I left two messages over the course of the day (Friday- a weekday) and didn't get a call back. I'm not sure they should be describing themselves as any time

I just want to start of by giving a shout out to Oscar and Thomas for there hard work and diligence in giving great customer service.  My problems started off with a flooded laundry room and water raining down from our pipe hanging over garage.  I was able to look up this company on yelp and quickly got Oscar out to help tackle what I hoped would be just a clog.  He was very polite and eager to fix the problem when he arrived and started snaking.  We weren't able to hit the clog from the first clean out and he thought we may need to pull the toilet which would have cost a lot more.  He got on the phone with Thomas for assistance to find another way to keep the cost low for me.  Thomas came down to the site and checked things out and together they were able to find another access point to see if they could hit the clog from another angle.  Luckily they were able fix the problem after using two different snake heads and a lot of effort.  I again want to voice my appreciation for not giving up and giving a very fair price for the hard work.  Thanks for coming out and taking care of us.

I make an appointment with this company to come look at the job and fix my drain issue. After making an appointment with Armando at 9:00 am, no one showed up ...!!

Ceasars was early. Both for his visit to do the estimate and for his scheduled day to do the work. When working he was quiet. He got done quickly and the most importantly he put everything back the way it was supposed to be leaving it clean and ready to use. He explanation was clear and concise, and his prices reasonable. I highly recommend Ceasar and Lilly Plumbing.

Nice people. They can come out fast and fixed our emergency issue.  Thomas was the guy who takes care very well.

Wow! A+ Shahar did an amazing job with our broken showers and was able to fix it very quickly.

Our showers were not using the normal water pressure and my biggest nightmare was a lot of work had to be done. However Shahar was able to fix it very quickly and without replacing a lot of parts.

Two toilets were clogged in my office and water was coming out. I called the other company, they couldn't fix that, next day they sent their other plumber and he said need to excavate , saw cut and jack hammer asphalt on the exterior and many many more for $4200!!! So I decided to call Cali Rooter&plumbing for the second opinion. The plumber came here in one hour which is pretty promptly! He snaked the pipes, unclogged it , sealed the toilet and I pay for that just $350!!! Highly recommend this plumbing company!

David was a huge help with our bathroom: 2 sluggish drains and a decrepit toilet flapper. He's a determined problem solver, and even when the shower handle snapped off in his hand, he didn't bat an eye, and quickly retrieved a replacement from his truck. David is very down to earth, easy to work with and reasonably priced. I highly recommend his plumbing services.

Luis came out to an emergency call tonight in the dark with very little information. He was able to address the issue quickly for the house to continue to use water. Thank you so much!

I had black specks coming out of my bathtub. Mike came and checked water heater. Needed to replace water heater connectors. Mike was very nice and personable. He let me know that it was best to try the replacement of connectors and see if that works vs flushing the heater at this time. Happy with his service. Need to use the faucets for about a week to confirm that  everything is good. More to come!

I used Carrera's Plumbing for a simple task of unclogging a sink.  They did a great job, were friendly and I would definitely recommend them.

Since we needed to replace the faucet in our bathroom sink, without a doubt, we again called Mainline Plumbing, based on our pleasant experience with Mainline Plumbing and how professional they were with our previous project.

We had our new faucet in the box and called Ranelle. She worked very efficiently and was able to schedule Carlos with an assistant to come out to tackle our faucet replacement within the hour. Carlos is a very experienced plumber with great attention to detail. He and his assistant removed our old faucet and installed our new faucet very quickly without issue.

In addition, we had an issue with our guest bathroom, where the water temperature in the shower would go cold when hot water was turned on in other rooms. The cause was exactly what Caesar thought it would be.  Carlos helped us to quickly install a new cartridge in the shower and Caesar came and efficiently calibrated the temperature.   What great teamwork again!

I needed a new hot water heater today.  I called four different water heater services / plumbers for quotes.  D&D were the most competitive by  a not insignificant amount.  That and their many positive yelp reviews made them the obvious choice.  

I'm so glad I did!  I called around noon to give them the go ahead and I had hot water again before 4!  Dave and Deanne are the epitome of under promise and over deliver!  My water heater is located in the basement so there are quite a few stairs to haul water heaters up and down and I had a non-working drain to contend with as well.  Dave handled it all without upcharging me.  My bill was exactly what Deanne quoted me!

Dave also very kindly fixed my broken disposal and taught me how to fix it myself in the future!  And took care of the leak that's been plaguing me for weeks.  Out of his own kindness!  

I'm so happy I found D&D.  Do yourselves a favor and go with them for all your plumbing / water heater / restore your faith in humanity needs!

Called up RJ Plumbing and John was able to come next day. John swing by to inspect and fix the copper wire responsible for sustaining the pilot light on the water heater. He was very quick, professional, and honest! Good to have hit water back at home!

I work for a property management and we are always dealing with plumbing issues. We needed to work with a plumber who could handle the work load. Alex from plumbing Works has been working with us for the past year, and this review has long been overdue.
Alex is the only plumber we use they do everything from drain cleaning, water heater installation and any water leak repair we have had.  Always on time and very fair prices.

Background: Sal's installed a brand new toilet for us 1 year, 3 months ago.  We were happy and thought they were trustworthy.  There shouldn't be major repairs needed for a brand new toilet but unfortunately it was out of warranty and the water keeps on running and tank doesn't fill up.  

The situation: I called and made an appointment.  They I confirmed on the phone that there wouldn't be a fee for a consult. They will tell us what needs to be done and how much it would cost after they come to our home to see the problem. This was the same thing the first time they came to install our toilets.  They will tell us how much after they visit.  No pressure tactics the first time.  

When the plumber arrived to fix our toilet, he said the fill valve needed to be replaced.  We're skeptical because it's a brand new toilet, but he says over time the minerals in the water can affect the function of the toilet.  It's only been one year!  How much mineral deposit could accumulate in one year?!?

But okay we'll do what needs to be done because we need functioning toilet.  He estimates $350.  When we said we were surprised at how much the repairs would cost especially for a brand new toilet, he tried to justify the cost by saying he needed to go to the store to buy the part so it would take longer than what he expected to complete the job. But he will call his boss to see if he can lower the price.  He goes outside, makes a phone call and comes back to say it would cost $180. (Red flag: $350 to $180 is a big jump so their prices seem arbitrary. See invoice with the $350 crossed out.)  When we said no that's still too much, he asks so you do nothing?  He said if we do nothing he will need to charge $90 for the consult.  When we said we were told on the phone consults were free, he said no we were told wrong information.  So hesitantly, we were pressured into letting him do the job because it cost us half of the cost anyway just for him to do nothing.  

When we said yes okay, he goes to his truck, grabs some things from his truck and comes back inside to start working.  He did NOT need to go to the store to buy a part.  Everything was a complete lie.  But we needed our toilets fixed and let him do what needed to get done.  

This guy was totally taking advantage of our situation.  There were so many red flags and this was completely the opposite of the experience we had the first time.  So I guess it depends on who they send out to do the job, but we're not risking this again.  We have other plumbing jobs that need to get done and will stay far, far away from these guys.

Rodrigo installed a kitchen drain from the outside of my home. It was done efficiently and neatly. I've use him before underneath my home for a broken pipe and the price was under the three other quotes. I will always call him with my plumbing problems.
