We had a leak in our laundry room and we called Umberto and his team. Not only did they arrive early, they had the issue fixed and the water back on in less than 30 min! Great service, we will be calling them again in the future for any plumbing issues.

I struggled with what to rate and what to write. I should start by saying we never actually had the work done. The beginning process was great, it was easy to get someone to come over to gather information for a quote. Tony came by, was very nice and thorough in explaining to me everything that had to be done to fix the flooding issues in my yard.

After that, I had to chase them down with emails and phone calls to find out why a month had passed and I had never gotten the promised quote. I was told that the inspection notes had been left in a car that was in the shop and could not be retrieved (?), but was promised a call back by the end of the week. That was over two weeks ago, and my recent call and voicemail to them has yet to be answered. I hate that writing a negative review is the only way to get some companies to respond to, but it seems to work.

Vince is great! I live in a place with very old plumbing and it was no problem for him to deal with that and other factors.  Now, our shower leak is gone as well as the toilet leak. Will always make Vince my first choice!

We had extensive repairs done in our home this year as a result of the rain and a leaky chimney.   Raul and his team identified and repaired all of the issues causing the leaks including the removal of a badly designed faux chimney that were the cause of our water leaks.   All of our leaks are now gone and our home is now leak free even in the heaviest of rains.   Raul and his team were impressive.  They were able to remove the chimney and close up the gaps in the roof and siding while at the same time making everything look perfect.  You can't tell there was ever a chimney on our house to begin with.  There was great communication when the projects demanded more work than anticipated and we were happy with the honest description of our options. His pricing was reasonable, as is always the case with Raul.  His work was impeccable and his attention to detail is impressive.  We will definitely call him again.

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

Bryan is a lifesaver!  We had a problem with our guest bathroom the night before a major event we were hosting at our home.  We called Bryan, not sure if he would be even available and he said no problem, and came straight to the rescue!!!!!  That was Friday night!!!!! We are very grateful. He did a great job and his fee was very decent.  Thank you Bryan!

We had received a couple of estimates for our new clean-out (and what ultimately was determined to be a main line blockage) which were virtually identical to True Rooter's, but Miguel was head-and-shoulders above the other local companies with regard to his professionalism and preparedness so the choice was easy.

Miguel and his crew were knowledgeable, well-spoken, and perhaps most important of all, honest and hard-working. As promised, they completed all of the work as described and to our satisfaction including making sure that both my husband and I were present for the before and after live video feed from the pipes they cleared and repaired. They also worked fast and efficiently getting the new clean-out installed, removing and replacing main sewer lines under our house as well as sleeving the clay main line and other smaller repairs and supports in less than 48 hours.

Miguel provided us with copies of all the videos within hours of leaving our home as well. And he contacted us about a week later just to ensure all was still well with our plumbing.

We will be calling upon True Rooter for all our future plumbing needs and will recommend that our friends and neighbors do the same!

These guys were so fast with their response and flexible in their arrival time, and when they showed up they were super professional and did awesome work. What we thought was a simple toilet handle issue actually required a totally new toilet, and they made quick, good looking work of it. We will absolutely be keeping their number handy for future projects

A rarity in the plumbing world. He is honest and fair. He does not sell you on work you don't need, even if you think you do. He will also let you know if what you need is another kind of contractor rather than a plumber. I will always check with him on a job before seeking out others.

Amazing service.   Doug is so kind and professional and his pricing is very fAir.   Highly highly recommend.  He installed a water line for ice maker.  Best Buy came out and just had to connect to valve and wouldn't do it since valve was under sink and not behind frig.  This was the proper plumbing way.  Ridiculous of Best Buy.  Called Doug.  He came right out and hooked me up. No charge.  Amazing service.  Shame on Best Buy delivery.

We had a leaking shower tub that we needed to get fixed and we had All City Plumbing come out to repair it. There was some issues that happened initially during this repair but All City Plumbing came through to fix those issues and we are satisficed with the quality of work they did. Our tub does not leak anymore and we now have a working bathroom.  We cannot give enough kudos to Matt, Jesse, Aaron, and Joe who all were very professional and made sure all the issues were addressed. Their customer service is top notch!

This review is for the tile work that was part of the tub repair: Ernesto and his crew redid the tile around the tub and they did a phenomenal job!! Probably some of the best work we have seen and we were very impressed. So we appreciate that All City Plumbing contracted Ernesto to redo out tub tile and definitely very happy with his work.

I had a sink drain clogged on a Sunday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. a couple of weeks ago. Not only were the kitchen sinks clogged, but water started coming out on the bar sink on the other side of my kitchen. I called the smell good plumbers first and they couldn't send anybody. I called Mr. Rooter and I had a plumber by 6:00 p.m. It took him about an hour and half but got the job done and thoroughly explained to us what the cause of the problem was. Plumbing problems are absolutely the worst and to happen on a Sunday afternoon, but this company came through for me, made it as less painful as possible. The fee was steep (about $300.00) but I could have gotten flooded and it would have cost a lot more. The value was there: prompt, professional, reliable, AND he smelled really good!

We are very pleased with their service.  They are speedy, prompt, knowledgeable, honest, and reliable.  They have helped us with several plumbing issues.  Highly recommend.

I have a rental unit that had no hot water and was told by a plumbing company that I had a slab leak somewhere around my rental property. Of course I didn't believe it at first until I decided to call Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh and his worker responded on time and didn't waste any time. They were very professional and explained everything to me while he was working. They had all the equipment to find the source of the leak. The cost was reasonable and I was glad to know that I could now move forward in fixing the problem. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

Ah! I am beyond happy writing this review. After getting a no call no show plumber we contacted Andy. He came within 2 hours and was super efficient. He fixed our toilet and our sink plus he was not overpriced at all! He was super nice and accommodating. I should've never tried fixing the toilet myself. Thank you so much!!

Thank you Stephen's plumbing for your quick and professional service. Luis did a fantastic job unclogging our shower and making sure that everything was working properly. He wore booties inside the house and made sure to clean up the space afterwards. He was very knowledge and professional. Customer service was excellent as well, making sure that an appointment will be made for the client.
