2 breakers repeatedly tripping -- a short that would erratically trip the breakers. I knew this wouldn't be straightforward, as there were multiple elements, including the pool equipment, pool lights, outside gfi plugs and a string of receptacles inside the house. I tried to trouble shoot on my own but finally needed professional help. Jonathan initially came and we mapped out the circuits. He checked all the connections, cleaned up the junction boxes and a few nicked up connections. Things looked ok, but the problem recurred. He came back and disconnected parts of the circuit, so we could sequentially eliminate the possibilities. Finally, we figured the problem had to be with part of a buried conduit. Pete, the owner came out for an estimate. He was very pleasant and straightforward. Jonathan came back with a lead colleague (sorry, do not recall his name) and they diligently and efficiently rewired the affected portion through new conduit.

This took several visits due to the trouble shooting part, but I appreciate their thoughtfulness and stepwise actions -- rather than unnecessary work and expenses. They did a great job, communicated well, and came in under the estimate. Thanks!

Well if promptness has anything to do with quality, this is the go-to company. I left a message and within 10 minutes received a call back; they were here to bid within an hour. Rates are reasonable, and they work with you on what you need. That was Friday; today is Monday, and they are here sanding/painting. Will update Yelp on quality of work once complete.

As promised, here is the update to my preliminary comments. This project took 2 full days. Wow does this company understand the power of communication. Importantly, they have stellar painting craftsmanship, simply  outstanding. Part of the work required painting the fascia on a 2nd story and could only be done via ladder or scaffolding. They took safety precautions, one man up painting, the other below spotting. At the beginning of the project, they placed tarps and tape, and were always attentive not to get paint other than where it was intended. At the end of the day, everything was put back in place right down to the last screw, and their materials placed back into their truck. I was impressed with the time they took to get it to a quality that was satisfactory to them and for me, over the top happy. We have future plans for further handyman work, flooring, hinge replacements, cathedral ceiling painting, etc. Highest recommendations!!!

Found Al on Yelp and all the great ratings hold true.  He's prompt (was early), professional, respectful, and tells you what you need and what you don't.  I had a sliding door that was stuck.  He told me that the door was still in good condition and there was a wheel mechanism that needed to be replaced that may be hard to find.  Then, he outlined the stores that he was going to check, told me to go about my day, and ended up finding it at the first store he and his partner went to.  The door is now fixed and in great sliding condition.  The price was really fair and I'd hire him for other jobs in a second.  He also gave some advice about other things needed around my apt.  It was really tough to find someone to work on small things and I'm glad that he was reviewed on Yelp.

Fixed a ceiling fan and replaced some switches. The guys were quick and affordable. Ive recommended them to a few people already.

Best part about this business is the amount of attentiveness, honestly, and customer service that goes into each electrical inquiry.

Sent a request for a quote out to 7 or 8 electricians for some work at our house. Some didn't respond, one just said he was booked (didn't even give them a timeframe for the work....?) but Scott was thoughtful and thorough. I was unsure what the actual problem was with one of our issues, so Scott walked me through diagnosing it. He also called GE to inquire about a replacement light for our fan without me having to ask. Not that I would anyway, getting a warranty replacement part seems like it would fall on the homeowner to do. He was on time, very polite and did the work! Highly recommend.

I hired Edwardo at ECS electric to install a new heavy custom made industrial pendant light fixture in my kitchen. He gave me a quote lower than anybody else and was able to come early the next morning and was on time. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and fun to work with. I am a former interior designer, so I enjoyed reminiscing and chatting with him about his experience working with high-end clientele. He was reliable and fast! Got the job done in one hour, as quoted. I would definitely hire him again for any future electrical needs.

I actually came across ACE Electric on yelp while reading horror stories about another electrical company that I had intented to use and am SO happy that I found them!  They were very professional and accommodating, working around my schedule and explaining all of the options with no pressure.  The work was completed in a timely manner and the price was very fair, less costly than I had expected.  The installers, Eric and Earl were great, very friendly and we even talked about another project.  I highly recommend this company.

We contacted Jody and his team to install a NEMA plug, unfortunately the main power box was far from where we want the plug to be therefore it would be a high cost.

In the end, we decided to go with them since their prices were fair and Jody was very professional.

On the day of installation, another person came to the job and performed the installation.

Initially we had discussed running the conduit under our awning so that it's not visible, however the installer said it couldn't be done and continued with the work.  Since my mom was the one at home, she assumed that this was the scope of work.  

I later contacted Jody to get this resolved and he agreed to make the change.  There was a break in communication, but we were able to make contact.  

We scheduled an appointment and he correctly fixed the issue and hid the conduit under the awning.  My mother accepted the incorrect job before, but was a little discouraged inside.  Now that the job is correct and all the conduit is hidden, she is ecstatic!

Jody came and performed the work and did not make it feel awkward.  My mother stated that his was extremely professional and very nice.

I don't think many companies would fix a job after they were paid, however All City Electric did and we can't thank them enough!

If we can give more then 5 stars, we would!
