So, it took Tony exactly five seconds to diagnose my bathroom drain stench as a dead rodent under the tub and not a clogged sewer vent.  He kindly redirected me to an exterminator, and he didn't even charge me a service fee.

I have an old house, and this is my third time calling My Drain Company for various plumbing issues. They are always prompt, friendly, and professional. They're now in my speed dial.

Needed a plumber to check on rental unit in burbank that had leek in the ceiling. Vince called me back promptly and made an appointment. Called me the day of to let me know he was on the way (right on time). He checked the leek, and reported back that it wasn't a leek at all just water was splashing out of the shower. Need a new shower door not a plumber. He then snaked a clogged toilet, and since I didn't have a plumbing issue didn't charge me.

Will be using Vince for my rental unit from now on. Top notch.

This company was 1st class from customer service to the technician that came out. They charge by the hour, but he was very expedient and knocked out everything in one hour. Very professional and talked while he worked to not make us feel like customers, but more like an acquaintance. I'd recommend them for all your household fixes!

Yama has been our plumber for years. He and his crew are always extremely knowledgeable and also pleasant to have in your home. They have replaced a sewer line, trouble shot and fixed leaks and replaced faucets.
Their work is great and I recommend them highly!

On time, professional, reasonable price, got the job done.  They swapped out my old sink faucets and installed new ones.

We've used True Rooter the past four years and they've always provided great service.  During that time we've had multiple plumbers come out and they've gotten the job done every time.  Just recently Oscar and Miguel cleared out a line and had to use several different machines and it was quite labor-intensive but they didn't charge more than their original estimate.  Thanks guys!

I was in a pinch and had some clogged drains so
I asked Yelp for help and one of the reply that came through was Kevin and he answered my call. The response time was reasonable and and he came by and unclogged the drain and did it with a good value. I asked about some other work I need done as well and he'll be back to help. Glad I went this way I was a little skeptical at first but it worked out well. Thanks

Messaged 7 minutes before cutoff on a Saturday with my phone number & Gary called me right away with of helpful analysis to figure out how emergency the leak was. Careful and conscientious about the work and the communication. Patiently presents alternatives. Realistic estimates.  
For second project, brought me a choice of fixtures with different features to let me choose, a service I'd only gotten for a complete remodel. more work for him because he had to return one ! and both choices were great, just different features.
What a joy to find a plumber who is so experienced but still clearly jazzed(in a mellow way) to be using his skills & problem-solving.

The response was within minutes once I inquired online. I was able to have a technician show up within a half hour and they unclogged my drain within a few minutes. All City Plumbing was fast and professional in setting an appointment. They showed up clean and on time. Their Quote was Very High, so we ended up using a different company for the work we needed.

Tom Myers was our technician.  He was up front with all the work and explained what he was going to do and let me know how much it was going to cost.  He did an excellent job and now my sink is in working order.

Jordan was extremely professional and a knowledgeable person.  I had leaking sprinkler heads due to bad control valves.  He was in and out in two hours including the estimate.  He added a main shutoff valve to isolate the sprinkler system which I didn't have before.  He gave me many options depending on my budget and laid everything out for me.  I did not feel like he was trying to take advantage of me at all.  He is a very honest person which I can trust to do any future work.  Extremely reasonable pricing.  Jordan even checks in after any work he does to make sure everything is ok which is rare nowadays.  He stands behind his work, I would know because the shutoff valve he put in was leaking after he was done.  It was not his fault that he received a defective part.  I would definitely call Jordan for any future work and recommend him to anyone who needs any plumbing work done.  Outstanding service!

I called the company and was able to get a specialist out within hours. Josh was spot on, detecting the leak, had a very reasonable fee and was able to advise us on repairs, saving us tons of money. Best service.

I would have given no stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. So I contact this company to service my rv tank again..The first time was great. The second time ,which is this last time ..was so disappointing, i had to write this review. I requested service for about a week. Supposedly they do emergency service..How is that possible? The girl..Katie, that handles appointments claims they have nothing until sunday between 1-3. btw..that is after i kept emailing her. She finally responded. I told her any time as soon as possible. I will make my schedule work around the earliest appointment you have..She never replies back until monday. Yet they claim to be on time,reliable etc. they are not  i still have a full tank. ive been looking for another service since i cant depend on this company. As you see, theur time frame is 1-3 pm for instance. so im emailing to confirm, no response, im waiting, since i told her yes ill take that appointment,nothing etc.If you need something done like this...I would go elsewhere. Their claims  of who they are..false. And as for Katie..It was nothing for her to blow me off,ignore me etc
Im paying them for a service amd being treated like a panhandler asking for something free. I expressed the urgency..its our bathroom and i have a child. and she represents her company..so as far as i see it..they do not care what your emergency is,24 hour service..yeah right.. My tank is still full. Still that girl never contacted me back. the disregard for my time and schedule.It was very disappointing. They obviously have no customer service skills. So i suggest you pass them up when you need anything done and go find a company that appreciated their customers

Andrew is the owner of Eco Plumbing and I have named him The Charming Plumber. He shows up on time and traces to where a problem is and fixes all issues concerned. His pricing fees are fair and does an amazing job. AND, he cleans up in the area where the work has been done, which most plumbers don't do. Andrew's a sure bet on any and all plumbing issues, he knows what he's doing. I recommend him highly.

My home experienced an unfortunate Water Heater leak at 11:30 PM last night. My wife and I are by no means handy but we were able to at least shut off the pilot light. Unfortunately we could not figure out how to shut off the water to the unit, and we couldn't shut off the main water valve to the home as we lacked the proper tools (every hardware store was closed at this point).

After calling 7 different companies that were supposedly 24/7 and getting the run-around by their people (half of the companies I called it went straight to voicemail, as for the others they only mentioned they would try dispatch but no call was made to me informing me of an available tech) I found Stephen's whose technician Victor gave me a call within 15 minutes.

In order to save us money, he tried to ask if we tried several things to mitigate the damages (i.e shutting off the water to the unit, shutting off the main water valve, seeing where the leak could be). After asking him to come as I could not resolve this issue myself (it was also 1:00 AM and the water spilling out of the water heater was causing me high blood pressure and stress) he said he would arrive within 30 minutes.

Sure enough he did and began diagnosing the issue. He was able to shut off water to the unit and recognized immediately there was a bad flex (water going into the unit). He went to his truck and replaced it and voila, no more leaks. I did have to ask him to turn the pilot light on and things were humming along.

The next morning (3 hours later) I showered in preparation for work and I guess having the water shut off to the unit will cause temporary water pressure spikes which is normal. It would have been nice for him to tell us that as I wasn't aware but I was happy things were finally working.

I was okay with the high emergency rate fee given how late it was and was very pleased with the quick and responsive repair. I will gladly look to them to do services for my home in the future.
