We were lucky to have Humberto as the lead plumber to come out and inspect an issue we were having with our kitchen sink. I texted several Yelp recommended plumbers but none of them responded asap. So I called Beeto's Plumbing and talked to Humberto, the manager. I told him about our kitchen sink problem and asked him for an estimate. He gave me a reasonable price to unclog it. He came at the time he promised and immediately worked on the task at hand. He observed all the social distancing etiquette to make sure everyone is safe around him. First he inserted a camera to show me where the clog was located and how it was obstructing the flow of water. With an electric snake he cleared the clog in no time. I was very happy with the result and it so happens my neighbor has a leak in his main water line a so I referred Humberto to him. They agreed on a price to fix the leak. As a bonus for the referral Humberto came back the next day to do the deep-scaling of our water line for free. I saved $350 for the job. What a nice guy!

I contacted My Drain Company this morning and requested they come this afternoon.  Not only were they prompt, on time, efficient, and friendly, but they made excellent suggestions about how to prevent the backup next time.  I would heartily recommend them to anyone in need of a truly professional and reasonable plumber.  Tony was terrific.....

Raul responded to my inquiry immediately, quoted me a great price, came out the same day, did a fabulous and meticulous job on the drywall repairs I needed, and carefully cleaned up after himself. He was also very courteous and friendly. What more could you ask for? In fact, I even inadvertently gave Raul an incomplete picture of the extent of the work that I was wanting, so his original estimate was probably lower than it should have been. I offered that I understood if he needed to adjust the price since the scope of the work ended up being more than he expected, but he told me not to worry about it. He mentioned that he has been doing this type of work for 20 years, and you can tell that he has a lot of experience and takes a lot of pride in his work. I'm so glad I found him! Yama and his crew was able to fit us in to fix a visible water leak and to delve into two walls to check why the plaster was deteriorating. They discovered a rotting drain pipe behind the wall and a disconnected pipe below the house.
Replacing the old pipe and connecting it to the drain was completed without delay. They made it look easy, but I know it comes from being very experienced in their trade. I appreciate their workmanship and friendliness.
You never know what you'll find in a 1950's house, but it is a great relief to know reliable, trusted professionals like Yama and his crew!

Our water heater had been making loud banging noises.  I called Flash Plumbing and Daniel came on the same day I called and gave a fair estimate.  He and his crew worked all day and installed a new tankless system which is 98% efficient.  He does not cut corners, he does the work right.  I have finally found a plumber who is efficient, fair and knows what he is doing.

I called extreme plumbing yesterday morning for an emergency service on a job I was working on. Not even an hour later they were there to the rescue! Sam and Abe are both kind and honest and were able to assess the situation very quickly. They had the whole thing done in about an hour & they did the job right. Definitely recommend!

Doug is my new go-to for any plumbing need.  He was on time (actually a few minutes early).  He doesn't talk your ear off and gets right to work.  I've always been skeptical of people who charge by the hour.  No need to worry about Doug's work ethic.  He's in, gets the job done right, and out.  Needed six stems replaced in three faucets, a shower adjusted (hot water wasn't working) and a tub snaked.  Total time 45 min.  I swear it would have taken me at least 4 hours.

Dylan came out to take a look at our water leak and was able to find the problem pretty quickly. He was very transparent and included me in his assessment and explained everything step-by-step. He did not leave until the leak was resolved despite it taking longer than expected due to rerouting of lines. I would recommend all city plumbing. You're in great hands if you request Dylan if it all possible. Very fair, honest, and personable

Tom Myers was our technician.  He was up front with all the work and explained what he was going to do and let me know how much it was going to cost.  He did an excellent job and now my sink is in working order.

We are really happy with the services provided by Cappello plumbing. We have used them in the past for small plumbing issues and servicing our water heater. They are always great. Recently we were having more issues due to the age of our home's plumbing. They came right away to help us out. They quickly found out the problem and fixed it in a timely matter. I really appreciate that they were always on time and provided friendly, reliable service. They are our go-to guys for any plumbing issues. Thank you Jordan, Alex, and Troy. You guys are the best!

We had a maddening leak characterized by water continuously leaking into the gutter from the drain, and the meter moving even when everything in the house was off.  We had our plumber, our landscape guy and our pool guy inspect and search and they could not identify the leak.  Josh came out and in his initial inspection, we thought he identified the leak, as being associated with the pool fill apparatus.  We turned off the pool fill and the meter stopped moving, so we thought we were done.  After he left, we noticed that the effluent was still emitting from the drain pipe, albeit a little more slowly.  And the meter was still moving, only very slowly.  About one digit every minute or so.  So Josh came back out and pressure tested the input with toilets off, sinks off, appliances off, still couldn't find the leak.  Then he inspected the property for moisture and couldn't find anything.  Then the last step was to bypass the water treatment system.  We hadn't done that before, because the water treatment system was tight and dry.  But as it turned out, the system had corroded (20 years old) and was leaking into the drainage overflow for the system.  We bypassed the system and the problem was solved.  He went above and beyond and didn't charge extra for the multiple visits.  Has all the tools and does diligent work.  Nice fellow to boot.  Highly recommended.

This is the ONLY company I use for repairing my air conditioner/heating unit in my home. I had to find a receipt from 2008 to remember who fixed it then because they did excellent work then and they did excellent work yesterday. Their prices are VERY fair and their employees are very knowledgeable and nice. They don't try to rip you off at all. The last time I had my duct work replaced on top of the repair I needed. They were so reasonable I asked how much would they charge for the duct work, and that was reasonable too, so I had them do it. Yesterday I had them come out because I had a small water leak. The repair guy showed me what was wrong, cleared the line and showed me what was clogging the water line. Cleaned the unit inside and outside. I don't write reviews much but I know when it comes to A/C and heating problems, some companies will rip you off or they don't really know what they're doing. Stephens is the BEST by far. Thanks guys!!! Much appreciated. Oh, and my unit is an older Carrier. And my serviceman was Oscar. He was great!
