I have a property management business. Tony Placencia / My Drain Co has been my plumbing service on several jobs. I can wholeheartedly say that I highly recommend him!  He really looks after his customers to make sure they are well-informed about what is going on, and also gives great suggestions to the customer if they should ever need to replace something covered under warranty.  
Every time I deal with Tony, I learn something new, and it's knowledge that will be useful now and in the future.  Tony always shows up, communicates directly to let me know what the estimate will be before starting the work, and he completes the job in a professional and timely manner. He's been a great asset to us! Thanks Tony!!

I can only add my voice to those already here singing Vince's praises. He's the real deal - on time, fair, nice guy, super organized, excellent plumber - the kind of person you're happy to have in your home. Not only is he an experienced plumber but he goes above and beyond standard service.

I've used him several times and on my most recent call he came TWICE to try and repair a leaky faucet - a faucet that was beyond repair due to age and a flaw in the manufacturer's design - and never charged for either visit. What a prince.

I hired Raul to help remodel two rooms. We needed to change the carpet to vinyl flooring and also relocate two AC units. Him and his workers were very professionally, always came on time, and did an amazing job with the work we hired him to do. It was so easy to work with him. Can't wait to have him back to finish more projects! Thanks Raul and team!

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

Fair, Fast, and Professional.

My main water pipe bursted Sunday afternoon. I spent 4 hours fighting with home warranty to find a plumper for emergency response with no avail. I took it upon myself to call plumpers via yelp. I spoke to 4 plumplers and 2 of them  gave me estimates that were outrageous. Thankfully I got Bryan on my 4th call. Not only was he empathic, he provided a fair price and arrived less than a hour after we spoke. He was professional, explained what happened, how he will fix it, worked quickly, and cleaned the entire area before leaving. What could have been an expensive, time consuming experience, turned out to be a very pleasant one. I'm thankful to have worked with Byran and highly recommend him and his company.

Took care of my drain line clog on my washer. They had to replace the entire pipe. John came out to give me the initial estimate. Very friendly and honest. The owner kept me up to date with text msgs regarding appointment times etc. good communication. Price seemed fair for the amount of labor and work they had to perform. I will call them again for my future plumbing needs

Daniel and his team are top notch. Honest, quick and excellent work. Would highly recommend. They repiped our entire house and we are very pleased with their work.

Kevin Shim has been very responsive and has great communication skills. He is also a very kind and a great professional. The shower water flow rate was very slow, but it wasn't the shower head. Kevin was able to diagnose the fix the issue within the single faucet handle valve. I appreciate the fair estimate and the quality of work. Yelp to the rescue once again. Last week during our rain storm, our water heater suddenly quite working. After calling our regular plumber, who was unable to take the job for a few days, I searched on Yelp for a local plumber. Best-Way Plumbing answered my call right away and was able to come by to check out the situation. In a matter of a few hours, during a stormy day, we had a new water heater up and running. Truly appreciate everything they did to accommodate us that day. Definitely recommend Best Way Plumbing.

They are great..very professional..and  more importantly honest with work and pricing..unlike other plumbing company's where they try to empty your bank account and take your nuts too..and btw Doug the plumber is a funny guy..5 stars
Update..like I said before..Doug of Clearwater plumbing very straight up honest with his work and pricing..my mom is so happy with his work..she celebrated by going to the casino...at the penny slots..but seriously great plumber ..10 stars..

Shout out to Pierre A, fixed my slow drain in about 30 minutes. Would definitely use this company next time I need some help.

Brian and team did a great job in replacing an old drain line under my house.  They reduced the bends, making the line as straight as possible and even added a cleanout in case the new line ever gets clogged up.  I'll definitely use Mr. Rooter again!

The best of service once again from the guys a Cappello Plumbing. Jordan responded quickly and Troy and Tony combined cleaning out our stopped drains and installing a new disposer in one visit. We will always call them first when we need plumbing services.

Set up appointment and given a time.  Josh was very clear and punctual.  He used his equipment to verify the location of the leak .  Can't say enough good things about this company.

WOW, what an outstanding establishment this company is. First off i called about 300pm on thursday to make an appointment to have my rv dumped. On Friday at 10 am they where here on time to service my rv. Cameron was the tech whom took care of this service. Great guy with patience and understanding. Reason I say that is while emptying the tank his hose clogged up and we had a minor spill on the ground due to my girlfriends antiperspirant canister falling in the toilet. I felt horrible about it. He just cleared his hose, vacuumed up the spillage, poured bleach on the spot and rinsed it down. Kudos to Cameron and All in sanitation for a great experience with a shitty situation.

Recently we have Gary to service our toilet and tube backup plus replacing our tank water heater into tankless.  After initial snake thru the main-line (100 ft) the main-line still backed up so he recommend to install an main-line outlet ($750) at front the house due to the tree roots. (now come to think of it, its more of his line is too short) So he charged the snake thru $175 + video/probe for the mainline $250 + dig thru my  garden and installed main-line out $750.  plus installation of tankless water heater $2600.   Everything was done end of Sept. 2012.  While he doing his work, I mention about one of shower doesn't have hot water and see if he can take a look. (he said he know whats wrong and will be easy and quick and will be FREE OF CHARGE to fix.)  After he done with pluming and tankless work, he was too busy to take a look and have to come back another day (3 days later) to check out the shower.  Well, it end up it require regulator behind the shower control so he has to order the parts.  So during past 2 weeks, one of the toilet starts to backup on and off.  Today, Gary called (after 2 wks) said the parts arrive so he come and fix the shower head and charge me $170 ($100 parts and $70 15mins labor).  I'm shock...he should had only charge me parts.   Since I wasn't home while he finished his job and left, he simply ignore my email to him regarding the toilet back up issue.  So I called him to return to check out the toilet, he said for him to come out, there will be $170 charge.  Where is my warranty period??    Maybe I just Don't Understand how you can charge every little thing after I spend almost $4k for your service!!  No so friendly service for sure.

On September 26th, 2022 we had a brand new AC unit installed in our house and let me begin by saying that the service we received was outstanding!!!! Freddy and his helpers were very knowledgeable about everything and were also very professional. We got a great deal. We had previously called NexGen and the quote they gave us was outrageous. So glad we kept our business local and that they were able to give us the best deal around. I recommend them !!!
