My parents have been putting up with a clogged sink and bathtub for the past year, why? God knows. I finally convinced them, more like forced them to allow me to help. That's when I found Maikel, not only did he reply in a prompt manner but he was ready to take on the job ASAP. This man had good manners from start to finish. Got the job done in a timely manner for a more than reasonable price! Needless to say, it's probably the best investment my parents made. $100 to shower and use the sink comfortably. Don't know what took them so long! Anyways, it was also nice that he spoke Spanish!

I needed someone to come diagnose my water heater on my roof and Tip Top got back to me and sent someone in a day. I appreciate that they did not charge me to come check it out and diagnose the problem. The visit was fairly. quick and the technician Joseph was knowledgeable. Joseph was very reliable, friendly and accommodating. I showed up to my house late from work and the technician was so nice to wait for me and had no issues at all. Will recommend Tip Top to all my neighbors! Thanks again.

I had a water draining issue and I called Andy to come out to look.

Before he came out to my house, I spoke to him and we have agreed to have him perform the jetting because that typically resolve most of the plumbing.  And he was going to charge me $150.

When he came out to my house, he literally took 15 minutes and try to solve the problem by jetting and quickly concluded that he had to use more advance camera equipment to find where the blockage is and said that he will need to charge me $1,000 just to find out where the problem is and then he was going to charge me more money to actually fix the problem because it may require construction work to dig into the ground where the problem lies.

Not knowing much about the plumbing, I've agreed to put $500 deposit to get this done.

But after consulting with a contractor who was working on building the fence for my house at the time, I have quickly realized that Andy was lying and trying to rip me off.  The contractor was really helpful in renting the necessary equipment from Home Depot and resolve the problem the same day.  I was so grateful that I paid him $300 plus $100 equipment renting fee.

I confronted Andy and told him that my contractor, who is not even a professional plumber, had fixed my plumbing problem and he sarcastically replied and said that's good but don't call me if you have any issue later.

Andy has been avoiding me ever since and not willing to pay back the deposit money that he agreed to pay back.  It has been over 2 months.

At this point, I really don't care if I get the money back but I have told Andy that all I wanted him to do is the right thing.  If he can scam me like he did, who knows what he is doing to other clients.  

I am thankful that he did not rip off thousands of dollars but I do feel responsible to let others know that he is a fraud and I don't want him ripping anybody else off.  It is just horrible what he has done and I don't want anybody else to go through the same thing.

I will be taking him to small claims court and do everything I can to stop him from scamming others.

Don't ever use this guy.  He is very dishonest.

Irv S. I forgot to add that Erica who took my request for an appointment, was very efficient and gave me a window time to expect Francisco and called me back to say he was on his way earlier than the original appointment. Now that is what I call excellent service.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

After getting estimates from 3 others, I settled on the Water Heater Pros. I would recommend them because 1) They were referred to me by Noritz. 2)  Over the phone, Jose seemed honest, knowledgable and fair  3) Ryan, who installed the system was professional, open and helpful. He worked quickly and neatly and was very straightforward to deal with 4) The job was done expertly, in a timely manner and at a very fair price.

I have already referred them (or mentioned them) to 3 other people. Don't waste your time with others, call them first!!

Strong endorsement of these guys. Appointment was set up quickly and efficiently and the next day Matt came out to help diagnose a possible leak in the ceiling. He did a great job.

The problem we are trying to solve is complicated and requires some monitoring, but by the time he left I felt empowered and informed on next steps, and I feel that the work that he performed was efficient and thorough. He was also extremely professional and easy to work with -- good bedside manner. I was billed fairly and feel like I got my money's worth out of the call.

Arrived on schedule, gave me a courtesy call in advance to let me know he was on his way, and cleaned up (from opening the ceiling) after himself.

Five stars well deserved in my books. Ask for Matt. He's great.

My son flushed a Minecraft block down our only toilet and it got wedged in there pretty good. We tried everything ourselves and could not get it out. Thankfully we found Castaneda's and they were at our house first thing in the morning. Service was fast and pricing was extremely fair. Thank you so much, Joel!  You guys are the real super heroes! Thank you for saving us from a shitty catastrophe!

It took just a few minutes for Raffi to check and find out the problem in my home water heaters leakage.  He replaced the pressure regulator and leaks stopped right away. he has a lot of experience and he knows what he is doing. It was so easy to work with him. I am definitely going to have him do other plumbing jobs as well in the future.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I called for service on Friday, and Charlie came out on Saturday.   He was friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem I was having very quickly and fixed it with a minimal amount of effort.  Because the call was so short he graciously agreed not to charge me. Don't expect that for more difficult services.  But it just showed me that these guys are friendly and not intrested in ripping off customers.

