These guys are huge FLAKES!! I don't even understand how they got one good review. They promised service twice and never called or showed up. Completely unreliable. If you can't do the work then just say you can't. Don't lie to a client and have them waiting for you multiple days for service you can't provide. You are not the only show in town and you will be out of business very quick with this type of customer service or lack there of. What a joke of a company.

In my many years of owning my home, I've gone through a few plumbing companies and I have to say that My Drain Company has been the most efficient and professional one I've ever had the pleasure of hiring. They were very amicable and I have always been satisfied with the work that they have done. These guys are the real deal!

I can only add my voice to those already here singing Vince's praises. He's the real deal - on time, fair, nice guy, super organized, excellent plumber - the kind of person you're happy to have in your home. Not only is he an experienced plumber but he goes above and beyond standard service.

I've used him several times and on my most recent call he came TWICE to try and repair a leaky faucet - a faucet that was beyond repair due to age and a flaw in the manufacturer's design - and never charged for either visit. What a prince.

Thank you Jesse, Jonathon and Gabbie!   The team did an excellent job in modifying my garage ceiling (raise a portion of ceiling 1 ft higher).  They did more than was expected and kept everything clean.  Plastic sheets were placed over everything and the job was finished on time.  The team was very punctual and had great communication.  They re-did the dry wall, color matched the paint and after a few months (and even through a 4.x earthquake)...no cracks!  I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

Bryan was able to help snake my clogged washing machine drain the same day I called. He came in the evening which worked for me since it needed immediate attention. He is kind, neat, thorough and his prices are fair. He comes with my sincere recommendation.

Flash plumbing is professional plumbing company Daniel and his team where very professional, fast ,great price, high quality work and highly recommended too all my family and friends .

We needed a plumber to hook up our smoker to the existing gas line at the house. I called around to a few places and either could not get the plumber to do the hook up or could not get hold of a person. I left a Yelp message with Extreme Plumbing and they got back to me in under 10 mins. In under an hour, Armani was out at the house and did the hook up. My husband is very happy to have his smoker up and running and we appreciate the really fast service. Thanks again Armani!

We love Gary! He has been out to our house for many different plumbing issues, as our house gets older. He is always so efficient, kind, and reasonably priced. We did not have the best experience with our last plumber. Gary has fixed toilet issues, sink issues, under-sink issues, pipe leaks, and many more problems we have encountered. There does not seem to be a plumbing problem that he can't solve!  One more note is that he was extremely respectful in solving a plumbing issue, very quietly and quickly,  while we had five kids doing distance learning.

I had Doug come out to fix a couple issues with the house I am selling.  He gave me a quote over the phone after I sent him a couple pictures of the problem.  He showed up on time and was kind, efficient, and honest.  He fixed the issues and ended up charging me less than the original quote.  It is hard to find reliable honest plumbers, but I have and I will be a lifelong client of Clearwater Plumbing.

Steven Walker was professional, well mannered and know his works.  We are very happy with his works and will definitely recommend him to others.

When I called Mr Rooter this morning they were closed.  To my surprise I got a call when they opened first thing. They immediately said they would send someone out. Andy arrived asked what my issue was and immediately got to work. He scoped the pipes and showed me what the problems were.  He then did what he could and got rid of most of the roots blocking the pipes.

I contacted about five different services to get our  furnace pilot lit. We had a leak at the street equipment so the Gas Company had to shut off our gas and then refused to re-light the pilot because it is under the house. Jordan was really responsive and really reasonable. His rate was 1/2 to 1/3 of what the other places quoted me. He was prompt, professional and took the time to explain what was going on. I'd definitely recommend him.

I called the company and was able to get a specialist out within hours. Josh was spot on, detecting the leak, had a very reasonable fee and was able to advise us on repairs, saving us tons of money. Best service.

When I needed the septic in my business emptied, I called around and found out 1, there's a wide range of prices (mostly way too high) for the same work, and 2, most in this industry seem to not understand that they are in a service business, and thus need to be friendly and responsive.
When I called All In, the owner answered and gave me a quick quote (good price!) and offered to come the next day (Saturday) without charging extra.  It was actually easier for me to push it a couple of days, so we worked out a 2-hour window.  Cameron arrived within that window, and he was friendly and informative.  He let me know I have a lot of sediment in my septic (apparently mostly from a cement floor finisher I used 6 months ago who dumped the cement residue in there), which is unusual and not a good thing.  I called the owner, who did some research on the project and called me back with a quote for fixing that if/when I decide to.  When I asked whether I could postpone that work, he was zero % pushy, said it was all up to me.  So I'll be calling them in a few months when my budget can support that followup work.
I've had to do work with several plumbing/septic companies in the past year, and this was by far the best service I got.

Eco plumbing really helped me out on a problem clogged sewer drain. Tree roots had invaded my pipes and my sewer pipe was overflowing on a Sunday. Andrius showed up on time and handled the problem.  
He was very professional and very determined. I'm glad to put his number in my contact list.  
He gets my 5 stars!

Omar showed up early, assessed issue quickly, had parts already in his truck, spending less than hour fixed broken heater board.

Family's extremely happy with work and service.
