Mark and his team did an amazing job on our tile and shower pan project. Not surprisingly, since our problem is actually in the company name! I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his company, but I will try. These folks were everything you hope for when you hire contractors. They were reliable. They showed up when they said they would, sometimes even early. Communication was speedy. It wasn't a small or easy job. These guys worked very hard, and their price was fair. They cleaned up after themselves. He didn't try to up sell me on stuff I didn't need (unlike a bunch of other contractors I asked for estimates who wanted to redo my whole bathroom). Most of all, the job looks really nice! I would definitely and highly recommend MC Tile and Shower Pan if you want to hire a great group of gentlemen. Thank you Mark and company! And yes, contractors are considered essential and these guys are open for business during this COVID-19 mess.

Professional, speedy, and on-time, these guys don't mess around. They quickly diagnosed the problem with the garbage disposal--a stupid little stuck screw--and within minutes we were up and running with a working kitchen sink again. The quote was very reasonable and the service top-notch--would definitely recommend Gateway for your next plumbing job.

I'm a small business owner and needed sinks repaired. Igor was able to get someone out within 2 hrs. This 5 star review is based on the customer service I experienced. I was quoted a service price but after completion, the service tech approached me with a much higher amount. I called the owner (Igor) and he rectified immediately and explained the tech is supposed to inform client the amount before completing. I always appreciate honest customer service and I understand things can get lost in translation. I will be using Pacific again in the future!

This guy was at my house in 20 minutes for an emergency leak and fixed it the right parts in less than 10 minutes. He had all the right parts and tools in his van. VERY recommended if you have a plumbing emergency!

Really happy to have been able to work with Edwin. He was super responsive with great overall communication. Quoted me the best price to flush my tankless water heater and did the job perfectly.

Small and large jobs are done with timeliness (such as replacing a water heater within a day).  Office staff are equally helpful and kind. A high quality professional.

Gabriel showed up in a face mask about an hour after I called for service - which is basically instantly when it comes to contractors. Gabriel was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Zero hassle, got the job done quickly and thoroughly. The pricing was less than 1/5th what other contractors have charged me for similar work. The company also has several other trades incase a project gets complicated. I've added this company to my rolodex.

Thank u Jose and his son. They are quick and punctual. They answered call right away and got to house within an hour. They fixed the main water valve and my bathroom faucet in 2 hrs. They kept it clean during the fix and both of them are professional and respectful. Will use them again and definitely recommend.

Our new A/C unit was installed less than 6 mo ago by NexGen. It just broke and they are hanging up on callers right now. Do not hire them.

Update: I reported an electrical clicking sound 3d after the install. They came over, looked at the unit said it was fine. No UV meter, no tests, nothing. They said it'll make a bit of noise, but it's working fine.  The error we got from the Nest says the power wiring is failing to the HVAC unit. So obviously the clicking was not fine. I'm under warrantee and the best they could do was send somebody tomorrow, which then got pushed to the next day. I fixed it myself the same day that I called them after this incompetence. I realize it's peak season, hire more people, you're bloody rich NexGen, but I suspect not for much longer at this sad pace.

Bill: It's too late for that, wanna change my mind? Action. Expand staff, stop lying about quotes, appt times, and equipment status; raise standards for training, fix phone system, improve employee reward system by giving great employees promotion/bonus opps and let go of employees that clearly don't want to work there. And stop spamming me to spend more money on more services, when my current service is terrible.

I should note that I did not actually hire Local Service, so I cannot speak to the quality of their work.

The one star review is related to their promotional offer on Yelp (pay $100 for $200 of work).  If you try to use it, they add (by phone) an unpublished condition that the work must cost at least $500 total.  I will leave you to your own conclusion, but I believe a company adding an unpublished condition to a published advertising offer is misleading and a poor business practice at best.  

Be careful to confirm that Local Service will actually let you use their offer before you purchase.  This warning really shouldn't be necessary, as conditions should be published.

UPDATE: After seeing the initial review above, the company contacted me to clarify that Yelp's system does not allow them to publish a minimum price on the promotional offer.  It seems my criticism was misdirected and I have updated my initial one star review to four, as they were very professional about my misunderstanding and quite considerably offered to make it right.  If I hadn't booked with another company in the intervening hours, I would have used Local Service.

Yelp, if you have someone reading this, I would love to understand why your system prevents Local Service from publishing the full details of their discount offer.

Brian was great to deal with. He explained everything related to the issues with my tankless water heater. He took his time and performed detailed diagnostics. He corrected what needed to be done and my heater is now in the top shape. i will definitely do more business with TO Plumbing in the future.

I spoke to a very young gentleman there last week.  He said he would be out on Monday morning to fix my swamp cooler.  I didn't get a call from him, so I called him early Monday.  He wasn't sure who I was and this wasn't good.  He said they had an emergency, and that he would call me later.  He didn't specify what time, so I asked him to specify a time.  I waited around from noon to 2:00 PM and no call.  I never got a call from them to follow up or schedule an appointment.  I went with another company who came out when they said they would.  I would never use this company.

I can't imagine how anyone can have complaints about Drains Unlimited. I've been using them for years, for my own home and various properties I've flipped. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else and always recommend them to everyone I know. In fact, after repeatedly being ripped off by other companies, finding Drains Unlimited was a Godsend. They've been more than fair in every single interaction I've had with them and they're really nice too.

Our sink clogged late on a Friday afternoon and Liberty showed up promptly and saved us from some weekend hassles. We live in an old building and it wasn't an easy to clear out the ancient pipes, but they did a great job and fixed a leak as well. Highly recommended!

Jurguen always shows up when we need him. His work is always done to a high standard and he knows what he's talking about. Thank you Jurguen for fixing our shower pressure!! Amazing plumber with great service!

Ruben and his crew were fantastic. They were polite, respectful of my home, efficient, and very reasonably priced (I got several estimates). In addition, I felt comfortable with them coming in and out of my home.  If anyone needs a reference I would be glad to refer them to Ruben as well as any additional work I need in the future.
