I hired them to deal with a leaky toilet.  They were prompt with a response and were readily available to come out and assess.  They assessed the problem, provided options for resolving the matter, and were fair with their estimates up front.  In addition, they were very friendly and careful to thoroughly clean up.  Outstanding experience, I would certainly recommend them!

I called My Drain initially because of the high reviews on Yelp. I'm often skeptical on just how true they might be, but this one definitely proved true! I received quick response to my call and they were able to send someone out the day of. I felt in good, trustworthy care the whole time. We will definitely call again if we have any more plumbing issues.

We had a leak under the sink due to a broken pipe and called Vince, since he's always done great work at our home.  He's prompt, a consummate pro, and above all, just a great man who could easily be your friend.  He arrived on time with Anthony, his assistant, and they finished the job within an hour.  We were so relieved.  He has vast experience and knowledge, and always offers a few tips for neophytes like me.  His rates are very reasonable, and you don't have to worry about him upselling or ripping you off.  An absolute gem!

This company was 1st class from customer service to the technician that came out. They charge by the hour, but he was very expedient and knocked out everything in one hour. Very professional and talked while he worked to not make us feel like customers, but more like an acquaintance. I'd recommend them for all your household fixes!

Yama is the bomb!  Good guy.  Does the job right every time and is very reasonable with his rates.  I've been calling him for years now and am always pleased with his work.  He's very courteous and he smells good too.

I've use flash plumbing on two occasions. The first was to redo the piping under my house, which they did overnight very quickly and quietly. The second was to install a new water heater, which they did in the pouring rain. They are very quick to respond and very quick to fix the issues. For my issues they were able to get the parts and complete the job within 24 hours of me calling them. They are definitely great for emergencies since they are a 24 he service. I can't recommend them enough.

Called Extreme Plumbing and had a plumber come out within an hour to fix my drain. The worker was professional and fixed my issue! Recommended for any immediate needs!

Our water heater stopped working, it was 15 years old. Gary from Best Way Plumbing came out and replaced our water heater very quickly and for a good price. He was very helpful, friendly and reliable. I will definitely use Best Way plumbing again!

Called and no one answered.  The voicemail message said to leave a message or send a text.  I sent a detailed text message with the work that I needed to be completed and no one returned my call or text.

Needed a few repairs completed so we requested a quotes from a few places.  All City Plumbers promptly got in touch with us and scheduled a time for someone to come out and give us an estimate. We spoke with Rebecca on the phone and she was very courteous and professional.  Matthew Leske came out today to take a look at the work we needed to do.  He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly.  He explained everything and told us he could complete the work in very little time. He did a great job and was very thorough.  He checked and rechecked his work to ensure that it was done correctly and well.  

Rebecca and Matthew were both great and we had a great experience with their service.  We'll definitely be contacting them for any further plumbing needs.  I'd highly recommend both of them along with All City Plumbing.

My mom called a nameless pluming company in Bixby knolls Saturday to come fix the shower head. He said it was going to be a 8 hour job and it was going to cost $700.  So he scheduled his self for Tuesday.  My mom and I were uncomfortable with him and the cost and we wanted an second opinion.  So we cancelled the guy on Monday. I walked outside and Mr Rooter Plumbing was working across the street. I walked over and the guys were friendly open and polite.  The supervisor drove up and he was just as polite and open to help me with my question and issues.   Joe walked over to my home and assessed the shower and explained what I needed done and that they could come out the next day and fix it.  Joe was here at 930 am and completed the job.  prefect Joe my mom and I are happy. Your a friendly and good hearted guy keep up the great work. We will be calling Mr Rooter Plumbing for all of our work we need done. Thanks again. I forgot the staff the that receives the initial calls were great to. All of you keep up the great work you do.

I contacted about five different services to get our  furnace pilot lit. We had a leak at the street equipment so the Gas Company had to shut off our gas and then refused to re-light the pilot because it is under the house. Jordan was really responsive and really reasonable. His rate was 1/2 to 1/3 of what the other places quoted me. He was prompt, professional and took the time to explain what was going on. I'd definitely recommend him.

Josh came out the same day I called him with an impressive set of equipment. He narrowed the leak down to a specific location, opened the wall and there it was. I was then able to call a plumber. He cleaned up and was very professional. I definitely recommend him

Andrius is a professional. He makes sure the job is done right and takes his time. His prices are fair and he works hard. He has replaced a pressure regulator and my water heater. He gives the pros and cons of options and takes his time with quality. I recommend him.

Last night I had a plumbing emergency around 9:30 PM I had discovered that one of the pipes under my house had busted and water was leaking into the foundation of my house. I called them at approximately 10 PM and they answered promptly and were able to help me. Early the next morning someone came to my house and fixed the problem right away his name was Galan. He was extremely helpful and friendly I was able to fix the problem right away. overall I was very pleased with his service. Would highly recommend this service for anyone who is in need of an instant plumbing fix. Overall great experience will be calling them again next time I have a plumbing problem.
