I was impressed with how quickly they were on site and their professionalism. A stepwise approach and plan to address the findings was explained. I'd feel very comfortable contacting if we have future plumbing issues.

They showed up within an hour of my call, snaked my kids' backed-up toilet and cleaned up after themselves with bleach cleaner.  Whole thing was done quickly and efficiently for a fair price.

It's high time I'm writing this review for Vince's Plumbing because he's been rescuing my old home's plumbing for two years, and after going through several plumbers who really are outrageously expensive. Vince always shows up when he says he'll be here, quotes me prices normally under what I am expecting (considering what I'm used to hearing from other plumbers) and does a fantastic job, no matter what it is. Friendly, trustworthy, punctual and excellent work= a five star review. I'm so happy that I found him, because I know I'll need to use his services for years to come, and it's so difficult to find honest, kind people to do excellent work in the service community. I'm a single woman and I get targeted a lot by service people preying on my lack of knowledge of how much things are supposed to cost, but Vince treats me fairly and even works Sundays for his normal rate, not time and a half. I can recommend his services with total confidence to anyone. Gold stars x infinity!!!!

Jesus did a great job! Fixed several things around the house, hung a new light fixture, shelves, etc. He showed up on-time and kept me updated on his work. He went to the hardware store for me to fix our sink the same day. The LED light fixture started flickering the next morning due to the light switch (didn't happen the first day), and Jesus promptly showed up to change out the switch. Everything works great now!

Yama is the bomb!  Good guy.  Does the job right every time and is very reasonable with his rates.  I've been calling him for years now and am always pleased with his work.  He's very courteous and he smells good too.

We needed a dishwasher disconnected so we could receive a new one. Bryan responded quickly to our request. We live in a gated community that only allows contractors in during a 9:00 am-5:00 pm window. Bryan's services are in high demand, but he was able to come and do our job between other bigger jobs. We are so thankful for his efficient and expert workmanship. He even took the old dishwasher outside and left the space for the new one spotless. We recommend Bryan highly and will be using him if we ever have plumbing or rooter needs in the future!

True Rooter's text arrival system was very handy to know when and who the arriving plumber is. Kevion was very prompt, professional and knowledgeable. Bernard made our entire process very easy. We look forward in the future to using True Rooter because we know the customer's satisfaction matters to them.

Our process starting with a clogged main line that happened at 9pm. After waiting an hour for our regular plumber to respond I gave Flash Plumbing a try. Daniel showed up in 30 mins and cleared the clog.  

We discovered the problem was bigger than the initial clog. The main line needed replacement. It's a long story which I won't tell, but short version -Daniel showed us clearly what the problem was with a camera, and explained the process to us & they did the work promptly. Daniel was there over-seeing the work the whole time.

They did an excellent job. See the pictures of trenchless sewer replacement.   HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Of course the water heater picked NYE to stop working.  After a whole day of trying to fix it myself (supposedly a 5 minute fix), I realized it was time to call in the pros.  Abe was at my place with in an hour and finally got the part repaired and the hot water flowing!  Very friendly & fast!  I'm glad to have found my go-to plumber!

Shim's Plumbing was great, the plumber was able to come and check out the problem. They had good availability (I didn't have to wait too long, although it wasn't an emergency). They fixed the leak, I'm happy! I would totally hire them again.

I inquired about a leak that needed to be checked. They responded immediately and was at my house just as fast. The team was professional and handles everything. They were very equipped for the job. I am glad I contacted them. If you need anything, give them a call

Very attentive and they were able to accommodate my last minute schedule to show at 7pm at night!!! To make sure my plumbing and septic issues were addressed.   The representative was nice and professional, conducted their business for about an hour, let me know they were done and left with some tips on proper septic tank care.  Recommend!

Our Water Heater Tank had been leaking for a couple days.   I called Andy at Eco Plumbing on Saturday.  He ordered the most reliable Water Heater available first thing Monday morning, and by early afternoon it was up and running.   Professional and Prompt service!  Highly recommended!

We've had Stephen's Plumbing do 3 different jobs for us. The first one - 3 years ago - was great. Came out quickly, got the job done, price was reasonable. The second one - 1 year ago - the repair person missed window of time I was give by 2 hours, and then couldn't fix the problem without ordered a part. That was fine - but it took more than a week to get the repair person back out on the job, and I had to repeatedly call to get the appointment scheduled. I kept getting told that the part would be picked up that day and I'd get a call back later to schedule, but nobody would call me back.

The last job was ridiculous. First, took a couple of days to get the appointment scheduled, and then the repair person missed the appointment window by two hours. Diagnosed problem, but had to come back out with different tools/equipment. Fine. Was told the office would call me to schedule. Never called - I called back at the end of the next day. Was told would be called in the morning after the dispatcher talked to the repair person. Wasn't called. Had to call back and was told same story. This went on for a couple of days. The day before Thanksgiving (and I had wanted fixed before Thanksgiving and had called a week and a half before Thanksgiving), was told I would be called about noon. No call. Called at 12:30 - was told would be called at 1. No call. Called back at 1:30 - oh, was told that everybody went home for Thanksgiving and I would be called on Monday. Called another company, and got the issue fixed in one day. Still have never received call back from Stephens.
