My Drain Company has helped me with two plumbing issues and they have been great.  In one instance, they needed to replace a portion of buried pipe to clear a root blockage.  They handled it quickly so that we would be minimally inconvenienced.  They are dependable, professional and reasonable.

Vince couldn't be a more lovely guy. He came over for a relatively easy fix without complaint! He called to notify us he was on his way and wore a mask when we asked. Couldn't have had better service! Speedy and reliable. Will definitely be calling him again!

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

Bryan was able to help snake my clogged washing machine drain the same day I called. He came in the evening which worked for me since it needed immediate attention. He is kind, neat, thorough and his prices are fair. He comes with my sincere recommendation.

This is the second time I have use True rooter & plumbing. I manage property in Torrance and had a leak under a raised foundation house. I called Miguel on the weekend and he had someone out right away. We were able to find that there was a leak but was not accessible through the crawl space. The technician Kevion was very helpful in letting me know the process, he removed minimal flooring to get the job done. The price was also very reasonable for the work done. Daniel & his team did an amazing job installing our new tankless water heater. I contacted them on Wednesday and that same night he responded to me and shared that he could come the next day to install the water heater, as our old one had busted and we were without hot water. He was very transparent with what he was going to do, cost of labor & materials, and even shared when he had to redo some work that was not to code from our previous plumber. He also recommended adding ScaleRX to help with maintanence of our tankless water heater and I'm so glad he did because it will help save us in the long run. Thank you Daniel & team for being so fast and efficient with the install. Great, reliable, honest service from this company! I highly recommended and will continue to use them for any future issues that may arise.

Yelp to the rescue once again. Last week during our rain storm, our water heater suddenly quite working. After calling our regular plumber, who was unable to take the job for a few days, I searched on Yelp for a local plumber. Best-Way Plumbing answered my call right away and was able to come by to check out the situation. In a matter of a few hours, during a stormy day, we had a new water heater up and running. Truly appreciate everything they did to accommodate us that day. Definitely recommend Best Way Plumbing.

Our hot water heater quit on us yesterday, and we didn't know where to turn.   I saw the reviews for Clearwater Plumbing and decided to give them a call.  I was very impressed that my phone call was answered immediately.   Doug was great, answered all my questions and gave a very fair price.   Within a few hours our hot water was replaced and we're back in business!

What a way to start the New Years I woke up this morning to water coming from our ceiling and all around the light fixtures. Contacted all city they had a technician out on New Year's Day in less than an hour!
Then we got blessed even more, our technician Jaime Bustos was amazing. The leak was not a clear leak and where it was coming from Jaime didn't take the easy way out he crawled into every nook and cranny of my attic, excavated my ceiling until he found the problem. Not something you get to say often but this is the best plumber at ALL CITY! This guy found the issue after extensive searching and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and the issue was handled.
From entering the house Jaime expressed superior professionalism, mask on, shoe coverings on and very very polite.

This review is long overdue. Jordan and his team replaced all of the plumbing in my 2500+ sq.ft. home and I have used him for all other plumbing needs thereafter. I am very pleased with the workmanship and more importantly the continued communication after the work was done. His team is highly skilled and professional and so far no problems. I highly recommend Cappello Plumbing.

Responded quickly and arrived on time. Professional, courteous and honest.  Great at explaining the problem and recommending next steps.

On a positive note, we were happy to get the holding tanks in our RV pumped out.

After staying at the Glendale Elks Lodge for a week, the shitter was full and needed pumping. We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use.

On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school.

The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of he needs to come before noon did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks.

$75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do?  I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up.  

I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

All around, great, knowledgable service. Didn't try to up-sell or give us service we didn't need. Very straightforward and honest. Will recommend to anyone looking for plumbing service in the future.

Hopefully we won't need a plumber again any time soon, but if we do, I'll definitely be calling Eco Plumbing!
