These guys are huge FLAKES!! I don't even understand how they got one good review. They promised service twice and never called or showed up. Completely unreliable. If you can't do the work then just say you can't. Don't lie to a client and have them waiting for you multiple days for service you can't provide. You are not the only show in town and you will be out of business very quick with this type of customer service or lack there of. What a joke of a company.

Tony with MyDrain was the best!  I had a clogged kitchen sink that I was looking to get fixed ASAP because I was heading out of town.  I called about 10 places and left voicemails or was told a tech would need to call me back.  MyDrain was one of the only ones who called back very quickly and said they could be there within the hour.  

He quoted me a ballpark price over the phone which at first I thought was a little high compared to the $59 ads I was seeing elsewhere but he explained those teaser rates advertised elsewhere didn't apply for condos (which I am in) because condos typically don't have an outside cleanout so there is more work involved.  And after speaking to another company offering a $63 special (which they didn't mention didn't apply to condos until I asked), I found Tony to be absolutely correct and not just trying to up-sell or BS me.  

In the short time it took him to arrive I had luckily managed to DIY the problem myself and unclog the sink.  I called to cancel my appointment but he had just arrived, so he offered to come check it out anyways just to make sure it really was fixed, which it was.  

Tony was responsive, honest, and professional.  Would absolutely recommend and will be using for any of my future plumbing issues.

I needed a good plumber in a hurry, saw the five star review here on Yelp and was so very happy I did.  Vince came out the same day I called and even had to come out the next day - at no extra charge.

I sent a request for quote at 1:29pm and Raul responded at 1:32pm. He asked a couple of questions in order to give me a very reasonable price to complete a small job of hanging a heavy mirror in my newly renovated bathroom. He was over to my house within a couple of hours and did a beautiful and fast job. He was everything we were looking for. We will definitely be keeping him on speed dial for future jobs! The 200+ good ratings are all true!

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

Our kitchen sink was clogged and everyone I called had been unresponsive or couldn't come for 24 hours.  Bryan come out for an evening call.  After a few tries he was able to get it unclogged.  He ended have to snake the line out all the way to the sewer.  Bryan was a life saver and I would recommend to anyone in a bind.  Service and price were great!

Miguel and his team are amazing! He's serviced me and my family for years and never disappoints.  Very professional, knowledgeable, timely and fair.  Really a class act! Definitely give them a try.  They have a good crew and can usually get to you on the same day without all of the extra charges.  You won't be disappointed! They go above and beyond to take care of you and resolve whatever issues you're having.

Daniel, from Flash Plumbing, was very responsive, even on a weekend. We had a galvanized water main leak. To trench and replace the main with copper was going to be very expensive. Daniel worked with us in pricing and was up front about what could be done (not repairing the galvanized and needing to replace with copper).

Flash Plumbing was able to provide a written quote and schedule quickly. I asked about licenses and Daniel provided me with a contractor's license that wasn't expired and told us they worked under contractor's name that appeared on the license.

We were able to have the trenching and copper main connected in the same day. Since the sprinkler lines are on a galvanized line, and we were not having those redone, Flash Plumbing added a T, upon my father's request, so we could see if someone would be able to reconnect the lines so the sprinklers could function.

When the work was done, the dirt and areas with gravel were all filled back. That was very much appreciated. Almost all the debris/trash was cleaned up.  Someone did leave a folding knife here, so if the plumber wants to claim it, we saved it for them.

We really appreciate the work done. Old homes are always tough to work on, and many plumbers would prefer not to work on them or try to upsell you. Flash Plumbing did the work they were contracted for. Payment was easy; Daniel was able to process payment on his phone.

Great guys that work super fast! They fixed our shower and even offered to install a new shower head for us. And they took out the old parts and the packaging!

I was in a pinch and had some clogged drains so
I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help. Glad I went this way I was a little skeptical at first but it worked out well. Thanks

We had a leaky faucet for multiple weeks and had become weery of having new people in the house. Called in Best Way Plumbing. They were respectful, on time and quick with the repair. I solicited multiple bids and they were competitive. I was initially apprehensive due to the lack of Yelp reviews but they solved the issue in an hour. This is not their first rodeo.  Mask and gloves were worn at all times.

Doug is amazing. He's courteous, his prices are reasonable and he hustles. The dude moves with purpose so he arrives faster than you expected and gets the job done faster than you expected and your problem goes away faster than you expected.

And he's eager to answer questions. Don't understand how that water heater works? He'll explain it to you. Got questions about the simple repairs? He'll describe the parts you need and suggest you handle it so you can save the money that it would cost him to do it.

In an industry populated by slackers and dingbats Doug is a shining gem.

Asked for an approximate quote over the phone... just for hydrojetting and they refused. Every other company will give you all ball park over the phone of what you'll be starting with.
Sad customer service needs improvement.

Tom was great! Showed up in a mask, he fixed up my kitchen sink! Let me know some other issues that were happening and also fixed those. They were earlier than expected time which was great! Will definitely use them again in the future.

Troy came out first thing this morning and fixed our office toilet as it was constantly having problems flushing and filling up. He was on time, friendly, professional and efficient. Will definitely be referring Cappello Plumbing to friends and co-workers.

Josh came out the same day I called him with an impressive set of equipment. He narrowed the leak down to a specific location, opened the wall and there it was. I was then able to call a plumber. He cleaned up and was very professional. I definitely recommend him

I would have given no stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. So I contact this company to service my rv tank again..The first time was great. The second time ,which is this last time ..was so disappointing, i had to write this review. I requested service for about a week. Supposedly they do emergency service..How is that possible? The girl..Katie, that handles appointments claims they have nothing until sunday between 1-3. btw..that is after i kept emailing her. She finally responded. I told her any time as soon as possible. I will make my schedule work around the earliest appointment you have..She never replies back until monday. Yet they claim to be on time,reliable etc. they are not  i still have a full tank. ive been looking for another service since i cant depend on this company. As you see, theur time frame is 1-3 pm for instance. so im emailing to confirm, no response, im waiting, since i told her yes ill take that appointment,nothing etc.If you need something done like this...I would go elsewhere. Their claims  of who they are..false. And as for Katie..It was nothing for her to blow me off,ignore me etc
Im paying them for a service amd being treated like a panhandler asking for something free. I expressed the urgency..its our bathroom and i have a child. and she represents her company..so as far as i see it..they do not care what your emergency is,24 hour service..yeah right.. My tank is still full. Still that girl never contacted me back. the disregard for my time and schedule.It was very disappointing. They obviously have no customer service skills. So i suggest you pass them up when you need anything done and go find a company that appreciated their customers

Talk about beyond expectation. Andrew is one of those service people that you wish for but think does not exist-capable, reliable, trustworthy and totally stands behind his work. Cloning him would be a fine idea.

You know how tough it is to find an honest plumber/heater guy (..like a good doctor, mechanic, etc). Well, Stephens surprised me

I had my furnace go out during this past cold spell, and I had to choose from an authorized list from the manufacturer to get it covered under warranty.

First of all, they were friendly on the phone and gave me a heads up call when they were 30m out. Good.  They were running late, and gave me a followup call with the new time - not too bad.

Sean was our tech. He was upfront on the estimate, very knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain the problem. Said to call back with any question or problems.

They even mailed me a thank you card. Stands out from the rest. Very friendly and I would use them again.
