The most professional and responsible small business I have ever come into contact with. I had a very expensive emergency with the plumbing in my home. I was quite worried because the plumber I used before charged me $650 twice and never fixed the problem. I didn't want that to happen again. I searched yelp and looked at reviews. Humberto had good reviews so I called him. I felt relief immediately. Once he diagnosed and then fixed, I knew this would be my forever plumber. I highly recommended. My mom had to deal with him during the day since I'm a teacher. She would also recommend him and call on him if her plumbing ever needs to be serviced. Thank you Humberto!!!!!!! Thank you, thank you. Now I know my money is going to an ethical and reliable business that will actually fix my problems and not make them worse.

This review is for an interaction and advice I received from Tony. Tony responded to my message request for a quote. Tony was quickly able to identify that he would not be able to provide the service we needed - not because of him but because we didn't have the necessary access to the drain we needed repaired. Nonetheless, he still brainstormed ideas with me and ultimately offered advice from his own experience. We took his advice and I'm happy to say that our drain is fixed - without a visit from the plumber! I appreciated Tony's honesty and his time, which ultimately saved me both time and money. We plan to hire Tony in the future for our next plumbing work.

So our kitchen sink leaked for two days while we waited for our usual plumber to call us back. We gave up because rinsing dishes in the backyard was getting incredibly tiring, and we started researching other plumbers in our area (Burbank) on Yelp - where we came across the outstanding reviews for Vince.

He lived up to his reputation 100%! When I called him 8am on Monday morning, he answered. He scheduled me right in for 3:30 that day and called back at 1:30 saying he was ahead of scheduled and wanted to check if I was available early! (yep...early! - that's a first!)

He was friendly and professional both on the phone and in person. As he looked at my issue, he claimed...I see... It's a faucet issue! All you have to do is tighten the faucet and it's fixed! - No charge, your all set! - I offered to pay for his time of course and he kindly declined. However, he has certainly made a client out of me, so we will be calling him for all our future needs!! We highly recommend Vince's Plumbing!

Great service!  I needed someone to insulate and add tongue & groove/shiplap boards as well as cross beams to a sloped ceiling.  I texted pictures over to Raul of what I wanted the finished project to look like and an approx square footage - he got right back to me with a quote and was able to schedule service the same week!   The crew was reliable, friendly, and very qualified.  They provided all the materials and did high quality work.  So glad I found this business for my project!!

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

Bryan is great, very knowledgeable and thorough. He can usually accommodate your schedule. He's done a few jobs for me with good results and good pricing. Bryan is very personable and has a good sense of humor. I haven't had to use him for an emergency. I usually contact him via text. He stays pretty busy so it's good to have some flexibility.

Quick response and honest answer to my problem.
Highly recommend to others and I will be fearless with drain problem in future.

This company is so helpful, I definitely recommend. We had a leak in our shower, and water was leaking through the wall. I had spent a couple of days prior looking through reviews of other companies, and I stumbled upon this one. I was hesitant at first, though after speaking to Daniel I felt more confident about their services. We contacted Daniel and explained what was happening, and he was very helpful and accommodating. He and his crew went straight to work, and found that we had a bad shower valve. Luckily Daniel had shower valves and the materials needs to get the job done that day. He even installed new shower heads in both of my bathrooms. Which was a blessing, since I live with my grandpa and the shower head we had previously are not the adjustable ones where you can it take off, which we needed since my grandpa has a hard time using the shower. So the new shower heads he installed had that feature and it just been a big help!

If you are in an emergency situation Extreme Plumbing will go above and beyond to help you. I had an emergency situation at my house where the handle to the water main valve to my townhouse broke off. Due to it being a townhouse my homeowners association and management company had to arrange for an emergency shut off with LADWP who gives you a 4 hour service window with 30 minutes notice of their arrival. This would shut the water off to 113 units so the valve could be replaced. I needed a plumber who was willing to be on call for me with 30 minutes notice to head over to do the repair and Extreme Plumbing really came through for me. Leslie in the office went above and beyond in coordination with Abe to arrange this for me. Their technicians were detail orientated, knowledgeable and experienced. I called many other companies who said they would not be on call like that for a customer.  Everything went smoothly and the new valve is not only super cute which obviously matters a lot but their workmanship was beautiful, their timing was impeccable and the quality of the work was well worth the cost. Thank you to the entire team at Extreme plumbing for not only being great plumbers but for being super heroes!

