Once again we called on Vince and he came to our rescue! It was pouring rain and our drain on the patio wasn't working. Flooding is one of our biggest fears. Vince scheduled a time to come and advised My husband of what he could try. It worked! Vince is always there for us and we appreciate and trust him! Thank You Again Vince. I wouldn't call anyone else.

We were stuck right before the holidays when Amazon Home Services screwed us.  They promised to build the outdoor trampoline we ordered, but didn't show for the first two appts.  Then Amazon canceled.  So we had an unbuilt trampoline present for the kids.  Not very fun.  

Raoul heard our plea and sent someone over right away.  It was a two person job and the quote was more than the trampoline cost or than I could afford as a single mom.  I regretfully declined.  I thought that was it.  But then he asked me what I COULD afford.  I told him.  I figured it wasn't enough and I kept looking.  

The very next day, two of his men showed up to do the job for my price! We were blown away and it was a beautiful holiday surprise.  I actually do have a lot of handyman tasks around here, and I plan on going to Raul for them.  He saved us and his guys were awesome, even working in some light rain which much have been difficult.

Yama the plumber and attendant were very reliable and honest. Fast and efficient. I highly recommend and will use him again.

Bryan, who took care of my situation was very detail oriented. He explained everything, step by step. Very professional, yet friendly. Definitely recommend his service. By the way, very affordable!!

if u need service ASAP !  this is the number to call ! it was late like 3pm and nobody wanted to come until the next day , estimated arrival time was an hour or two i forgot to be honest , but the point is he got here quick !!! and was super clean with everithing he worked and touched , friendly vibes ,was bilingual spoke spanish to the folks, and did I mention the best part was he was affordable ! ....hopefully the lady in the house stops thr food down the sink lol but forsure locked his number ! thanks again... Flash plumbing installed our new shower head.  They were fast, on time, and did a great job. They were very helpful finding a time slot that worked for me. I highly recommend them!

Called late morning and had someone out in the afternoon. Yoni knew exactly the problem and fixed it right away and didn't overcharge me. (Lots of plumbers do) really appreciated the quality of the service and how prompt they were! Will definetly be using Extreme Plumbing for future plumbing issues and recommending to friends and family!

I wanted to give a shout out to Kwang because he made it very easy to get a quote and get his help. I submitted an request here for quotes and of the 5 people that responded he was only one of 2 that gave me quotes here the others made it more difficult and lost my business. I wanted to encourage him to keep doing that because that's how I decided to go with him.

Couldn't get past the super nice receptionist over the phone. So I guess I can't really rate the company.
But what I can do is rate the piercing yet nasally droning voice of the secretary as she screamed at me. NAH NOBODIES HERE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.

Cappello Plumbing comes through again!  They did a great job fixing my toilet!  Jordan was very responsive, and Troy was professional, quick, and courteous, as usual.  Price was very reasonable, and I would highly recommend their services.  Sometimes, my hubby thinks he wants to fix things DIY, which is why I have these guys already programmed into my phone! ;)

I gave rapid quality leak detection a call  due to a concern I had had about my high water bill and I had suspicion of a  leak . they showed up within an hour. Josh was very informative and got to work as soon as he got there with his great equipment and experience in 30 minutes he was able to locate the exact point of a slab  leak and referred me to a great plumber who took care of it . Rapid quality leak detection was also able to locate a second  leak I had within my wall. Overall this was a great experience would recommend them to anyone who's having the same problem I did !

I had a great experience working with the customer service reps, thank you Gloria and Katie, however the actual service was not completed fully. I had paid for a full septic cleaning service for up to 2500 gallons, which costs $625. After the tech left, I receive a call the following day that the tank was fully emptied, nothing was mentioned about leftover solid matter, at which time I paid the agreed upon amount. However, 2 days after the completion of their service, I had my tank inspected and was notified that there was still solid waste material left. When I reached out to request that they come back and complete the service,  I was offered a discounted services fee. Now why would I pay again for a service that was not fully completed in the first place? I will be filling a complaint with BBB and pursuing this matter further, until the full service that I was promised is completed.

Gary is a god send. My tankless hot water heater died, and our insurance/warranty company were being the worst and sent out plumber and plumber who didn't or wouldn't do anything. They finally called Gary who is their 'fix it guy', and THANK GOD. He and one of his workers came today and removed the previous heater and then installed and made sure everything was perfect. He was such a good guy to work with and gave us the price up front and showed up exactly when he said he would. Will definitely use him again

We've had Stephen's Plumbing do 3 different jobs for us. The first one - 3 years ago - was great. Came out quickly, got the job done, price was reasonable. The second one - 1 year ago - the repair person missed window of time I was give by 2 hours, and then couldn't fix the problem without ordered a part. That was fine - but it took more than a week to get the repair person back out on the job, and I had to repeatedly call to get the appointment scheduled. I kept getting told that the part would be picked up that day and I'd get a call back later to schedule, but nobody would call me back.

The last job was ridiculous. First, took a couple of days to get the appointment scheduled, and then the repair person missed the appointment window by two hours. Diagnosed problem, but had to come back out with different tools/equipment. Fine. Was told the office would call me to schedule. Never called - I called back at the end of the next day. Was told would be called in the morning after the dispatcher talked to the repair person. Wasn't called. Had to call back and was told same story. This went on for a couple of days. The day before Thanksgiving (and I had wanted fixed before Thanksgiving and had called a week and a half before Thanksgiving), was told I would be called about noon. No call. Called at 12:30 - was told would be called at 1. No call. Called back at 1:30 - oh, was told that everybody went home for Thanksgiving and I would be called on Monday. Called another company, and got the issue fixed in one day. Still have never received call back from Stephens.

Terrible customer service.
