Jeff was the technician that came out to get the issue resolved. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what the issue was. Vince and Chris are life-savers.  Besides being honest and fair, they had to deal with my horrible hot water heater that had stopped giving us hot water for a few weeks.  Little did they know that it would be a battle with this hot water tank right from the beginning and all through til the end.  If it wasn't the badly constructed closet door that was too small for the heater to be removed from, it was the sediment inside the heater that refused to allow any drainage prior to removal.  Every five minutes they were faced with a new challenge to test their patience, professionalism, perseverance, and sanity.  They really amazed me for sticking it out til the end and doing it all with a little humor and cleverness.  I can't thank them enough for adjusting their schedule to help me even when I called at 6am in a panic because my hot water tank was flooding my home.  I would recommend them with no reservations, and I would call them again in a pinch with any future plumbing questions or problems.  Thanks guys - what a great team!

Raul, is very accommodating.  It's been 18 months since our kitchen remodel.   Recently, an LED under cabinet light strip went out and we called Raul for his assistant.  He took my call and came to our home the very next day to repair the light strip.  Raul stands by his work and makes sure his customers are fully satisfied!

Yama is the bomb!  Good guy.  Does the job right every time and is very reasonable with his rates.  I've been calling him for years now and am always pleased with his work.  He's very courteous and he smells good too.

I put in a service request for a backed up tub and toilet and Bryan responded very quickly.  After discussing my situation over the phone he was on his way and arrived in under an hour.

Upon arriving, he had a hunch it was the main line that needed to be snaked and got right to it.  He was able to clear up both clogs and was very, very thorough, following it up with a camera and a second snake for good measure!

He also talked me through the processes as he was doing  them and imparted knowledge about the different types of pipes and how tree roots can cause issues.  I definitely appreciated the insight and could tell he's a master of his craft.

Flash Plumbing presented as a licensed contractor, but then sent a highly unqualified junior plumber who botched the job badly. A simple valve replacement wound up ruining my plumbing and my pool. The company balked on fixing their mistake since they had already been paid before I realized their mistake. After months of complaints and threatening legal action they came and did a partial fix. This company takes advantage of the elderly, fails to keep their word, charges way more than the estimate, and stalls to provide services even when they have already been paid. Do yourself a favor, hire someone else.

Koko was on time, efficient, and kind. He came by for a clogged sink and a running toilet. He clearly told me the work he would be doing, assured me about any problems, and gave me wonderful tips for the future! I highly recommend Extreme Plumbing & Rooter and will definitely use them again if I have an issue.

Really helped us out of a jam over the holiday weekend. Needed a new kitchen faucet install (I ran into trouble half way through and needed a pro with real tools). Responded right away and came over next afternoon. Excellent job. Would absolutely call again. Much gratitude!

Very responsive.  Need to fix a leak quickly. They found time. Came by, made the necessary improvements and were reasonable. Will definitely use for future plumbing and gas needs.

Called and no one answered.  The voicemail message said to leave a message or send a text.  I sent a detailed text message with the work that I needed to be completed and no one returned my call or text.

I was informed by the water meter people my readings were extremely high and generally indicated a water leak. I called this company based on their reviews. Miguel came out and I explained everything to him. He went to my crawl space access point and discovered I had 2-4 of water and he wouldn't go under because of the amount of water.

He call a company PRC who came out and pumped the water out. They placed fans and heaters overnight to dry under the house. The next day Miguel came out and again determined he could go into the crawl space and make the repair. He replaced about a 6' piece of pipe and recommended re-piping the entire house. I can't afford it at this time. I feel Miguel went out of his way to assist me with the problem and he certainly represented the company. They should be proud to have him as an employee. I've attached a picture of the hole so you can see. Insurance won't cover it unless the damage was in the house and damaged floors, walls, etc.

Chris the Service Technician was great, very professional, quick and efficient repair. He explained everything thoroughly and provided insight to the problem. I would recommend Mr. Rooter and plan to use then whenever I have another plumbing need. Thank you!

I am pretty handy with many minor plumbing jobs, but know when I am in over my head.  This week alone I personally installed 2 toilets, 3 faucets and did 2 ABS sink drains.  I do recognize good plumbing knowledge and work.  Jordan Cappello has both.  I needed some old frozen galvanized pipes removed and he was able to get it done without damaging the remaining existing plumbing.  He does a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was able to answer all of my concerns, and got the job done quickly.  His rates are very competitive and he does not try to upsell you.  Plumbers like him are very hard to find.  I will continue to use him for my future plumbing needs.  I HIGHLY recommend him.

I'm writing this review for Nancy Whitney of Thousand Oaks who is not online. She says; working with Rapid Quality Leak Detection Co and their Tech Specialist Joshua, was as good as good gets!! He was on time, appropriately social + detected the problem quickly. Should the need arise, we will contact them again. 5 stars!

First of all, All In is very reasonable in their pricing.  I called several other companies and found them to be quite a bit more expensive.  I talked to Louis on the phone and was planning to make an appointment for later in the week, but he had someone available that day and by that afternoon, Cesar texted and came by to pump out my system.  Cesar was outstanding.  He was thorough and answered all my questions and explained a thing or two while he was doing the work with a smile.  It is probably good to know your system capacity, but I wasn't 100% sure what mine was.  Cesar was kind enough to text me after he had already left and let me know that we had pumped out about 950 gallons (so I would have an idea for the future in case it needed to be done again).  All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Hands down, the most knowledgeable plumbing company I've ever come across.  Very professional and took the time to answer all the questions I had about plumbing in my home.  Fast and affordable service. I highly recommend it!

I had an AC fan capacitor replacement. From the booking an appointment to the actual technician coming in to replace the part, it was as smooth and professional as service can be! Pricing seems very reasonable and honest. The technician was in an out in about 20 min! I cannot be happier.