Jaime did a good job taking care of my mom's gas dryer vent.  He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the lint that came out of the vent.  (Gross!  So much came out!). I appreciated Jaime showing me what my mom needed to get done.

We will never want another plumber as long as we live in Los Angeles. George is someone who earns his living as a professional plumber, but he is much more than that. He is a good human being who cares for the people he services. He will look out in your best interest without concern for profit because his business keeps him incredibly busy. Amazing! Western Rooter really came to my rescue in a pinch! The night before a 10am kids party at my house, I decided to put salad down my garbage disposal because I didn't want it rotting in my trash until trash day, big mistake. At first it seemed like all was well, i til the dishwasher started backing up into the sinks. I tried my hardest to YouTube a solution but ultimately decided at 11pm that the fox was beyond my means. I called western rooter in the morning at 7:30 am and was quoted 8-10am arrival. Leonel showed up around 8:30 and in no time had my sink unclogged. He was super professional and fast and really understanding about my need to have a working sink asap! He put back all the things under the sink before leaving and was really courteous and friendly!  Would totally recommend 1000000%.

Rick came out to take a look at a leak under the kitchen sink that we'd had another company come out twice to find.  He found it in a matter of minutes and did a great job of fixing it.  So so grateful to finally have the problem solved!  Plus he arrived the same day I called for service AND within the time they said he'd be there - doesn't get any better than that.

I was slightly frustrated with my home warranty company, so wanted to find an alternative to finding someone to fix my clogged garbage disposal. I put out a general message on Yelp and pretty much instantly, Jorge replied back with a scheduled list of availability. I had a couple of questions and before I know it, I had someone at my door 30mins later. My garbage disposal was declogged and the price was better than the service fee charged by my warranty company. I loved that I was able to get service the same day and within the hour. The bonus is, I was shown what I can do should the same issue occur again in the future. I was told they do a lot of other services as well, and will certainly have their number handy for future needs.

Toilets were clogged on Friday night (just before the weekend, of course). So the next day we called tons of businesses with no luck in scheduling an appointment on a Saturday. David answered right away and scheduled an appointment same day. He was on time, professional and did a great job! He went into detail with every step of the process, I would definitely recommend!

We needed a plumber ASAP. Tried to replace a shower cartridge but got stuck. I called Avi from Waterworks and he was able to come out within 45 minutes in the late afternoon.

Quoted me a price over the phone, came and did the job. Absolutely no upsell or surprises. He was friendly and gave me a few other plumbing tips as well.

It's really important to find an honest skilled, knowledgeable plumber (or any other person hired to do work for you) and I'm so happy to have found Waterworks.

This review is an updated review of the additional services that I had from Free Flo.  These guys are always friendly, professional, and no bull-shits!!  They will try to get to you with help at the worst time possible when you are in plumbing hell!  I had to call them once before the quarantine on Friday Night, 5 pm, with Los Angeles traffic in the middle of a rainstorm while my backyard flooded.  They still made it to my place in about 40 minutes and saved the day.

They don't charge you extra, or force/scare you to replace things looks like need a fix, but don't need to.  The services I had from them cover from replacing our antique water heater, re-pipe the house, kitchen sink clogging, toilet leaking, and block water drainage in the backyard.

There were times (maybe two times) that they did not charge me anything when they found out my plumbing issues only need a five-minute tweak on some small thing.  They also honor their work as they will come back to fix if the serviced problem shortly happens again.  I have services done by Josh, Ben, and two other associates that I am sorry that I did not get the names.  

Ben and his associate did my last job.  It was a clogged kitchen sink and leaking toilet at first.  Then, they found the issue in my vertical pipes, and the water valve controls the water to the toilet tank.  The vertical pipes were always a hidden issue we have for years as they are one of the few items in the house that was from the original build date and have not been re-done since we bought the house.  I decided on the spot to have it replaced with the Quote Ben gave to me.  The job took another turn as it became harder than they expected, especially we have a raised foundation, and it is a narrow space for a big size grown man to crawl under to fix the piping, and they had still need to fulfill other pre-arranged appointments.  So, they came back the next day and finished the job in an hour, and everything is good to go!  

I highly recommended them to anyone needing plumbing service in the area!

An honest and reliable company, I was fully satisfied with the craftsmanship. Richard came to our rescue when I had an emergency leak at the house. He came and shut off the water supply and gave us a quote. I never felt pressured into going with his company and felt comfortable with his diagnosis of the problem. He was punctual on the day of service and his staff was friendly and professional. He honored the original quote despite the workload ended up being much more than expected. I would highly recommend this company serving the Huntington Beach area.
