He came on time and was friendly professional and his prices were  reasonable for the jobs I've been asking for.  I've used him four times now and he is my number one Plumbing expert ask for Humberto!!

These are the guys.  Excellent response and service, won't use cheap materials, know what they're doing for a reasonable price. Tried many plumbers over the years on 3 properties.  I honestly wouldn't contact anyone else.

Super helpful. Vince gave me some great advice over the phone on what to do solve a water heater problem myself, to make sure it's not an easy fix.  He's clearly there to take care of his customers, and I definitely will give him a call if/when my next plumbing problem pops up.

I had a roof leak around the skylight after a rainy storm, I did also had a small water damage and two cracks in the ceiling, I have been in contact with Raul through Yelp, he responded to my message within few minutes, Jesus came to my home in one day to have a look on the area damaged, then Raul sent me the quote which was reasonable and fair so I agreed to proceed with the job, the work has been done perfectly, the ceiling looks much better now, no more roof leak, thank you Raul and Jesus for the great job, I really appreciate you working during this pandemic crisis, i will definitely hire you again whenever I have a problem in my house.

My water heater stopped working and I had to get it replaced the same day. Called left message Yama called back within 10 minutes. Within 3 hours he had replaced the water heater and we were up and running.

Scheduled appointment and truck broke down on way to appointment.  Things happen and I understand.  But no contact from Brian after that.  Did not respond to several texts to reschedule and did not return calls.  I have no problem with someone having a tire issue, that happens.  And he was very responsive prior to the appointment with good pricing.  But he just disappeared after the tire issue and I hope he is ok.

They showed up with masks and on time and were done fixing the leak very quick. I thought there were two leaks and Miguel pointed out that it was only one. That's honesty!

Daniel was very responsive, informative, and very respectful. My water heater failed, and he responded that same night and was able to come the next day to replace it with a tankless water heater! Him and his team did a professional job and also assisted me in resolving issues with some of my piping that was out of code, which I was unaware of.  After installation he stayed in touch to assist me in completing my tankless water heater rebate. I would highly recommend using Flash Plumbing and will continue to use for my future projects.

Robert and his team were very helpful in identifying the problem in our kitchen sink, repairing it, and setting us up to better handle similar problems in the future. Friendly and on time, excellent service.

No legit business responds the way this business does. Let's just say how a business responds to HONEST and BLUNT reviews says a lot.  

HAHA this business conveniently skipped those amazing business owners out there that are doing the right thing.  So, this woman as you so shamelessly claimed.... #shameonyou She is a Yelp Elite for 8+ years and always make a point to call out crappy businesses.  Period. Too bad this guy doesn't like being called out, and his reply proves it.

Times must be tough.   Called @6pm and spoke to Gary (?) briefly to request an estimate to move a gas line. He asked I send send him picture and he can give me a range ballpark quote.  

But when I sent him the picture, he started asking about other jobs related to exhaust, hot and cold, water, etc. He even asked if it is a house or townhouse, that is totally irrelevant to the job estimate.  

When a potential customer inquired about a specific job, please don't try to add on other jobs that I'm not asking you for estimates.  

Of course, he did not provide any estimate.  And he was the only one of all the plumbers I talked to, who doubt that I would be tying gas at that location

Doug is my new go-to for any plumbing need.  He was on time (actually a few minutes early).  He doesn't talk your ear off and gets right to work.  I've always been skeptical of people who charge by the hour.  No need to worry about Doug's work ethic.  He's in, gets the job done right, and out.  Needed six stems replaced in three faucets, a shower adjusted (hot water wasn't working) and a tub snaked.  Total time 45 min.  I swear it would have taken me at least 4 hours.

Had a stubborn clog in the kitchen sink. Joey T. of All City Plumbing used several methods not giving up and went the extra mile to get it done. Would definitely recommend.

So I was having a plumbing issue and they called Mr. Roto-Rooter explain the issue I was having they stated someone would come out and view it and let me know what was needed.

