Mark and his assistant did a fantastic job at replacing our shower stall. His estimate was clear, accurate, and reasonable. He asked questions and lent expertise before and during the job, so that it went smoothly. He always got approval before beginning extra work, and asked relevant questions at the close of each day for the next day.
As anticipated, some plumbing work was required when the floor was removed, but he kept to the stated hourly rate and estimated number of hours for that work. He went above and beyond when we suddenly needed some timing flexibility. He and his assistants kept the work area clean and neat, and were courteous and respectful of us and our house. We definitely will call Mark for our next tile projects!

Daniel did a great job, quickly and at a price 33% below what I was quoted from other plumbers. He cleaned up the area and even called up the next day to check up on the repair. Highly recommended

GREAT reliable team! I'm so happy to have found them. A bit on the pricy side but dependable and they get the job done.
I'm doing a remodel of a condo. And had to hire and fire a few other plumbers before finding them

If you're looking for a great plumber who isn't about bilking bucks look no further. AVI at Affordable Plumbing walked me through fixing my bathtub drain -on the phone- when other plumbers would have insisted on seeing the problem and charging 125 just to say hello. The one visit he made prior was quick and cheap. On top of that he's a very nice man. Look no further than Avi. This is my first and only yelp review. Hal L. homeowner

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

Fantastic. Great Service. On time. Friendly. Very reasonable. Had some leaking pipes after a frustrating weekend DIY session. They came first thing Monday and had fixed up my mistakes. Highly recommend!

New to the Los Angeles area, I called a few places to get a quote on getting the issues with our garbage disposal fixed. Seamless customer service from the initial call, getting my appointment set as soon as possible (next day!) to the actual visit. Jason addressed the issue, gave me recommendations for the future and was on time, professional & friendly! I would 10/10 recommend Jason and NexGen to family, friends & strangers ッ
Thank you! Next time you will be my 1st call!

My tenants had a wobbly toilet and a leak around their bathtub. The Thousand Oaks Plumbers came out and were very professional and communicated with me prior to and after completing the projects. They didn't try to up-sell me into buying a new toilet that I didn't need or into doing unnecessary extensive work to fix the tub leak. I really appreciate that. Thanks guys!!

We talked to Marco on the phone and we needed an estimate asap. Marco said they would come out for a service call/estimate and event waive the fee! Manny came out for the service call and gave us a great estimate! Our plumber that previously did the work (and would not fix their mistake) ended up coming out to correct their mistake so we didn't get to use Santa Monica Plumbing this time...but will definitely use them in the future. Thanks so much Marco and Manny!

We have had great experiences with these folks. Our landlord found them after having had bad experiences with other shady plumbers. We had quite a few problems when we first moved in and it was a nightmare until we found Drains Unlimited.
Gaby and his techs always arrive exactly when they say they will - they explain everything that they are doing - they are very reasonably priced and the whole team - from the person who answers the phone to make your appointment - to the experts who come to do the work - are pleasant and polite.
Most recently, we called to report a toilet that was not flushing properly and leaking from the side. I looked it up on online and learned that it was most likely the wax ring. The kind woman who took my call agreed that it sounded like a wax ring and said the tech would be out between 11am and 1pm on Friday. They arrived today at 11:10am - were finished their work by 11:45. Apparently, a tree root grew through the wax ring and into the toilet pipeline! Gaby explained that this is a common problem and suggested putting salt in the toilet line each day to discourage the tree roots from seeking the water from the line. Who knew?? The aggressive tree root was removed and all is fixed now!
There really is no reason to use any other company. Why would you?

Incredible service, fair pricing, and good men. This company is fantastic and we've relied on Liberty Plumbing for years... no job is too small, or too big, for these pro's!!

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire. I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off. Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time, without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more . Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work . Very respectful and professional too. He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself. Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

Ruben, and his crew, are awesome! If you are looking for a repipe company, I would totally recommend him.
Unfortunately I got a slab leak and due to it being weeks after getting a pin-hole leak in my old copper pipes, we decided that it was time to repipe our home (We decided to go with PEX piping). We had multiple re-pipe companies come out to give us a quote. From the beginning we liked Ruben the best. When he was at our home providing the quote, he went out of his way and did things only a family member or someone who really cared would do. As I said, we had a slab leak, but we were unsure of where exactly it was coming from. He checked to make sure we had a leak and verified that it wasn't a leak in a drain pipe instead (mind you, if we had a leak in a drain pipe, we essentially may not be looking for his services anymore). He then verified to see if it was from hot water or not (if it was from hot water, we would be able to at least have cold water in the house ... at the time we were getting estimates we had NO running water in hour home). Unfortunately we had a slab leak almost immediately after the water entered our house. What Ruben did to check things for us to give us options was an extremely nice gesture. His bid also came in a lot lower than the rest. Due to his personality, other positive yelp reviews, and price, we went with him.
We later realized why his price was also a lot lower because unlike those other big house re-piping companies, Ruben's business doesn't have all that overhead (office and salesperson personnel who end up subcontracting their work out). Ruben personally provides you the quote and does all the work himself with his assistants (there were 3 guys at our house). He's been in the industry for years! I believe he use to work as a subcontractor for one of these big shot companies before when he decided to just start his own business.
In regards to the quality of work. It was great! If I could provide more than 5 stars I would. He is a person that takes pride in his work. The crew also would cover things up in plastic and clean up at the end of the day very well! I've had other construction done at my house before and even though I know dust is inevitable, I haven't had any contractor clean up as well Ruben and his team. I'm not saying there won't be any dust/cleanup work left but I am saying that it is better than other contractors I've dealt with. Ruben and his team also arrived each day on time. The city inspector saw no issues with his work and after giving us the thumbs up, Ruben and his team were able to patch up and retexture all the walls and holes they had done. Yes, they do the patchwork themselves too, no subcontracting anything out. I was also very impressed with the patchwork and texturing skills too. Granted, I still need to paint but even without the paint, it's hard to tell where the holes were.
While repiping, Ruben noticed a VERY minor leak in a bathroom drain pipe and he also repaired that for free. He also stuck to the quote. The final price didn't change from the initial quote. Ruben also removed some of my older copper pipes instead of making new holes in my crossbeams, he just removed some old piping and reused some old holes (something some of the other companies didn't want to bother with). He also didn't charge me for the price of doing my fridge and also threw in a box for my washer (before the knobs popped out of the wall and now they are nicely in a box in the wall giving me a little more space in my laundry room). The other thing I liked about Ruben is that his schedule was more flexible than these big shot companies. He understood that because I had a slab leak I wanted the work done earlier rather than later due to me not having any running water at my home and was able to fit me into his schedule pretty much immediately. He said that he had another job going on re-piping an entire complex but that he was ahead of schedule and could squeeze me in. I really really appreciated this (When I asked some of the other companies when they could start the work I got, in two weeks, it won't be for at least 10 days, or I don't know, you have to call the office and schedule something with them).
I don't regret our decision to go with Repipe Experts at all. Quite opposite, I'm very proud of the fact that we were able to find them and hired them. :)
