I hired them to deal with a leaky toilet.  They were prompt with a response and were readily available to come out and assess.  They assessed the problem, provided options for resolving the matter, and were fair with their estimates up front.  In addition, they were very friendly and careful to thoroughly clean up.  Outstanding experience, I would certainly recommend them!

We were looking for a plumber for our home addition. Tony came out on time and even though the job we needed was not what his company does, he spend the time to check our new addition, gave us some good recommendations and connected us with proper people for the job. Vince and Anthony are each FIVE STAR amazing. Each and every time I reach out, they are near bye, they get right back to me and arrive shortly after. They're the best, also Dog Friendly which I appreciate. No job too small, appropriate pricing, no funny business with up-selling, etc. This is the best plumber in town.

Contacted Raul over a couple installations needed around our home on Jan. 11, 2020. I found him on Yelp and as promised he responded within minutes and came the same day. (Leaving two stars because of this reason)

Other than that he left, advised he would send an invoice, and to send my email for delivery. Never received a response back.

Several generations of our family have done business with Yama Senior and Junior for over 30 years.  They are professional - punctual, clean uniform, knowledgeable, efficient, no up selling, patient, explain options and fair pricing.

They have replaced toilets, garbage disposals, water heaters, repaired leaks from refrigerator, sinks, faucets as well as piping work.

I highly recommend Yama for good work ethic and excellent workmanship.

I really hate to leave a negative review for a small business, but my experience was horrible and I am still dealing with the consequences of choosing this company.

I originally chose this company because I had used them before for a clogged kitchen sink and they did a good job.  

I had an issue with a leak in one of my hot water pipes.  The plumber they sent out said that he wanted to charge $500 to move my bathroom sink out of the way so he could see where the possible leak was.  I told him I would move the sink myself so I wouldn't have to pay that and he said ok.  He told me that there was a leak under my floor.  He just figured that was the problem because the floor was warm and he said the hot water pipe under the concrete was the problem.  He said his company worked with a restoration company that he could call and they would be able to take care of all of the repairs and they would even be in touch with my insurance.  He called True Services Restoration company and a representative came over that night.  This all happened the first time the plumber visited.  The restoration person said the damages would all be taken care of and he'd probably also be able to redo my bathroom.

The plumber from True Rooter came back a few days later to do the work.  He took the flooring off of my bathroom floor and had another person there who started jack hammering into the concrete.  I received a call from my family who were at my house while I was at work and they informed me that there was concrete dust getting all over everything in my house.  They didn't cover anything!!!!  They didn't even advise us to cover anything.  My infant son was at home while this was happening.  My family asked them to stop so they could cover things and at least put something up so dust wouldn't get into the living room and kitchen and all over my sons things, but they didn't stop.  So my family had to cover what they could while this was going on.  Then I got a call from them at the end of the day.  The owner went by and told them to stop because the concrete where I live is too thick to get through.  So they left a mess and broken bathroom floor.  The plumber was mad because he said he wasted a day, but I was left with dust all over everything!!!  

I spoke to the owner who said they didn't realize where I lived otherwise they wouldn't have went into the floor and there was another way they could repair the leak.  He assured me that it was an easy fix they just didn't want to go this route because they would have to make holes in my walls to find where the hot water pipe goes.  The plumber came back another day with another plumber and they cut 12 holes in the drywall of my condo in the ceiling, walls and garage.  He cut a pipe that was coming out of the wall in the bathroom instead of unscrewing it and didn't do anything at all with the pipe.  It was like he cut it for no reason.  Again, there was drywall dust on everything.  He didn't try to cover anything.  My family heard the two plumbers asking each other what they should do, then calling someone and cutting holes in the walls.  They didn't know what they were doing!!!!

