Tony has been our go to plumber for years now. ALWAYS goes above and beyond and does an amazing job. He's handled everything from simple clogged drains to a complete re-plumbing of a home including new drainage and sewer lines out to the street. He and his crew really are the best plumbers with the best customer service that we've ever had! Would highly recommend him. Fare prices and excellent work.

The absolute best you could ever hope for.  Friendly, professional, hard working and fair.  He gave me a quote for re-piping and I called him back on it some 4 months later.  He still remembered I had a newborn and asked how the baby was.  You don't get that just anywhere.  I'll never use another plumber.  Vince is king!

I hired them to assemble a vinyl gate kit, they were totally lost trying to figure out the assembly instructions for the gate. They wanted to start cutting the groove off one of the slats and use screws to hold it together which would have ruined the gate! I said if your sure it has a wrong piece let me return it and get a new one, The job consisted of installing one vinyl gate and hang a new ceiling light for a total of $400. I said go do the light now and I will return the gate and when it comes you can finish the job! I will give you $200. now and the other $200. when the job is finished! He said NO that wants more money to come back to finish, now we are at OVER $500. He was here aprox.45 minutes and I said you are getting to expensive and he wanted $100. now and not finish the job!
I paid him he's gone, not professional at all not to smart as well couldn't read the instructions properly! SAVE YOUR MONEY OR YOW WILL GET A SLOPPY JOB OR NO JOB DONE AT ALL!!!

Honest, fast, friendly service.  What more can you ask for?  He diagnosed our problem and took care of it without complications.  He gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again and what changes to the pipes may need to be made in the future.  Thanks for the heads-up!   Hopefully no other problems arise with these older pipes, but we know who to call now.

Bryan is the BEST plumber I've ever met.
Very honest, efficiency, easier to work with and very responsible on his work. He's not like other(?) plumbers that during the work is in progress, there are more to do or takes a lot more time to do, so asking more than originally quoted. Bryan is always keep his words and no complaints or no other words, just try his best to complete the job as best as he can.

He came to my house around noon, and stayed until midnight for some rough projects I had. He never said a word similar to Too much work nor complaints. I had to ask him to go home at midnight and come back tomorrow to clean up as I felt very sorry; but he wanted to stay longer regardless of what time to complete the job.  

I have a couple other plumbing projects to work on, Bryan is definitely the guy I'll call for help; not even willing to compare or checking others.

I thought an honest hardworking plumber was an urban legend...but I finally managed to find one in LA!!  I coordinated with Miguel and Lupe did the work.  There was a bit of miscommunication in terms of the scope of work, but Miguel still honored the original estimate he gave me.  Lupe took the time to explain what was being done and didn't stop working from the time he arrived to the time he left.  DEFINITELY would hire these plumbers for future jobs.

Daniel, from Flash Plumbing, was very responsive, even on a weekend. We had a galvanized water main leak. To trench and replace the main with copper was going to be very expensive. Daniel worked with us in pricing and was up front about what could be done (not repairing the galvanized and needing to replace with copper).

Flash Plumbing was able to provide a written quote and schedule quickly. I asked about licenses and Daniel provided me with a contractor's license that wasn't expired and told us they worked under contractor's name that appeared on the license.

We were able to have the trenching and copper main connected in the same day. Since the sprinkler lines are on a galvanized line, and we were not having those redone, Flash Plumbing added a T, upon my father's request, so we could see if someone would be able to reconnect the lines so the sprinklers could function.

When the work was done, the dirt and areas with gravel were all filled back. That was very much appreciated. Almost all the debris/trash was cleaned up.  Someone did leave a folding knife here, so if the plumber wants to claim it, we saved it for them.

We really appreciate the work done. Old homes are always tough to work on, and many plumbers would prefer not to work on them or try to upsell you. Flash Plumbing did the work they were contracted for. Payment was easy; Daniel was able to process payment on his phone.

Extreme Plumbing is one of best plumbing companies I have used for emergencies and normal repairs.  I needed to find a plumbing company in a hurry because I heard water leaking from the pipes coming from the front of the house near the water faucet.  I found Extreme Plumbing through the Yelp app and read a couple of reviews and decided to call them.  Told them I could not turn off the water from the main shutoff valve from  the house and Yoni from Extreme Plumbing arrived within 1/2 hour and turned the water off from the LADWP water meter.  He and the crew came back out early the next day and examined the pipes and determined I needed to replace the main water pipe from the house to the water meter.  Yoni and the crew made sure we had water before they left for the day and finished the cleanup the next morning.  Throughout the ordeal they were very considerate and professional.  Our relief valve and regulator was also replaced and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for good Service and Plumbing company.

Kwang was a great plumber who quickly unclogged our shower drain. He was responsive, and while he was here, he also fixed a long standing issue with my kitchen faucet. Will call him next time I have any plumbing needs.

These are professionals! Gary gave me a quote to replace my water heater and showed up the next morning! They showed up early and prepared. No standing around scratching heads; they went right to work. They cleaned up behind themselves and even cleaned up leaves that were trapped behind the old unit. The silver lining behind my water heater breaking down in the beginning of cold season is now I've found my new plumber! Gary is my go-to guy. He's down to earth and easy to talk to - oh, and he listens! Shout out to Gary's dad (who got his hands dirty on my job) as well as the entire team! I highly recommend Best Way plumbing!

Amazing service.   Doug is so kind and professional and his pricing is very fAir.   Highly highly recommend.  He installed a water line for ice maker.  Best Buy came out and just had to connect to valve and wouldn't do it since valve was under sink and not behind frig.  This was the proper plumbing way.  Ridiculous of Best Buy.  Called Doug.  He came right out and hooked me up. No charge.  Amazing service.  Shame on Best Buy delivery.

Thomas Baker went above and beyond.  He fixed a leaking pipe in my front yard and even filled in the hole and replaced the weed barrier and rocks in the planter.

This is my second time using them and they are great! I was able to get service in less than an hour.

Danny showed up quickly and was kind, considerate, respectful and totally professional. He was amazing and knew what he was doing! Got the job done quickly and didn't bullshit me or make up extra charges because I'm a woman. It was actually less than another company quoted me. I was very happy and satisfied with my experience.

Thank god for Jordan! He was in San Clemente on a Sunday and was nice enough to drive to SD to install a w/d for me. That is service. He was so professional and very knowledgable.

I called the company and was able to get a specialist out within hours. Josh was spot on, detecting the leak, had a very reasonable fee and was able to advise us on repairs, saving us tons of money. Best service.

On a positive note, we were happy to get the holding tanks in our RV pumped out.

After staying at the Glendale Elks Lodge for a week, the shitter was full and needed pumping. We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use.

On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school.

The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of he needs to come before noon did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks.

$75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do?  I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up.  

I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

Android is the cleanest most thorough plumber you'll ever see. Take a look at the inside of his truck. I had a drain leak on the third floor. Android had to get into the unit below to complete repairs. I recommend this plumber.

Victor came to my son's home on 10-12-19 because the water heater was making gurgling sounds.  It turned out to be a running toilet in the same room.  Victor replaced the toilet handle only and charged $196.00 for labor and 18.99 for the handle.   He said he would have to go to Home Depot for a toilet handle and was gone 50 minutes.  The actual work only took 30 minutes.  Stephens charges you for their trips to Home Depot when they should carry parts in their trucks.  I called their office with my concern, but no one ever called me back.  Beware.  I am looking for a new plumber.        Lupe Grajeda, San Pedro, Ca.
