As a president of HOA I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to the crew of My Drain Company that quickly and efficiently solved huge problem by removing near 50 ft of old and damaged storm drain pipes and replacing them with new thick walls quality pipes.
We all were impressed with rapidity and quality of work that was 90% complete within 3 days!
Per our request Tony joined us on the meeting where he provided highly professional expertise on the issue. He answered many questions in regards of the problem and suggested periodical checkup storm pipes condition that we gladly accepted.
I have to admit that for me the entire process that started with camera test was quite educational.
Those guys are really friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable.  
This crew literally saved our building coz damaged with roots drain pipes were releasing water into the soil turning it to the clay. I was photographing entire process for our community and many of home owners were surprised by what they found inside of the pipes.

We never thought there are honest plumbers left until we found Vince. We were having so much problem with our kitchen sink and bathroom but we did not know who to call. A couple of plumbers we tried in the past were both so unaffordable to someone like me who is retired and has fixed income.

We saw Vince truck parked in front of our next door neighbor and so we thought if our neighbor trusted him, maybe he is worth a try. We also checked Yelp and he has very good reviews.

He came and found that there is a more serious problem under the house. The original pipe was corroding and that is why when he tried to run the cable in our kitchen pipe, it got stuck. He had to go under the house and replace the pipe. He told us he will give us an estimate so we could decide if we will let him fix it or just stop using our kitchen sink.

While waiting for his call, my wife and I were getting nervous about how much would it cost us. We thought for sure, it will going to break us financially. When he called, we couldn't believe the estimate that he told us. We will not be in debt.

Our kitchen and bathroom are now both working well. Thank you, Vince! You are God-sent.

I had Jesus and team fix a rickety, neglected porch including flooring installation, new handrails and steps. Shortly after I had them install posts and a large shade sail. This crew is incredibly courteous, responsible, and delivers quality work. They care about doing the job right versus quickly/hastily. I'm extremely happy to have found a handyman that can do various projects and with incredible diligence and attention to detail. If you appreciate getting the job done right and with a pleasant, hard working group, these are the guys for you!

My water heater stopped working and I had to get it replaced the same day. Called left message Yama called back within 10 minutes. Within 3 hours he had replaced the water heater and we were up and running.

I had a partially clogged toilet and a shower that drained very slowly. I called him at noon, he came the at 4 pm same day. Friendly and efficient service. Communication is great. He gave me a price estimate prior to starting the job. He explained what he was going to do. After finishing the job, he even told me what the process was. Professionalism at its finest. And did I mention the affordable price?! All in all, I am a happy customer. I will definitely use this company again for plumbing problems in the future.

Took care of my drain line clog on my washer. They had to replace the entire pipe. John came out to give me the initial estimate. Very friendly and honest. The owner kept me up to date with text msgs regarding appointment times etc. good communication. Price seemed fair for the amount of labor and work they had to perform. I will call them again for my future plumbing needs

I reached out to Daniel early in the morning when I heard my pipes leaking and received a response well before their official hours. They came by the same day, took a look at the problem and the surrounding area, and provided several solutions. When we landed on the project, they finished the job in just a few hours. All in all, a truly professional experience and gave my family and I peace of mind.

We had an emergency issue on our water heater.  Abe sent out his crew almost immediately and they fixed the issue ASAP and did an amazing job.  Will definitely use them again.

Gary and his team are awesome.  Very responsive, extremely reasonably priced and they know what they're doing.  They're quick, very creative problem solvers and they leave things better than they found it!

Doug is the epitome of excellent service.  From the initial phone call, it even seemed like was giving me tips on how to fix it myself!  It was pretty obvious that Doug was concerned about how to fix the problem and not my wallet.  Within the hour, our island sink problem was fixed, then he fixed an issue that the previous plumber left! On top of that, he didn't mind telling me about the ins-and-outs of plumbing.  I wonder if he takes apprentices?

I would like to thank you for your help in repairing the water issue we had here in san dimas.Numa Quintanilla was sent to take care of this issue late in the evening hours, he even waited for the water company to come and turn the water back on for 4 homes that is on this property off of east Juanita Ave. Again Numa thank you very much young man.

My toilet flooded overnight I called Mr Rooter that morning and they arrived and repaired the problem within a couple of hours. Thank you Danny for all your help today!

Thank you, Troy, for coming to our house.   We had the  unfortunate experience during a bathroom remodel where grout powder got into the drain and blocked drainage.   Troy came with his auger to break/remove the blockage.  Things were better, but then a month later, strangely, we noticed blockage again.   Troy and his crew were gracious to come again to give it another go without charge.   Always polite, courteous, and professional.  On another note,  Troy even remembered our house and maintenance service done three years prior. Sharp memory.

My water bill came in the mail and noticed I have a water bill  4 times higher than my previous 2 months. I walked the house and yard, I didn't notice any water anywhere so I called a plumber, he checked all around too and he said it's possibly a slab leak  and told me to call a leak detector so he didn't have to break open different areas to try and find leak. I didn't know that there was such thing as a leak detector. Anyway, I looked on Yelp and found a few companies and this guy was available the next morning.

Josh came out the next morning took out some inspection camera thing and scanned the floors and found a hot area in the kitchen under refrigerator. Once he figured out the area he tracked the pipes under the bathroom floor and then started listening to that area and brought out some tape and marked the spot. I didn't understand how he came for an hour used his equipment, marked the spot where the leak is. The next day plumber came and broke the floor where he marked and there was a pinhole in that exact spot. Amazing work . Blew me away. I couldn't. Highly recommend!!

When I needed the septic in my business emptied, I called around and found out 1, there's a wide range of prices (mostly way too high) for the same work, and 2, most in this industry seem to not understand that they are in a service business, and thus need to be friendly and responsive.
When I called All In, the owner answered and gave me a quick quote (good price!) and offered to come the next day (Saturday) without charging extra.  It was actually easier for me to push it a couple of days, so we worked out a 2-hour window.  Cameron arrived within that window, and he was friendly and informative.  He let me know I have a lot of sediment in my septic (apparently mostly from a cement floor finisher I used 6 months ago who dumped the cement residue in there), which is unusual and not a good thing.  I called the owner, who did some research on the project and called me back with a quote for fixing that if/when I decide to.  When I asked whether I could postpone that work, he was zero % pushy, said it was all up to me.  So I'll be calling them in a few months when my budget can support that followup work.
I've had to do work with several plumbing/septic companies in the past year, and this was by far the best service I got.

Hands down, the most knowledgeable plumbing company I've ever come across.  Very professional and took the time to answer all the questions I had about plumbing in my home.  Fast and affordable service. I highly recommend it!
