My parents have been putting up with a clogged sink and bathtub for the past year, why? God knows. I finally convinced them, more like forced them to allow me to help. That's when I found Maikel, not only did he reply in a prompt manner but he was ready to take on the job ASAP. This man had good manners from start to finish. Got the job done in a timely manner for a more than reasonable price! Needless to say, it's probably the best investment my parents made. $100 to shower and use the sink comfortably. Don't know what took them so long! Anyways, it was also nice that he spoke Spanish!

$45k for permitted repipe of copper and iron horizontals for 10-unit building - came out twice to make sure they had a comprehensive, tight bid (low out of six bids). Strong leadership team. Not only were there ZERO change orders (and it looked like they underestimated the time to fix some existing slope issues), they threw in all kinds of extras, bent over backwards to please, and were a delight to work with. They are the new favorite plumber of my HOA. These guys know what they are doing. Almost too good to be true!

Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening and Andy was able to come out and fix it. Very responsive and professional. He accepts cash and checks only.

When the customer is upset...not satisfied with the work and communication I will say there are certain individuals who will make it right at Adeedo. Upon hearing my complaints about our situation Erica reached out and then put me in contact with the right people to assist with solving the issue. We worked directly with Alphonso who was patient, efficient, and an excellent communicator. He understood our dilemma and made things right by sending us Jaime to complete the job (that should have been completed last year). Thank you Jaime for your communication and for treating our home with such care. Patch job was also done with clear communication and care thanks to Kenny! Continue with the clear communication, directness, and understanding of the customer Adeedo. I'm hoping any one who uses them gets the same treatment that Alphonso, Jaime and Kenny provided. This customer is now happy.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

These guys were GREAT! They were so professional, on time, and gave you options and told you the pros and co a of electric and gas. They were right on time, and kept open lines of communication. I will be recommending them to anyone who I know that may be having water heater problems. They're located in westchester which was convenient for my mom because she lives in westchester!!! Really great company!

Earlier in the week I called a much larger company, Sunset West, and after waiting 48 hours for no returned call, I took a chance on Lords of Plumbing.  Michael called me back immediately and was able to come over promptly. He was friendly, clear about what was wrong (which, among other things, was the result of some incompetent work by another plumber) and he followed up as promised the next day with information about the parts. Would definitely work with them again.

Oscar was timely,  thorough, and professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing problems and educating me about the process.  

They loosened my tub faucet and said they would come back to fix it the next day but did not return the next day. That was disappointing, but they did get it taken care of that third day when I called in about it. All ended well.

Carlos was honest, friendly, and reliable. He fixed the problem with are toilet very quickly. We are so happy to have found such an honest plumbing company so near to our home. They were very professional over the phone and in person. Great prices too!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. These Dudes are for real.  Quick, reliable, responsive and thorough.  On the problem at once and fixed in a jiffy.  Will call again and again.

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

David Wallace of Wallace Plumbing (see my review of that business) wouldn't come to my area, and recommended Twin Brothers Plumbing. I called and no one could give me a quote. The woman said someone would call me back, Three hours later I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called again. She said I'd have to be patient because they go to calls non-stop, and pick up supplies along the way. She said they'd call me after 5 p.m. It's 9 p.m. and no call. They are obviously just as lame as Wallace Plumbing. No wonder he recommended them.

Albert was fantastic. Professional. On time. Unplugged the drain with a little trouble shooting and did a great job.

Tony and Sam were great! Sam came first to do an analysis of the all the storm drains in/around the house. He was very knowledgable of everything that was needed and was able to offer me a competitive price for the all work. Not to mention, he helped me with fixing some of the plumbing within the restrooms as well as a garbage disposal same day. When it came time to flushing out all the drains, Tony was readily available with all the needed equipment (other companies had to rent the hydro-pump that was used and wanted to charge me for extra rental fees). They were able to clean out everything except for one troublesome drain but still came back to me with multiple options for fixing. When it comes to creative plumbing solutions Tony and Sam are the guys to go to! Thank you for all the hard work, I'll be sure to come back to you when the times right :)

My shower tub got clogged at around 11pm. Started looking for a plumber and got a couple of replies. Jorge replied back within 10mins. His quote was very reasonable, so I decided to move forward with him. He told me he can stop by the following day between 8-830am (pretty quick for a late message). He arrived a couple minutes before 8am! He tried unclogging the tub, but had difficulties. He went underneath the property and noticed an issue with the plumbing pipes that were causing the clog. The quote increased couple hundred bucks because the job had to be done underneath the property. He managed to unclog my tub, installed new abs pipes and a new bath waste drain kit. 100% satisfied! Will use him for future projects...

David Rooter picks up when you call and takes care of you quick. Also nice and dresses professionally. I just needed a quick faucet changed up got it done in under 15minutes and did a clean job.

It was very fast to set up an appointment and also was available past four o'clock. I really hate to take time off for repair a leaky pipe, I was really glad that Avi was available past normal hours. Avi was very helpful and knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done. I felt very comfortable talking to him and I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

My toilet in my home was over flowing. My husband tried to auger it but it still drained very slow and wouldn't unclog. Free Flo came to the rescue, we called for an emergency because we had guest coming over the next day. They pulled the toilet out and snaked the line from inside the house, pulled out a lot of roots but got my pipe draining. They recommended a hydro jetter to clean my main line real good because they explained I have cracked sewer line. They gave me a price and already scheduled me for next week when our guest are gone. These guys are reliable, fast and very good with explaining, communicating everything. Price seemed reasonable compared to other times we used a plumber. The owner Rafi lives my dog and they hit it off pretty good lol. They are pet friendly.

Jason and Michael came to my house after a frantic call because I didn't have warm or cool water in my shower. It was either a shower in freezing cold water or scolding hot water. After a brief call Jason and Michael showed up immediately within a few minutes to save the day. They went out of their way to fix everything and did a wonderful job. They were efficient, professional, kind, and absolutely delightful and a joy to help an old grandmother. I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!!!!
