My Drain Company is our go-to plumber for all our home plumbing needs. They are responsive, on time, clean and polite always. Just yesterday we had a pipe burst in our front yard and we called Tony freaking out. He was at our house in three hours, found the part of the pipe that burst, and quickly replaced it. The cost for the service was totally fair and he even cleaned up the giant hole that he had to dig in our lawn to find the pipe.  Afterwards, you couldn't even tell he had been there!

Tony and his team are top-notch and I highly recommend them.

I needed a good plumber in a hurry, saw the five star review here on Yelp and was so very happy I did.  Vince came out the same day I called and even had to come out the next day - at no extra charge.

Great work and wonderful response time!!  Our front door threshold separated from the floor beneath it and we could not open the front door.  
Raul called me very shortly after I contacted him.  He came by the same day, looked at the problem, gave me a very reasonable estimate to make the necessary repairs and came the following day to do the job.  He came with all the necessary parts to repair the threshold and also replaced the stripping under one of the double doors that had worn out.  He made sure all the parts matched the bronze color of my door frame as they needed to be painted so they matched well.  He and his helper cleaned up beautifully and we were extremely pleased with the job they had done.
I would highly recommend Raul and will definitely use him for any future repairs we need.  We were very, very satisfied!!!!!

Honest, fast, friendly service.  What more can you ask for?  He diagnosed our problem and took care of it without complications.  He gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again and what changes to the pipes may need to be made in the future.  Thanks for the heads-up!   Hopefully no other problems arise with these older pipes, but we know who to call now.

Called Daniel at Flash Plumbing early on a Saturday morning for a broken water heater.  They replaced my water heater that same day and did an excellent job.  Very prompt, professional, and honest.   I won't hesitate to call Flash Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Shim's Plumbing was great, the plumber was able to come and check out the problem. They had good availability (I didn't have to wait too long, although it wasn't an emergency). They fixed the leak, I'm happy! I would totally hire them again.

Gary and Bob were at our house bright and early to fix our leaky shower.. And boy did they!  We were prepared for a hefty bill but they repaired it quickly and for less than we thought. They even ran out and found a needed part, something the plumber our insurance company sent had decided wasn't worth his time. I'm not wishing for any more leaks but I sure know who to call to plug 'em... Thank you Gary and Bob!

Helped me fix a problem over the phone and he didn't even charge me. So, I'm writing this 5-star review to thank him.

I was visiting my mom when a filter connection broke under the sink. Water was flooding the kitchen. We turned off the water and called him. He talked me through the problem for 20 min. Who does that anymore??  We fixed the problem together. He is amazing. Since he didn't come out, he didn't charge me. I told my mom to write his info down. It's rare to find someone as honest, helpful, and effective. Thank you!  We will definitely be sending you all our business!

I have to update my last review. I had a huge project; well at least it turned into one. A pipe broke in the back. The two guys came out said there was a cheaper way (just fix the pipe) or spend 15,000 on re-routing it. He talked us in to the re-route. Then also recommended a restoration company they work with. Well the restoration company ended up having to tear the kitchen apart...something that we were avoiding so we picked the more expensive option. The restoration company left a valve open and it flooded our dining room. After then the supervisor came from All-City he then told me that I should have went with fixing the pipe (the cheaper option) after his worker talked me into the other. I said this to him and was so mad that even more damage was done. Then they said they would be out to finish up two different times and it is now April and the job was finished Jan 29th and the job is still open. Pics from today. I called and didn't even get an apology. I use to recommend this company all the time and will not any more.

I have used Mr. Rooter multiple times and they have always given me outstanding service. Andy and his team were prompt, courteous, professional and  friendly. They worked extremely hard to solve my problems. I could not ask for a better experience. The company seems extremely well run; everyone I dealt with from the initial contact to the final service were real pros. I highly recommend them.

I am a very satisfied customer. My old water heater started developing a leak, I called and left a message and Jordan gave me a call back. He provided me very competitive pricing and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of. His employees Tony and Troy were very professional and took the time to get the job done correctly and professionally. The removal of my old water heater was more of a challenge than initially expected, they came up with a game plan and got the job done correctly. Capella plumbing is top-notch and I will recommend their business. They took care of me.

Rapid has been helping our Homeowners Association try to nail down the source of our irrigation leak.  The service has been fantastic.  The response time was quick and their rep was on the job within 24 hours.  He nailed down the general location and the plumbers came close (the leak is under concrete walkways and steps).  Rapid's Rep (Josh) came down again right away to double check and he pinpointed it better for the plumbers.  You don't want to have to cut out too much concrete! Pricing was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Rapid.

They take care of sheet!

I contracted with them to pump my septic tank before I purchased my home.  I needed someone to do an inspection of the tank and unfortunately, it required the entire tank to be pumped.  Because they only pumped and did not inspect, I needed to hire another company to do the actual inspection.  All in all, I'm pretty happy with them.  They were responsive and arrived on time.  Because I was in another state, they had to let themselves in but they were self-sufficient and took care of everything.  Not the cheapest service but reliable.

I'm glad that I found them and will probably be using their services again if sheet hits the fan.

We called Eco Plumbing when we had an emergency late at night. Andy came out the same day and fixed the issue. Eco Plumbing seems to be a great company! Not only are they reasonably priced but there service is great as well. Andy took his time to explain what the issue was and how he was planning to fix it. He took his time to make sure that everything was done correctly and then cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Eco Plumbing to anyone looking for a reputable honest company that gets the work done.

Our air conditioning stopped working last week, I called Stephens plumbing and Poncho came today on time. He is very nice and professional. He fixed our air conditioning in less than 1hour. We are very happy now.
