I chose 'Right Size Plumbing & Drain Co', after searching the web for a 'remediation' company. My choice was based on 'Yelp' customers.
I searched other sites as well for same and similar situations as mine, 'remediation'.
I read other people reviews and I decided to 'Yelp' 'Right Size Plumbing & Drain Co'.
Someone replied back a few minutes later.
The next morning someone called me as promised.
I explained my 'emergency', and a man called 'David' was at my property with his crew 2 hours later to work on the bathroom that had the leak.

Again this was an Emergency', as the smell of sewage was really unbearable in my house, the bathroom leak was getting worse.

I just moved into a new home and no leak was detected at that time. A few days after moving in I noticed a leak and an awful sewer smell.
I contacted my home warranty for help.
The 2 Co. that they sent to my home to locate the problem that I  described did not find any leak.
Their diagnostic was very poor and it didn't get me nowhere.

I decided to contact 'American home leak detection' for help, as the name sounded right for my situation, (at my expense of course), (no leak was found...) they suggested to call a genealogist after running a test. Wrong!

2 months past by perhaps more and the leak was still present and it got worse!
Another Co. came over, this time they detected a leak behind a wall (toilet pipe) (awful smell).
Home warranty guide lines stated that I needed to call a 'remediation' Co at my expense. Once I did that they would get me someone to run a camera. This whole situation in my home caused a big stress on me and my family.
I searched at 10 pm for a 'remediation' Co hoping to find a professional one.
'Right Size Plumbing and David'  are extremely professional, and knowledgeable about 'remediation'.
They have all the equipment and crew that is needed to get the work done in a professional way.
The leak was detected and, it was fixed in a few days, (The work was big).
David's crew had to break the entire bathroom to get the work done, to stop the leak, put new pipes, and material, and more. They are also very careful about keeping your home clean, and they really are very courtous.
Everything was done well, quickly, safely and I totally trust this company.
I would call them again. Definitely to recommend.

Andy did an excellent job on my water heater. I have used Andy for years and have always had great service. His prices are fair. He shows up on time and most importantly he's a very nice person. I think I've been using Andy's plumbing since the early 2000's
This is a plumber you need to hold on to.

I Had a leak at the base of my shower onto the bathroom floor . I called Adee plumbing and they came out the next day.  The plumber said the leak was caused by a bad drain line that ran all the way out to the street . He estimated the cost of the repairs to be $4800 which included replacing the tile around the base of the shower, repairing the drywall that would have to be removed and repaving part of the driveway which they would have to tear out . This didn't make sense to me so I told him I would call him if I wanted to proceed . Meanwhile I called another plumber who was recommended by a property manager . He and his helper arrived the next day and looked over the situation for about 15 minutes before telling me I needed a new stem . The stem is the piece that extends from the wall of the shower and the cold water handle attaches to . The water was leaking behind the tile wall and escaping at the base of the shower . He said the cost to repair it would be $75.

Like all the big plumbing and heating companies Adee appears to have their plumbers on commission . There are always unscrupulous plumbers who will tell you that you need extensive repairs so that they can make a large commission . Beware of Adee and its sister company Jack Stephen.  And all tradesmen for that matter.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Jose and Ryan were so great. Ryan walked me through everything and showed me what he was doing and why so that I know what to look for next time. They were so great with helping me deal with the manufacturer and super timely (as we were living without hot water for a couple of days).

Really, so nice, so professional, so good at what they do.

If you're reading this and trying to figure out who to call about your water heater. Stop reading and just call them. You will not be disappointed.

Was kind of under a time crunch to replace a commercial water heater (100 gallon, 200k BTU). Shopped around and got a couple of bids and Lords was the best. I spoke with a number of people with the company in person, though my go to contact was Manual, who was super transparent about everything. Installation was mostly pain free on our end and they pulled the permit for us with the city. After everything was done, Manual even showed us how to maintain the heater to get a couple more years out of it.

We'll be using Lords in the future for bigger jobs where a permit is necessary and/or it pays to have professionals know exactly what they're doing.

Oscar and Chemma !!!!! thank you so much for being so awesome and answering our hysterical call for help! Our main sewage line blew up nasty stuff all over the backyard and Oscar came to our rescue ! Don't hesitate ! Just call them ! If you needed a sign to give you the push you needed to get plumbing help, here I am !!!!!! Oscar even let us watch him stick the camera down the pipes and it was soooo fun and sooooo disgusting !!!! Worth every penny. If you want it done right, call them! The burner assembly on my water heater failed on me one Tuesday morning, so I looked up local plumbers on the web and gave Hard Hat a call at about 7:30 AM. They picked up immediately and within two minutes made an appointment to send a technician out that day at noon. They contacted an hour later and said they had a technician who could come at 10:30 if I preferred earlier, to which I agreed and they were on time in a company van with their logo on it.

