We had a sewer pipe overflow that came through our garage ceiling on Christmas Day ... ughhh... we had Anytime Rooter come out today and their subcontractor Broc did an amazing job. We couldn't be more pleased with the time and effort he spent on getting our house back to operational state. He answered every question patiently and with great detail. He made sure we understood each step of the process. Rest assured if we have any future plumbing issues there's only one plumber we are contacting. Thanks Anytime Rooter

Kevin was great!! Respectful and actually fixed the problem. Definitely recommend him and will ask for him again if we ever run into a plumbing issue.

My toilet/shower was clogged, with flushes taking almost 10-15 minutes to complete. Armando was there to the rescue, coming by around 8:30pm to address this issue. The mainline was blocked and required removing the toilet and several other barriers to get to the root of the issue. He had this completed in less than an hour with our pipelines running perfectly. Whenever a plumbing issue pops up, he's the go-to person now.

NOTE: This was done on behalf of my tenants living in my home as I'm abroad. They noted the quick turnaround time, ease of communication, etc.

The plumber himself Ozzy, was awesome. Repaired everything flawlessly. On the office/management side... horrible. Slipped schedule on every appointment. Very unreliable with their scheduling. I had to take off work for multiple days because they kept rescheduling last minute. Very unhappy. Again, the plumber himself was awesome, nice guy who did great work fast and knowledgeable.

So I had to call them again for another drain blockage.  It was unrelated to the other recent call.  Thomas helped us again, he is super communicative and got the drains flowing again pretty quickly.  They where here very quickly, like 2 hours and on MLK day.

I found myself in a bind with the kitchen sink sprayer not working. Shahar worked a miracle and found me some time in his busy schedule. There was a cancellation and he was able to move my appointment up send Rudolph to take care of my problem.

Rudolph was polite, professional, and took all precautions with regards to the virus situation. He was masked the whole time. He wore special booties to protect my floors. He was most efficient and speedy get in and get out. He checked and double checked his work to make sure my new faucet was installed correctly and that there were no drips, leaks, or any other problems. I had to have the work performed, it was the kitchen sink. How can you live without a kitchen sink. t was great to know that there are people that take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work is perfect and that you are completely satisfied.

I would call them any time I have the need for a plumber and absolutely recommend them to my family, friends and colleagues.

Our hot water heater stopped working and Chris came out immediately and then searched EVERYWHERE for the parts for our weird-small heater, AND fixed it as soon as he could pick them up. I am beyond thankful. My super muddy kid can shower again! Phew!

David is amazing!! He is so professional, honest and reliable. I have used him multiple times for my house and my family also uses him! After ringing around for a plumber; contacted Fords plumbing office, the secretary informed me she will have a suitable plumber out, within a time frame and reassured me she will call me back to advise me when the plumber will be at my house and his name. Within an hour of her calling me back, Riley was at our door. He and his team were very helpful, professional and certainly knowledgeable. Something I personally feel is important for any professional in any field, these guys were punctual and did not have us waiting around for them to arrive. We had several gas leaks in our house, originally told by the  Gas company technician we didn't have any, gas leaks, Riley found all four gas leaks. So thank you to Riley and his team. I would highly, recommend and use these plumbers again, if needed.

My husband was nailing a baseboard in the closet when he heard a fizzing sound; the nail had hit a water pipe! Good thing it was only pinhole-sized. We called Prodigy, and they were here in less than 2 hours, assessed the problem, gave us a price, and installed couplings on our copper pipe. Matt Down fixed the problem in about 30 minutes!  He was polite and professional.  He cleaned up afterwards. Oh, and he asked me if I'd like him to remove his shoes before he came in. Much appreciated!

We had a leak under concrete and Paxton referred a leak detection specialist who was great. Then Paxton came out and replaced the broken pipe. All around great experience!

We had a leak on one of our faucets, our home is a little older and these guys not only fixed/replaced the leaky faucet they also fixed the leak underneath our sink while they were here. They worked quickly and professionally, can't recommend them enough.

They were not too busy to deal with our back to back emergencies. We rented a house that has many problems...but they were called to fix the water heater and then remedy a very disgusting sewer line back up. They responded on a Sat night to do an emergency re-routing of a broken valve that was flooding our subterranean garage, then worked Sunday, Monday, Tues......to deal with the other major issues. Pleasant and well equipt.  Perhaps they prioritize the jobs based on the level of the emergency. They pulled out a giant root they suspected was 30 years in the making.  Thanks!!!

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

D&D Plumbing & Rooter was an absolute golden find from the moment I called them to the moment the job was done.
I called the office and Diane helped me initially. She took down all my information and made sure that she understood what the issue was. She then told me she would get in touch with Dave and contact me with a quote. Not even 10min later, Diane called me and gave me the most reasonable quote for the job I needed done. At this point I had already received 4 other quotes which were ridiculously high in my opinion. I asked Diane to schedule the job. She was so helpful, quick and polite!! Dave arrived the next morning and I can just say that D&D Plumbing is my go-to now for all things. Our water heater needed to be replaced and initally I had gave them the wrong size by mistake. He still honored the quote they had given me regardless. He was quick and explained everything thoroughly. Both Dave and Diane are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and honest people. Truly a rare find, 100% recommend!!!

I was remodeling and needed a plumber to give us a bid. I got a few estimates but Anthonio from Plumbing Works gave us the best quote and really knew plumbing. I needed to do all the sewer drains, take out the old water heater and do a new tankless water heater installation, repipe the whole house I wanted to use PEX repipe for certain areas. The did an amazing job in the plumbing for the kitchen and new bathroom.
The crew from Plumbing works did do drain cleaning a first, but after a camera sewer inspection we saw that we needed to do new sewer drains and they did the trenchless sewer system installation. The toilets and vanities were installed professionally.

We bought a house in January and the GC installed a low flow sink faucet for our beautiful standalone bathtub in the master bathroom instead of bathtub faucet. After 11 months of it taking 15 mins just to fill it up 6 inches for our toddler's nightly baths, we decided to call Rodrigo, who was referred to us by a friend. Rodrigo is kind, communicative, and thorough. He helped us select a new tub faucet and spent half a day going through our kitchen cabinet wall to replace it from the back. He did such an amazing job that you would never know the faucet had been replaced! I took my first bath in our house the next day and couldn't be happier. Who knew having a properly filling bathtub would be such a game changer? Thank you Rodrigo! We'll be calling him for all our plumbing needs moving forward.
