He and his daughter were extremely kind, very respectful of us and our house, and were just extremely pleasant to work with and be around. If you are scrolling through the contractors/handyman section then you found your guy. Carlos is simply outstanding. He is very skilled at many facets of his trade. Whatever he doesn't feel super confident about, he will research it, seek advice or recruit extra skilled hands without you, the client, getting charged any extra.

I recruited Carlos for few face lifts. We needed to install glass backsplash in the kitchen as well as two half bathrooms remodel. In the bathrooms, we needed to remove the old vanity, mirror and vanity lights then replace them with newer ones. Of course it can't be that easy! There were lots of pipes reroutes, customizing the vanity to fit those pipes and many other champ level bonuses. Carlos nailed them all! Again, that would have been too easy. I unleashed the interior designer that I have been suffocating inside. I asked Carlos to install the backsplash hexagon tiles in a quasi cloud shape formation. Carlos handled it like a champ; no question asked, doubt or complaint. He executed the design with impeccable attention to details.

The most important part of this transaction was Carlos himself. He is very respectable, well spoken and intelligent. I welcome him to my house at any time. And so should you for he is one of the best out there.

Don't waste your time. Scheduling is a joke and he never follows up with you. He wasted weeks of my time so I went with someone else. Save yourself the headache and find someone else.

Sent a request for a quote out to 7 or 8 electricians for some work at our house. Some didn't respond, one just said he was booked (didn't even give them a timeframe for the work....?) but Scott was thoughtful and thorough. I was unsure what the actual problem was with one of our issues, so Scott walked me through diagnosing it. He also called GE to inquire about a replacement light for our fan without me having to ask. Not that I would anyway, getting a warranty replacement part seems like it would fall on the homeowner to do. He was on time, very polite and did the work! Highly recommend.

Our old kitchen light fixture, fluorescent, wouldn't turn on.  We discovered this on a Saturday morning, and I was having guests to dinner on Monday evening at 5 pm.  After planning to buy new fluorescent bulbs, we realized the problem might be in the ballast, and we needed an electrician.  We decided not to call until Monday morning.  We put a request out on Yelp to five electricians.  ECS Electric replied within minutes and was able to arrive an hour later.  The electrician, Eduardo Caseras, found that yes, the ballast needed to be replaced as well as the four tubes. He drove two miles to buy them but found that there was still a loose connection somewhere in the fixture.  After testing each wire, he found and fixed it. Perfect bright light in time for my 5 pm guests!  It took 2 1/2 hrs. and he only charged us $225 for both the labor and the light bulbs.  Very competent electrician as well as friendly and polite, very experienced in lighting fixtures.  We will definitely call ECS Electric again--after 27 years with Powell Electric, which converted to computerized, non-itemized estimates and contracts this past spring--a big pain to deal with.

If I could give Aren and his crew (we also worked Vartan) 10 stars I would! I initially reached out to several electricians on Yelp. The amount of electricians to choose from was incredibly overwhelming, but Aren stood out to me from the start. His responses weren't copy and pasted, he listened to the work my husband and I needed done so he fully understood the project and our needs. He also suggested some great ideas we didn't even think about without being pushy at all. Our choice on which electrician to go with was easy, but now we had to hope his work is as good as his talk. Aren and Vartan didn't disappoint. These guys are impressively punctual, efficient, fantastic communicators, worked well with other workers we had in our place, and do beautiful work. They were very considerate and wore masks, booties, and cleaned up after themselves. Also wonderful guys to have around and chat with! After the work was finished I thought that would be it, but Aren checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. Something's weren't quite working as we had hoped (on us, not him), so Aren came back same day to fix it. And he kept checking back to make sure we were satisfied. Aren will tell you he just wants you to be happy, and he really means it.

I just finished having recessed lights installed in 2 rooms of my condo and Ace did a great job.  The installation was done by Eric and he did excellent work, was professional, and friendly.  Although I didn't have anyone look at my property beforehand, Eric was able to figure out on the spot the number of lights and design needed to get the results I wanted. I would 100% recommend Ace to others.

I had an outlet that was mysteriously not working, even though there was power to it. All City sent out a tech who checked the outlet, checked another outlet, and then checked the panel, and found the problem. In less than 30 minutes he'd fixed the problem, and made sure that he even swept the floor where he'd done the work! Very pleased with All City Electric, and I'd use them again for future work.
