Came out kinda last minute on a Friday to give us an estimate on replacing valves in our bathroom that was in the middle of a remodel. He was and able to come out on Saturday and get us fixed up so they crew could finish up on Monday. We are definitely going to be calling again for future projects.

Brought over a plumber to fix the sink, couldn't figure out why it and the garbage disposal in the new house were not working. Sink was motion activated (in a VERY weird way) and garbage disposal button was hidden. Did not charge extra me for these services.

Yama the Plumber is still A - MAAA - ZING !!

My friend D was goofy enough to call a plumber based on a coupon (?!) he got in the mail.  The coupon was for $45 to rooter and scoping (video) of his pipes. UGH!  I knew it was beyond dopey for D to have done that.  Sure enough, these plumbers try to convince him that his toilet was backing up because he had cracked underground water pipes, and the pipes had to be replaced.  I knew these plumbers were fibbing because they claimed they put a scope / video his pipes, but didn't show D the actual results (?).  They said they'd fix it for $2,900, but would discount it to only $2,000.  I told D to NOT commit to this service, but would immediately call around to plumbers I absolutely trusted.

Roy (Yama the Plumber) immediately put D as a priority service call. This is because I told Roy that D's very small house only has the one toilet / bathroom.  Roy is a fantastic plumber and is always in demand; so may be difficult to get on his schedule.  But as Roy is truly a nice guy, he didn't want someone to have their one toilet to be unusable.  

Roy and his assistant, Jose, came out today to D's house.   They scoped D's piping all the way to the street, and showed D that there were no blockage or pipe issues.  They further augered D's toilet, which also showed no blockage.  Roy then replaced D's toilet with a new one (D had already informed Roy of the toilet that he wanted).  From the time they arrived, to the time they left, Roy and Jose finished everything in one hour.  The pricing was reasonable and fair.  D had to insist that Roy take a tip over the charge amount; Roy tried very hard to give the tip back saying it's too much.  

D was beyond thrilled with the responsiveness, knowledge, and timeliness of Roy.   Whoopee for Roy !

Bryan is great, very knowledgeable and thorough. He can usually accommodate your schedule. He's done a few jobs for me with good results and good pricing. Bryan is very personable and has a good sense of humor. I haven't had to use him for an emergency. I usually contact him via text. He stays pretty busy so it's good to have some flexibility.

After a couple of no shows from others.  I reached out to these folks.  Robert was responsive and did a great job.  They are on my #1 list to call for other work I have coming up.

I submitted my request. They answered right away. Within few hours. What I needed repaired was done. Very professional and efficient. Thank you for your service.

Yoni, who works for Abraham, came over and was able to troubleshoot and fix our kitchen sink surprisingly quickly. We've used Extreme Plumbing before when we had to find the main sewer line from our house. We've been delighted with their service, and will continue to use them in the future.

Good work, good price, honest. He did not try to sell me work that I didn't need. I would use him again.

I had a pinhole leak in a pipe inside a wall that required the water to be shut off until it was fixed. I called at 8 am on Friday morning and Gary and Bob were here by 8:45. Super nice guys and local to Hermosa. Problem was fixed by 9:15. Will definitely call again. Thank you Gary!

Came out quickly, and did a thorough and professional job!  Tyler was great - and fixed an issue that 2 previous plumbers we have used could not

Sam and his partner (I'm not sure of his name) came to assess our broken water heater the very next day after we called. Sam gave a very clear explanation of what broke and explained thoroughly what I should expect. The next day Joseph and his partner, Mike, came to fix the heater. When he realized he was given the wrong part by the parts company, he drove four hours to another county and back to get the part and make sure it was fixed the same day. Overall the service was amazing, communication was spot on and I would highly recommend this company to anybody.

Stay away. RipOff. Had to switch out main line on a rental house and they quoted me 10k. I used Shamrock Plumbing and they did it for 6k. Rooter works on commission.

I contacted about five different services to get our  furnace pilot lit. We had a leak at the street equipment so the Gas Company had to shut off our gas and then refused to re-light the pilot because it is under the house. Jordan was really responsive and really reasonable. His rate was 1/2 to 1/3 of what the other places quoted me. He was prompt, professional and took the time to explain what was going on. I'd definitely recommend him.

We had a maddening leak characterized by water continuously leaking into the gutter from the drain, and the meter moving even when everything in the house was off.  We had our plumber, our landscape guy and our pool guy inspect and search and they could not identify the leak.  Josh came out and in his initial inspection, we thought he identified the leak, as being associated with the pool fill apparatus.  We turned off the pool fill and the meter stopped moving, so we thought we were done.  After he left, we noticed that the effluent was still emitting from the drain pipe, albeit a little more slowly.  And the meter was still moving, only very slowly.  About one digit every minute or so.  So Josh came back out and pressure tested the input with toilets off, sinks off, appliances off, still couldn't find the leak.  Then he inspected the property for moisture and couldn't find anything.  Then the last step was to bypass the water treatment system.  We hadn't done that before, because the water treatment system was tight and dry.  But as it turned out, the system had corroded (20 years old) and was leaking into the drainage overflow for the system.  We bypassed the system and the problem was solved.  He went above and beyond and didn't charge extra for the multiple visits.  Has all the tools and does diligent work.  Nice fellow to boot.  Highly recommended.

Best plumber I have ever used.  The service was fantastic.  I called to have my sink and shower drains unclogged (totally gross), and the plumber showed only a couple of hours later.  He was very friendly, professional, and speedy.  The price was also quite reasonable.  I definitely will be using Eco Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs.

I have never felt compelled to write a review for a plumbing company, but in one month I have experienced every plumbing emergency nightmare!    

I am a property manager for both residential and commercial properties and decided to try Stephens Plumbing for my first disaster (pipe burst) on a Sunday.  Manny was the first Stephens Super Hero that came to my rescue.  The next super hero was David who patiently worked hard to repair several gas leaks.  I was so impressed by the professionalism and sense of urgency they showed.  I called Stephens out 6 more times in one month and each visit they went above and beyond.  And I can't thank the office staff enough for their polite patience with me!      

As much as I don't want to share them with anyone else, they definitely deserve to be recognized for their 5 star service.  Thank you!
