We had brand new titles in our renovated kitchen that were damaged when some glasses fell on the floor. I reached out to Marc via yelp, and he prompted responded and came to survey the work that needed to be done and gave an estimate. He was very professional, and in good communication leading up to the service work. He is patient, kind, and takes his time to ensure the job is done well. I would recommend Marc and use him again for future tile service.

I have used Gateway Rooter twice now and their work is excellent and well-priced.  The first job was a major replacement of 10' of sewer line on my property, buried 7' deep.  Despite the fact that there were some unforseen problems that resulted in extra work, Daniel kept to his estimate which far and away beat the competition.  Also, unlike other plumbers reviewed on Yelp, he didn't nickel and dime me for everything, like using the camera to scope the sewer.  The second job was just completed and again, the work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.  In this city, trying to find a tradesman who is reliable, reasonably priced, punctual and doesn't have an attitude is almost impossible.  Gateway is an exception.

The technicians at Pacific Plumbing Team did a terrific job!  We had a clogged drain and they came to the rescue!  They were fast and efficient and gave a great price.  Thank you so much!!

I recently had a gigantic DWP water bill from a slow leak in the toilet. I contacted these guys because they were the closest to my home without checking reviews. I have to say Avner was the most genuine, helpful and cost effective service guy I have met in years. He took the time to explain what he would do, and the issue and literally fixed it in minutes. A true gem in this neighborhood and I will be using him exclusively from now on.

Josh helped out on another project. He is extremely efficient. Edwin and Josh are a great duo. Reasonable pricing and efficient workmanship.

Our wall heater was not working. Justin came by made an inspection and got it going in 3 minutes. He didnt charge us a thing for it either! Awesome guy and company!!

Arnold was great! Showed up on time and was able to diagnose the problem. Explained everything in a  easy to understand manor and fix our AC issue promptly.

I needed some plumbing work done at home. I called this company and they sent the nicest man- Mahdi! Very knowledgeable and gets the work done in a timely fashion. Very professional and during this whole covid crisis- he really came through for us! For my next problem, I will be requesting him!

Danny at TO plumbing had worked for me previously when I had a slab leak in another house and he and his crew did a great job then.  Even my handyman noticed how fantastic they were.   When it came to our septic to sewer conversion, I called TO plumbing but I also had 3 other plumbers come out to take a look, just to do my due diligence. TO plumbing quote was not only reasonable in comparison to some others, but I felt confident in Danny and his crew.   Danny did a lot of the research necessary for the job to be done right.  The crew was  here for nearly 2 weeks (it was a huge job b/c of the logistics of our property) and they were such a pleasure to have around.  They were always polite and cheerful, did an amazing job cleaning up every day and securing areas so that they were safe for us and our dogs.  Oh and they were all wonderful with our rowdy pack of dogs.  Super hard workers with a great, upbeat attitude.  John who headed up the crew is such a knowledgeable gentleman and wonderful to work with.  They also finished the job on time to avoid additional fees from the LVMWD.  I highly recommend! Danny supervised and came on site often, patiently explained what was happening, broke the job down into stages and kept me informed throughout.  Plus he is a real gentleman as well and a pleasure to work with.  Don't hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs!

Manny and Armando came and diagnosed the issue with our leaking shower.  They were fast, friendly and the price was reasonable.  I found them through Yelp and decided to use them because of the good reviews, and I am so glad I did.  I will call on them from now on.

These guys are great.  Gaby is a true pro.  Honest, knowledgeable, and reliable.  Their rates are reasonable and we didn't pay a penny more than we were quoted.

I'm crossing my fingers for no more plumbing issues, but when the time comes I look forward to giving Gaby and Drains Unlimited our business.

Our sink clogged late on a Friday afternoon and Liberty showed up promptly and saved us from some weekend hassles. We live in an old building and it wasn't an easy to clear out the ancient pipes, but they did a great job and fixed a leak as well. Highly recommended!

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

Easy and fast. Had the house repiped with PEX in the crawlspace for all the horizontal piping (pipes in the walls were good and didn't need attention). Ruben came out and looked at everything, ask questions and gave me a quote without trying to upsell me. Everything looked good with the quote and Ruben and his team did the job in one day (two bathrooms and kitchen, single level house). They were professional, put everything back when they were done and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them to anybody.
