Honesty, integrity...these are not two words I normally use to describe a plumber. BUT these EXACT words describe Tony at My Drain Company. I called with a problem and he showed up in about 20 minutes, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in record time. Tony also used his inspection camera to check for any additional problems...FOR FREE. In the past we have been charged $125 for this service. We will never call anyone but Tony for our plumbing issues. Save your self headaches and $$...call Tony first.

I had a partially clogged toilet and a shower that drained very slowly. I called him at noon, he came the at 4 pm same day. Friendly and efficient service. Communication is great. He gave me a price estimate prior to starting the job. He explained what he was going to do. After finishing the job, he even told me what the process was. Professionalism at its finest. And did I mention the affordable price?! All in all, I am a happy customer. I will definitely use this company again for plumbing problems in the future.

I worked with True Rooter & Plumbing to fix a gas leak at my house. I searched for various plumbers in the South Bay but found True Rooter to be the most responsive. It was also very easy to schedule an appointment.

Miguel and his team were consistently professional, kind, and courteous throughout the process. They communicated steps clearly with us and were thorough and efficient, which allowed us to get our gas up and running quickly.

Absolutely love these guys! They are my go-to plumbers. If you want a team that is thorough, does great work and will not try to take advantage of you - these are your guys. They consistently have gone above and beyond to get the work right.

I called Abe when my kitchen plumbing decided it was done working and they replaced the entire plumbing for a very reasonable price. While there, I asked him to look at my 1/2 bath, as the wood floors were warping and other plumbers told me they would have to knock out the entire wall to find the leak. Within a minute, Abe looked at the toilet and found a small leak via the bolt - showing me the rust and proof. It was a REALLY simple fix; other plumbers were looking for thousands. Abe charged me something so reasonable I can't even share it here because I want him to stay in business forever. This was really my moment where I recognized he's a good guy and wants to do what's right by his customers.

I brought the guys back to install a new bathroom vanity and they did a great job. We even had to saw part of the drawer to make it fit and they did it beautifully. They then went out of their way to instal the medicine cabinet that came with it which was done perfectly. And as an added bonus, they also tightened a faucet in my other bathroom. They left the place spotless as well. Again - just always going above and beyond.

I am bringing them back for another big job in a few weeks because I have a leak in my shower that's behind the marble and running into the wall. It's complicated and I trust them very much.

If you want a team that is thorough, does great work and will not try to take advantage of you - these are your guys!

Really helped us out of a jam over the holiday weekend. Needed a new kitchen faucet install (I ran into trouble half way through and needed a pro with real tools). Responded right away and came over next afternoon. Excellent job. Would absolutely call again. Much gratitude!

No legit business responds the way this business does. Let's just say how a business responds to HONEST and BLUNT reviews says a lot.  

HAHA this business conveniently skipped those amazing business owners out there that are doing the right thing.  So, this woman as you so shamelessly claimed.... #shameonyou She is a Yelp Elite for 8+ years and always make a point to call out crappy businesses.  Period. Too bad this guy doesn't like being called out, and his reply proves it.

Times must be tough.   Called @6pm and spoke to Gary (?) briefly to request an estimate to move a gas line. He asked I send send him picture and he can give me a range ballpark quote.  

But when I sent him the picture, he started asking about other jobs related to exhaust, hot and cold, water, etc. He even asked if it is a house or townhouse, that is totally irrelevant to the job estimate.  

When a potential customer inquired about a specific job, please don't try to add on other jobs that I'm not asking you for estimates.  

Of course, he did not provide any estimate.  And he was the only one of all the plumbers I talked to, who doubt that I would be tying gas at that location

Wow!!! I see why this company has 5 STARS!!!!! As an entrepreneur and a stay-at home mom, I'm use to getting the run around with some service businesses. This company is a class act!

I called for advice on two items and this professional gave me his honest opinion on both items and a 'round' about estimate on a simple plumbing item, without coming to my home to charge me a fee!

I recently bought a 50 year old house that was newly remodeled. After living in it for two weeks, my fiance and I noticed plumbing issues. We had All City Plumbing come out for a free diagnostics. The video footage they provided showed that my main sewer line was extremely clogged. Ruben suggested hydrojetting and descaling. Unfortunately, that revealed that the bottom of the cast iron pipes were rotting out! This was a lesson to be learned that I should always pay for a sewer scope when buying a house.

The main pipe ran under the newly remodeled kitchen and living room. I wanted to avoid ruining the new remodel. Ruben worked hard. He called his contacts and was able to provide solutions to avoid jackhammering and repiping.

I appreciated Ruben's attention to detail. Also, as a female I am often dismissed or looked down upon; however, Ruben always treated me with respect. He always took his time to answer my questions and explained what the team was doing.

One of the pros of all city plumbing is that they have a team come out and are efficient. Also, I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves. I hope I do not have plumbing issues in the future, but if I do I would not hesitate to use All City Plumbing again.

Brian&his coworker were good&it seems pretty honest. They gave me a quote for my pipe repair but I have to do my due diligence &so around. They've been doing the plumbing at my Tia's house for a few years now.

I gave rapid quality leak detection a call  due to a concern I had had about my high water bill and I had suspicion of a  leak . they showed up within an hour. Josh was very informative and got to work as soon as he got there with his great equipment and experience in 30 minutes he was able to locate the exact point of a slab  leak and referred me to a great plumber who took care of it . Rapid quality leak detection was also able to locate a second  leak I had within my wall. Overall this was a great experience would recommend them to anyone who's having the same problem I did !

WOW, what an outstanding establishment this company is. First off i called about 300pm on thursday to make an appointment to have my rv dumped. On Friday at 10 am they where here on time to service my rv. Cameron was the tech whom took care of this service. Great guy with patience and understanding. Reason I say that is while emptying the tank his hose clogged up and we had a minor spill on the ground due to my girlfriends antiperspirant canister falling in the toilet. I felt horrible about it. He just cleared his hose, vacuumed up the spillage, poured bleach on the spot and rinsed it down. Kudos to Cameron and All in sanitation for a great experience with a shitty situation.

A trusted plumber is hard to find but after shuffling through multiple, I finally found Eco Plumbing. This company did a great job analyzing and problem solving my bathroom plumbing issues. Andrew quickly stepped in, reviewed the situation, went back and ordered appropriate parts, then came back and executed the game plan. I'm very happy with his service and his expertise. I would recommend him to anyone.

I usually take care of home plumbing issues myself but it when the job is just too big for me to handle, I always call Stephan's.  I have had the pleasure of working with Miguel on several occasions and he has always been honest and professional. He has helped me with a couple of bathroom renovations as well as some emergency backups. I have always been very satisfied with their work.
