This is the third year in a row I've used Rishon plumbing to clean my water heater. They always reply quickly and with ease through texting. They arrived on time with an advanced notice. Very professional with masks and invoiced me online to take my cc. I will continue to use and recommend them to others.

My toilet needed replacing and when I looked up plumbers, Real Plumbers came up first. They already had great reviews and they responded quickly to a quote and had availability the next day. Freddy and Alfredo came by this morning. They were great and quickly replaced my toilet. We encountered a problem with it fitting it in because of part of my wall stuck out a little too much. So they went ahead and improvised and took the part off my wall that made it so the toilet fit. They did a great job and had a great attitude. I will definitely use them again for any issues I have. Thanks Jose, Freddy and Alfredo.

The problem started when the gas company shut down the valve because of a leak. This meant no cooking, hot water or showers until it was fixed. I quickly reviewed yelp resources & the Plumbing Doctor was first to respond & take action. Warren came by immediately with his crew to give me an estimate & were digging the very next morning. He was very communicative & always had an excellent plan whenever a challenge showed up like underground roots the size of tree trunks & a strict City Inspector. The job took longer then expected but Warren made sure my family & I were comfortable just like a Doctor would.

Had a few estimates to replace our water heater. Max was less than half of one estimate and 2/3 the Home Depot estimate that supposedly no one would beat.
This is why I love yelp. You can find these little gems that you would never find otherwise.

Giulio & Anthony are the BEST! They diagnosed the problem quickly, told me about the options and were honest when they realized the job would be much easier than projected and therefore less expensive for me. It's so tough to find a reliable plumber--I've had some bad experiences. These guys are now my go-to, for good!!

I must say that my experience with Charlie's was exceptional.  They were professional, courteous and provided an excellent level of service. I would like to also note that their price is below all competitors. A special thanks goes out to Dariu.

Excellent work and work ethic from Saucedo plumbing.  He and his assistant installed a new tankless water heater and fixed a broken drain in less than a day.  He even printed out the rebate for me!  He is very knowledgeable  about plumbing and is a hard worker.

Ace Plumbing and Rooter, once again, saved the day on short notice. On Sunday evening, I discovered I had no hot water. Upon investigation, I found that my water heater was leaking water. I called Chris Monday morning.  He came over after he finished his appointments, quickly accessed the problem, and went into action. He replaced the part, explained the root of the leakage, a d explained  everything he did.  he is has an awesome personality, excellent customer service, professional, and very knowledgable of his craft. Chris has been my plumber for a couple of years, and I couldn't be more happier with his service!

Wow these guys rock!! Shaun came out to fix a leaky bathroom sink valve. He looked like he coukd do it in his sleep. From turning off the water at the street to changing the valve he was done within 10 minutes! He also told us our toilet was in need of a part in the future but didn't try to sell it to us. I told him we'll wait until it's leaking like the sink valve. Thanks again Rockstar plumbing for the prompt service along with knowledgeable service dudes like Shaun

Victor is THE BEST!!!!  He's professional, a wonderful person and his customer service is top notch...truly exceptional.  Our main sewage pipe was blocked and all of the bathtubs and showers were being filled with sewage.  I called around 11, he took the call and fixed the problem immediately (especially impressive at the last minute on a Sunday).  Two of my cars were blocking the pipe that he needed to roto rooter...(the batteries happened to be dead since I've been out of town for a few months...)  Victor even helped fix that situation with AAA by helping me move the cars, etc...  Then he fixed the plumbing problem immediately (he's quick, it only took 5-10 minutes) and then sanitized the bathtubs and showers.  I've hardly ever seen such good customer service! He's an angel!  There needs to be more people in the world like him and more companies with this level of customer service!   If I could give his company 10/5 stars I would!  Thank you, THANK YOU Victor!

Hermes Plumbing just finished a job at our condo and we were extremely impressed with their service. We had issues with both our kitchen sink faucet & the shower handle in the guest bathroom. They arrived timely, were very polite, professional & friendly, and completed the job in far less time than we were expecting. Most importantly, they were prepared and had all the supplies needed to replace the sink faucet and the shower handle so our issues were resolved in one visit. They didn't know ahead of time if this was going to be a fix or replace issue so the fact that they were prepared for either situation was great! Now we have a functioning kitchen sink again, just in time to be able to cook for Thanksgiving & our guest shower handle works so the shower is ready to use. Thank you, Hermes Plumbing!

Mandel the owner of this company was incredible! He and his team came out to repair my sewer lines today. Mandel explained everything clearly that needed to be done . His customer service, passion and commitment to what he loves to do shows. I am usually skeptical when I see nothing but 5 stars but in this case well deserved for what he did for me. I recommend him for any plumbing issues you may have.

I had a positive experience for the second time with Rocket.  This last time was for a leaking water heater, which unfortunately needed to be replaced (very costly).  However, Sam came out and did a very professional job.  Would recommend Rocket based on my experience.

Responded immediately to my request but did not show up on time. If you provide a two hour window and can't make it you are clearly unprofessional and disorganized.

I had a relatively minor problem with a leaking water shut-off valve underneath a sink. Took a chance on these folks, and Zorro was communicative, friendly and no-nonsense. Came out a little late from the scheduled time (another job had run over), and assessed the situation quickly, found the water shut-off for the unit easily and got the job done at a decent price and in good time.  I wouldn't have any trouble recommending them.

I just got help from Flood Brothers and the service was spot on. Our plumber was clean and very efficient. I am definitely a very happy customer.

Plumber was prompt, pleasant, and arrived to provide a free estimate to repair my shower diverter. He screwed the part back in and, I later learned, bent the washer and made it inoperable. I'm sure it was an honest mistake. I was distracted from work and paid a $98 invoice for the damage to the diverter and received a $2,400 estimate to tear everything out. A second plumber was able to replace the broken part.

This company was really great I spoke to Kathy it's Thanksgiving day they came at the time they said they would the price was very reasonable for emergency service and I may still have to do some work but it was really pleasant to get a company that was so professional the plumber was very polite and professional and clean I hopefully we will get them to over 500 positive reviews they deserve it they're a great company

Very similar negative experience detailed in other reviews. Connie goes into full sales mode and earns your trust/confidence, but completely left me in the lurch when it came to the crunch of providing the estimate. I had wanted to work with her and delayed giving an answer to other contractors only to be told at the very last minute that they had another job (despite me telling her from day one the time window I had). Don't do business with her and call someone else first.
