I have a rental property that had a garbage disposal drainage issue. I called Broc and was so happy I did! He didn't try and sell me services that I didn't need. He worked with my renter's schedule and came out that same night at 8:00! My renters now have a functioning disposal and I now have a plumber that I can rely on. Thanks Broc!

I had a gas leak at my home. The gas co told me I needed a plumber to fix the leak. I contacted city plumbing and rooter and they told me they'd be able to come out the same day. They were responsive and friendly from the get go.

Paul and his guys proposed multiple solutions and made recommendations. Once we decided on the course of action he was there first thing the next day to start the work to install a new gas line.

Paul and his team worked tirelessly to fix the problem. They're clearly dedicated to their craft and not looking to cut corners. They worked very hard to make sure everything was exactly to my liking.

Refreshing to work with people who take pride in their work and aren't happy unless you're happy.

The cost is too high. I have never paid so much money for just a repair of a faucet

I had issues with a weak flushing wall hung toilet and Ed was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem. Other plumbers seemed perplexed by this less common type of toilet but Ed was well versed and experienced with the issue. I highly recommend Red Lilly Plumbing.

My usual plumber flaked on me. Moments later I was in the phone with my boss telling him about my flakey plumber and he had JUST had Simon out at his house fixing his bathroom pipes.  I called them immediately and John sent Simon over immediately to help me.
Simon fixed my clogged kitchen sink in no time and I asked him if he could also do my bathroom sink while he was here. He snaked that, pulled out a lot of muck and I was so pleased to find out that they didn't charge me extra for an emergency Saturday call. The next day, as my apartment's pipes are so old and corroded, I noticed that my sink in my bathroom was dripping underneath. There appeared to be a small hole in the pipe. I called Cali immediately and they said they would be out there ASAP to fix it. I said no worries as I was at work and they could come later. Simon came around 6ish and left around 10. He made two trips to Home Depot and would not give up until he solved the problem. He showed me pictures of the pipes which are old and disgusting and what he had to do to get everything in working order. I loved his persistence, his knowledge, and his drive to solve the problem. I felt horrible that it took so long and that it was keeping him from his family, but he was so sweet and just as a professional would, did whatever it took to fix the problem.  I deleted that flake of a plumber from my phone book and Cali will forever be my first call and recommendation to everyone.

Responded quickly, easy to schedule a convenient time, easy to deal with.  David is authentic and knowledgeable.  Good example of a legit family-owned-and-operated small business, which I like supporting.

Reilly from Ford's arrived within 30 minutes of my urgent call about a broken copper water line to my refrigerator, causing water to flood my wood floor and leak into the crawl space below. And of course, this happened on a Friday night. Reilly quickly assessed the situation which was made more difficult due to the age of my house and the lack of a shut off valve for the water line. He checked for a connection to pipes in the crawl space, checked the water pressure, and then repaired the line. Reilly is without a doubt the fastest and most efficient plumber I have ever seen. Best of all, the cost was extremely reasonable and fair, especially so because this was an after hours call. And Reilly was personable, patient, and answered all my dumb questions. I highly recommend Reilly and Ford's!

Woman that answered said they'd call right back to send someone over.

Waited over an hour and no response.
I called back and they said they don't service Newport Beach even though it shows it covers the area on the map.

They could've called back and told me that....or told me when they answered the first time since they knew my address.

We wanted to get a second opinion about our water leaking issue somewhere under the ground and found Ruben through Yelp. Called Saturday morning and he was able to make it on the same day afternoon without any emergency charge to see what's the issue was. He was honest and suggested for us to call the leak detection specialist first to figure out where the leak was. After that, he repaired our water main line next day at a reasonable price. We also asked him to fix our bathroom water line issue with trust.

Our first experience with him was super happy and result was great! Everything was resolved after we met Ruben. Quick, simple, professional! I highly recommend him. Thanks Ruben again!

I've always used Cesar for all of my plumbing, and have recommended him to several friends who are also now loyal customers.  I have an old house, and Cesar has helped us modernize with a tankless water heater, as well as fixed several smaller problems that have cropped up over the years.  On several occasions he has gone the extra mile, and on one of those occasions he discovered several feet of collapsed pipe which we would not otherwise have discovered until the sewage began to back up.  He replaced the pipe right away, for a great price, and saved us a huge headache (not to mention the cost of cleaning up sewage!)  Cesar is always available very quickly, and has come to my house many times on weekends for no additional charge.

Very reasonable, reliable, and straight-forward about what you need versus don't need. He is licensed and bonded. He is knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. He and his front desk are good people.

We had a leak in our ceiling on a Sunday night.  We called Sal's pretty desperate and they sent Thomas over right away.  Within an hour he was here, he found the leak and fixed it all within 2 hours.  Great service. Would definitely use them again.
