We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

We had scheduled time for a plumber to come out yesterday, but I completely forgot. Willy's rescheduled for today and was quick to have someone out to fix our leaking toilet.

Tyler was the plumber that came yesterday and I apologized several times and he was very nice and understanding. He was fantastic at his work, very professional and respectful. He took care of multiple issues we had with the toilet and was thorough. I appreciate someone with such good work ethics and dedication for getting the job done.

I requested a tech to come out and service the AC Unit for my home.  Roger arrived early, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.  Working with NexGen was a great choice!

Alex came in for 15 minutes and unclogged two drains that were absolutely a mess ! He came in with booties to cover his shoes, was extremely polite and very kind.

Called Thousand oaks plumbing at 9 am for a frozen shower faucet was  told earliest would be Thursday.  Two hours later I got a call regarding a cancellation and that Chris would be at my home around Noon.   Chris was extremely professional, gave me an estimate and went to work.   Thirty minutes later back in business!!!!   I will keep Thousand Oaks Plumbing at the top of my list for any future needs.   Highly recommend!

TOTAL RIP OFF.  I had them come out to look at replacing a hot water tank and the price they came back with the next day was unbelievable. I called a local plumbing supply house and i could have bought the part for $400. They wanted $700. so it would have been $1200 for install for a 3 hour job.

Changed out my water heather, James was a real trooper, got a new one installed and hauled the old one away in record time.

I had what I thought were 2 broken instant water heaters in my office kitchen and bathroom. I called Liberty because they had good reviews and they were close. Ari immediately answered my call and we set up a time for him to come check them out. He arrived on time with Asher. They were extremely friendly and professional. They explained that the units that were originally installed were really just for simple hand washing which made sense. Because of the tight space of where they were located they said the only other option was a different type of unit but didn't recommend it because it might flood and there isn't a drain in the floor where both sinks are. I've never had a plumber that explained everything in such detail which was amazing. They were able to adjust a few things and everything worked after that. When the bill arrived it was also much lower than what I was anticipating and it saved my company money. Friendly, Professional, Affordable? Look no further than Liberty Plumbing & Heating!
