We hired Mark to help us with a shower dam / ledge issue where the slope was positioned incorrectly so our floors would turn into puddles of water after showering. Right away I was impressed as Mark understood the issue and provided information on how to contact him. He built trust really quickly and provided me a quote and even offered to get all supplies before arriving. He was honest with what he knew and what we should leave to another contractor (the shower door). If you have a plumbing problem, there is no better place to go then Pavel at Pacific plumbing. We had a water heater break that flooded an area and caused us great concern.  Pavel and his team came in, diagnosed our problem, explained our options clearly and then performed the work with expertise. You wouldn't think this would be much of an issue - to replace a water heater but our issue required some thought.  In 2021 we installed a solar panel battery power system in our home. We thought that switching over from the old gas water heater to an electric water heater made sense (and it did/does).  However to do that in our home required changing out the electric panel, putting in new amp switches and running a dedicated electric line to the washer as well as simply sticking up a new water heater.  They had all of this work covered with licensed technicians and I owe them my gratitude for the quick service. Avi / Affordable Plumbing deserves these excellent reviews.  He came over on short notice, on Sunday late afternoon, to clear a bathroom sink stoppage.  The job was not as easy as it looked, Avi stuck with it, got the job done.  After that he agreed to fix a leaky shower valve.  He did not just put in a washer but figured out that the valve seat had cracked, replaced it, and charged a VERY reasonable price, a good price for weekday work, and this was at the end of the weekend.  

Avi took extra time and thoughtfulness - twice - to make sure things were done right, not just expediently.  FOR SURE my go-to plumber from here.

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

The best plumbing services are no where else, but here. I needed get some work done and it was done pleasantly with no hassle. Good honest service from these guys for my plumbing issues. We have bad water quality here and needed a filtration system. Connor broke down all our options and pros and cons of each one. He was very patient and friendly and helped us be sure of the system we were installing since they can be pretty pricey. They get all the parts quickly so he came back the next day and did the install. He did a great job with it, the unit fits snug and all the pipes are cleanly arranged. I would call him back for future jobs!

My challenge had to do with a routine, master tub water faucet.  The old cartridge was frozen and to the extent that I could replace it, I ended up needing an expert to finish the job.  I left a message shortly before 5 pm and within an hour, I had a call back from Lauren to try and help.  She quoted $160.00 for after hours, a bummer, so I initially declined.  Given our dilemma of my wife's recent surgery, we could not have our water main supply off all night.  So, I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing back left a message for Lauren to please call me back.  In 15 minutes or less, Lauren called.  She was able to have a highly qualified tech at my home in 20 minutes, not the approximately 45 minutes she had guesstimated.  T.O. Plumbing was the only Yelp plumbing service that could/would come this evening even though many advertise 24/7 service.  Thousand Oaks Plumbers delivers on their word and as advertised.

Technician Chris D. had a clear understanding of the task and was able to complete the repair and replacement in less than an hour.  He was honest and fair -- adjusting the quote for the fact that I had all of the new parts that I had purchased late afternoon at J.C. Plumbing.  Chris was careful to maintain a clean work area and was very skilled and knowledgeable.  I would hope to have him here for our plumbing needs in the future!

Had a great experience with SM Plumbing.  Water Heater died and was given a very reasonable quote.  The service person quoted an incorrect spec on the water heater, but they honored the quoted price for the better product -- very respectable!  Mannie and Rody came out to install the water heater and were extremely professional.  12 hours after the install, my water heater started making god-awful sounds.  Mannie returned with a very helpful attitude and resolved the issue (it was the circulation pump), even though it technically was not due to the water heater.  Great team!  Highly recommend.

I wish I remembered the name of my plumbers, but they were fast, reliable, reasonably priced, and effective in quickly resolving my problems with our bathroom commode.  I would recommend them and call them again when a new problem arises.

I read a lot of Yelp reviews before getting Ruben over for a quote. They were almost $2,000 under a competing quote for a whole house repipe with copper all the way from the street. But mostly it was how comfortable I felt with the initial walk through and quote process. The job included some nasty trenching through a very hostile cactus garden and under the asphalt driveway (I can't believe they trenched through that). I can very much endorse the other positive reviews of this crew. I really appreciated the time Ruben took to explain the process and the options. He was also incredibly flexible and communicative during the job, and we made some adjustments as we went along, in part to accommodate some requests from my landscape guy. I now have a high pressure line with independent shut-offs and pressure regulator to my yard separate from the house supply, to allow completely independent pressure control for irrigation and the house, which is perfect and wasn't part of our original plan. He also worked with my landscape guy to run conduit through the same trench in the driveway for future low voltage wiring. Ruben was able to make on the spot quotation adjustments to the curve balls I threw at him during the project.  
The entire crew were wonderful and worked insanely hard on some blisteringly hot days. At the end of the day, it was about as stress free as I could have hoped and after 14 years with terrible water pressure, it's been an incredible change to quality of life with wonderful shower pressure, which is worth the price of admittance alone. Ruben and his crew went above and beyond. Well recommended, and worth making a first Yelp review for this crew as I've never been inspired before.
