RESPONSIVE + HONEST - My regular plumber had an out-of-town emergency so I searched Yelp for reputable local plumbers by providing a detailed project description (30 feet main line replacement + 50 feet pipe bursting). Out of 6 companies that replied, Tip Top was the only one that gave an estimate and they did it within an hour! Tip Top then scheduled a site inspection next business day and confirmed the estimate...no price change. My regular plumber returned early so I did not hire Tip Top. However, this was the best experience I've had contacting a contractor, getting an estimate & scheduling an inspection.

You would think a plumber who tells me I should do the job myself would garner a super low rating, but Andy's honesty and willingness to save his customers money is why I'll call him again for any future plumbing issues that I can't fix.

A few nights ago around 10:30pm, I called several supposed 24 hour plumbers in a panic after a water supply line separated under our house when I tried to be Mr. Late Night Handyman and replace some leaky shutoff valves.  Andy was the only one who picked up.  He advised that it could wait until the morning as it wasn't an immediate emergency and he would be charging double time if he did make it out that night.  Fair enough.

He made it the next morning out after some delays (which he was communicative about), assessed the issue, and let me know it would be a tough job for him and fairly expensive for me due to the tight space and the extra time it would take to make the necessary repairs and undo the Mickey Mouse job of the previous homeowners. He straight up said the whole house will need a repipe with all of the issues he saw.  Gulp.  

He then gauged my comfort level with household repairs -as a first time homeowner for less than a year I've done a bit here and there- and said it would be a simple enough project for me to do on my own.   He explained what parts were needed (even giving me a few things from his van), how to make the repairs, and went on his way.

I got dirty, did the job, and felt pretty good about myself.  I appreciated Andy's honesty and encouragement enough that I called him the next day to fix and replace other things that I tried to do without success. He did a great job with those, so now I have a new go-to plumber.

With the help of David and staff, we have heat at last. I really appreciate David jumping in to rectify the situation... possibly just a breakdown in communication. I was even offered a discount for the issue, which is also really appreciated (hope that comes through soon). Would I recommend? Yep. Let's chalk this up as a single incident - will I use them again? Yep.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

These guys were GREAT! They were so professional, on time, and gave you options and told you the pros and co a of electric and gas. They were right on time, and kept open lines of communication. I will be recommending them to anyone who I know that may be having water heater problems. They're located in westchester which was convenient for my mom because she lives in westchester!!! Really great company!

Raffi arrived on time, found the problem, took care of it quickly.   He was friendly, polite and worked cleanly.

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. I had a backed up kitchen sink and called Plumbing Dude's due to their positive Yelp reviews. The technician they sent, Blas, was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced some ancient pipes under the sink and installed an outside cleanout which will be helpful if there are clogs in the future. The old cleanout was in a tight spot under the sink. The gentleman that came to patch the interior and exterior walls did quality work as well. I really appreciated how well they both cleaned up when they finished their work. The work they did for me was around 3 months ago and is still solid. I recommend Plumbing Dudes and will use them in the future.

So where to start, we had a choice of different plumbers to come to our small business and unclog a drain, so I reached out to this supposed plumber Jaime. He told me originally that'll be $195 for three drains but when he came to our market he said it was for only one! Then on top of that he used just a little stick to take out the small top layer and said he was done but I asked him to snake it and he replied that it's fine. Then low and behold this morning I walked in and my drains were flooded again. I called him and he came in yelling at my wife saying that we intentionally flooded the drains because he didn't want to do the work of real plumber! This Jaime guy is definitely a ripoff! I definitely do not endorse this company!

We had a clogged drain and called a a twin brothers plumbers to come out to fix our issue.  George came out to our place and he was very professional.  He put on booties before coming into the house and put down a paper to ensure that the floor would not get dirty.  He was very through and completed the job in a timely manner.  George went above and beyond to get the job done,  he fixed our kitchen faucet as it was not retracting properly but only charged us for the clogged drain.  He even cleaned the kitchen sink before leaving.  I highly recommend a a twin brothers plumbing to anyone.  They are an honest company.

Good communication and professional repairmen.  Took care of our tankless water heater in 15 minutes for a reasonable cost.

They responded promptly and came out the same day to help fix my clogged sink and broken hardware. The cost was $150 which I've found to be a standard cost. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues.

My kitchen sink, bathroom sink and tub were clogged and David was reliable, communicative, and puntual. He made this easy and was in and out in about 40 mins. For these 3 jobs he charged me 200 dollars which seemed reasonable to me. Will definitely be calling him for future plumbing issues.

Free Flo was an answered prayer!  Pat came with his helper to replace a faucet and showerhead plus cartridge which ended up being extra difficult due the condition it was in.  His Supervisor happened to be in the area and helped to fix a stubborn situation ~what a great guy!   Everyone was very courteous, professional and thorough which is important in plumbing.  I told Pat, you're like a good Family Friend who also happens to be an expert Plumbing Professional.  He was great at explaining plumbing conditions and options to regular folks like me!  Choosing a Licensed, Bonded, Insured Plumber was a must, and I'm so thankful for Free Flo!

Very professional throughout the process. Cody was the technician that came to my house. He replaced a section of the sewer line that was leaking under the house. He also removed old galvanized pipes that the previous owner of the house left there after replacing with copper. I had been hearing a pipe knocking sound for 7 years, and Cody was able to finally fix that issue at a reasonable price. He also took photos afterwards and sent them with the invoice, making it easy for me to validate the work.
