Today, I called another plumber to fix my leaking bathtub faucet. Upon inspection, he told me that he has to make a hole on my wall to get to the pipes and I had to pay $875, in addition to the $280 dollars cartridge and service. I told him to just put everything back and I ended up paying him $89 for doing nothing. Then I tried one more time and got Humberto who came same day to fix everything without any problems at all and much cheaper too. Humberto was very polite and explained everything to me very well. I will not hesitate to call him back for any plumbing issues.

I have to write another review for My Drain Company. Late last week, we had an issue with our sewer drainage system. I called and texted Tony at 4:30pm about the problem. He had already let his guys go and he was finishing up a call. He said he would be over around 7:00pm. He was there at 6:45pm. He diagnosed the problem and went to work. Forty-five minutes later the issue had been resolved and he charged me a fair price. Tony saved the day! He was genuine, considerate and honest and  we had a wonderful conversation as well. He even came with covers for his shoes so he could walk in the house. This is the second time I have used this small business and have been very impressed. If you have issues with your plumbing do not hesitate to call them!

JR took care of all my plumbing needs with expertise, care and absolutely reasonable pricing. Honest, efficient and fair. I have a plumber for life.

From all the rain that Southern California has been getting these last few weeks we have had some windows that started to leak. One in particular was leaking non-stop and our doggy pee pee pads weren't doing the trick. Raul was able to squeeze us in immediately and even came out in the pouring rain to fix it. Very impressed with his quick and efficient service. Will be using again!

Yama has been our plumber for years. He and his crew are always extremely knowledgeable and also pleasant to have in your home. They have replaced a sewer line, trouble shot and fixed leaks and replaced faucets.
Their work is great and I recommend them highly!

Lupe from True Rooter came to service our office in Redondo Beach and they did a fantastic job! He came very quickly, and to be honest I had price shopped a few other local plumbers and True Rooter & Plumbing was the most reasonable. They didnt leave a mess once done with their job and I will definitely use them again in the future. I highly recommend them to anyone in immediate need of a true professional service.

If I could leave a 6-star review I would. We smelled gas. We have a baby. It was freaking us out. I was on the phone with Daniel 10mins later. He + 2 co-workers arrived within an hour, after regular business hours, and assessed the issue. We located the valve that was leaking and isolated the issue so my family could sleep tonight not worrying about gas poisoning/explosion. It meant a lot to our family to be able to find quick pro help.

In a time of emergency, other plumbers were trying to charge thousands to fix a sewer issue but Abe and his crew fixed my problem for good under $500! I was shocked by their honesty !

On-time, decent price, nice guy. What more can you ask for?

Our hot water heater quit on us yesterday, and we didn't know where to turn.   I saw the reviews for Clearwater Plumbing and decided to give them a call.  I was very impressed that my phone call was answered immediately.   Doug was great, answered all my questions and gave a very fair price.   Within a few hours our hot water was replaced and we're back in business!

I have very mixed feelings about experience with them. Pros: the appointment was setup very quickly and technician came over right on time.
Cons: As for the job itself, the technician gave me one expensive option and I specifically asked if there's any other option to get it done, it's in the garage and I didn't need anything pretty or fancy. The answer was no, no other possibility. It was expensive and I decided to request a quote from another company. The other company offered me two options, the same expensive one for the same price and a cheaper, simpler alternative, 3x cheaper. I went for it and everything was fixed.
So I didn't hire mr rooter plumbing of LB because either the technician didn't know that there are other ways to get it done or they didn't disclose the cheaper option. Either way I don't appreciate it.

Great work again. New house with gas leaks! Cappello quickly found the leaks and  got the job done right, on time and a very fare price. Don't ever think about another plumber.

I have a rental unit that had no hot water and was told by a plumbing company that I had a slab leak somewhere around my rental property. Of course I didn't believe it at first until I decided to call Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh and his worker responded on time and didn't waste any time. They were very professional and explained everything to me while he was working. They had all the equipment to find the source of the leak. The cost was reasonable and I was glad to know that I could now move forward in fixing the problem. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

They take care of sheet!

I contracted with them to pump my septic tank before I purchased my home.  I needed someone to do an inspection of the tank and unfortunately, it required the entire tank to be pumped.  Because they only pumped and did not inspect, I needed to hire another company to do the actual inspection.  All in all, I'm pretty happy with them.  They were responsive and arrived on time.  Because I was in another state, they had to let themselves in but they were self-sufficient and took care of everything.  Not the cheapest service but reliable.

I'm glad that I found them and will probably be using their services again if sheet hits the fan.

Fast service.  Very responsive.  Fair prices.  And Gary has a great sense of humor!
