Our experience with Bryan was SO wonderful! I sent an inquiry, by the following morning, we were on the phone, and by the end of the week he was working on our issue. He is prompt, he is fair, and he is incredibly genuine -- the nicest guy ever.

Our project originally consisted of plastering up a small hole behind our water heater (where we've had some unwanted pests entering the house). When Bryan pulled the water heater out, he showed us that this small hole was actually gigantic. He also took note of some issues with our current (dated and discontinued) water heater. The job was originally done (some 13 years ago) by someone who is not a plumber, so naturally Bryan was able to see EVERYTHING that was done incorrectly, and unsafely. He didn't push us one way or the other, he delivered the facts as well as his opinion, and in the end, we replaced the whole unit. And he did a beautiful job with everything (so much so, our exterminator working on our pest issue mentioned how excellent the work was).

We were so pleased with our experience... but most especially working with Bryan. So trustworthy, so skilled -- we all have his number in our phones now for any future plumbing needs, he's THE guy.

Our water heater had been making loud banging noises.  I called Flash Plumbing and Daniel came on the same day I called and gave a fair estimate.  He and his crew worked all day and installed a new tankless system which is 98% efficient.  He does not cut corners, he does the work right.  I have finally found a plumber who is efficient, fair and knows what he is doing.

Over three days of explaining a simple job we had three different sets of people come through our house that I had to reexplain what we wanted to every time. There is no communication between the technicians. After three days the job was not done as explicitly described the recessed water lines in our laundry room faceplate falls off at the slightest touch, the drywall some how is still not dry days later and the gas line was not shortened. The only thing they achieved was installing toilets which by the way too from 10am to 6pm to achieve. If you have 4-5 days of your life to give them to complete a job they did solid C + work. Also additional people kept arriving and just entering my house without introduction. Worst part is I don't even want to call them to fix any of this because I don't have any more energy to give them.

Kwang was a great plumber who quickly unclogged our shower drain. He was responsive, and while he was here, he also fixed a long standing issue with my kitchen faucet. Will call him next time I have any plumbing needs.

Our water heater stopped working, it was 15 years old. Gary from Best Way Plumbing came out and replaced our water heater very quickly and for a good price. He was very helpful, friendly and reliable. I will definitely use Best Way plumbing again!

I just want to leave a good review about Shellback plumbing I called regards my sink being clogged and large leak on the ceiling of my garage . Irvin the Plummer thoroughly inspected my clogged sink and leak told me the problem!!  He unclogged probably stopped the leak because it's not leaking anymore.. referred me to a water restoration company and they would fix it through my home insurance !! And they came in  ASAP !! Thank you again

I've used All City Plumbing a few times over the years. Always received excellent service, from scheduling the initial appointment / consultant, to advice on repairs and options.

Recently had All City come to my residence to assess a groaning noise coming from pipes near my pressure valve regulator. I called on a Saturday and was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday. I was given a 2-hour window for the technician to arrive. On the day of service I received a confirmation phone call in the morning, and a text when the technician was on his way. Victor (technician) arrived right on time.

As I suspected, the regulator was bad and needed to be replaced. Victor was helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problem. He provided 3-4 options and let me decide what made the most sense as a fix. The price was more than I wanted to pay, but the service and work performed was outstanding. I have no complaints.

All City takes credit cards and Victor had a mobile device reader so was a quick swipe, electronic signature...done.

Victor was courteous and professional, and especially appreciated his attention to detail. He took extra time to test pressure and ensure problem was fixed and I was happy before leaving. I trust All City for my plumbing needs.

The plumber arrived a little early, and was very professional.  The quote for snaking a drain shared by 2 bathroom sinks was high, IMHO, but it had to be done asap so I chalked it up the the one of the joys of home ownership.  He pointed out that one of the sinks had undersized drain connections under the sink, and this could slow the flow I should consider replacing a few components.  He showed me and he was right, and since he was there and had the components I had him upgrade it.

The quality of the plumber made this a Win-Win.

Amazing response rate!  I asked a question on Yelp after hours and Jordan got back to me right away!  He was honest and gave me his best guess based on pictures. They came out after the weekend and took care of the problem (no hot water in master bath of my parents house) right away. Time is valuable to me and I sincerely appreciated Jordan's super quick response and communication!

Josh came out the same day I called him with an impressive set of equipment. He narrowed the leak down to a specific location, opened the wall and there it was. I was then able to call a plumber. He cleaned up and was very professional. I definitely recommend him

I had Andri re-install a water heater that was installed incorrectly by a previous plumber.  Andri found 4 different issues and pointed them out.  He is very professional, his work skills and ethics are extremely hard to find nowadays.  From now on I will only call him and reffed him to my friends and neighbors. Good to know that quality workmanship still exists in today's world.

Galan and Arturo came out to help and were very respectful and nice.  They figured out my problem and gave me an estimate to fix my plumbing underneath my house - that a handyman had created a future problem using incorrect supplies.  Will write up another review after they've done their work.
