As a general contractor for 35 years, when I need someone to do electrical work in my home, its hard to find someone I can trust because most of the trade contractors I work with don't want to screw around with residential service, a fan, a new switch or outlet....But we're hiring Armes Electric AGAIN because they are the best at home service work.  They get the job done fast, so fast that I know it will be a bargain with a very fair hourly rate.  It's so easy to schedule, they have enough great guys that they can respond super-fast, often the same day.  The guy shows up, gets right to work and does the right job so that my new electrical works perfectly and I know its installed to current codes.

This review is a little late, but I did want to say that Carlos did an amazing job with some drywall work, and at a great price. He put up the sheet rock and also textured it very well. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my kitchen sink for about a week and I resorted to using my dishwasher but it started to over flow. I called Al after seeing his great reviews on yelp. He told me what the problem might be, gave me a estimate on cost, and came in less than a hour. He fixed the problem in no time and explained to me what the problem was and what to do to prevent it. I have used many plumbers to my dissatisfaction, but will be calling Al for all my handy man needs from now on.

Johnson E. Lectric did a great job bringing the electrical power to code.  They added a 200 amp panel box, added outlets, grounded the existing outlets and fixtures, and provided lighting in the addict.  Their crew ( P.J., Tucson, Mick, and Jeff (owner) were courteous and patient.  They were concerned about the baby and took the time clean up no matter how they worked.  Jeff took the time explain their every move and change.  I was impress because I was in construction before I retired.  I can depend on them and would definitely hired them again.

Long overdue review of Franco.  He's a wonderful electrician.  He installed two bathroom ventilations fans and two ceiling fans for me last year.  On his way out, I told him I needed something else replaced and he said let me look, fixed it and said don't worry about any charge.  He is prompt and reliable.  I called him again recently and he got right back to me.

Last night our outlet in the kitchen made a spark from where I plug in the conventional toaster oven . I was worried because the two other outlets nearby the sink were out of power too. So today my husband look for an electrician on Yelp and found Scott of Bayless Electric. He came over really quick and was able to figure out what happened (the old GCFI popped). He will recommend the best way to do and explained that the old GCFI that supposed to be protecting the outlets nearby the sink wasn't attached really good(I'm shocked). That's freaking dangerous! Good thing I wasn't using the sink during the time it happened. Probably, the former owner of our house just hired a shitty electrician.  Anyways, you should always seek a professional/experts help especially if you have any electrical issue and I highly recommend Scott from Bayless Electric for their service is very reliable and reasonable price . I'm relieved and happy that everything went well . Thank you really appreciate it

Our old kitchen light fixture, fluorescent, wouldn't turn on.  We discovered this on a Saturday morning, and I was having guests to dinner on Monday evening at 5 pm.  After planning to buy new fluorescent bulbs, we realized the problem might be in the ballast, and we needed an electrician.  We decided not to call until Monday morning.  We put a request out on Yelp to five electricians.  ECS Electric replied within minutes and was able to arrive an hour later.  The electrician, Eduardo Caseras, found that yes, the ballast needed to be replaced as well as the four tubes. He drove two miles to buy them but found that there was still a loose connection somewhere in the fixture.  After testing each wire, he found and fixed it. Perfect bright light in time for my 5 pm guests!  It took 2 1/2 hrs. and he only charged us $225 for both the labor and the light bulbs.  Very competent electrician as well as friendly and polite, very experienced in lighting fixtures.  We will definitely call ECS Electric again--after 27 years with Powell Electric, which converted to computerized, non-itemized estimates and contracts this past spring--a big pain to deal with.

If I could give Aren and his crew (we also worked Vartan) 10 stars I would! I initially reached out to several electricians on Yelp. The amount of electricians to choose from was incredibly overwhelming, but Aren stood out to me from the start. His responses weren't copy and pasted, he listened to the work my husband and I needed done so he fully understood the project and our needs. He also suggested some great ideas we didn't even think about without being pushy at all. Our choice on which electrician to go with was easy, but now we had to hope his work is as good as his talk. Aren and Vartan didn't disappoint. These guys are impressively punctual, efficient, fantastic communicators, worked well with other workers we had in our place, and do beautiful work. They were very considerate and wore masks, booties, and cleaned up after themselves. Also wonderful guys to have around and chat with! After the work was finished I thought that would be it, but Aren checked in the next day to make sure we were happy. Something's weren't quite working as we had hoped (on us, not him), so Aren came back same day to fix it. And he kept checking back to make sure we were satisfied. Aren will tell you he just wants you to be happy, and he really means it.

Aren is our electrician now and forever, and we recommend him to everyone!

I contacted Ace Electric to schedule an appointment to install five new standard electrical outlets, and five new Snap Power guidance light plates in my home.  I was quoted a flat fee of $95.00 per hour.

On the day of the appointment, the electrician Mike telephoned me, and told me he was on his way.  Mike was running early - so I really appreciated his advance telephone call because it's nice to know *when* a technician is going to arrive at my home, without making me wait all day for his arrival.  Thank you, Mike!  

When Mike arrived, he promptly went to work, and completed all of the electrical work in a professional (and efficient) manner.  Mike was communicative, professional, efficient and courteous.  Everything went well and I am a very satisfied customer.  If I need electrical work in the future, I will definitely contact Ace Electric.

If you need an electrician in HB, these are your guys! I called in panicked after tripping the main breaker, not realizing that what I thought was the breaker box was actually just the sub-panel. Jody walked me through every step to diagnose the problem over the phone because it was after hours and he wanted to save me from an emergency call unless absolutely necessary. What a great company to spend the time to help someone over the phone rather than charging for a site visit. Anytime I need electrical done in the future, All City Electric will be my go-to.
