This recommendation is a little overdue. When a professional does quality work at a fair price, that is expected. Humberto demonstrated he is a man of character, he's humble, honest and does not slander other trades' work nor did he take advantage of a situation.
I was replacing a hose faucet and the pipe broke in the wall. Instead of blaming the quality of the prior plumber's work and material, he explained why it failed and what needed to be done in order to make it right. He ended up having to remove the floor inside the house and jackhammer the foundation in order to connect to a solid pipe. Within a couple hours, the job was done.
While he was working, my wife called a few other plumbers to get an idea of what the bill would look like. To our total surprise, the lowest estimate we got over the phone was $600 more than Humberto. People out there know you are desperate to get something fixed and will take advantage of the situation...it is expected; but not this man.

My main line backed up and Tony took care of it.  He was professional, courteous, and up front about what everything would cost me.  He even cleaned up the awfulness that had spewed into my shower!  I'm very grateful.

I'm a repeat customer who experienced a water heater leak at the worst possible time. Vince came out on short notice today and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and charged a decent price. He has an excellent perspective on what he does - he does what he does well - with an impeccable work ethic. I'll call again.

11/2012 update: When I recently had another plumbing issue, I did call again - and this time Vince was too busy. No worries, I'm glad he's doing well. I do need a plumber who is responsive to the prospect of repeat business and when Vince finally called me back I was not able to schedule a visit so I'm off to another plumber. He's good though not easily accessible. I may call on him again in the future.

I was updating my small powder room in my Townhome.  I had actually called about four different handymen on Yelp and out of all of them, Raul responded when he said he would. He was very professional and polite the entire time.

He was very reasonable and u sees tanking. He worked over 10 hours putting in new floors, new lights, toilet and a mirror. He did a lot of small details and worked incredibly hard never complaining. Highly recommended for a trusted handyman.

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

The best thing that happened from my hot water heater going bust is that I found a fantastic plumber. Bryan is now my go-to for my plumbing needs.
Extremely friendly. Professional. Stellar work. Fast. Reasonable prices and less than other places. He quoted me over the phone and was very thorough with what it entailed. When he came over to review what was needed, he explained further. I like that. He worked fast and explained what he needed to do or was doing.

Wonderful experience today. Daniel was very courteous and professional. He was able to recommend the proper service to unclog a drain and completed in a timely manner. He left everything the way it was and made sure it was cleaner!!

Kwang was a great plumber who quickly unclogged our shower drain. He was responsive, and while he was here, he also fixed a long standing issue with my kitchen faucet. Will call him next time I have any plumbing needs.

Gary and Bob showed up (on time!!) to install 4 new faucets in my very old house...needless to say it wasn't a quick and easy fix, but they handled it like the pros they are. They were fair priced and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I love my new faucets!

Water damage.

Two words you never want to hear as a home owner! Our insurance thankfully covered most of the damage (drywall, floors), but plumbing was not included.

We talked with a few different plumbing companies and had two come out to get their take on the issue and proposed repairs. We ended up working with Rubin Silva at All City Plumbing and are so glad we did! Rubin came prepared and was able to diagnosis the problem, proposed different solutions for the repair, and talked us through the pros and cons of each choice. When it came time to make the repair he was careful and detail oriented - checking and then double checking his work to make sure it was done right. It is hard to find a trustworthy plumber and even harder to find one that takes pride in and truly cares about the work he is doing. It was clear that Rubin was willing to put in the time and go the extra mile to make sure the job was not only done - but done right!

This review is for John who came out in 30 minutes on a Sunday morning to deal with a clogged toilet. The man did good work, was professional and gave us some tips and estimate for work to clean up the existing issues of living in a 70yr old house. 10/10 would use again.

The faucet in our shower has been leaking and we had been ignoring it fearing it would be an expensive fix. He ended up replacing the whole part but was much less than previous estimates. He was on time and I trusted him.

I was visiting my mom and due to Covid-19, I stayed in my trailer outside her house. I was looking for a place to dump the tank when I found that All In offers on-site service. I was so happy that I didn't have to move the trailer. Their service was super fast and clean.

You should know before calling if your black tank is metal or plastic. For plastic tanks, they empty into a bucket so that the suction from the vacuum doesn't damage the tank. I did not know this and was surprised when the technician did it. I'm glad they took the precautions but wasn't aware they would do that ahead of time. So don't be shocked like I was.

I've used many plumbers and still do on a daily basis in property management. By far Andrew does the most incredible and cleanest work. He is very meticulous and takes great pride in his work. I trust him greatly and his pricing is extremely fair. Besides doing commercial work for me, I have great confidence in Andrew to trust him with my personal home which consisted of a complete bathroom remodel and a conventional water heater to a tankless conversion. I requested a quote for a broken ceiling fan & was able to have a technician out for an estimate quickly! Eric & Poncho was responsive and showed up on time. A lot of handyman/techs I've worked with are super flaky and so unresponsive it's so frustrating. Eric was professional & I would definitely use this company for future projects.
