My Drain Company has helped me with two plumbing issues and they have been great.  In one instance, they needed to replace a portion of buried pipe to clear a root blockage.  They handled it quickly so that we would be minimally inconvenienced.  They are dependable, professional and reasonable.

Vince is the best!  He is very professional and friendly. He knows his craft, and he is prompt to return calls and communicate. He is very skilled and fast! He replaced our broken water heater in a JIFFY! I also appreciate that he is fair with his prices. I will be calling Vince next time I need a plumber!! And every time from now on!

Kevin Shim has been very responsive and has great communication skills. He is also a very kind and a great professional. The shower water flow rate was very slow, but it wasn't the shower head. Kevin was able to diagnose the fix the issue within the single faucet handle valve. I appreciate the fair estimate and the quality of work. Had a leaky pipe in the ceiling of my kitchen. I'm in a condo so I wasn't sure if it was my pipe or my neighbors.  We played phone tag for a few days to schedule an appt. He came out and fixed it in under an hour. Really liked him, reminded me of my pa:)
Turned out it was my pipe.

I had called a handyman to come and fix my toilets. After two attempts he still didn't repair them. I then called ACP and in one visit repaired all three toilets and the garbage disposal. A bit pricy, but the peace of mind of knowing it'll be  done in one day may be worth it to some. Efrain was very helpful and kind, and did an excellent job.

I'm a little confused as to how this company is run, but I made a call in to report a gas leak. The dispatcher told me that they would send out a technician to diagnose the issue then determine what repairs need to be made. When the technician came, he did NOT diagnose the issue.. He simply gave me an estimate costing $583.32 to diagnose the issue!!!

So now tell me, what's the point of sending out a technician and wasting your company resources when he didn't diagnose the issue in the first place?

Update.. Greg called and apologized and worked with me on the issue. I ended up going with another company, but at least he tried to rectify the mistake his team members made.

Great service, no surprises. I was quoted a price, and charged that price, not even taxes! I asked for and was given a discount on a 3rd load, as I had nearly 5000 gallons to pump. Daniel was a pleasure to work with, he not only let me watch, but let me help (At no extra charge!), to remove every last bit of sludge from 2 tanks, one that had not been pumped in over 20 years. However, I suggest they employ a better method of removing  stuck man hole covers requiring less back breaking effort than the tools they carry at present.

I've been using Gary at Eco Plumbing for the past 5-6 years.  He's professional, fast and reasonable.  No complaints!

Not happy this company tried to fix something that wasn't broken and charge me a ridiculous amount.  I called another company and the problem was solved for under 100.00.
