Perfect all around! Absolutely reliable and very quick. He responded right away with a kind heart and very generous. The problem was fixed within 5 minutes. Very clean as well; he put on his shoe covers right when he walked into the apartment. My three housemates and I only have one bathroom and needed service right away. I called other plumbers but they stated that there was nothing they could do and that we would have to wait 3 hours. I am very grateful for the service and I highly recommend this service for anyone having troubles.

If you have a plumbing problem, there is no better place to go then Pavel at Pacific plumbing. We had a water heater break that flooded an area and caused us great concern.  Pavel and his team came in, diagnosed our problem, explained our options clearly and then performed the work with expertise. You wouldn't think this would be much of an issue - to replace a water heater but our issue required some thought.  In 2021 we installed a solar panel battery power system in our home. We thought that switching over from the old gas water heater to an electric water heater made sense (and it did/does).  However to do that in our home required changing out the electric panel, putting in new amp switches and running a dedicated electric line to the washer as well as simply sticking up a new water heater.  They had all of this work covered with licensed technicians and I owe them my gratitude for the quick service. If I could give Avi a better review I would. He came the night before thanksgiving until 12:30 after Mike Diamond had came and gutted our kitchen sink. What was a small crack/leak the other plumber said needed to be completely redone when I clearly said I would be remodeling in 2 months so I needed something to just get me through that time. On top of that he wanted $700!!! After removing all the plumbing enough was enough and I looked for another plumber. After reading all the other reviews I had to call for Avi. I called at 11:15 and he was here at 11:45. It is now 12:30 and he completely finished and charged $300. He saved our thanksgiving #TheRealMVP THANK YOU AVI!!

Had a leaky kitchen sink and faucet, so I gave them a call based on their location and previous Yelp reviews. They got out here really quickly and performed the work with speed, cleanliness, and competence. My only slight issue was that the replacement drain didn't take the existing plug, but as soon as it was pointed out, they went to the truck, got a replacement strainer/plug and resolved the issue on the spot.

I recommend them highly to anybody who needs quick, local, competent service at a reasonable price.

I just bought my home 2 years ago and this is my first time needing any repairs on my AC. I called NexGen and Dustin was extremely helpful and explained everything to me as he was checking it out. I can't imagine using any other company after the help I've received from him.

After soliciting a few bids from contractors to replace my old furnace, I ended up choosing NexGen. I chose them not because they had the lowest quote (they didn't, but they were close), but because they seemed the most organized and polished. I was not disappointed. The installers showed up on time (in fact, a bit early), and they proceeded to take out my old furnace, clean up and seal the space around it, and install the new one. Throughout, they made the process seamless and almost invisible to me. When there were issues, they figured them out without burdening me. At one point it turned out that the exposed part of my duct work was leaking, and it wasn't in the contract for them to fix it, but they replaced it with brand new stuff at no cost or inconvenience to me. That's the kind of high caliber outfit this is. The most impressive part is how polished and professional the job looked at the end. Everything is just so clean. And the furnace works perfectly.

After talking to several HVAC contractors in the LA area, here's my take. Nexgen aren't necessarily the cheapest, but they charge a more than fair price for the job done right. Other contractors seem like they cut corners here and there, don't guarantee their work as much, or compromise on the quality of the components. Nexgen do the kind of work that you'll never have to worry about, at a more than fair price. They did everything right in my case. I highly recommend them.

I appreciate the professionalism of Monique setting up the appointment at short notice and keeping me informed on the approximate time Jesse would arrive. Jesse's honesty in reviewing the problem and recommendations speaks volumes about him. I would use Jesse and T.O. Plumbing anytime and I highly recommend them. It is difficult to find someone as honest as Jesse in the world we live.

Last week the drain in one of my bathrooms was clogged. It had happened to me in the past and I knew it was a job that required a rooter to clear out the drain. Obviously I don't have one so I called Santa Monica Plumbing and Heating, based on their yelp reviews.

Two guys came out that day to give me an estimate. The entire drain is exposed in my garage so there was no complex digging or work that had to be done. They took a look, called their supervisor to sign off on the work and they gave me an estimate.

Their cost: $650 to unclog the drain...

I told them it was too much, I had to pay $100 just for coming out and I immediately called someone else for a 2nd opinion. That company (Google, Team Rooter) came out, fixed the issue in 15 minutes and charged me $65 for the entire job.

If you have a simple plumbing issue and don't want to dip into your 401(k) to get it solved, call someone else.

Wow!  So glad I found these guys on Yelp!  Need to have roots cleared form my main line every couple of years and Roto Rooter had charged me $400 last time!  These guys were $109 just like the nice gal on the phone had quoted and the guys could not have been nicer or more polite.  Nice, fast and easy!  I have new plumbers!  Thank you Yelp and thank you Drains Unlimited!

I've had a plumber before I met Jurguen thru word of mouth recommendation and oh man.. I told him... you are 2000% way better than the last plumber I used to hire.  I said this because he is very thorough in his investigation on source of water leaking under the sink and fixed it right away . Next was my problem on water pressure and hot water coming out in trickles. He ruled out the pipe being small in size., but did not stop until he solved the problem . The culprit was an almost microscopic sediment blocking the pipe so he borrowed a needle to take it off.  Can't believe that solved the issue! Been dealing with low pressure and almost non-existent hot water in the kitchen for 3 yrs now until Jurguen came and fixed it . Believe me, my previous plumber would always suggest to change pipes all the time,  without spending much time on investigation. It's easier for him to replace everything and charge more .  Jurguen was not like that that's why it felt like you were dealing with a true plumber, not a shark. He is very thorough, on time , cleaned after and very meticulous with his work .  Very respectful and professional too.  He said he was never on social media until recently, hence the few reviews, but if you are struggling to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable plumber, try hiring Jurguen to see for yourself.  Kudos to you Jurguen. Thank you for your help. By the way, my dog immediately liked him. And dogs are usually good judges of character. His assistant Gabino was also very professional and nice. Good team.

10 Star service, in 100 degree heat.

I selected Repipe Expert after interviewing other repiping companies.  Of course, all of the 5-star Yelp reviews helped in my decision making.

Ruben, the owner, and his team are absolutely the best.  When you initially speak with Ruben, you can tell that he is very knowledgeable and experienced.  Also, he is honest.  He lays out his repiping plan and explains in detail what he will do.  Due to his busy schedule, I had to wait a month for him to begin the project; but I didn't mind. I was more interested in having a company that I felt would do a good job.  And that is exactly what I got.

I have a 1955, 3,000 square foot home, with three baths in Altadena.  Rubin and his crew arrived at my home on the date and time as promised.  The repiping material we selected was Pex for the house, and copper for the intake water line from the street.  The work was begun quickly, and they did not waste their time.  Unfortunately for them, my home has a small crawl space to maneuver in, and on top of that they had to contend with 100 degree weather.  The crew never complained.  When the crew was under the house, they discover the sewer pipes were also in bad condition.  Ruben said I could replace them now, while they were under the house, or I could delay the project.   I decided to repipe the sewer line too.  When all of the old pipes were removed, I could see that they were all in bad shape.

Whenever I asked a question, Ruben would reply, I will treat your home like my home, and he did.  It is obvious to me that Ruben and his team take great pride in the quality of their work.  The county permit inspector signed off on the project without hesitation.  It has been a few weeks since the repipe project was completed and there has been no problems.  

Save yourself some time interviewing other repiping companies.  Be aware that some of the companies send out salesmen to do the quote, then turn around and sub-contract out the work to a plumbing company.  You will not know the quality of their work because the salesmen will not tell you the sub-contractors name.
