Staff was super responsive and I was able to get an appointment quickly. They were polite, professional, and on time. They were a bit more expensive than other plumbers, but their knowledge and expertise was well worth it. They navigated my privacy concerns with my tenant occupied home incredibly well and kept me updated via text the entire time making it easy for me to understand and respond without disturbing my work day.

My Drain Company is my new go-to plumbing company. Tony was wonderful- responsive, to the point, honest, knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. He showed up on time, communicated well, and--most importantly-- got the job done.

Before Tony, I called another company about a leak I noticed in the front of my house. The company wanted $700+ to run a bunch of tests (helium?)... and fixing it would be extra, or something they didn't do. Ridiculous.

Another guy came by and thought something else was wrong. Not only did he NOT fix the issue, he made it worse.

Tony came by and identified the issue on sight.

Anyway, learned my lesson. Next time, call Tony. Great service, very reasonable prices, and your problem will be fixed.

Did a great job installing my LED bathroom mirror.  Meticulous, clean and very reasonably priced.  Will be using them again with future projects.

Yama and his crew was able to fit us in to fix a visible water leak and to delve into two walls to check why the plaster was deteriorating. They discovered a rotting drain pipe behind the wall and a disconnected pipe below the house.
Replacing the old pipe and connecting it to the drain was completed without delay. They made it look easy, but I know it comes from being very experienced in their trade. I appreciate their workmanship and friendliness.
You never know what you'll find in a 1950's house, but it is a great relief to know reliable, trusted professionals like Yama and his crew!

Not sure what happened...But we set up an appointment with Bryan. He was supposed to come and fix our plumbing problem, as we have set the appointment for that. However, he never came. Then I called and texted, 30 minutes after the appointed time, no answer. No returning of phone call or text either.

It's fine that they couldn't come out, at least communicate that, so I did not need to sit there waiting for them instead of looking for another plumber. Waste of time.

Trenchless repipe was done well. Collapsed clay pipes were replaced. Actual cost was close to the Yelp estimate.

Our water heater had been making loud banging noises.  I called Flash Plumbing and Daniel came on the same day I called and gave a fair estimate.  He and his crew worked all day and installed a new tankless system which is 98% efficient.  He does not cut corners, he does the work right.  I have finally found a plumber who is efficient, fair and knows what he is doing.

Vig and his team were great! They came in, protected our floors and got to business. They were able to replumb my whole house AND replace a bathtub in less time than they originally estimated! Overall, I'm very satisfied and have already referred a couple of my friends. Thanks so much!

A rarity in the plumbing world. He is honest and fair. He does not sell you on work you don't need, even if you think you do. He will also let you know if what you need is another kind of contractor rather than a plumber. I will always check with him on a job before seeking out others.

Gary and Bob were at our house bright and early to fix our leaky shower.. And boy did they!  We were prepared for a hefty bill but they repaired it quickly and for less than we thought. They even ran out and found a needed part, something the plumber our insurance company sent had decided wasn't worth his time. I'm not wishing for any more leaks but I sure know who to call to plug 'em... Thank you Gary and Bob!

After reviewing All City Plumbing Yelp account there are a lot of 5-Stars, if it was solely based on friendliness I would definitely leave a 5 star review. I am leaving a two star review for the following reasons: All City Plumbing was called out for an emergency water leak I had in my front yard. They responded promptly and they were able to fix the issue. After further discussion with the Plumber he was able to sell me on a Halo Water System $4K+. Sold me on the PH levels of the water and all the benefits a water system can do for you. The installation was messy and till this day I don't even think the machine was programmed properly. The stucco person never came out to repair it. (There were three holes in my stucco) I also mentioned to my plumber I still had black remnants coming out of my water that I never had before the water system was installed and my dishwasher wasn't properly cycling due to the water pressure. None the less, I gave the company about a month to fix what was promised. Needless to say nothing happen. I went as far as contacting customer service via website and I had a call within the same day by the Quality Assurance supervisor. He said he would come out on the morning of Christmas Eve to inspect the ongoing issues. My morning plans were cancelled because I wanted the issue to rectified. Needless to say, he didn't show up within the time frame promised nor did I get a courtesy call telling me he wasn't going to fulfill his obligation. So as I was showering tonight with all the black remnants hitting my back and a lightbulb came on and said to leave a Yelp review. Something that was reiterated to me by the assigned plumber that the company prides itself on. I figured maybe since I followed the process and I still haven't had my issues fixed I'll definitely get a response once this review is posted. Never the less, $4k later, water pressure sucks, black stuff is still coming out of my water, and my dishwasher is still not cycling properly. I'm hoping with this being posted I will get the support I need. Thanks All City Plumbing

The work was completed by Tony and I couldn't be happier. After completing the pipe repairs under the sink, he showed me what was accomplished, the parts that were replaced and tested the sink, disposal and dishwasher. So professional!

Set up appointment and given a time.  Josh was very clear and punctual.  He used his equipment to verify the location of the leak .  Can't say enough good things about this company.

On a positive note, we were happy to get the holding tanks in our RV pumped out.

After staying at the Glendale Elks Lodge for a week, the shitter was full and needed pumping. We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use.

On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school.

The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of he needs to come before noon did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks.

$75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do?  I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up.  

I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

Showed up on time, honest and personable guy.
He gave me a decent price. Othe plumbers wanted to change my entire kitchen sink plumbing for a clogged. Eco Plumbing just snakes and open the clog. Saved me $500. I recommend him and his services.

Jose & Cory were great helping first to hydojet our main sewer drain that was completely clogged due to the the neighbors tree roots. It was so bad that we had to arrange for the city clay tile side (where the problem was) to be re-lined to permanently correct the situation.
It was complicated and a big task.
Jose always kept us informed as to the work process.
I would recommend them to anyone.