At the end of the day, the plumber said it was done and told my family that he wasn't going to leave because he had to get paid.  They called me and I told him I had to leave work and I'd be on my way.  He said he'd take credit card over the phone.  I told him I wanted to check the work.  I got there and he was gone.  He wanted $3500 without allowing me to check his work.  When I got home, the upstairs shower didn't have water going to it at all.  He had made another issue and the hot water was still leaking. I let the owner know all of my issues I've had and we got to the point where we were texting because of all the issues.  He informed me that the plumber who came out was going through personal things and never leaves the mess that he left.  He said he suspended the plumber for what he did and would take $500 off of my bill for cleaning.  I let him know about the new issue and that the leak wasn't resolved.  He came by and said that he wasn't going to fix the new issue with the upstairs bathroom.  He told me that all he could do is not charge me anything for the work.  OF COURSE HE CAN'T!!!!  NOTHING WAS DONE!!  I was in a worse situation than before. He said that he would pay to have the drywall fixed, but that was it.

I also told him about True Services Restoration and he told me that they don't work with that company.  When I spoke to the restoration company, they said that my appointment with them was cancelled by the plumber.  I told him I still wanted to work with them and he said no because the plumber told them not to work with me.

Bottom line...small clogs are all this company can handle.  If anyone has questions, private message me.  I have texts and can prove this all happened. The owner said I can try to take him to court. Any lawyer interested?

We had a sewer line issue (backed up into the house)...came out on Saturday to diagnose, then showed up with the crew and parts on Monday morning. The job ended up a bit larger than expected as the system was originally (many years ago) installed incorrectly...but David took it all in stride (even though it was 3.5 hours more work than expected!). Did a great job on the repair (kept us updated as the work progressed) and cleaned up pretty much everything (including replacing the turf as good as I could imagine)!

Definitely folks I'd call either for an emergency, repair or upgrade projects (though we haven't done an upgrade with them yet...), since they seem to take real pride in doing the whole job right (including cleanup!) and for a good price.

I had a great experience from the moment Abe called me! Rather than him coming over to check what I needed done and charge me a service charge, he requested I FaceTime him to see if I could fix the issue myself for free. Unfortunately, my water heater needed to get replaced and Abe and Xavi were here the next morning. They brought the replacement tank and everything. They will always be our first call for everything moving forward. They are strict with COVID protocol which we greatly appreciated. Greatest customer service!

Kevin was able to come to my house on the weekend and install a vanity, 2 faucets and replace 2 p-traps. Would definitely recommend.

Gary was great I needed a plumber last minute, Gary made the time , checked out the situation and was very honest and professional, he also has a really nice personality

Third time called - first time reviewed.

I wish I had done this sooner. The first two experiences were stellar - but the third took the cake.

Doug had tenant proofed a rental we had and came to our new home to change out some faucets and showers.

I had been noticing moisture on the garage floor. I did not know where it was coming from until we had a plumber assigned by the home warranty come out to diagnose.

The home warranty told me because it involved cutting into plywood - they would not help us.

I called Doug and he responded quickly. In short order he had the wall cut open, straight lines so the plywood could be put back, and the pipe replaced.

It was cast iron and very heavy. Doug is always meticulous and God Fearing - which is rare in today's day and age.

He works as if it were his home and only does what is necessary, never over selling.

There are a lot of hack plumbers in the world and if any tell you they charge by the job and not hourly plus parts, be weary.

Doug is a straight line plumber and works with conviction.

We had been out of the area for a bit and came back with no hot water. We knew our water heater was acting up. While we tried to troubleshoot ourselves, we weren't able to fix the issue. All City Plumbing was fast and responsive in the our request for an appointment. They gave us a 2 hour time frame and they were on time and efficient.

Lorenzo was very kind, attentive, and helpful. He was able to figure out the issue, repair it and he provided us with tips for the future in terms of maintaining our water heater.  He was very professional and provided us with great education on the maintenance of our home appliance.

Highly recommend this service and highly recommend this technician! Thank you again Lorenzo. You're a life saver.

