Mark just finished a job that was a long time in the making, as I took a while to make a decision.  However he is a very patient and super nice man.  He came in and recently did the work and it's really nice.  He had a vision for solving some problems and it was a great solution.  I would highly recommend Mark!

They were great!  Very responsive and they were able to come the same day.  They explained everything and were upfront about costs.  They were a little late getting here- but really I was just happy they could come the same day!

Arthur was a great plumber to work with.  He returned calls and was on time.  He didn't complain or make excuses.  He did what he said and did so in a competent manner.   You can tell he really knows his stuff.  I'm in real estate and I will recommend this plumbing team for my West LA properties.   I'm a happy customer.

I would give Avi more stars if I could. in the 2 occasions he came out, he was responsive, ethical, knowledgeable and professional - and as the business name indicates, affordable. I will surely continue to utilize his services and won't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

Willy repaired a stuck valve under the sink and fixed a broken faucet handle. Willy did a great job and the price was very reasonable! He was very professional and incredibly friendly.  All his staff I've talked to on the phone have been great. I highly recommend his services.

we had a small gas leak somewhere in our house, my wife called NexGen and talked to a very nice woman in costumer service who said she could dispatch a tech between 4 and 5 pm the same day. Around 2 pm we got a call from the tech John Zarate and he said he would be at our house within 30 minutes. when he arrived he went straight to work trying to locate the leak. Through the process of elimination John was able to locate the leak and make the necessary repairs. John was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and was very good at communicating during the entire process. NexGen provides high quality service for a reasonable price. I give the entire experience 5 Starts and will recommend NexGen to family and friends. Thanks again John! You made the entire process a pleasant one!!!

Our bathtub was clogged and backed up on a Sunday. Most of the plumbing companies were either closed or charging a ridiculous amount for overtime because it was a Sunday. Jose M Plumbing was fast, responsive, and able to get a plumber to my house the same day. The plumber was able to remove the drainage. We were very happy with the results. I'd recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them again.

Art was great. Trouble shooted issue ras soon as he arrived and fixed quickly. Checked to make sure no safety issues. Will use again if any other issues arrive

My regular plumber was all booked and I was very hesitant to call somebody else!! It's so hard to find a plumber you can trust this days. But my shower drain was clogged. So I called this company and I'm very lucky they sent Justin Gomez. He arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He not only fixed my shower, but he noticed my shower head was wasting more water than normal. He gave me some options to be more water conservative and to save on my water bill!!. I'm glad I called them. And I'm very happy with the work  Justin did. I'm definitely calling them back in the future.

We needed to replace the sewer line from the house to the street.  Thousand Oaks Plumbing did an AMAZING job!!!  When done putting in the pipe, they put my front yard back together so well, you never knew work had been done.  They even replanted the bush that needed to be moved.  My friends that live down the street asked, Didn't you have some work down yesterday?  I can't even tell.  

While on site, I asked about another issue I was having (washer not draining correctly).  While the repair (this is an old home) required removing concrete and stucco, Thousand Oaks Plumbing poured new cement and re-stuccoed the outer wall, doing a better job than when we purchased the home.  All that is required by me is a little paint.  Washer is working beautifully!!!  

I have already referred friends to Thousand Oaks Plumbing and will continue to do so.  Thousand Oaks Plumbing is my 'go-to' for all plumbing issues, from this day forward.

I've called these guys a few times this winter, and they are fantastic. They came to the house over Thanksgiving weekend to fix my heater, then they came to fix the hot water heater. They were late on the first trip (which was beyond understandable) and not only apologized, but they sent me a Starbucks gift card. Super honest and good. Manny and Rogelio are the best.

We just had James repair our shower and toilet. He underpriced a Ford's plumbing estimate by $1,400! Quality and trustworthy work!

Ruben and his team did an awesome job on the PEX repipe at a very competitive price. He kept in touch and answered all my many questions and even came out to fix a leak in my refrigerator line which wasnt included, but was old and sprung a leak after being moved in and out of its location. I called Matuchi plumbing local to me for an estimate and they bid the job 10k more than Ruben did. I laughed and said they were crazy. I would suggest this company to everyone looking to get a home repipe done. Its been 3 months since my job and no leak anywhere in the house.
