Very cheap. Was quoted at 90$ but since it need not more than a consultation, I ended up paying 40$

We had some issues with our shower smelling like sewage and Harry came out a handful of times to help us get to the bottom of what was going on. He's super responsive and communicative about what was going on. Highly recommend!

I didn't hire this man, my real estate agent did, saying that he had a lot of good reviews on Yelp. After our experience with Andy this morning I don't understand how that's possible. Going through inspections on a newly renovated home and there was an issue with the tankless water heater. My agent couldn't get the guy she wanted so she called Andy and he agreed to come out at 9:45am, with a quote of $125 to look at the water heater because the hot water wasn't coming on and also check the pipes underneath the house because the general inspector told us there was moisture near the front sewer line. Andy arrived about ten minutes late and he does not have the best bedside manner so to speak. He went through the house and we turned on the faucets and ran the water. He stated the obvious, that the hot water wasn't coming out. Yeah, that's why we called you.

We take him to the water thermostat which is set to 120 degrees so there should be hot water. The seller's agents are there as well and we all take him to the tankless water heater and we go over everything. He doesn't know what it could be, maybe says the problem is within the water heater. He proceeds to go under the house and my agent and I stay with him. He then calls another plumber (?) to talk, admitting he doesn't know what the problem is. The guy on the other end gives him a possibility, which he then repeats to us. Fine. Whatever, but we ask him to check the pipes for the leak our general inspector put in his report--like my agent has asked him to do when they spoke over the phone--he doesn't seem to understand what we're asking, even though he agreed to it, so we say it over and over until he gets it. He sees moisture underneath the house but he doesn't know what it could be.

At this point, getting anywhere with Andy is taking forever and the seller has brought in his own plumber to take a look. I need to leave for work so I write Andy a check for $125, which is what he quoted to my agent. As my agent had brought him out to do a professional inspection of the plumbing she asks for his write-up on what he thought were the issues as well as a quote for possible repairs. This is where it goes off the rails. Andy gets upset that he has to basically do what he was called out here to do (and my agent told him over the phone she would like a written report and bid) telling us that he doesn't need to write up a report because the other plumber is there to fix is. But that's not what was agreed upon, so my agent reminds him it was part of his job.

Andy then tells us that he's going to charge us MORE for writing the report. There's a back and forth between my agent and Andy, which I was witness to, where she tells him that despite the other plumber she also needs a written report from him because that's going to go in our own paperwork during escrow on the house. Andy gets upset and hands the check back to me, telling me he doesn't want my money. He goes on to complain about having to come out, that my agent hadn't told him she needed a written report (I was there, she even said it multiple times to him as he was doing his inspection and he would nod and say yeah).

Before it becomes a full blown argument my agent actually apologizes to him if there was any miscommunication (I don't know what their phone call was, but again, she asked him MULTIPLE times that she'd need him to write up his report and he agreed). At this point my agent just wants him to leave because now the owner is there as well as the other agents and this guy is awful and unprofessional and whining about basically doing his job. I give him the check back, telling him that he did a job so I'll pay him. He takes the check and agrees to just write up a quick assessment and his quote. Fine. Yay! We think the problem is solved but five minutes later Andy comes out of his truck and asks if we've seen his check. He thinks he's dropped it on the ground. I have to stop myself from laughing out loud because this has become absurd. We take the time to look on the ground for the check but I and my agent tell him I handed it to him, he had it in his hand. He doesn't know where it is. He gets back in the truck and I have to get to work so I leave, assuming he'll find it in his pocket or his truck.

Now, the rest of this is second hand from my agent but she calls me as I'm driving to tell me she got into a full blown argument with Andy in the middle of the street. He threatened to take her to small claims court because HE LOST MY CHECK. She's pissed, but she gets another call. When she calls me back she tells me Andy found my check.

Honestly, I'm happy he found it because I never want to see this guy again. I have NO idea why he's gotten so many good reviews on this site. In my thankfully brief encounter with him he was awful and unprofessional and didn't really seem to know what he was doing. Buyer beware.

Adam showed up on time, followed COVID protocols and shoe covers when in the house.  Very polite and professional.  General HVAC unit inspection, filter replacement, service.  Inspection was very detailed and included photos.  No pressure but I requested quotes for a new unit.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

This company is great. I use them annually to service my water heater to avoid issues in the winter, normally caused by unexpected cold or wet weather in LA. They are efficient, reasonably priced, call you to let you know when to expect them in a 3 hour window and are fully compliant with all COVID-19 working regulations including masks, gloves and social distancing. They also clean up and are incredibly polite. Definitely worth using.

When I called the company they said that it would be $45 service fee to just get them out there, which I was fine with, and the $45 would be credited from whatever service fees we would need to get done. We only had a few places to inspect (bathroom sink, water heater, etc.). When I spoke to the actual plumber he started adding all these fees to just inspect. It's one thing if it's a complex inspection and another to just look at it. Anyhow, did not like the tone and especially did not like the hidden fees. His tone was well you just did not ask enough questions about the fee structure. That was my cue to cancel.

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! Your home deserves to be well taken care of by professionals ! This is the company :) thank you again

Michael came out to work on a clogged shower drain today and he was great. He was on time, honest, and got the job done. We have called on Hard Hat one other time for a garbage disposal issue and they did a great job explaining everything that was needed then too. We would definitely recommend.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Charles and his team did a fantastic job repairing a job that was previously done inadequately by another company less than 6 months ago.  They replaced the shower and tub drains and piping!  I can't give them a better review.  Also they came with 30 minutes of my call and worked with my schedule.  The price was more than fair...100% professionals.  No up selling for more services! A+++++

I had a four month old garbage disposal that was leaking and I called aa twin brothers plumbing to fix it.  The owner of the business came out and he told me I needed a new one, I was shocked and asked why.  He claimed the engine was small and I could have a bigger one.  He talked me into it, I know, stupid me, and then charged me $500.  What a rip off.  He also took my four month old garbage disposal with him probably to sell to another client as slightly used.  I will never ever do business with this guy again.

Loved the way he gave me a practical quote. He went underneath the home and checked everything thoroughly. He was not afraid to get dirty. He gave accurate information about the problem. After job was completed he was very attentive to our concerns. He is very responsive. I highly recommend David.

We needed a plumber ASAP. Tried to replace a shower cartridge but got stuck. I called Avi from Waterworks and he was able to come out within 45 minutes in the late afternoon.

Quoted me a price over the phone, came and did the job. Absolutely no upsell or surprises. He was friendly and gave me a few other plumbing tips as well.

Is a ten star review possible? I Was in dire straights this morning, tenants without restroom facilities for three days.  My usual plumber was giving me the run around.  In desperation I turned to Yelp. I phoned and Richard answered(no recording or voicemail) I explained the situation, he was extremely kind and sympathetic.  Although he was booked solid until Tuesday he agreed to come to my aide.  Not having anyone available from his staff he went himself!  Within one hour from my call the problem was solved.  First class service all the way at a fair price.  Needless to say he is now my plumber of choice.  Thank you so much!