Great service, professional and reliable!
I had a sink drain clogged on a Sunday afternoon around 4:00 p.m. a couple of weeks ago. Not only were the kitchen sinks clogged, but water started coming out on the bar sink on the other side of my kitchen. I called the smell good plumbers first and they couldn't send anybody. I called Mr. Rooter and I had a plumber by 6:00 p.m. It took him about an hour and half but got the job done and thoroughly explained to us what the cause of the problem was. Plumbing problems are absolutely the worst and to happen on a Sunday afternoon, but this company came through for me, made it as less painful as possible. The fee was steep (about $300.00) but I could have gotten flooded and it would have cost a lot more. The value was there: prompt, professional, reliable, AND he smelled really good!

I called with a water on the floor issue... Leaking from kitchen sink... They told me over the phone how to temporarily turn water off.... My problem was fixed by noon!!! Very speedy repair- was VERY happy with price and service!!!!

Responded quickly and arrived on time. Professional, courteous and honest.  Great at explaining the problem and recommending next steps.

Called on a Saturday morning and by that afternoon my RV was fully serviced at my location. Very impressive response time. I was also impressed by the attention to cleanliness in a dirty business. The service fee was very reasonable and the service agent was very courteous. I'll definately call them again.

I am shocked at all the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience:

1st visit - Andrew came to my place to figure out the source of my leaking shower head. He was not particularly cordial, nice or professional - he was not wearing a mask and wore his boots directly into my place leaving traces of debris all over my bathroom floor from his boots. I brushed it off and gave him benefit of the doubt - we all have bad days, right?

2nd visit - Andrew has the part, and replaces it, which fixed the leak in my shower head. However, he told me I had to have my shower head in a certain tilted position in order for it not to leak (when I've never had to do that before). Then, I didn't notice until after he left that the knob was installed in the opposite direction from before. When I called him, he was a bit short and rude with me and told me it was not a big deal. To me, it is a big deal because of my injury in my arm and also having always turned it one direction since I moved into my place (5+ years ago), to suddenly have to turn it the other is a nuisance and takes getting used to - why should I have to deal with that if I don't need to, and am just asking for it to be installed in the original position like before?

3rd visit - he comes over to try to reinstall the shower knob in the original position. After taking it apart he says it can't be installed in the old position. I found that odd, and questioned him a few times because I was genuinely curious why it was not possible. I knew there had to be a reason but God forbid I ask! He responded very rudely, and couldn't give me a proper answer (because he couldn't do his job of finding out why from the manufacturer or where he bought it from) except that that's just the way it is, and that he didn't know because he didn't make the part (Wow, really?). Very short tempered and raising his voice, he tells me to not waste his time, pressuring me to make a decision on how to reinstall it in a different position and he left shortly after. Still not being satisfied with his extremely unprofessional behavior, I called him after to nicely ask him about the part - what the brand was and what is the serial/part number so I can try to find an answer myself since he won't. All he did was tell me the brand, and said he didn't know what the serial or part number was - couldn't even bother helping me get that information when he purchased the part. Before he got off the phone with me, he even told me that I'm not going to get an answer because the people that sell these parts are idiots (his words) and once again told me to stop wasting his time. This is after I paid him almost $400 (no more than 2 hours labor and about $100 for the part)!!!

Well, 1.5 hours later after speaking with the actual company that makes the part and another store (idiots) that sold the part, I got an answer because there WAS a reason why it was turning the opposite direction, and it was the idiot (store) that solved the problem for me - something Andrew should have tried to find out for me especially when he is the professional here and bought the part and provided the service.

I always try to give people benefit of the doubt and treat all with kindness but the way I was treated was not acceptable. This was a very disappointing, expensive and unprofessional experience and I hope no one has to go through that.

Please don't waste your time with Andrew unless you want to be treated like crap.

Two stars because they are at least presentable looking and courteous  when speaking to them.

These guys have been contracted by the Miraleste Canyon Estates HOA for several projects including working on a water main. Which they have had to do OVER and OVER and OVER again. I understand that working on a water main requires you to cut off water to those it supplies, but when you are having to do it four or five days every month for the last several months, clearly you are doing a project you do not have the man power for. Every time they work on it and give an estimated time for the water to be turned back on it is at least and hour or more before the water is turned back on. Other times it is turned off without notification at all.
