Mark Casillas-MC tile was a pleasure to have him work in my home.  He is very thorough in estimating scope of work as well as unforeseen problems.   Reasonable price.  He was prompt every day also returns calls quickly-no hunting him down.  His trades people were professional and clean workers. Left job site immaculate every day.

These guys are the best!!! Last night, in the storm, I arrived home to find my kitchen sink overflowing with back water. I called all the National rooter companies, all with 24 hour service and none could come out until late the next day. So I looked up local companies and came across Gateway, I called and he was at my home in 20 minutes!! Super nice guy and he got the job done!! I am now sticking with Gateway, I learned to now call them first with my plumbing needs!!

Paul was on time and very professional. He helped me fix my washing machine situation which I've been dealing with for a while. Now everything works beautifully. I recommend this company if you have any plumbing issues.

Simply put, from beginning to end Avi was super professional, kind, and accommodating. We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

I got a quote for them to make my fuel line which is about 2 -3 feet into galvanized steel and because their pricing was higher and they could not price match another offer I received,  Nexgen offered a complementary gas repair to be performed by another company.  How nice was of that for them to offer this to me.  I will reach out to them again next time I need plumbing work :).

I am truly happy for those of you who received excellent service from NexGen. Count yourselves lucky.  My service was far from excellent. NexGen did not dedicate a FAU circuit breaker for my unit in the attic per the county inspector requirement card.  NexGen utilized my washing machine circuit and piggybacked on my general circuits in my home.  NexGen says they follow the county inspector's correction cards, however ,  in my case they did not.  Needless to say, the havoc this caused in my home.  I hired someone to help and discovered the above.  I immediately called NexGen. The Production Manager said and I paraphrase, we passed our inspection and we are not going to discuss this matter again.  Of course that required me to seek out another contractor to correct NexGen's negligence.  To me, their actions were a false representation to the County and created havoc to my home.   Meanwhile, other corrections were being done on the HVAC, a NexGen Quality Control  personnel name Elias came by.  I told him my concern abt the FAU and what was said by NexGen management. He apologized and said they would take care of it and he would ask for reimbursement.  It has been a week an the only notification I have received is a text asking for a good review.  It has taken 2+ months to do what they estimated a 2 day job.  I understand it was an estimat, but really.  Now, if I had known about the A/C compressor wires and cable being exposed and laying on the ground in the crawl space, I would have told Elias the same day. Not until the alarm of a contractor saying you have exposed wires that could have shocked them and the wires are not grounded, I had no idea. Back to the drawing board with the calls, text, and emails to NexGen, only to get the same response;  we passed.  I guess you all would say, I'm a glutton for punishment.  Really, what good is an XPP from NexGen if they will not properly, safely, and efficiently provide service to their members.

Ehecath Soriano did a great job in an emergency situation fixing a drain that affected our outdoor sink, kitchen sink and washing machine--and a very old house with a yucky crawlspace. Great work!

Milo and Eric have done excellent work for us over the past few years on commercial and residential property remodels. Recent work includes complete Pex re-pipes, new gas lines, and replacement of cast iron sewer lines with ABS lines for 2 extensive building remodels. Both copper and PEX (Uponor) materials and workmanship are of the best quality. Recommend using KENZ and T. O. Plumbing.

We've been using Santa Monica Plumbing for over 7 years.  They are amazingly responsive to emergency issues, and do excellent work on projects/problems big and small.  Manny and Rolando are outstanding!  Highly recommend!

I want to let everyone know how great Drains Unlimited (DU) is. I've seen the great reviews on yelp, gotten confirmation of the great service from friends and scheduled them to come to fix a leak under my sink. Unfortunately because of the rains this past weekend they were completely booked on Monday when I called them so we tentatively scheduled a Tuesday morning appointment.

I was supposed to call DU back if I found a plumber to come sooner. Unfortunately I forgot to call  back and cancel after I got another plumber to help us on Monday and the DU plumber showed up as scheduled Tuesday morning. I really appreciate the professionalism and commitment to on-time appointments, and although I used another plumber this time, I will be certain to call Drains Unlimited for my future plumbing needs.

I had a great experience with these guys. I called in for a 40ft gas line for a BBQ grill that was a bit complicated. They quickly came over and assessed the work. I received 3 bids on this project and only theirs was reasonable on the first try. Their work was clean, professional and they went over and beyond to fix a few other issues that were unrelated to their work. Highly  recommended!

Almost two years after my first experience I needed to relocate a gas line. I called them up and hey came right away and in three hours I was good as new. I made the cardinal mistake of not asking for a price before they started. After the work they gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the job. It's such a pleasure to deal with good honest peoHighly recommended!

Used them again for a whirlpool filter Under sink. Reasonable price, no mess, and came the same day!

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

2 days...2 days!!!

Ruben and his crew worked quickly, but efficiently to finish repiping the ENTIRE CONDO in 2 days. He came highly recommended by friends and now I am recommending Ruben to y'all. His piping work is impeccable and left my place cleaner than he found it. One of the crew members was down on his knees and hands wiping my wooden floor even though he knew i was going to redo them the week after.

On top of Ruben's professionalism, efficiency, his prices are top notch. Trust me, my family met with 8 plumbers. His PEXS and COPPER piping options come with forever-lasting to lifetime warranty. Ruben's so pleasant and easy to work with... only downside to meeting this wonderful plumber is that I won't be able to see him regularly.
