My bath tub was completely clogged so decided to call Beeto's Plumbing Inc. this morning hoping he'd be available and he responded right away. Two hours after our conversation he arrived at my house and got to work right away in a very clean and organized manner. Beto and his helper Francisco got the job done in less than an hour and even unclogged my bathroom sink. He also noticed that my bathtub had a leak and offered to fix that as well. I couldn't be happier with his service.

I called Vince to unclog my kitchen drain. Not only was he on it before I could blink, he solved the problem right away, and at a cost lower than Mr. Rooter and advertised rooter services. I'll always call Vince for my plumbing needs and highly recommend him!

I almost never write reviews.  However these guys were so good I had to.  I had to get some pegboard attached to four walls so I could hang my tools.  I hired a cheap local handyman who did 1/5 the job in one day.  He destroyed my workbench, left it dirty and said it was his best.  I then called Raul and Jesus. They were more expensive but you get what you pay for!  Jesus came out and was polite, professional and great at his job.  In one day he completed the entire thing, cleaned it up and wore masks the entire time.  I can't recommend them highly enough.

Honest, fast, friendly service.  What more can you ask for?  He diagnosed our problem and took care of it without complications.  He gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again and what changes to the pipes may need to be made in the future.  Thanks for the heads-up!   Hopefully no other problems arise with these older pipes, but we know who to call now.

Scheduled appointment and truck broke down on way to appointment.  Things happen and I understand.  But no contact from Brian after that.  Did not respond to several texts to reschedule and did not return calls.  I have no problem with someone having a tire issue, that happens.  And he was very responsive prior to the appointment with good pricing.  But he just disappeared after the tire issue and I hope he is ok.

Kevin Shim has been very responsive and has great communication skills. He is also a very kind and a great professional. The shower water flow rate was very slow, but it wasn't the shower head. Kevin was able to diagnose the fix the issue within the single faucet handle valve. I appreciate the fair estimate and the quality of work. Our kitchen sink was backed up even though we had tried every trick to unclog it. Mr. Rooter dispatched a plumber quickly on a Sunday morning. I feel so grateful to have been sent Tom Myers as our plumber. He quickly unclogged the drain, but then I also asked him a number of additional questions. He happily assessed other plumbing issues that need to be addressed in the future. He was kind, knowledgeable, honest and patient. I will not use any other service but Mr. Rooter going forward. It is so rare to get such exceptional customer service these days!

I have a rental unit that had no hot water and was told by a plumbing company that I had a slab leak somewhere around my rental property. Of course I didn't believe it at first until I decided to call Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh and his worker responded on time and didn't waste any time. They were very professional and explained everything to me while he was working. They had all the equipment to find the source of the leak. The cost was reasonable and I was glad to know that I could now move forward in fixing the problem. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

I had a great experience working with the customer service reps, thank you Gloria and Katie, however the actual service was not completed fully. I had paid for a full septic cleaning service for up to 2500 gallons, which costs $625. After the tech left, I receive a call the following day that the tank was fully emptied, nothing was mentioned about leftover solid matter, at which time I paid the agreed upon amount. However, 2 days after the completion of their service, I had my tank inspected and was notified that there was still solid waste material left. When I reached out to request that they come back and complete the service,  I was offered a discounted services fee. Now why would I pay again for a service that was not fully completed in the first place? I will be filling a complaint with BBB and pursuing this matter further, until the full service that I was promised is completed.

I'm very grateful that I choose Eco Plumbing for the job. Extremely efficient and quick service. I would definitely ask for his service again. :)

We were ripped off by this company most heinously in 2001 ish.
I WlLL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEIR SERVICE.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
They like to charge for imaginary shoring that they never install.
