I called early morning on Sunday, they called me back right away, and came to fix my toilet in the same morning.  The guy who came, Broc, was polite and knows what he was doing.  Reasonable price too.  I will call them again if I have plumbing issues.

I couldn't be happier with the Kevin at City Plumbing.  On time, courteous, efficient, clean and problem quickly solved!  I called City Plumbing at 7 AM and our messy problem was solved at noon on the same day - incredible!  Bonus points - this company loves dogs which is obvious by their logo.    We've found our plumbers for life - thank you, Kevin and City Plumbing!

We had an amazing experience with Fix It Quick Plumbing. We had just moved into a new house when suddenly our drains were clogged. Mr. Armando was very helpful and he fully explained all of our options so we could decide on how to proceed with our drain problems. Just talking to him you feel that he really cares for his customers.

They overcharge for everything. I used them because they were local, but never again. He charged me extra because he had to come the same day I called and it was an emergency since my sink was leaking all over the floor. To snake a drain he charged me $135. For one hour of work he charged me $235. I mean lawyers don't even make that much. Ridiculous.

Sal's made it easy. I called Saturday morning and they came out that afternoon to unclog our main drain.  Friendly tech, well-equipped van, and high tech tools.

Responded to inquiry quickly, listened to the details that I provided, gave an estimate based on my information, came on time, did the work well, completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up well, honored their estimate. Excellent experience. Thanks

What a great team to work with. They were really patient setting up a time to get a quote, we had to move several times and they hung in there with me :). The plumber who helped us out, Carlos, was amazing. He was so nice, professional and went above and beyond. When the work was done he did a few extra checks on our new home, the hot water wasn't working and they checked it for free, along with the pressure of our water.

Prodigy Plumbing to the rescue!! You'll discover this fairly new, five year old plumbing business on Redondo Ave near 3rd Street in Long Beach, Ca.   It is an extremely great pleasure to write this note of appreciation and recommendation on behalf of Matt Downs at Prodigy Plumbing. Matt truly came to our rescue and that of our lovely old home when he discovered excessive water under the house in the crawl space. Matt originally came over to provide us with an estimate for a total re-pipe job, however he couldn't get under the house due to the flooding.  This occurred January 4th during the much awaited steady raining of El Niño in Long Beach.  Matt had no other alternative but to have to recommend a 24 hour hazard clean-up restoration and construction service.
Matt told us he would call us at 7:30a.m. the next  morning to make sure the flooding under the house was cleaned up and dry enough for him to go under and cap off the leaking pipe. He followed through just as he stated. That would have been enough for most typical plumbers, but not for the policies and practices of a Long Beach plumbing company, Prodigy Plumbing, who took the time to educate us about our home's plumbing condition.  Matt clearly explained that with galvanized pipes that were over 80 years old, there were options we might want to consider, to help us avoid another catastrophe before actually re-piping the house.  He patiently took the time to allow us to take notes and ask questions. With photos he showed us a future sewer drain problem and another slow leak. Although we are going to re-pipe we decided to be safe and correct the leak so that another pipe would not create another flood!!  We scheduled another appointment for the next day to make more repairs to give us more time to prepare for the re-piping. He again was courteous, respectful, punctual, efficient and did an outstanding job. We felt the price was exceptionally fair, especially because to us it was an emergency and still raining.  Matt came back the next day and corrected the problems to help us continue using our water until the re-piping. As he was leaving he said, Please do not hesitate to call me or Mark, the owner of Prodigy Plumbing, if you have any questions or need any kind of help. How often do you find plumbing companies with great customer service policies?
Again, we felt the price was extremely reasonable. We give Matt at Prodigy Plumbing our highest five star rating. We were completely satisfied with Matt's excellent skilled work, clarity of explanations, ethics and pricing. We will definitely recommend Prodigy Plumbing to our extended family and friends. As for our home and rental, we now feel happy to say we have an honest, efficient and very reliably trustworthy plumber in the future, Matt at Prodigy Plumbing. I highly recommend Carrera's Plumbing!  He's the best out there! He's worked on my house many times and is always on time, very professional, very knowledgable, clean and with a fair price. Non Stop Plumbing did a great job for me at a very reasonable price, when I was in a bind with the kitchen sink stopped up.  Another plumber failed to clear the blockage, and Non Stop found a better place to run the snake and fixed the problem.  I will use them again.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Called and spoke to I believe David, asking to make an appointment to look at our plumbing issues.  Was told that he'd call me back in a few hours and to let me know if he could come when we requested the next morning.  Never got that call, so I called twice and left a voicemail.   Also left a text and never heard back from anyone.  Gave our business to another local plumber and got the job done.

Had a leaking toilet in one of our bathrooms and the toilet required replacement.  John from RJ Plumbing removed the old toilet and installed a new unit in about 45 minutes!  John's a real professional -- friendly, knowledgeable and personable.  I've used RJ Plumbing in the past and have never been disappointed.  I highly recommend RJ Plumbing -- you won't be sorry.

Very happy with Alex installing 2 faucets, valves and supply lines. He arrived when he said he would arrive. He did what he said he would do. No mess. No fuss. He charged what he said he would charge. He communicates. He answers questions. He follows up. Good customer service. Would use again.

Sal's Plumbing is great!  They came and were quickly able to diagnosis the problem and fix our clogged kitchen sink.  Will definitely use them again when in need!

I highly recommend Major League Plumbing. I called on a Friday evening during Memorial Day weekend when no else would respond, and MLP answered and came through within hours. They are very professional, knowledgeable and very fair priced. I needed my toilet fixed and it was handled within minutes. I'm appreciative of their service!