The technician they sent was named Michael, he was very polite and cordial, but also very knowledgeable and accommodating. I explained to him my problem and what I needed done, he looked my water heater over and gave me a quick and honest quote on the work. I was very impressed by Michael, he didn't charge me until the work was done and he was very thorough, I never got the sense that he was in a hurry or cutting corners. This guy was legit.

He informed me I was still under warranty and contacted the manufacturer for me, they would not send a replacement tank but did agree to send a replacement burner. It arrived the next day and I called him to let him know, he agreed to come by an hour later and once again was right on time. He installed it, checked for leaks, and gave me very clear advice for water heater maintenance. As far as plumbers go, he was definitely a nice fellow and concerned for the consumer.

If you're reading this Michael, I'd like to say thank you, you have my respect. As for Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing, I'm going to call them immediately about any other plumbing issues or related topics, they were professional, close-by, and affordable. I'd describe them as straight-shooters, an honest company which is a rare find.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Jaimie was so attentive and very quick to respond, I had such a major emergency even worse than I could've possibly imagine. When he got there he assess the situation and he was reasonable in his price to fix it. He showed me exactly what the problem was even though I'm not a plumber he made it simple for me to understand. At the end of the day my problems are solved and my life can you go on so I am very thankful and I would recommend them over and over again

This morning, I had a terrible clog in the kitchen sink which ended up affecting the wash basin in the garage.   My initial reaction was to go to my local Home Depot and buy those dangerous chemicals that supposedly do the trick.   I bought 2 bottles of some very corrosive liquid and poured them into both sinks.   30 minutes...   1 hour.... 2 hours... later......no reaction  The water was still standing.  

My mom advised me to call a plumber, so I came to Yelp and looked through a few plumbers until I chose  AA Twin Brothers because of their 5* ratings and their positive and humble responses to not-so-good ratings.  

Called the number and a lady answered and I explained my problem.   She checked their schedule and advised that a plumber would be on hand between 2 and 4 pm. today.   I said Sure.  That works  

Around 3:00 p.m., Eli showed up, very genuinely friendly, professional, and helpful.  Very rare to experience such positive vibes.  I showed him the clog and he asked if there was a runoff outside the kitchen.  He showed me and lo and behold, there it was.   He brought in his tools and first drained the standing water, chemicals and all, and carefully dumped the waste water in the toilet.

Next, he took a drain snake and ran it through the runoff spout with no luck.  The water kept backing up.   Went into the garage and figured the clog was between the garage and sewer.   He tried to unclog through a valve but the angle wasn't right.   But he kept positive and persistent.  

When he realized that it was still not working, he drove back to his company and got a longer drain snake around 5:00 p.m. when traffic would have been a bit bad.  

He got back in good time and went back to the original runoff spout and was able to clear the clog successfully!   All that time and he just charged $100.  Not per hour like some others may do.    And he cleaned up various spills and was very professional.

Gave him cash and received an invoice.   For any future problems, Eli and AA Twin Brothers will be my first choice from now on!   Hope this review helps anyone in a bind.

RJ did an amazing work for us today. He told us what we needed to know about our plumbing problem. He did a great work for our home. Very professional and wore a mask the entire time he was with us. Came on time so we didn't have to worry a bit. Would most likely call again if I have another plumbing issue.

Jorge and his crew came by and fixed a clog and replaced a garbage disposal. They were all very nice and competent and cleaned up after. Jorge didn't charge me the $200 some other places on here wanted to just to bring a disposal. It was also really hot inside my place and they didn't complain. Top notch.

David came and fixed the leaky doodad underneath the kitchen sink and so far so good.
He's also going to repair a faucet that's leaking. His prices are fair ---so hire him!
David is clean and does a good job. I do recommend him.

Couldn't be happier with the work Waterworks Plumbing did on my new home. I hired them to fix the old plumbing and they were great. Their prices were reasonable and the service was excellent. I highly recommend them.

I live in a woody area where the roots encroach into the sewer pipe and we need to have the drain cleaned every now and then.

Jason and Michael came to my house after a frantic call because I didn't have warm or cool water in my shower. It was either a shower in freezing cold water or scolding hot water.
