Mark and his team did an amazing job on our tile and shower pan project. Not surprisingly, since our problem is actually in the company name! I cannot say enough good things about Mark and his company, but I will try. These folks were everything you hope for when you hire contractors. They were reliable. They showed up when they said they would, sometimes even early. Communication was speedy. It wasn't a small or easy job. These guys worked very hard, and their price was fair. They cleaned up after themselves. He didn't try to up sell me on stuff I didn't need (unlike a bunch of other contractors I asked for estimates who wanted to redo my whole bathroom). Most of all, the job looks really nice! I would definitely and highly recommend MC Tile and Shower Pan if you want to hire a great group of gentlemen. Thank you Mark and company! And yes, contractors are considered essential and these guys are open for business during this COVID-19 mess.

These folks literally showed up within 10 minutes after I called them with an emergency situation. They worked on it for over 2 hours and the final charge was $200. I thought it was very reasonable for the work they did, and the time they spent doing it. I'll totally work with these folks again in the future!

If you have a plumbing problem, there is no better place to go then Pavel at Pacific plumbing. We had a water heater break that flooded an area and caused us great concern.  Pavel and his team came in, diagnosed our problem, explained our options clearly and then performed the work with expertise. You wouldn't think this would be much of an issue - to replace a water heater but our issue required some thought.  In 2021 we installed a solar panel battery power system in our home. We thought that switching over from the old gas water heater to an electric water heater made sense (and it did/does).  However to do that in our home required changing out the electric panel, putting in new amp switches and running a dedicated electric line to the washer as well as simply sticking up a new water heater.  They had all of this work covered with licensed technicians and I owe them my gratitude for the quick service. This is probably the best review I will ever write. Jose answered my call immediately and within 20 minutes he was at our house. We had no hot water for five days because of the storm and my pilot was off. I called the gas company but they were no help. We were going from a tank to tankless but the timing was so that the job would take some time due to electrical work and so on but Jose gave us a good quote. He was very nice and we appreciated his genuine care for our problem. I spoke to many plumbers in the past few days but they all thought they gods gift to plumbing. Most were arrogant. Even some of them might have been cheaper but I wouldn't trust them to enter my house. He also helped turning on the old water heater until we have the tankless installed and he didn't even let us pay him. What a great guy. I highly recommend his services. Thanks jose.

AMAZING SERVICE! This was beyond expectations! Really efficient and fast. We contacted them, scheduled a visit, they sent me a message with the information of my appointment and my technician and then they contacted me letting me know that my technician was on his way and provided me an ETA. In less than 1 hour since we first contacted them, the technician was at my home, took a look and said he could work on it right now. 20 min later the problem (unclog drain shower) was solved! The price is absolutely reasonable, the staff was really friendly and kind. I will use this company again in the future and I highly recommend using their services. They wanted a $1,000.00 to install a customer provided faucet. Their technician was super lazy. Ripped open the box and didn't want to do anything.

Called to speak with a plumber about an issue and lady who answers the phone was just plain rude. My situation is I am looking for a part for a water heater and after learning I was out of their work area every question I asked was no.

Example: me: can you tell me a place where your plumbers would recommend you buy parts from locally? No we don't buy parts

Me: you don't buy parts when you repair heaters? nope we don't.

i'm more of a yelp lurker than a yelp reviewer, but these guys deserve a review. they've been to my house 3 times now, once for something really minor, and once for something major, and all three times they've been incredible.
tim just left my house after only being here less than an hour, he arrived ten minutes early (awesome-we werent able to use either of our bathrooms until he came and fixed them).
they are always really nice, professional, quick and thorough-all things i'd want in my plumber. plus the receptionist is really nice.
i'm never calling anyone else, ever.

I wish I remembered the name of my plumbers, but they were fast, reliable, reasonably priced, and effective in quickly resolving my problems with our bathroom commode.  I would recommend them and call them again when a new problem arises.

Reuben and his team repiped a home for me early this year. It was built in 1947 and water pressure was very poor.  I liked his presentation so well I did not bother getting other bids.  He sold me on PVC piping over copper as the new industry standard (though he was quite willing to do either.)  He and his crew came in and had the job done within 3 days.  It would have been two but I needed a larger diameter drain pipe. That extra need threatened to dramatically bust my budget but Ruben found a middle ground that still produced the desired effect.  So, I did not go too far over budget.  Along the way, Ruben volunteered to add some additional features (such as two additional faucets) that I had not thought of.  He did not charge any extra.  He was thorough in his knowledge, expert in his leadership, and completely professional.  5 stars easy!
