He gave me a very fast response to an issue I had with one of my tenant's toilet. I wasn't there but he was able to call me and explain what was wrong with the toilet. He also sent me pictures of the new parts that he replaced. I was able to pay over the phone which was helpful because I unable to be there at that time. It was quick, efficient and very professional. I would definitely call him again for any further issues I have.

Called My Drain Company based on their Yelp reviews. They came out, gave me 2 options to repair my leaking pipe. I went with the less expensive option and Tony had no problem with that choice. They fixed it, but most impressive was the fact that they came by 2 additional times to confirm pipe was repaired and properly working. Yup, they've more than earned their 5 stars. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

Vince has been our plumber for over 15 years and I HIGHLY recommend him for all plumbing needs. Vince is exactly what anyone would want in a plumber; trustworthy, honest, reliable and fair. He is not one of those plumbers who tend to sell you things you don't need. Don't even hesistate to consider his service.

I sent a request for quote at 1:29pm and Raul responded at 1:32pm. He asked a couple of questions in order to give me a very reasonable price to complete a small job of hanging a heavy mirror in my newly renovated bathroom. He was over to my house within a couple of hours and did a beautiful and fast job. He was everything we were looking for. We will definitely be keeping him on speed dial for future jobs! The 200+ good ratings are all true!

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!
My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail. The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH! I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that. Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced. I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?). They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000. I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.
Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom. Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule. But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.
Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house. They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues. They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage. Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted). From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour. The pricing was reasonable and fair. D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.
D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy. Whoopee for Roy !

I am so confused. The plumber I was in contact with was very friendly and agreed to come look at my problem after business hours for an additional cost because they were booked up. When he was outside the gate of my housing community I spoke to him on the phone again to give him gate code instructions. He said he was unloading his tools and would be right in. HE NEVER SHOWED UP! I waited 15 mins then tried calling him again but he had turned off his phone! Why would you come to my complex, tell me you are just unloading your tools, then just leave without any notice?

Unknowingly, Ive been using this company for issues at different properties for a while now. I recall being in Cabo and having to address an issue at one of my properties in LA and Miguel was super helpful and resolved the problem for me without issue. Recently, a tech. name Donovan came out and handled business just as efficiently, but he also schooled me on some things. I will continue to use them and look forward to a longstanding business relationship!

Called Daniel at Flash Plumbing early on a Saturday morning for a broken water heater. They replaced my water heater that same day and did an excellent job. Very prompt, professional, and honest. I won't hesitate to call Flash Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

I want to thank Abe and his crew for a job well done. In reading some of the reviews, I just have to shake my head to see how difficult it is to deal with some customers and their expectations.
I held out my review for a couple of weeks to see how my pipes were holding up.
Anyways Abe and his team have been nothing but great to me. We had clogging issues in the bathroom upstairs and they snaked it out. While originally it seemed like everything was fine, the water started to come up in the kitchen. I called Abe 30 min after he left and explained to him of the issue. His team quickly came back and assessed the situation. It was unfortunate, but the main line was backed up due to lack of maintenance over the years (decades probably), where a good hydro jet was required. The clean out was also needed to be cut and reset as it was facing inside our house - when it should be set to be accessible from the outside (whoever originally designed it should be ashamed of themselves).
Anyways, we scheduled to do the resetting of the clean out and hydrojet at a fair price. Clear communication of what was included in the scope.
They did the work and now my sewer lines are back up to normal! They also reconnect my kitchen lines as I tried to disconnect it but destroyed it with my wrench :)
Thank you again. You provided a great service at a reasonable price. There is always someone that can come along and will be cheaper, and/or say things you want to hear (not a big problem/can fix it, but it's just some patch up work that comes out to be a temporary fix), but if you want to get the job done w/ excellent customer service Extreme Plumbing
and Rooter is your vendor.

A rarity in the plumbing world. He is honest and fair. He does not sell you on work you don't need, even if you think you do. He will also let you know if what you need is another kind of contractor rather than a plumber. I will always check with him on a job before seeking out others.

