Long Overdue review for a service completed in January of this year!

Called Humberto at 7 PM when our water heater started to leak, he was even willing to come the night of if we needed him to. But we went through with the next morning instead. He was fully booked so he squeezed us in at 6:30 am!

Very professional, arrived on time, and got everything fixed with his team.

Would recommend!

Woke up today with no hot water, not a good situation with the current coronavirus lockdown and the need to wash my hands frequently... So at 8:30AM I figured it was time to consider replacing my 17 year old Kenmore water heater that I loved. Vince wasn't picking up so I called another company that I won't even dignify by posting their name. They came quickly and quoted me $4000 for a new basic water heater, including installation that accounted for all these new code requirements. They also said my water pressure was 140 psi, so I needed a new pressure regulator as well, for additional cost. REALLY?? The pressure regulator is only 2 years old! I thanked them and sent them on their way. Called Vince back, he picked up (turned out he was at a doctor's appointment, please stay healthy Vince!) He was at my house within 10 minutes (he lives a block from me, I always see his truck around). He and his highly-skilled assistant checked the thermocouple (which would have been a cheap fix, but the parts would have taken days if not weeks to arrive, since they are not universal). I asked what it would be to replace the whole unit, since I figured old Trusty Kenmore was on her last legs, and probably not very efficient anyway. Vince quoted me a price that was extremely fair (less than half of what the other company quoted). His bid also accounted for all the new code regulations. He called his supplier, drove to pick it up, was back within an hour and an hour later we had a new water heater! The installation was beautiful (ok I may be a nerd, but I appreciate a nice, clean, symmetrical, aesthetically pleasing installation). To summarize, within 3 hours of the problem occurring, we had a new water heater at a fair price! Oh, and the pressure regulator (which Vince installed a couple years ago) was absolutely fine, it was still set at 75psi, which is normal and safe, so the other company was trying to rip me off (I never would have done business with them anyway, after the $4000 quote). I am so glad Vince is in Burbank. He is honest, fair, reliable, quick and a great guy!

I contacted this business in need of a handyman because the guy I hired two days before didn't show up. Raul responded in ten minutes! His professionalism amazed me. After speaking with others in the business I was somewhat frustrated. I felt as if I was asking for a favor and could someone please help me. That wasn't the case with Raul. Within minutes we had set an appointment for an estimate. His assistant showed up at the designated time. I felt comfortable with them. The price was reasonable and the work was top notch. I look forward to doing business in the future with these guys. Highly recommend!

Yama has been our plumber for years. He and his crew are always extremely knowledgeable and also pleasant to have in your home. They have replaced a sewer line, trouble shot and fixed leaks and replaced faucets.
Their work is great and I recommend them highly!

This company is by far the best we have had for the last 18 years after using various companies some better than others.
We have our main sewer line to the street blocks up every two years due to tree roots. Bryan came and ran the rooter as far as it would go even though the blockage was in the first 30 ft...he wanted to do a complete job and was efficient and clean using like new equipment.. He was at our house within 30 minutes of calling on a Thursday afternoon. Bryan was very knowledgable and straight up and a pleasure to do business with we highly recommend him and Plumber & Rooter 4less.

Miguel & Jose @ True Rooter was phenomenal to say the least! Yesterday, I called him up based on his YELP reviews; Miguel was polite and professional, I told him I needed service ASAP. I asked him when can he come to fix our plumbing - right away - he said I can come Friday @ 10am. THAT's FAST SERVICE! I was impressed. Miguel can to my home at 9:00am, he called me to let me know he was on his way at 8:30am, he was prompt when he arrived. He respected my property!

He provided Hydro-Jetting service and camera service for a very competitive and reasonable price. Roughly about 1/3 less than his competitors...

He SAID WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO, and DO WHAT HE SAID! Very informative and clear in his explanations.

In the end, I was extremely satisfied, he cleaned up the areas he was working... impeccable customer service !!! Definitely second-to-none ***** HIGHLY RECOMMEND *****

I'd give his company 10-stars.... 5-stars for fast professional service & impressive customer service and another 5-star for cleaning up afterwards! WOW!

I've use flash plumbing on two occasions. The first was to redo the piping under my house, which they did overnight very quickly and quietly. The second was to install a new water heater, which they did in the pouring rain. They are very quick to respond and very quick to fix the issues. For my issues they were able to get the parts and complete the job within 24 hours of me calling them. They are definitely great for emergencies since they are a 24 he service. I can't recommend them enough.

These guys saved me and reallllllllly came through for us during a super stressful move!!!! We're moving into a new spot and I wanted to change out a fixture for our shower and kitchen faucet - they also purchased and installed an osmosis system for us!!!

Babke was amazing and when I installed my washer and dryer they came out to help me fix a poorly installed drain the same day! They really helped us and we're able to move in much more comfortably!

Kwang was a great plumber who quickly unclogged our shower drain. He was responsive, and while he was here, he also fixed a long standing issue with my kitchen faucet. Will call him next time I have any plumbing needs.

Great company and great people ! My friend recommended me to them for some plumbing issues at my house. They gave me a really good price for what I needed done, I will continue to give them my business. I have had other plumbing company's I used in the past and it doesn't compare to Best way plumbing. I had a leak from my shower flowing into the garage .  Doug promptly returned my call and made a tough job look easy.  He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak.  He was very personable and professional. I give him a high recommendation.

I decided to go with All City Plumbing from a recommendation my buddy gave me. BEST DECISION !  Raymond V gave top-notch service and finished the job swiftly

My line backed up after doing a couple loads of laundry. Deena was able to send a plumber very quickly. Brian did a great job I really felt like he took the time to snake and clear the line. He used a camera to also see what was causing the backup. Big trees at the street seem to be the culprit but got great service to get it cleared at a reasonable price.

I called to get my kitchen sink unplugged. The receptionist said she'd relay the message. I received a call shortly after, saying that the plumber in my area would call me with an ETA.  Within minutes I received a call from Aaron saying he be here in 15 minutes. He showed up on time and quickly solved the problem with his equipment. Nice guy, very efficient and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend to someone in need.

I had a terrible time pulling out the Delta Shower Cartridge it took me most of the day to remove it then when I tried to insert my new cartridge it wouldn't seat properly after struggling for a few hours I finally gave up and called Eco Plumbing. Andrew returned my call and said he could stop by after he finished his current job he arrived about seven thirty and worked very hard to seat the cartridge but it seems that the valve body was defective .Andrew would not give up and after cleaning and scraping the control valve multiple times he finally got the cartridge to seat he saved me from having to cut up the drywall to get to the control valve and replacing it.

Victor came to my son's home on 10-12-19 because the water heater was making gurgling sounds.  It turned out to be a running toilet in the same room.  Victor replaced the toilet handle only and charged $196.00 for labor and 18.99 for the handle.   He said he would have to go to Home Depot for a toilet handle and was gone 50 minutes.  The actual work only took 30 minutes.  Stephens charges you for their trips to Home Depot when they should carry parts in their trucks.  I called their office with my concern, but no one ever called me back.  Beware.  I am looking for a new plumber.        Lupe Grajeda, San Pedro, Ca.
