Great FAST service. Very prompt replies here on Yelp. Showed up on time and replaced my water heater the same day. They removed my old one, drive to their supplier, picked up the new one and installed it in under 3 hours. Honest and reliable.

I contacted them online and within 24 hours my plumbing needs were taken care of completely!  This is clearly a first rate operation from top to bottom. My plumber was Tony, who showed up on time and did the job professionally and efficiently.  Most importantly, he was super nice and provided a complete explanation of the work performed.

Great service. We just moved into our new home and called Vince to hook up our washer/dryer and fix a leak under the kitchen sink. The work was carried out very efficiently and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use Vince's Plumbing again.

My wife and I had a kitchen problem that half a dozen specialist outfits wouldn't touch--one call to Raul and a few hours later, it was handled. No drama, no head-scratching... just done and done.

I think that's what you really want in a handyman, right? Prompt, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. The fact that he and his crew are cool people is a bonus.

To recap: Call Raul = frustration solved. Just don't call him next week, OK? We still have a bunch of other stuff needing doing on our list, and about four more Netflix shows we want to watch.

Several generations of our family have done business with Yama Senior and Junior for over 30 years.  They are professional - punctual, clean uniform, knowledgeable, efficient, no up selling, patient, explain options and fair pricing.

They have replaced toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, repaired leaks from refrigerator, sinks, faucets as well as piping work.

I highly recommend Yama for good work ethic and excellent workmanship.

I called Bryan to fix our store water heater because it's leaking all over, he came to check and give me a quick quote and order the parts and then replaced the old heater with a new one like a pit stop crew. No more water leaks, problem solved. We will be using his service and will be referring him to our friends for all future plumbing needs.

After a couple of no shows from others.  I reached out to these folks.  Robert was responsive and did a great job.  They are on my #1 list to call for other work I have coming up.

We had an inconveniently timed plumbing problem - a burst water heater on New Years Eve that was flooding our basement. I called that night and Daniel and Franco were able to arrive early morning on New Years Day. They dealt with the problem quickly, finding a tankless heater for us on a holiday and installing it quickly. Really appreciate their responsiveness and skillful work. Definitely recommend!

I was in a pinch and had some clogged drains so
I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help. Glad I went this way I was a little skeptical at first but it worked out well. Thanks

What great service!  I had a dishwasher problem and I only called to see if they fix appliances.  Even they don't, Gary said he would come over to see if it's a hard wire/electrical problem at no charge. It ended up that I had a leak from the counter top dripping onto the plug that's why the gfi popped. Gary caulked the seam, cleaned it all up, and charged me a very minimal price for the visit.   Wow!  Very nice helpful people!  So much appreciation!!!

Danny was great!  Our water main broke and he came day of to fix the problem.  He is very knowledgeable and did such a great job!  He stayed and work late to finish the job so we can have running water again.  We definitely recommend and will be a returning customer.

Our shower valve broke off and was in need of a major repair. We requested a quote and they sent Steve right away. He was so professional. It was 8:30pm and he was top notch with his skills and customer service. We had a wonderful experience. I will always use all city plumbing for all my plumbing issues.

Brian L and Tony redid our drains and made since other modifications. Both were professional, competent and courteous. We are pleased with the work they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing response rate!  I asked a question on Yelp after hours and Jordan got back to me right away!  He was honest and gave me his best guess based on pictures. They came out after the weekend and took care of the problem (no hot water in master bath of my parents house) right away. Time is valuable to me and I sincerely appreciated Jordan's super quick response and communication!