We had a leaky faucet for multiple weeks and had become weery of having new people in the house. Called in Best Way Plumbing. They were respectful, on time and quick with the repair. I solicited multiple bids and they were competitive. I was initially apprehensive due to the lack of Yelp reviews but they solved the issue in an hour. This is not their first rodeo.  Mask and gloves were worn at all times.

Amazing service.   Doug is so kind and professional and his pricing is very fAir.   Highly highly recommend.  He installed a water line for ice maker.  Best Buy came out and just had to connect to valve and wouldn't do it since valve was under sink and not behind frig.  This was the proper plumbing way.  Ridiculous of Best Buy.  Called Doug.  He came right out and hooked me up. No charge.  Amazing service.  Shame on Best Buy delivery.

All City did the inspection and did the work in the same day, our technician Eusebio was super friendly!

Found Mr Rooter on google and saw the great reviews. Boy am I glad I did, because Brian was the best. He was super knowledgeable and went above and beyond my expectations. We have an old house and we have hired a few different companies for problems we've had. None of them seemed to want to figure out the root of the problem. They just wanted to do a quick fix. Brian went under the house and took pictures of what our (all original) pipes looked like. He was very friendly and We are really happy with the price as well.

Somebody referred Jordan to us and I have to say that I am a FAN! He did such a great job repairing our tank-less water heater, re-piping our gas line, and unclogging our shower drain. For some odd reasons, our heater started making weird LOUD noises. Every time we turned on the hot water, our neighbor would give us a quick call and check if we are okay. It is so embarrassing! After we called him, he was able to schedule us in the same day at a reasonable price. He fixed the issues and took time to explain the reasons why. I would definitely recommend this guy because he is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, considerate of my home and space and most importantly, he made sure that I was satisfied with his work.

Called rapid quality to check for a leak and it took no longer then 20min to find leaks... had my plumber come and fix leak within 2hours

I don't recommend this company!
Scheduling was very easy, but unfortunately my tanks didn't get fully emptied - even better the 2nd grey water tank stayed unnoticed by BOTH technicians. I paid my part but the job didn't get done. I had to call another company, after days of being ignored and told my tank is leaking (LOL), and pay again but finally had empty tanks.
long story short - a waste of money and time.

So after calling 2 Plummer's to our Unit complex to fix our hot water issue. They told me that It could not be fixed because I had to replace my water boiler or they needed to open up my wall to fix the issue and it might be expensive possibly a few thousands of dollars. The weird thing about all this is that I had hot water in my kitchen sink. Hot water coming out of my other bathroom. So I thought to myself how could it be the boiler? But hey I'm not an expert or a professional in the plumbing field . If it was a boiler issue I would have no water at all in my household. After long months of frustration and waste of money and our problem not being fixed.One of my friends recommended me this Plummer by the name of Andrew. So I decided to give him a call and hope and prayed that he could solve my problem. Andrew not only fixed my problem in no time but is very knowledgeable regarding any plumbing issue. He won't give you the run around. Andrew is also very reasonable in pricing compared to other Plummer's . He'll tell you up front what it is and if he can do the job or not. I will never use any other Plummer he's definitely one of a kind. Thanks Andrew for fixing my hot water problem and now my kids can take nice cozy showers.

We called this company to fix our AC at work. We had 2 other companies out that told us we had major problems and gave us really high quotes.  Stephens Plumbing and Heating came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a lot less than the other guys and turns out we didn't need all the other expensive work that the other guys quoted. Thank you to Omar and Oscar for getting our AC working again so quickly and honestly.

Its hard to find an Honest repair company these days. Thanks again.
