I had 2 plumbers come out to look at the same job.  One plumber tried to charge $375 just to diagnose the problem...I told them to go home.  Broc was able to diagnose the problem and gave me a fixed quote over the phone.  He showed up on time, stuck to his original diagnosis and quote, fixed the problem quickly and didn't try to up sell me on any unnecessary extras (cameras, fancy cleansing instruments, or anything like that).  Unfortunately, he doesn't quote you an hourly rate, but because he accurately diagnosed the problem upfront and his flat fee for the fix was reasonable, I didn't complain.   For future more extensive work, I might ask for an hourly rate though just to be safe.

I want to follow up on my review -- recently, the pump in the back stopped working. We had an honest plumber come and take a look. If you didn't read my review above, City Plumbing told me LAST YEAR that the pump was a) broken and b) cost $5,200 to replace. I did nothing and the pump has been working fine until now. My plumber was absolutely amazing and realized that the pump still wasn't broken -- it was just filled with dirt and leaves from all of the rain. He cleaned it out for me and it is good to go. He also said (before fixing) that if he had to replace it, the job + parts would cost $1500.

It makes me so mad to read all these reviews about this company that has clearly overcharged and taken advantage of so many customers b/c they are good talkers, good looking, and have a dog on their van.

The tldr of my previous post: I would recommend getting a 2nd and 3rd quote. They expect me to get other opinions because I was in an emergency plumbing situation. They took advantage of the stress, gave me a dishonest diagnosis, and tried to overcharge me.

I really needed some one to help me !!!when others companies shifted me for next day service this guys came just in time !!came  before  the apoimet time ,they fix my sprinkler pipe fast and professionally!! Even if is 10:20 pm tankz guys u are so helpfull

They came out to my apartment building cuz i had a water leak. Someone hit the hose bib with their car along my driveway. They charge me to repair their minimum price which honestly was as cheap as if i would have taken the time to do it myself. I was across town a didn't want the hassle of picking up parts etc. Anyway they did a A+++++ job. I found this company on yelp and now i keep them on speed dial. Good job folks!! I like their name too. I want to think of flowers not sewers rooters or stinking map gas hahaha

I like feeling that someone is going the extra mile for my business..I had a clogged drain in my bathroom..I called Shahar. He came over the same day and gave a free inspection. He went as far as putting on his crawl-suit and went under the house to inspect and take pictures of the piping underneath...also sending the pics to my phone so I could see things for myself. Since I have an older modeled house, he also notified me that I would need a Gas-shutoff valve in case of an earthquake; which nobody has said to me. He came over 2 days later, per my request, fixed everything with his 3-man team, in less than 90mins, and the repairs have been clean and flawless.

Called early on a Saturday morning (July 4th weekend) in need of a Hot water valve replacement and although DM was booked up solid, he was kind enough to refer me to another plumber AND give me a quote so I wouldn't over pay. Rare!!!!!

We had two separate drain issues: 1) drain taking rainwater from the roof and brick patio (running under the patio) to the street, and 2) the waste water drains under the house running to the sewer line in the front of the house.  Different crews replaced the lines in each case:  Paul and Johnny for the patio, and Milton and Israel for the house lines.  All of them arrived promptly, worked hard, got their jobs done on time (or even early), and were friendly and accommodating all the while.  It's hard to imagine any better experience in getting these difficult and dirty jobs done.

We have worked with Prodigy for years and they are outstanding. Exceptional quality, fair prices and they couldn't be nicer.

We have used them for massive jobs and basic run of the mill fixes - and there is no difference in service received.

We recently had a main line leak and four members of their team, Garrett, Hector, Matt and Rafael were able to fix it the same day.

I highly recommend Carrera's! Paxton returned my phone call within 10 minutes on a Saturday night and was able to make time on Sunday to help us out. He was professional, courteous, and transparent while we were troubleshooting the issue.  I would not hesitate in calling him again!

We contacted Non Stop Plumbing and Rooter through Yelp and Ruben responded quickly. He was patient with setting up the appointment as I had to change the appointment time and day. AJ was our technician who worked on unclogging two bathroom sinks. He was respectful and professional and after working over an hour, he called Ruben to look at the problem. They fixed the problem shortly. We are very happy with their work and professionalism. Previously to contacting them, we had another plumber come out with a cost estimate of ten times more and with an intrusive solution.  Thank you, Ruben! We highly recommend Non Stop Plumbing. Believe all the hundreds of five star reviews!

Excellent and quick service. They even respond promptly to messages sent from the contact form on their web site. LOVE that and wish I could say that of all businesses. Definitely will hire Mainline again if the need arises.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

We had some plumbing problems and we called our usual plumber.  But he sent someone we didn't know and couldn't fix the problem.  It was just snaking the clean out.  I was desperate so I found D & D Plumbing on Yelp.
They were wonderful. They came out the following day.  His wife called early in the morning like she said, to make sure I still needed their services.
Dave arrived in the time frame she gave me and fixed it quickly.  He also advised me I should install a better clean out in the front yard.
A few months later we finally scheduled an appointment and he installed the clean out quickly and left no mess behind.
He also was very kind and took his time explaining my next step in redoing my 1955 pipes.  
I will be having him take care of that in the near future.
I definitely recommend this D & D plumbing.

John fixed our kitchen sink as well as the washing machine hoses and facuet.  Could not have found a better plumber.  Reasonablly priced, extremely personable and very quick at letting us know the problem and fixing it on the spot!  I would highly reccommend R.J. Plumbing to anyone in the local area.  As a general contractor's daughter, I am very critical on home projects, John is tops in our book!  Thank you and thank you for the discount card for our next service mailed to us the following week!

I was in a tight spot with a plumbing emergency and Alex came out on a Sunday, figured it all out, ordered all necessary parts and came back as soon as the parts were in place and fixed it. He was quick and courteous and very reasonable AND he got me lunch:-) I'm very happy with the work and will definitely use him again.

I called on a Sunday at 2 PM, they said they could come between 4-6 PM and they arrived before 4! I was very excited since I have guest coming into town! Excellent work, let us know the issue and we will be calling them again for any of our plumbing needs!

There was a leak under the kitchen sink that my tenant noticed so Rodrigo came and found it was a loose connection. He didn't even charge me for it which was the most unbelievable thing that's ever happened to me with all the repairmen I use on my properties! He is definitely the most honest, reliable, and fair plumber I have ever met and I will always use him from now on for any plumbing problems I have on any of my properties!