1. First of all we had a gentleman show up with no mask and not very courteous he stated that the problem was in my toilet and that it needed to be removed in order to unclog it and that was gonna cost me about $500 I advised him that I just cannot afford that at the time and that we could not do the work.

2. He then stated well we could run a snake through it and see if that helps it'll only cost you 90 and if that doesn't work we can put it through your mainline and that should fix the problem that'll cost you $150.

3. It was very naïve of me to except the deal and think this was going to work after about 30 to 40 minutes of running a snake through my toilet in the mainline he said nope that didn't work you definitely need to remove the toilet and unclog it from where I told you good news is it'll only cost you an additional $350 I was like are you kidding me I was back at 500 I refused to pay 500 I paid them the 150 reluctantly.

4. And boy am I glad that I didn't pay those $500 I proceeded to look for another plumber who came and looked at my toilet gave me the same diagnosis and stayed at the other plumber should've known better if the water wasn't backing up in the tub it definitely wasn't a main issue and he was just trying to take me for my money he remove my toilet and under clogged it and the cost was only 225 If only I would've followed my gut and the first time it would it cost me $150 Extra dollars

I am a very satisfied customer. My old water heater started developing a leak, I called and left a message and Jordan gave me a call back. He provided me very competitive pricing and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of. His employees Tony and Troy were very professional and took the time to get the job done correctly and professionally. The removal of my old water heater was more of a challenge than initially expected, they came up with a game plan and got the job done correctly. Capella plumbing is top-notch and I will recommend their business. They took care of me.

I have a rental unit that had no hot water and was told by a plumbing company that I had a slab leak somewhere around my rental property. Of course I didn't believe it at first until I decided to call Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh and his worker responded on time and didn't waste any time. They were very professional and explained everything to me while he was working. They had all the equipment to find the source of the leak. The cost was reasonable and I was glad to know that I could now move forward in fixing the problem. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

I would have given no stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. So I contact this company to service my rv tank again..The first time was great. The second time ,which is this last time ..was so disappointing, i had to write this review. I requested service for about a week. Supposedly they do emergency service..How is that possible? The girl..Katie, that handles appointments claims they have nothing until sunday between 1-3. btw..that is after i kept emailing her. She finally responded. I told her any time as soon as possible. I will make my schedule work around the earliest appointment you have..She never replies back until monday. Yet they claim to be on time,reliable etc. they are not  i still have a full tank. ive been looking for another service since i cant depend on this company. As you see, theur time frame is 1-3 pm for instance. so im emailing to confirm, no response, im waiting, since i told her yes ill take that appointment,nothing etc.If you need something done like this...I would go elsewhere. Their claims  of who they are..false. And as for Katie..It was nothing for her to blow me off,ignore me etc
Im paying them for a service amd being treated like a panhandler asking for something free. I expressed the urgency..its our bathroom and i have a child. and she represents her company..so as far as i see it..they do not care what your emergency is,24 hour service..yeah right.. My tank is still full. Still that girl never contacted me back. the disregard for my time and schedule.It was very disappointing. They obviously have no customer service skills. So i suggest you pass them up when you need anything done and go find a company that appreciated their customers

The estimate we got from Eco Plumbing for two pipe leaks in our Century City condominium building was less than half from our usual plumber's estimate and they were able to the make the repairs in quick fashion. Very knowledgeable and we will be switching to them for our building's plumbing in the future

I was very pleased with the work that Hector, the Stephens Plumbing Co., plumber who came to my home in San Pedro two days ago. He arrived on time, and I received a phone call 10 minutes before he arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my water heater vent and said he would order a new part and call me when it is received. He also checked out my two gas fireplaces that I thought might be leaking gas. He tested all the valves and told me that there was no leak in either fireplace . . . saving me money on repairs. I would definitely use Stephens Plumbing again, and would ask for Hector.