I would have given no stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. So I contact this company to service my rv tank again..The first time was great. The second time ,which is this last time ..was so disappointing, i had to write this review. I requested service for about a week. Supposedly they do emergency service..How is that possible? The girl..Katie, that handles appointments claims they have nothing until sunday between 1-3. btw..that is after i kept emailing her. She finally responded. I told her any time as soon as possible. I will make my schedule work around the earliest appointment you have..She never replies back until monday. Yet they claim to be on time,reliable etc. they are not  i still have a full tank. ive been looking for another service since i cant depend on this company. As you see, theur time frame is 1-3 pm for instance. so im emailing to confirm, no response, im waiting, since i told her yes ill take that appointment,nothing etc.If you need something done like this...I would go elsewhere. Their claims  of who they are..false. And as for Katie..It was nothing for her to blow me off,ignore me etc
Im paying them for a service amd being treated like a panhandler asking for something free. I expressed the urgency..its our bathroom and i have a child. and she represents her company..so as far as i see it..they do not care what your emergency is,24 hour service..yeah right.. My tank is still full. Still that girl never contacted me back. the disregard for my time and schedule.It was very disappointing. They obviously have no customer service skills. So i suggest you pass them up when you need anything done and go find a company that appreciated their customers

I am shocked at all the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience:

1st visit - Andrew came to my place to figure out the source of my leaking shower head. He was not particularly cordial, nice or professional - he was not wearing a mask and wore his boots directly into my place leaving traces of debris all over my bathroom floor from his boots. I brushed it off and gave him benefit of the doubt - we all have bad days, right?

2nd visit - Andrew has the part, and replaces it, which fixed the leak in my shower head. However, he told me I had to have my shower head in a certain tilted position in order for it not to leak (when I've never had to do that before). Then, I didn't notice until after he left that the knob was installed in the opposite direction from before. When I called him, he was a bit short and rude with me and told me it was not a big deal. To me, it is a big deal because of my injury in my arm and also having always turned it one direction since I moved into my place (5+ years ago), to suddenly have to turn it the other is a nuisance and takes getting used to - why should I have to deal with that if I don't need to, and am just asking for it to be installed in the original position like before?

3rd visit - he comes over to try to reinstall the shower knob in the original position. After taking it apart he says it can't be installed in the old position. I found that odd, and questioned him a few times because I was genuinely curious why it was not possible. I knew there had to be a reason but God forbid I ask! He responded very rudely, and couldn't give me a proper answer (because he couldn't do his job of finding out why from the manufacturer or where he bought it from) except that that's just the way it is, and that he didn't know because he didn't make the part (Wow, really?). Very short tempered and raising his voice, he tells me to not waste his time, pressuring me to make a decision on how to reinstall it in a different position and he left shortly after. Still not being satisfied with his extremely unprofessional behavior, I called him after to nicely ask him about the part - what the brand was and what is the serial/part number so I can try to find an answer myself since he won't. All he did was tell me the brand, and said he didn't know what the serial or part number was - couldn't even bother helping me get that information when he purchased the part. Before he got off the phone with me, he even told me that I'm not going to get an answer because the people that sell these parts are idiots (his words) and once again told me to stop wasting his time. This is after I paid him almost $400 (no more than 2 hours labor and about $100 for the part)!!!

Well, 1.5 hours later after speaking with the actual company that makes the part and another store (idiots) that sold the part, I got an answer because there WAS a reason why it was turning the opposite direction, and it was the idiot (store) that solved the problem for me - something Andrew should have tried to find out for me especially when he is the professional here and bought the part and provided the service.

I always try to give people benefit of the doubt and treat all with kindness but the way I was treated was not acceptable. This was a very disappointing, expensive and unprofessional experience and I hope no one has to go through that.

Please don't waste your time with Andrew unless you want to be treated like crap.

We don't understand the negative reviews - we have used Stephens Plumbing several times over the last 6 years and have always had VERY good service - couldn't be happier!  Oscar and Andy were very professional, we had an entire AC and furnace replacement, price was reasonable and done well.  Even when a faulty part gave us some problems, everyone stepped up to fix the problem, including Nick at dispatch and the owner Gary.  We found these people and company to be honest and have integrity. We will be loyal customers for life - thanks Stephens!
