We had an outdoor faucet break on Saturday night that required the water to the house to be turned off.  They were there early Sunday morning to fix it.  They showed up on time, did what they said they would do and it cost what they said it would cost.  Will use them again.

THESE GUYS! Called Tony once my kitchen sink got clogged and 2 minutes after he called me back saying he's on the way. He fixed it within an hour and charged me very fairly. Can't recommend enough for Tony's reliability and friendliness! THANK YOU SO MUCH

I called Vince to unclog my kitchen drain. Not only was he on it before I could blink, he solved the problem right away, and at a cost lower than Mr. Rooter and advertised rooter services. I'll always call Vince for my plumbing needs and highly recommend him!

Terrible quality and dishonest. Affordable and licensed are in the name of the business. Affordable is true until you take into account the amount of money that you have to spend on fixing the work of this company. Licensed is probably true but doesn't mean anything. It's the bare minimum required. Stay away!

Yama the plumber and attendant were very reliable and honest. Fast and efficient. I highly recommend and will use him again.

I put in a service request for a backed up tub and toilet and Bryan responded very quickly.  After discussing my situation over the phone he was on his way and arrived in under an hour.

Upon arriving, he had a hunch it was the main line that needed to be snaked and got right to it.  He was able to clear up both clogs and was very, very thorough, following it up with a camera and a second snake for good measure!

He also talked me through the processes as he was doing  them and imparted knowledge about the different types of pipes and how tree roots can cause issues.  I definitely appreciated the insight and could tell he's a master of his craft.

Got all star performance from TR&P's own, licensed as they all are, Michael Jordan. MJ's knowledge of the plumbing game is way impressive being able to read and estimate the issues he was faced with. He was more than helpful with insights of how we got the point of damages and how to smartly remedy the issues to be assured long lasting results. His work is clean and guaranteed. Also was very helpful and knowledgeable with insurance concerns. Glad we reached out to True Rooter & Plumbing and will recommend and consider to all.

Daniel has done a variety of plumbing projects in our home, such as, fixed storm drains, leaks, replaced broken water heater, bathroom faucets and under sink pipes and secured pipes under the house   to reduce noise.  We have been very pleased with his responsibility, professionalism, attention to detail, friendly disposition and reasonable prices. I would definitely recommend him to others.

Over three days of explaining a simple job we had three different sets of people come through our house that I had to reexplain what we wanted to every time. There is no communication between the technicians. After three days the job was not done as explicitly described the recessed water lines in our laundry room faceplate falls off at the slightest touch, the drywall some how is still not dry days later and the gas line was not shortened. The only thing they achieved was installing toilets which by the way too from 10am to 6pm to achieve. If you have 4-5 days of your life to give them to complete a job they did solid C + work. Also additional people kept arriving and just entering my house without introduction. Worst part is I don't even want to call them to fix any of this because I don't have any more energy to give them.

Kevin was timely and responsive. He wasn't able to fix our specific issue but he did the right thing. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Don't hesitate to give him a chance. He stands by his work.

We love Gary! He has been out to our house for many different plumbing issues, as our house gets older. He is always so efficient, kind, and reasonably priced. We did not have the best experience with our last plumber. Gary has fixed toilet issues, sink issues, under-sink issues, pipe leaks, and many more problems we have encountered. There does not seem to be a plumbing problem that he can't solve!  One more note is that he was extremely respectful in solving a plumbing issue, very quietly and quickly,  while we had five kids doing distance learning.

Wow!!! I see why this company has 5 STARS!!!!! As an entrepreneur and a stay-at home mom, I'm use to getting the run around with some service businesses. This company is a class act!

I called for advice on two items and this professional gave me his honest opinion on both items and a 'round' about estimate on a simple plumbing item, without coming to my home to charge me a fee!

Had a pin hole leak in a water pipe. The technician (Danny) was out in a couple of hours. He replaced the problem pipe quickly at a reasonable price. He fully explained the work before he started and the did exactly what he described. Without any type of up selling that I have typically experienced with most other plumbing firms.

Highly recommend.

We called on a Thursday requesting service. Did not receive a call back. Called again on Monday speaking to the receptionist explaining our concern. She was very rude giving us no hope of when we would receive a return call. She actually hung up on us. Extreme rudeness.

Josh was very polite and quickly found the source of a few leaks in my home.  Thank you!

On a positive note, we were happy to get the holding tanks in our RV pumped out.

After staying at the Glendale Elks Lodge for a week, the shitter was full and needed pumping. We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use.

On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school.

The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of he needs to come before noon did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks.

$75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do?  I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up.  

I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

Fabulous service. Best I have had since moving to LA a number of years ago.

Eco Plumbing was able to come quickly, assess the issues and get the job done efficiently. In fact, they needed replacement parts and left and came back within the hour to finish.

I was floored by their professionalism and ability to just make it happen. And super reasonable to boot! I feel lucky to have found them. I will use them again and again  (or as often as I have to!)

I appreciate Omar and Oscar coming on time as scheduled ... they took care of our AC PROBLEM right away.. they're friendly and polite and honest .. they made sure I understand what's wrong with our AC ... we'll definitely use them again
