I had an issue that my sink began overflowing at 10pm...called them and Tony was at my doorstep within 30 minutes! And 30 minutes later, the problem was fixed and everything was cleaned. In an out in 30. Can't get much better than that. And...the price was very reasonable!

I had Vince install a new toilet in our bathroom. The job was completed quickly and without any problems. The most impressive part. He left the bathroom floor cleaner when he finished! He took the time to clean the floor tiles in the hard to reach areas. That is a quality that is hard to find, in any type of service.

I also had Vince clean out my main sewer line, as preventative maintenance.

I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

The best thing that happened from my hot water heater going bust is that I found a fantastic plumber. Bryan is now my go-to for my plumbing needs.
Extremely friendly. Professional. Stellar work. Fast. Reasonable prices and less than other places. He quoted me over the phone and was very thorough with what it entailed. When he came over to review what was needed, he explained further. I like that. He worked fast and explained what he needed to do or was doing.
Bryan definitely saved the day.

My sink was flooding and the I called Flash Plumbing. I called them around 3:30 and they came the same day and fixed it the same day with a reasonable price. They accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it right after. They were courteous and efficient. I would definitely call them again!!! 5 Stars!!!

Kevin Shim has been very responsive and has great communication skills. He is also a very kind and a great professional. The shower water flow rate was very slow, but it wasn't the shower head. Kevin was able to diagnose the fix the issue within the single faucet handle valve. I appreciate the fair estimate and the quality of work. Called these guys after hours and they were able to come over, quickly assess the situation and provide a couple options to have our water restored. We have an infant and a toddler, going without water until the next day was not an option. I feel that Gary was upfront and honest. He was able to fix my water in a short time. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Gary was very nice and professional.

Doug of Clearwater came right over after locating a hard to find part for my toilet. So good to have that working again! He also replaced my kitchen faucet and sprayer with skill and impressive speed. It looks and works beautifully. I love it!

We had a bathtub faucet leak. The Sunday we called All City, they sent a repairman to fix it. Robert assessed the situation, explained the problem to us, drove to pick up the replacement parts, and finished the job in about two hours from arrival to departure. We appreciated Robert's prompt and professional service.

Brian showed up wearing a mask, and was very careful to maintain social distancing. He did an exceptionally good job, while keeping our kitchen clean. He an answered all our questions, and took time to explain what was needed; we'd definitely us him and Mr. Rooter again.

We had a good experience with these plumbers. They showed up on time, worked hard, and didn't try to up sell me on services we didn't need. They were able to fix a complex plumbing job over 3-days.

Josh came out the same day I called him with an impressive set of equipment. He narrowed the leak down to a specific location, opened the wall and there it was. I was then able to call a plumber. He cleaned up and was very professional. I definitely recommend him

Great service, no surprises. I was quoted a price, and charged that price, not even taxes! I asked for and was given a discount on a 3rd load, as I had nearly 5000 gallons to pump. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, he not only let me watch, but let me help (At no extra charge!), to remove every last bit of sludge from 2 tanks, one that had not been pumped in over 20 years. However, I suggest they employ a better method of removing  stuck man hole covers requiring less back breaking effort than the tools they carry at present.

He came from Canoga Park on a Friday afternoon to do a 10 minute job- I did not realise but he's also that efficient !- and then he had to go to Glendale apparently!!! Still smiling and polite!!!
