Incredible company.  We have an old house with old plumbing, and recently had an issue with a toilet that plunging wasn't addressing.  We had one plumber come out, and say that it was either a really bad clog deep in the pipes or a collapsed pipe, and he didn't have the proper equipment to help us out.  We next called Tony, and when he came out, he had all the necessary equipment, immediately addressed the problem (a clog, not a collapsed pipe - phew!), and charged a fair price (AND he cleaned up the mess the issue had made in the first place!).  Fast forward to later that night, I'm washing my face in the sink, and start hearing weird bubbling from the shower - I think, oh, no - the toilet clog was just pushed down farther, and now the shower and sink are backing up!  So we text Tony again the next morning, and he comes by the same day to check it out.  Turns out to be the world's worst coincidence, and is another clog, completely unrelated to the first one!  Tony quickly fixed that clog as well, and everything is running perfectly again.  As he was leaving, he said oh, and by the way, this one's on the house.  Unreal customer service - he definitely didn't have to do that, as the two issues were not related at all, but the fact that he did has earned him a customer for life.  Thank you, Tony!!

I'm a repeat customer who experienced a water heater leak at the worst possible time. Vince came out on short notice today and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and charged a decent price. He has an excellent perspective on what he does - he does what he does well - with an impeccable work ethic. I'll call again.

11/2012 update: When I recently had another plumbing issue, I did call again - and this time Vince was too busy. No worries, I'm glad he's doing well. I do need a plumber who is responsive to the prospect of repeat business and when Vince finally called me back I was not able to schedule a visit so I'm off to another plumber. He's good though not easily accessible. I may call on him again in the future.

We had knocked over the basketball hoop on accident and Raul and his partner were able to meet with us the same day and have the court repaired the next day for a very affordable price. I thought we would need to buy a hoop and concrete and an installation kit, I even looked up hoop install services in Amazon and there was no way to see reviews of the workers. I then came to Yelp to find someone that works with concrete or masonry and called services that had no clue how to install a basketball hoop. Raul saw a photo of it, came by that night, and he drilled into the concrete, provide the liquid cement, repaired the hoop AND cleaned up. Very happy with everything he did and how fast and easy he made this for this beimg my first time navigating an issue like this.

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

Think I finally found my go-to plumber!!  Had a clog in my main sewer line.  Bryan was on an all-day job site, but still agreed to come out to my house at 8 p.m.  Locating the source of the blockage was more difficult than I had thought, and even though it was late at night, he took the time to find the source.  When the clean-out access I thought would work turned out to not be helpful in accessing the clog, he took the extra time to remove a toilet in one of the bathrooms to get to the issue.  Not only was he upfront and honest with his estimate, including adjustments because of the extra unanticipated work involved (all of which, by the way, was more than reasonable), he was very professional and friendly.  After dealing with a number of plumbers who practice the bait & switch way of doing business, Bryan is truly a breath of fresh air.  Will be recommending to everyone I know needing plumbing services!

Had a sink emergency that wouldn't go away and gave them a call on a Saturday morning. They were at my house in 30 mins and resolved quickly. Our plumber was professional and courteous and took time to educate me on how to maintain and prevent this from continuing. I highly recommend this team.

Abe responded promptly to my initial contact. He explained the repairs in a clear manner. He is extremely professional, very knowledgeable about his skills and pleasant. He gave my husband an Armenian coffee which he loves. He selected a new kitchen faucet for me and it was just what I wanted and more. His work was great and the end result perfect. Shim's Plumbing was great, the plumber was able to come and check out the problem. They had good availability (I didn't have to wait too long, although it wasn't an emergency). They fixed the leak, I'm happy! I would totally hire them again.

Went out of his way to come on a Saturday, even though it was short notice to him, because he knew I needed the work done quickly.  Showed up on time, and reviewed the parts list with me, no overpriced fittings, like I have experienced in the past.  Estimate matched the actual work he performed, and working together with him, made me wiser in the area of what to do, and watch out for.
Project was completed within 4 hours; installed and plumbed a tub drain, shower controls, and moved three water receptacles, while replacing old fittings with new ones.
Looks awesome and he tested everything before leaving.  Highly recommend Doug & his company; very down to earth attitude.

Service Technician Brian Lutche services what was one the most awful experiences of my life. My toilet overflowed and flooded  my floors downstairs. I called two 24 hours Plummer's, and Mr. Rooter was the first to return my call. Within 15 minutes Brian was at my door. What I thought would cost me thousands, cost $99.00.

From my initial contact and especially the Service Technician Brian Lutche provided professional, courteous, and excellent  customer service.

He did not stop until he was able to resolve my problem. If I or anyone I know ever need a plumber, I will recommend Mr. Rooter.

Contacted Jordan's office and he returned my call within an hour or so.  I needed to remove a standard hot water heater and put in a tankless.  I have tankless in other parts of my home and am super satisfied with how they work.  

Jordan made sure I wasn't buying too much or trying to accomplish something that wasn't doable before quoting the deal.  He had a good/fair price. His team of two showed up at my door two days later and got the complete job done in three hours.

I had a leak at my rental house I could not locate the leak but the water bill had really gone up. We called Josh at Rapid Quality Leak Detection and he was at the house within the hour. He was very professional and nice. He even recommended a plumber who also was out within a few hours. Problem solved. Josh was very resourceful as well. I would definitely recommend him.

Eco saved the day! Andrew fixed our broken toilet quickly and efficiently. He did a beautiful job on the caulking as well. He cleaned up and left no mess behind. I highly recommend Eco!

My grandparents had problems with their toilet which is why we called this company. The technician that came was Freddy G. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was and was quick to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company. The staff does a great job identifying the problem and goes straight to work. They know what they are doing!!!
