Contacted on 1/29/2020, although we didn't use the service for scheduling reasons. The message I sent was responded to fairly quick. Very friendly. When informed that we were actually looking for someone for the same day, he did provide another name but my husband actually scheduled with another company at that point. Again very nice and quick to respond. Thank you for your assistance.

Tony and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a great communicator and walks his customers through each step of the process, anticipating questions along the way.

He has a high degree of integrity; you can completely trust his assessment of what & why needs to be done. Tony and his team totally re-did my septic system, on-budget and on-time. Looking at the other reviews on this page, I'd wager that my great experience is pretty typical when working with them!

Raúl was easy to work with, did a great job, and communicated with me consistently and thoroughly. He was professional and friendly via text and in person. I love that he uses text to communicate. He kept me abreast of any updates and I really appreciated his follow through. I needed to have a door repaired, but didn't have the room inside my apartment. He was creative in solving the problem and I didn't have to do anything. He left his workspace and my apartment neat and clean, which often doesn't happen with handymen. I will be calling him for any future repair or handyman needs.

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

I called Bryan to fix our store water heater because it's leaking all over, he came to check and give me a quick quote and order the parts and then replaced the old heater with a new one like a pit stop crew. No more water leaks, problem solved. We will be using his service and will be referring him to our friends for all future plumbing needs.

Anyone looking for a plumber look no further! Miguel at True Rooter Plumbing is the man for the job. Miguel is awesome. He is very professional and dependable and will not disappoint. He have my business from here on out for all my plumbing needs.

We had a backed up toilet and looked up different plumbers. We chose Flash because of competitive pricing. They were prompt, professional, friendly, courteous, reliable, and honest. They took time to explain the process. They completed the job quickly and efficiently. We appreciated their hard work. We would highly recommend them.

HOA's and private clients beware.
just moved in to my new condo in Tarzana, when the HOA contacted me about hot water problem in my building, I wasn't living there so I needed to leave my job and spend my next 3 hours with their plumber, when the plumber left I asked him If Ican go and get said yes.
2 days later (Friday) I get an angry email from my HOA saying the plumber said I didn't let him finish the job, and that they will need to come back Saturday for emergency repair.
They charged me $1600 to replace two faucets (!!!) and I was forced by the HOA because the plumber claimed it has to be done to restore hot water to the building.
These are dishonest people in my opinion, I wish my HOA will replace them, they've been creating non stop problems in the complex.

Owner reach out to me in a private message and made fun of my spelling.
Also called me a disgrace of a home owner said my unit has been neglected, not sure other than making fun of me what was the point of the DM.

Really helped us out of a jam over the holiday weekend. Needed a new kitchen faucet install (I ran into trouble half way through and needed a pro with real tools). Responded right away and came over next afternoon. Excellent job. Would absolutely call again. Much gratitude!

These are professionals! Gary gave me a quote to replace my water heater and showed up the next morning! They showed up early and prepared. No standing around scratching heads; they went right to work. They cleaned up behind themselves and even cleaned up leaves that were trapped behind the old unit. The silver lining behind my water heater breaking down in the beginning of cold season is now I've found my new plumber! Gary is my go-to guy. He's down to earth and easy to talk to - oh, and he listens! Shout out to Gary's dad (who got his hands dirty on my job) as well as the entire team! I highly recommend Best Way plumbing!

Amazing service.   Doug is so kind and professional and his pricing is very fAir.   Highly highly recommend.  He installed a water line for ice maker.  Best Buy came out and just had to connect to valve and wouldn't do it since valve was under sink and not behind frig.  This was the proper plumbing way.  Ridiculous of Best Buy.  Called Doug.  He came right out and hooked me up. No charge.  Amazing service.  Shame on Best Buy delivery.

Victor helped me with unclogging my bathroom sink drain, scoping and jetting the main sewer pipe, and replacing the valve on a toilet. He performed the work quickly and explained to me what he was doing along the way. After he was done, the bathroom sink and toilet functioned normally again. I highly recommend and will be working with All City again for future plumbing needs. Thank you Victor!

Customer service is not well trained. Was given an appointment time and was called during the appointment time only to be asked how many units were in my condo building. Then I was informed that they do not service buildings that have more than 10 units. Total waste of time. Make sure to be specific when calling!

Jordan sent Salvador & Keith over the next day (non emergency) and they proceeded to work on replacing a section of my gas line due to its corrosion weakness.  This work was due to Gas Co, 48hr notice.  They completed job in a couple of hrs and were professional.  I would recommend them to friends.

Josh is awesome he has great rates, friendly service, and I know I can believe his results.  He arrived right on time, helped me locate a leak in under 5 minutes and then followed up for a free consultation afterwards.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I would definitely call him again !  EP, West Los Angeles

I don't recommend this company!
Scheduling was very easy, but unfortunately my tanks didn't get fully emptied - even better the 2nd grey water tank stayed unnoticed by BOTH technicians. I paid my part but the job didn't get done. I had to call another company, after days of being ignored and told my tank is leaking (LOL), and pay again but finally had empty tanks.
long story short - a waste of money and time.

our building pipes got clogged and these guys came to the rescue literally saved our drains from being super clogged. they cleaned everything afterwards and stayed overtime to make sure everything worked. highly recommend hiring them!

My main drain pipe was clogged on Christmas night, called Stephens Plumbing around mid night and scheduled with them to come out next day first thing in the morning

Galan and Freddy are awesome, arrived on time and very professional. Great at explaining and made it easy to understand of our current plumbing situations.

I will definitely call them again for future plumbing
issues.