We had an urgent need to get our sink unclogged and the job was not an easy one to figure out. We got incredibly responsive and complete service with the focus being on getting the job fixed the right way. I have my new plumbers!

Excellent service, I would highly recommend his services.
I had Doug replace my kitchen faucet, and shower fixtures. He was punctual, professional, and explained the scope of his work.
We'll definitely use him for any future projects.

First and foremost, Tyler @ all city plumbing was great to work with.
Over 4th of July weekend, we had our main water line coming into the house break causing major flooding into the street and forcing us to shut off the water. The problem with this break is that the water line from the city valve runs under a large and lengthy concrete driveway and makes a few turns to enter the house - not easy to fix.
We called 3 plumbing companies. AllCity being our last quote and review. We had never worked with All City but read reviews and decided to inquire. All city scheduling was responsive and they were able to get out immediately. Tyler arrived on time, presented 3 options for the repair, shared pros and cons to each option. Tyler was the only plumbing to outline all 3 options and share details about why I should consider each which was super helpful. I explained to Tyler I needed a quote first to review and consider for a day as I review options. The next part was stand out - despite the visit being for a quote first - Tyler noticed the gas meter and the community cable line box, he asked if I had called Dig Alert to have gas lines or utilities marked (I had not) Tyler offered to mark the potential dig locations and call Dig Alert so whether it was All City or someone else doing the work we didn't lose time waiting for it to be marked and to keep everyone safe. Now maybe that little gesture is something small. But in my speaks volumes of the character of the company and Tyler and their willingness to help.
After reviewing all the quotes All City was competitively priced, offered great service from beginning to end, and the work completed was very well done.
The All City was able to bore under my driveway eliminating the need for concrete repairs as well as large amounts of landscape digging and repairs.
This was a large project and while I had concerns working with a company for the first time with such a large job ...it turned out great.
I will call All City again. Tyler is first rate . Thank you .

We had a backed up shower Monday with standing water, Brian showed up and took care of it in no time at all! Total pro.

These guys were great! Immediate response and quick, professional service. They were able to give me a same day appointment and followed up with a phone call and text to confirm. They knew what they were doing and fixed my problem within a short time. I definitely recommend them.

I gave rapid quality leak detection a call due to a concern I had had about my high water bill and I had suspicion of a leak . they showed up within an hour. Josh was very informative and got to work as soon as he got there with his great equipment and experience in 30 minutes he was able to locate the exact point of a slab leak and referred me to a great plumber who took care of it . Rapid quality leak detection was also able to locate a second leak I had within my wall. Overall this was a great experience would recommend them to anyone who's having the same problem I did !

When I needed the septic in my business emptied, I called around and found out 1, there's a wide range of prices (mostly way too high) for the same work, and 2, most in this industry seem to not understand that they are in a service business, and thus need to be friendly and responsive.
When I called All In, the owner answered and gave me a quick quote (good price!) and offered to come the next day (Saturday) without charging extra. It was actually easier for me to push it a couple of days, so we worked out a 2-hour window. Cameron arrived within that window, and he was friendly and informative. He let me know I have a lot of sediment in my septic (apparently mostly from a cement floor finisher I used 6 months ago who dumped the cement residue in there), which is unusual and not a good thing. I called the owner, who did some research on the project and called me back with a quote for fixing that if/when I decide to. When I asked whether I could postpone that work, he was zero % pushy, said it was all up to me. So I'll be calling them in a few months when my budget can support that followup work.
I've had to do work with several plumbing/septic companies in the past year, and this was by far the best service I got.

Andrew with Eco Plumbing is a true professional. I called him recently to help with a kitchen sink clog, and he did an excellent job. He was efficient, clean, and his price was fair. I would definitely call Eco Plumbing for any future needs.

Just moved in; of course toilets and showers start backflowing. Called a couple of places and got ridiculous quotes, talks of having to remove the toilet etc.
Stephens plumbing set me up with an appointment early in the morning. Luis came out and did a wonderful job. Was able to get the clog out without any major repairs, didn't upsell. He was courteous, efficient, and saved me a bunch of money. Highly recommend, and will be using in the future!
